Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Ayia Napa

It is a nice hotel close to Nissi Beach, the bus station, some small shops, etc. The hotel staff is more than pleasant and helpful. We have been there as a family, and everyone treated our kid so kindly. They even organize a birthday cake for him as well as drinks and sweets in the room. So kind! Food was good—people who complain about breakfast, I guess, eat salmon and caviar. Because the basics are there: eggs (in many ways), cheese, salads, cereals, etc. All was there each morning. I guess that is what most of us take each day back home. Dinners were more than ok. Thematic, with high-quality meat each evening. We have been there 12 days, so some of the nights repeated. Our favorites were Greek and Italian, of course. :-) The swimming pool is nice, especially for kids, because it has parts adapted for them. There are enough sunbeds; there is no rush in the morning or something like that. But we spent almost all days at Nissi Beach (5 mins walk), so the swimming pool was not our focus. Nissi Beach has challenges with algae in July, but there is always one part that is completely clean. You can take a local bus to Agia Napa or Protaras or intercity buses to Nicosia and Paphos.

What I would highlight most about the hotel - it is helpful and friendly staff and very good food. There are themed dinners (for example, Asian cuisine was excellent). In case of half board, there is no problem to swap dinner for lunch. There is a clean pool and a pool for small children (45 cm deep, where the water is warmer). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located a short walk from the beach and close to various restaurants and shops. The nearby Nissi beach, although beautiful, was very crowded from the end of April, with loud music playing in the bars and lacking atmosphere. Far quieter and I would say cleaner beaches are Landa and Makronissos. You can walk there or take the bus (101/102). Overall I rate the accommodation as great for the quality price and its location.

Better than the vast majority of 3* hotels in Cyprus! It definitely exceeded my expectations! Congratulations to staff and management! -The room was cleaned every day! One day the room was already cleaned once we returned from the breakfast! Very efficient and quick -Towels were changed frequently -The quality of the breakfast was absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh! -The hotel was spotless clean -Fantastic location right across Nissi Beach -The pool (lagoon style) was wonderful with tall palmtrees -The pool bar was well stocked and the quality of drinks was very good! -Onsite entertainment every night -Friendly staff and very polite

The hotel is elegant, clean, rooms are well equipped, food is fine. Pools are clean, there are always free sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. Beach towel is a huge plus. Lots of restaurant nearby, however you can eat the hotels restaurant as well.

We stayed here mid October, family of 4. Kids loved it, the hotel when we went had a chilled vibe, no need to put towels down on the sun beds early, could choose whatever ones you wanted. Hotel was clean, staff were all lovely especially the waiting/bar staff. Life guard also a cool, friendly guy. We stayed in the bungalows just across from the hotel, spacious and clean and very peaceful, gardens all kept lovely. Pool for us was fine if a little cold but it was October, the weather was perfect most days it was around 30. Location wise it was near everything we needed, we ate out a couple of times just for a change but in my opinion the hotel food was fine. We visited Nissi beach which is a 5min walk, but preferred sandy bay (opposite direction) which was about 10–15min walk but was much quieter, the cafe bar they have there is highly recommended. All in all we loved it, would happily go back next year but we have a 3rd child with us so only reason we aren’t booking is because we would need two rooms. Also shops literally on the doorstep, the one closest to the bungalows does amazing gyros and different coloured coffee :-) Loved the cats! Nice to see they are looked after by locals, and the locals are all lovely and friendly people. Thank you to all the staff during our stay, hopefully we will be back in 2027 for a longer stay :-)

The hotel has a beautiful location and great facilities (several different restaurants, spa, sandy beach, lagune type and fun pools, indoor pool, fully equipped gym, animation for children, shop etc.). The Delux Wing, its restaurant and the adult only pool is superb. It is a great idea providing space for people who want to relax. The food (including variety and taste) and the service (especially the really professional, polite and caring restaurant staff) was excellent in the Delux Wing. The room service and other personnel (receptionists, cleaning, security personnel) is also immaculate.

Highly recommend this hotel , we stay every year , the staff are welcoming and very accommodating. The new hotel rooms are stunning, the hotel is extremely clean, rooms are spacious and have been finished to a high end quality. The children are entertained all day with the muiltple swimming pools and the lazy river that runs through the hotel. There are many available beds and not cramped so no need to run down in the morning and put towels down. The pool staff are always around to bring drinks and snacks with a smile. Restaurants are superb 👌 you don't even have to leave the hotel. Everything you need is less then a minute away , the hotels supermarket has all you need at local prices which you don't usually find. So you won't be getting ripped off. Please visit you won't be disappointed.

We are staying at Adams Beach Hotel Agia Napa and having a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, making check-in quick and hassle-free. And a special thanks to Katrina, my partner and I had a few problems with bookings.com and she took the time over 2 days to sort out the issues for us. Big Thank You once again Katrina.🌸 As for our room it is spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. The bed was cozy, and the pillows are perfect. Buffet Breakfast has plenty of variety,The hotel’s pool area’s are amazing, with plenty of loungers and poolside service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and will be staying here again on our next visit to Cyprus.🍹

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever been in. Everything was just perfect. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. Everyone was amazingly nice, especially Georgia at the reception. Lots of activities for the kids and amazing pools with two slides that our children couldn’t stop going on again and again. Just a few steps from the pools there’s an astonishing beach - the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen, with crystal-clear water and beautiful white sand. The food was diverse and tasty, with plenty of options including a veggie stand that made my wife very happy. I highly recommend this hotel. The best choice you can make when traveling to Aya Napa

We spent a lovely week at this hotel in mid-June and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic — the hotel has its own beach and is only about 40 minutes from the airport. One of the highlights is definitely the private sandy beach, which is very family-friendly. There are several kids’ pools, the sea is shallow, and it’s great for little ones. A small downside is that many sunbeds get taken early in the morning (more due to guests than the hotel), and there are some rocks in the water, so getting in can be a bit tricky. We stayed in a room with a beautiful view of Nissi Beach — it was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with daily housekeeping. The only issue we had was that the floors can be quite slippery, which was a bit challenging with a toddler. We had half board, and there was a wide variety of food. Every evening featured a different cuisine theme, so there was always something new and tasty to try. We also visited the beach, poolside, and rooftop restaurants — all were excellent and worth recommending. In the evenings, there was entertainment for both children and adults, and the atmosphere was always lively and enjoyable. What we didnt like- bad wifi, slippery floor, my husband got stuck in the elevator, 1 ice cream corner for lunch- dinner( too many people waiting). Special thanks to Georgia at Reception- she helped us with all the questions, check in/out was very quickly. We would definitely love to come back. A solid 9/10 experience!

weve stayed here twice now in the swim up room and absolutely love it, we have a place in limassol but drive am hour to relax in the hotel for 3/4 nights. the swim up room is so worth the money and the staff are amazing, especially charlie who works in the bar and the manager maria she is a diamond

Our 2 week stay at Hotel Amarande was amazing. All the staff have looked after us so well daily. Special thanks to Maria Antoniou and Andreas for making our stay so memorable. The swim up pool suite was incredible. We have certainly relaxed and been looked after.The food is phenomenal. We have never eaten such quality food as here. Every breakfast lunch and dinner were superb. We are very sad to have to leave! Thank you Cyprus we love you 🫶

This was our family’s 3rd stay in succession at the beautiful Amarande Hotel. We were absolutely delighted to be welcomed again by the wonderful Maria Antoniou and her incredible team - with a special mention to Vaso, Irini, Pany and Andreas. Vaso is a wealth of knowledge for the area and all of her recommendations over the years have been invaluable. We have stayed in all room types at the Amarande and all have been fabulous, with our favourite being our most recent stay, where our family had 2 swim-up suites located next to each other. These suites are beautiful and incredibly spacious. The ability to walk out onto your balcony and have your own pool to relax and watch the Ayia Napa sunset is truly magical. As soon as you step into the hotel, you are transported into a relaxing and luxurious oasis located away from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa but not too far either, so everything is in walking distance and you get the best of both worlds. We travel from Australia and will always call Amarande “our second home” as it truly feels like this. Thank you very much Amarande for a standout experience every time. We cannot wait to return!

We recently returned from our 3rd visit to the Amarande and we will keep returning! We love this hotel so much with its elegant decor, the comfortable spacious rooms, the swimming pool area and the incredibly friendly service! Maria the front office manager is always around making sure guests are having a good time and is always there if you need anything. Vaso, Yiola, Yana, Irini, Sonia and all the girls at reception are lovely and always have time for a chat. Panayiotis the barman in Takis Bar makes the most amazing cocktails and though he is always so busy is always very friendly and welcoming. Charlie who also works at the bar was lovely as were all bar staff. The restaurant manager Pany is so attentive with all guests as is Andreas and all the staff at breakfast. Mrs Sezal kept our room spotless every day. All the rooms we have stayed in have been great, the beds are comfortable and they have everything in them that you need. This time we stayed in room 622 which directly overlooks both the pool and the sea and has a very spacious L shaped balcony. We dined at Ezra the fine dining restaurant where the food and its presentation were equally amazing. We also ate at Azure 47 the poolside bar/restaurant where they have a great selection of tasty dishes to choose from. And at breakfast you are spoilt for choice with the extensive buffet available. We really can’t wait to return!

Hotel was amazing. Little touches during your holiday made it all that bit special. We had a anniversary celebration out there and we came into Bottle of fizz, card and cake, plus the swans on bed with Roses. Great touch. Enjoyed the fizz on balcony while getting ready. Room We had pool/sea view well worth the extra to upgrade. Pool Spotless, allocated sun beds is a great idea, and if you dont like the one allocated you can change to other ones available. Michal the life guard/ pool attendant works so hard and cant do enough for you. Just like the rest of them to be fair, all work hard in the heat. The vibe round the pool Is very relaxing, if you want something a bit more lively than maybe not for you. We like it relaxing but was just a bit too quiet for us but you can never complain about being to relaxed on holiday so embraced it. Bar Waiters and waitresses work hard to bring your drinks and food and really fast as well. Bar menu is on QR code or if you want can ask for a menu. Location Perfect, 10 mins to beach or harbour. 15 mins max to Ayia Napas main nightlife if you want to party. Restaurants are literally outside and go on for as far as you can walk. Recommend Sage, Farmers Greek Taverner to name a few. Overall Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break, in lovely surroundings and being looked after amazingly. We stayed here for our 2nd wedding anniversary in June and it was fabulous, when we arrived we had been given a free room upgrade with a stunning pool view, which was a nice surprise! The hotel itself is stunning, clean and the location is just the best. We had previously stayed at the sister hotel Amavi which is located in Paphos, everything was the same apart from there wasn't really much around so we definitely preferred our stay here at Amanti. We didn't eat at any of the lovely restaurants in the hotel as we already did all that when we stayed at Amavi, however if you do stay here I do recommend to try them as the food and service is amazing. We went out for tea every night and there is so much choice, literally restaurants all over the place. We spent most our days by the pool and I do have to say the service from the waiters was outstanding, theyre were super friendly and were always checking to see if you were ok. Big shout out to Marius and Christos as they served us everyday and always went above and beyond so they deserve the recognition. On a morning someone always come round with little frozen cocktail shots which were super yummy and I always looked forward to them. If you want the best of both worlds where you have the chill and relaxation by the pool in the day, with the option to venture out to bars/restaurants and nightlife then this is the hotel for you. Thanks for having us, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

There is nothing to fault about this hotel. The reception area is beautiful and we were welcomed with a cool drink and refreshing face towel. The reception staff explained everything to us about the hotel and facilities. The room and the view over the pool was beautiful. The entire hotel is spotless. The pool staff were also extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. We chose sun loungers which you keep for the duration of your stay; the pool staff took us to our loungers with chilled bottled water in a cool bag. During the day you are offered more water, frozen fruit lollies and cool face towels. The restaurant staff were equally as efficient and made you feel welcome. We upgraded to full board and therefore experienced breakfast, lunch and evening meal. The presentation, choice and quality were amazing. We spent our last evening in The Immenso restaurant and I was blown away with quality and presentation of food and again, the service from the staff. Like I said, I can’t fault anything but what really made our stay special was the staff. Not only did they make our stay memorable, they appeared to enjoy working at this hotel. 2 staff even recognised us outside of the hotel and stopped to say hello. We will definitely return for longer next time.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the main street, but far out enough that it’s quiet and chill. What really makes this hotel 5 stars is all the small touches they add, welcome drinks on arrival, and as we were on our honeymoon,our room was decorated with petals and treats for us which was a great start after a long day travelling. Some more amazing touches: -Reserved sun loungers so you get the same beds your whole stay and no need to worry about anyone reserving beds. -2 towels each, one for your sunbed and one for drying off, cold bottles of water in a cool bag when you arrive at the pool. -Cold towels at the pool, ice lollipops and smoothie shots all complimentary offered around the pool at certain points of the day. -pillow menu if you prefer a certain type of pillow - turndown service with chocolates and tea/coffee offered. - every amenity you could ever need in the room. We were only bed and breakfast but the breakfast was amazing, fantastic choice and everything was always fresh and high quality. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay with great staff and facilities.

Very luxurious environment! At the time of check in a nice complimentary drink was offered. Rooms were nice and spotless! Super clean, we loved that the room was cleaned twice a day and the small treats in the room (chocolate, water, coffee, and Cypriot delicacies). Breakfast was simple but lovely! We liked how there was a menu option over and above the buffet. Having a sunbed & umbrella reservation was great! No need to rush in the morning to get a sunbed station by the pool. A small bottle of water and pool towels were also offered everyday at the pool for each guest. Nice touches! Free access to the sauna and steam room added to the experience.

From the comfortable bed , to the iPad controlled room , the private pool , the breakfast , the staff , the view from the upstairs pool it was all perfect ! ❤️ Definitely value for money !

After arriving we upgraded to the room with private pool, as we weren't keen on the original room and due to some issues with the rooftop pool area. This was absolutely fantastic, would highly recommend and I would definitely book this room again. The hotel is also in an excellent location literally a 10 minute walk from the main square.

Gorgeous private pool, lovely room with living room and bar. The bed was very comfortable. Claire the guest relations manager was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations. All the staff very polite. Hotel exceptionally clean. Tasty food especially ceasar salad but reduced menu which became a bit of a bore! Would recommend!

The room was really large and the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was also lovely. The room facilities were better than expected and such a clean hotel. The pool was small but as it is a roof top pool you can forgive that. There was a waiting list for the beds by the pool but that didn't matter to us as we weren't there to use the beds or pool. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of hot and cold options. The staff are lovely. Definitely worth a visit and I would expect to pay much more than I did. Probably cheaper due to the location.

Very good quality place,! Quiet, clean and spacious. Outside area is very nice. . Rooms are very well equipped . In our case the bedroom had direct acess to the semi -private pool ( very charming) . Very pleasant staff and an excellent breakfast. High recommended :)

The suite was very nice, clean and well equipped, bed was comfortable. There was a balcony with a garden/pool view that I enjoyed. The pool was great too. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. I was extremely impressed by the variety offered for breakfast. There were plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans without doubt. There were options to join classes like pool aerobics, yoga, etc. On most evenings there was live music. The hotel had a mini-market open nonstop. I felt really great and I'm considering returning here. I definitely recommend it to solo travellers, as well as couples or friends. It's really nice and quiet. I had a very relaxing time there.

I highly recommend. Spacious and elegant rooms, large common space with nice terraces and swimming pools. Green and cozy area. We were there in April so we don't know how crowded it gets, we had the gym to ourselves and we were the only ones swimming in the pool (the water is not heated), so we felt very comfortable. Very tasty breakfasts, even vegans can find something for themselves.

Room was very comfortable, bed was one of the best I've slept on in years. Hotel itself has excellent facilities with multiple pools available. Water in the pool was freezing cold, but this was just due to the time of the year. Breakfast was superb, and ample parking available. Not a bad word to say about the place.

Fantastic hotel right in the beach, pool was a good size and the facilities were excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly and the drinks selection at the bar was great. Loved the beach house and the room was amazing. We booked a standard double room and were kindly upgraded by the reception staff to the presidential suite on arrival as we were only there for 4 days and it was available. This suite had a private pool and an absolutely unbelievable view of the beach and it really made our holiday.

Great layout, there are 2 separate sides large mostly adults pool & another great pool with for kids. Great for relaxing for all, buffets with quality and choice, you have 2 book the all-i clusive restaurants the day before, we'll worth it. Our room with pool and Seaview had good beds it was quiet on our side at night. Great beaches everywhere, don't waste too much time on the hotel beach if you want to go in water, very rocky. But quiet Great beach for sunbathing

The room was clean. The view from the balcony was lovely overlooking the pool and side sea view but we had the sunset view. The restaurant was clean and staff were very busy cleaning tables after people had vacated them. Food was very good plenty of choices and different themed nights. Loved the vibe of the pool area nice chilled music great cocktails at the bar especially at the Beach house bar where Dominic made a gorgeous pina colada ! Beach was breezy and the sea was warm great!

We had fantastic time in Dome Beach Marina! It is amazing place to relax and rest! First I have to point out that the resort is very inclusive and suitable if you have reduced mobility. On the premises of the resort you can choose from one large pool, a couple of smaller pools and two beaches - one is smaller and rockier and the other is supreme. The larger beach is managed by Agyia Napa municipality so you have to pay 2.5€ for sunbed and 2.5€ for umbrella, but it is very well organized, fine sand, clear waters, showers, beach bars and water sports, just perfect. Outside of the resort, 10 min walking distance you have two supermarkets. The staff of the resort impressed me the most - they were the kindest, most hardworking people I have ever met -from the receptionist to the animation girls and the cleaning ladies! Now lets discus the food - we had breakfast and dinner during our stay - we arrived very late, past dinner time, and still received dry package of food! Both breakfast and dinner was very abundant, with a lot of options to choose. Our room was very spacious - we had balcony, big bathroom, huge bed and it was very clean.

Location next beaches and how well are organized chill out zones, beach bar, swimming pools in hotel. We very like how was our room allocated in the hotel in front of kids swimming pool. Family positive atmosphere with mini disco. Some live concerts to chill out and have fun.

Wunderbares Hotel und sehr empfehlenswert für jedermann. Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer mit einem gemütlichem Bett, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon von welchem man einen Blick aufs Meer, den Pool oder auf die Strasse hat, jenachdem welche Zimmerkategorie man gebucht hat. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war GIGANTISCH! Frühstück meistens dasselbe jedoch eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Am Abend gab es jeweils Themenabende und jedesmal eine riesige Auswahl mit sehr frisch zubereiteten Essen. Riesiges Salatbuffet, gute Dessertauswahl und jedesmal Saisonale Früchte. In den 7 Tagen haben wir immer sehr gut gegessen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine grosse Poolanlage mit einem grossen Hauptpool in dem mehrheitlich Familien mit Kindern drinnen verweilen. Um den Pool herum gibt es jede Menge an qualitativ guten Liegen sowie Sonnenschirme. Dort befindet sich auch die Poolbar wo man von Getränken über Snacks bis hin zu Eiscreme alles bekommen kann. Nebenan gibt es einen etwas kleineren Pool und im unteren Stockwerk ein Pool für Erwachsene ab 16 Jahren. Dort befindet sich die BluBar, eine kleine Bar mit 4-5 Barhockern wo man gemütlich einen Cocktail schlürfen kann. Vom Pool aus gelangt man durch einen kleinen Weg an einen wunderschönen Sandstrand. Die Liegen dort kosten am Tag 2.5 Euro und ein Sonnenschirm dazu auch 2.5 Euro. Wir waren mehrheitlich am Pool und sind dann 3-4 mal am Tag kurz ans Meer.Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, speziell die Mitarbeiter vom Frühstücks- und Abenddienst.

Great holiday the staff were all very friendly and very attentive. Sotos/Nikos and the team at the pool bar were great making the cocktails just the way I liked them on request just as the staff on the evening bar did also (didn't get their names) The food was the best we've had in an all inclusive resort, I believe maybe because the hotel also accommodated full /half board and room only so the restaurant wasn't overly busy and like a canteen which most AI resorts become. The Maitre d of the restaurant who greeted us each evening was great, and the chefs also. Big shout out to the lady on the omelette station who cooked me perfect poached eggs each morning. Nice air conditioned gym and the pools were well looked atfer with the lifeguards. The beach litetally a 2 minute walk you could have beds on the sand if wanted. The rooms were well conditioned we stayed in the apartments just down the road literally a 2 minute walk away they were air conditioned had a fridge with freezer compartment and had a quiet pool there also. Evening entertainment was a bit of a mixed bag with a few dodgy singers and if you've seen the entertainment in your 1st week it's the same in week 2. To summarise the resort was amazing theres not much to do in Ayia Napa unless you want to go clubbing. I recomend the black pearl pirate ship tour also good food and family entertainment with cheesy jokes

Melissi Beach - the best place I had opportunity to spend my holidays in Cyprus. This hotel provides you - first of all - fantastic Crew, people who are creating this wonderful place. They’re always smiling, happy to talk to you and to help you in any time. Their kindness and service are on the highest level. It was a pleasure to meet you here, thank you so much for everything 😊 Restaurant and pool bars - everyday different cuisine is very nice option to try all the world cuisines, I’m sure everyone will find something for themselves. Big pools are perfect especially for families with kids. Everything is designated so modern and with care. An extremely well run hotel in a perfect location. It sits a gentle stroll away from the main night life and has to sit on probably the best beach in the area. From the initial reception to checking out, the hotel and its hardworking staff all work tirelessly to keep you smiling during your stay. Our spacious room was well kept and cleaned daily. We had a pool and sea view room which was very nice. The dining experience was excellent. A really well run restaurant that serves lovely food whilst the manager and staff make sure you are looked after the whole time. A special mention for here because they deserve it. Excellent food and waiting. Faultless. The bar used by guests during the evening is run by a lovely man by the name of Joseph. A knowledgeable manager always willing to make visiting his place enjoyable. Top man. There is also the pool bar, used to cool down or as an option to dine in if you want to give the restaurant a miss. This area my wife and I loved. It’s run by Sotos, Niko, Ireni and their team. It is always clean, the food is delicious and the drinks always served with a smile and a chat. It’s so nice just to sit here, relax, people watch and chill. A lovely part of the hotel which is run superbly by everyone. Excellent. Overall my wife and I can’t fault the hotel. Definitely worth considering as a destination and hopefully my wife and I shall return here next year for our ninth time. Think that says it all.

We stayed here for a week after being on a cruise. I thought the service and food on the cruise ship could not be beaten- Melissi beach was better. The service was fab- always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Zotos was always willing to make a delicious cocktail and have a chat. Habel was another member of staff that went above and beyond to make sure we had a brilliant time. The whole hotel was spotless and public areas were always being cleaned. The pool area was great, cabanas, umbrellas comfortable sun loungers and complementary towels daily. There was never an issue getting a lounger as there were plenty available. There was also a rule that you can’t leave your towel for more than 3 hours or the lifeguard would remove it- that was great. The location is perfect, 10mins walk from the main attractions. The beach is stunning, beautiful blue water and really refreshing. We were half board however, upgraded to the unlimited alcohol package. The cocktails were always freshly made and the food at the buffet was amazing. I have never been to a buffet with so much choice- I loved it. The pool bar was also delicious- the pizzas and cheeseburgers were a hit with us and all really well priced. The room was spacious and spotless. Beds were made every day, toiletries restocked and the room cleaned each day. I loved my week at Melissi beach- I couldn’t recommend it more highly and I will definitely return.

Great sea view room with fantastic room amenities - good air con, toiletries in room, huge shower, pod coffee machine, seating area in room and big bed with lovely balcony and view over the pool and beach. Buffet breakfast was not the best, but was ok.

A very nice hotel but not a great one.. Nice facilities, great location, very close to the beach, 2 pools, great atmosphere. Very small rooms, not as clean as should be expected from 4 star hotel. Breakfast - C minus, dinner C minus. All in all - worth the price.

We liked location, facilities, staff (any question was solved quickly) in the hotel. We've got nice room with beautiful sea view. There's so friendly atmosphere in this hotel. Food was so delicious, big assortment. We didn't like that during dinner no drinks were included for free (even water - it was for fee). Would be nice if some drinks are included.

The room was very clean and comfy and we had a private pool. Breakfast was really rich and tasty.

We had a swim up room, a real little sun trap cone mid afternoon. Whilst this is classed as a vibe hotel it’s not overly loud or over run with younger guests. We had no issues with noise and had really good nights sleep. The staff are exceptional and can’t do enough for you with a smile. Thank you for such a wonderful relaxing holiday

Hotel is very clean, with a pool and some rooms with private pool. It is located 5 mins to the beach, 7 mins from Ayia Napa square, a bus stop near by and a lot of supermarkets around. Rooms are ok, very clean and the hotel is not noisy at all. Stuff is super, supporting with everything you need. For sure a perfect hotel for a vacation

This hotel deserves much more than 3 star! Hotel is new,rooms have great led lights,some of them have private pool. ( They arranged our because of our honeymoon) The food eas so tasty they have cheese bals and onion rings for breakfast and sooo many other stafs. Everyone is very kind, supermarket is so close I highly recommend!

Beautiful pools and a swim up bar. In the middle of everything Protaras has to offer. Excellent breakfast buffet with made to order coffee drinks, mimosas, fresh made to order egg bar, and everything else one could want. Rooms were spacious - we had one with a pool off the back deck but never used it.

Amazing hotel! Everything was fantastic! Our room had a very nice semi private pool that was amazing for swimming rounds. The room service was excellent. I ordered a beer and it arrived cold within 10 minutes to our room! They even offered a free champagne when they noticed that it was my wife's birthday on our check in! The beach in front of the hotel is one of the best in Cyprus. Very clean and ideal for snorkeling. We had our dedicated sun bed. Super professional, helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was also very good. Didn't lack anything! And on top, despite that the hotel was more or less full there was a calm atmosphere around! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

We loved everything about our stay at the Sunrise Pearl! Room – The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed. Our balcony has a side view of the sea, giving us a perfect view of the sunrise each morning, a beautiful way to start the day. Breakfast – Absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options. You can order made-to-order items like omelettes, poached eggs, and fried eggs. Plus, the view from the breakfast area makes the experience even better. Beachfront – One of the highlights! When you check in, you're assigned sunbeds that are reserved for your entire stay. Make sure to take a walk around the pools and beachfront to decide where you’d like to sit. We chose a first-row spot with a direct beach view and loved it. The hotel layout really caters to different guests: families with children tend to gather around the main pools, while older couples often relax at the adults-only pool. There’s truly something for everyone. Gym – We absolutely loved the gym! Its location is inspiring and the equipment is great, making it easy to stick to a workout routine similar to what you might do at home. The only minor downside was that the leg extension machine was out of order during the 5- mornings we were there — not a big deal, but worth mentioning since everything else was so well-maintained. Location – The hotel is in a fantastic spot: walking distance to many restaurants and beaches, and just a short drive from stunning places like the Sea Caves.

Had a wonderful stay, hotel is nice and clean with very friendly and welcoming staff. Amenties were great - Kids club had fun bubbles and magic shows, gym was well equipped with good aircon, pools and spa were so relaxing (salt pool especially!). Breakfast had a really good selection and perfect eggs/omlettes made fresh for you. The pastries/doughnuts and cakes at breakfast were excellent and we ordered a chocolate birthday cake from the hotel - one of the absolute best cakes we've ever had!

Loved the position! Property was great for us - two families travelling together. Not luxurious but definitely kid friendly and comfortable. Would happily go back! My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the night lights (we had a villa with a private pool in our group).

We stayed in a 3 bed villa...it was very clean and modern and facilities were very good....private pool was amazing....host and daughter very friendly and bought us homemade coconut cake 😃 We were stranded due to English Air traffic control, and the hosts were very friendly, and arranged for us to stay longer at the complex...Great hosts

The area is great for pernara 5 mins one direction and protaras 10mins opposite direction. 5 mns to the beach and walk promenade that goes for miles both ways to fig tree bay and new paraliminia post the other. pool are was great plenty of sunbeds and no rush to get one on a morning. alot of people stay for longer periods thats says alot. Its self catering facilities and we received some beautiful cake every few days from the owner which was a great touch. Theres no pool bar but you can have own won drinks etc very easily which made it so relaxing

Flouressia its best place in Protaras ,I stayed there almost 2 weeks with my family and it was super good ,all staff is so friendly and helpful, any questions are resolved immediately and on the spot, The grounds are very clean and well-maintained, the pool is the perfect depth, there is also a small pool for children, the hotel owners are very friendly and hospitable, they even baked a pie for our arrival and left it in our room. We will definitely come back next year.

Great place to stay. We had an apartment close to the pool with BBQ. It was well set up with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay and very clean.The pool was great - the kids enjoyed it really much. It was quiet at night, and the other guests were mostly families with kids. It seemed a safe place to stay. The washing machine was very useful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great pool, kids club stuff are really nice. Rooms are beautiful and the swimup pools are worth the extra money. Food at the Greek and Italian restaurants was excellent and breakfast at the Buffet was very good as well.

The village looks very nice, it is well-maintained. The one-bedroom swim-up suite was comfortable and clean, with two pool-side terraces.

We have been upgraded from standard bungalow (garden view) to suite with swim-up pool. Couldn’t be any happier during our staying.

It was beautiful and the facilities were quite nice. We got upgraded to a swim up pool room. I believe the spa facilities are good as well as I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. The restaurants were great and the food was yummy!

It is a great villa. I would love to visit it again. We have tried many facilities such as private pool, hot tube, barbecue. Few minutes to the sea by walk.

This was our 5th time staying at the Seafront Villas — and we absolutely love it! Villa 13, in particular, is truly heavenly. The view is magical, and the facilities make the stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Our kids had a blast with both the pool and the variety of games available at the villa — including the trampoline, basketball hoop, and foosball table. There’s something for everyone! A huge thank you to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager, who was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with everything we needed. And Gretta, the massage therapist, was simply amazing — we all thoroughly enjoyed our massage therapies to the fullest. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The property was an easy waking distance to both the bars and restaurants in Protaras and the beach, the apartment was equipped with everything you could need. The kids loved the table football and air hockey table and the slide into the pool was a hit. We really enjoyed our stay.

This villa is in a good condition! There are all facilities that you can need. Perfect location, hot jacuzzi, good sauna, barbecue zone, swimming pool and contactless settlement. Really good villa for relaxing!

What a lovely stay! The staff were absolutely amazing and always ready to help you with a smile on their face. Facilities and food are great too, we really liked 7 orchids and captain’s deck restaurants. The performances at xperience arena every night were outstanding! We had great 5 nights at fisherman’s village and we’re so glad we chose it as it gave us some more privacy and quiet from the busy parts of the hotel. Also, there’s lovely staff going around the private pool offering drinks and snacks all day long so that’s a big plus. A special thanks to Veronika at fisherman’s village who took good care of us and made sure we’re never thirsty!😁 honestly, she’s amazing and I hope she gets recognition she deserves.

Beautiful hotel and resort with sprawling green trees and walkways. The staff service was absolutely impeccable from the moment of arrival until minute ofcdeparture. A drink/wet towel on arrival and 2hr extended stay with lunch was just what we needed. Dining leader R. Merlo had the most inviting smile/spirit for customers; always serving you with pleasure. My 15yr old son and I loved the open buffet and the variety of food they offered each meal. We ate breakfast and dinner there for 5 days although there was option to reserve a table at the 4 beautiful restaurants they have onsite. My very athletic teenager likes to eat and preferred the buffet variations vs set menu; although the desserts left more to be desired. I enjoyed the onsite gym; great size with everything I needed to keep fit. The only areas that were not good for us were the pools…they were ice cold end of Mar/early April. The indoor pool was a tad warmer but still cold to me. The daily activities were based on the people being in the pool so they were nonexistent. The few outside of the pool were poorly attended and not exciting as well (frisbee throw, archery table tennis) in the context of how they were being ran. Things like yoga on the lawn, dance aerobics, bingo or something could’ve been given since the water was way too cold for anyone to use. We loved the soccer and basketball court they have on ground as my son loves to play; although we didn’t know to get the balls we needed a key from the Spa room.

Everything. Connects right on the highway. Amazing kidz club and kids entertainment. Entertainment for adults is also great with shows and music where they even serve drinks. Has an ice cream parlour and snack bar for a snack anytime. Multiple restaurants and food options where they have theme nights for the buffet restaurant and an American diner. Other cuisine specific restaurants but requires a prior booking. Spacious rooms. Multiple outdoor pools and even has a kids pool and an indoor pool as well. Over all one of the best resorts.

I can confidently say it was one of the best holiday experiences we've ever had! We've visited many all-inclusive 5-star resorts over the years, but nothing compares to the Olympic Lagoon. From the moment we arrived, the staff and the entire team were absolutely incredible – warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to make us feel special throughout our stay. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes that catered to every taste. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks in between, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. You could truly taste the care and quality in every bite. The resort itself is immaculate, with stunning pools, beautiful grounds, and fantastic entertainment options for all ages. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying the spa, or taking part in the evening shows, there was never a dull moment. Everything was simply perfect – from the comfort of the rooms to the outstanding service and attention to detail. We genuinely couldn't find a single fault.

This is a great hotel to stay where all your needs are catered for. You can tell that the staff are well trained to put the customer first. There is a great lazy river, massive pools, very organised and secure kids club. They reserve pool sunbeds for you for the duration of your stay which avoids the battle for the beds each morning. I would recommend and stay again

Maria was amazing, when we arrived she came and met us as the Villa, she shown us how to use all the facilities. Then explained a bit about the area and how we could get out shopping delivered. She sent us a WhatsApp with recommendations for restaurants and where to buy our shopping. The Villa was beautiful plenty of room for all of our 9 guests. The pool was great with plenty of inflatable's for having fun in the pool. The sun loungers too are top quality and comfortable. All the bedrooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. The air conditioning in all the rooms was amazing. We had a few cats as visitors but they were so cute and the children gave them names they did not want to leave them, they never entered the villa, even when the doors were open. They were not a bother. We had to be out of the villa by 11am and our flight was at at 10pm Maria got all the family an amazing deal at the Waterpark hotel next to the Villa were we spent our last day in the pool and on the slides whilst our suitcases were securely lock away at the villa until our transport came to collect us.

The house was great, comfortable and nicely furnished with a dining area outside on both sides of the house, pool, sun loungers and a balcony in one room, All rooms had private bathrooms and air conditioning, and air condition in the living-room. The location was good, about 5 minutes to walk to a small supermarket, about 10 minutes to the beach, about 5 minutes to the bus stop with bus that went frequently in both the direction of Agia Napa and Protaras center. There was also rental of city bikes with the use of an app right at the bus stop. There are nice beaches along the promenade from Green Bay to Protaras Center. We used Wolt to order food and had food with good quality delivered to the door. Maria who is the host was absolutely fantastic and made sure that the stay was top notch. We had 12 great days at Romeo & Juliet and experienced a lot with nice days at the pool, at different beaches, Nissi Beach, catamaran sunset trip, visit to Water World and visits to Agia Napa and Protaras. It was an absolutely fantastic holiday, with the best house, best host and great location.

Maria, you are so kind, caring and beautiful host. From starting till end of our stay you take care of everything, she has provided all necessary information, location for surrounding. She makes all of us comfortable and told us to be relax without bothering anything in house. we did not given any stress to us for checkin and checkout time in villa. Villa is so huge and specious room with all basic amenities you needed in day to day life, best part of villas was Pool table which we enjoyed and played a lot. all the basic amenities provided for barbecue. only we missed the swimming pool due to winter, we dare to swim for few mins only due to cold weather . for kids , there was swing and plenty of space for games. We would love to visit again in future.

Maria was an excellent host, available any time (day or night) for any of our questions or needs, going above and beyond to add lots of personal touches and gestures to make our stay comfortable and well catered to. The villa is in a quiet and peaceful area, and only a short bus or bolt ride from Protaras. Ayia Napa is also very close by. The pool gets the sun right up until 6pm (mid may) so it's great as you get full use of the pool all day! Each room has its own little ensuite which was amazing considering there were 7 of us. We would absolutely come back to the Romeo & Juliet villas x

Beautiful location, large pool, tranquil place, plenty of rooms, close to the sea and beautiful beaches. The house has all the necessary amenities. We used the barbecue, played billiards, and, of course, enjoyed the pool. There's a basement floor with two bedrooms and 2 parking spaces, but you can easily park 3 ~ 4 cars.

As returning guests we couldn’t have been looked after any better . From arrival everyone was so friendly and it always feels like coming home . We spent 6 weeks here , 2 weeks in the beautiful room 620 then 4 weeks in the swim up bungalow room 006. Spotlessly clean on both . Big shout out to the cleaning team. Restaurant team always busy , friendly and efficient , bar staff and helpers are a delight , absolutely love them all and will miss the banter and laughs. Tommy , Christos and management you have got an amazing hotel here Reception day and night staff are truly the best . Little things to think of as improvements would be iced coffee on the all inclusive, ice cream in the restaurant with the desserts, full length mirrors in the rooms and bedside tables with drawers or storage , more entertainment choices of an evening ( same acts every week got a bit monotonous ) … apart from that this hotel is one I return to again and again . Thanks for another wonderful holiday and see you all next season xxx

I’ll start by the pro of this hotel when arrived first impression hotel clean very modern not the biggest hotel room was clean well kept Modern and nice size kettle fridge plenty of wardrobe space pool area was clean and well kept did get over crowded in the pool when it was hot cause it’s not the largest pool we were all inclusive food was good always something to eat the staff was friendly and couldn’t do enough especially in the pool bar only negatives all inclusive isn’t worth the money you had to pay for bottled water a first for me no entertainment only karaoke no day entertainment only water aerobics I’m use to hotels with something going on day and night which we like it’s a fab hotel but could be excellent with these things I mentioned just my preference oh and they don’t restock the fridge u get 2 small bottle of water and sandwich on arrival and that’s it

Overall- Smaller hotel, clean, modern with friendly staff. All inclusive option is decent cocktails are good but sweet, ciders aren’t included as well as certain spirits like martini, still plenty of options. Hotel is set away from the main strip of Protaras but plenty of bars/beach around the hotel. Tip: Hire a buggy for the day and explore the island more to Cyprus than protaras strip and Ayia Napa, also the trip to Varosha ghost city is a must. 4/5 Rooms- Really modern and very clean beds are fairly comfy and the rooms are cleaned every day. Little on the small side but still managed to fit everything in for 2 weeks. 5/5 Pool- Clean pool and area, plenty of sun beds the toilets around the pool are immaculate too which is rare in some hotels. 5/5 Food- I’m a fussy eater but there was something to eat every night. It’s not inedible like other reviews say it’s just repetitive which is like any other AI hotel. Every night was a different theme The snack bar on an afternoon serves good food at a decent portion. 4/5 Staff- Really friendly staff shout to Max, Monica and Kabita and Tomos for making us feel welcome for 2 weeks! We will definitely be returning to Bohemian Gardens.

What an amazing stay! First thing I am going to say is please ignore the bad reviews! This hotel is perfect! We stayed here for a week on a couples holiday for my birthday (first time In Cyprus) and it was just what we wanted. Facilities, room, and pool was lovely and the buffet was the best food I’ve had abroad (half board). We got the perfect beach front view and the pool is not too big and not over crowded with a pool bar open till late. I recommend the ice coffees as they are lovely. Staff are great and just what you want (ignore the reviews) We were able to have a shower and get a towel on the day we left due to our late flight home and this was so helpful. The area is located by many restaurants and the beach is a 15 min walk max. I stayed here for my birthday and they surprised me with two bottles of wine! Which was so lovely and kind. Cleaners are so helpful and never disturbed us till we were ready. Overall the only bad thing I can say is it’s a little noisy at night if you stay at the front but nothing major! Will defo be back for sure!!!!

Great location minutes away from a nice beach, shops, restaurants and from bus stop taking you to other beautiful beaches, waterworld and Agia Napa centre. Great pool and sunbeds are always available. Lovely calm atmosphere around the pool. Evening entertainment at the bar. Pool table and table tennis. Helpful staff at the front desk who were always available.
