The pool was amazing. The swim up room was worth it for the convenience of having your own private access point to the pool and your own area to sit in the sun. The room was fully equipped, comfortable and clean.

Enjoyed staying at this resort. It was small and clean. The location was central but you definitely need a car to get around. The kids loved the swim up pool and the staff were extremely helpful. It was such a bonus with all the pool toys that the resort provided for the kids to play with!

Loved the main pool particularly as we booked a swim out apartment. As we visited in the off-peak season, the pool was mostly ours exclusively

The Pool Resort was fantastic. We had a swim out room which was just perfect for the kids. The Pool temperature was also amazing!!! The staff who own the hotel were lovely and could not be more accomodating.

Apartment was beautiful. Its not often you get the one in the pictures as they usually show the best, and I was blown away by how nice it was! Bed was super comfy! Wonderful size and everything you need to be self sufficient if needed. Loved the added touches such as boogie boards and swim floats people had probably left for others to use. The pool was warm enough to swim in winter which was amazing as they often aren't when they state "heated"! Will definitely return. Perfect for a family vacation with kids, immediate access to shops without even leaving the building, all restaurants and beach on your doorstep, couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing location with stunning views down on to the beach & across to Surfers Paradise all lit up at night. We also loved watching the planes coming & going from the Gold Coast Airport, with the Skydivers appearing every so often! The apartment was spacious & clean, with masses of storage. Lovely linen & towels/toiletries in the bathroom. Having the Strand Shopping Centre at the base of the apartments was superb - so convenient but you escape the hustle & bustle the minute you get into the lift back up to the apartment. Secure parking was excellent. We loved the hotel pool & barbecue area too. Reception staff were incredibly helpful. So close the beaches and the footpaths - an amazing place.

Everything: staff, location, the unit itself and one of the best views in Cooly. Was supposed to stay 3 days and extended to 7, staff were so helpful, lovely people. We go to Coolangatta a lot and this is definitely the pick for a family with small children, the units are super spacious well equipped kitchens, lovely pool and the building is above the shopping centre you can cook as little or as much as you need, supermarket, restaurants and shops are accessible from the lift. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the best end of year ever!

We were notified by SMS that we could check in early, which we appreciated. Met with a warm welcome at reception, was nice. Good size apartment overlooking pool, tennis court, and bbq area. Very comfortable beds and pillows. A washing machine and drier and laundry detergent were a definite plus. The Strand shopping center is below Points North Apartments, and the Coolangatta Surf club is just opposite. There are many restaurants to choose from within a very short distance. Public buses leave from Griffith St. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at the the resort recently and had the best time! Our family stayed in a sanctuary apartment with a roof top spa which was amazing! The apartment was massive and very clean with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The pools were fantastic and at a great temperature. Our daughter loved playing in all the pools especially the splash pool and low pool with sand. You can get drinks and food delivered to you while you sit and relax by the pool which made it even more enjoyable! The buffet breakfast was so good - lots of variety and very fresh! We also took advantage of the in room dining for dinner which was delivered to our door very quickly. The games room and playground for the kids is a great addition too! Overall, we had such a fantastic experience at RACV Noosa resort and would definitely come back again. It’s a perfect resort for families and the staff are very welcoming. Thanks so much for a great stay and we hope to come back soon :)

Family friendly resort. Apartment was large, clean and practical. Awesome pool facilities such as little pool, sand pool, watersides, sprinklers, regular pool and spa. Indoor games area and soft play equipment. Small playground onsite. All staff were friendly and always smiling and happy to help. Food at Dazzas was delicious!

From the moment we walked through the front door at the reception, we were greeted with a warm welcome a beautiful reception area, leading up to the pool through the bar/restaurant. All the information at check-in was thorough. Access to the room was easy, which was absolutely spotless, everything appeared new, well maintained and most of all super clean. The kitchen was well equipped and was refreshing to see that all utensils, crockery, etc was of excellent quality and not old and stained. Bathrooms was spotless, beds were comfy, clean and room servicing was excellent. We really enjoyed the pool, the pool attendant was pleasant and chatty, made us and our little boy feel welcome and we also enjoying walking around the clean and quiet grounds. The chef and staff at Dazza's bar / restaurant were really friendly and the service was good. We felt very welcome and even on checkout we were made to feel special to have stayed at RACV Noosa.

Stayed 6 nights recently in a one bedroom apartment. We were pleasantly surprised with how well the room was equipped-including washing machine and dyer and dishwasher. All staff were professional and friendly, especially the courtesy bus drivers. We utilized the free shuttle most days to go to Hastings St or Noosa Junction. Or on the last bus of the evening to restaurants further afield. Also ate within the resort- comprehensive buffet breakfast, sandwiches or pizza by the pool etc. sometimes had meals delivered to our room- quick and hot. Never had a problem finding a pool-side lounge despite the busyness of a Qld long weekend. Pool was a perfect temperature and complimentary towels were very welcome. We are already planning our next visit!

Our stay at Sanctuary Cove exceeded our expectations . We were lucky enough to be given the Retreat room which opened straight onto the pool deck . The Retreat offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay, a comfy bed and pillows , a large bathroom with a good shower . A full kitchen with a large fridge , good laundry facilities and a lovely spa bath . A truely wonderful unit . The pool was clean and clear and at a beautiful temperature for swimming . It also had a shade cloth over part of the pool to give shade from the heat of the day . The pool deck had plenty of sunbeds for lazing in the sun . The huge grounds were kept neat and tidy and had a lovely wetlands are in the centre which attracted bird life and turtles . Sanctuary Cove is situated at the northern end of Palm Cove , a short walk to the beack and central to all restaurants , shops and little supermarket. It is important to book into restaurants for a meal to not be disappointed . A really wonderful spot for rest and recuperation , we we will return.

We had a private little villa just off the pool, our stay was in their quiet season so we had the whole pool to our self, the villa was very clean and very well equipped if you wanted to prepare any food, lots of great quality restaurants all in walking distance. A beautiful place to stay, we will definitely be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sanctuary Palm Cove. The rooms were clean and had great facilities. The pool was easily accessible and we experienced no difficulties with crowding at the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided information on the various activities we were interested in. I highly recommend this property.

You know the type of place that you don't want to review because you are afraid that everyone will find out about your secret? Even so, I feel compelled to write this because they did such a great job. The property itself is tastefully constructed; about 20 units in 3 buildings (plenty of parking), nestled in the forest next to a lagoon with waterlilies and a charming wooden bridge. (A 2-minute walk to the very fine esplanade, which is a great place to hang out and get dinner your first night). My unit was on the 2nd floor, and I felt that I was living in a tree house, because all I could see (the living area is entirely windowed) was lush forest - palms, eucalyptus and ferns. (And could hear the delightful calls and chirping of birds). The property has a gorgeous, long, and rectangular pool (with attached spa and shallow wading areas) which I swam in every day. The apartment itself was huge, fully equipped (I cooked almost every meal) and comfortable. Finally, the property manager was gracious, kind, informative and generous with their time. They really improved my stay with great advice about the area. 10 out of 10 -- I didn't want to leave.

The location and surroundings are fantastic. It really doesn't feel like you're in the CBD, but rather a tropical island paradise! The gardens are just beautiful, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed. We have stayed in all room types (hotel, bungalow and villa) and all are well-appointed and comfortable. For this booking, we agreed the plunge pool (spa) is worth splashing out for if you plan to mostly relax in private, as we did toward the end of our 2-week NT holiday. Otherwise, the main pool is also very relaxing, if at times busy. We found there isn't generally a party-type crowd staying here, so it's pretty quiet, and the cocktails at the pool bar are great. Staff are always friendly, and we love Pickles the parrot, of course! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Darwin.

Excellent central location - walking distance to a large range of cafes and restaurants and other facilities. Clean, well appointed bungalow in proximity to the pool area. Very helpful and friendly staff. Unobtrusive, routine pool and grounds maintained daily. If you are looking for a bit more space - book a poolside villa rather than garden bungalow.

Beautiful lush gardens surrounded the pool. Garden and pool villas are perfect, pool bar open from 3-6pm. Property very clean and staff are excellent, recommend this resort.

Expect a premium (free) wifi at a 4.5 star hotel... Not here!! The pool/s don't accomodate large groups...the biggest pool is no bigger than a private backyard pool.

Was a wonderful weekend. Perfect spot right on the beach. Our room was right next to the pool so quick access for the kids. balcony was private enough. Pool area was so much fun for the kids with three different levels, look like a gorgeous little oasis. Staff were very friendly. Loved the options of games and beach toys that were available for free use that was a sweet touch. Couch was a little uncomfortable and the showers had so much soap scum and definitely need a proper clean but apart from that it was wonderful.

Great location, first off the bat...a very schmick pub right on the beach with top notch accommodation with a well designed and functional pool(s) right down the middle. This is what I/We did. Breaky close by followed by a surf and/or pool, a bit of sight seeing, walks...arvo session, dinner at the pub, a few more drinks...back to the unit, kick back, bed (kingsize)...Repeat. Top getaway.

The pools are amazing, the units are so clean. I love the pool view, such a relaxing environment, so close to coffee, food and amazing beach. Down the road from Hastings point, there are so many amazing things to do and relax. The decor and equipment in kitchens were very good. Customer service from the reception staff just couldn't be better, exceptional. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

The two bedroom apartment was very spacious. The pool and hot tub was great and as our room was on ground level we could walk from the main room out to the pool. The area was great right across from the beach. Queen bed very comfortable. The building itself is an older building but well looked after. Furniture is all modern and nice. Kitchen had everything we needed even oil to cook with!

Location, pool, close to beach. In this particular apartment the furniture was all in mint condition. The beds were very comfortable. Could see the ocean from the lounge and balcony, and could see the beach from the rooftop deck. The heated pool was at a lovely temperature. The cafe across from the surf club is excellent. The best hash browns I've had for years.

Travelled as a family 30th May to 1st June 2025. Stayed in Unit 2. Reception allowed us to pick up keys a bit earlier on the Friday as our apartment was ready. We were also upgraded! While we checked in, the lady who checked us in was very helpful - from checking in/check out procedures to giving us information on where the nice cafes are & helpful locations. Carpark was easy to access, and designated undercover car spot for your unit. Unit: - Linnen provided was plush & clean - Modern and spacious - Well equipped kitchen/there was nothing that we needed as everything was provided! - Beds were comfortable. - Overall nice and clean Due to the rainy weather, we did not use the pool or spa, however, it looked clean and inviting! Location: Excellent - across the road from the beach. Within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, local Foodworks. We were on floor 1 - but as explained in the add when we checked in, we knew we wouldn't have beach views, however, the location was perfect in terms of walking across the road to the beach. We could hear the waves at night - which was a bonus! Excellent value for money. If you are looking for Friendly Staff, Clean Apartment & Amenities, Safe Underground Carparking & Excellent Location - this unit is for you!

Beautiful Villa in Rainforest location. We loved the heated plunge pool and just simply being together and disconnecting. Loved it!!!

We found this one of the most peaceful and relaxing times together that we have spent for many years. From the beautiful accommodation, plunge pool, fireplace and relaxing on the rear patio watching birds (feeding them), possums (feeding them too) and the sensational scenery. The room is located deep within the bush and is very private. From the time we arrived at the reception to the time that we checked out it was such a care free and pleasant place to stay. Nothing was an issue for our hosts. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. Tony & Verna.

We wanted a private, relaxing place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We are frequent visitors to the region and were looking to try somewhere new and Narrows Escape didn’t disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights in the Black Cockatoo Villa with its completely private plunge pool which is under roof. The ability to be under cover, in a pool heated to 34 degrees, staring at the surrounding rainforest even while the after effects of ex TC Alfred was lingering around was truly relaxing and just the ticket. The kitchen/bathroom amenities are stylish and well equipped and the internet connection is great for logging into your favourite streaming services on the TV. We took our own supplies for dinner and along with the fruit basket, breakfast hamper and fresh, warm croissants that are discreetly delivered daily, there is truly no reason to leave. Thank you Ali and Xochi for a relaxing getaway.

This property advertises itself as luxury, which I’m not sure I agree with. It’s not five star in terms of facilities or service. However, it has an overall charm about it that makes for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We stayed in Rosella for 2 nights which is one of the rainforest rooms, so we didn’t get a plunge pool. But the villa is large and very well equipped. The owners are very welcoming and have tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. We bbq’d both nights, as after eating out for the last 2 weeks it was nice just to be able to eat what and when we wanted. We purchased the bbq pack from the hotel on the first night, which was reasonable value. We saw quite a bit of wildlife from our rear deck, an iguana, cockatoos and 2 possums. To sit on your deck in the evening and have a possum come down and eat the bird food right in front of you is amazing. Overall I recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in returning.

Misty view cottages was the highlight of our trip, this place is so peaceful and relaxing. My partner and I felt all the worries of the world drip away in the heated plunge pool and enjoyed reading on the day bed. The spa is very romantic and the bed was super comfy. We just liked everything about this place and will definitely return.

Misty view cottages was an experience like no other. The Accommodation, hospitality and views were beyond expectation. Can’t rate this place highly enough. My wife and I chose this place for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. From the indoor fire place to the heated infinity pool, the spa bath to the rainforest view. Waking up in the morning to the sound of whip birds echoing through forest and the peacefulness of having a huge area just to ourselves. This place is to die for and worth every single cent we paid. Can’t wait to go back for an anniversary.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying 2 nights in the Lalique cottage. From the friendly welcome to the easy check out process, we had everything we could need. The experience was so relaxing for us, the heated pool was perfect, and we used the BBQ and kitchen and had no need to leave! Shell even organised a pregnancy massage for me in our cottage, which was divine. The warm croissants delivered each morning were delicious, there was a lot of food options for breakfast included. We would highly recommend Misty View Cottages and hope to be back again some time!

BREAKFAST - breakfast is beautiful, anyone who says it is average needs their head read: fresh fruit, huge assortment of pastries/cakes/banana bread/muffins/crumpets/raisin toast, chia puddings, hot assortment - eggs,bacon,mushrooms, hash browns, pancakes, French roast,Asian food etc, cereals and charcuterie. Also amazing service and a view of the harbour. Paying for barista coffee the only downside. ROOM - comfy large room, big shower, comfy bed. Balcony and tea/coffee/fridge/microwave. LOCATION - great location for exploring the island either on foot or via bus/car, IGA over the road, ferry terminal next door. Restaurants and beaches within 5-15 min walk. Great boardwalk close by. There is also a restaurant- boardwalk on site for those wishing to have dinner. Secure underground car parking. Beautifully maintained gardens / resort grounds. Staff are lovely. Recommend 3 nights to see the whole island well and truly relax.

Our third time stying at this beautiful resort and it never disappoints. Approachable staff, tasty buffet breakfast with plenty of vegetarian options and quite simply the hugest, sparkliest, most beautiful pool I have ever had the good fortune to swim in. When we first came here pre-pandemic, my children were 8, 13 and 17. This time they’re 14, 18 and 22! And they love it just as much now. A wonderful place to stay while exploring magical Yunbenun/Maggie island. Sadly now that my eldest has graduated from JCU, we won’t be coming up to Townsville for the foreseeable future. But until we meet again, I shall dream of Peppers appropriately named ‘Blue on Blue’ and that magnificent BLUE pool.

Great location right next to the ferry and bus service on Magnetic island. Clean room and comfortable bed. Pool is huge although a few more sun beds would be great, the second smaller pool is a bit more crowded. Loved the breakfast option, and lovely dining area for drinks and dinner. Always my preferred option on Magnetic island

Absolutely lovely staff. Great central location for a stay on Magnetic Island. Right next to ferry, IGA and bottle shop. Wonderful restaurant attached, where buffet breakfast is available. A huge beautiful pool surrounding the apartments and a smaller pool as well. Room was great, spacious and clean with everything you need.

We loved the view from our room over the pool. The balcony was great. The pool and BBQ facilities were ideal.

The friendly check in staff were friendly & efficient - they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom swimout (booked a studio swimout). The weather wasn't very friendly but we still managed to swim in the freezing pool - it was great.

Swim up pool access was great. Pool was fantastic unlike anywhere we have stayed. Rooms were spacious. Beds comfortable. Facilities were great.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with plunge pool and we were all pleasantly surprised by the size of apartment. It’s the first time we all felt that reality was better than the photos.

We got an upgraded room which was lovely. The pools are lovely but no swim up bar if you like that. The bar near the pool closed at 5:30, which was disappointing as most guests had been out all day and wanted a nice cocktail at that time of the evening. The beach was at the front, but you could not see it due to the dense tree coverage. You have to walk a little bit to get to all the restaurants in Palm Cove, and it's a nice walk in the evening.

Stayed for 6 days in a 2 Bedroom room, which was perfect for us as a couple with a teenage daughter. The room was well appointed with a kitchen, Dining and living areas. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities are great with a lagoon pool, lap pool and kiddies pool. It was very hot while we were there and it took us a day to work out that the water temp in the lap pool is cooler than the lagoon pool. It's an easy walk to the esplande and restaurants and shops. There is lots of parking in a basement car park, and we'd hired a car which made it easy to access the entire area including driving to Cairns for Reef tours and up to Port Douglas and surrounds.

The pool was lovely. Two pools actually. Disappointed the lap pool wasn’t heated. Only went in the main pool twice as the water was too cold. I could see other people felt the same.

Our family of 4 booked a twin room with a balcony overlooking the pool. We absolutely loved it! The location of the resort was somewhat tucked away but only a few minutes from the main street. Plenty of space for the kids to run around and bedrooms were positioned on opposite sides of the apartment when quiet time was needed. The lagoon pool was a favourite with the kids even though lap and kids pool were used the only downside was that they contained leaves and insects which i was stung by but that's life in the tropics. Staff were all brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Beds were made, toiletries replenished and dishes were washed daily. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Mantra Heritage several times now and were pleased that the room we had, had been upgraded (was a bit tired last time) and was fresh, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We love the swim up rooms and always book these. So well located with direct access to Macrossan St.

The Shores in Surfer's Paradise was incredible, the apartment is such a lovely place, really well located to shops, bars and restaurants, and the private pool is amazing. Would highly recommend and will definitely be revisiting!

Hi, thank you, we liked the apartment. It was clean, tidy and convenient. Location was great and it was relatively quiet and safe. It was a bit overpriced, given it did not have a pool (when I booked it, in the photos, it said there was a pool), there was no washing machine, and on top of the high price of the apartment, parking was an extra cost. Moreover, as the car park is open and there are no signs, other people continuously went inside and parked in our spot, or blocked us with their cars. We had to chase them, calling people to come and remove their car. This was frustrating and waste of time, and the extra cost also did not make any sense. In any case, ours was a short stay, but if longer, these would have been more serious issues. Communication was excellent though and very quick to respond. Thank you

Plenty of areas for different family members to do different things. Great communication and friendly service. Was so easy checking in and checking out. Will definitely be back. We stayed in the Numinbah, just so very comfortable, very private and oh so romantic. The lodge is very spacious, well laid out and certainly a home away from home. The amenities in the bathroom were a beautiful range. We particularly enjoyed the plunge pool and the expansive outdoor BBQ and sun lounge area given the very warm temperatures over the weekend. The air conditioning inside made the lodge very comfy. The delicious meals were provided in our fridge each day, all we had to worry about was when we wanted to cook and eat, there was always more than enough food, we would never go hungry. We enjoyed our walk up along the creek to the water falls and the hammocks where we relaxed in the hammocks for a while but couldn't wait to go back to our lodge. The staff are amazing, particularly Katherine, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. This was a very special occasion for us, our 43rd wedding anniversary and my husband's 65th birthday. What a special treat!!!!

We stayed at the Cedar lodge which was very private and spacious. Communication and check in process very easy and staff very accommodating. The pool was lovely and warm, cooking on the BBQ was easy and the food was absolutely excellent with generous portions. We did the boundary walk, enjoyed the swimming holes and hammocks and seeing the glow worms is a must! Overall a lovely private getaway and would recommend

We had a lovely stay in our Mountain View Lodge 'Numimbah'. Such a stunning property and lovely touches from the Crystal Creek Retreat team, a rose petal path to the bed, and a nice bottle of wine - thank you! High-quality furniture and appliances Lovely view! Great selection of DVD's to borrow Only downside was the bath, though gorgeous, it took almost 30mins to half-fill, we filled with hot water only as the bath was marble and the temperature dropping as soon as it hit.... only lasted 5mins in the tub as the water got too cold too quickly.

Everything about the place is magical, this is where I proposed to my girlfriend and it couldn't of been a better choice of location. The place is incredibly romantic and is perfect for young couples. The staff are absolutely lovely and made sure that the room was set up in a romantic way (rose petals on the ground leading up to the bedroom). The food is fantastic and since the cabins are fully serviced you can heat the food up at your leisure. The rainforest and walking tracks are absolutely beautiful and the creek is lovely to swim in.

Superb location if you are looking to get away from it all and spend some quality time in the rainforest.accomodation was first class and the staff were very welcoming and always happy to help. Breakfast was quality and provided fresh daily. loved everything about the stay and will be returning.cannot recommend Crystal Creek Rainforest Retreat highly enough! What wasn’t to like about this place! I went here with my husband on our honeymoon, and we rented the villa with the plunge pool. What an amazing time we had! Every meal was fantastic, the staff was so friendly, and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax.

The resort was very secluded, tucked away in a cove on Long Island with only 10 adult couples to be at the resort. This resort is remote and that made it special. The resort was clean and tidy with our rooms cleaned daily. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The Yoga in the morning and afternoon was really good and the instructor was great she took her time to show us the moves needed. The food was really tasty, the chief did great job. Bar tender/s were quite chatty and friendly. keep that Licor 43 going :)_ There was enough to do if i need an activity with SUPs, kayaks, Chiliboats, swimming pool to float around on and a few walks can be done. The helicopter flight was really cool way to get to the resort. The manager of the resort was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the resort for a getaway. Thank you, Elysian Resort and all staff, for a great relaxing 3 night stay.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. It was a quiet but not boring place with good service and options for paddling, canoeing, or snorkeling with very good equipment. The 5.30 pre-dinner hour near the pool with canapes was a great idea. The food was a creative surprise every day, and the cook was more than perfect and had considered my food limitations. There were too many small details that made it so exceptional, for example, the surprise that the chocolates left on my pillow were lactose-free, the good quality complementary wines, the nice clean trail to another beach, the rainwater for showers and the environmentally friendly shampoos and creams offered in the villas. All were carefully planned for a comfortable stay, even for a single visitor.

Our stay at the Elysian was an unforgettable, all-inclusive, eco-friendly experience. Nestled on a pristine island, this hidden gem offers sustainable luxury surrounded by the best of what the Australia's Golden Coast nature has to offer. We stayed in thoughtfully designed eco-bungalows with stunning water views of Paradise Bay. We enjoyed farm-to-table dining, relaxed by the excellent pool overlooking the water, and immersed in unique eco-friendly activities. One of our highlights was the island hike that took us to a hidden beach on the other side of Long island. From guided snorkeling to kayaking to paddleboarding to sunrise yoga sessions, this eco-lodge offers something for everyone. Thank you to ALL the fantastic staff at the Elysian that made our stayunforgetable.

What a beautiful location! The staff were so friendly and considerate, providing amazing service and making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The room was immaculate and the food was absolutely amazing. The chefs were very considerate to any food intolerances we had. A lot of time was spent in the pool, and we'd love to come back sometime out of stinger season to do some snorkeling! The limited number of villas in the resort made the experience very intimate and secluded. Elysian was the highlight of our honeymoon and we will definitely be back, we highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved this Villa! It was easy to find with good support and instructions from staff to our enquiries about parking before we arrived. Ot was much more spacious than expected and the Balinese style beautiful and immediately relaxing. We adored the outdoor showers and our children needed none of the usual persuasion to shower! Even the toilets exceeded our expectations! Kitchen was well equipped and Aircon/ceiling fans worked well when needed. Beds extremely comfortable and enormous, sheets and towels high quality and plentiful. The private pool and jacuzzi were a total delight to our 2 boys even when it rained. Everything is thoughtfully designed to promote an immediately relaxing environment and our 4 night stay at Villas of Byron was our favourite part of our trip to Australia! Thanks you so much!

Couldn't fault it - the staff were lovely and so helpful, everything you could need in the room (we were in a plunge pool room), gorgeous little garden with the pool and loved the outdoor shower, lovely relaxed decor, comfortable bed and armchair, amazing cheeseboard and bottle of French bubbles on arrival. Jacobs Creek Retreat at Moorooroo Park reneged on our reservation two days before we flew to Australia. Hotels.com came to our rescue and found Kingsford Homestead as an alternative. We were the winners after all! Kingsford Homestead was perfect! Amazingly hospitable hosts who made each guess feel at home but pampered! Excellent food in a charming bucolic setting. Our initial panic at not having a booking turned into the perfect week in the Barrossa Valley!

The Kingsford Homestead is an experience that is offered in few places. Kingsford is an destination on its own that just happens to be in the Barossa Valley. The homestead has been sympathetically renovated and attention to the original detail is exceptional. Jenni and Steve are very welcoming and make you feel as though you have arrived home. I cannot fault the food and the amount wont leave you hungry.

Such a wonderful couple of nights and days spent on this gorgeous property. So lovingly restored and renovated. The staff were wonderful and David was fantastic - the drive around the property was a highlight. We had forgotten how easy it is to access the Barossa with the North/South roadway - won't be making that mistake again! It won't be the last time that you see us ❤️

Great comfortable accommodation, restaurant was superb and reasonably priced. Breakfast was great with a lovely outlook over the grounds. Recommend walking the property, it was a beautiful morning walk. Staff were really great and very attentive. Fireplace in the evening was perfect after a glass of wine and the bowling alley a bit of fun

Wonderful stay at Sol's Place over the Easter weekend ...villa is modern and light and airy , pool is a bonus ...kitchen well equipped and just a short walk into town for dining, pelican feeding etc .. and the beach also a short distance on foot. Kalbarri itself is super chill, we did cop some windy weather but if that was the worst thing ....how blessed were we. Would highly recommend and if we ever are back in Kalbarri would absolutely re-book. Thanks Bren and Ken

We have been to Kim’s on two previous ocassions and it still lived up to our expectations. It is a place to go to relax, go for a walk along the beach, soak in the hot tub and eat,! The food is plentiful, fresh and has a home cooking feel. The seafood is delicious and so fresh. The bar area is lovely for a pre dinner drink by the fire with live music on the Sat night. Loved it and will return again for a special occasion.

Just do yourself a favour and book a stay at Kim's!!! I have never felt taken so far away from all the stresses in life as I did staying here!!! Gorgeous surroundings, comfortable room, best private spa area! The staff were just beautiful people - all happy and friendly and happy to go the extra mile to make your stay the best ever! The food at the restaurant was all included in your price and it was divine! Breakfast and dinner every day! We will be back!!!

Great way to relax and revitalise ourselves and our relationship. Bungalows were very comfy and the meals fabulous. So many choices it was hard to pick. Great home style cooking with a sensational variety of fresh seafood daily and Deserts to die for. The staff were absolute professionals ready and willing to satisfy our every requirement and left us to enjoy the beach and rain forest surrounds. Private outdoor hot tub heaven with our bungalow.

This was our third stay at Kims. We had a terrace spa room which was large and comfortable. The tarif included all meals and the food exceeded my expectations. My only criticism was that the bed was well and truely due to be replaced as it had a distinct slope to it on one side making it quite uncomfortable. Otherwise I would totally recommend Kims for an indulgent break.

Was absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing as was the room & food. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary while there in which I surprised my husband with the stay & I organised a celebrant & photographer to help us renew our vows. It was so magical & the staff couldn't of been more helpful to keep it a surprise right up until the big moment, I will definetly go back.

The private pool was excellent we hardly used the main pool! The units are modern and spacious with a great outdoor space, bbq and pool! You can use all the facilities of the hotel including the gym. Whilst you are away from the strip it's only a couple of mins away.

so relaxing to be in such a big villa and the private pool was a dream, no worrying about crowds and finding chairs. i am also sure that the staff would have been perfectly friendly but we did not require the staff and that is the way we like it.

The Villa was spacious and well designed. Laundry facilities and third toilet handy. The beds were comfortable and the updated ensuite very lovely. But the highlight was the private pool which was well utilised after days of exploring. Loved it.

Each villa is private and quiet. The entire unit had fans and air conditioning. The private pool in the back courtyard was much larger than we thought it would be and positioned well to support sun and shade.

The private pool was awesome. Plenty of air conditioners and fans to help beat the heat. Spacious, comfortable villa with everything you need. Walking distance to Palm Cove beach.

Municipal pools just 5 minutes away but a lovely pool at the complex. Complimentary pool towels. If you book excursions there is a pick up just 3 minutes away. Air conditioner worked well (in lounge and bedroom). Good hot strong shower. Nice bathroom condiments. Overall a fantastic apartment and well worth paying a little more for the view, location and comfort. Oh, and covered parking for our 2 motorbikes (or car if you have one) with a lift going right to the door.

Best Location as just around the corner from the main streets and just 150m and 200m away. Best views. No climbing up steep hills needed for other resorts. Pool is fantastic John as manager is just a helpful no fuss person. Highly recommend my adult children go there and stay.

Staying at the Q1 on our trip around New Zealand and Australia, drove up from Byron bay for 5 nights in the Qi. Given a fantastic apartment on the 16th floor, overlooking the sea, as the sun comes up early in the morning it floods the bedroom with light, makes you feel so alive. The apartment is extremely large with an inside / outside space. Plenty of room to spread out, 2 large TV’s and full range of kitchen appliances. There are both washing and drying machines, and Jack & Jill bathroom, that means 2 doors either side. Plenty of hanging space for clothes, safe and both bath and shower. The kitchen has a free standing island with twin sinks and dishwasher. A nice bonus here is if you don’t want to go on the beach each day, there are 2 pools, with sun loungers, a BBQ area and ample space. Unlike a few places we have stayed at, the underground parking is free. If I was to find one thing that could be improved upon is the reception staffing. On the day we arrived only one member of staff seemed to be around, which meant a bit of hanging around to be checked in. Also they should employ a pool guy to hand out towels, as again you need to queue up at reception to obtain these. Other than that we have no complaints, in fact we are looking at a short term rental of a couple of months at a time. Everything you need is on the doorstep.

We absolutely loved our stay at Q1. There is nothing to fail. Perfect location to beach and city. Easy to get there. Perfect resort style swimming pool, plus a lap pool. Perfectly clean and maintained. Lovely professional staff. Bonus: underground parking.

Hotel is located in a very convenient area, short walk to beach and main shopping mall. Also close to light rail. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Only con was that even though the main bedroom had block out blinds the light was still very bright in the morning as light came in around the sides and top of blinds. The pool area was nice but offered no umbrellas to shade the sun lounges. You did need to be in the pool area before 9 am or you would miss out on getting a sun lounge, table or lounges under the umbrellas. Overall is was good for our needs.

We stayed for my partners 40th and wanted to come back to stay in the summer. We had a 2 bedroom unit which was nice and spacious, with a wonderful view. The pool was great to unwind with plenty of loungers and you had that resort feel with the longboards bar being able to get a couple of drinks. Parking is still free which is a great touch makes things easier without “nickel and diming” over parking. We had a few issues with our keys however this was easily rectified by reception. (We had friends staying at Q1 through an air bnb who ended up losing and then much later finding their keys…the stress they had….if we had the same issue just being able to see reception to replace our keys is why it’s worth booking direct!!) I also needed some documents printed for work during the stay and they kindly printed these for me too.

Our family of 5 stayed in a 3 bedroom, ocean view apartment on the 41st floor. The views were absolutely stunning! The apartment was extremely spacious and had everything we needed. We loved using the pool areas for relaxing and swimming and the nearby Longboards restaurant was a fabulous hangout for drinks and food. We also enjoyed dining at the Osaka sushi train restaurant situated at the bottom of the building. Q1 is in a amazing location with the beach and city being so close, we walked around the city almost every night. Supermarkets were in walking distance too. The tram is also nearby which is fast and easy to use too. Thank you Q1, we had a fabulous family holiday.

Although pricey for the plunge pool houses, it is worth every penny as the house has all of the luxurious creature comforts you could ask for, the plunge pool is heated so it's worth a wintery trip to Busselton knowing you can still get wet! The Grove Plunge Pool houses are so close to the beach that when in the plunge pool, just laying back & hearing the waves crashing is extremely therapeutic. Also the gardens with the birds chirping, it is extremely peaceful. I am addicted to this place & it's my go to when in need of spoiling myself & my family/friends.

Overall amazing for family holidays, we stayed in the x4 bedroom house with the plunge pool which created a nice ambiance however, the plunge pool wasn’t made to suit older people due to difficulties getting in and out! there’s one high step. The house had everything you’d need, the bbq came in handy everyday, utensils and x4 different kinds of wine glasses were available, private outdoor terrace in every room. Steam room, pool and spa was fantastic and clean.

We stayed in a 10 bed plunge pool apartment. The living spaces were lovely, light, airy, spacious and modern The backyard was remarkably tranquil and quiet with lots of shade and grassed areas. The rooms and facilities were lovely. Better for 2 families as there were 2 master bedrooms, then 2 other rooms one of which had 4 bunk beds. Not so ideal for 5 couples which we were. Very short walk to the beach. Great 25 mtr lap pool.

We had a great 5 day break in Busselton and staying at Aqua just topped it off. With access to the beach through lovely, well-maintained grounds, we had a lovely luxury two bedroom ground floor apartment with a plunge pool. Our apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. The rooms were well proportioned and the combined lounge, dining and kitchen had a beautiful view out on to patio, BBQ and our own pool. The resort is south of Busselton town center, but nothing that a 10 minute drive couldn't sort. We were only 19km from Dunsborough and not too much further to get to Yallingup and Margaret River and all the attractions this beautiful area offers. Just to top off the experience, a coffee van came each day and luckily parked right near our unit.

Absolutely beautiful - Nick was a great help in ensuring my partner's 30th birthday was the best one yet by booking a couples massage and sorting our breakfasts for the weekend as the in-house breakfasts were unavailable. The view of the Castle itself is gorgeous and there were a bunch of cute guineafowl around that added to the royal ambience. I loved the heated private plunge pool and having our own personal drawbridge - would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely property, loved the swim up pool and the pool and garden and bbq area. Location was lovely too.

We have stayed here many times now and love staying here. The room location we had this time was our favourite but we still loved our stay. We always stay in a 3 bedroom lagoon swimout due to the easy access to the pool and parking.

Very helpful staff (esp.Jen). Clean, tidy, great location and the swim up pool rooms are great.

Also pool towels were not left in the room. when we went to collect, we were told they didn't have enough but managed to find couple of towels for us. Other than that the stay was good, accessible to everything. enjoyed the pools.

First time staying here. Hotel amenities are good, especially with an indoor and outdoor pool. Couch and pillows in room could do with an upgrade. We weren’t quite sure why the hot water in the shower only got to one temperature. Hardly any cold water was used when taking a shower. Had to call reception for shower soap as well. The container was empty. Not a big thing but for the $$ per night you’d expect better.

The appartment has two bedrooms & bathrooms, kitchen & laundry. Plenty of space & large balcony for outdoor dinning opposite the beautiful Surfers Paradise beach. We were on 24 floor with awesome views. There is a large renovation taking place on the upper floors which didn’t bother us too much. Indoor & outdoor pools & spa, sauna & steam room fun when it’s raining. We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant food & service was okay.

Friendly staff, beautiful view, clean tidy rooms, great location, kids had a great time in the indoor pool was an all round great experience.

Great five day getaway, didn’t start the car after we arrived as everything was within walking distance, fantastic swim out apartment, the bed was a little uncomfortable but we saw passed that and would stay again

Wonderful stay. The swim out rooms are ideal. Stayed in a studio room, while small is perfect for a single or couple. Highly recommend the hotel.

Very comfortable villas in a beautiful natural setting. Great views of the valley and sunset. Close to Clunes, Bangalow and Byron. We made use of the tennis court. Looking forward to using the pool and spending more time in our villa next time.

Very peaceful and beautiful location. Sofa bed a little small for two kids, but they were so tired it did not matter. They swam in pool and played a little tennis. We took advantage of the laundry right next to the villa. Arnie the dog is very friendly, and Suzanne was very helpful with local advice. Will happily stay again when we are next in the area.

Loved the setting and the pool was fantastic and much needed in Port Douglas January heat. Absolutely loved our stay.

We enjoyed it so much more than staying in a resort.

The unit is fantastic place and has everything to make your stay very comfortable. The only issues we experienced was the main bed was very hard and pillows need replacing. The unit also needs a small amount of maintenance to make this place awesome. It’s in a great location and is a really nice place.

The Intercontinental Sorrento is a great hotel and is only a couple of hours from Melbourne. I would call it a beach resort it’s close to the beach and has a large outdoor heated pool with a truely Mediterranean vibe. The pool area is large, elegant with plenty of banana lounges, table and chairs and shade if you want it. You even get a beach view. The pool bar service makes it even more enticing. The staff everywhere in the hotel are very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is included and of a high quality. It also has 3 places to have lunch and dinner with a range of prices catering for everyone. The room rate isn’t cheap but where else can you get the same facilities. It was just as good as being in a resort in port Douglas, palm cove, Italy or Greece but we didn’t have to fly.

Second time staying at the Continental and everything is as perfect as I remembered. BUT I was disappointed that the pool is open to Public visitors Friday-Sunday after 3.30pm. Reception advised that outside guests were not permitted to swim - how this is regulated is beyond me! The influx of non-hotel guests ruined the otherwise secluded and luxurious experience of the pool, and the bar service dropped significantly with the flood of outside guests demanding drinks. I encourage the hotel to prohibit outside guests so that paying guests can enjoy the exquisite poolside experience they are expecting! Everything else about this hotel was divine!

We had 4 brilliant days at Intercontinental Hotel, Sorrento staying in a heritage room with views out over the bay and another window overlooking the oasis-like pool area. Our experience from arrival was excellent - there were two very friendly ladies at Reception and we were checked in by Isabella. Isabella was amazing - she was very helpful and generous with her time and helped us with local maps and tips on local walking trails, wineries and other attractions in Sorrento and across the Mornington Peninsula. The hotel is a beautiful combination of the historic 150 year old Continental Hotel and the exquisite modern touches of the InterContinental Hotel Group. It has a number of bars, restaurants, an amazing pool area, day spa and lots of other facilities. The bars also have great large screen tvs for sports lovers (we were here during the second week of the Australian Open tennis). The rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed. The free minibar was well stocked and replenished every day. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Without exception the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and service first class. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Intercontinental for a girls weekend celebrating our dear friends 50th birthday. We wanted something special and the hotel did not disappoint from the moment we stepped inside! The rooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The mini bar was complimentary and very generous. The Aspar products in the bathroom are a beautiful touch! We loved the hotel so much we only left to go shopping! We stayed for lunch,dinner and breakfast the next day! The service from initial booking to checkout was outstanding. We didn’t get the chance to use the rooftop pool but it is absolutely beautiful and we cannot wait to bring our partners and kids back! Thankyou for making our friends milestone birthday so special!

The location is absolutely stunning and waking up in the morning to the sight of the waves crashing on the rocks was very special. Our villa was spotlessly clean throughout and very well equipped with everything we needed and the hot tub & sauna made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. The whole villa is finished to an extremely high standard throughout and has a perfect combination of luxury and relaxation and is fantastic value for money. We had to call on the owners for some assistance during our stay and they could not have been more helpful or accommodating - the ideal hosts! EVERYTHING! this place is simply astonishing, peaceful, quiet, tranquil! what this team has to offer is nothing short of beautifully amazing, the hosts are fantastic nothing is too hard, very VERY accommodating & communication when required was fantastic, the rooms are stunning, the facilities are better than clean everything felt, looked and smelt like it was brand new - couldnt fault a single thing & will 100% be returning for a longer stay next time.

Stylish and spacious studio with wonderful ocean views. We enjoyed the sense of being away from everything and the opportunity to truly unwind. The sauna and spa hut was a lovely treat and with ocean views was very calming. We enjoyed the lovely walk around to Shelly beach during the day and were delighted to sit by the fire in the evening under a full moon. A very luxurious and rejuvenating experience

INCREDIBLE location!! The roar of the sea and the views were exceptional. It was like staying in a luxury hotel perched on the edge of the sea. The spa was perfect, listening to the waves and relaxing in the warm water. The sauna after a day of exploring was amazing. Falmouth is a beautiful place on an idyllic stretch of coastline. An absolute must stay for a romantic getaway.

The room and amenities were even better than the photos and descriptions. The view was breathtaking and the room was really comfy and cozy. We really enjoyed everything about the accommodation. Waking up and seeing the ocean right in front of us was an amazing experience.

You cannot find a better getaway from city and / or tiring foreign travel than this special place.

Every little detail for our comfort was anticipated before we even thought of raising it. Our Bushwalk / Beachwalk was offered with no planning issues for us to deal with and comfortably organised with drop off, water, snacks, etc. Even our water preference on the dining table was remembered.

Amazing service, rooms were spectacular with every item that you could possibly want. loved everything about our stay.

We absolutely loved the privacy that came with the villa, everything we needed was there, and the walk down to the Sauna, and rock pool was breathtaking.

The totally private villa, the wood fired spa, amazing views, and walks to the rock pools. Robbie the red healer is an awesome boy !!

I recently stayed in one of the Villa’s and it is in such a beautiful location! The beach views are breathtaking and it’s nice and private too (and the hot tub! my gosh it was heaven!). Lynne from Little Beach Resort went above & beyond to accommodate us and make sure we had the best stay (we had a little hiccup prior to arriving and upon calling Lynne she went out of her way to help us sort everything out). The Villa itself was gorgeous and really well set out, with lots of little bits & pieces included that made our stay even more comfortable (salt, pepper, oil, coffee and more). We also fell in love with the two beautiful dogs that call the property home!

Spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. The grounds are huge and populated with a variety of birds. The house itself is well supplied with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the communication with Alla, the owner was straightforward and positive. Thanks for a great stay.

The great location was just the beginning. The place is very well designed, built and maintained. Highly recommend coffee at sunrise while wallabies and birds are roaming across the property.

Stunning location overlooking the Backstairs Passage back to the mainland. Little Cuttlefish was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool was an added bonus. Great base to explore the vast island and very close to Penneshaw for the ferry from Cape Jervis and the excellent IGA supermarket which had everything we needed and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Little Cuttlefish as a fabulous place to stay on KI. There are many things to explore on KI but Little Cuttlefish is such a space you may never want to leave there. Big thanks to Sabrina for all her fabulous tips on restaurants and sightseeing spots.

Little Cuttlefish is a great property in an amazing setting. The property had all the amenities you would expect with a luxury house and the view is breath taking. We spent so much time watching the view, both from the property and the pool. The Kangaroos also clearly love the location. We saw 4-6 Kangaroos on the property every time we were leaving or returning in the car. We really enjoy watching wild life, so this was the “icing on the cake” as they say. The location being only 15 minutes from the ferry is also a big positive.

There are some places where the real thing is even better than the photos - this is one of them! Uninterrupted ocean views, wildlife on your doorstep, comfy bed, well stocked bathroom and kitchen. The pool is sensational. A great house to enjoy a home cooked meal with local seafood and wines at sunset. Good base to get to Penneshaw for necessities/the Pub and out to explore KI. Dudley Wines right next door. Sabrina was responsive, generous and easy to deal with. Thank you so much for making our time here so memorable! Emma & Richard

one of the best place we have ever stayed. The photos online are incredible but even they don't do it justice. From the dignified old roo that welcomes you in the front gate, every moment, every corner was spectacular. The fact that it is an eco lodge makes it even more perfect. Pool spectacular. We are going to miss this place. The beauty of the place was complemented by the care of the agent/ owner. We were absolutely made to feel like VIPs. The place is a winner.

Gorgeous stay in Port Douglas and within reach of the gems of tropical north Queensland. The villa was spacious, immaculately clean and adequately provided. The pool was a lovely touch and the hosts were always helpful and responsive.

Beautiful two bedroom house with two bathrooms. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic, we spent majority of our time out here. Full kitchen as well. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the pool in the yard, the well equipped kitchen, the bathrooms, very well thought through for all the details you want when staying on holiday.

The unit was clean and the hosts were very helpful. If I had any questions they were quick to respond. Overall it was one of the best places I've stayed for a holiday. A little slice of heaven.

From the moment we walked into the house, we knew this was special. unique touches everywhere clean linen clean rooms. The verandahs were a great way to relax. The shower on lower verandah unique and beautiful showering under the stars. No road noise just a lovely breeze with windows that let the breeze flow through each and every room. Our host was helpful at every turn with a chilled bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Our two girls loved the pool and lawn we definitely will be back.

This place is perfect. My group of 4 stayed for the weekend and had a awesome time. There's a lot of room with good facilities, it's very clean and a quiet area. We really enjoyed the views from the balcony. It's only a short drive from the house to Noosa and Noosa Heads. The property manager is very friendly and helpful should you need anything. Would love to stay again.

Our stay at the Junglehouse absolutely was amazing and don’t even get me started about the views. They were breathtaking, could not have asked for anything better. Such a nice escape from the busy city life as we enjoyed reconnecting with nature and relaxing. we already can’t wait to be back again.

The house and it's vibes were excellent. It was quiet and secluded with greenery around. Liked every moment. Anna was able to extend our checkout time without hesitation on request.

The house was AMAZING. HUGE! The location, the views, the set-up, it was perfect for our group of 10. The walk to town or the beach is just 2 blocks away. The pool was SENSATIONAL, definitely the star of the show. The view from the pool, the water temperature, the loungers, the cabana bar with small fridge, sink, etc, just superb. The upstairs dining table seated 14 and we gathered around it every day for breakfast, drinks, dinners. The speaker in the living room was easy to connect to and we were able to listen to our own music. The kitchen was large and modern with enough plates, silverware, etc for everyone, plus everything you needed for cooking. There were 2 fridges, at least 3 different coffee makers (brewed, pods, plunger), large toaster, cocktail shakers, glassware for inside and outside. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and cool. (I was lucky enough to claim the master bedroom and it is a 1000/10 with the view, even from the shower). Every room, except 2 had a balcony or access to the outside. Everyone loved having their own bathroom, and there were 2 additional bathrooms/powder rooms for everyone to use. It was also great having a laundry to wash towels so we always had fresh pool towels. The house stayed nice and cool - and it was hot in Port Douglas! Parking was also available in the garage for 2 cars. The place felt safe and secure at all times, we even walked from town to the house after dark without issues. Highly recommend this house, just gorgeous.

The pool area was amazing. Having space to live with a number of families! The closeness of the main st, so much closer than we expected! All the bedrooms having ensuites! Excellent facilities. The owner organised to help take our bags up when we arrived and showed us through the house👌🏻 We left early on our last day and he came back to take our bags down again!!

Stayed as a family of 10 for a week. Great location with spectacular views over Four Mile Beach. It had excellent facilities to accommodate a large family and a magical infinity edge pool which the children loved.

You have the Villa to yourself its a mini resort and you can enjoy it with family, like its your own house. And it so close town beach and the view 🥰

We were greeted by someone the airport and driven to Hidden Cove. The unit also comes with a golf cart/buggy. The buggy was at the airport, and my husband drove it to the until while our greeter drove the rest of us and our luggage to the unit. The layout was great for our family of 6. Three bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom plus an additional half bathroom. The views were amazing. Great balconies. The infinity edge pool was gorgeous. Only having a 4 seater buggy was challenging because there were 6 of us. I don't know if a second buggy could be rented and where it could have been parked. There was only enough parking at the unit for one. Transportation back to the airport was arranged by the rental agency. We had to check out at 10, but our flight was not until 3, so they took us to resort center to each lunch, shop, etc while we waited and then took us to the airport closer to our flight time.

The property is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The views are exceptional. The pool is also really lovely and we enjoyed swimming in it every day.

The unit was absolutely amazing. Stunning views from most of the unit. spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved the pool!!

The Renmark River Villas were absolutely perfect for our weekend retreat away with a few girlfriends. The villa was quite luxurious and met all our needs. Spacious bedrooms, a great open plan family and meals area, awesome swimming pool and across the road from the beautiful river. Looking forward to returning more often and wish I'd have known about it earlier! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay on this beautiful houseboat that has all modern conveniences. It was wonderful to be on the actual water but not need to move from the mooring, it suited us perfectly. Cups of tea on the back deck were the perfect way to wake up and watch the magnificent sunset. I'll definitely come back here again and after 8 years of coming to Renmark regularly to run events and festivals, I'm so glad I've found this perfect spot to retreat. Thank you.

The location of "Moving Waters" houseboat is great - next to the River Promenade with beautiful trees (just about 10 minutes walk into town) The houseboat - well, really first front river view !! Loved sipping the coffee in the morning from the upper deck with the best sunrises and with a glass of wine watching the light on the opposite wooded area turning in the evening. It all was peaceful and relaxing. Renmark also is close to Silo Art, walking trails, Paringa bridge and the cliff lookouts

The kids also loved all the features and having the family stay together, cook together over the unique bbq, and sing some classics by the fire. Very impressed!

Everything! The villa has a super relaxed vibe - quiet, surrounded by nature, and a great spot to unplug. It was clean, comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Brett and Jodie were helpful and friendly, and everything was easy from check-in to check-out. Will definitely be back!

The photos dont do the property justice! It is such a beautiful home with excellent facilities and comfortable beds to make for a relaxing girls weekend away! Jodie was a brilliant host and the in house catering was superb!

The unit is very spacious and well appointed. The plunge pool is a great bonus to cool off on a hot day. It's a quick walk to the beach and walking/cycling tracks and just up the road from the shops.

Clean modern apartment complex. 2 lovely pools. Well equipped gym. The apartment was tastefully decorated, well furnished and nicely presented with large balcony. Great location 4 minute walk to the beautiful beach.

Room was fantastic with the private pool and BBQ area. Great views of the ocean and the main strip. Not noisy at all and very conveniently located in the heart of the main area.

We had 2bdrm apartment with private pool. Was a gorgeous apartment, super spacious and the pool was great. Direct access out onto the street to pop down to coffee shop and beach too.

Loved the heated private pool. Location was great so close to the beach. Loved the rooftop spa ans pool. Loved the crib they provided for my baby.

Love love loved our stay. Easy straight forward checkin with very friendly staff. The apartments were massive and so comfortable. Every amenity, plenty of towels and pillows and the kitchen was huge with loads of storage and well equipped. Pool access room was perfect for the kids and tonnes of outdoor space. Pool was lovely. Easy access to the beach. Secure parking and lift. Located conveniently between Agnes and 1770. There’s a nice bike path along the road you can walk up to the markets. Will certainly stay again its perfect 🤩

Perfectly clean on arrival, well appointed and large. Comfortable beds and lounges, got for families TVs in bedrooms and lounge room for time apart. Full size fridge, oven loads of storage space 6 seat dining table plus another 6 seater on the balcony. A few minor issues freezer didn’t seal well and would pop open when shutting fridge (solved by pushing edge of seal back into place, washers lid also come unhooked during spin cycle just need to be restarted and pushed down, the dryer had a similar problem. Location is great central to shops, close to 1770 and a short walk to the beach. Shared pool facilities are well maintained 4 pools on site a lap style pool on its own, the 3 in a shared area, kids wading, spa and heated pool. For the price you won’t get better in the area.

Poolside Penthouse was amazing. Great room for our family holiday. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and spacious and all the amenities provided for our stay. The pool was practically at your doorstep. We also had access to the esplanade from our ground floor balcony. Reception was welcoming from check in to checkout and the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly by saying hello and good morning.

Location is excellent. Our unit was clean and spacious. Front pool is big and a wonderful view of the ocean. Large balcony. Tropical garden to walk through going to the pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our accommodation was exactly what we wanted, 3 bedrooms, all with aircon, fan and tv. The apartment was very clean and well looked after, with modern facilities. The apartment was a 5-10 minute walk to all the restaurants. The pools were clean, we used the smaller one at the back. No noise, very quiet. Big kitchen entertainment area. Loved the noodles in the pool, we stayed there for hours.

The apartments are ideally located, with direct secure gate access to the Esplanade, and very close proximity to multiple dining options, Great Barrier Reef trip wharves, Aquarium, Night Markets, playgrounds and activities all within 5-10mins walk. The hosts were very welcoming and accomodating. The rooms were the highlight however, extremely spacious (we had a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment) and well appointed - our room had 4 air conditioning units, two bathrooms/showers, a kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, and all items you might ever need within it. An in room laundry with washing machine and dryer. TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, a good sized deck. The apartments have a choice of two pools, gym, and common BBQ area. Exceeded our expectations. I cannot tell you how special the front desk made my little daughter feel as well, she would look forward to briefing them on all the activities she had planned for the day each morning, and their were so patient and attentive to her! Loved it.

I haven’t been to Since I was kid. We stayed at Beach Hotel for 5 nights. The rooms are basic but very very clean and so large for a hotel room. The highlight for me was the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. Even the staff in the adjoining pub were friendly and so lovely bringing us food and drinks to the pool area. It’s also located right in the heart of Byron so you are close to everything you need. We had our 4 year old with us and our room was on ground floor near pool and grassed area. So it was the perfect getaway for us during the isolation of covid. We will be back

My teenage daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. Jane and the front reception staff were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful with assisting us in planning our days and offered us free bike hire - it really added to an easy-going holiday experience. I loved that our room had direct and close access to the pool via the back patio and loved even more that I could order a cocktail poolside that was bought to me from the attached pub. The other great bonus of staying here was its location. We literally walked outside the hotel to so many restaurants, cafes and places to eat and shop. The location was absolutely ideal and the friendly staff made us feel so comfortable.

Jane, Eve and Sky were incredibly attentive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They very kindly allowed us to check in early (at 11am instead of 2pm), helped us find a taxi, and answered all our silly questions. In addition to the complimentary bikes which we rode all the way up to the lighthouse, we were blown away by the generosity of the hotel when they allowed us to use their spa and pool after check-out. Plus we were treated like queens with cocktails delivered poolside - everyone went above 'n' beyond.

Being located on the bottom floor with direct pool access for the kids was great. A quick minute walk across the road to the beach and close by shops was also handy

The room had all we needed. I specifically wanted a room with pool access which we got. Was great having air conditioning, cooking facilities AND clothes washing machine and dryer. The reception staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful. The apartments are located on the water front and close to everything. Free parking was great but it was tight. We had a park next to a resident who had covered the side of their car to prevent damage understandably. We sorted a system of letting passengers off before parking.

Having stayed at quite a few apartments in the area in the past, The Silvershore Apartments would have to rate as one of the best. Kim and Peter are superb hosts, and despite arriving after the reception closes on a Saturday night, this was not an issue and Peter was welcoming. We also received an email prior to arrival detailing the location, as the main entrance is not from Marine Parade. We had a 3rd floor apartment (Broadwater view) with an allocated underground car space, given a map of the car park (some car parks are relatively tight) and how to get to the apartment. Access was via electronic access fobs and keys, including the car park. The apartment was light with ducted aiircon with a balcony with a great view of the Broadwater. The apartment was a one bedroom apartment. It did have a separate study and a lounge dining area. The apartment was well equipped to make a stay comfortable, including cooking and washing You could self cater easily. The only slight negative was the bed was quite soft, but we still slept well. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the shower even had decent water pressure. WiFi was included, and worked well, although we only used it to use email and web searches. We did have an issue with accessing the WiFi one night, and Peter and Kim promptly sorted this out. Outside there is a 25 meter salt/chorine pool that was a delight to swim in as well as a spa pool. There are plenty of sun lounges but the pool was never busy during our 7

Silvershore apartments would have to be one of the best managed and maintained apartment blocks we have stayed at. Kim and Peter go out of their way to try and accommodate all reasonable requests. They are passionate about making your stay the best it can be. This is our go to place to stay whenever we visit family in the Gold Coast. We have stayed in both the one bedroom and two bedroom apartments waterside. The apartments are very spacious and the prices are very affordable. The one bedder had a handy study room which could be closed off to accommodate a foldaway bed our son used when he visited for a few nights. The views are stunning. The facilities are great - a 25mtr outdoor pool which is perfect for doing laps, a large spa and a smaller gym. Adjacent to the pool is a lovely, big bbq area. Peter and Kim have done an exceptional job creating a welcoming haven from which to explore all the gold coast has to offer.

The Belonglil penthouse is divine, the private pool, proximity to the beach and local restaurants makes this a premium place to stay in Byron Bay.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse and it was excellent, very comfortable, large apartment with private pool and bbq. The location was excellent as we were across the road from the entry to the beach and about a 20 minute walk along beach into town.

Quiet spot just off Belongil Beach, well outfitted for a family of four with nice patio and pool access. Easy check-in/out, plenty of parking, would stay here again.

Property was great. Staff were very kind, only minor complaint is that pool area was mediocre. We stayed in June so possibly not pool season for selling we’re Canadian and kids were excited for pool, but it and spa were pretty dirty -lots of bugs and leafs. I suspect it’s in better shape summer season when more than the odd Canadian use the area :) rooms were clean and well stocked.

Belongil beach across the road where we watched whales, and a short drive to Byron Bay, or a longish walk if you're of a mind. There was a nice pool in the villa plus the main pool. Landscaping and parking were great. No real issues with the freshly renovated villa, it was lovely.

We loved our stay in a 2 bed self contained cabin and all the school holiday entertainment options, which was very well thought out and planned. Park was 1 block away from a supermarket, fast food options and Harbourside Outlet Mall. Very convenient fot travel to Amusement Parks. We would recommend staying here. Kids loved spending time swimming at the pools, playing mini golf, playing in the splash area...so was easy to just spend time enjoying the parks' facilities.

We loved everything about this place. We had a safari tent with a family of 2 kids and it was perfect. They back on to the river so it was beautiful and felt like you were in nature. We brought a paddle board and enjoyed early morning or evening paddles. My kids almost lived in the pools. There are 4 different pools. We spent 2 nights there while visiting the them parks, we would have loved to stay longer.

Our poolside unit was fantastic. 2 bedrooms, large lounge, kitchen & dining rooms all spacious with great furnishings. Plenty to keep the littlies busy.. pool, splash park, putt putt golf, bicycles, tennis, etc. On-site restaurant & bar reasonably priced too.

Multiple Pools, Spa area was great. The pools were warmed to a good temp so could actually swim even when it was a cold day. Holiday activities were great for kids. I had a problem with air-con (heating) and the staff were quick to respond and fix the problem. Friendly staff. Great coffee at restaurant in the mornings.

Glamping/safari tent Awesome concept and practical. Ample parking with our trailer. Pools spa and putt putt golf were a hit with kids Water pressure was very low for a shower and unfortunately the kids bunk beds and mattresses were on the cheap side (very rickety with loose wooden steps) and made for a very restless night sleep for them. We’ll be back, maybe the poolside villas or townhouses will be of better quality for a good night sleep.

The whole experience. The pools were stunning. Mark, the pool staff member, was so amazing and a true credit to your team. He moved my towels and gear to the heated pool without asking and let me know all the pool temps. That just made my day to engage with nice people in a beautiful environment. It was a personal getaway and I can't recommend it enough, even for a night on your own to escape and reset. Bliss.

Lovely large pools and 1 pool heated, included a spa. Very quiet area. Local shops within walking distance with Supermarket, bakery and other specialist shops. Restaurant next door with great menu which can be delivered to your apartments. Very beautifully kept, rooms clean and well stocked. Grounds well maintained. General Manager Raule, very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The staff very friendly and happy to assist when required. The room was amazing! Huge comfortable bed, spa bath and view overlooking the pool. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. So impressed!!! The restaurant attached , Spice Den has incredible food and cocktails and we enjoyed dining in and room service. Pool was gorgeous. We felt like we were in Bali. Super close to the little shopping village - other great places to eat include Tuckers (breakfast) Crafty Cow (lunch) and Jordys (pizza dinner). And just a 2 min walk to the beach. This place does not disappoint!!!!

The room was so spacious, the bathroom was luxurious, the lounge area was relaxing, the balcony had a great view of the pool and greenery. There was a spa on-site, which I used and had the best massage. There were plenty of locations around the pool for reading a book. The on-site restaurant was delicious and had a great atmosphere.

The 'swim-out' apartment we booked was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of thing. Just amazing. So utterly beautiful and crazy sensation to just swim out into the lagoon from your apartment. Very calm resort in low-season (February in our case). Spacious place incl. large bathrooms and nice beds.

The apartment is huge with lots of little extras like pod coffee, shampoos/conditioners, washing machine & dryer. The swim-out pool was amazing so convenient. You have the luxury of a 5 star hotel with the restaurant & bars at a fair price.

Amazing resort. The pool is sensational and staff are really friendly. Rooms are great, well appointed. We had the swimout room it was perfect.

Breakfast was good. We went into town mainly for our breakfasts. Resort facilities were great. Loved the swim out pool

Communication prior to arrival was clear and easy to follow. Parking was free and even though there was a lock box for the keys I was met by the maintenance man who lives on site. He was delightful and explained all the extras! He even showed us through the rooms that could be interconnected for larger groups. The rooms had recently been renovated and everything was sparkling, fresh and new. Linen and towels were crisp and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the implements and crockery required. We did not cook but all supplies meant we could have if we were there for more than one night. Outdoor sitting area in front of the pool was very comfortable clean and welcoming. Each room also had a private table and chairs outside at the back as well. Lounge seating was more than adequate for two couples and the tv had all streaming services. Nothing not to like about this place.

We loved our stay, the bed was comfy and the ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge were useful as the temperature was high, we used the AC a little too. The choice of outside seating areas was amazing and the pool area was spotlessly clean. We used one of the bbqs and ate alfresco enjoying the beautiful outdoor space. The bike and walking trail passed directly next to our little back garden so perfect for a short walk to town or a longer bike ride along the trail, the free bike hire is a great idea although we didn’t use them for this stay. Russel the caretaker was really friendly and went above and beyond in helping us when our car was reluctant to start on the morning we left , we’ll definitely be back

Comfortable in every way & nicely furnished. Excellent location, quiet, lovely surroundings. Located a little way outside of Bright township itself but close enough and easy to get to. Good beds, a good shower too. The outdoor area is well maintained & a feature of this accommodation. There is a private area out the back of each unit with a table & BBQ (& nice garden) and in front is the communal public area which features a pool, tables, play area for children & lovely sitting area. The nightly camp fires are a real highlight & enjoyed by all. Plenty of bikes too & they are good bikes as well, free of charge for guests. Kim & Mike the owners are great, very responsive & truly likeable folk. Russell is on-site & also a great guy. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I found the management to be very helpful in communicating how to access the room. I love the key safe system, don’t even need to ‘check in’ The unit was well equipped and perfectly comfortable for a last minute night away. Unit was bigger than expected, lovely quiet area but close enough to the centre of Bright. Right next to the main highway but no noise. Unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything needed for self catering. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The outdoor pool is under shade with many comfy sitting areas and options to choose from, plus bbq, childrens entertainment areas and bicycles for all ages - a great choice for couples and families.

The grounds were refreshingly luxuriant, clean and full of freely available amenities like swimming pool, open fire and central bbq. Plenty of open grassed areas for kids to play. Our room was recently refurbished with new kitchen and bathroom, nicely done and not a the usual cheap upgrade. The weather we encountered was delightful and we made plenty of use of the FREE use of the well kept bicycles that the hotel keeps on hand. Owners and manager were very helpful with local travel tips. Very good location, just out of town, and easy parking. Will be a returning guest for sure.

You are only given one main entry key and parking door key which makes it harder after the reception closes at 5pm. The gym has only 3 things in it, cross trainer, bike and treadmill.

Place is nice for families, kids loved the pool area, balcony overlooking the pool, and have a nice view of the lake. Few mins drive to shops, and lakeside restaurants. WiFi wasn't working/not available in the rooms, balcony, etc but seems to be available only when you're very close to reception - but that won't stop me and family from coming back though.

It’s a great place to spend some quiet time with family. Kids loved the pool area and with court access to pool was a huge advantage.

Nice quiet position in the town lovely outlook over pool and waterway wished it was warmer weather so we could swim in the great pool

Pool was great and mangers very friendly and pleasant. Water pooled in the bathrooms a bit.

The property was beautiful and the gardens and pool were well looked after. We were very happy with our accommodation as it was comfortable, clean, tidy and overlooked the pool. The proximity to the town and beach was excellent. Andrew and his team were absolutely great and most helpful. We have recommended the Beachcomber to all our family and friends and we certainly intend on returning!!

My second time here, per my original review I could never fault this place. Free secure parking, comfortable, clean and large rooms. The lady at reception is always so welcoming and friendly. Close walk to the town centre (2 min) the pool and pool area are great and the beach access is handy as well, will stay here every time I’m in Byron

We had an excellent stay at this resort in January. We were able to check in early which was a great benefit and upon leaving able to leave our suitcases. We stayed in one of the suites which was huge and although we didn’t self cater everything was provided The location is brilliant as it was just a five minute stroll into town. Tea and coffee is provided in the room and extra is provided by reception. Should you run out? We could change our towels as often as we needed to as these too were provided in reception We sat by the pool of an afternoon which was lovely and used the gate at the back of the accommodation to venture down to the beach. All of the staff were extremely helpful. We went on the solar train as well as venturing up to the Lighthouse. Plenty of lovely eateries for breakfast and dinner in the town. If we return to the area, we would definitely choose to stay here.

what’s not to like!? There was a very friendly lady who checked us in and provided beach towels for hire. Which came in handy as there is a back gate out of the property which leads down to the gorgeous belongil beach (far less busy than main beach, win!) the room itself was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The smart TVs worked well, the apartment itself was massive for two people. The location of this property is amazing, slightly out of the hustle and bustle but a close two minute walk to be right in the centre. The pool area of the property was nice and the outdoor showers coming back from the beach were a nice touch. The free secure parking was great as well. I would absolutely stay here again. What a perfect couples getaway to celebrate Valentine’s Day ❤️

Perfect location, 2 min walk to the Mooloolaba beachfront with all the main beachfront shops accessible within minutes. The room size was great for what we needed. Pool access was a little confusing at first, but overall perfectly fine. Staff were super lovely and supportive with great recommendations.

Fantastic location. Well equipped clean and spacious apartment. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Lovely big heated pool with plenty of seating and a spa pool. The hosts Paul and Jacqui were very helpful and friendly.

We loved our 3 week stay at Kirra Beach Apartments. The location is awesome. Just a couple of minutes to a safe patrolled beach. A fabulous strip mall next door has several eating establishments including one of the best bakeries on the coast, a chemist, a doctors office, laundromat, newsagent, 7 Eleven, beauty salon, coffee shops and more. Our apartment had a lovely view of the ocean. It was very clean and quiet. There is construction going on across the road but we were not affected by any of the noise. Management were very friendly. The pool was clean and refreshing. Underground parking was very secure. My only complaint was that there were no drawers or shelves to put our clothes. There is a closet in each bedroom but because there was nowhere to put our clothes I had to go and buy several dozen coat hangers to hang everything and then still have to keep things in our suitcase. We loved the A/C at night. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely come back again.

Warm outdoor pool & spa were fabulous & easy to access with own key. Apartment was large, spacious & airy with great air con, very comfortable beds & settees plus all the amenities you could need. Steve was very friendly & helpful and let us leave our luggage at reception whilst we collected our hire car. There was not any noise from the airport which was a huge bonus as it’s so convenient. With the beautiful Kirra beach opposite I would definitely recommend staying at this resort. For info, we ate at Agave Rose, a nearby Asian-fusion restaurant which had delicious food & drink with great service. Lots of the local restaurants had great reviews so you will be spoilt for choice.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom + Studio as we are a family of 5. We were on the 2nd level - Rm 205. The apartment was perfect for us, it had everything we needed. We loved the balcony overlooking the pool and the large outdoor seating. I appreciate needing the key to go up and down in the lift as I think it is a good safety measure.

The location of the property is the best. It’s close to the airport as well as public transport. It is a great home base for exploring the surrounding areas of the Gold Coast. Dawn one of the managers is so welcoming and enthusiastic. Nothing is too much trouble. The pool and spa area is clean and well maintained.

Friendly staff. I liked the balcony, the swimming pool and the park was very clean. It exceeded my expectations. I also liked how the swimming pool was heated.

Stayed for 13 nights and I have nothing bad to say about Discovery Parks Melbourne. The place is perfect for family. Though the cabins are not that new they are clean, spacious and have everything a family will need. Utensils, cooking ware... cleaning materials etc... They also provide a laundry area at a reasonable cost, bbq area free of charge and swimming pool. The park is safe for family, I walk to my sister's cabin at night and I don't need to worry about my safety. Everyone's kind and friendly. The campers are nice, the staff at the front desk are so accommodating. Checking in after office hours is such a breeze. As well as checking out. We will definitely stay at the same park when we fly back to Melbourne.

We were given a free upgrade and that made our stay even better. The staff are always very friendly and check-in/out is a pleasant experience. The grounds are beautiful and even though it was freezing cold, there were children swimming in the pool. Parking is easy, it is close to local shops/supermarket, bus stops and plenty of take-away eateries. If you like tv, there is one in each of the bedrooms as well as the lounge. It was cold outside, but inside was lovely and warm with the split-level heating. I highly recommend this Discovery Park.

The staff were all amazing, friendly, easy to talk to, and happy to help where needed. Discovery Parks Melbourne was exceptionally clean all around with staff constantly cleaning. The cabin we stayed in was 2 bedroom and very clean and accommodated all of our needs (2 adults and 3 children) the beds were very comfy also. The pool was a hit and so was the recreation room (games room). Highly, highly recommend anyone to book and stay there. Discovery Parks Melbourne we will be back for future stays in Melbourne, we have found our go to place to stay.

I booked discovery, and I was upgraded from standard to Deluxe, which made our stay a whole lot more comfortable as we were staying for 10 days. The staff were friendly and helpful. We checked in after 11pm during non mannd hours, and the instructions given were clear to open the cross arm and access to our room with guidance of the map. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay as their is also a pool and a games room for the family to enjoy.

It was so convenient to Spencer Street Station, there was a tram stop just outside to take you to the Mall area. It was a really quiet room with everything you could need for a long or short stay. The guy in reception was helpful and willing to help with any concerns, we couldn't connect to WiFi and he came up straight away, we had the wrong password, so it was not their fault. The pool was warm and clean and the sauna was clean and spacious. The pool area has a beautiful view. I will definitely stay again.

The apartment was amazing with excellent views, location and facilities. The beds were excellent and the pool, spa and sauna were outstanding. The building itself had some issues. One, sometimes, two out of three lifts were not working which made travel very slow. The gym was out of action and there was no communication about this prior to arrival which was disappointing with no alternative gym access provided. The pool was a bit bare of somewhere to put your things or spare towels. No jets allowed in the spa. No water allowed on the rocks in the sauna. Not sure why. But, they had the best view from a toilet I have ever seen. In summary, I would stay here again. Thank you.

Having to call reception to come to the desk and waiting 15min each time. Pretty annoying. Lifts, complete joke. Task 10min to get down to ground floor each time, I’ve been to Vegas and stayed at large hotels and there was never an issue. Place was clean, brilliant location. Great views from the hotel room. We stayed for 5 nights, I have 3 boy under 7, excited to use the pool. The pool was out of service for the 5 days. One of the reasons we stayed there. Overall not sure if I’d stay again, however it was a good stay and I would recommend this place to friends.

Our apartment was amazing and really exceeded my expectations. The view was incredible and the apartment was clean and roomy. I stayed with my family of five and we were all really happy with our experience, everyone had a bed and there was plenty of room for us all. It really was great value for money. Extra bonuses was the pool and spa, as well as being so close to Southern Cross Station and the Woolworths that was there.

Great stay with family. Comfortable, good communication, close to transport/groceries/restaurant. Facilities were good, however pool and spa had scum around top, so could be cleaned better. Thanks for great stay :)

Had a fantastic stay at Novotel Brisbane South Bank! The location is perfect, rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the amenities, especially the pool. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay in Brisbane. Would definitely return!

Stayed for a week late August 2024 with a room overlooking the harbour. Nice view especially to enjoy the sunrise. Comfortable self-contained apartment which included mini-service ie refresh towels/linens etc. Queen size bed was adequate although I would have preferred king-size for a couple. Air conditioner worked well with ceiling fans in both living and bed rooms. The hotel features the Zen rooftop bar which opens from 3-9pm providing 360 views of the city available for guests and the public. Free snacks provided including some warm dishes and full serviced bar. Note: we're were provided complimentary drinks vouchers during check-on, to be advised at the roof top bar that the vouchers were valued at $10 each so not technically a complimentary drink. Large pool on the 3rd floor which is good for a cool-down after a hot day out. The hotel is approx 10 min walk to the CBD, though considering the heat, having a car or using the shared scooters may be an option. When in Darwin, the must-do is to watch the spectacular sunsets, around 6.30pm This means being on the other city of the city from the hotel such as Mindil beach (must do is the beach markets on Sunday & Thursday evenings - check seasonality), Casuarina Beach or Nightcliff Jetty (check out the foot trucks such as Rigneys Kitchen famous for their laksa and satays, on Monday & Tuesday evenings next to Nightcliff pool west, just a few minutes drive from the jetty).

The property was on the edge of the CBD in a quiet location. We had a corner apartment that faced west for magnificent sunsets and were also able to view sunrises by looking around the corner of the balcony. The apartment had a washing machine (and clothes rack), dishwasher, cooktop, oven and full sized fridge. The rooftop bar had 360 degree views of Darwin and the glorious harbour, ideal to watch the first storm of the season. Sunsets were viewed by residents and visitors while sipping a cool drink. The Horizen cafe offered a delicious breakfast with lots of variety. It was about five minutes walk to restaurants or food outlets. Electric scooters (Beam) were available at the front door if required. Taxis were always quick. All staff were happy, courteous and able to assist. The pool was out of action due to maintenance, but a shuttle bus was available to other pool venues, and the Mindil market. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Ramada Zen. We decided to spend the day and night in as the hotel provided all the facilities we needed to enjoy our weekend. Stunning Rooftop area with 360 degree views of the city & harbour. Delicious drinks & complimentary food, pool table, free massage chair time. Gorgeous Pool. Delightful apartment rooms with great views where you can watch the world go by so to speak

I had my daughter’s 2nd birthday here. Was an amazing stay! we stayed in N10 so handy for kids, right across from the pool & beach. They had everything which made it so easy to make breakfast, lunch & dinner. it is well kept. Our family also stayed in N3 family cottage, which was really nice & cosy. also w/ an AC for hot days. walking distance from everything. playing park for kids, two pools & a tennis court. beach😍 our hot water wasn’t working. but Ian allowed us to delay our check out time til’ 5pm. which was amazing cause it allowed us to us up the pool & just enjoy the breeze & the amazing view.

Resort is quiet, has a bar and a cafe. Pool doesn’t stink heavy of chlorine they have a saltwater pool as an option as well. Is right next to a national park has many opportunities to meet the wildlife. IE wild rabbits, joeys,peacocks. The beach is a 1 min walk from most properties. It’s the perfect getaway

It is right next to the most secluded and cleanest beach we have been to. The lagoon pool and the beach are both excellent, even better than the pool and beach at the 5 star hotel resort we have been to near Sydney.

The apartment was quiet and relaxing. The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor next to the walkway, and the pool was directly behind the main pool. However, we hardly heard a sound which was a very positive bonus.

We stayed in a two-bedroom Villa. It was well designed and allowed natural light and ventilation from all sides. Room facilities were clean, maintained well and working perfectly. Kitchenware was adequate for us. Water pressure was extraordinary high. The beach access was easy and we only shared seveal kilometers of it with a handful of other visitors. The ocean had strong currents on the days we went to the beach but that was no problem as we could enjoy the resort pool next to it. The resort was next to a national park which meant we had lots of wildlife sighting and bird songs. The staff were helpful and provided us with all we needed within few minutes.

We've stayed at this motel a few times now, and it's always been a good experience. The rooms and the pool are very clean. The staff are always friendly and quick to help. Mornington is a lovely area that we visit often, this motel is our usual choice when it's available. It does get booked out pretty quickly around holidays, we had to book a few months ahead last christmas. The location is really handy, walking distance to shops and the beach. We can just leave our cars at the motel most of the time, makes things so much easier. We will definitely come back next time we're in the area. Thank you!

The Mornington motel were very accommodating for us arrived late after our delayed flights, saved us from frustration! Thank you! The room was very clean and comfy, staffs were friendly, gives out cozy and warm vibe. It's in a great location, very easy walk to the beach and central area. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and pretty gardens outside. We definitely recommand this place!

My stay was wonderful. The appointment was great. The access to the pool was so convenient. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff so polite and helpful. They deserve the 5 star rating though the only thing that I suggest is an upgrade on the tv options and the pool not being easier to get into. There is adequate steps. Just one 1 foot step into to pool then an approximately 4 foot drop off. Not suitable for everyone but as I said I loved my stay there regardless of my limitations.

The pool is outstanding! We would return solely based on the pool. Check in was seamless and staff were so helpful in recommending local eateries.

Gorgeous new property! The lush gardens are divine. The pool, sauna and ice bath facilities are fantastic. The garden deluxe room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The in room cocktails add a nice touch! The staff were also fantastic, they went out of their way to make you feel welcome and offered superior service at all times.

What a fabulous gem in Bryon. So close to everything but you feel like you don’t want to leave the hotel due to the pool,Sauna, ice bath and the amazing cocktails from the friendly staff.

This place is heavenly! The staff are incredible and no request is too much. The rooms and pool are divine, with the added treat of sauna and ice bath. Most definitely returning!!

Just an amazing place to stay. The owners are very friendly and passionate about what they are doing; they genuinely care that you have a good time. The apartments were extremely clean, neat & stocked with amenities able to be used free of charge. Food for breakfast was already provided upon arrival & ready to be made for the next morning using room facilities (bread, yoghurt, cereal, juice, milk). The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortable beds and each room has air conditioning & fans. Extra blankets are already provided if needed in a cupboard. TV’s in every room with Netflix able to be used free of charge. Everything is well-planned and everything you could need is at your disposal. The resort is safe, quiet and calm and offers many things to do for no extra charge (tennis, 24/7 gym with table tennis & pool and ALSO an actual pool with free beverages just outside your room + more to come). The highlight for me was being able to walk through the yet to be renovated old Mossman hall building. It was a beautiful piece of history and so exciting to be able to step into it. Overall, this is the best place to stay in Charters (honestly in Queensland) and well-worth it. Will definitely be returning. Highly highly recommend!!

Wow what a fabulous place of peace and comfort that you have created. We had the most enjoyable finish to our holiday staying two nights at Kernow. A well appointed kitchen with whatever we needed along with the poolside BBQ allowed us to self cater some great meals. A daily supply of breakfast to enjoy when we wanted was great. Les welcomed us, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed a welcome drink by the pool (sad to see some guests indulging a few times from the courtesy bar) then off for a game of table tennis. Great venue, wonderful people, comfortable bed and very spacious unit. We will be back.

Loved the extra activities at the gym such as table tennis and pool. Beautiful swimming pool area with free drinks and wine. Their cleaning services are superb and they made sure we enjoyed our stay. It's my third time staying there and I definitely recommend for getaway trip.

We stayed in a studio room on a short break and were extremely happy with the room and whole facility. The room is totally reburnished to modern standards and includes TV, mini fridge, split, reverse cycle air con and jug. The bathroom is small but prefect for two, a big plus is that water pressure is good and hot water comes online quickly. The room has a large sofa for reading or relaxing and the outside deck has two chairs and a small table for snacks and dinks to watch the sunset or just enjoy the outdoors. Storage space is limited and there are no cooking facilities or micro-wave but the room is suppled with tea, coffee and sugar with a tiny carton of milk, bring your own supply if you like lots of hot drinks. The ground coffee is delicious. There is a very comfortable pool area with bbq and drinks fridge and chairs and tables, no glass is allowed inside the area so plastic cups are advised. A big plus for us, we are in our 60's, was the fact that children under 18 are not catered for which makes the whole complex very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Kernow is a hidden gem and a work in progress. What has been done is outstanding with more to be done before Vanessa and her partner can relax and enjoy the fruits of their endeavours. The property and Charters Towers desperately needed rain and fortunately for them and unfortunately for us it came down in bucket loads while we were there. We stayed in Suite 10 by the pool area and it was presented beautifully. Two master bedrooms complete with ensuite’s and a spacious, bright, modern eating and entertaining area that was first class. The original paintings on the walls and the interesting furnishings gave it a great feel. The well stocked kitchen area with quality utensils and glasses were put to good use when we decided to buy some food and dine in. Vanessa provided a wholesome and excellent breakfast to start the day. This is a property worth visiting and certainly more than an overnight stay.

The beach villa was absolutely incredible - centrally located on Hayman Beach but yet quiet and very private. Being able to roll out of bed and swim in the private pool before a shower and breakfast was a brilliant indulgence.

The island, resort and facilities are absolutely divine. The staff were all brilliant and so helpful and friendly. We came away feeling really pampered and special. It was the perfect way to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary and our Pool Room was just gorgeous. It was all beyond our wildest dreams. BamBam restaurant was amazing with big serves and even bigger smiles. The Seafood Buffet was underwhelming but our booking wasn't until 8pm so the food was a little dry and lobster had been on ice for so long that it was quite hard to get out of the shell. Other than that - it was heavenly!

It was absolutely beautiful. The ocean and the views were amazing and the pool was very nice. Breakfast was great. Dinners were expensive and selections were somewhat limited and the first night we were told all the restaurants were full on a Monday and they did not seem that busy. Room was beautiful. Long hike to blue pearl bay for snorkeling but once there, was nice. Nice gym. I would definitely nitely come back

The property sits on 200 acres, is very private and peaceful with beautiful gardens. My only regret is that they don't provide a nice breakfast. The shops are about 6 klms away with plenty of food places to choose from. I would have liked to learn a bit of the history of the property but there was no opportunity to speak to the owner and no information was provided in the room.

It was absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend to others. I will be back again!
