Though it was just 1 night stay at azure caves, it was the best hotel among the 5 we stayed in turkey. Seyma contacted us even before we reach turkey to ensure we have all planned out. We pre-booked our hot-air balloon ride. Due to their local tie-ups, we managed get is at a good deal. Upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted at the entrance , offered a very warm welcome. Due to availability we were given free upgrade to higher level garden suite , where practically the top , I could see the whole village. Room was clean to perfection. Gave the feeling of living in a cave in luxury! We have zero idea in Goreme except hot air balloon trip. Seyma recommended the ATV ride to watch the sunset. The ATV ppl just came to the hotel to pick us up and dropped us back with no extra charge other than the ride. We arrived to Goreme late morning then prev day , early check in and late check out also was given even before requesting. Airport transfer was arranged with our connecting flight in mind upon check out. Suggestion of local eats was also given - We loved the the food from Cafe Old Turkish House !!!! To top it off like a cherry on a cake, we were given a complimentary cake as it was my birthday on the day we arrived !! Amazing staff support n amazing stay. Must visit when you are in Cappadocia!!!!

It was an AMAZING room and a great staff that came to our aid whenever needed. The hotel is a little steep climb up, so it's sometimes hard to go up, especially when you're tired and full, and the staff came to pick us up on their car each time. My wife also got sick during our trip to the hot air balloon, and the hotel staff was extremely kind, and sent breakfast in our room, which they usually dont allow, and they also allowed us to rest and check out later than usual, almost 3.5 extra hours. Amazing views, amazing staff, AMAZING BREAKFAST 👏, and highly recommended Disclaimer: this is a cave hotel, so you might experience some coughing due to dust in your lungs, especially if you're asthmatic, and this is common across hotels so do keep it in mind But the hotel 10/10

The room was truly magical. We stayed in the Royal Cave Suite with sauna and it was truly like living a dream. The pictures simply do not do it justice. The staff is spectacular. Şeyma was an absolute gem. On the day we arrived she asked us what we wanted to do and organised all the activities for us. We had not a single stress on the trip thanks to her. Her people skills are truly a valuable asset to the hotel. The place is really well situated as well. Walking distance to some lovely hiking paths past rose valley with views of the fairy chimneys. There’s some lovely history in the area, like historic house! And some great restaurants as well! The town of Goreme is about 3km away, with many shops and restaurants there as well. An amazing establishment.

This place is totally otherworldly!!! Sitting at an elevated location, we were able to have the best view of sunrise with very close proximity to where the hot air balloons fly. To make it perfect, the sun sets at the mountain at the very front of the hotel. We were able to see the beauty of Cappadocia right from our balcony, just like waking up in heaven every day. Bonus to it is the excellent service we received from the staff. Everyone gave us the warmest welcome and made us feel at home. Plus they had helped us a lot in finding the best deals for our tour, most especially for our hot air baloon ride. Azure provided us the perfect honeymoon indeed!!!

Shyma was very hands on from the time I made my booking. Transfers to and from the airport & hot air balloon ride was efficiently arranged. The staff are friendly, helpful and very attentive. When we arrived we receive coffee which was a nice welcome. The property is close to really nice restaurants and markets where you can purchase gifts and experience amazing Turkish food, these were highly recommended by Azure staff. The room was very big, warm and clean, hygiene standards are very high, bedding has nice clean linen. The hotel allowed us an early check in as we arrived very early which was nice of them to accommodate us. They truly made my cave hotel experience worthwhile. Thank you Azure

We stayed at the cave room with the private pool, and it was as beautiful as we expected it to be. We loved our room - the pool was heated upon our arrival and the room was exactly as it looked in the photos. It has to be one of the most unique hotel rooms we've ever stayed in and we can't recommend it enough. The hotel itself is a really nice property - it's very much cave hotel and decorated very well. Traditional Turkish breakfast on the terrace was included with our stay, which was a pleasant surprise. The value we got for the price we paid was unreal given it was offseason. The location is 15-20m drive outside of the main attractions in Cappadocia (all the main sights are mostly in Goreme and Uchisar), but as long as you have a car (which you should anyways) this is not a problem. If anything, it was nice staying a little outside the main attractions.

Beautiful property! We couldn’t have asked for a more magical cave hotel experience. We stayed in the very swanky room with a pool in it, and got an excellent rate as it was winter/ off season. Amazing value for money and they’d heated the pool and the room before we arrived. It was very cold weather during our stay but the hotel was toasty and cosy. The terrace area is beautifully lit and the food in the dining room was delicious. Wonderful traditional Cappadocian experience. The staff were so amazing, great communication before we arrived, helping to accommodate all of our requests, arranging airport transfers, and letting us have breakfast when we first arrived as we wouldn’t be here for it the day we left. They can arrange tours and balloon rides for you if you need as well.

Nar Cave House & Swimming Pool was such a unique and memorable stay! The cave rooms were cozy, beautifully designed, and gave an authentic touch to the whole experience. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really made the stay special, though, was the staff—so warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming especially Mr. Murad. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend other.

We arrived at the hotel like 8am because we previously requested if we could leave our luggages at the reception before our check in and they kindly let us. Our room was ready 2 hours early as well! We booked a nice cosy room for the family of 5, 3 adults 2 kids. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast included!!! It was so nice and cozy to have breakfast up in the terrace with all the cats. Also the breakfast buffet was really good. So many things to choose from. And there was also a pool we were allowed to use. Oh the best thing was, after we checked out, we requested if we could leave our luggages at the reception since our departure from cappadocia wasn't going to be until like 8 hours later and they said yes!! It was so helpful. Highly recommend this place!

All staff were very friendly I spoke a lot with Touran reception manager and they all made us feel so welcome They ensured our stay was amazing The roof top is beautiful with the pool and. The staff here were fantastic, we were greeted brilliantly with a man who could speak fantastic English. The food was delicious 😋. The hotel and pool was absolutely brilliant for our 3 children ages 6, 8 and 16. They even had towels to hand so no need to use your own.

The roof terrace and pool have exceptional views over the town and the nearby caves and hills. The hotel is close to everything. The parking was easy - some other hotels in the area are only accessible via steep narrow roads. The breakfast was exceptional. The room was large and clean.

The pool was the standout of this hotel. Not many places have pools in Göreme and it’s definitely worth having one, people would walk past and take photos of the pool area as it’s so nice. The staff are also amazing and extremely helpful

The best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The room was exceptional - beautiful, clean & had a great view of the pool. You could even see the hot air balloons in the morning from my terrace. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the pool was a great bonus!

We loved the fact the property had a pool. It was lovely coming back in the afternoon after exploring the town and having a relax by the pool.

Ali was incredibly helpful in planning my engagement—he arranged for the hotel driver to take us to and from the stunning Red Valley sunset spot in advance of our arrival, and he also organised for our room to be beautifully decorated with flowers, balloons, and rose petals. It was the perfect romantic touch. Jonny was equally wonderful, providing warm, attentive service at breakfast each morning. The food was absolutely delicious, and his kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. The management team also impressed us when they swiftly and without any fuss cancelled drinks that a non-guest had mistakenly placed on our room tab. Their professionalism and integrity gave us great confidence in the hotel’s service. Groeme Cave Suites itself is a gem—small and boutique, with excellent food, welcoming staff, and a lovely pool. Its location gives easy access to everything in town and across Cappadocia, yet it still feels peaceful and special. Without doubt, this is my favourite hotel in years, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a memorable, first-class stay in Cappadocia.

We had the most amazing and unexpected stay at The Dorm Cave. I knew I wanted to have a pool to swim in after hiking etc in this amazing area and I found this place and was not expecting much but when we arrived we were blown away with the beauty of the area in general but how this hotel blended and utilized the surroundings to enhance the whole experience. Breakfast was included which was great and restaurants, stores and bars were very close. My wife could not make this trip so I was worried to send her photos of our stay because there is no way she would have believed the price point. I can not say enough good things about our stay at this hotel.

We really liked the owners, they were super nice and helpful people to introduce us Cappadocia. When we arrived, we did not have a proper plan and did not know where to visit, what to do to worth but they gave us very helpful advices both to where to visit and what to eat/where to eat. The room was very very nice, exactly as in the pictures and we enjoyed a lot with pool and Turkish bath, they were super clean. If I go again one day to Cappadocia, I will stay here again.

If you would like to experience real hospitality of the Cappadocia, than this is a place to stay. From the owner, to the stuff everyone is very kind and approachable which makes the visit way more better. they really take care of all the details. They even surprised me with a dessert for my birthday, that was very special for me. As to the room, it really is as advertised, and you can feel the spirit of the cave room, with lots of other vintage details that I really liked. Also, I considered it as a nice touch to have some snacks beside the tea and coffee to use during my stay. Room was very clean, also very quiet which gives you a very nice rest. Furthermore, view from the Wish Cappadocia is amazing. If you wake up for the sunset, you will enjoy breathtaking view of the balloons and the sunset. Also, it is very near to the Castle if you would like to experience a bit different view of the balloons. All in all, my stay was amazing and I would definitely go back there and recommend it to everyone. Especially because of the warm and hospitable stuff, which for me is one of the most important parts of a stay. p.s. if you’re lucky enough you can get to play with an adorable dog, that made my experience even better. WOW, where do we start? Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. There are too many good things to say so here is a “concise” list of everything we liked: * The room was so unique and very cosy, equipped with everything we could have needed (eg, hair dryer and AC) * Önder, the owner, was very responsive on Whatsapp before even arriving * Önder managed to secure us a great deal on a hot air balloon ride after our initial booking was cancelled * The complimentary Turkish breakfast was sensational and echoing other reviews, was the best we had on our trip * The hotel terrace provides a great vantage point to watch the sunrise and the hot air balloons over the valley * The room had complimentary snacks and drinks which was appreciated after a long day of travel * There is a communal kitchen available for guest use which was unexpected but highly appreciated * Uçhisar, the town where the hotel is situated, was beautiful, full of amazing restaurants and much calmer than the hustle and bustle of Göreme which felt very touristy when we visited * To top things off, since we left before breakfast started on our last day to catch our flight, we were provided with a packed lunch, which went above and beyond our expectations Overall, exceptional value for money and cannot recommend enough!

We were very pleasantly surprised at how welcoming Onder and his wife were. From the moment we booked we received a personal message making sure he didnt miss any special requests. We had a family 50th birthday celebration, which they planned to perfection. Starting with a very well organised Hot Air Balloon adventure, to the most amazing dinner in the lavender fields. NOTHING was to much for them, he planned all our excursions, made sure we had an English speaking tour guide, comfortable transportation and that we were always happy. The hotel is very quaint, beautiful setting, comfortable and the breakfasts were outstanding. Some other guests were staying in another hotel close by and never experienced the same. Its was exceptionally unique, very special and so satisfying to have had such a beautiful experience. One never to be forgotten. I stayed here with my boyfriend and it was a blast! Owner is so nice and helpful, all staff is friendly and communication with them was so easy. At Atilla s place u will feel like home! We stayed in amazing room with private pool, it was clean, warm, comfortable and experience was amazing! In the accommodation u can try homemade dinner for reasonable price and it is very delicious. Staff can organize shuttle or private transport to airport for very good price, they have their own nice comfortable taxi van who can take u to Nevsehir, Göreme or anywhere around. Whole place is so cozy and family atmosphere and we loved it! If we ever come back to this area we ll definitely go again with this accommodation. Thank you for everything!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The personnel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is ideal ,conveniently situated and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety. Our stay at Historical Goreme House was outstanding from the minute you arrived until we left 4 days later. Memet was so helpful with anything you needed from setting tours to getting the laundry service set up. He was amazing. Volcano was also unbelievable he was very knowledgeable about the area and was there for what ever we needed. He was so great. Breakfast what can we say Sibel put out quite a spread of food. She was there to answer questions about what we were eating and did it with a huge smile every morning she was a joy to see in the AM. We had the pool room to start then after 2 days we asked to move to another room because of the humidity. We should have thought of that (there is a Pool) But it was so cool. the next room was just as wonderful, Thank-you Memet we would not have lasted 5 days. What a wonderful place to stay and the staff is what really makes it that way. Great location also.

Everything about the property is perfect! Our room had the swimming pool and sauna inside the staff are very helpful and friendly Nari is amazing we landed very early in the morning and she organized early check in for us! Definitely the only place i will stay every time i visit Cappadocia!

We had a great time at the hotel. The service was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel also arranged a private tour for us after our tour company failed to pick us up for the Green Tour. I think it turned out for the best as the private tour allowed us to see the highlights of both the Red and Green Tours on our own. We stayed in the suite with the sauna and pool - the room was clean and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay at Karlik Cave Hotel in Uchisar – it was truly unforgettable! 1. From our room, we could enjoy the magical sight of hot air balloons rising at sunrise – an experience we will never forget. 3. On top of that, the Karlik Cave Hotel also organized two private tours for us (the Red Tour and the Green Tour). Our guide customized each day according to our interests, and everything was perfect. We were able to fully enjoy the beauty of Cappadocia, traveling in a brand-new, very comfortable van with a professional driver. We also fell in love with Uchisar itself – a quiet, charming village with a touch of understated luxury, perfect for a peaceful stay away from the crowds. We had such a nice vacation! We stayed for 5 nights and we had plenty of time to see all the sights and relax. We arrived quite late, but there was someone to check us in and handover our room, he insisted on carrying our bags which honestly is great! Just in general very nice staff and we got all our requests met, they left some surprises in the room so we felt really special and they helped us with transport around the area and to and from the airport. We also got some amazing help with a hot air balloon booking and recommendations for things to see and eat. The room was very nice and large, the bathroom in particular was very nice with a spa. It was very clean and very very comfortable. There is breakfast included, which is very nice and probably the best breakfast in Turkey! We had such a good stay! And I just want to point out again how nice and helpful the staff was!

We had an amazing stay at Kayakapi Premium hotels this summer. The location, the staff, the pool, the breakfast and the restaurant in general exceeded all our expectations. Not to mention the authentic cave rooms that were very spacious and meticulously decorated. If I would go back to Kapadokya I would stay at Kayakapi again. We have already given recommendations to all our friends and family. If you decide to stay here you should not miss trying the Testi Kebab, a local Kapadokya dish, at the hotel restaurant. Just be aware you have to order it one day ahead. Also a big thank you to the kind staff Duygu who helped our dream come true in organizing the balloon ride. It was truly a spectacular experience!

The Majestic Cave Suite we were allocated (Room 102) was wonderful. It was very close to reception but still extremely quiet. It looks like the entire complex is gradually being expanded as additional caves are restored and updated, but we didn't even notice any building works taking place. Golf carts are always available to ferry you around the site as there's quite a drop between reception and the restaurant/bar/pool areas. Highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast, facilities, staff, concierge, attention to detail, etc. Our evenings started with a stroll in the property to see the full moon rising behind the mountains then enjoying our meals by the poolside terrace overlooking enchanting Urgrup.

Odanın genişliği, kullanılan malzemelerin kalitesi çok güzeldi, kahvaltı ortalama. Mağara olmasından dolayı retsosratyon sıkıntısı varıdr muhtemelen anlıyorum ama kaldığımız odada wc için ayrı kapı yerine sadece perde olması konforumuzu biraz zorladı. Oda için fan ayarlamalarına da ayrıca memnun olduk, yoksa uyumak biraz zor olacaktı :)

We planned a short stay in Ürgüp for our wedding anniversary. We went to see a few other hotels before we decided to stay in Aja hotel. Perfect choice! We were received by 2 brothers, and they helped during check-in and adviced us with a good restaurant. The room was very large and cozy. The bathroom was excellent, with a large pool/jacuzzi for 2. The bed was good. We went in the winter, and the room/hall temperature was perfect. Next morning we did a ballon tour, arranged by the brothers. We were picked up from our hotel, and after the tour dropped off in front of our hotel. At breakfast we were received by the mother of the 2 brothers for breakfast. She is a very nice older lady, and made us feel like we were at home. She prepared a lovely breakfast - we could eat as much as we wanted. After breakfast we had a good chat, and at noon we checked out. She even gave us a present in the form of a local delicacy! Very nice family owned/runned hotel by lovely locals. Definately a place to return to next year!

This is a wonderful hotel run by very nice people and we enjoyed our stay at the end of October 2024. The location of the hotel is great because it is on a quiet street but you are a 5-minute walk from Urgup Town center. Where there are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, all kinds of food places - that are open till late. The staff at the front desk was really nice and they helped us book a car and made all the travel arrangements for the pickup and drop off to the airport. Breakfast at the hotel is a typical Turkish breakfast which was quite a spread. That was bread, there was cucumbers and tomatoes, there was a cheese tray, boiled eggs, omelettes, a wide selection of honey and honey like dippings, tea, something else that looked and tasted like salsa and was really delicious, a daily special that I do not know how to describe but was always delicious. All in all the breakfast was a really nice experience for us. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the bathroom is also lovely. The bathroom was quite spacious and the standing shower stall itself was quite spacious. We loved our stay, we loved all the staff and the treatment we got (thank you Eray, Enis and Asad). And if we were to come back to Cappadocia we would stay here again.

Girer girmez gelen mis gibi kek ve çay ile zaten ilk puanlarını aldı. Zaten lobide yer alan cevizlerden dilediğimizce kırıp yedik. Odalar çok otantik ve temiz. Eski bir konağı restore ederek harika bir atmosfer yaratmışlar. Hasan ve Serdar adında iki kardeş işletiyor. Gayette ilgili ve sıcak insanlar. Hele anneleri Emsal Hanım dünya tatlısı bir insan. Kendi eliyle yaptığı yaprak sarması ve tatlıdan ikram etti bize. Gerçekten lezzetliydiler. Kendisine buradan tekrar teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Kapadokya bölgesinde dolaşıp kendimizi otele attık sürekli. Çünkü çay ve kahve ikramları harikaydı. Gideceklere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Zafer Kanbur

the atmosphere was impressive, the rooms are spacioıs and very clean. the family runs the hotel and they make you feel as if you are king and queen stayinh in their hotel. hasan and serdar are well known great people in the area. they are most helpfull with our questions and demands. I will miss emsal their warm hearted always smiling mother, she is personally taking care of every customer in the hotel. she buys fresh yogurt from villagers and serves to her guests everyday as if we are at her home. I really admired these people ans hıw they dedicaye themselves to their business.

I stayed at Aja for 3 nights in Cappadocia and it was one of the highlights of my trip. They are some of the nicest and kindest people I have ever met. The whole family made us feel very welcome and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. The staff were also very caring and thoughtful. The hotel was clean and the amenities were plenty. The lobby and attached veranda were very relaxing at the end of a busy day and we drank Turkish tea like water. I hope to one day visit again just to meet these kind people once more.

We had the most magical stay at Via Regia — truly an experience that will stay with us forever. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was heartfelt and genuine. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and right at home. Our room was without a doubt the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in — full of charm, warmth, and thoughtful details that made every moment feel so special. You can feel the love and care in every corner of this hotel. Waking up in such beautifully designed space with the sunrise view of the balloons was a dream come true. Thank you to the entire Via Regia team for your kindness, attention, and outstanding service. We’ll carry this memory in our hearts (Cleo too!) and are already dreaming of the day we return.

We stayed at Via Regia Hotel as a group of 5 in 2 rooms, and everything was truly wonderful. The hotel’s ambiance is very pleasant—both elegant and relaxing. The food was extremely delicious, and the service was flawless. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and friendly, which really impressed us. Special thanks to Mr. Kaan—he was incredibly attentive and professional. Mr. Egemen, the hotel owner, personally takes care of the guests, which made us feel very special. Ms. Meltem at the reception was very helpful with everything and warmed our hearts with her friendly smile. We would also like to thank Mr. Sinan, the Operation Manager, who was very helpful in every way—we were very satisfied. In short, everything was perfect. We would definitely love to come again. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

This hotel and its onsite restaurant have one of the most incredible views in all of Cappadocia. The restaurant shares the same view as the hotel from its 3-tiered grass terrace. You look across the valley directly at the Uchisar castle which is subtly glows at night. The staff at the hotel is fantastic. We had an early flight out and the hotel staff arranged for provided breakfast to be served early - outside of the normal breakfast hours. Also - each of the rooms are unique. We looked at 3 besides the one we stayed in and all were very cool/luxurious. Most with fireplaces (which can be nice at night - even in the summer. Many with the incredible view of the castle. Some with private hammans or huge tubs. We highly recommend this hotel

The location was amazing, overlooking the Uchisar castle. The view is so good that they had many visitors from outside coming in for breakfast. And then there was this fascinating hamam we had in our room. The room was like a fairy tale. The staff was also amazing and our special thank goes to Mr Can from the restaurant with his welcoming staff. We will definitely come back to this hotel during our next Cappadocia trip!

This hotel was far beyond our expectations — we absolutely loved our room! The breakfast was amazing, and the view was truly exceptional. It’s my third time in Cappadocia, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel. They have one of the best views in Cappadocia.
