The hotel is surrounded by nature and beautiful landscape. It is quiet and relaxing place where you can enjoy the time without crowds. We got an upgrade and enjoyed the beautiful private pool ( which was heated 🥰)

The property at this hotel is breathtaking. The grounds, buildings and facilities are lovingly and meticulously maintained. We stayed in a suite with a private pool. It was a lovely and wonderful room with plenty of space to make it as if our home. The breakfast is delicious with many choices. I highly recommend staying here as the staff is so pleasant and kind, the food is delicious and the overall setting is so relaxing. It’s not a long drive either if you want to venture out for a beach day. There are probably 30 to choose from within 30 minutes.

This stunning property is located on the countryside not far from the main tourist attractions (beaches and archeological sites). The nature is very pretty and the hotel is very well maintained overall. We had initially booked a room for 2 nights but decided to add an extra night. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but could use some updates. A good stylist would be able to add little design touches here and there while maintaining the spirit of the place. It didn’t bother us though. The pool is beautiful although not heated (temperature was ok though as we were there in July) and the restaurant offers fine dining (food was a delight). I wish there was a little more variety for kids though. The staff is very professional. Not overwhelmingly flexible though. We asked to be taken to our room with their golf cart and were told these could only be used to carry bags to the rooms. The property sits on a hill and some rooms (including ours) required to climb very steep paths. Also, there is no service at the pool. Not a big deal but it would be nice if someone could check out on guests from time to time and also remove towels left by other guests. That wouldn’t take much time in someone’s day to offer that basic service. Overall, I am very happy with my stay and so were my kids (9 and 19). I would definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday staying here. The hotel grounds are stunning - any which way you look your view is beautiful and contributes to the overall serene vibe of the place. The staff are also considerate and go above and beyond - they remain professional but make an effort to feel personable and even though we were only there for 5 days, by day two there was already a lovely warm familiarity with all our interactions with the team there. The main pool area was well kept and quiet (as lots of the apartments have their own pools) and breakfast became something we looked forward to everyday!

Beautiful green grounds & a lovely large outdoor pool. Great views of vineyards and towns. The resort is spread over a large area. My bungalow was large with an outdoor deck. There was a sitting room, a large bedroom & big bathroom with a nice walk in shower. There was a very good cold breakfast all very fresh. And the food at dinner was delicious. However be warned the alcohol prices at the hotel are exorbitant. And amazingly there is a note in the room saying you cannot use the room fridge for your own purchases. There is no town nearby so you will need a car or be on a tour if you wish to explore the area. Other than the pool there are no other activities to do at the hotel. The staff are helpful & friendly.

Mycket mysigt hotell med fina rum. Mindre poolområde men i anslutning till hotellet så ligger ett äventyrsbad. Detta kan uppfattas som störande då det på eftermiddagarna spelas lite högre musik. Tyvärr inget Wi-Fi på rummen utan bara i lobbyn och vid poolområdet. Fin restaurang och bar där även bra frukost serveras. Gott om parkering.

Positives Rooms clean, pleasant lay out of rooms, possible to have your car right by your room, lots of space to park, breakfast standard continental fare ( did not eat at restaurant other than this), phi beach and ritual night clubs within walking distance Negatives 20 minute walk to the beach Noisy pool area due to the water park which is essentially part of the hotel (but free entry to the park great if you have kids) Did not restock the breakfast buffet as things ran out Summary Good place to stay if you plan to use it as a base to explore the surrounding area. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking to spend a lot of time by the pool and in the hotel.

Loved La Jacia. Off the beaten track if you don't like touristy. Pool could do with an over haul and pool area VERY slippery but aqua park next door being ideal for families. Breakfast was adequate but could do with a toaster but all in all nice. Nice beach across the way and a local supermarket. Nice friendly restaurant across the way but like most restaurants be careful ordering as sometimes things are per gramme and bread and condiments are charged even if you don't want them. We arrived in Sardinia on May 1st looking forward to the trip however on arrival the resort was extremely quiet. We were the only guests in the hotel and the bar and pool wasn't yet open. Hotels.com really should advertise this fact on their website. Andrea the owner was extremely helpful and offered us the use of a beautiful apartment down the road in Liscia di vacca which was great as we didn't have to stay in a deserted hotel. The apartment is right next to some bars and restaurants and this really helped us to have a great time. Andrea was really helpful in telling us about local attractions and things to do around the area. We'll definitely return to La Jacia in the future, albeit when the season is up and running. Andrea was a great host and we look forward to staying with them again.

La Jacia is situated next to a waterpark in walking distance from the Beach and restaurants of Baia Sardinia. The staff was very kind and helpfull during our entire stay, and we felt very welcome. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we enjoyed the buffet, that was far above the standard Italian breakfast level. Fruit, juice, cereals, croissants, youghurt etc. If you stay 3 nights or more you get complimentary access to the waterpark, which all kids No matter the age will appreciate. The hotel itself has a simple and cosy pool area. We had a Perfect stay, and I would consider this hotel as first option if I should return for another break at Costa Smeralda

Check in was easy and quick! Only drawback the lift was not working for two days which was a bit of a hassle for us. when it was fixed it was a pleasure! Breakfast and dinner was included and so good! A first for us was that your table gets allocated for your whole stay which i wish all hotels would do that! No rushing and queing for a table. Food was excellent each day, and always found something new and delicious. The pool was good, only drawback was the fact that you have to wear a swimcap. I negotiated with the lifeguard and we agreed i can wear my sunhat as long as no hair was sticking out and in the pool. we didnt use the beach as we had a car and travelled to some amazing beaches nearby. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. Rooms had aircon and cleaned everyday. Could do with some english channels on tv! Cannot fault the hotel or staff and would definitely visit again as its a perfect central location for Olbia.

Just returned from this hotel.The hotel is very clean .The staff overall are very friendly especially I Think Daniel in the restaurant who worked around table 56.The Manager at the restaurant entrance was sullen.When there is an influx of new guests there is pandemonium whilst they allocate room numbers to allocated tables.This blocks the entrance for people already allocated.There must be a better system than this.Food is good but not shown in English. The bar service is good but watch when ordering.A gin is 4 euros and tonic 3.5 euros but if you order gin and tonic it is 9 euros as they treat it as a cocktail!. This is wrong. The rooms overlooking the road are noisy but bearable.The walls are thin and you can hear voices but you are dependent on courtesy of your neighbours and we were lucky.It is card only throughout.Cleaners are excellent.The location is brilliant near to the bay. Pleasant walk to town. I have never been to a hotel that does not have ice cream at meal time and when questioned was told because it was end of season and not being replaced? This is Italy! The ice cream fridge has a padlock on it with ten ice creams? pool area is lovely.Overall feeling was enjoyable holiday but hotel not 4 star in my opinion.Small annoying things let it down

Do not be put off by older poor reviews. We have had a fabulous week here. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner and an engineer arrived in minutes to put it right. The rooms are kept exceptionally clean. The beds are very large and comfortable. Room 105 was very quiet. We had a large balcony overlooking gardens. The beach was only a few minutes away, it was €10 for 2 sun beds and a parasol. Food is incredibly good with excellent choices. Wine and water is on tap for dinner. A massive bonus for me was the manned espresso machine at breakfast. We took a local bus for €2.50 to Porto Cervo. Walking to Cannigione takes about 20 minutes. Here you will find well stocked supermarkets and boutiques. On a Monday there is a large outdoor market. We highly recommend this hotel for a quiet get away with stunning scenery. The final great bonus if you travel with Jet2 is an €80 credit for the bar!

Хороший отель для спокойного отдыха, в районе отеля в основном частные виллы, скучновато. Ближайший супермаркет в Каннигионе, минут 25 пешком по набережной ! (выбор там не особый), или в другую сторону минут 10-15,но идти по трассе, не приятно.. В отеле чисто и ухожено, номер достался со свежим ремонтом и отличным видом на море! Хорошие ужины, вино и вода включены! Пляж отеля узкий, мало места, пядом есть пляжи получше. В целом довольны!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and tidy. Although the hotel offers food, the concierge gave us excellent recommendations for various specialties, such as pizza and seafood. The entire hotel complex appears very well-maintained. This is evident in small details like the lawn. It is mowed like a soccer field and automatically watered in the evening.

Absolutely fabulous. What really made this place special was the staff; from the moment we arrived, we were greeted and helped throughout our stay by friendly, welcoming team members, who had a great sense of humor and kept us laughing (and full of great food and drink) throughout our stay. Beyond that, the hotel itself is just gorgeous with stunning views; it's more like a big country club property. The rooms are spacious with comfortable couches, many have their own front yard and private pool. The on-site breakfast was delicious each day, and between the upper infinity pool and the lower deck of loungers on the sea, you didn't even need to leave for any of the beach clubs nearby because nothing could have been better than what we had at Aethos. We also enjoyed yoga in the mornings and took a boat trip organized by the hotel which was a total blast. We are already planning our next Aethos hotel destination!

An amazing property with exceptional service - truly beyond a 5-star experience. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly welcoming. The F&B offering really exceeded expectations: breakfast features handmade products, lunch is all about fresh, easy bites perfect to be enjoyed by the pool, and dinner is a delicious mix of Mediterranean flavors and traditional Sardinian dishes. The hotel’s event programming adds great energy to the stay, with BBQ nights, DJ sets, and live music creating a vibrant atmosphere. Both pools are fantastic, but the infinity pool deserves a special mention - it’s a true sanctuary of relaxation, where you can unwind in nature’s silence with a great drink in hand. The hotel also offers a private beach deck to enjoy the sun and take a swim. The gym is also impressive: super well-equipped with all the essentials. Honestly, it was the first time I actually enjoyed working out on vacation! Last but not least, the in-house boutique is full of little gems waiting to be discovered. Finally, the team is wonderful. The Guest Experiences team goes above and beyond, creating special moments and unforgettable experiences for every guest. I would definitely recommend staying at Aethos Sardinia!

Great panoramic views from pool area and restaurant. Breakfast very good selection of cooked and buffet. Main pool freshwater and reasonable size. Other infinity pool impressive (but access poor).

The staff are young enthusiastic and extremely helpful. On arrival we wanted a room with a bathtub and had an upgrade. Thank you. The concierge team arranged a sailing trip for us which was sseamlessly coordinated with the sailboat company and have been amazing with restaurant bookings and advice. The hotel is a dream with great breakfast and two pools. The infinity pool at the top of the property has cabanas with the most amazing view.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They all greet you every time. All the hotel facilities were very clean. The location is great if you have a car and there is a parking. All the restaurants suggested by the hotel were really nice. The view is amazing and the resort has 2 pools one of them is an infinity pool with an amazing view! Overall it was a great experience.

This hotel tops the list of best hotels we ever been in. Actually, it is the personnel -on top of the view, the wonderful pool, the cleanliness- that makes the whole experience unforgettable. Everybody is friendly and calm, serviceminded and happy natured. The breakfast is a la carte but works like a buffet. You can order anything you like, as much as you want. Also coffee as much as you want. You don’t need to run to the pool to secure a bed. The rooms are clean and the bedlinen is crisp. Dinner at the pool is a wonderful experience. The only minus I coud mention is the choice of music. Not always but somethimes it would not fit the tranquile feeling. But it was not a big problem because they change the music right away, the minute you ask. We had such a wonderful week here! Thank you!

A beautiful facility this. It’s rare that I would find zero to criticise but honestly this place is near perfection. The quality of the rooms and fittings was exemplary. The staff were very well trained, friendly, helpful and most beautifully and appropriately attired. The chefs cooking was traditional to an extent but with some wonderful innovations. He happily served ‘off menu’ for me just for fun. Breakfast is perfection and full a la carte (I only glanced at the menu for the first morning of 5). No need after that. There are 3 super ‘public’ swimming pools offering a choice of solitude, depth and furniture. The spa was stunning and perfectly equipped - the spa attendant was especially helpful and concerned. My room was cleaned and replenished completely during each of my breakfasts Not an inexpensive stay but hard to understand how such quality could be provided cheaper (see my last review at a supposed 5 star on the south of Sardinia for contrast) This Place is an absolute gem. Congratulations to all who manage and work there.

Li Finistreddi is a true gem in Sardinia! I hosted a real estate retreat here with 28 guests and every detail exceeded expectations. We had a relaxing and very enjoyable stay at this boutique hotel. We were celebrating a special wedding anniversary and were welcomed with a bottle of Italian sparkling wine and a fruit bowl. Views from our balcony and the hotel bar and restaurant were wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. We very much enjoyed the food and wine at dinner by the poolside. We were not too impressed with Cannigione town beach and the hotel’s designated beach area (brown course sand and not quite clear water unlike the better Sardinian beaches). However, the receptionist was very helpful in pointing out some beautiful beaches in the CostaSmeralda area within 30 minutes drive. It is very helpful to have a car to drive to these beaches. Overall, we had a great experience. .

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful hotel hidden on the mountains in the Costa Smeralda region. The staff were so welcoming and attentive with us a special mention to Julia (if that’s how you spell it sorry! ) she greeted us every morning with a warm smile. We were spoilt for choice with the amenities from a heated pool to complimentary spa! Such a good location to visit the local towns of Cannigione and Palau with beaches all around that has the bluest waters ever! We couldn’t recommend this place enough ! My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights (5 Sep - 10 Sep) on the first leg of our honeymoon through Italy. We splurged for the suite with a private pool overlooking the bay. The room and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Bathroom was appreciatively private with a lovely shower (rain head, regular shower head & side jets options). The room was cleaned multiple times per day. It was wonderfully relaxing to lie outside under the covered patio on the loungers in our private yard. We were a bit disappointed that our pool was pretty cold so didn't get to really swim as we'd hoped, but size-wise the private pool was definitely bigger than we'd expected. The bed was two beds pushed together, but not terribly uncomfortable. The couch was super soft & nap worthy. We were told by one of the cleaning ladies to make sure to keep our door locked as they've had incidents. Overall a really lovely trip & a great start to our honeymoon. We absolutely recommend booking the sailboat trip via the hotel if you can swing it!

Spent a lovely week at the beginning of June 2015. Room had its own private pool, very comfortable bed and lounge. You are very well looked after by all staff, housekeeping visit twice daily to replenish toiletries, towels etc. The restaurant and bar deserve a special mention, the food is delicious and presented so well, the waiting staff are excellent at pairing wines (all Sardinian) with your selections. Breakfasts were good too with a wide range of choices for all. Whilst you may be able to eat slightly less expensive meals in the local village, the service and quality at the hotel make is difficult to go out of an evening. The view from the hotel is great and a spa treatment is a must! Will definitely visit again. Sardinia is an excellent island to visit too :)

Wir waren für 4 Übernachtungen hier - und es hat sich komplett gelohnt. Wir waren hier zu zweit, als Paar. Wir hatten uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, da wir die Tage nutzen wollten um einfach nur am Pool zu Relaxen, Drinks an der Bar und gutes Essen zu genießen. All das konnten wir hier wunderbar. Das noch sehr junge Team ist super engagiert - manchmal noch nicht ganz eingespielt, aber 2 Wochen nach Eröffnung hat uns das nicht negativ überrascht. Im Gegenteil: alle sind super motiviert und sehr freundlich und stets interessiert allen Wünschen nachzukommen. Da es 2 Pool Bereiche gibt, sollte man als Familie wissen, dass der eine (obere) Pool mit toller Aussicht nur für Personen ü16 gestattet ist. Außerdem sind die Longdrinks an der Pool Bar nicht die günstigsten (ab 20,- steil aufwärts pro Drink), aber nicht überzogen für ein 5* Hotel.

The staff to include housekeeping were excellent. Always smiling. The new furniture on the property beautiful. The breakfast terrific and other menus offered healthy options. The noise due to the construction of the gym outside our room and 2nd pool was one of the things that took away from the tranquility. Also the ants at the 2nd pool ( on furniture and pool edge)

It was amazing. Attention to detail outstanding. Staff excellent. If I have to find anything to mention it was that there should be no music played by the infinity pool to enhance the tranquility if the space , and no smoking at breakfast or by the pool at any as it makes it unpleasant for those who don’t smoke.

Fantastic hotel, wonderful welcome with a glass of Prosecco, we were taken to our room which was perfectly appointed, beautiful outside furniture, lovely pool but a bit chilly! Breakfast was served morning in the main restaurant, every thing you could want. Lunch was great and the dinner in the main restaurant was fantastic. We will definitely be back, so relaxing!

Our stay was wonderful!!!! The hotel is tucked into the hills of north-western Sardinia and gives an exclusive feel to the resort! We were able to hang out by the pool and soak up the needed sun, rest and enjoy the food at the restaurant. Service was great. It is a fantastic hotel in a nice setting!

Loved the hotel and its 5 start inmost ways. Location is out in the sticks but maybe thats ok for relaxing. Prices in the restaurant are very high. Its OK but not value for money eating. Room great but you need to be very mobile as its hilly. Pool and beds around superb. Staff very good.

We had a first class experience here with a suite with a stunning view of the sea and the spectacular mountains that surround the resort. All staff were helpful. The pool was heated which made it easy to swim even as the weather cooled unseasonably for September.

This property is exquisite. The views are spectacular. You can see the ocean, the rocky mountainside and the manicured landscape. The rooms are gorgeous. 5 stars for service and accommodation. The pool was beautiful. Good was delicious. Perfection

Fantastic ! We loved the suite ,and it was furnished to a very high standard . Bose sound system that even played music in the garden and pool. I would without question return . The private pool was wonderful and the views spectacular.

Stayed in one of the suites for our honeymoon. Had a lovely private pool and garden. Indoors was very comfortable, big bed, large corner sofa and large bathroom with double shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful with booking day trips and vehicle hire. Lovely food. Public transport links are not very frequent and taxis are really expensive, so recommend having own transport for going anywhere.

I had the most amazing suite with a private pool which was amazing. The suite was perfect - only thing I would add was a coffee machine but everything else was perfect. Breakfasts were a bit disappointing, tinned fruit, undrinkable fruit juice and horrible coffee. The bar is inside the hotel and not staffed a lot of the time so quite difficult to get a drink. Also they could do with pool service for drinks and snacks. Beach is a 25 minute walk away - not a problem for me and the hotel does operate a shuttle service for 2 euros. pool area is shut on Saturday afternoons when there is a wedding - not great unless you have a private pool. Would definitely go back to the hotel.

This is a small but beautiful hotel in an absolutely stunning location. We stayed in the suite with the private swimming pool for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Hotel location is great for cycling, relaxing, very close to deserted sandy beaches and easy to get to the main beaches. Having said that- the hotel charge £5 for a bottle of water which is pretty shocking considering we are paying half board and £350 a night. However the food quality is very good and varied in the evening. The staff are first class. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back. My biggest recommendation to the hotel would be to put a proper screen between our suite and the suite next door as currently you only have some plant pots separating it and no privacy. We did expect some privacy considering the private pool etc.

We have just arrived back home after a wonderful 14 night stay. The gardens were magnificent, the staff so helpful and the pool was so clean and a great area for swimming lengths. There were plenty of sunbeds and a drinks service was always available. The breakfasts were fantastic with so much choice and the views were incredible sitting at the tables on the terrace. You could have evening meal in the hotel if you wished. There was always lots of choice, buffet style and the cost was very reasonable. There was a restaurant about 5 minutes walk from the hotel which becomes one of our favourites with lots to choose from. Baja Sardinia was about a 5 minute drive with lots if restaurants to choose from. A car is a must for you to explore Sardinia and you can pick one up at the airport for a very good price. We would highly recommend Hotel Pulicinu - we would definitely like to stay there again. We booked a suite which faced directly to the pool. It was so convenient and very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was also very big and powerful.

We would 100% recommend La Sima as a wonderful place to stay. We stayed for a week as a family of 4, with two children under the age of 6. The Villa was in a great location for exploring local beaches and towns, with lots of restaurant options within a 5-10 minute drive (you'll want a hire car for getting around, and for the short 20 minute drive to and from the airport) . The very close by beaches were amazing, but equally the pool at the Villa was a wonderful place to relax, with a beautiful view. We felt that this was the best equipped Villa we have stayed at, and the hosts did everything possible to make sure our stay was fantastic - even providing things like a large beach umbrella to take to the beach should you so wish.

The incredible views from both outside and inside areas. The big beautifully looked after garden: the natural shade from the trees, the wonderful infinity pool, the patio lounge….

Fabulous surroundings in a lovely, peaceful setting.... an olive grove. Rooms are very comfortable, nice living room, very warm private pool at the room. Also, a larger pool for the hotel. Not many rooms, very spread out among the trees. Food is fantastic, very high quality home made. spectacular spa and you can book it so just for your group. All in all a great experience. I would return in a heart beat!!.

The staff were mostly extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We liked the idea of the property as a place to relax although apart from the pool area and your room facilities there wasn’t a lot. We didn’t understand the Sauna, plunge pool, steam room concept and, assuming we understood correctly, a limit of one hour’s use. We didn’t bother. The restaurant was pleasant La Colti Farmhouse was a super evening.

This was one of the most luxuriant places my wife and I have ever stayed! They partner up with a local agriturismo and everything is made either here or there. We were treated like royalty upon arrival by all the staff and that treatment did not change during our entire five day stay! From the front desk staff (Adrianna in particular) to the restaurant staff (special shout out to Giacomo) to the maintenance/grounds crew, we were always greeted very warmly and made to feel very welcome. Our room and garden were beautiful and the plunge pool- OMG... did I mention the plunge pool? Nothing like starting and ending your day with a dip in your own private heated and inviting plunge pool with either a cup of espresso or a glass of wine depending- just wish I could've fit in the overhead compartment for the flight home.. And the spa was not too shabby either. The breakfast was also wonderful. As for dinner, we only ate there once, and that was the only thing we found somewhat lacking- high prices and small portions. Didn't matter in the grand scheme of things- we will definitely be back!

We had the best time at the Cascioni Eco Retreat. From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding - we were welcomed by Katrina, our car was parked for us and our bags delivered to our room while Katrina provided us with refreshments, checked us in and gave us a little tour before taking us to our beautiful suite with our very own plunge pool (amazing - we had a dip first thing in the morning, during the day and last thing at night!). The hotel is beautifully designed in understated luxury style with hand made ceramics by a local artist. Breakfast was perfect for us with fresh, local produce being served and eggs from the hotel's own hens. We dined out each evening (we enjoyed both La Colti and Cutter Lounge, the former being our preference albeit it is best to have a very light lunch in order to enjoy the full agriturismo dining experience - even so, we would recommend going for the reduced menu). We very much enjoyed driving to nearby San Pantaleo and had a few lovely dinners there. We had lunch at the Ulia restaurant at the hotel once and the food was very good if a little on the expensive and small portions side. We felt that the experiences offered by the hotel (kayaking and other activities, wellness treatments etc), as well as the Ulia restaurant, were priced too high (we probably would have taken advantage of these options had the prices been around 25-30% lower). Nevertheless, we can't wait to go back!

Beautiful property, peaceful, amazing food and a delight to stay at overall. We went with two younger children ( which I don’t recommend), as the resort is very well suited for couples. Regardless, they were beyond accommodating and helpful in every way. The breakfast was tasty, and we had a great dinner experience here as well. Their deserts were light and tasty! We enjoyed our large spacious room and the kind staff - from the moment we arrived, we felt the resort being a true 5 star luxury boutique experience. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with a private pool and two showers / bathrooms. If you are a couple - or with older children - this place is a must visit. Note, location is 10 minutes drive from any store or town - so you will need a car - but besides that 10/10!

We came to Sardinia for our wedding. Together with our friends we wanted to celebrate and relax. We had amazing time in the villa. We couldn’t imagine better host. Ennio gave us a lots of tips and recommendations. He made our stay perfect.

Wir wurden sehr, sehr herzlich empfangen und gleich ausgiebig über das Hotel, die Parkmöglichkeiten, besonders sehenswerte Orte und den Ort informiert. Es gab auch direkt ein paar Empfehlungen,.was man alles gesehen haben muss 😊👍. Ein früherer CheckIn war (dadurch, dass das Zimmer bereits fertig war) kein Problem. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem großen Balkon und einer Hammer-Aussicht auf Palau, das Meer, den Bären und das Maddalena-Archipel - ein Traum. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen - die Stadt innerhalb ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (quasi nur über die Straße). Das Hotel ist zwar schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eigentlich alles, was man benötigt (halt typisch italienisch). Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden - in unserer Zimmerkategorie gab es sogar einen eigenen Stellplatz. If you can do stairs, this is the place to be. So many choices for lodging but this had good reviews that we felt, after staying, they were accurate. We were driving the island and it was great to park the car for the 2 nights here exactly in the spot we had seen on Google maps. The bottom lot is small but it is off road. We walked (downhill) to our catamaran trip (Zefiro Tours) and the amazing restaurants located by the harbour. We selected a sea view room and the view was stunning. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and reception was very hospitable. There was a supermarket not far away (but uphill) to buy a fancy drink to keep cool in the room fridge. We would love to stay again.

Big and comfortable room, big bathroom, wardrobe,, big mirror, fridge, AC. Only the hairdryer was not good but they lent me a good one. Breakfast very good (fruits, eggs, yogurt, breads, croissants, cakes, cereal, etc). The hotel is very near to restaurants and ferry boat. You can go walking 5 min or so. Also is a good alternative to go to La Madalena spend a day. Also It’s 30-40 min by car to Olbia. Many boat tours towards La Madalena start in Palau. So could be a good choice stay in Palau and get the ferry or tour to Madalena. Thomazzo and Ciara who work at the reception are very kind. I had a good time and highly recommend.

The attention and care we had from the ladies at the reception was incredible and super professional. Our triple room was almost on top of the complex (where you can get only on foot), but it was worth it! A huge terrace where you can enjoy a spectacular sea/harbour view. And the room itself had enough space for 3 adults. Breakfast includes enough options for different tastes. Cudos to all the guests (no noise or disrespectful behaviour). We truly enjoyed every bit of this hotel! And would love to come back!

Sehr freundliche, familiäre Unterkunft. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick von unserer Terrasse und die Einrichtung des Zimmers hat mir sehr gut gefallen, alles sehr cool und authentisch. Das ganze Haus ist in einen Hang hineingebaut und der Weg zum Frühstück/ Rezeption sehr verwinkelt. Das fanden wir als Familie sehr aufregend. Wir waren in der Vorsaison hier und am Abend gab es wenig offene Lokale im Ort, aber die Empfehlung der Rezeptionistin hat gut gepasst. Man sollte keinesfalls die Fahrt zu den Madalenas Inseln verpassen.

Stayed in the hotel with my partner for 10 days from 3 to 13 September. Welcomed in English by the wonderful quadrilingual (at least) receptionist. Then lift to chiamo tre (third floor)and a wonderful room overlooking the pool. First thing to note: everything works and is well tended in this hotel, and they have things mended quickly. The staff are universally excellent, kind and patient, and the bar staff have a huge variety of drink on offer which they deliver expertly to you, as well as a limited amount of food. Cannigione is a lovely place where they even put up with my poor attempts at Italian. I find it hard not to drift off into hyperbole about this hotel. I just hope to go back there - if I am lucky enough to bother Peakes Travel Elite for another booking!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, very modern with lovely pool and bar/restaurant area. Check-in was faultless, the room we had, had a little garden, which was perfect to park out e bikes. Rooms are great, lots of room, with modern utilities (ie usb charging points, good TV etc ) shower is very good overhead with hand shower. Rooms were cleaned very promptly, often whilst we were at breakfast Breakfast was good with cooked & continental style, but with some interesting twists each day (ie Copa seed and soy milk soaked oats with fresh berries), coffee is excellent. The best bit of all though is that staff - all very friendly and help for local advice and drinks on the evening. Good selection of local wines by the glass. Highly recommended place

Beautiful hotel, rooms are stunning. We stayed here for 4 nights, really nice selection at breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us some good recommendations on things to do. Plenty of parking around the hotel which was very convenient. The swimming pool was a bit closer to a road than I realised - sun beds are in full view of anybody walking / driving past, but other than that it was a lovely place to stay. There is a beach within about a 15 minute walk, but there are much nicer beaches only a short drive away. I would definitely recommend renting a car!

We loved everything here during our stay: from the outside of the hotel (which is incredibly beautiful), the pool, the breakfast to the beautiful room! Moreover, the whole staff is really friendly and soo amazing. They will happily provide you with recommendations on what to see and where to eat. This hotel has all you need for your stay and the location is very good, if you want to explore the Northern part of the island, as you arrive a lot of places within 20 min. by car. The next stay on this island will for sure be again at this wonderful hotel. :)

We had the most wonderful stay at the Sandalia after a stressful period where we both desperately needed a relaxing break. We didnt want a big busy resort but to feel a little bit pampered without spending an absolute fortune and the Sandalia delivered. The whole hotel is kept immaculately. We loved the perfectly sized pool, the spacious pristine rooms and the wonderful breakfast - so much choice every morning that most days I didn't need to eat lunch! Can't recommend enough. I came back feeling genuinely rested

This is a nice little hotel in a convenient location within the village. Our room was very spacious with a sizeable bedroom and bathroom and was cleaned daily. I would ask for a room with a balcony though. All staff polite and friendly and ready to help. The pool area is small with limited sun beds. Pool a little bit grubby and could do with a bit of a clean. That said, on a lovely day it’s a nice place to be. Bar does serve basic drinks until 3pm and then you can get poolside service. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection. Try and time it right with the mini supermarket down the road otherwise things like beer and water very over priced in the hotel from the bar and your mini bar. San Pantaleo is a nice village but again over priced for the quality it offers and I found quite restrictive in terms of restaurant capacity unless you want to book somewhere every night. Would I book again - probably not but would pass through some time.

The Hotel is located in quiet area just a minute walk from the local village (which is gorgeous). Rooms are quite rustic without being old fashioned, they were thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis with the towels and bedding changed regularly. Breakfast was of a very high standard, with a wide and varied choice of what to eat, the members of staff all acted and worked in a very professional and friendly manner. a big shout out to Pierre (apologies if incorrect spelling), who wore tirelessly in both the bar and at breakfast service. The pool was amazing, the only let down was that some of the loungers were in need of replacing ( I did notice that some where being assembled, in a workshop downstairs). This was a very relaxing holiday, after our recent trip to India which was loud and very tiring. There were a couple of minor issues which were dealt with in an efficient manner by the hotel staff, such as an influx of ants (sorted with no fuss). A vase for putting in some fresh flowers (provided on request). The pool area can seem a bit quiet, perhaps some quiet music piped in? I did not ask. Would I return, YES in a heartbeat. The Staff were Brilliant!!!!

Beautiful location, lovely hotel and pool and the staff were fantastic. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and very fresh. The apertivo in the afternoons by the pool was lovely. The aircon in the room worked well and the slippers for the wearing on the tiled floors was a nice touch. We booked one of their suggested boat excursions and we were so glad they recommended it, absolutely fabulous day. We would definitely come back.

This is a lovely boutique hotel at the top end of the village. Very clean with friendly staff always on hand. There are few things you really need to know in advance so your expectations meet your requirements. The pool area has no more than 18 sun beds around the pool. It's quite easy to miss out. There are very few other outdoor areas to enjoy a day at the hotel. After breakfast 0800-1000 there is no food option until after 3pm and a very limited choice. The attached restaurant is only open for dinner and very expensive. You really need to reserve tables in the local restaurants in the village as it is busy every evening. The hotel is incredibly quiet and its perfect for enjoying the silence. The loudest sound is that of the bees buzzing from flower to flower. If you are looking for hotel entertainment this is not the place to choose. If you want to chill out, enjoy the beautiful village, catch the roasting sun and just get away from it all, then this is the right place for you. We had a wonderful time. Some other info you may find helpful.. San Pantaleo is the best village in the area with a good selection of restaurants but the majority are always busy. Book to avoid disappointment which could mean a take away pizza instead of eating in. Taxi's are crazy expensive (15 miles €70+), so unless you'e staying local, a car is essential. There are plenty of beaches, harbours and villages to visit that are nearby.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was the most amazing stay. The hotel is in the PERFECT location we never took longer then 15 minutes to get anywhere. The breakfast every morning was phenomenal. There were two lovely ladies Sylvia and Daniella who were so sweet. Sometimes my husband and I would wake up late thinking we couldn’t get breakfast and they would tell us to eat and not be rushed. Pietro the gentlemen that worked the front desk was so helpful with everything. The room was cleaned every day perfectly, fresh towels the works. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The rooms are so characteristic they’re beautiful. The hotel is right next to a market literally walking distance my husband and I would get the best paninos there to take to the beach. Also the most popular clubs are right next door ritual and phi beach. All in all a 10/10. Already trying to plan the next time we can come and will definitely be staying at Hotel Tre

Good location, walking distance from center/beach but also right by the super market. Also literally right by the popular Ritual club, highly recommend a visit! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was charming and clean, with a mini bar/fridge, shower products, etc. Cute old fashioned decor but with modern comfort.

Honestly this hotel deserves much better reviews, the location is perfect, the view from the terracess in front of the rooms on Costa Smeralda is amazing, we really enjoyed it
