Excellent two-bedroom villa. Very well appointed rooms and very spacious, including fully equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining space. Sizeable and attractive private pool and spacious manicured lawn outside, overlooking the beautiful private beach of the hotel, and the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon, with lovely sunsets.

This place was truly amazing. Aside from the top notch luxury of the hotel, it’s wonderful to be right in the middle of the city while having a completely quiet private beach and different pools to choose from. Mall right in the hotel for shopping, Food was great and so was the staff at the fish restaurant, Moustafa, Malala, Yara, and Nivine. Also the bar by the salt water pool by the beach was such a nice place to hang out at with great service, Ramy Zaky, Ibrahim and Martina and all the staff there made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and having the best time while there. Their kindness, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor really made us fall in love with the hotel even more. My family and I decided after this trip that this spot will be our yearly summer vacation spot. It surpassed our expectations and anywhere we went to before. Keep up the great work

The rooms were extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. At the reception, there was a gentleman with glasses who stood out for being incredibly helpful and professional. Special mention to Yousef Alaa Elsayed, the lifeguard at the pool. He was always attentive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his job. You could immediately feel his presence, always alert, approachable, and ready to assist without hesitation. Yousef went above and beyond. He made the pool area feel welcoming and safe. He’s a true asset to the hotel team. The restaurant food was another highlight, and the team there deserves credit for their attitude: warm, polite, and hardworking.

Pay a bit more to have a room overlooking the sea. It's definitely worth it. The outdoors pool is a memorable experience as it overlooks the beach. In season, one may also use the hotel's private beach. In winter, the indoors pool and spa are fun. Breakfast is very good, but I expect more from Four Seasons. The staff is excellent.

The hotel staff were really friendly. The swimming pool is excellent and the beach is so close and well kept. The rooms were excellent. The hotel is situated in a compound. To get in for the first time a small fee is required. This needs to be made clearer. I would recommend this hotel as it is a very well run establishment frequented mainly by Egyptians.

Very beautiful property with a nice location. For people who wish to have a quiet time off, this is the best spot with a beautiful view, calm atmosphere, lovely pool and private beach. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. My room was very clean and the food at the hotel is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and will surely return back.

I loved my room overlooking the pool. My favorite part of this hotel: I could walk right to the beach. I loved the ocean water and the comfort of going back to my room with ease. The surrounding area was nice too, with coffee shops and stores. I will definitely stay here again.

Eastern Al Montazah was modern with comfortable, well-furnished rooms, a private pool, hidden away from passers-by, and an on-site restaurant. Their staff was very kind and professional!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here. We stayed in the Royal Suite and it was so spacious and comfortable and clean. Our balcony opened right up onto the pool area. The staff were lovely and accommodating, especially Mina George in the restaurant. The food was delicious and such good value for money. Good location to all the sights. Would stay again!

Extraordinary staff, very gentle and polite, they changed my room from city view to pool view without me to ask them, when they found it available. The place is clean and neat, rooms are highly cheque and stylish, we ready needed not to leave the place

The staff at this hotel are truly amazing. They make you feel welcome and will assist in any way they can. In general the hotel is excellent, well kept, clean and up to date. Good wifi, ATM on site and the lovely elevators are an attraction on their own. They work silently and efficiently. The restaurant: breakfast is a buffet with more than enough to choose from and chefs waiting to freshly prepare your choice. Dinner is the same. We chose not to sit in the same area as the inevitable groups and had nice, quiet dinners, again with enough to choose from the menu (groups get a set menu) Service with a warm smile and good food. The room, we chose full sea view and the view is indeed great, The downside is the road in front and the traffic noise, but the new windows block most of it. You can still hear it, but it did stop us from having a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed. If you are a light sleeper, maybe request a room in back or side. If the hotel would choose to open the rooftop again, we think that would be an extra bonus. Monty’s bar is also a good place to have a pre-dinner drink and again, service is impeccable. All in all, we look forward to coming back here one day and can highly recommend the Cecil.

Very rare things in life maintain their quality. We often hear this: it was very good but unfortunately that was in the past. Cecil Hotel is stunningly maintaining and even improving the quality and luxury of service offered by a historical and classic hotel in the heart of Alexandria. My mother stayed here 70 years ago and she said that it was the best hotel in Alexandria back in 1954. Today, I confirm with full confidence that it is still one of the best hotels in Alexandria. The location, the friendly staff going extra miles to please the guests, the breakfast buffet where you can easily spend 2 hours 🤭, the house keeping, the bell captain.. every single person is doing his best to please and serve the guest. This attitude is definitely cascaded from the top management to the last junior staff at the hotel. Thank you for a very pleasant stay at Cecil Hotel Steigenberger.

Everything I hoped it would be for my first return to Alexandria in many years. All the staff were friendly and helpful, Samia & Ahmed of housekeeping ensured our room was exemplary, and the restaurant staff (especially Ibrahim) and chefs were also great. The breakfast buffet was very good. As elsewhere in Alex, there are beautiful lifts to take you to the rooms; we loved being on the 5th floor. Our room was lovely, facing Saad Zaghloul square and the harbour for great views. Some people may find the constant car horns an irritant - but that's what earplugs are for! We loved being at the heart of the city. We also organised a trip to El Alamein and a car to the airport through the helpful hotel desk. Unfortunately, the Monty Bar was too smoky for us, but we had no complaints. I would love to return - hopefully, it won't be another 38 years.

Nice hotel with very good rooms, very nice Gym and very friendly stuff, ever willing to help (thanks Ahmed). With a little bigger/ comfortable pool, the hotel would be super. Also the location is ok. I didn’t do breakfast so I dont know how it is but I visited the restaurant and food was ok, if service little faster it would be better.

To visit family i stayed for 5 night at this hotel. I really enjoyed the hotel because of the nice atmosphere, spacy room and great beds. As a sportive and heavy person a good bed is crucial for me. So I was really happy with quality and slept every night really well. The hotel is central located, but close to a really busy street. So i recommend to take Uber from the hotel to other places. And for me also really important: great service! For me Ahmed, Abanob and the woman who host the breakfast (forgot the name: sorry!) where to 3 persons who made my stay even more pleasant. They are really kind, friendly persons and really helpfull. Thank you guys!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Security and luggage service were smooth and efficient. A special thanks to both AbdulRahmans and Mariem for the warm welcome, fast check-in, and their extra care during the stay. Big thanks to Osama as well for always being available and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with great housekeeping and room service. Perfect location – right across the street there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything you need. Don’t miss Kim’s Coffee Shop by the hotel entrance (2nd floor). Cozy spot with amazing Saudi coffee and other types also – a must-try! Will definitely come back to this cool and friendly place.

For what we wanted in a hotel, the Mirage covered everything. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely touch. Breakfast was very good, a nice big selection of proteins, pastries, breads, fruit and veg, as well as fresh omelettes being made to your liking. The breakfast alone is a reason to stay here! The staff were all very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Every one of them went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and I've no doubt they do the same for every one of their guests. Definitely recommend this hotel!

I loved this place. I took the best decision of my life to feel I was in Alexandria. Since my reservation the administrator of the property established contact with me. The instructions to arrive in the apartment were perfectly clear. I did not have to deal with the address or anything else. The apartment was so nice. I loved it! The apartment was new, clean, with a beautiful view of the wonderful city. The neighborhood was perfect for me. I was in a very nice area. I am so greatful for this experience and I say Thank You so much to the owner and administration of this place. Thank You so much!

It was our first time in Alexandria. We had a great time there thanks to the nice apartment and the host. The apt was located in the center of city and had a fantastic view of mediterranean sea. It was sooo clean and so well furnished that we could just come and enjoy. The bed covers and towels were all very clean which i'm at most satisfied with. Furthermore, the host was really kind and always ready to help. He answered immediately every single question of mine, even though i asked about so many things. Highly recommended. The views were incredible. If nothing else, the views are worth 10 stars! But Nagy and everyone we interacted with were genuinely kind and helpful. They even let us hold our bags in our room past checkout so we could go have coffee and lunch before we left. The beds were so comfortable, and the room was quiet (outside of wind or waves you hear). Also, it was just a few blocks from so much food and coffee and so much to do. We loved the whole experience!

Everything went perfect, they texted me in advance to organise the check-in and were very flexible and friendly. The appartment is very big and beautiful, especially the exceptional view of course. The bed is extremely comfortable and there is everything you need in the flat, including good wi-fi and a hot shower. Location is great, walking distance to downtown and the corniche. All went very uncomplicated and we would definitely stay there again!

Communication before the stay was excellent. Was met upon arrival by an agent who showed us the apartment and made sure everything was in order. Strong and stable wifi! Excellent room sizes and very comfortable furnishings. The view of the Mediterranean was spectacular. Location was right in the heart of the city with excellent shopping and dining located steps away from the building. Would strongly recommend to all travelers.

A delightful historic hotel, consciously maintaining high standards of attentiveness and kindness to guests. Lovely belle epoque rooms, still with their ormolu-set desks and damask covered sofas. The high ceilings make for a wonderfully cool, light environment. We thought this was an enchanting time capsule. The beds were also extremely comfortable and the cleanliness was impeccable. Also, the location on the corniche was ideal, with views across the bay to the Ottoman fort. It was easy to get Ubers to anywhere we wanted to go, such as the glorious nearby Greco-Roman museum. The rooftop restaurant was great, too. The only other contender in the area that people who read this review are likely to consider is the Cecil. Tbh, we far preferred the Windsor Palace, having eaten in both. The Cecil has been rendered bland and characterless by the Steigenberg group, and we thought the service & general ambience were better at the Windsor Palace. Loved it and would love to return.

We stayed 4 nights at the Windsor and loved the classic ambiance of the famous old hotel. We opted for a jr suite with direct sea view and view is stunning - at very least, get a direct sea view - worth the price! Also, the hotel is in a good location for getting around the city.The staff at the hotel was very professional and helpful and saw to our every need. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant where they serve a large breakfast buffet and a restaurant which serves from 11 am to 1 am. The restaurant food was delicious! The hotel location is central to the main attractions in Alexandria (Greco- Roman Museum, Fouad and Nabi Daniel street, and popular food places like Delices, Chez Gabi, fish market, trianon, and many other places) having the BEST sea view among other hotels. Rooms are authentic. If you are coming with your car you will have a major challenge with the parking. Breakfast is okay, however the view is amazing. The room is equipped with all the required kits (dental, shaving, loofas) without even asking for it. The reception team is amazing, Christina, Ahmed, Michael and Reem, they are very polite and helpful.

Great greeting at reception by Reem and her colleague , shown around and everything explained. Staff throughout the hotel were top class. The rooms were extremely comfortable with a modern bathroom. The Blue Harbour restaurant was terrific , amazing views from the terrace , exceptional service , very good food (albeit more Mediterranean than Egyptian) . Great for just a drink too and not expensive. Quite busy with non residents and female groups so a nice atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was superb and with huge variety (maybe more fresh fruit ?)

The rooftop restaurant with a spectacular ocean view and the Citadel in the distance was the highlight of our stay. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a classic French style. The air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable. The staff spoke English and were helpful. The valet parking was convenient and easy to use. The drive from Cairo was easy (2.5 hours), and the hotel was easy to find. The hotel was a good base for sightseeing, and we didn’t mind the lack of a pool or beach. We were accommodated on the same floor when we requested it.

The whole experience and the stay in the hotel has been nothing short than exceptional, beginning with the venue that overseas the heart of downtown in Alexandria and the authentic streets around which provides 100% non-touristic experience rather an oversight from a very local country wide perspective. The hotel itself, and the service, including the staff beginning from the check-in, the reception and the hosting and everything in between has been a five star rated journey from beginning to end. The hotel provides an average breakfast with a very non- average view overlooking the sea from a spectacular standing, the room itself is comfy, including the bed, the chair and as well, the bathroom. The only thing I would recommend is ensuring that there is adequate notice that there is a small step in the room separating the bedroom from the bathroom as it could be a challenge for elderly or those using a wheelchair. The place itself is a fantastic palace with double height with the metal decorated handrail and elevator crafted from the inside with very fine wooden designs , fitted with golden strides here and there with a beautiful engraved design. It was my first day in the Metropole Alexandria Hotel , and for sure it will not be the last. Special thanks to Rana , Bassant and Adnan for their friendliness and extreme customer centric attitude. It is a beautiful hotel with a long history and an old warm charm, that enhances the experience of visiting Alexandria. The location is excellent, prime spot on the Corniche with a superb view to the sea and the citadel, and at the same time right in the center of things, walking distance from all major sights, restaurants and nightlife. The staff is top notch, super friendly and polite, and available 24/7 for everything you might need. Special shout out to our room attendant Rachep that kept our room sparkling clean and treated us with little chocolates left on the bed. The beds are dreamy, so comfortable and huge in size. The breakfast is delicious, with a big variety of both Egyptian and European staples, and fresh eggs cooked on the spot to your liking. Plus it is served until 11 am on the rooftop, with an unbeatable view to the sea and the city, such a great way to start each day. We cannot recommend Le Metropole enough. Can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Metropole in Alexandria. The view from our Junior Suite (Room 315) was absolutely breathtaking… overlooking both the sea and the city. It was the perfect spot to wake up and watch the sunrise over the Corniche. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Rana and Bassant were especially kind and helpful… management should be proud to have them on the team. All the thoughtful touches made a big difference- my partner was greeted with a flower, and the room was beautifully decorated in a romantic style that made our stay feel extra special. The hotel itself is full of charm and history, dating back to 1902, but still feels well cared for. The rooftop restaurant offers amazing views and the prices were surprisingly reasonable given the location and atmosphere. Highly recommend for couples or anyone who appreciates a classic, elegant stay with great service and unbeatable views.

Turn of the century European elegance describes this best; I expected Agatha Christie to walk down the hallway! Slightly faded, but kept in excellent condition. I was sat down with a fancy tea tray of goodies and cool Hibiscus tea while the front desk checked me in. My room was lovely. The bathroom was very luxurious (although more counter space would've been nice -- but it is a hundred plus year old hotel). Paid extra for ocean view and it was worth every penny. At dinner, the hosts wore white gloves and an Italian solo singer entertained. The stay was worth it just to use the ancient quaint elevator. And because Egyptian prices are lower than USA, I could actually afford something that in Europe would've been way beyond my price range. Loved every minute.

Very clean hotel . Comfortable. Nice pool but no sea view pool view only but they have nice private peace . Just walk 5 mins from the hotel. I would like to thank the staff in reception . My stay at Helnan Mamoura Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The hotel is perfectly situated with stunning views of the Mediterranean, creating an idyllic atmosphere for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the panoramic sea view from my balcony. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, and I had the pleasure of trying several of them. The amenities at Helnan Mamoura Hotel are top-notch. The pool area is well-maintained and provides a great spot to unwind and soak up the sun. Additionally. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or accommodating special requests, they were always attentive and helpful.

Hello 👋 all the room are arround the pool 100 % new and clean 😀 this is the second time here and the hotel is new 👌 everything i like in the room plus it is always no noise when it is not summer and i respect GM's who make 👏 the special rate for Egyptians paying with the Egyptian pounds as the local law in the central bank of egypt 🇪🇬 and the tourism local policy for egyption special rate which i know from 25 years tourism, special thanks & appreciated much .

The hotel is exceptional and incredibly impressive, and it was very clear that it was of supreme quality at an extremely attractive price. The rooms were absolutely massive and very well furnished, and the fixtures and fittings were exemplary. We used the games room, which was equipped with two amazing billiard tables and a pool table. Overall the hotel was incredibly fantastic.

Looking at Google Street View 2020, I see this hotel has been renovated in the last 2 years. The work was completed to a very high standard, with large airy rooms, good furniture, gleaming surfaces. The hotel keeps historic furniture used by King Farouk I in a stately room and has a large library for guests, as well as a fitness room. The scale is grand and lavish. The restaurant serves excellent breakfasts, with Egyptian specialities like foul and Egyptian cheese, French pastries etc. The all-day dining menu is varied, it was tough to choose! I only stayed 4 nights so was particularly happy to get excellent help and guidance for sightseeing from Reception staff. The staff arranged for me to meet a local guide, which enabled me to make the most of this - too short - visit, see what I was most interested in and not have to plan and research my routes at length. As a solo female traveller, sadly not speaking Arabic, I felt most unsure about orientation, getting lost and all the signage not understandable to me. What was helpful was that the hotel is located in the very centre of the city and there is no risk of losing one's way on the large busy streets and Corniche. For more niche locations I would recommend using a local guide, it unlocks the city. Overall I would stay there again. I had a great break thanks foremost to the professional and gracious staff at this hotel.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing! We were a bit hesitant at first because of the online reviews we had read but the moment we stepped into the hotel and were met by the staff, we realised that it had been a great decision choosing Royal Jewel. The hotel itself is stunning and the staff were very professional yet friendly and helpful. We had a number of requests and the reception staff, housekeeping and restaurant were very accommodating. Some people had written in their reviews that the loud music from the ballroom downstairs at night is disturbing but we found it to be quite nice and it did finish by around 11 pm so that was fine. The room was spacious, had all the amenities a person would expect from a hotel in Dubai - we didn't even realise we were out of country till we went out on the streets 😅 The breakfast they served was delicious! Laundry facilities are also on site. Central location means it was very easy to get around to local attractions. A huge thank you to everyone at Royal Jewel El Raml for making our stay extraordinary! Will definitely come back in the future with my family and recommend to other friends too.

The staff is amazing. They were so helpful. I had broken my shoe so I asked Guber, at the front desk, if there was a shoe repair shop near by. He asked the other staff and offered one of them to take us to a repairman man nearby. This staff person walked us to the place. There was no way we would have found it ourself. Another day we wanted to take the city train, which was right across the street from the hotel, to a museum. We had no idea how to do this. Guber, got a map of the stops on his phone and then sent us the link. He told us exactly what to do and and how many stops there were before our stop. He then offered his staff to go to the train with us to ask the driver to make sure we get off on the correct stop. We were two women traveling so we really appreciated their concern for us and making sure we felt safe and taken care of. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and several local sites; also easy access for tour guides to pick you up. Its also on the tram line if you want local transportation. The absolutely best part was the staff, to a person they were helpful, responsive, friendly and kind. They went out of their way to be helpful. As an example, we needed a small repair on a shoe. One of the staff walked with us to find the street vendor who repairs shoes. We would not have found it on our own. Breakfast had good choices, and there are several restaurants or cafes onsite if you want a meal or pastry. The room rate was reasonable, and the room was very spacious. We had everything we needed. We definitely recommend Royal Jewel for your stay in Alexandria. There is a lot going on at this hotel, such as weddings, weekly souk in the adjacent street on Thursdays and Fridays, and many people coming to the cafes in the evening.

It's very resort-like, a renovated palace with a true balance of rich past and modern facilities, great for relaxation as it is also adults only. The staff are amazing, very friendly. The Gym is superb with a pool view and high end equipment. The pool is really nice as well. The construction around the hotel didn't bother us much. 5 minute walk to Montazah gate. The close by lake is beautiful for night or morning walks.

Beautiful peaceful hotel still boasting royalty features from Egypt and Alexandria’s King Farouk times. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Nice pool. Nice rooms. Small but nice gym. Lovely and tranquil surroundings of the montaza gardens bringing back nice memories. We will be definitely back to this hotel many times. Our hot water initially didn’t work but was fixed promptly on reporting it.

Wow. Best place to stay in Alex as a whole. Words can’t describe. Booked a Queen suite. Good spa and good breakfast. Restaurants on site and nearby inside Montaza. Nice swimming pool. Exceptionally clean. Sheets changed every day! Wonderful place to sit and write.

The hotel is really quiet, nice interior, a nice garden, and a pool, the drinks were good ... it is so far one of the best hotels I have been to, for a good value of what we paid.

- It is very cozy and warm hotel - View was amazing, although we took city view room - Location was excellent and unique on Stanely bridge, and the hotel terrace was just inside the sea, making the view amazing to enjoy - Staff were very welcoming everywhere whenever they see us - Waiters were very welcoming at the breakfast. They wanted us just to sit and they served us in everything - When we asked about special decoration for our wedding anniversary, they did it perfectly with an excellent price and followed up with us till they made sure we are satisfied and happy - The whole stay was amazing

Nice location at the Stanley bridge - offering a view on the pretty beach and the beach and 30 min taxi from all the places to see in the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much with a variety of local food, a pretty view on the bridge and beach and very friendly staff. Different from other hotels we visited in the country, we were looking forward relaxing in our cozy room at the end of the day! The restaurant was also a very nice and cozy place to have dinner after a day out visiting.

Every request is met with a smile, and the team's hospitality is genuinely heartfelt. The hotel's location is excellent, and the room is well-equipped with everything you need. Although the furniture is somewhat outdated, it's well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the internet connection in the rooms is a bonus. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at San Giovanni one of the most famous hotels in alexandria from the gold ages. and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and my suit very comfortable with the decoration i asked for my wife birthday. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with great service specialy the waiter his name was Islam.we tryed the Chateau Briand which was perfectly cooked and tasted perfect. my forever favourit spot in alexandria.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel, with the amazing view of both the sea and Stanley bridge, I booked three rooms for me and my family, all were nice, clean, quit and with comfortable beds. Also the staff were presentable, smiling and asking for our satisfaction. Thanks for all especially for Ms. Marianne on reservation and for the restaurant crew for the delicious food. The hotel was immaculate, my room was cleaned daily to an amazing standard and the housekeeping staff were absolutely wonderful. All of the staff here were so welcoming and friendly, nothing ever too much. We spent a lot of time around the pool closest to reception as this was right outside our room.

I had such a lovely stay at the Romance Alexandria Hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Merna Amr, she was so sweet and supportive. She kindly arranged an early check-in so I could get ready before my event, and even upgraded my room to a suite to speed up the process. The hotel is very clean, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is magnificent, you can find almost everything you could want. My suite had a stunning sea view, which made my stay even more special. Highly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely come back again

This hotel is modern, clean, easy to find, wifi worked well, and has great views over the Mediterranean. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They provide an extensive range of food for the smorgasbord breakfast, and delicious dinners in the Indian Restaurant on L2. We were welcomed with a plate of fresh fruit in our bedroom suite. They also have a free shuttle bus service to selected destinations.

I had a peaceful and relaxing stay in a clean and welcoming environment. The staff was kind and professional – Gena and Samara, in particular, were attentive and friendly. The waiters who served us were prompt and respectful. The room was spacious and well-kept, and the breakfast was fresh, diverse, and delicious – including vegetables, fruits, hot and cold options.

It was my first time staying at Helnan Palestine Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff welcomed me with a warm smile, which really made a difference after a long trip. The room was very nice with an amazing view of the sea, Montaza Gardens, and the water park, though the furniture style is a bit old and could use some updating. Breakfast was excellent — delicious, varied, and beautifully presented every morning. Compliments to the chef! Overall, the hotel is beautiful and complete with a private, peaceful beach and a great swimming pool. Many thanks to all the staff for their kindness and professional service!

We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good variety of food and it was delicious. The pool was nice though it’s a bit small and crowded.

I had an amazing experience in Helnan Royal Palestine Hotel, started from the fast and smooth check-in with the very polite and cheerful young man Mr. Ahmed at the front desk, ending with respectful check out with the caring and generous Ms. Radwa. Mr. Ahmed offered us an excellent room (626), with a wonderful view at the Palace, the sea and the Fanner. He welcomed us in a very polite, professional and respectful manner. All the staff, Naser and the house keeping girls, Mahmoud in the Alexandrina restaurant, Mr. Amjad and chef Hassan in the seafood restaurant, the manager and supervisor of the Alexandrina restaurant was very helpful, polite and professional, Yomna in the Italian restaurant. I would also like to thank the 2 drivers of the shuttle bus who transported us to the Royal Tea island. They were so kind to my mother. All were professional, caring for us and very helpful. I can say, they love their work and belong to the company. They made us feel that. This is really very positive. We had breakfast, it was good and tasty with several variations. We also tried the launch, it was acceptable (fair quality). We had room service, soaps and cheese salad and we tried some deserts, all was very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel and I wish they keep doing great and that the current owner keep this impressive investment. Thank you for the memorable time you offered us.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good size rooms and good views. Loved the pool and pool area. The only thing we were disappointed with is that the private beach that belongs to the hotel was under construction.

Overall hotel is very nice with great sea view. Pool and spa are great. Breakfast is excellent. Sara is a brilliant manager , she is very welcoming. She also upgraded our room. Habiba on reception is very helpful.

I definitely would reccommend this hotel to others, the walk in showers to the comfy beds, brilliantly clean, white bed sheets, excellent service brilliant breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel is very clean up to standards. Brilliant hygiene, excellent staff, especially Ms. Nadine (guest relations)... she took care of all our needs. Nearby, there is a huge mall full of restaurants, cinema, funfair, supermarket etc, its huge. Brilliant location. A great thank you, to all the staff. I Surely will return. Thank you, for the lovely cake sent to my room, I appreciated that. Fruit is given complimentry to all guest.. this hotel takes care of the smallest needs, its a matter of just asking! I would highly recommend this hotel for first and foremost safety and the dining especially the lounge on the first floor that lounge is better than VIP lounges I've come across, a nice quiet getaway.. The staff are absolutely great, the food is brilliant excellent location. And a beautiful Mosque beside the hotel, it's fascinating to see the work of this mosque, really impressive! The Gym is another bonus. Hygiene is up to date..! Great environment especially for business trips and families! I would definitely come back.. Without doubt. Hotel is in a good location in the middle of a shopping complex. Despite this it is very quiet. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. From the minute you get there, the staff are tending to every need and cannot do enough for you but without being over the top. They have a huge pool on the roof & another indoors. There are heaps of restaurants, 3 by the pool. We tried the Indian and the food was generous, delicious & inexpensive. There are heaps of choices at breakfast from continental through to hot dishes. Whilst ALL of the staff were genuinely friendly, happy and attentive, it would be amiss if special mention was not made of Mayven and Samar from the restaurant and Rolla from the pool area for their outstanding service and helpfulness. They definitely went the extra mile to help make our stay an extremely memorable one and we feel that they should be congratulated and rewarded for their outstanding service and assistance. Recommend: Absolutely. Stay their again. Absolutely.

The spacious deluxe room excelled all my expectations, the staff are extremely attentive, smiley and welcoming team members, the view of the pool was beautiful, and the two enormous super king beds were pristinely clean and very comfortable...I have musculoskeletal disease, and requested at least 6 extra pillows - I received 8 just for my bed alone...All of my requests were met, and prior to my visit all of my messages were answered immediately...Roberto's Italian food restaurant was quietly attentive, (I visited in late November)...The taverna type pool side restaurant was extremely atmospheric...This Hotel is situated immediately within a large shopping Mall, which has an extensive selection of shops...I very highly recommend this beautifully spectacular Hotel for your Alexandria visit, for the Egyptian experience of a lifetime...

The location is good for families. The hotel is located inside a shopping centre. There are a lot of activities and restaurants for the family. The hotel itself has 4 restaurants and the food is tasty. We were given the newly refurbished room. The room was quiet but is little bite far from the pool. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and the spa facilities are a bonus. We had a lovely stay. The pillows were too hard. Please ensure that you can offer soft pillows to customers. The check out is at 12.00pm. We went for a walk around 9 am and when we came back, our room was opened and a member of the cleaning staff was inside our room and when he saw us, he asked us when we were checking out. I did find it quite intrusive. They should be told by the reception when the room is vacant and not asking customers when they were to leave. Not professional. Apart from that, we had a lovely time.

had a great time at Hilton Plaza. I enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and also the gym. The hotel has everything you need. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with my friends from the nice staff at the breakfast restaurant for example, Samar, Salma, Mariam Mikhail, Mariam Girgis and the falafel chef.I had a great time with Mr. Sherif in the business lounge, which is one of the hotel's most important features. I would like to thank the hotel management for their pastry staff. There is no sweetness or taste to the sweets they make at the hotel. They are very delicious. Thank you. I had a great time with you. I will come back to you soon.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service which goes beyond 'exelent' to impeccable. There was quite a lively nightlife in the city and more shopping and dining options than you could shake a stick at. So it was surprising that our pool-side room was so quiet, but it was. I could hear some of the nearby noise if I listened quietly next to the door, but nothing disturbed our rest. The breakfast was beyond magnificent. The have the best buffet I've ever had the pleasure to meet.
