We had a room with a seaview and terrace with swim-up , which was great and became our go to place for sun bathing and chllin out . Tapas alley a short stroll away and 3 streets behind is the main strip with all the bars and shows, so close to everything you need .

Stayed in the room with the private pool, hands down the best room ive stayed in within benidorm, room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was lovely, perfect location between old and new town.

All of the Combe staff were very helpful from checkin through to checkout. The superior room with private pool was an excellent choice.

The elevated position gives some amazing views over Calpe and the villa facilities means you are completely self sufficient. The rooms are also comfortable and clean as well as the well maintained pool.

Very nice house. Lovely big pool. Outside areas were very good and very clean. Having a toilet outside beside the pool along with a fridge and seating area in shade was very convenient. The rooftop area is very nice at sunset. The house was equipped with everything we needed and had AC in the bedrooms. The house is in a very quiet area. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of space. The hosts were very responsive and very pleasant. The location is close to many towns with lots of food and entertainment options. A car is essential. We had a great time here and would reccomend it to anyone.

Excellent villa with lots of space, large well equipped kitchen. A great private swimming pool that was big enough to get a decent swim in. Outside pool sitting area has a fridge to keep your drinks cool. This villa has everything you could want for a nice relaxed time. Would go there again if we ever chose to visit this part of Spain again. Rob and Lauren are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble . Villa is a 10 from me but the lack of facilities locally stops it being a perfect score. Sorry about that.

it is a really beautiful property with a lovely pool and super roof terrace. I just wish the I had had the opportunity to use them. the kitchen is well equipped and would be great for cooking if you were staying longer. big American fridge, dishwasher and super eating spaces inside and out. Double settee lounge tv area with everything you need on tv - Netflix / BBC/ITV etc. Lastly a word for the hostess. Lauren is super efficient, very friendly and responsive. Would recommend very heavily

Well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Perfect size for family. The heated pool was excellent and children (and adults too!) loved it. Good location and, with car, had shops, restaurants and lots of places of interest nearby.

Everything was great, exactly as we expected, Rob and Lauren were really welcoming and informative. Answered questions really quickly and made some great recommendations. Having a super warm pool was the highlight of this property 😁

The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was well kept, with 8 sun loungers, an old patio furniture set and a brand new patio furniture set. The whole place has been recently painted inside and out. The staff who met us were excellent, as were the staff who booked us out at the end. The kitchen has everything you need , with enough for at least 8 people. We had 2 young children with us who really enjoyed the pool and the table tennis table. The villa has 1 ground floor bedroom, which suited us with one of our party having mobility issues.The other 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The upstairs rooms are a good size, and the ground floor room was very spacious. It's located in a residential area and its a 10 or 15 walk to the local restaurants and shops. The walk is down quite a busy road with no footpath. Overall, the villa is excellent. A car would be useful but it's not necessary. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The pool and interior were great and there was plenty of room. Dishwasher and washing machine an added bonus. Sun on pool all day but plenty of shade in seating areas. Nice beach club near by with good food. Taxi to beach which was lovely. Dined Al fresco most days and facilities for cooking pretty good.

We were very impressed. The pool was a great size and kept clean by professionals throughout our stay. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for all my family's needs; 3 adults, 2 children. Information and communication was excellent from the owner as well as the local property manager (places to eat, local activities, and amenities).

We loved everything about this Villa, the outdoor space was brilliant, plenty of seating area, plenty of shade, location was brilliant and the pool was amazing lovely and clean. Would highly recommend staying here.

We wanted a private stay in a quiet area and that’s exactly what we got. The property has plenty of space and everything needed for a large family holiday. When we arrived we met with Sara who showed us around the area and was extremely helpful. I was able to contact her throughout the week with no problems, she made our stay very easy.

Thanks for the wonderful stay! Stayed in the Villa for 7 nights with friends and family (8 adults, 3 little kids). We managed to park 4 cars inside the property. 1st floor has 1 AC for the whole floor but with slightly open doors to bedrooms it was easy to get the temperature down in both bedrooms. 2nd floor has 3 AC’s. The place and the area as such was very quite. Nearby beach was 10 min walk. Clean and refreshing pool. Highly recommend.

It was a lovely villa with most of what we required. We self-catered for eight on numerous nights and there was appropriate cookware to facilitate it. The pool was clean and great fun. The staff were lovely and very helpful when setting up and sorting our documents and details. Notable points to consider are that the area is very hilly and not super accessible, lots of narrow one-way roads on steep hills, although this is not indicative of the villa itself and is obviously known across Calpe. The villa features AC, ample parking for at least 8 cars behind an enclosed compound.

Villa is in a quiet location, very private & enclosed which was great for our dog. It's about a 30 minute walk to the calpe promanade. We had most things that we needed to prepare meals. Very spacious both indoors and out. Good off road parking. Short walk down to closest cliff beach, and lovely coastal path down to seafront bars and restaurants. Very helpful support staff and technician fixed washing machine same day when it malfunctioned.

Very spacious, didn’t think it would be as big as it was, the location was incredible and the decor was really nice. The overall vibe of the villa was great and really gave use the feeling of being on holiday. Very relaxing

we have just returned from a 2 week stay in villa aloe. Lovely! The pool is great. Yes there are overhanging trees that drop debris into the pool but we cleaned the pool with the net in the morning and the pool person came and did a proper job twice a week. The outside bbq and eating area is great and cover is welcome from sun. The air conditioning keep us cool during the night and when we needed to escape the heat during the day. The beds are super comfortable. We had a problem with the dishwasher and someone came out a few hours later and we had a replacement dishwasher the following morning. great location in a quiet residential area. 15 mins to walk into the old town.

Decent size for six adults , pool area facilities great , plenty of quiet shaded spaces for anyone wanting a bit of alone time , crucial AC units were excellent and ensured a good nights sleep ,10 min walk to a couple of supermarkets.

Lovely villa , nice and clean . Pool did get a lot leaves from the tree but it was no bother cleaning it . Very clean inside the villa has nice big rooms and comfy beds. , fully equipped everything we needed . Beautiful sea views from the bedroom balcony , watch the sunrise in morning stunning!!! 🧡

Beautiful villa with great swimming pool, great views of Calpe. Veranda was a bonus for the fireworks and relaxing on a evening with stunning views of Calpe rock.

Very nice villla on the outskirts of Calpe. Great space. Excellent upstairs terrace and pool area. Double bedroom downstairs is incredibly roomy with a couch.

Great location with amazing views. The facilities are excellent with plenty of space for our group of 8, (the villa sleeps 12) The villa has 2 kitchens which are very well equipped for big groups.it also has an outdoor dining area that is very well set up. The swimming pool was big enough for 5 people to play around in & there's plenty of sunbeds, chairs & shade. There are 2 double & 4 twin rooms with comfortable clean beds, all the bathrooms have almost instant hot water in the showers. The washing machine & outdoor drying areas are a great benefit, as there were only 1 set of towels provided each. Inside the house is dim & cool, a nice chill area for the hot days! It's about a 20 min walk to the sea front, 30 min from the old town, you can see the salt flats & flamingos from the villa with views of the famous rock. There's a pathway through the salt flats, to get better views of the wildlife in the daytime. There's car parking to the front of the villa & a pedestrian gate by the pool for a little short cut to the main road. Lidl, Aldi & Mercadona are all about 7-10 min walk away, at each end of the road, bring a shopping bag with wheels from home if you have one! Community bins & recycling are at each end of the road too, bring a bag of rubbish when you're going out, it'll make sure you don't have 10 bags to dispose of on your last day. It was a very enjoyable stay, everything we needed was at the villa & the resort is compact & clean with lots of restaurants & bars.

The size of the villa meant that we all had our own space and we weren't on top of each other. Having 2 kitchens to use gave us 2 fridges and more crockery etc. There is plenty of inside space to sit together, although we all stayed outside morning, noon and night. There was more than enough room outside to all sit together for meals and a drink with lots of lighting etc for nighttime. The villa is on a main road in the middle of 2 supermarkets which are only a short walk. The pool was lovely and was used by everyobody, young and old. There is a small gate at the back of the pool giving access directly to the road which was good for us as the main gate was up on the top level so saved my parents walking up and down steps every time we went in and out.

Overall excellent stay at Villa Puchero. Collection of keys from the office was slightly awkward - a lockbox would be easier. A few small improvements would make a big difference, e.g. provision of more than one roll of toilet paper and a few basic cooking essentials such as a wooden spoon, oil, salt and pepper. The pool was very nice and well maintained.

The location was excellent. It’s less than 10-minutes walk to the town and beach. It had lots of outdoor space and a large pool. There’s fresh fruit growing around the property and lovely mountain views.

We stayed here recently as a group of three families, including 6 children. The villa was perfect for us. The villa is situated in a nice quiet area and we felt very safe. Each family had two bedrooms and a bathroom each. All the bedrooms were a great size and the upstairs bedrooms with the large balcony was a bonus with the beautiful views (the photos don't do the views justice). The driveway was big enough to fit all three cars. The outdoor and pool area was spacious and the kids pool was ideal for us who had young children. There was a small supermarket only 5 minutes walk around the corner from the villa. It's around a 25/30 minute walk to the beachfront which we did walk a few times. There is also a Lidl close by. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful villa! Great pool with beautiful view. Perfect place for a holiday with friends or family. I definitely recommend it! If someone don't have car - only downside is that the keys have to be picked up and returned at the office.

All the bedrooms were spacious and had lots of wardrobe space. The covered outside table and BBQ area were great for cooking and eating outside in the shade. Lots of space for lounging in the sun. Great swimming pool.

the BBq area was fantastic, the pool lovely, table tennis was a great addition. Loved the sun room, and all the facilities the villa offered. Washing machine, dishwasher was an asset. Loved the maintenance guy and staff at the key collection. They ordered us a taxi to take us to the villa, and were hand for any problems. We only had one problem with the automatic blinds, and within the hour the lovely guy came and sorted it.

The pool was brilliant, very clean and was attended to twice by the maintenance man during our stay. The villa was within walking distance to the supermarket, local shops/restaurants and the beach. There was lots of space in the grounds, plus room for a car if needed.

Great area, near to beach restaurants and bars without being right on top of them. Pool was nice too

Great and quiet location near the beach, very good grocery store and citycenter. Clean and nice house with outdoor pool. Water was ofcourse a bit cold in April but kids loved to swim anyway. We loved the lemontree and barbeque place. Bedrooms were big enough and most of the beds were comfortable. Every bedroom has an air conditioner. There was enough place for a big car in the yard behind the fence. Kind neighbour gave us nisperos (a fruit) he grows in the garden.

We had to drive into Calpe to Plis holidays office to collect the keys. The villa is spacious, and comfortable. Pool and BBQ area are lovely. We had to ri g the plus holidays office because we had no hot water and we requested a cot, they arrived within 15 minutes to sort the water and give us a cot.

Really good, quiet location however close enough to walk to a beautiful cala and to the promenade where there is no end of resturants and bars. Plenty of books and games available. The TV also had Netflix which was perfect for a teenager who wanted to be out of the sun. We didn't want to leave!

Better than the photos, pool area was amazing, easier walk than we expected to the lovely promenade, very comfortable, excellent space for all 5 of us. Good communication.

Marco was lovely and very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and had a nice bathroom. The pool was a great size for how few rooms there are.

We initially booked 2nights but ended up staying one week after feeling so welcomed by Marco and his wife. They were so accommodating and gave us loads of places to visit in area which exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend casa felizia to anyone and we will definitely be going back one day 😊

Excelente lugar para tener unas vacaciones tranquilas. El espacio esta perfectamente adecuado, limpio y bien ubicado, a solo 15 minutos en carro de Denia y 15 minutos caminando a la playa. Marcos y su esposa tienen todo muy organizado, son muy detallistas, el desayuno es perfecto, la atención, los servicios, etc. Volveré con seguridad.

The location was excellent, less than a 2 minute walk to the restaurants and bars. The Villa was excellent, very well equipped, everything you need for self catering. The outside area was excellent, lots of space, and a good shaded area as well. Pool was very big. Originally the pool was a bit cloudy however on contacting the owners it was fixed that day. I would recommend this Villa, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic location and house, fab garden with an amazing pool and outdoor area, hosts were amazing. 2 bedrooms and a couch inside and a little apartment room accessible from outside with ensuite shower. Would return any time. We have rented for the last 15 or more years and our host at Casa Alta was one of the best. Love how their house is a home from home. Also that we could clean the house and wash linen and could opt out of paying extra cleaning charges. It is a bonus when one keeps things clean and not a must to pay €100 or so. Made to feel like we were home just using our own holiday house , thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing. Home from home. A few steps walk from all the restaurants and bars of the town centre. The owner is always available if you need them. Everything you could possibly need is in the property.

We loved this chalet and would definitely stay there again. The garden is amazing, it has a fabulous pool with very comfortable sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun or just relax. There is a barbecue and a very nice pergola with sofas. Also a playground where the kids didn't want to leave except to the pool. The interior is completely new and with a style that leaves you surprised, it had everything we needed for our stay, super comfortable beds and the most important thing and that we have not found in all our trips is immaculate cleanliness, everything shone. The location is very good because it is in an independent chalet area where you can feel the peace, listening to the sound of the birds in the morning. It is very close to San Vicente with all services such as supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. They received us in an incredible way and the staff at all times was aware that we did not need anything, a service of 10. We had a flight in the evening and asked to leave later, the staff without hesitation let us stay until check-in time. go to the airport. Thank you very much for this incredible vacation, we will be back soon!

10 friends on holiday from Sweden. Everything about the house was exceptional, clean, modern and luxurious. Spacious and with great facilities for all of us. Fully equipped for a wonderful holiday. (Towels, shampoo etc) Nice outside area with a grass lawn where you can play some football or other fun games. The pool was big enough for all of us and the sunbeds were very comfortable. The owner was amazingly helpful and kind, always responding quickly when we had some questions. When we let the owner know we wanted a bread knife, they came knocking on the door with one the same day! Air condition in every room aswell. We would definitely book this house again! Wow! Highly recommend!

We have quite specific needs as we are a family with two disabled children. I scoured Booking.com with a list of requirements when booking our Spanish holiday, and Villa Maria was top of the list. We were delighted to secure a booking on our chosen dates and we looked forward to holidaying there with our three children and their grandparents. The house had all required amenities other than a dishwasher (which wasn't missed). There was plenty of space for 7 of us to be together and also have time apart. The outdoor area is wonderful with ample outdoor seating and sunbeds and a good sized pool. We loved that there were both options to sit under cover and in the sun but still be outside. A huge pull for us was the proximity to bars, restaurants and shops. The main strip through Albir is less than a one minute walk away. We travelled from Alicante Airport by taxi on arrival and we had no need for any more transport until we were collected to return to the Airport a week later. We were 15 minutes walk away from the beach and we had countless choices for supermarket shopping and dinner out each night within easy walking distance. Albir itself is a wonderful town and very family friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic property - had everything we needed for a wonderful two week family holiday. Kids loved the pool and adults loved sitting around the patio area or catching some sun in the garden. Owners were lovely, and very helpful with early access for bag drop off etc. Idea location for getting in and around Albir or catching a bus to Benidorm or Altea. No need for a car with 3 or 4 well stocked supermarkets within a 10 minute walk.

Loved this villa perfect location. The host was so accommodating for our check in needs we absolutely loved it!!!

Very peaceful. The swimming pool on the back is lovely, surrounded with lovely fruit trees. Water is not cold. Also there’s a heated jacuzzi. Everything is so well maintained, beautifully decorated, so clean. Actually everything is so good quality, much better than the picture shows. Our twin room is very modern and quite new. The host is such a lovely couple, they are very thoughtful. Even provide nice white robes. You can find anything you need for a long time stay in the house. Beds and pillow very comfortable, had very peaceful sleep. They respect your privacy but ready to help when you need. The whole neighbourhood is beautiful, quiet, posh, surrounded with lots of beautiful green. Such secluded area yet big supermarkets and restaurants are just 3 minutes drive away, also walkable. So close to all the Cala beaches. Amazing location. We will certainty return.

The price is very favorable for a somewhat dated accommodation. Worth repeating!

Stunning villa, tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need. It felt like a home and was extremely well resourced and maintained with plenty of space for everyone. Location was also excellent for the beach, shops, bars & restaurants and the trail to the lighthouse and up the Sierra Helada if you fancy a hike. (Worth it for the views of Albir, Altea, Calp & Benidorm!) Also close to the bus stop and it’s only a short walk to the tram stop where you can easily travel to Alicante or Denia. There is a lovely private pool & a cupboard full of pool toys and inflatables which were greatly appreciated by my teenagers and the sea views from the roof top terrace are beautiful. There were plentiful sun loungers and seating and dining areas right around the property. Everything inside and out was of super quality and condition. The owner and manager were extremely helpful and I couldn’t fault this villa, or its location in any way.

We loved the location of the villa, so close to the beach front and the town centre. Really secure and safe having lockable gates to the complex. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need. The air con was a godsend especially as a couple of days it hit 36 degrees during our stay!

Everything was perfect. The property was even nicer than expected. Very quiet neighbourhood which was exactly what we wanted for a relaxing family break. We hired a car and the location was perfect and central for exploring all the beautiful towns and resorts in the Costa Blanca. Julie and Nigel were amazing hosts and so helpful. Our only complaint was that the holiday had to come to an end!!! Thank you Julie and Nigel for helping make our holiday so memorable. We really hope to see you again 😊

Comfortable and very well equipped villa, conveniently situated in between the Javea port and old town. Quiet with great pool. Loved having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the garden. The ceiling fans and air conditioning in bedrooms welcome in the heat. Immaculately clean with good quality linen, toiletries, and towels. Good layout and tastefully decorated. We liked the blue tiles in the kitchen. The hosts, Marcos and Ivan, are professional and very client centred. They are responsive and kind and do everything to ensure your stay is the best. We felt safe and well looked after. They are perceptive and proactive in offering help. Wonderful hosts who made our stay all the more special. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Villa El Savador, the hosting couple were so welcoming, kind & helpful ! Our room was very clean, stylish & just perfection...we loved the heated jacuzzi & enjoyed relaxing in the garden. Anita made the most incredible breakfast, that we were served in their dining room, in the main villa. 3 minutes walk from the house was our favourite coastal walk, & a pretty cove. The house is well situated between Calpe & Moraira on the coast road at Cala Pinets...lovely sea views & also a view of the Penon Ifach ! Our room was the double pool view room, with direct access to the patio/ garden/pool area etc. We can't wait to return very soon ! X

Location very good, just in a minute from the beach, car parking nearby the property free. From the location starts "Paso ecologico" - nice walking path to Calpe. Owners very nice and friendly. Property has a nice yard with pool and jacuzzi, which you can use. Rooms equipped very well.

great spot, 2 min walking from small beach, 5 min from nice beach’club’. Quiet area. Great garden with pool and jacuzzi. Seaview room is huge with it’s own terrace and great vieuw of the sea and the mountain.

The warm welcome, the immaculate and modern room, the comfortable bed, the fabulous location with beach bar close by, the lovely private garden with pool, the fantastic breakfast and wonderful French hosts made this a wonderful break - and great value!

The linen and towels were included in the rental and all beds were made, which was a relief after a long air travel. The beds are very comfortable to sleep and blinds are available in all bedrooms. The pool is of great size and there is also a garden area for kids to play. There were also outdoor seating area, sunbeds and inflatable mattresses available at the pool. There were also all necessary household items available, detergents, handsoap, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, garbage bags all provided. The Villa matches exactly the photos on the advertisement.

The villa was fabulous inside and out. It had a bedroom downstairs and toilet. A lounge area with a kitchen also with a laundry room (if you needed it). The upstairs was airy with three bedrooms and another toliet with ensuite. Excellent full balcony - the pool was fabulous 👌 Everything was so modern and efficient from the arrival to leaving it was so easy ans safe. Very quiet area so lovely chilled evenings on the balcony. Kids house and play area which was amazing for kids. A large area for outside dining and a bbq - which we didnt opt to use but honestly everything was available. Exceptional location and villa and host. If youre thinking of booking, just do it. You wont regret it.

This property was clean, new and spacious with lots of extras. The owners even left a bag of ice for us. Luxurious towels 😊 We traveled with 3 children and a baby and they had everything from a high chair, to plastic plates to help us. The owner even allowed us to stay later than planned to accommodate our flight time. Shops, restaurants and bars approximately a 10 minute walk. If you want to go further a field I would recommend a car, if you just want to relax by the pool then this place is perfect. We will definitely be returning again. 😊

Plenty of space outside and inside. Great value for money for a place with private swimming pool, BBQ, private parking, three bedrooms and three toilets! I also loved having a bathtub for my child, it's much better than a shower. Beach was only 10 min drive. Nice restaurants in the area. I loved having good value supermarkets within walking distance. Neighbourhood is clean and quiet. Our host Vicky is very helpful and friendly. If we were to come back, we would book with Vicky again.

Pool area seating area is ideal for family from breakfast to dinner The added bonus of a BBQ gives the option to cook outdoors Separately from the neighbours so no noise from them . Having pool items for children / adults is a great idea and was a bonus. Washing machine ideal and with the roof top to dry is the perfect way. We were a family group 5 adults and a 6 year old. We loved the house and outdoor area with pool. There where also pool toys and beach toys to use. Fully fitted kitchen, including airfryer which we used a lot. Washingmachine to clean the towels and large garden to sit outside in different areas during the day. Close to several restaurants and supermarked, also close to the weekly marked. Vicky gives super service and quick to help if we had any questions, super host!

The villa is in a beautiful location, its quite but yet within 10 minutes walk to shops, supermarkets, bars and night time entertainment/restaurants and live music. The villa itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. There is space to be together or to sit alone, to sit and read, listen to music or simply relax by the bubbling pool that is kept immaculate by Vickys husband LIoyd. The host Vicky goes above and beyond her role in making sure the guests are provided with everything they need. She supplied us with beautiful fresh crusty bread on one of her visits, provided us with extra towels and more. During our stay there was a storm that created minor damage to the gazebo roof and Lioyd was over with no hesitation to arrange a new roof immediately, an absolute gentleman. On the day of our departure there was a mix up with the taxi company, which could have been very stressful was it not for Lloyd who thought nothing of driving my family to the airport himself. The service and hosting provided by Vicky and Lloyd was exceptional. I hope to come back to Alicante next year, and stay in Vickys Villa, quite simply why would I want to stay anywhere else? It was a wonderful experience and one I would recommend to all. Thank you Vicky and Lloyd for helping to make our family holiday a treasured memory and one we will never forget.

The villa was in excellent condition and lived up to the expectations set in the profile on Booking.com. Everything needed for a relaxing holiday was provided and the hosts (Vicky and Lloyd) were gracious, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The gardens and pool area were lovely with lost of nice places to sit throughout the day. The interior of the villa was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you'd need to self-cater. WiFi and TV were both excellent too. And and added bonus is the quality of the tap water in the villa - no need to lug heavy 5l water bottles in the mid-day sun!! The local area was quiet during the day and night, and a pleasant short walk will bring you to the bus stops, shops and restaurants. Alicante city and the costal town of Santa Pola are easily accessible and both are lovely places to visit and stroll around. Vickys Villa is an excellent property and, like us, you'll be busy thinking of your next visit as soon as you get home :)

Perfect Stay! Magnificent view! We were impressed by the stunning view. The villa is perfectly build, all the rooms and balcony provide you with a beautiful view over the valley and the Mediterranean sea. The house is modernly restyled with new beds, very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are handmade with a Ibiza style of tiling. We enjoyed the terrace at the poolside during the day and for the evening we had a lovely dinner on the balcony. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful villa. it is even better in real than the pictures show.

The hosts have taken time to think of everything a visitor would need from a welcome pack to super comfy beds and little touches of their love of the property. The property was in immaculate condition and the view was breathtaking to wake up to each day. The host ensured the pool was well maintained and made some brilliant recommendations of things locally.

The villa is excellent, nice bedrooms with lots of space. Lots of little extras with everything a family could want for a great holiday. A great pool and lots of space to sunbathe.

Amazing property, clean, great pool, aircon in all rooms, perfect place to lounge in the sun or pop out to Denia with all its markets and great food.

A wonderful, comfortable home. Barbecue, kitchen, everything you need for a big company! Dishes and glasses are many different! Bed linen, crockery of good quality! 4 comfortable self-contained bedrooms. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! The pool is wonderful!

If you like peace is the perfect place of this house Very clean

What wasn't to like, this property is really superb it really is. The owners have thought of everything, well almost the satellite TV was 95%Danish and although the majority of Scandinavians speak excellent English the majority of English do not speak Danish unless they are asking for bacon. The Internet in that area isn't great either but not the fault of the owners, of the mobile phone providers in that area I found Moviestar to give the best signal but still not that great so if you are a heavy social media geek then don't expect a deal. Now back to the property it is situated in an established estate on the side of a mountain so if you have any form of physical disability think long and hard about renting here. Communication with the owners is very good and they have a team base's in Calpe to give you assistance if you require it. I would fully recommend this property to you.

First time renting a villa and this really is a home from home. Everything and more for a party of 7 to relax and not worry about anything. Really helpful at check in and always on hand if anything was needed. Great facilities and lovely pool and garden area. Terraces to chill out and the bedrooms were spacious and ensuite excellent. Exceeded expectations on all counts.

Whilst a car is essential due to the villa's elevated location, the views are great and it felt very quiet and private. The communications with the host/property manager were clear and the key collection was seamless. The whole property, inside and out, was clean and well maintained. We spent some of our days lazing around and playing in the pool and some exploring the local towns and beaches. Exactly what we were looking for!

Lovely pool, very modern well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and great showers . The outdoor areas were perfect and lovely and shaded. The table tennis table was a hit with the kids and adults. 10/10 for the villa it’s amazing !!!!

Just as advertised in photos. Pool area great size, could have done with some extra sun loungers as there was 5 of us and only 4 loungers, the villa sleeps more people. The sun loungers could do with updating. About 5-10 minute walk to the right when coming out the villa to Quesada main street. Lots of drinking glasses and plates in the kitchen, although no wine glasses and some of the plates were very fine china type so frightened of smashing them. 2 towels per person provided for your stay, could have done with a bigger towel to get showered as they were small. There is a washing machine in the garage which was handy for washing the towels. Used the bbq by the pool on a couple of occasions, great addition when you fancy staying in for the evening. Table and a couple of chairs by the bbq/sink area, table and 6 chairs on the terrace outside the living room and table and couple chairs on terrace outside the main bedroom, main bedroom is ensuite which is a good size. We had a fantastic relaxing holiday and would definitely stay here again.

It is a wonderful home, very well equipped in a quiet neighbourhood. We wanted a restful family holiday and this property is the ideal location for exactly that. The hosts were very thoughtful with a welcome basket and even some personal amenities for each guests and we really wanted for nothing. Our days were spent sleeping late in the comfortably air-conditioned house, then lazing the afternoon away in the sun with some drinks next to the pool (with a small bar area so we could keep our drinks cool and closeby) followed by some family game time and dinner on the patio each evening. The area has a small shop, farmacy, a cozy beach and a few restaurants for those who would like to venture out. We loved it so much and it has set the bar really high for any following vacations.

Belen and Rosa are so friendly and made us feel really welcome. The apartment was beautiful secure modern and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room the beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay Outside the pool was fantastic with plenty of seats and sunbeds.

Excellent location. Very comfortable. Apartment had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless. Pool area was great with plenty loungers and seating areas. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely book to stay here again.

Cute little studio. Everything available. Really nice host. Helpful. Clean pool and sun beds. Laundry facilities and use of bbq available too. Ten minutes in taxi from main Benidorm bus station.

The facility and location were brilliant , and the pool was fantastic

This beautiful villa with spectacular views is located in a gorgeous calm neighbourhood close to some of Spain’s most beautiful beaches. The house has lots of amenities and a hyper equipped kitchen. As a family of five we loved spending time on the outdoor terrace with the large pool . Brigitte and Detlef were very warm, charming and welcoming hosts.

The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is really amazing, with such great views of the sea. Plenty of space for us all and great facilities e.g. BBQ outside. Short drive to l'arenal beach which was great for the kids

We had a truly lovely stay! Even before our arrival, the owner was so kind and helpful, staying in touch and making sure everything was clear and easy for us. Upon arrival, we felt immediately welcome. The check-in and check-out were smooth, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, but still close to many nice places to visit. The property offers a lot of privacy, a big swimming pool, and everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay.

The villa is located in a very quiet location, close to a number of beautiful beaches. The villa has lots of space, both inside and outside, and everything is conveniently arranged to a very relaxing stay. The view of the sea was stunning.

Everything from start to finish was perfect. Everything had been thought of and the Mandels were exceptional hosts.

The villa was stunning, the outside space and pool was amazing. Floats were also available to use in the pool. The balcony outside one of the bedrooms was not overlooked and had fantastic views. Facilities inside the villa were great and so clean. Would totally recommend this villa.

We were met at the property with a very warm welcome to collect the keys and a run down of the villa and local amenities. The villa was beautiful with a large pool and outdoor furniture. The kitchen was very well equipped right down to tea towels, wash up liquid etc. Lovely balcony areas leading from the bedrooms.

The property is exceptional, the pool is fantastic and cleaned every week.

Everything near perfect villa, best sleep Iv ever had in any villa Iv rented, large outdoor space good pool only downside was no bbq but not really an issue at the end of the day

Maintained to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Everything is catered for in this villa.
