The outside of the hotel doesn't show how beautiful it is! We walked in and thought it was gorgeous! We had a very warm welcome upon arrival, from two of the really lovely female receptionists, and even though we arrived early (12pm), we were dealt with, given a nice cold glass of cava, then shown where we could have lunch/a snack until our rooms were available. One room was ready by 2pm, which was great and it meant that I could use my sister's terrace to get some sun while she unpacked her things! The hotel, the room, the swim-up pool were just perfect. I felt very relaxed immediately! I have a very bad back, but the beds were simply amazing. The staff were all very friendly and warm and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaner came each day and replenished our crockery, emptied the bins, cleaned and refreshed everything. I didn't take the name of the female reception manager, but she was outstanding. Also, the tall male receptionist with glasses, who dealt with an issue swiftly and efficiently. Just brilliant! All of the hospitality staff were also outstanding.

Myself and my fiancé stayed in a room with a semi private pool. We were greeted by friendly smiles, offered a glass of cava while we checked in. We were shown to our room and honestly were in awe. The room was super clean, air con was perfect and we also had a balcony at the back of the room with a sea view. The food we had for breakfast and dinner were buffet style with delicious options that they changed up every day. Lunch menu had plenty of options as well. The overall vibe of the hotel is relaxing, peaceful and very quiet! If you want to do absolutely nothing but swim and relax, this is the place to go. We will be back again no doubt!

From start to finish it was a lovely, relaxing stay. It was only 20 minutes from the airport, so taxi was around 25 euros. The check in staff were brilliant, there was a chilled glass of Cava available, the room was ready even though we arrived early and the bags were taken to the room for us. The room was really lovely, bright and the balcony with sea view was great. The shower is open with frosted glass between the rooms, so suitable for couples but not sure about sharing with friends! Shower was powerful and hot and toiletries were provided. Pool towels were from reception, no deposit necessary and you can change them multiple times with the lifeguard. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the pools were stunning. Lots of available sun loungers and nice and quiet by the pools. We used the wellness circuit a couple of times as it was raining. This is a lovely area, but the water is a little chilly for a cold day. Restaurant for breakfast was brilliant, great choice of cooked items like pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausages & bacon, pastries, meat & cheese, breads & cakes. We had buffet dinner one evening which was nice too. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. We hired a car through the hotel, was super easy and relaxed way of doing it. There is an Italian restaurant down the road, La Baia, which did delicious pizzas and had a great view.

Gorgeous property with stunning xeriscaped plantings. Saltwater pool was amazing as was the individual private plunge pool behind the room. Room was so spacious with eye pleasing furnishings and every need met. And it was SOOO quiet!

The room was amazing, clean and really well appointed. We had the suite with little private plunge pool as a treat but stayed before in the main building (standard room) and both were good. The staff including Andrés, Anna, Paulo and Carina were all unfailingly helpful, as were the staff in the restaurant and the cleaners, thank you all. We ate at the restaurant 3 nights out of the four that we stayed, the food is very good. You can walk to the nearby town which has a few eating options including Chic which was lovely. This is our second visit and won’t be our last!

Just spent a gloriously relaxing three days here and can't recommend it enough. It is off the beaten track down a stone-walled lane and away from all the relative hustle and bustle of Menorca. The junior suite was spotlessly clean and comfortable and there is a large-sized pool to cool off in surrounded by zen-style gravel beds and beds of flowers and roses. Sounds a bit cliché but it truly is an oasis of tranquillity and we really didn't want to leave. The food is of an exceptional quality and in the evening one dines up near the Main House /Finca overlooking the rolling Menorca countryside with the sea in the distance. Very helpful and friendly staff. The mansion is just off the track that leads down to the walk through the limestone escarpment to the glorious deserted (at least in the early morning) of Binigaus) beach. It's quite a strenuous walk and best done in the early morning or evening before it gets too baking hot. It's just superlatives all round really for this marvellous place and the only negative moment was when a kid and father played ball in the pool and upset the peace and quiet of the pool area much to the obvious annoyance of those relaxing and snoozing in the shade of the sun parasols.

We stayed at Binigaus Vell during our honeymoon for 4 nights in August 2018. This farm resort was everything we expected, from being in a rural location, to the beautiful salt-water pool, and nicely outfitted rooms. Pros: - Extremely friendly staff (Especially Anna!), who are ready to help you at any point during your stay - Good restaurant - breakfast is great, though busy and in a small space, so it does get really crowded. We had supper on our first night there and it was great. - Beautiful pool and grounds - Plenty of space for parking - Offering of toiletries in the bathrooms Cons: - We had missed the fine print and thought there would be no children at this resort (as it's understood to be a "quiet" resort), so were a bit disappointed to be surrounded by children on our honeymoon, especially around the pool area - Our room was in the original house, on the ground floor and offered no sound barrier to the rooms above us, so it was very loud. We could hear every toilet flush and chairs moving across the floors, waking us up every morning. The bathroom was also nothing to rave about. - While we didn't mind, the beach was a 3km hilly walk from the resort, so do consider this if it's not something you're up for.

A totally calm and relaxing hotel with amazing staff. Beautiful grounds and great accommodation- especially the poolside suites which have their own private plunge pools. The restaurant serves a great breakfast and the evening food is superb - all seated on a tree shaded terrace. The second time we’ve visited and will definitely be back.

Just come back from two weeks in Menorca. Really enjoyed it. Lovely weather, a low-key island and resort, relaxed atmosphere, not too busy anywhere. The hotel had a lovely civilised feel to it, mainly couples, many older but some younger too. British, German, Spanish, Italian and other nationalities all getting on fine together. It was our first experience of an 'adults only' hotel and we loved it - no noisy children in the buffet or round the pool, fantastic! Hotel and resort were nicer than I'd expected from photos - hotel is in lovely location right near the sea and in the middle of the resort, with beaches on each side. There's a lovely pathway all along the shore, and three lovely cafes, one in the middle, one at each end. It was wonderful to relax in the hotel garden or swim in its lovely deep, quiet pool, or wander out to the beach or one of the cafes. Excellent bus service to Mahon and Citadella (well, not very frequent but spot on time and clean etc). Car hire was quite cheap (E100 for 3 days) and it's easy to drive around to look at different resorts, no problem parking anywhere. We went to the Fiesta in Citadella - a bit confusing about what was going on, but saw procession of horses through the streets. Also recommend the 'Somni' horse show, very good. Hotel food was good, no complaints, but of course get fed up after 2 weeks. Only be warned, all drinks are extra including water - we ended up with a drinks/extras bill of nearly E500!

My partner and myself have just returned from a fabulous 8 nights at Sol Beach House. We had a faultless stay. Our room (121) was very comfortable with good views of the sea and pool area from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was superb- plenty to choose from and delicious. As a keen swimmer, I was pleased to find that the pool was large enough to swim lengths in and not at all crowded. We had dinner (buffet with some food cooked to order as at breakfast) on two occasions at Sol Beach House which at 22 euros a head was exceptional value for what was on offer. The staff maintained the right balance of being friendly whilst in no way intrusive and were extremely helpful whenever we asked them for local information. We found the proximity to Santo Tomas beach excellent though we would personally recommend walking further along past the island and wading past the rocks to reach Binigaus beach which was quieter and in our opinion, prettier. Also, if you fancy seeing the historic cities of Cituadella or Mahon (both well worth visiting) the very reasonably priced bus service leaves from right outside the hotel which was very handy. Only slight niggle was the 30 euro charge for a week's wifi use (per device) which slightly cheapened an otherwise superb and rather upmarket feeling experience. Overall though, brilliant hotel and highly recommended.

Had a lovely time at Sol Beach House. Excellent customer service by all staff. Good choice of food at breakfast and dinner, bar service/waiters very good and great fun. Pool area was spotless (as was rest of hotel) and so relaxing sitting quietly by the pool listening to the waves rolling onto the beach.

We spent 8 nights in that hotel, we've been totally charmed by the general atmosphere : the swimming pool facing the sea, the peaceful atmosphere, the closeness to the sea, just few steps to the beautiful sand ! Restaurant at the hotel opens between 7.30pm until 10.30pm, you can admire the sunset from your table. Entertainment every night from 8.30pm to 11.30pm, never later which is good. The entertainment is pleasant but not fantastic, same show every week, we've been especially disappointed by the saxophonist, talented but playing the same track again and again…It was quite difficult to find 2 deck chairs in front of the swimming pool because most of the people were reserving their spots early in the morning (which should not be allowed..). In general I would greatly recommend this hotel.

'Like' is too weak to capture it-- We LOVED the view, the air coming off the sea, the gorgeous Mediterranean light, the privacy, the pool, breakfast on the terrace with awning out and retracted as needed, wine at dusk on the terrace, dinner at sunset on the terrace, the vivid show of flowers lining the steps down to the entrance, the care package of wine and cheese and fruit waiting for us on arrival...

The location and views were unbelievable! The pool was bonus as well. Very clean and private. The bonus welcome pack was also a very nice add-on. Highly recommended!

The sea view is stunning, the apartment is very modern, cool with the air con, fabulous size terrace and very comfortable beds. Shared pool was never too busy and always clean.

The hotel is dated and very much in need of a refurb. Thankfully, we booked a superior family swim up which was just beautiful. Completely different to the rest of the hotel, modern, bright and the pool was just perfect. The issue with these rooms is that they are at the top of the hotel so up the VERY steep hill. We had a pram and it was hard work, also no good if you want to go out for a walk or going down to the restaurant etc. you can’t just nip back to your room without it feeling like you had a mountain to climb!!! (Literally!) When the staff came to set the baby cot up we asked why the safe wasn’t working, they tried for a while but couldn’t do it either. I later found out you have to pay for it … it would have been helpful if we were told this upon check in. Check in was chaotic, we got there around 1130 and must have been the last to get a room at approx 3pm. We were only there 3 nights due to this being part of a wider trip. Only reason I would return would be for the room, as it was so nice, otherwise the layout is just too hard work. I hope Insotel look to refurb the hotel in the near future as it could be very nice. Also, if you’re marketing it as 5 star then it may be an idea to have a golf buggy service offering guests lifts around the resort, even if just on a request basis. At the moment I would say the resort is 4 star at very best.

This was my first visit to Menorca and first time all inclusive. We found the resort clean and well laid out with the various pools and food options, yes it’s on a hill which older or those less mobile may struggle with but on the plus side you get great views of the resort, beach and nearby island. The main buffet restaurants offer a great selection of food with a slightly different mix of food each night, the poolside bar offered a good bbq lunch with the upper pool offering a smaller lunch selection. We enjoyed all the food options and finished are stay with Tapas at the Aire restaurant where the food and Sangria were superb! The pools are are very large and poolside bar offer drinks, snacks and ice creams all day, and although drinks are served in small plastic cups, it’s a sensible option around the pool and they’re happy to serve as many as you want do you can take a couple. We found all staff friendly and very efficient with seating and table clearing along with apartment cleaning. The beach and other small bars and restaurants are very close by and public transport to Mahón and Binibeca is easy and only a few euro’s, well worth a visit. Evening entertainment was fun and varied with staff putting a lot of effort into every performance. Overall a great resort and would recommend to friends, thanks for a great holiday!

Absolutely fantastic resort with some of the friendliest staff I’ve experienced. From reception to waiting staff, cleaners and entertainment staff, the friendliest hotel we’ve stayed at. Nothing is too much trouble. A credit to the Insotel group. This is a fantastic hotel/Spa and 10/10 hardly does it justice. From the amazing array of food which changes daily in the buffet restaurant, through to the a la carte restaurants on site, you are spoilt for choice on the food front. Then there is the choice of the pools. We only used the top pool found at the north of the site. Much deeper, quieter and less kids, adjoined by the Il Faro restaurant where you can get lunch, drinks and snacks throughout the day. We also enjoyed an evening meal here (pre booked). The south pool and splash pools for the kids, coupled with the various water slides means you’ll never be bored of where to swim and sun bathe. The entertainment and artistic teams put on fabulous shows on an evening which is mixed with third party acts. We saw a Mowtown group from South Africa, an acrobatic act from Mongolia and another circus type act from somewhere I cannot remember. The effort put in and the quality of performers is really excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend this for couples and families alike. A fantastic holiday on the beautiful island of Menorca.

Insotel Punta Prima: huge resort, 2 pools, splash park, tennis courts, entertainment bar, pool bar (xoroi)....... The complex was immaculately clean, the staff were so helpful and friendly and work so very hard! The rooms were done daily with clean towels and bedding. Only reason for 4/5 was alas the food...... Great variety in the evening buffet but never hot or even warm, tepid at best..... But you can combat this with the beautiful fresh salads each day! Loved the pool bar with BBQ lunch, all cooked fresh and really good food! Are there wasps near the self serve drinks? Yes, it's a hot country and they are attracted to the sweetness of the syrup, were the staff cleaning it regularly.... Yes. Are the rooms dated? The decor is dated but it's not a reason to berate the complex, beds comfy, spacious apartment, lovely balcony or terrace, little kitchenette, air con! Really lovely complex and we went in peak season so was busy but never felt rammed, always got sunbeds by the pool (although the 6am brigade were out to bag sunbeds!) I would return here, although I'm not one to return to the same place twice

Just back from 4 nights as a last minute booking. As always I ignored the negative comments and glad I did! Everyone is so friendly and helpful in the resort. The apartments are large and comfortable. The prestige rooms look gorgeous but we stayed in a superior and had no complaints. Food is typical all inclusive but always had something to choose from. Lots of room in the restaurant and never saw anyone waiting for a table. Book the other restaurants as soon as you get there as we couldn’t get into any with only being here a short time. Soft drinks are self serve by the pools. We bought our insulated flasks with us which meant we didn’t have to go up more than a few times a day. There are also freezers with free ice creams/lollies for all. The pools are fantastic. One at the top of the hill and 2 at the bottom near the main restaurant. It is quite a steep him. And having mobility problems it was a bit of a struggle but wouldn’t put me off going again. I would say it’s for adults and families. There are plenty of sunbeds on the other side of the pool on the grass if you want peace and quiet. We just picked this area so we could have our speaker on and listen to our music. Plus it’s only a 10 minute stroll into the small town. A few supermarkets and gift shops there plus a gorgeous small beach. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a beautiful converted military base into a hotel but you would never have known it from the charming and pretty qualities of this place. The food was fantastic - half of it sourced from the garden and menu options exciting and well thought out. Service was friendly and knowledgeable and committed to making the customers happy. I was travelling solo and had a lot of issues with my rental car but the staff were really supportive in helping me deal with that. My one bit of feedback was about the music around the pool. Since the speakers were all set at almost ground level there was no escaping the music if you wanted a snooze by the pool so i went to the beach for some quiet! I would definitely come back here with my husband. I loved it.

We stayed here for a few nights to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. And it did not disappoint. Our room was lovely- very spacious, came with a bath, and gorgeous sun terrace, which was really lovely- private and great views. Breakfast was included each morning and was fabulous- great selection of foods on offer, with an option to have extras made for you also. Good coffee too. Delicious dinner menu and great wines. We loved the pool area for relaxing and genuinely lazing about and we also enjoyed one of the picnic hamper lunches one day too, that we took with us out on a long walk. Staff are lovely- very helpful and friendly, and gave us some good locations for hikes.

All around amazing. Can’t wait to go back. We had our own little pool and the space around was just brilliant. The nature around and space between the buildings so that we had privacy was great. Food was lovely and we were really positively surprised of the restaurant. Close to the airport- just short drive away. Staff were friendly but at times chaotic and there were some delays and mix ups but their personality made up for it so all around great.

It s a really charming place. The place itself is amazing , falicities such is pool and spa area are really good too. We had a proper break and it was very relaxing. I do highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance of the building and the excellent location. Just a 10 min walk to town and easy access to the quayside and another route into town, although there were quite a few step via the quay, however there is a lift at the town end. The staff were very friendly and helpful and most spoke a little English. Pool area was clean and there was a small snack bar and plenty of loungers and free use of towels. My room was excellent, it was a premium terrace with sea view (i.e. a harbour view). My only slight criticism was the continuous noise you could hear on the balcony from a ship on the other side of the harbour. It wasn't there every day, and unless you spend all day on your balcony it shouldn't be a problem. One other tiny comment would be for them to change the classical music that plays in the restaurant and around the pool. I think it's supposed to be relaxing, but it was a little depressing. I would certainly return to this hotel if I could get a similar room. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is in the city centre within walking distance from the bus station. It was a good choice for the first couple of days of our holiday. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is also very close to the museum of Menorca which is will worth a visit. The pool is nice and free pool towels are available from reception. My only gripe is that my booking included bottle of Cava and a free upgrade where available. We got the Cava but when asked about the upgrade they said that if we want an upgrade we have to pay for it! Well we had already paid over £260 for two nights room only and were not prepared to pay anymore. Obviously an upgrade was available but they wanted more money for it! Not impressed.

We booked a sea view room and weren’t disappointed with the dual aspect overlooking the harbour and the museum (which is an ex-monastery). The room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable with a very decent shower. Breakfast in the restaurant was superb and we had several very nice and reasonably priced meals in the bar area. All the staff were friendly and attentive and we really couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is situated in a residential area and navigating the streets was challenging. We found the best route was to goes down the stairs (by the pool area) into the harbour, turn right towards the town and take the lift up to the town centre. There you will find a good selection of shops and restaurants serving tapas, pizzas etc. Mahon is a hilly town so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging. Otherwise Mahon is an excellent base to explore the island with plenty of buses and taxis.

Needs updating and generally fixing back to the standard it probably once was. Overall it was good but I wouldn't rate 5* as suggested, there are better 4* places that I've stayed

This was the best place we have ever stayed. If I could give it more than 10 I would. Everything we could have asked for and more. Wonderful host, plenty of kitchen equipment for a family, clean sheets and towels half way through our stay, washing machine,tumble dryer and liquid wash provided, pool cleaned out during stay, pool toys, TV, two lovely bathrooms, comfy beds, the list goes on……..

Villa Ana was a perfect villa for our stay in Menorca as a couple with our 2 year old. The villa had everything we needed to feel like home and the location was perfect with only a 5min walk to the beach, shop and local restaurants. The main beach has a flat boardwalk around the whole beach making it buggy accessible which was a great plus. Toni was also a fantastic host - he met us at the villa despite arriving at 10pm and everything had been set up for our toddler ready including milk in the fridge. Toni also allowed us to stay past the check out time so we could nap our toddler before our evening flight. We had an issue with the dishwasher at one point however Toni arrived very quickly to fix this for us. All rooms were either air conditioned and/or had fans which even in May was needed and kept the villa perfectly cool especially for our toddler. The pool was also a great plus which we used every day. I would definitely recommend Villa Ana to anyone wishing to stay in Menorca and we would love to come back.

Beautiful villa Ana is in a great location, merely a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach (with its soft sand and crystal clear water), the supermarket, and a local restaurant (Bella Napoli… many others are a little further away atop of the beach) . All aspects of the villa; interior, exterior, pool, bathrooms, kitchen, living room and bedrooms are well equipped and spotless. Toni is a marvellous host, nothing is too much trouble as he genuinely wants you to have a great experience and for you to enjoy your vacation. If you don’t have a car, Bus Stop 4 is also close by, from there you can explore the island inexpensively and reliably. From this stop we visited; Mahon, Cuitadella, Es Mercadal and even Binibeca for a few euros each way.

The accommodation was spotless, well cared for, and beautifully decorated with style and quality in every detail. We were a group of eight and had plenty of space to relax. The pool was clean and maintained daily, and the terrace was spacious and perfect for spending time together. The washing machine worked great — a real plus. The location is ideal: just a 5–10 minute walk to a clean, long beach, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Considering the price, this place is truly exceptional. We had such a pleasant stay — thank you so much for everything!

It really is a home away from home, the owner Toni has thought of everything. We loved everything-the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was perfect for my 3 kids (and all the adults!), the villa is a 5 min walk to the beach, a mini supermarket and a nice restaurant/cafe. Its a nice quiet and clean street and it was just perfect! Toni is great-so nice and friendly!

perfect villa!!!! the pool is bigger and deeper than it looks on the photos which was a pleasant surprise. the villa itself feels huge. and it felt like we were in our own house - washing machine we used loads, a dishwasher which was great. coffee machines, kettles, pots, pans, cutlery; everything we needed! the little gift hamper on arrival immediately got us hooked to the litttle sugary biscuit type treats. pool was very clean and warm. had a net to fish out dead bugs, and a sweeping brush/everything we needed. was 5 mins away from 2 different (small) supermarkets, had a VERY nice bar on the end of the street, and a couple of good restaurants nearby, and a little street of cheaper restaurants/bars. the pool/yard where we spent 90% of the time was south facing (or would be in England??) or whatever position meaning we had sun the whole day, which was perfect. it had a tv/vcr/dvd/even a CD player. we hooked up my Nintendo switch and everything worked perfectly. also had a couple of board games! will definitely be returning. we loved it. thanks so much! very much worth the value.

The property was in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The property was clean and tidy including around the pool. The pool was cleaned every other day and the terrace was out bbq was a great addition. Our favourite part was the view of the sea from the terrace.

Pool and shaded areas were great. Pool towels a nice touch as was the welcome pack.

The villa is beautiful - it has everything you need for a week away and is perfectly located for the beach and local restaurant and shops. The villa is beautifully decorated and spacious and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the rest of the property. The pool and outside area was fantastic. We spent most days on the pool (perfect temperature!) and evening in the garden having BBQs.

A Fantastic Villa, for peace, tranquility, & relaxation. A four bedroom Villa, for just the two of us. So much space, even if there were eight of you. Obviously, the best feature, as everyone has already commented, is the pool, garden & veranda / terrace. With the sun beaming down on you, from morning until nighttime. Sun beds, table & chairs were plentiful. The rooftop terrace for the views out to sea and were a lovely feature. The veranda is ideal for the shade, for lunch, dinner or bbq, if you decide not to frequent one of the local restaurants. The kitchen area is superb, everything you need, utility room, the amount of storage space for all your clothes and cases is superb. The main bedroom with en-suite was excellent. Just keeping the ceiling fan on all night was enough to be comfortable. But if sleeping in other bedrooms, I would expect you to have to keep the two air con units on all night. So, you could not really fault the Villa, other than there is always going to be one or two silly things, which you quickly overcome. And by contacting our agent / owner, any problems were solved almost immediately. Things to do were limited, there were books, puzzles & dominoes in the cupboards, for the time you were hanging around, waiting to go out, or if you just stayed in. Overall, we gave the Villa 9/10, superb stay, beautiful Villa, but there is always room for improvement.

Very comfortable villa with a great pool. Within walking distance to small supermarkets and restaurants, but a peaceful quiet location. Sonne staff very efficient and helpful before and during the stay. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely showers

Beautiful villa, lovely set up. We liked how the lounge/diner/kitchen all flowed to the patio area, to the pool. No steps to worry about, made it easier to keep an eye on our young granddaughter. Very modern, spacious, air con in each room, great barbeque area. Plenty of room for 7 of us. All round nice villa 😀

Lovely location on the edge of town. Right next to woodland and not overlooked. Close to lovely beaches - within short but not very easy walks. We had a couple of things which didn’t work but they were fixed within an hour or so of reporting. Amazing swimming pool and lovely outdoor area. Air con worked really well too. Towels replaced half way through - which was nice.

Good location, nice outside area for a big group, one night the house was without hot water and the host fixed this within the next couple of hours which was great as we went with children

Perfect stay at Punta Prima Prestige. Our private pool suite was stunning, brilliant location, staff were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic, particularly when Julio the chef was working. All the staff on breakfast are amazing and go above and beyond, but we have to give a special mention to Julio for the extra touches like making our son Mickey Mouse pancakes. He’s a top guy and really makes the day. The complex is perfect for families - lots of pools for every age to enjoy. The splash pads at the top of the complex for little ones, the splash paddle pools and slides midway for slightly older and then the big pools at the bottom. The beach is a short walk away with 7 nice, reasonably priced restaurants at the back of the beach. Perfect all round.

Insotel Punta Prima Prestige Suites are wonderful. Plenty of room with great size balcony with bistro table/chairs and comfortable sun loungers. Also two bathrooms, one with jacuzzi bath, large shower, bidet, loo and two sinks and the other a shower room with loo and sink. The little enclosed kitchen area was plenty big enough for our needs. (Not that we cooked anything)! The pool area was great, lovely and relaxing with plenty of sun loungers but we found the drinks at the pool bar to be too expensive. It was good to be able to use the facilities/activities at Insotel Resort & Spa e.g. aquarobics, 'yogalates', stretching, HIIT. We could also go to the evening entertainment there too, although we enjoyed the ABBA and Mowtown shows other nights were not our 'cup of tea.' The food in Nura restaurant was very good and the meat or fish freshly cooked in front of you by the two lovely chefs! There were also plenty of other dishes ready to choose from (although could have been hotter). The service team in the restaurant was lead by the very helpful Host, Francis. I was disappointed that the Sa Savina restaurant was not open and we were unable to have a change of restaurant on site during our two week stay. The reception staff were always pleasant and helpful. Feedback (which is requested) is taken notice of and acted upon, thank you Norah, it made a big difference!

A lovely resort set in very well maintained gardens with beautiful sea views from most spots. We enjoyed spending early evenings on the spacious double balcony looking out to sea at the island and lighthouse offshore. The accommodation was excellent, large and well equipped. The only downside was that we were plagued by an extremely unpleasant sulphurous "rotten egg" smell. We reported it on two occasions and maintenance did come and investigate the plumbing but in our short stay were unsuccessful in removing it. It varied in intensity but did make time inside the suite (Room 6028) unpleasant at times, especially during the night. We took half board and were highly impressed with both the breakfast and buffet dinner. The range of food on offer was varied and very high quality. The staff both in the restaurant and the poolside bar were impeccable; very friendly and efficient. The pool was lovely, though not as large as it looked in the pictures. Although there was usually an adequate supply of sunbeds, and towels were provided, for a 5 star resort this could have been managed a bit better. A lot of towels were being left on sunbeds meaning it was difficult to tell which ones were free and only on one occasion did a young man come to try and help us as we were dragging the sunbeds around to get three together in the shade.

After a tough year as a family we wanted a break where we could relax and just take a breather. The Prestige Suites were fabulous- spacious, comfortable, clean and so quiet. The rooms were cleaned each day if you wanted and any queries were dealt with very quickly. The food was wonderful. There was a huge choice every evening and the restaurant staff were always friendly and helpful. Children were welcomed. Breakfasts too were delicious and set us up for the day. The pools were perfect and the pool bar also served snacks if you wanted to purchase any lunch on site. The location is so easy to reach from Mahón airport and it’s simple to arrange transfers. The whole resort felt very safe and it was a beautiful area. I will definitely be back!

Attentive staff, always plenty sun beds around the pool and plenty space as well. Room facilities are great. A very relaxing and stress free holiday with only 52 suites in the resort. So much nicer than the Insotel next door which feels more like a production line catering for up to 2000 guests. If you want peace, calm, tranquility and a lovely aspect from the pool, the Prestige is definitely the one for you. We felt relaxed and on holiday 5 minutes after checking in to our room.

Amazing hotel. From the check in to check out the staff were always smiling and helpful, we stayed for 10 days with my 2 grandchildren aged 6 and 9. We loved it. The rooms were spotless as was the whole Hotel, the food was plentiful and delicious and would please even the most picky eaters and the drinks were premium brand’s which I’ve never experienced at an all inclusive. The pool bar also served a great selection of very tasty food. The bar staff are constantly checking on guests to make sure they have everything they need, Roberto was a great waiter and so was Nora but all of them were hard workers and always smiling. The entertainment staff were brilliant with my grandchildren. We stayed in F23 and had everything we needed from fresh towels and bed linen change to pool towels and toiletries and fresh bottled water every day. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely return. The grandchildren keep asking when can they go back because they loved the pool, daytime entertainment, pool games and evening entertainment. I could go on and mention so much more but I don’t think the page is big enough. Thank you to all the staff for one of the best holidays we have ever had. From the checkett family.

Well keep property. Good pool. Lots of beds and no sunbed hoggers. Proper cocktails and good drinks, all served in proper glasses as opposed to plastic. The AI option allows you to order from the menu as opposed to buffet (at the pool bar/dining terrace. Table service at pool and at the evening entertainment. Evening buffet was great! Also.got lste checkout for 30 euro and they said that we have the room for as long as required on check out day. Excellent hotel, service and facilities.

We booked this very last minute as a package holiday with jet2 and I’m so glad that we did as we had the most relaxing 5 night break. Everything was great, the weather, the flights, transfers and best of all this wonderful hotel. As it was closing for the season the day after we left it was so quiet and peaceful 😌 the pool area was just wonderful, no rush for a sun lounger, nice atmosphere and a lovely pool bar which did some great meals which if you stay All Inclusive Premium this is including as a change from lunch in the restaurant if that’s what you wanted. The portions are Huge and the meals really nice. The restaurant food was really good and we enjoyed all of our meals there too, breakfast was very good with a really good variety on offer, the porridge was beautiful. The drinks on all inclusive are superb 👌 All Branded Spirits with bottles of Coke, Sprite etc. There was also bottles of Strongbow and San Miguel again included. Now the Crowning Jewel of this hotel is the Fantastic Staff. Every staff member we came across was friendly and polite, special mention to Ana from the bars and also Sanjiv and Ednaldo too, excellent service from these. Each day we saw the Hotel Director who was just so friendly and always spoke to all the guests. I could go on and on about the staff but in all areas of they hotel they were just brilliant 🤩 As this was our first ever visit to Menorca it certainly did impress and I’d very much like to visit again. This hotel is one of the best all inclusive hotels that we have stayed at. The place is absolutely spotless. The food is very good and the snack bar is like a restaurant serving some amazing dishes. This is the only hotel that I have stayed at that cater for all your premium drinks which are included in the all inclusive. The rooms have plenty of space for your clothes, so you don't have to live out of your suitcase for your holiday. Beds are very comfy. Dressing gown and slippers in your room on arrival. Bottled water replenished every day. Rooms could do with being upgraded. Bath with shower curtain and b-day in the toilet. Rooms are cleaned spotless evert day. Good size pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Toddlers pool and play area. Entertainment in the lounge at night were brilliant. Young lady by the name of Richanna was an amazing singer. We had a chat with her after her performance. Such a lovely lady. I must give a big thankyou to Elvis, the young man who did the entertainment activities. We had some great laughs with him doing the cocktail demonstrations. One night in the lounge he was dressed up as superman and had me and other guys dressed in women's skirts and dresses on the dance floor. Such a great laugh. He is an amazing person who made our holiday memorable. This has been a fantastic holiday and is a place that I would like to go back to in the near future.

First time in this hotel and we’ve never been anywhere where the staff are all so friendly and hardworking! They never stop. The pool staff are brilliant, we ate lunch there every day, great selection, really well cooked and very tasty. The restaurant in the evening is lovely, it’s relaxing, the food is delicious and it was lovely to see the chefs all there too. We couldn’t fault any of the food from breakfast, lunch or dinner. Same as the staff from reception, cleaners, entertainment, bar & pool - they’re all brilliant and it was great to see the Management too, they’re just as lovely x The minibus to beach is needed as although I liked a walk in the morning when it was cooler, we wouldn’t have wanted to walk back up the inclines in the heat - it was very hot! Ok, the rooms are a bit dated but we didn’t mind that as they were absolutely spotless and we only slept there - the beds were the most comfortable we’ve had in a hotel - and who cares about brown wood furniture We met some lovely people and enjoyed our week, it was relaxing and hassle free, due to the hardworking, very friendly staff and excellent food. The drinks are premium which is a plus and we found ourselves drinking less as it was far more enjoyable than the local, or weak offerings you normally get. All in all we really enjoyed and would go back
