Everything was perfect! This includes the staff’s behavior/service, food quality, amenities, facilities and so on. Absolutely would recommend. I would say Elvis at the reception and the girl working in the level private pool building no. 2 (can not remember the name sorry) were the kindest to us 😍

Loved how vast it was - such a lovely huge main pool and massive empty beach and to have a kids lovely pool area on the other side away from the adults was perfect and also so many restaurants and bars to choose from and wonderful entertainment. Incredible indoor pool, spa and gym, 7 pools I counted in total with the two roof ‘level’ infinity ones! So clean and so spacious and a fabulous family resort (even though I went alone I met lovely people and staff!)

New and spectacular hotel. Very beautiful design. Nice rooms. Great Spa. Huge outdoor pool. But there are also roof top pools and a pool for little children, which is in a quiet park area. Great beach. So many creativ bars nd restaurants. Nice childrens club.

Everything was perfect. The hotel can organize an airport shuttle for you, both ways. In term of food, the choice was very large, to cater to all tastes. There are plenty of halal options as well. The hotel itself and all amenities are modern, very recent and well maintained. Everything was working as intended. At one time, the AC stopped working, and once I called reception, technicians arrived immediately to resolve the issue. The hotel employees were very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. The pool is quite large and the private beach is also within walk reach. There are enough sunbeds for everyone, be it on the pool or the beach. There are some water sports at the hotel's beach as well (jet ski, boat trip etc...)

The level area was perfect , interior design, service, calm and cosy if you want to relax. View from our beachside suite was amazing, you can watch the sea, garden trees and swimming pool. Coffee & tea amenities in room. Interior design in all areas . Beds& pillows were comfortable, but the bed sheets are changed one time in three days(not every day) ;as I asked for confirmation the reception desk, anyway if you have any concern for changing they’re capable to help customers. Indoor swimming pool &Spa area. Kids outdoor playgrounds. If you love fish and meat go to Cape nao restaurant , it was nice. We couldn’t visit the rooftops, but next time for sure .

The room will take your breath away, really spacious with a private pool. A amazing Breakfast with an amazing view over the sea. The reception is trained with high hospitality skills. We definitely come back!

The location just above the beach and a nice view. We wished one of the suites with a private pool were available as they were higher up than our room and must have had a more enjoyable view, but that's for our next trip!

The best place of our stay in Albania ! The location was perfect with an amazing view from the balcony. We booked 3 luxury suite with private pool and we don't regret it. The staff was very convenient and friendly (like most people in Albania by the way). The breakfast was generous and Albanian pancake are very original :) Lots of stairs to come and go in the hotel and to the beach but for us that's what makes this place so charming

Great family driven place with nice rooms. The owners speak English and are very helpful. Food is simple but great, both breakfast and dinner. There's clean pool where you can swim or just chill and sun beds right next to it. The cleaning staff is also very friendly and do an amazing job at keeping everything clean. I think this place is the first time I've seen someone polish the ladder to a pool! The views over the water are amazing and it's just a 2 minute walk down the stairs to get to the beach. There was a power outage due to bad weather, but they managed it really well and there was still breakfast despite no power! Very impressive!

Review: 5/5 ⭐️ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a truly excellent experience. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We had a small issue with the bathroom door, but it was promptly fixed the same day, which showed great responsiveness from the staff. One particular staff member stood out for being exceptionally helpful from day one—he even assisted with parking my car, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with a good variety, and our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The jacuzzi was also well-maintained, with the water cleaned twice during our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Rooms: Squeaky clean, large and spacious Food and drinks: Went in non peak season, so the restaurant was not open, but the bar stays open till late and you can get drinks in your room. Noteworthy details: The staff was very polite and always greeted with a smile. If you think something is missing, just ask the staff and they will make every effort to make it right

We really enjoyed our stay at Nobus. There was an excellent buggy service to the beach and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I would give this a 4/5 is because there was no free water in the room and the cheapest bottle of water in the hotel was ~£3. There were no shops near the hotel to buy water. Top tip = bring your own water! Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend the room with a private pool!

The hotel was in a quieter location than most of the other hotels - up a hill a few minutes from the beach. The view of the ocean and the area was stunning and we spent time just looking out to sea and enjoying the changing colors. The staff were helpful, friendly and very competent. Breakfast was delicious. We hated to leave.

Amazing, simply amazing. its remote but has everything. its in a small village close to Berat. Gated off, private parking, supernice pool and plenty off space inside and outside. The views are spectacular. sunset with Berat and mountains in the back from your own private pool or outdoor space. We were here for 2 night hut could have easily spend a full week here. Elvis the onsite manager is a legend. Helped us for everything. We joined him and his family for coffee in the nearby cafe and small shops close by provide the rest. I would whole hearthly recommend going here for a family or friends! Best stay in Albania by far.

Our stay at this incredible villa near Barratt was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by the sheer beauty of the property. Being so close to Barratt made it incredibly convenient to explore the local attractions and amenities while still enjoying the tranquility of a private retreat. Villa Palma is one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, and is located in a friendly, safe community just outside Berat (walkable if not too hot). Elvis maintains the gardens and pool to a very high standard, and is incredibly helpful, friendly and generous, sharing delicious products from his garden with us. For animal lovers, there are rabbits and tortoises, plus a charming local cat who likes to visit and relax by the pool with guests. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This was my second time staying at Vila Palma, and I was genuinely impressed to experience their new ambient. The new villa is absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the interior gives off a true sense of luxury, without losing the warmth that makes you feel at home. The pool area was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and with a fantastic view of the surrounding hills and city. What I appreciated most was the combination of comfort, aesthetics, and value. It’s rare to find a place that offers this level of quality at such reasonable rates. I’ll definitely be coming back again — and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berat!

The villa was so beautiful, spacious and clean. There really is everything you could need. The private pool made it perfect, and the staff was so kind and available at any time. We will definitely come back.

Private pool, location and the beach view

This villa was absolutely amazing with all the amenities you can imagine! Before we arrive we were contacted by a staff member on Whatsapp who explained everything and gave instructions for how to get the key and how to ge all the remotes working with the building (there are a lot of remotes that handle the screens and roofs etc :D ). There's a lot of privacy there since nobody else actually has a view to the pool area or to any windows. The view to the sea is amazing! We could also hear the sea since the waves were quite big during our stay. The pool was our favourite! It's warm (seemed at least 30C). It has several jets so you can even swim against the stream. We couldn't get the working properly at first and a technician was sent quite quickly to check everything out. There's a washer/dryer and per our request washing gel was brought to us. Breakfast was served down at the beach in restaurant Paleste. We paid 15€ for 2 people. It was a choice of eggs or toast or omlette. Plus coffee or fresh juice (juice on request since we don't drink coffee) and water. Food was enough to get us full and the view from the restaurant is amazing.

Better than the pictures! Most of all, i loved the communication from the staff. They were kind enough to allow earlier check-in. The pool was so amazing, so warm. The bed super big and comfy!

We were a large family of 11 people. The house was absolutely fantastic. It was clean and has a panoramic view in a quiet area approximately 25-30 minutes from Tirana by car. The house and garden were nicer in reality then in the pictures. It has 6 bedrooms with aircondition and 5 1/2 bathrooms distributed over 3 floors with lift. Nice pool with 9 sun beds. They cleaned the pool every day. There were two grills and a pizza oven. The host(s) were absolutely outstanding. They responded quickly, helped us with addresses, set up volleyball nets in the pool, brought us local food and beer, and allowed us to check out later since we had a late flight. We even got some printouts of some picture we took. We all want to come back and can give our very best recommendations.

The Villa had everything anyone can think off. The utensils, pool, trees and plant with fruits, 2 large living areas and 6 bedrooms, the lift, ultra big size of the property. The pictures cannot do justice to how good the property was. A bar and supermarket next to the property. And there was east gate mall just 10min drive from the villa. All the amenties like towels, soaps laundry, fridge, kettle, cooking range, microwave etc provided. Breathtaking view from the pool and balcony. The best ever in short.

Incredible mansion in the hills. The backside of the house is fully secluded from neighbours, and its main lounge floor offers a large terrace facing the garden, stunning views, large grill, pizza oven, and a pool. The furniture IRL is much nicer than in the pictures. The hosts Jonita and Adem were very hospitable and and extremely flexible with check-in and check-out times. Adem was kind enough to offer us food at arrival (at 05:30 AM) and he had pre-filled his 30L outdoor beer tap for us to enjoy at no charge. We used Green Taxi to get to and from the city, which takes around 20 minutes depending on where exactly you're going, and traffic.

Incredible villa, plenty of space for a friend group of 8. All rooms had air-conditioning, which was welcome with the summer climate in Albania, the swimming pool was definitely a nice addition. Everything was clean and tidy at arrival and the kitchen had everything we needed. At arrival we were welcomed by the owner together with host, who was available for questions at all times about things to do in the area or concerns about the house. Plenty of restaurants in close proximity and even the possibility to deliver it at the house. Would definitely recommend renting this house!

Wonderful Villa, stunning location, beautiful rooms, refreshing pool, the hosts were so friendly and helped us with everything, they were always there to help us as soon as possible if we had a question, provided us free beer, raki and wine upon arrival, the gardener gave us free fruits, there's a restaurant in the same street who brought delicious foods to the villa, a place like this with the most friendliest hosts we've ever experienced deserves a 10+!

Exceptional villa that is absolutely stunning. I was celebrating my 40th birthday with family and friends and the villa was an ideal setting. A modern, fully equipped villa that has the wow factor. Everything inside has been very well thought out and designed. The living area, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are all beautifully modern and have been kitted out with everything you need. Lots of nice details in terms of furnishings. And the outside of the villa is amazing. A great pool, BBQ, sun loungers, dining area and landscaped garden. What more could you want. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were at the villa on our arrival and immediately made us feel welcome. Check in and check out was smooth. The hosts were on hand throughout our stay to give us recommendations and even brought us fresh fruit and a case of beer. Genuinely lovely people, very warm and friendly. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and was cleaned several times during our stay and brought fresh towels etc. The pool was also cleaned during our stay. This villa would suit anyone celebrating a big event, a family or a group of friends. All 10 members of our group loved the villa and we are hoping to come back one day! I wholeheartedly recommend this villa and the lovely hosts. Book it.

From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They had left us a generous selection of snacks for breakfast, teabags, coffee pods, fresh fruit, and even surprised us with daily treats whenever they popped by for quick pool maintenance. These thoughtful touches made us feel so looked after and really elevated our experience. They were always just a message away and happy to help with even the smallest requests—whether it was bringing us mics for the speakers, helping us mirror our phones to the TV, or just checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Their genuine care and attention made such a difference, and everyone in our group was amazed by the level of hospitality.

It is a nice villa , to spend time with friends and family . I organized a birthday party there and was enough space for the decoration , dinning table , catering food . The owners very helpfull with everything , helping the people i invited to park the cars. The swimming pool was amazing and the house inside very modern and cool.

The host were very helpful and friendly! Self check in details are easy to follow. Apartment is better than in the photos, especially the terrace with the jacuzzi, which was peaceful and you forget where you are! We enjoyed our stay since it has any amenities you need and it is big and very clean for the whole group. Would come back for sure!

We loved the hospitality of the host, most helpful and welcoming. The house is just by the road and there are many small shops around. There is a lovely gravel road to hike up the mountains/hills just behind. The proximity to the city centre was great, we found parking easily. I would recommend to have a car to get around since the traffic is a bit crazy to walk in. The house itself is super clean, the pool is maintained in mint condition and there are tortoises and chickens to enjoy for the kids. There is something for everyone to do, have a lazy day at the pool or explore the surroundings!

Really fantastic Villa in Elbasan that totally exceeded all expectations. Really clean and nice interior with silent marble staircase. The pool has jacuzzi massage function and there's a shower outside as well. A surprising bonus was the speed of the wifi, it's a big house and they have a router for every floor including the pool area. The host Albert was also very knowledgeable about the history of the area and had good restaurant recommendations. The garden area is also huge with growing lemons, oranges, and mandarins that the host was kind to let us have as much as we could eat.

The location was excellent as we expected in between the mountain ranges and out of city. The villa is only 45 minutes drive from the Tirana Airport and you can easily get a taxi. The property was in immaculate clean condition and so as the Swimming pool. The garden was full of orange and lemon trees, which we were allowed to eat.

Just a stunning property. Large and well kept, with a wonderful pool that is very well maintained. At least as good as it looks in the pictures, and maybe better. Just outside a small town, so not far to go for groceries. Very friendly property manager. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Villa Florale is an amazing place. First of all, the contact with the owner, Mr. Flavio. The villa itself is simply amazing. The quality of the equipment and materials is very high. The owners thought of every detail and everything we needed was there. The view from the villa is stunning and the proximity to Lake Shkoder. Highly recommend the place.

I have been with my family we haved very good times in this villa we have to come again next summer normally I recommend this villa to all what like to have perfect summer time with family and friends. Nice apartment in a newly built (in progress) resort in Palase Beach. Three double beds in comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was sufficiently appointed and the living and dining space was also comfortable. A 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was nice to use, even in October when we were there. A car is a must to get to/from the property as well as reach destinations in the area. Only one restaurant (Palase) is open in October as the entire area closes from October through May.

The location was perfect, the view was amazing. The owner was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend the villa and i can’t wait to go again.

A beautiful villa in a great little location by the beach, which was only a 5minute walk. We had such a great stay even though it was only just the start of the season. The owner was very responsive and kept in touch and gave us lots of helpful information in advance. We would highly recommend.

Just perfect stay for families!!! We were traveling with car across whole Albania,and this place was the best one. Highly recommend 👌. What u got here? Breathtaking view to the mountains and valley, amazing blooming garden with lots of roses and other flowers, very clean property and pool maintened very well. Very spacious vila with everything u need. Very polite host ,that she also ur privet chef,u can order in advance what u want for dinner and she will cook really delicious food for u.( prices or the same or lower then in restaurants and for sure it's much more comfy and tasty) .all the veggies from own garden!!!! Also u have a fridge with beers and drinks right at the pool area. U can't cook in a house ,there is no stove or microwave so privet dinner is the best option. We enjoyed our stay ,hopefully will come again with friends 😁🙌🫶 Thank u for everything 💓

We stayed at the family-owned villa in the mountains outside Okrium. Arrival was warm and friendly, and the accommodation was charming, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was clean, and breakfast was enjoyable. We had a large balcony which overlooked the mountains, sea and amazing sunsets. While our two boys were playing in the pool, we were asked twice by the owner’s daughter not to play too much as water was spilling out. The second time, we decided to go to the beach instead, which felt a little unfriendly. We did have dinner at the villa one evening, and it was delicious. Overall, the setting was calm and relaxing, but we didn’t feel as warmly welcomed as we had hoped.

This was the best stay in Albania ever. Location was very quiet and peaceful, and it was perfect to get some rest. Breakfast and lunch was greatly homemade traditional food, absolutely delicious. The hosts are there for everything what is needed, extremely friendly and very helpful. Villa is very clean and cozy, swimming pool was also perfect. We will definitely come again, high recomendation.
