This property is amazing! The pool is jaw-droppingly stunning, better than the pictures. Trust me. It didn't feel crowded and the whole place was so airy and beautiful. The rooms were stylish and the private pool (Euphoria room) was so indulgent and special. The food served at the restaurant overlooking the private beach was yum - we went there two out of three nights, as was the lunch/breakfast (but much more low key). Everything was just so well thought out and catered for. The staff were excellent.

The whole hotel is fantastic! We had a room with a sea view and a shared private pool and it was perfect. The private beach with the restaurant and the beach bar is such a nice place to spend the day. All the food on offer was delicious, the on site spa had all the treatments you need. My partner and I had the most amazing time and will 100% go back again one day.

A totally amazing and fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, the food was delicious, the location was breathtaking, and the services and facilities were everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. We had a waterfall suite, arrived on Saturday and didn't leave the room until Wednesday - because we were just enjoying the private pool, the room service food was delicious, and housekeeping catered to our lazy few days.

Beautifully designed, it never feels like being in a large hotel. The bungalows are scattered across the garden up to the seafront. A lot of places to stay by the beach or the pool, but as always the best spots are to be taken early on! We had booked a bungalow with sea view and got an upgrade with a private pool. The room was very comfortable. The food is delicious, starting with breakfast that has a nice mix of Cretan and continental food, to dinner where we ate all 4 evening at Adeste restaurant: quiet and village-like feel.

Amazing hotel with two private beaches towards the Mirabello Bay. It’s possible to snorkel directly from there in front of the hotel!! The bay is calm and perfect for swimming. The hotel as a 25 meter pool (also nice for swimming). The views from the hotel restaurants were amazing and the area just beautiful. Every 10 meters there was a possibility to relax on sunbeds directly at the water side in a very private way (even though it is a large hotel with many people). The area is very big around the hotel so that people would spread out. The diving centre attached to it was superb with possibilities to dive, rent a boat to snorkel (just for yourself) and much more. The food was delicious and can be served to the sunbeds with the hotel's own app (beer at the beach etc).

The grounds are absolutely stunning, great care has been taken on them and you feel like you’re in an oasis of calm. The staff are incredibly friendly, all restaurants are excellent and though it’s a big place it doesn’t feel like a big resort at all, there’s always space by the pool or beach and it felt very romantic. It far exceeded our expectations and we had seven days of delicious food, crystal waters and total peace

Great Hotel! Specially great food throughout (breakfast, lunch, dinner), not cheap but you get good quality food. Also the hotel facilities (garden, pool, restaurants, beachside/seaside) are one of a kind, very calming, pretty and lots of space for everybody.

Beautiful hotel. We upgraded to a sea view room with plunge pool which was stunning. The staff couldn’t do more for you and always greeted us with a smile. Brilliantly situated, just a short stroll to the centre of town on the flat. Would definitely recommend

Great bathroom layout. huge bed and cute plunge pool. breakfast buffet was excellent and staff attentive and friendly. pool was great with a fabulous view and always able to get a sunbed. despite the hotel being on a main road, you wouldn't know it up at the pool where it was always peaceful and chilled. similarly though the hotel had many guests there was no noise in the room at all. also super peaceful and chilled. location is great. just on the edge of the part of town with loads of places to eat and grab a drink but not noisy at all. highly recommend a stay here.

I stayed at InterContinental Crete lately and I can’t say enough good things about it. The service was excellent since the time of our arrival. The staff were very friendly, attentive to details and they did everything possible to make sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The rooms were absolutely awesome— spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern facilities you may need. The bed was extremely comfortable while the view from our balcony was beautiful. One highlight of our stay was the rooftop pool and bar. The pool itself had clear water and gave a breath taking panoramic view of neighboring area. It was a perfect day relax spot as the bar offered a great range of drinks or light bites as well which made it even more interesting. All in all, InterContinental Crete surpassed my expectations entirely. This hotel is a must visit due to its great services, luxurious rooms and an amazing rooftop pool alike! I look forward for my next trip!

Our recent stay at the InterContinental Crete was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, and recently built, with elegant design touches that create a serene and upscale atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms exudes comfort and sophistication. We were especially impressed by the abundant and delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on the sunbeds by the infinity pools on the 5th and 9th floors. Really wonderful infinity pool and plunge pool overlooking the sea. Only comment is they should have towels available by the pool. The bathroom is small and not private from the room.

Beautiful clean room. We had an upgrade to a room with a plunge pool. The breakfast is amazing and the setting even better with stunning views. The pool is fabulous and the sunbeds by the beach very comfortable.

Everything was literally perfect. The food the staff the location. Everything was 5-10 minutes walk restaurant with amazing food local shops of all kinds the room was amazing with a great sea view and a mini private pool the staff is so helpful with literally everything just amazing!

The absolute 5 star experience, perfect location, large clean rooms, breathtaking views of the sea from the bed, balcony and the private pool, excellent service, huge pool space, everything done with great taste and care.

Staff were lovely, attentive and friendly. I loved having my own little plunge pool, location was nice and quiet. It was 30 minutes walk to the Elounda Town and a 5 minutes taxi ride to Plaka. Breakfast was great! Comfortable room!

Our room was spectacular. Room 376 the penthouse. The only thing I would change is addition of a plunge pool. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly and overall we had a wonderful stay, but it was largely due to the room we had.

A beautiful place to stay in Elounda. We were upgraded on arrival to well appointed rooms at the top of the resort with a private pool, more privacy and excellent views of the sea and sunrise in the morning.

Loved our pool access sea view room. Had our own pool to ourselves with nice view of ocean and cliffs. Pool was nice as well as beach area. Food is ok. There are some adults there with kids which i didn't expect but still great hotel. Id go back.

Pangea restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner. Beach was clean, pool was excellent, staff were very good and asked what we wanted. Private pool in bedroom was nice. We liked the funicular. The staff were excellent and there were lots of them.

Well located and well appointed luxury resort just out of Afios Nikolaos. We stayed in a Junior Suite, Sea view, Pool access - at the tail end of Island hopping, it was the perfect place to just kick back. Perfectly located in a bay, the beach and huge pool were fantastic! Breakfast and dinner were perfect at the resort, we went in to either Elounda, Agios Nikolaos or Kritsa for lunch - all close by. Better off renting a car because taxis really add up bouncing from town to town, as well as 76 pound port/airport taxi Would love to go back just to enjoy resort for a few days.

The low rise architecture of the resort an how it belnds effortlessly with its' surrounding area. The location is exceptional with direct access to the beach cove. The room was lovely and wished the weather was warmer to take advantage of the plunge pool. The quality and variety of the food was excellent.

We really liked the room we booked. We had a semi-private pool, mini fridge, good airconditioning and beautiful view. It was the ideal place to relax! The breakfast was also really good!

The hotel was great as was the private pool. Unfortunately, there was a huge wasp problem and breakfast was very uncomfortable. There were hundreds of wasps over all the food and hovering around the tables.

Buffet breakfast is good and varied. Koffie and fruit juices are good too. A wonderful sea view from the covered outside breakfast/pool area. Some rooms have a partially private pool adjoining their room, but these rooms look back toward the hill and not the sea. Very quiet area and only a short 7-8 min. drive from center of Agios Nikolaos.

Room was very spacious and had a private pool, although it was cold in April. Resort has beautiful grounds and the pools and view of Spinalonga are great. Breakfast has a wide selection. Car valet process is confusiong and can take a while to be taken to your car.

Spent 4 nights at this lovely resort, very family friendly. Caters to couples and families separately with separate pools which was good. Room and view was spectacular and the private pool in the balcony was the highlight. Barbecue night at a restaurant on the beach was thoroughly enjoyable, with kids and adults joining in the performance. Sea was good, beach was very pebbly and not much of a beach either. But once you got into the water it was lovely. Beach was lined with trees so enough shade for those seeking a hideout from the strong sun. Couple of drawbacks - overall quality of food was just OK. Room service did not replenish stocks well. Buggy service was not as efficient as we would have liked.

This resort is a very special place. It has as its backdrop the singularly gorgeous Elounda Bay but in addition, it has a remarkable group of staff members who make every moment at this property feel custom. We stayed at a “Luxury Residence” with a private pool, which was nothing short of amazing. It allows privacy to regroup/recharge/and enjoy precious family time. The food at each of the three dining experiences we enjoyed was absolutely stellar! We rarely choose to eat on property at resorts, often finding the food subpar and choosing instead to explore the area. After trying one on property restaurant, (Blend), it was so delicious that we then tried (Makris), which was just as impressive resulting in a third on property experience at an authentic Cretan Bbq at Core. WONDERFUL! I highly recommend a stay at this property. It is just over an hour from Heraklion airport, but it is well worth the travel!

Booked a half board midweek couple retreat, we were very pleased. Walking around the complex is not easy due to a steep climb but you can call for a ride. The spa and main pools are great and have lockers and excellent showers. The beach has amazing trees for shade instead of umbrellas. Paddle boat was fun. Our room pool was very big and fun. The dinner buffet was superb, breakfast buffet was very good, and other dining options were also pleasing (you get some credit in them if you order half board). The core had a good DJ but no takers as the crowd is mostly older couples, also be prepared to walk after dinner as the queues for the rides were long. The room design was nice but there were a lot of missed opportunities. Sea view is mostly an overstatement but it's still pleasing (the Blue Palace next door has true sea views). Marriott app for self check in or door unlock didn't work (it did in the blue palace), the room phone was not working and some restaurants had an issue with amex but these are minor issues and overall this is a solid 5*.

We cant fault this hotel it was amazing from start to finish and Crete is a beautiful island. The facilities were top class and it was really clean. They went out of their way to help us with our son. Very helpful staff, food was great. The heated outdoor pool wasn't heated at all but other than that it was a great experience. They said the hotel was fully booked but yet it felt empty - no rush at pools or for dining. It was very relaxed.

Lovely resort, we had a beautiful private pool with nice view and sun for the majority of the day. It was nice that there were a few different places to go so it didn’t feel so repetitive

The breakfast was great, with amazing options and an abundance to choose from. The only negative I'd mention is the lack of veggie options. There were some mornings I wanted to go lighter but I felt like a lot of the options weren't as they were meaty. Although I didn't use the outdoor pool, the options for sunbeds were great and the hotel also offered beach towels in case you ever forgot them. My partner and I often visited the spa to use their indoor pool and jacuzzi, the staff in there were so lovely and always bought us water. I feel like people often forget that the option to use that pool is there rather than outside. My partner and I stayed on the 4th floor and we didn't find out until the second day that there is a path you can follow to take you downstairs. It is worth asking the reception team which option/level you are for the menu, despite the hotel being all-inclusive there are some menus where you have to pay and others that are free depending on your level. We were level 2 which meant most things on the menu were included. A huge shout out to the lovely young lady behind the main bar and the young gentleman that kept making my daiquiri's. A massive thank you to the reception manager (he's a man with glasses) and Anna Marie - you were both so caring and attentive, and we appreciate your help. All of the staff in this place were lovely, I'm sorry I can't remember all of your names. Thank you again.

When we arrived I was not so sure about the resort. The first room we were given was terrible and overlooked a fence and garden. This was then changed to a perfect room with an amazing view. Once we went up to the top bar/restaurant and pools... wow!!! the views were breathtaking! It was so nice up there that even though we had a pool room we went up there everyday. The sunrise is amazing. Nice buffet breakfast and lunch (not the biggest selection of food but more than adequate). Overall the staff were fantastic and really friendly and helpful. Please be aware though that it is a big ask to walk up to the top. The resort runs a shuttle service and cars which you really need to use if you are coming from the bottom right up to the top. It really is a steep walk and hard going if you have a bad knee like me. Everything was included for us as we had 'Cool Living' in our booking and this is a must as it allows the upstairs and booking the onsite restaurants rather than the buffet restaurant only.

We booked the Sapphire Zen Queen Suite with Shared Pool which is part of the Cool Living program that grants you access to the A-La-Carte restaurants and the infinity pool at the top of the cliff (Greco Levante). You should defentiley book the suites to be part of the program. The hotel is very peacful and quite, not crowded (especially in the cool living program area). The staff is super nice and friendly, the facilities are great with Grab N' Go drinks around the compund and all included alchoholic bevarges all day long. The hotel also offers a very cute private beach with a bar and other facilities just ~100 meters from the reception.

My recent stay at Domes Aulus Elounda Hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff, especially Despina from the reception, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The suite with a shared pool offered a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, and the luxurious amenities made us feel like royalty. The exceptional food and hospitality throughout our stay made us feel pampered and truly special. I highly recommend Domes Aulus Elounda Hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway.

We were given a free upgrade to a lovely 3 room bungalow with private pool and sea view. The breakfast buffet was magnificent with lots of choice - traditional Cretan dishes were available as well as normal choices. We were also given free spa vouchers. The staff were delightful and we were looked after very well. The sea was only 30 yards from our little house and swimming was wonderful in the turquoise water. Only a 15 minute walk into town where there are lots of bars and restaurants.

This is a luxurious, beautiful hotel set in one of the most beautiful surroundings possible. Flowers, gardens, art, good food, amazing access to the sea. A very special place. We were upgraded to a villa with private pool and this was phenomenal. The villa was large and very well designed. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. There was a separate bathtub in the room with a gorgeous view that made up for it, however.

This hotel is close to Agios Nikolaos so if you want a stroll into town and a bit of shopping it is easy to do. The rooms are a good size and have outdoor seating as well as reserved sun beds by the really clear water. The standard of service is excellent. Staff are courteous and welcoming. As it was a special occasion we had an upgrade for a few days to a overwater bungalow and another with a private pool. Both fantastic if you are a keen swimmer like me! The Boullibaisse restaurant is expensive but is exceptional. We experienced a gourmet seafood night and thought it was incredible, as is the service here. My only slight negative is the slightly tired bathroom with a shower in the spa bath. We also got bitten to bit by mosquitos so make sure you have repellent handy in the evening. Loved this holiday and I'd go again.

Stayed here with the family to celebrate a 70th birthday. From checking in to checking out we couldn't fault the Minos Beach Art Hotel. All the on site facilities you could want and a great location just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Agios with some of the best Tavernas in town only 5 minutes away. Lots of space and privacy in the resort with bungalows scattered in the well tended gardens. An upgrade to a 2 bedroom bungalow with private pool and sea view was a very welcome surprise! Most importantly a big thank you to the super friendly and helpful staff who made our special stay even more memorable.

This hotel is definitely in the luxury class. All facilities are exceptional. With bars providing both drinks and snacks poolside or by the beach is great. There are plenty of sunbeams and parasols throughout and never had a problem getting one either by the pool or along the front by the sea. There were times when other guests put towels on sunbeams and never used them for many hours and whilst there are signs to say that staff will remove these I saw no evidence that they did so this could be improved.

Great hotel. We had a room with a private pool. And it was very large and the outdoor area was even bigger. Hôtel restaurant was probably the worst part of the stay and it wasn’t even bad just much better dining options in town. Town is a little bit of a walk. But very doable. Great hotel

Das Hotel ist super neu. Die Anlage und die Atmosphäre ist mega schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es wurde nach jedem Verlassen der Räumlichkeit geputzt und aufgeräumt. Die Handtücher immer gewechselt. Das private Pool wurde jeden Tag gesäubert und nach dem pH-Wert geschaut. Der Service war top. Nach einem kleinen Unfall wurde uns direkt geholfen und nochmal später extra nachgefragt, ob es uns gut geht ob alles geklappt hat. Mike und Sara in der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sara hat sich sogar Zeit genommen und uns gezeigt wo wir alles hingehen können. Lediglich das Frühstück war nicht so gut, wie wir es erwartet hatten, deshalb gibt es auch einen Punkt Abzug. Aber Stella war so unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass ihre Ausstrahlung das kompensierte hat.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a sea view top floor which was great as we werent overlooked in the hot tub. The pool area was fantastic, lots of beds, spacious, very comfy and gorgeousness infinity pools. We didnt use the al a carte restaurant but the buffet was great, varied and we were impressed that the head chef gave us a personal tour so we knew what the vegan options were. Thank you Yannis! Special shout out to Lucy and Marios too.

Sehr schöne und neue Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und symphatisch. Schöne Zimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick, wenn sea view gebucht. Schöne gepflegte Pool Anlage. Wir hatten Halbpension, Essenqualität war gut. Unser Abflug ging erst abends und wir durften so lange wir wollten am Pool chillen und uns im Nachgang in einem freien Zimmer Reisefertig machen. Zu den etwas verbesserungswürdigen Aspekten. Zum Zimmer: Minibar war recht laut im Betrieb, sodass wir ihn über unsere Aufenthaltszeit ausstellen mussten. Notausgangbeleuchtung (schräg über dem Bett) sehr hell und störend beim Schlaf. Haben wir einfach abgeklebt, dann ging es. Wir waren zwei Wochen hier, wie gesagt, das Essen war qualitativ gut, könnte bei längerem Aufenthalt jedoch etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen. Alles in allem haben wir einen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Small resort, with very friendly staff. Pool area has recently been enlarged and offered a lot of sunbeds and a great view on the bay. I also enjoyed the private Jacuzzi on the patio of the room. Room service was very nice and also offered turndown service at night.
