weve stayed here twice now in the swim up room and absolutely love it, we have a place in limassol but drive am hour to relax in the hotel for 3/4 nights. the swim up room is so worth the money and the staff are amazing, especially charlie who works in the bar and the manager maria she is a diamond

Our 2 week stay at Hotel Amarande was amazing. All the staff have looked after us so well daily. Special thanks to Maria Antoniou and Andreas for making our stay so memorable. The swim up pool suite was incredible. We have certainly relaxed and been looked after.The food is phenomenal. We have never eaten such quality food as here. Every breakfast lunch and dinner were superb. We are very sad to have to leave! Thank you Cyprus we love you 🫶

This was our family’s 3rd stay in succession at the beautiful Amarande Hotel. We were absolutely delighted to be welcomed again by the wonderful Maria Antoniou and her incredible team - with a special mention to Vaso, Irini, Pany and Andreas. Vaso is a wealth of knowledge for the area and all of her recommendations over the years have been invaluable. We have stayed in all room types at the Amarande and all have been fabulous, with our favourite being our most recent stay, where our family had 2 swim-up suites located next to each other. These suites are beautiful and incredibly spacious. The ability to walk out onto your balcony and have your own pool to relax and watch the Ayia Napa sunset is truly magical. As soon as you step into the hotel, you are transported into a relaxing and luxurious oasis located away from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa but not too far either, so everything is in walking distance and you get the best of both worlds. We travel from Australia and will always call Amarande “our second home” as it truly feels like this. Thank you very much Amarande for a standout experience every time. We cannot wait to return!

We recently returned from our 3rd visit to the Amarande and we will keep returning! We love this hotel so much with its elegant decor, the comfortable spacious rooms, the swimming pool area and the incredibly friendly service! Maria the front office manager is always around making sure guests are having a good time and is always there if you need anything. Vaso, Yiola, Yana, Irini, Sonia and all the girls at reception are lovely and always have time for a chat. Panayiotis the barman in Takis Bar makes the most amazing cocktails and though he is always so busy is always very friendly and welcoming. Charlie who also works at the bar was lovely as were all bar staff. The restaurant manager Pany is so attentive with all guests as is Andreas and all the staff at breakfast. Mrs Sezal kept our room spotless every day. All the rooms we have stayed in have been great, the beds are comfortable and they have everything in them that you need. This time we stayed in room 622 which directly overlooks both the pool and the sea and has a very spacious L shaped balcony. We dined at Ezra the fine dining restaurant where the food and its presentation were equally amazing. We also ate at Azure 47 the poolside bar/restaurant where they have a great selection of tasty dishes to choose from. And at breakfast you are spoilt for choice with the extensive buffet available. We really can’t wait to return!

We loved the private pool and sky view lounge on 4th floor. This made it a perfect honeymoon

After arriving we upgraded to the room with private pool, as we weren't keen on the original room and due to some issues with the rooftop pool area. This was absolutely fantastic, would highly recommend and I would definitely book this room again. The hotel is also in an excellent location literally a 10 minute walk from the main square.

Gorgeous private pool, lovely room with living room and bar. The bed was very comfortable. Claire the guest relations manager was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations. All the staff very polite. Hotel exceptionally clean. Tasty food especially ceasar salad but reduced menu which became a bit of a bore! Would recommend!

The room was really large and the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was also lovely. The room facilities were better than expected and such a clean hotel. The pool was small but as it is a roof top pool you can forgive that. There was a waiting list for the beds by the pool but that didn't matter to us as we weren't there to use the beds or pool. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of hot and cold options. The staff are lovely. Definitely worth a visit and I would expect to pay much more than I did. Probably cheaper due to the location.

Great sea view room with fantastic room amenities - good air con, toiletries in room, huge shower, pod coffee machine, seating area in room and big bed with lovely balcony and view over the pool and beach. Buffet breakfast was not the best, but was ok.

A very nice hotel but not a great one.. Nice facilities, great location, very close to the beach, 2 pools, great atmosphere. Very small rooms, not as clean as should be expected from 4 star hotel. Breakfast - C minus, dinner C minus. All in all - worth the price.

We liked location, facilities, staff (any question was solved quickly) in the hotel. We've got nice room with beautiful sea view. There's so friendly atmosphere in this hotel. Food was so delicious, big assortment. We didn't like that during dinner no drinks were included for free (even water - it was for fee). Would be nice if some drinks are included.

The hotel has a beautiful location and great facilities (several different restaurants, spa, sandy beach, lagune type and fun pools, indoor pool, fully equipped gym, animation for children, shop etc.). The Delux Wing, its restaurant and the adult only pool is superb. It is a great idea providing space for people who want to relax. The food (including variety and taste) and the service (especially the really professional, polite and caring restaurant staff) was excellent in the Delux Wing. The room service and other personnel (receptionists, cleaning, security personnel) is also immaculate.

Highly recommend this hotel , we stay every year , the staff are welcoming and very accommodating. The new hotel rooms are stunning, the hotel is extremely clean, rooms are spacious and have been finished to a high end quality. The children are entertained all day with the muiltple swimming pools and the lazy river that runs through the hotel. There are many available beds and not cramped so no need to run down in the morning and put towels down. The pool staff are always around to bring drinks and snacks with a smile. Restaurants are superb 👌 you don't even have to leave the hotel. Everything you need is less then a minute away , the hotels supermarket has all you need at local prices which you don't usually find. So you won't be getting ripped off. Please visit you won't be disappointed.

We are staying at Adams Beach Hotel Agia Napa and having a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, making check-in quick and hassle-free. Big Thank You once again Katrina.🌸 As for our room it is spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. The bed was cozy, and the pillows are perfect. Buffet Breakfast has plenty of variety,The hotel’s pool area’s are amazing, with plenty of loungers and poolside service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and will be staying here again on our next visit to Cyprus.🍹

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever been in. Everything was just perfect. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. Everyone was amazingly nice, especially Georgia at the reception. Lots of activities for the kids and amazing pools with two slides that our children couldn’t stop going on again and again. Just a few steps from the pools there’s an astonishing beach - the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen, with crystal-clear water and beautiful white sand. The food was diverse and tasty, with plenty of options including a veggie stand that made my wife very happy. I highly recommend this hotel. The best choice you can make when traveling to Aya Napa

We spent a lovely week at this hotel in mid-June and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic — the hotel has its own beach and is only about 40 minutes from the airport. One of the highlights is definitely the private sandy beach, which is very family-friendly. There are several kids’ pools, the sea is shallow, and it’s great for little ones. A small downside is that many sunbeds get taken early in the morning (more due to guests than the hotel), and there are some rocks in the water, so getting in can be a bit tricky. We stayed in a room with a beautiful view of Nissi Beach — it was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with daily housekeeping. The only issue we had was that the floors can be quite slippery, which was a bit challenging with a toddler. We had half board, and there was a wide variety of food. Every evening featured a different cuisine theme, so there was always something new and tasty to try. We also visited the beach, poolside, and rooftop restaurants — all were excellent and worth recommending. In the evenings, there was entertainment for both children and adults, and the atmosphere was always lively and enjoyable. What we didnt like- bad wifi, slippery floor, my husband got stuck in the elevator, 1 ice cream corner for lunch- dinner( too many people waiting). Special thanks to Georgia at Reception- she helped us with all the questions, check in/out was very quickly. We would definitely love to come back. A solid 9/10 experience!

What a lovely stay! The staff were absolutely amazing and always ready to help you with a smile on their face. Facilities and food are great too, we really liked 7 orchids and captain’s deck restaurants. The performances at xperience arena every night were outstanding! We had great 5 nights at fisherman’s village and we’re so glad we chose it as it gave us some more privacy and quiet from the busy parts of the hotel. Also, there’s lovely staff going around the private pool offering drinks and snacks all day long so that’s a big plus. A special thanks to Veronika at fisherman’s village who took good care of us and made sure we’re never thirsty!😁 honestly, she’s amazing and I hope she gets recognition she deserves.

Beautiful hotel and resort with sprawling green trees and walkways. The staff service was absolutely impeccable from the moment of arrival until minute ofcdeparture. A drink/wet towel on arrival and 2hr extended stay with lunch was just what we needed. Dining leader R. Merlo had the most inviting smile/spirit for customers; always serving you with pleasure. My 15yr old son and I loved the open buffet and the variety of food they offered each meal. We ate breakfast and dinner there for 5 days although there was option to reserve a table at the 4 beautiful restaurants they have onsite. My very athletic teenager likes to eat and preferred the buffet variations vs set menu; although the desserts left more to be desired. I enjoyed the onsite gym; great size with everything I needed to keep fit. The only areas that were not good for us were the pools…they were ice cold end of Mar/early April. The indoor pool was a tad warmer but still cold to me. The daily activities were based on the people being in the pool so they were nonexistent. The few outside of the pool were poorly attended and not exciting as well (frisbee throw, archery table tennis) in the context of how they were being ran. Things like yoga on the lawn, dance aerobics, bingo or something could’ve been given since the water was way too cold for anyone to use. We loved the soccer and basketball court they have on ground as my son loves to play; although we didn’t know to get the balls we needed a key from the Spa room.

Everything. Connects right on the highway. Amazing kidz club and kids entertainment. Entertainment for adults is also great with shows and music where they even serve drinks. Has an ice cream parlour and snack bar for a snack anytime. Multiple restaurants and food options where they have theme nights for the buffet restaurant and an American diner. Other cuisine specific restaurants but requires a prior booking. Spacious rooms. Multiple outdoor pools and even has a kids pool and an indoor pool as well. Over all one of the best resorts.

I can confidently say it was one of the best holiday experiences we've ever had! We've visited many all-inclusive 5-star resorts over the years, but nothing compares to the Olympic Lagoon. From the moment we arrived, the staff and the entire team were absolutely incredible – warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to make us feel special throughout our stay. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes that catered to every taste. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks in between, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. You could truly taste the care and quality in every bite. The resort itself is immaculate, with stunning pools, beautiful grounds, and fantastic entertainment options for all ages. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying the spa, or taking part in the evening shows, there was never a dull moment. Everything was simply perfect – from the comfort of the rooms to the outstanding service and attention to detail. We genuinely couldn't find a single fault.

This is a great hotel to stay where all your needs are catered for. You can tell that the staff are well trained to put the customer first. There is a great lazy river, massive pools, very organised and secure kids club. They reserve pool sunbeds for you for the duration of your stay which avoids the battle for the beds each morning. I would recommend and stay again

The village looks very nice, it is well-maintained. The one-bedroom swim-up suite was comfortable and clean, with two pool-side terraces.

We have been upgraded from standard bungalow (garden view) to suite with swim-up pool. Couldn’t be any happier during our staying.

It was beautiful and the facilities were quite nice. We got upgraded to a swim up pool room. I believe the spa facilities are good as well as I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. The restaurants were great and the food was yummy!

Loved the beach house and the room was amazing. We booked a standard double room and were kindly upgraded by the reception staff to the presidential suite on arrival as we were only there for 4 days and it was available. This suite had a private pool and an absolutely unbelievable view of the beach and it really made our holiday.

Great layout, there are 2 separate sides large mostly adults pool & another great pool with for kids. Great for relaxing for all, buffets with quality and choice, you have 2 book the all-i clusive restaurants the day before, we'll worth it. Our room with pool and Seaview had good beds it was quiet on our side at night. Great beaches everywhere, don't waste too much time on the hotel beach if you want to go in water, very rocky. But quiet Great beach for sunbathing

The room was clean. The view from the balcony was lovely overlooking the pool and side sea view but we had the sunset view. The restaurant was clean and staff were very busy cleaning tables after people had vacated them. Food was very good plenty of choices and different themed nights. Loved the vibe of the pool area nice chilled music great cocktails at the bar especially at the Beach house bar where Dominic made a gorgeous pina colada ! Beach was breezy and the sea was warm great!

We had fantastic time in Dome Beach Marina! It is amazing place to relax and rest! First I have to point out that the resort is very inclusive and suitable if you have reduced mobility. On the premises of the resort you can choose from one large pool, a couple of smaller pools and two beaches - one is smaller and rockier and the other is supreme. The larger beach is managed by Agyia Napa municipality so you have to pay 2.5€ for sunbed and 2.5€ for umbrella, but it is very well organized, fine sand, clear waters, showers, beach bars and water sports, just perfect. Outside of the resort, 10 min walking distance you have two supermarkets. The staff of the resort impressed me the most - they were the kindest, most hardworking people I have ever met -from the receptionist to the animation girls and the cleaning ladies! Now lets discus the food - we had breakfast and dinner during our stay - we arrived very late, past dinner time, and still received dry package of food! Both breakfast and dinner was very abundant, with a lot of options to choose. Our room was very spacious - we had balcony, big bathroom, huge bed and it was very clean.

Location next beaches and how well are organized chill out zones, beach bar, swimming pools in hotel. We very like how was our room allocated in the hotel in front of kids swimming pool. Family positive atmosphere with mini disco. Some live concerts to chill out and have fun.

Unreal experience. From the staff, to the facilities, to the food everyone was of the highest caliber. The pools were another level cool and while I didn’t see other hotels really I wouldn’t be able to picture another hotel being so child friendly. Overall I give the hotel 10 out of 10.

Great facilities, amazing pools, we got a spacious and comfortable room and the staff was very welcoming and nice. The entire hotel including the rooms is incredibly clean and well organized. The breakfast was consistently excellent. When we checked-in we received complimentary fruit, bottle of cava and cookies which was a lovely touch.

Hotel is super clean, plenty of space around the pools, entertainment is brilliant for all ages, good choice of food and drinks, staff very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, we stayed 3 of us for a week with half board and we liked everything- hotel location, direct sea view, well equipped and clean rooms, all staff was very nice and polite to us. Pools are nice, especially the infinity pool. Food was really nice breakfast mostly the same but very good, dinner changing the thema each night, loved each of them. Special thanks to the staff who is visibly doing their best for the guests to feel good during the stay.

We were upgraded to a suite with its own access to the infinity pool, with beautiful sea view and everything we could have imagined. The room was clean when we arrived, and was clean every morning since along with clean set of towels. The staff was very inviting and friendly. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the centre of town which is not far. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Dome Hotel was great. The highlight for me was the picturesque beach area the hotel has, which they have arranged very nicely with super-comfortable sun beds, palm leaf umbrellas and a bar/cafe right on the beach. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. The double beds were very spacious, although one criticism would be that the pillows were quite large and a bit broken up, you know like when you've put pillows in the washing machine on a high spin and the stuffing starts coming apart, so I found it quite hard to get to sleep, but I'm a light sleeper, so I'm probably fussier than most on this front. The food in the main restaurant was ok, but for something better try one of the 3 other restaurants. We tried the Japanese restaurant one night which was great. There's a large selection of cocktails available at all the hotel's bars as well which was a nice surprise. The pool is not heated, but when we went at the beginning of May it was the ideal temperature for a nice refreshing swim. It is our first time in cyprus but definitely not our last one. The hotel is just perfect, it is located on very beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water with perfect entrance for children. (If you want to be exactly near the water on the beach the price is 7.5 euro a day for 2 sunbeds and one umbrella, all the beaches in cyprus are from the authorities). Otherwise you can stay at sunbeds from the hotel which are in the back of the beach. Or at the pool. There is a perfect pool for children with small waterslides. The food and drinks were absolutely delightfull and you have also the option to book in advance with one day for dinner at one of the 3 specific restaurants: japanese, greek, italian. The stuff was very friendly and always cleaning and keeping everything perfect. They even served drinks during lunch and dinner time at the table (which is rare at all inclusove within thos budget). The room was huge (the biggest one we ever seen until now) and very clean. The ladies clean it every day and changed the towels. The night activities were very nice for adults and for kids as well. It was one of our best vacations and also our 4 year old child mentioned that. We will visit for sure this hotel again and again! Until now we experienced several times greece and turkey at All inclusive, but this hotel was by far the best until now! We have stayed for one week 19-26 october in room 84! Perfect stay ,, Spent a magnificent week here . The private pool, the view, very good service

Currently in one of the Kai Building Suite rooms with private pool and sea view, it is lovely but down side is little brown ants everywhere, I see them sometimes in clusters or just a few, or one or two at a time Im hoping they are not harmful but it is annoying, and saw a massive cockroach outside the room last night! Luckily I am checking out tommorrow 12pm! Upgraded from a room in the old building for the last 2 nights because wasn't keen on the view, funnily enough did not see one insect, wondering if I should have stayed there! Other than that no major complaints and cant fault the staff, they are very helpful, informative and friendly. Definantly read all reviews before you make your decision and book which I had done so I knew what to expect. Nissi Avenue only a short walk away with lots of restaurants and shops, not far to walk to the Marina and Ayia Napa square only about 10-15 min walk, Im a walker so love going everywhere on foot if I can! However, there is a bus stop outside hotel to visit other areas. Breakfast and dinner is ok but didnt eat there every night, however if you want a half decent beachfront hotel with access to all local amenities and reasonable food then Pierre Anne might be a good choice for you.

We had a great time at the Hotel. I did read reviews before booking and was a little unsure as some of the reviews were not so great however, It was a great decision to book a stay here. We arrived late due to flight delays but receptionist was prepared for our arrival. Had the keys to the room in seconds and found all to be clean and in order. Great room with a terrace next to the pool. All was great. We had such a great time at the hotel it was hard to venture out and away from the facilities. New promenaded built between the hotel and the beach and so access all the way from Nissi Beach to the Harbour was easy and quick to walk to. Tge hotel is close to the strip and so all shops bars and restaurants are close and easy to walk too. All in all it was a great stay with no issues and we thoroughly enjoyed all the conveniences of a clean and friendly hotel. Happy Holiday indeed ….

The view of the sea is amazing from the whole hotel (room, restaurant, pool), we just couldn't get enough of it. The hotel has a great location, it is only a short walk away from a beautiful beach and the main street. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel if you want to look around Ayia Napa. The staff was very very nice. We had a great time at the hotel.

The suite was very nice, clean and well equipped, bed was comfortable. There was a balcony with a garden/pool view that I enjoyed. The pool was great too. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. I was extremely impressed by the variety offered for breakfast. There were plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans without doubt. There were options to join classes like pool aerobics, yoga, etc. On most evenings there was live music. The hotel had a mini-market open nonstop. I felt really great and I'm considering returning here. I definitely recommend it to solo travellers, as well as couples or friends. It's really nice and quiet. I had a very relaxing time there.

I highly recommend. Spacious and elegant rooms, large common space with nice terraces and swimming pools. Green and cozy area. We were there in April so we don't know how crowded it gets, we had the gym to ourselves and we were the only ones swimming in the pool (the water is not heated), so we felt very comfortable. Very tasty breakfasts, even vegans can find something for themselves.

Room was very comfortable, bed was one of the best I've slept on in years. Hotel itself has excellent facilities with multiple pools available. Water in the pool was freezing cold, but this was just due to the time of the year. Breakfast was superb, and ample parking available. Not a bad word to say about the place.

A really nice, hospitable and helpful owner who welcomed us very warmly on arrival and handed over the key. The house is a 5-minute walk from a rocky beach with a jetty with a path down to the water. The house is close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the harbour and beach as well as the center of Aiya Napa. Nice carport. All in all a lovely and relaxing stay in lovely and sunny Cyprus.

We loved the villa as its a spacious, quiet and lovely house where you can cook, chill and enjoy yourself! It’s perfect for bigger groups (we were 6), 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms, big kitchen with a living room space and dining area, amazing garden with dining space and huge swimming pool! Big parking spot, very safe area! The location is lovely and quiet, few steps to the beach to take an amazing walks by the sea. Restaurants and shops just around the corner. An amazing host Andreas that was the best, we ever had!

We spent a week in Royal Sugar at the end of March. The house is modern and very spacious. The swimming pool is very big -enough space there for kids to play, swim, and relax at the same time it was also regularly cleand during our stay. Great contact with the host before and during stay. Restaurants and shops just few steps away. Highly recommend superb accommodation in a great location.

Everything was wonderful. Spacious rooms, each with air conditioning. Comfortable beds and a multifunctional kitchen. The owner is friendly and cheerful. There are several places for a meal, a lot of chairs. The pool is always clean, comfortable gazebo and there is a barbecue. There are adapters for a European plug. Your own fruit garden. Everyone is happy, we recommend.

The property was fully equipped with everything that was needed for our stay. If the smallest thing was missing- Andreas made sure to fill the gap immediately! The pool was so fun, and the house is great for cooking, dining, rest and everything that is required for a perfect vacation!

I know that its party town,but respect other people too. Exactly in this Villa I install some mosquito nets to avoid bug get inside the Villa. So owner of Villa please install professional mosquito nets , because some people can be afraid if they will see some BIG SPIDER. That's happens to me in my last day. Before to leave Villa we say a big tarantula. It this Villa you will find everything what you need. + Dishwasher + Washing machine + Free parking + 45 min to airports I definitely recommend this Villa

Very good location, close to shops, beautiful beaches. The city center is also close. We found everything we needed in the villa. The villa is perfectly planned. The kids liked the pool. There is a grill area.

the house was perfect! me and my 4 friends rented the house for 1 week. we loved swimming in the pool and sitting in the evenings in the Gazebo. The house was a little out of town, which we really liked. it was quiet and peaceful during the days/nights. Taxi cost us €2 per person down to Aiya napa square. The landlord was also very nice and helpful. The house also had everything you need for cooking, washing, cozying up and perfect for sunbathing. Will definitely go back in the future! The host (Kypros) was very accommodating and helpful. The villa we stayed in (villa 4 'Antony') was on a small development of about 10 villas (all operated by 'Lux Villas' I believe), a 10 minute walk to the nearest shops/restaurants, a 15 minute walk to Nissi Beach and a 45 minute walk into Ayia Napa. The development was well looked after, with lots of trees and plants which added privacy to each of the private pool areas. The private pool in villa 4 was an ideal size and was a good temperature considering it wasn't heated. The villa itself was clean and spacious with new furniture. These villas are great value and absolutely ideal for families.

We wanted a villa with a pool a little outside of the centre of Aya Napa but within walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. We could also walk to the centre or take a reasonably priced taxi - so the location was excellent. Our hosts also arranged our taxi pickup from the aiport and this worked perfectly. The pool was excellent and was tested/cleaned very regularly. I would thoroughly recommend the villa and the hosts.

The villa is very beautiful and is at a great location. Nissi Beach is 20 min walk. The villa has cooking facilities. Food can also be ordered for delivery through Wolt app. The swimming pool is clean and the pool area has nice chairs to relax. There is a very helpful local taxi company nearby. The stay at Luxvillas is very relaxing. For any help, staff can be reached.

Everything was wonderful. Location was fantastic, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Nissi beach, and 10 minutes drive from the fantastic WaterWorld water park and Ayia Napa harbour. The villa was lovely, clean and very comfortable, with A/C in every room, 3 toilets and 2 showers. The beds were great, there was a huge TV in the spacious living room, and the pool was lots of fun. There are loads of restaurants that deliver to the villa through Walt, and a great one with a huge playground for the kids midway to the beach. Several Supermarkets around too. And the landlord was so helpful, kind and available for any request. Totally enjoyed it, amazing value for money, am already recommending it to our friends and family.

Amazing property with own fruit garden in good and quet location. Excellent place to spend time with your family.. On arrival we found in the fridge complimentary drinks. Everything was in good working order. Good size dinning room and living room.Bedrooms also was in good size with built-in wardrobes and safe in it. Swimming pool (good size, also safe for kids because have a shallow side for kids and deep side for adults )was maintained and cleaned twice in week. Property located not far from shops and restaurants . Big Thanks to Kypros and Arieta for support and making our holiday as unforgettable experience ❤️.. We had pleasure to stay there.

Space inside the house is fine, kitchen contains almost all house appliances, fridge is big, there is also a freezer. There are enough toilets. Water heater is on the roof, and it provides constantly hot water, so if you are coming with a bigger company, no worries, there will be enough water for all to take a shower. Beds are very comfortable. Location is pretty good - it takes around 6-7 min to the bus station. Swimming pool is nice and clean, there is also barbecue grill outside and a table tennis. Place outside is perfect for relaxing. If you are a cat lover, there are a lot of neighbor cats with who you can become friendly with, but if you don't like them, they will not bother you. Sunrises from the rooftop are perfect! The closest beach is Vathia Gonia and it is pretty nice.

It had a peaceful and quiet location, not right in the midst of the hustle and bustle or on the beach, but all of these were within a short walk. There were functional kitchen, washing machines, and a barbecue. The outdoor space and pool were very comfortable and our favorites in this villa. The host was very helpful and friendly, and could be reached by phone at any time.

The Villas are exactly as pictured, if not better. The location is fantastic, a short stroll to Nissi Beach and local shops, etc. We went out of season, so many of the shops, etc, were not open, but we were expecting this. The beach was still great. Villa beds were so comfortable. The outside area was fantastic and a great space for all the family. We didn't get pool heating, but the children still played in the pool every day. Villas are stocked with everything you'd need. Staff help and response were great. Andreas was great arranging transport for airport transfer and also for us to get to larger supermarket (there is a smaller one close to villa) All in all, we had the best Christmas at Kube villas and will be back.

The villa is located near all tourist attractions, shopping markets, and restaurants. The villa is quite morden and clean. We had requested a heated pool and enjoyed spending time in the pool after a long day exploring. The beds were comfortable and rooms air conditioned. There was a game room which was fun. Would book again because we had a great time in a comfortable environment.

The property is clean & very large . Close to all amenities . I love that when we went in the fridge after arriving they left us Bread ,butter marmalade , milk , coffee, tea, sugar in jars . We had everything we needed within the villa . The pool was a godsend & loved the outside shower. Huge table outside to eat . 3 shower rooms & sleeps upto 10 people . It was perfect . Thank you

Villa was perfect for us. Enough room for everyone and a little to spare even. Good beds for everyone. Apartment had good selection of household items such as cooking gear, plates and glasses. Staff that we had contact with were superb. Our arrival was a bit early and still we got to come in super nice of them. We had a little problem and somebody came to solve it in 10mins! Could not be more nice.

The property is big and it has good furniture, the rooms are good and the property has good and big parking area. It is very good for a big family or groups. It has big kitchen and kitchen facilities.

The villa was delightful and very spacious inside with a large living room and kitchen which were great for hanging out in and would also be good for entertaining guests. It's also in a really good location, with lots of amenities (shops, pharmacy, restaurants etc..) and Nissi beach only a short walk away. It's only one road parallel to the main road leading into Ayia Napa town, but was far away enough that the road was quiet and didn't have lots of people or cars passing by frequently. The host was delightful as well and non-intrusive but very contactable via WhatsApp when needed (and it wasn't really needed at all during our stay!). The photos also don't show that the villa also has a beautiful garden at the back of the property with a covered seating area and was a lovely place to relax in the evenings! All the rooms were air conditioned and there were TVs in each room apart from the kitchen (not that we really used them) and all the bedrooms had direct access to a balcony as well. Would make a great place to stay for a family or group of close friends (such as we were), and I hope to be able to stay there again if I'm back in Aiya Napa anytime soon!

A great beach is 10 minutes walk away. You have a few shops and restaurants around also. The location is rather far from Aiya napa centre, but that was a conscious decision. 3. Everything was perfect, excellent location - walking distance (5-7min) to Nissi beach, to shops, easy to drive to Makronissos, Ayia Thekla and Protaras and other places. The villa itself is perfect, our kids loved the swimming pool, which was also cleaned twice during our stay. We loved everything about our stay and will come back again in the future. I recommend this villa to everybody.

Very clean, comfy house which was cleaned every second day. The sheets were changed after 3 days. Pool was cleaned every 3rd day. 3 big room with comfy beds. Location was excellent if you don't need to go to the center(which is by taxi 10 eur and 10 min or by bus. We liked the taverna next to our house amazing food, just across is caffe with amazimg wafels and ice cream. Next to the hos are 2 supermarkets. Check in was easy and it was done accross the house in the hotel. The last day we left the luggage at the reception and even had a showers at the basement floor. So convinient. The furniture is little old but we didn't mind. Walking distance to the best Landa beach is only 10 min and the same to Makronissos. We didn't use car, taxi nor bus. You have everything around, food sweet, ssupermarket, beaches. Perfect

Private parking space. Overall, a nice place, if you turn a blind eye to some flaws.

Huge thanks to host! The villa was big, comfortable, clean and had everything you need to chill, rest and have a good time. The pool water was good to swim. We were making BBQ outside - all needed items were at hand so we didn't need to waste time finding coal in shops, fire liquid etc. The wifi worked well. All kitchen equipment was present - we made a delicious dinner. Rooms are comfortable and good to sleep with fresh bedding. Check-in was super easy - we got instructions by call. This is the moment when you don't need to describe much - everything is perfect! Thanks to host who agreed for free late check-out, because Cyprus is a place where you don't want to be hurry :). I definitely recommend that!

Very nice house, nicely furnished both inside the house and in the back yard. The host was really nice and helpful as well. Fun activities like pinball machine and the pool table on the roof terrace. The house was even better in person than in the pictures.

The villa was lovely and clean. Very comfortable. The host Tasos was extremely helpful whenever we needed anything, he was always available on the other end of the phone and was always very accommodating to us.

The house was perfect for our stay. Stelios is the best host ever! The communication with him it was excelent, he took care of everything that we needed and more! The location of the house was excelent with the perfect view. The pool was beautyfull and lots of space in the whole property. I definitely recommend this house for a great family time.

We liked the pool, the AC in the house and the location of the house. We thought the key box was very smart too!

The location was very nice. Close to the beautiful beaches, by car. With the Zafiri restaurant and the Ayia Thekla Supermarket close by, you can enjoy some days even without using your car.

The pool was amazing and the beds are extremely comfortable.

The villa was stunning, very close to everything and a minute walk from the beach and all of the shops/restaurants. The owner did everything he could to make our stay perfect, everything we needed and asked for was attended to. Couldn’t recommend this villa enough, and I will definitely be back again.

We had a anniversary celebration out there and we came into Bottle of fizz, card and cake, plus the swans on bed with Roses. Great touch. Enjoyed the fizz on balcony while getting ready. Room We had pool/sea view well worth the extra to upgrade. Pool Spotless, allocated sun beds is a great idea, and if you dont like the one allocated you can change to other ones available. Michal the life guard/ pool attendant works so hard and cant do enough for you. Just like the rest of them to be fair, all work hard in the heat. The vibe round the pool Is very relaxing, if you want something a bit more lively than maybe not for you. We like it relaxing but was just a bit too quiet for us but you can never complain about being to relaxed on holiday so embraced it. Bar Waiters and waitresses work hard to bring your drinks and food and really fast as well. Bar menu is on QR code or if you want can ask for a menu. Location Perfect, 10 mins to beach or harbour. 15 mins max to Ayia Napas main nightlife if you want to party. Restaurants are literally outside and go on for as far as you can walk. Recommend Sage, Farmers Greek Taverner to name a few. Overall Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break, in lovely surroundings and being looked after amazingly. We stayed here for our 2nd wedding anniversary in June and it was fabulous, when we arrived we had been given a free room upgrade with a stunning pool view, which was a nice surprise! The hotel itself is stunning, clean and the location is just the best. We had previously stayed at the sister hotel Amavi which is located in Paphos, everything was the same apart from there wasn't really much around so we definitely preferred our stay here at Amanti. We didn't eat at any of the lovely restaurants in the hotel as we already did all that when we stayed at Amavi, however if you do stay here I do recommend to try them as the food and service is amazing. We went out for tea every night and there is so much choice, literally restaurants all over the place. We spent most our days by the pool and I do have to say the service from the waiters was outstanding, theyre were super friendly and were always checking to see if you were ok. Big shout out to Marius and Christos as they served us everyday and always went above and beyond so they deserve the recognition. On a morning someone always come round with little frozen cocktail shots which were super yummy and I always looked forward to them. If you want the best of both worlds where you have the chill and relaxation by the pool in the day, with the option to venture out to bars/restaurants and nightlife then this is the hotel for you. Thanks for having us, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

There is nothing to fault about this hotel. The reception area is beautiful and we were welcomed with a cool drink and refreshing face towel. The reception staff explained everything to us about the hotel and facilities. The room and the view over the pool was beautiful. The entire hotel is spotless. The pool staff were also extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. We chose sun loungers which you keep for the duration of your stay; the pool staff took us to our loungers with chilled bottled water in a cool bag. During the day you are offered more water, frozen fruit lollies and cool face towels. The restaurant staff were equally as efficient and made you feel welcome. We upgraded to full board and therefore experienced breakfast, lunch and evening meal. The presentation, choice and quality were amazing. We spent our last evening in The Immenso restaurant and I was blown away with quality and presentation of food and again, the service from the staff. Like I said, I can’t fault anything but what really made our stay special was the staff. Not only did they make our stay memorable, they appeared to enjoy working at this hotel. 2 staff even recognised us outside of the hotel and stopped to say hello. We will definitely return for longer next time.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the main street, but far out enough that it’s quiet and chill. What really makes this hotel 5 stars is all the small touches they add, welcome drinks on arrival, and as we were on our honeymoon,our room was decorated with petals and treats for us which was a great start after a long day travelling. Some more amazing touches: -Reserved sun loungers so you get the same beds your whole stay and no need to worry about anyone reserving beds. -2 towels each, one for your sunbed and one for drying off, cold bottles of water in a cool bag when you arrive at the pool. -Cold towels at the pool, ice lollipops and smoothie shots all complimentary offered around the pool at certain points of the day. -pillow menu if you prefer a certain type of pillow - turndown service with chocolates and tea/coffee offered. - every amenity you could ever need in the room. We were only bed and breakfast but the breakfast was amazing, fantastic choice and everything was always fresh and high quality. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay with great staff and facilities.

Very luxurious environment! At the time of check in a nice complimentary drink was offered. Rooms were nice and spotless! Super clean, we loved that the room was cleaned twice a day and the small treats in the room (chocolate, water, coffee, and Cypriot delicacies). Breakfast was simple but lovely! We liked how there was a menu option over and above the buffet. Having a sunbed & umbrella reservation was great! No need to rush in the morning to get a sunbed station by the pool. A small bottle of water and pool towels were also offered everyday at the pool for each guest. Nice touches! Free access to the sauna and steam room added to the experience.

It is a nice hotel close to Nissi Beach, the bus station, some small shops, etc. The hotel staff is more than pleasant and helpful. We have been there as a family, and everyone treated our kid so kindly. They even organize a birthday cake for him as well as drinks and sweets in the room. So kind! Food was good—people who complain about breakfast, I guess, eat salmon and caviar. Because the basics are there: eggs (in many ways), cheese, salads, cereals, etc. All was there each morning. I guess that is what most of us take each day back home. Dinners were more than ok. Thematic, with high-quality meat each evening. We have been there 12 days, so some of the nights repeated. Our favorites were Greek and Italian, of course. :-) The swimming pool is nice, especially for kids, because it has parts adapted for them. There are enough sunbeds; there is no rush in the morning or something like that. But we spent almost all days at Nissi Beach (5 mins walk), so the swimming pool was not our focus. Nissi Beach has challenges with algae in July, but there is always one part that is completely clean. You can take a local bus to Agia Napa or Protaras or intercity buses to Nicosia and Paphos.

What I would highlight most about the hotel - it is helpful and friendly staff and very good food. There are themed dinners (for example, Asian cuisine was excellent). In case of half board, there is no problem to swap dinner for lunch. There is a clean pool and a pool for small children (45 cm deep, where the water is warmer). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located a short walk from the beach and close to various restaurants and shops. The nearby Nissi beach, although beautiful, was very crowded from the end of April, with loud music playing in the bars and lacking atmosphere. Far quieter and I would say cleaner beaches are Landa and Makronissos. You can walk there or take the bus (101/102). Overall I rate the accommodation as great for the quality price and its location.

Better than the vast majority of 3* hotels in Cyprus! It definitely exceeded my expectations! Congratulations to staff and management! -The room was cleaned every day! One day the room was already cleaned once we returned from the breakfast! Very efficient and quick -Towels were changed frequently -The quality of the breakfast was absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh! -The hotel was spotless clean -Fantastic location right across Nissi Beach -The pool (lagoon style) was wonderful with tall palmtrees -The pool bar was well stocked and the quality of drinks was very good! -Onsite entertainment every night -Friendly staff and very polite

The hotel is elegant, clean, rooms are well equipped, food is fine. Pools are clean, there are always free sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. Beach towel is a huge plus. Lots of restaurant nearby, however you can eat the hotels restaurant as well.

We stayed here mid October, family of 4. Kids loved it, the hotel when we went had a chilled vibe, no need to put towels down on the sun beds early, could choose whatever ones you wanted. Hotel was clean, staff were all lovely especially the waiting/bar staff. Life guard also a cool, friendly guy. We stayed in the bungalows just across from the hotel, spacious and clean and very peaceful, gardens all kept lovely. Pool for us was fine if a little cold but it was October, the weather was perfect most days it was around 30. Location wise it was near everything we needed, we ate out a couple of times just for a change but in my opinion the hotel food was fine. We visited Nissi beach which is a 5min walk, but preferred sandy bay (opposite direction) which was about 10–15min walk but was much quieter, the cafe bar they have there is highly recommended. All in all we loved it, would happily go back next year but we have a 3rd child with us so only reason we aren’t booking is because we would need two rooms. Also shops literally on the doorstep, the one closest to the bungalows does amazing gyros and different coloured coffee :-) Loved the cats! Nice to see they are looked after by locals, and the locals are all lovely and friendly people. Thank you to all the staff during our stay, hopefully we will be back in 2027 for a longer stay :-)

Wunderbares Hotel und sehr empfehlenswert für jedermann. Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer mit einem gemütlichem Bett, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon von welchem man einen Blick aufs Meer, den Pool oder auf die Strasse hat, jenachdem welche Zimmerkategorie man gebucht hat. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war GIGANTISCH! Frühstück meistens dasselbe jedoch eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Am Abend gab es jeweils Themenabende und jedesmal eine riesige Auswahl mit sehr frisch zubereiteten Essen. Riesiges Salatbuffet, gute Dessertauswahl und jedesmal Saisonale Früchte. In den 7 Tagen haben wir immer sehr gut gegessen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine grosse Poolanlage mit einem grossen Hauptpool in dem mehrheitlich Familien mit Kindern drinnen verweilen. Um den Pool herum gibt es jede Menge an qualitativ guten Liegen sowie Sonnenschirme. Dort befindet sich auch die Poolbar wo man von Getränken über Snacks bis hin zu Eiscreme alles bekommen kann. Nebenan gibt es einen etwas kleineren Pool und im unteren Stockwerk ein Pool für Erwachsene ab 16 Jahren. Dort befindet sich die BluBar, eine kleine Bar mit 4-5 Barhockern wo man gemütlich einen Cocktail schlürfen kann. Vom Pool aus gelangt man durch einen kleinen Weg an einen wunderschönen Sandstrand. Die Liegen dort kosten am Tag 2.5 Euro und ein Sonnenschirm dazu auch 2.5 Euro. Wir waren mehrheitlich am Pool und sind dann 3-4 mal am Tag kurz ans Meer.Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, speziell die Mitarbeiter vom Frühstücks- und Abenddienst.

Great holiday the staff were all very friendly and very attentive. Sotos/Nikos and the team at the pool bar were great making the cocktails just the way I liked them on request just as the staff on the evening bar did also (didn't get their names) The food was the best we've had in an all inclusive resort, I believe maybe because the hotel also accommodated full /half board and room only so the restaurant wasn't overly busy and like a canteen which most AI resorts become. The Maitre d of the restaurant who greeted us each evening was great, and the chefs also. Big shout out to the lady on the omelette station who cooked me perfect poached eggs each morning. Nice air conditioned gym and the pools were well looked atfer with the lifeguards. The beach litetally a 2 minute walk you could have beds on the sand if wanted. The rooms were well conditioned we stayed in the apartments just down the road literally a 2 minute walk away they were air conditioned had a fridge with freezer compartment and had a quiet pool there also. Evening entertainment was a bit of a mixed bag with a few dodgy singers and if you've seen the entertainment in your 1st week it's the same in week 2. To summarise the resort was amazing theres not much to do in Ayia Napa unless you want to go clubbing. I recomend the black pearl pirate ship tour also good food and family entertainment with cheesy jokes

Melissi Beach - the best place I had opportunity to spend my holidays in Cyprus. This hotel provides you - first of all - fantastic Crew, people who are creating this wonderful place. An extremely well run hotel in a perfect location. It sits a gentle stroll away from the main night life and has to sit on probably the best beach in the area. From the initial reception to checking out, the hotel and its hardworking staff all work tirelessly to keep you smiling during your stay. Our spacious room was well kept and cleaned daily. We had a pool and sea view room which was very nice. The dining experience was excellent. A really well run restaurant that serves lovely food whilst the manager and staff make sure you are looked after the whole time. A special mention for here because they deserve it. Excellent food and waiting. Faultless. The bar used by guests during the evening is run by a lovely man by the name of Joseph. A knowledgeable manager always willing to make visiting his place enjoyable. Top man. There is also the pool bar, used to cool down or as an option to dine in if you want to give the restaurant a miss. This area my wife and I loved. It’s run by Sotos, Niko, Ireni and their team. It is always clean, the food is delicious and the drinks always served with a smile and a chat. It’s so nice just to sit here, relax, people watch and chill. A lovely part of the hotel which is run superbly by everyone. Excellent. Overall my wife and I can’t fault the hotel. Definitely worth considering as a destination and hopefully my wife and I shall return here next year for our ninth time. Think that says it all.

We stayed here for a week after being on a cruise. I thought the service and food on the cruise ship could not be beaten- Melissi beach was better. The service was fab- always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Zotos was always willing to make a delicious cocktail and have a chat. Habel was another member of staff that went above and beyond to make sure we had a brilliant time. The whole hotel was spotless and public areas were always being cleaned. The pool area was great, cabanas, umbrellas comfortable sun loungers and complementary towels daily. There was never an issue getting a lounger as there were plenty available. There was also a rule that you can’t leave your towel for more than 3 hours or the lifeguard would remove it- that was great. The location is perfect, 10mins walk from the main attractions. The beach is stunning, beautiful blue water and really refreshing. We were half board however, upgraded to the unlimited alcohol package. The cocktails were always freshly made and the food at the buffet was amazing. I have never been to a buffet with so much choice- I loved it. The pool bar was also delicious- the pizzas and cheeseburgers were a hit with us and all really well priced. The room was spacious and spotless. Beds were made every day, toiletries restocked and the room cleaned each day. I loved my week at Melissi beach- I couldn’t recommend it more highly and I will definitely return.

I got a room with a private pool for the room, amazing..

The room was very clean and comfy and we had a private pool. Breakfast was really rich and tasty.

We had a swim up room, a real little sun trap cone mid afternoon. Whilst this is classed as a vibe hotel it’s not overly loud or over run with younger guests. We had no issues with noise and had really good nights sleep. The staff are exceptional and can’t do enough for you with a smile. Thank you for such a wonderful relaxing holiday

Hotel is very clean, with a pool and some rooms with private pool. It is located 5 mins to the beach, 7 mins from Ayia Napa square, a bus stop near by and a lot of supermarkets around. Rooms are ok, very clean and the hotel is not noisy at all. Stuff is super, supporting with everything you need. For sure a perfect hotel for a vacation

This hotel deserves much more than 3 star! Hotel is new,rooms have great led lights,some of them have private pool. ( They arranged our because of our honeymoon) The food eas so tasty they have cheese bals and onion rings for breakfast and sooo many other stafs. Everyone is very kind, supermarket is so close I highly recommend!

The gardens between hotel and beach are pretty as they slope down to the turquoise Mediterranean- perfect- Absolutely no sunrise sunbed challenge here, you choose from available sunbeds and they are yours for the length of your stay - want to change position- no problem if others are available, it’s not a big hotel- 100 rooms, nothing is too much bother - when u go back to your room in late afternoon- 2 fresh beach towels are available for the next day - what service! There are 4 restaurants- poolside restaurant for lunch - food great, a buffet restaurant ( cannot comment as we didn’t try) Ipenema lounge- set around the lit pool serving Asian style food ranked 8 th best in Ayia Napa - excellent tasty food, the The Deck ranked No 1 in Ayia Napa - a varied menu with first class food in a beautiful setting overlooking pool and gardens and the sea - perfect. Overall we loved our week here, and will definitely be coming back - at certain time of year the people coming back is running at 50% occupancy- that speaks for itself Wonderful stay - thank you everyone at Alion Beach and see u soon

The whole stay was just incredible - Special regards for Vladimiros from the reception, he really made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped on the property. - The hotel is fresh, modern, very neat and clean. - The pool & beach area is incredible, offering a lot of natural shade as well. The pool was just perfect, the poolbar offers tasty food and it is very convenient to call a waiter and order at your sunbed with their system. They also bring out cold fruit cuts and cold towels for refreshment during the day. At first we were a bit surprised with the sunbed reservation scheme, however we soon realized it really does remove all the unnecessary fuss. - The beach is great with its powder sand, crystal clear water and in walking distance from Love Bridge rock formation. - Breakfast was very well organized and orderly, selection was perhaps a bit limited but to be fair I did not miss a thing. - Our room was spacious, room service is quick and efficient, cleaning was as expected. - The hotel has it's underground parking which is very convenient. There is a bus stop on the main road, but Ayia Napa center is already at a walking distance anyways. - The room was spacious with all amenities as described. - We stayed at other 5* hotels at Cyprus, but this one really stands out. Altogether a 10/10 for Alion!

The hotel is very nice, modern style in terms of decoration, newly remade, very clean. Building is not impressive from outside, it's the style that you can find all around Cyprus. It's not very big, but it's very wellcoming. But the really great part is the garden and the pool area, which is very very nice, the garden is on different levels, going down towards the sea, and it's also the area for the sunbeds - sunbeds in the grass are even better than in the sand, in my opinion. A lot of vegetation (which is not very common in the area) such as palm trees and flowerly plants, embrassing the wood of the pergola structure. Pool is blending in with the lawn and also with one of the restaurants - Ipanema, which is by the pool, and there is also The Deck restaurant which is a bit above, overlooking the lawn and sea. Service is also great, everybody very nice. Breakfast is very good, there is enough varienty to choose from, orange juice is the most fresh that it could get to be, being squizzed on the spot in front of you. Coffee is not as good, but this is a minor detail.

This was our second time at Alion Beach Hotel – and we’re already planning for next year. That probably says it all. We travel a lot, but this hotel is really special. It’s not too big (only 100 rooms), which makes it quiet, personal and relaxing. You feel like part of a family. One person you can’t miss is Pieros Giatrou, the hotel manager. He’s the most visible and friendly manager we’ve ever met. He’s always around, talking with guests and checking that everything is perfect. The staff clearly respects him – they even say nice things about him when he’s not there (which is rare – he’s everywhere!). The staff is amazing. From Anastasia to Elias, Giorgios, Michael, Yannis, Sandor, Tzina, Thekla, Christos, Lambros, George and Zenios – and many more we sadly forgot the names of – everyone was smiling, kind and helpful every single day. By the pool, we had our own sunbeds reserved for the entire stay – no stress, no early-morning towel runs. And every day, a lovely pool staff member came around with fresh fruit on a stick and cold, scented towels. We felt spoiled! The food is delicious, the drinks are great, and the service is simply top-notch. We even saw other returning guests giving hugs to the staff when they arrived – and now we totally get why. Alion Beach Hotel, you’ve become our happy place. Thank you for another perfect stay – see you next year! ❤️

There are many things that made our stay really good with a baby like the ease of access to the beach from the rooms. Same elevator takes you from rooms to breakfast to lobby to the pool and beach. Being able to reserve our sunbeds in the garden for the entire stay was great. The sandy beach front is public (and so beautiful) and you have to pay around 7 euros to reserve 2 sunbeds and an unbrella. The service of the pool restaurant was amazing and the food is really good with many options. It was my birthday so they got me a cake to the room. Every single staff member was beyond great and welcoming. They made sure we were happy our entire stay. We had a small problem when we got there but the manager and team directly fixed it and were very sorry for what happened. The location of the hotel is beautiful and very close to the market. I would definitely come back and can't recommend enough this hotel.

Also i want to refer to the two guys at the pool, the lifeguards, (Andreas and Marios) was excellent, very professional and very kindly, we all felt safe with two guys around the pool, they followed all the pool hotel regulations with great professionalism.

The NissiBlu is one fabulous hotel. We had a fantastic two weeks as family of five from start to finish. Upon arrival we were greeted by a welcoming glass of champagne after our long trip. We were registered quickly and our cases were taken directly to our room. Our superior side sea view room had wonderful views of the sunrise across Capo Greco. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. There was a wonderful king size bed and large screen tv. There was ply of storage space for your clothing and the room had two hair dryers. One in the bathroom and one in the main room. Air conditioning was easy to use. The breakfast area was fantastic and the views towards Nissi Beach were amazing. We were greeted by staff each morning who asked where we would like to sit. They were all very polite and well dressed. The food was amazing and there was always so much variety. We could have eaten a different breakfast choice everyday and all needs were catered for. The pool area is wonderful and the pool is great and very big. There are more than enough sun loungers to accommodate everyone. The spa and gym are fantastic and the gym now opens at 0800hrs. The indoor pool is great. There are plenty of supermarkets around the hotel and numerous restaurants around to eat of an evening if you are staying bed and breakfast. Overall for the price and amenities available I recommend this hotel and rate it 10/10.

The most attractive thing about this hotel is its position. It is magnificent. Facilities are well organised around it. Hotel staff are pleasant and attentive. It all runs fluently. A room with a view is really worth the extra cost. Food in all restaurants is high quality and tasty. There is a large variety of offers, from snacks to fine dining. The spa area feels relaxing, even just to walk through on your way to the pool or the beach. Though I am a greater fan of the beach than of a pool, I loved the sunbeds around the pool, and we used them even for a little while every day. Three beaches are within a short walking distance, and they are very good. I would say the Nissi beach could be the best, but it is too popular. But still wonderful!

We booked the short 2 night stay for a complete rest and requested a high rise floor with a westerly facing room - sadly neither were allocated to us on arrival - after a wait we were shown to top floor sadly the room wasn’t westerly and has a 3rd bed set up / after a call to reception I requested its removal as wouldn’t be required & preferred the space. Unfortunately the room didn’t have a great view or aspect so it hindered my stay somewhat. We do love everything about this hotel and will definitely return on another trip to cyprus. One aspect to be mindful of is the pool can get super busy with babies & children especially on the sloped entrance - we didn’t see a single child use the kids pool all stay - shame as they’ve gone to alot of trouble placing it in the shade. I totally respect the waiter staff by the poolside who constantly tend to everyone’s needs they get my top marks of my stay. It is a superb hotel in a beautiful location and I’d highly recommend a stay to everyone of all ages. Book a high rise floor & westerly room for a possible sunset view

A medium size beautifully Boho chic design hotel. We stayed in a Modern room design with a view to the sea and partial view to the pool. Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was great too with lots of bed options. Great access to the beach in front of the hotel, only five minutes of a walk. Additional towels for the pool were ready in our room on arrival. A convenient hotel parking lot free of charge. The hotel was fully booked, so they couldn't honor our late check out request, instead they offered their baggage storage and a free use of the pool and showers at the spa. I must say we were so impressed with the showers, every thing needed was there, clean new towels, sampoo, shower gel, hair dryer even body lotion! we got to enjoy more time at the pool and sea and not worry about where to get cleaned up before our late flight. We left with a strong desire to come and stay at the Napa Mermaid hotel again, but next time for longer and with reserving some spa treatments 😊👍

We stayed in the bungalow, it included amazing room and own backyard and pool. It exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable and room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff left us two water bottles every morning. We had hotels breakfast on our holiday, food was very good and the breakfast was varied, there was a chef who made omelettes according to your wishes. The Hotels restaurant was also amazing and there was live music at Night, the music wasn’t too loud and stopped by bedtime. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff was helpful. The pool area was overlooking the sea, there was various sunbeds in area, pool area was comfortable and we spent most of our vacation there. The pool bar served tasty smoothies. The hotel gym was good compared to many hotel gyms I've been to. The hotel has a padel court and we went to play once, the court was good and you could rent equipment from reception. We also liked the location of the hotel. The beach was straight across from the Hotel and the sand was incredibly smooth and the water was crystal clear blue. The shops were close by and there were many restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel was really peaceful and we would recommend it to our friends and family. Especially for couples looking for a romantic and relaxing holiday where you can find everything you need within walking distance. When we come to Ayia Napa again, we will definitely book this hotel.

What I liked: - International mix of guests, all very respectful, they were not the budget travellers looking to make parties at the hotel or blast their music at the pool - Facilities were clean, pools were amazing, gym well equipped with new machines - Breakfast was great, lots to choose from & fresh! - Location is great, close to a supermarket, the beach & away from all the party scene of Ayia Napa, but close enough to walk or take a taxi to go into the city center - Beds were comfortable - Staff very friendly, even making jokes with us at breakfast or offering to help with our stay - A/C worked fine during our stay - We had the cheaper partial-view of the sea, which was totally fine, as we could also see the pool from our room... so make sure you request the pool view!

A superb hotel! The best I've ever stayed in. This is our 3rd visit to the beautiful Cyprus and it wows us every time. We booked this holiday through Easyjet from Belfast for 2 weeks b&b. This was our first stay in Napa Mermaid and I hope it won't be our last. The hotel is spotless, rooms cleaned every day, fresh towels whenever you need them, we'll stocked mini fridge, safe, spotless pool and pool area with the best loungers around, of which there are plenty for everyone. No sunbed wars or races. It is a very quiet hotel which is exactly why we booked it. It is close to bus stops for visits to Protaras, Nissi Beach and the water park for €2 each daytime and €3 each after 9pm. The hotel is also within walking distance to Ayia Napa Harbour which is simply stunning and has great food places. The clientelle at Napa Mermaid are mainly German and French so there are a few cultural differences like waiting in line and please and thank you but overall, this place is heaven on earth! The staff can't do enough, they're very attentive and friendly. It was our son's birthday and the hotel arranged a little birthday cake and a bottle of wine for us in the room! The cleaning staff are fantastic, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day. Soft drinks here are around €4 .10 each, cocktails are around €9.50, a lunch meal is around €15 each but the food is delicious and portions are a good size so highly recommend! A fantastic hotel! We loved every minute being here!

Spent a lot of the time around the pool, but would go down onto the beach. Hotel do have there own beds on the beach exclusive for guests but we felt more comfortable safely leaving all our items around the pool beds and walking down to the beach. Pool bar for the endless supply of drinks we had was perfect. Think we became the 2 small beers couple. 🤣 All the staff are so friendly and always have a smile. From the room cleaners, servers, bar staff , reception girl, they all take there time and have a chat. Staff are a credit to the hotel. Defo one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed at. Make you so welcome. My 1st time to Cyprus and what a fantastic impression okeanas has left for me. Love it. Location is perfect on the beach, hotel is peaceful but if you want the loudness ayia napa has to offer its a short stroll away. Close enough to get amongst it, but far enough to not even know it's there. It was my partners 50th and they left him a bottle of bubbly in the room totally unexpected so such a nice surprise.

This is the second time we have been to this hotel, first time we only stayed for 4 days but this time we stayed for 10 days. Hotel is beautiful and immaculately clean. All staff are really friendly and accommodating. This all makes for a lovely stay in a really relaxed and friendly environment. The Hotel is just a lovely place to unwind and relax. Get away from the hustle bustle of life. The Hotel is situated right on a beautiful beach and has its own private access from the hotel pool area. The pool is also immaculate and it also lends itself to the lovely relaxed vibe that the whole hotel offers. Special shout out to some of the Staff that have really made our holiday and also feel like old friends. Giorgos (George) has been an ever constant around the pool bar and restaurant. He has really made our holiday and made us laugh a lot. Nazan, Andre and Naresh have also been great company and have left us wanting for nothing. Always service with a smile and a giggle. These people really make you feel part of the family atmosphere it offers. The team are managed by a lovely man Mr Angellos and he drives that family, friendly atmosphere and always has time to stop and ask how you are or share a laugh. Really enjoyed our stay again and sad to be returning today back to England

Great location right on the beach with sun loungers on the sand, plus lovely pool area with same. Free parking, buffet breakfast was great and a la carte food was good too. Food a bit expensive but same everywhere in Ayia Napa. Good shower, comfey bed, nice balcony overlooking the sea. Separate towels provided for room and pool/beach. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival!

Loved everything,super friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist. Tasty pool bar food, and a clean pool that was never crowded even on a weekend day, although it is a bit small. Great beach access, easy parking, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of Ayia Napa but still very good for a good night’s sleep.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern. It is located in a quiet part of the city (a few minutes walk from the city center) and next to a very nice sandy beach. Free car parking with EV charging possibility. The hotel surroundings are clean and well-maintained. The hotel also has its part of the beach with sunbeds only for hotel guests. The room was comfortable with all the necessary equipment. VERY FRIENDLY and KIND STAFF make our stay more comfortable. Delicious food and a nice pool bar with a wide scope of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Some nights were with accompanying thematic programs. The pool was clean with a very nice palm view. In your free time, you can go to the hotel gym or play billiards or ping-pong. It was a pleasure to spend a holiday there.

From the moment we arrived and until we left, we had a fabulous time. Every member of staff we came across was a credit to the hotel. Always greeted with a smile and a chat, from the reception and restaurant staff to the cleaning teams and bar staff, particularly to Petros - who makes the most amazing Mojitos! The rooms were great, cleaned every day, new towels provided, plenty of plug sockets for all your chargers etc. For an all inclusive hotel, the food was very good, lots of choice with every meal and great theme nights as well. Location was ideal, far enough away from the loud bars etc, so always got a good night sleep, but close enough to walk to the beach, or local bars for a drink. Bus stop just outside which was great value for money. Yes, the pool area is a little on the small side, but we never had a problem with finding somewhere to sit. If I was to be really picky then the pool ladders could have done with rubber on them. I find it difficult to get in/out of pools and these ladders proved a bit tricky, were very slippery, but there was always the jacuzzi as an option. Ladies in the spa were very friendly and always asked how your day was going. And all the communal areas were kept spotlessly clean. The gardens were lovely. All in all, we had a fab time and would definitely recommend.

Have unfortunately just checked out after a week long stay and already sat here booking it again for next year! The hotel was absolutely brilliant. Super clean, amazing attentive staff and just so well run. From the man in reception waiting to take your bags, to the 2 girls in the spa, restaurant and bar staff especially Petros who works in the main bar. It was my partners birthday and we came back to our room to find a card and a bottle of wine and fruit hamper. The staff really go above and beyond to make sure you are having the best time. The pool is brilliant with separate Jacuzzi and kids pool, unlike all the other hotels where the pool is bland and commercial looking at the Margadina There is lots of plants and trees and colour and has an amazing atmosphere. The food is amazing and there is always so much choice! I can’t stress enough just how good this hotel is. Thank you Margadina! See you next year! ❤️

The hotel is great, has everything (great pool, tennis court, parking, spa, bars, dinning room, kids playground and kids club) very comfortable for a family, best beach around 7 min walk, good prices for cocktails and beers no need to look outside, pool is lovely, breakfast is good for 4* hotel, staff is great and location is great 5-10 min walk from all the central areas restaurants and bars. the spa offers great deals for massage not expensive better then streets spa, the reception staff very welcoming and gives lot of information. Recommend for families and couples! the population is great, can have a good rest at the pool.

Have just returned from a wonderful 10 day holiday to this amazing hotel.Our first impression was of a bright and spacious reception where we were met by a very friendly lady called Lucy. She checked us in quickly while passing on lots of information and immediately made us feel welcomed. Our room was lovely,very clean,spacious with sandwiches and drinks left in the fridge. It was my birthday whilst there and I was left a bottle of wine,a basket of fruit and a birthday card,a lovely surprise. The pool area ,although not huge was never too busy and the sunbeds were always available, never needing to reserve a bed. The pool bar had a lovely seating area and the staff were friendly and efficient. The cleaners were very good,never intruding for longer than they needed to and our room was kept spotless.The restaurant was amazing and the food was excellent ,lots of choice to a very high standard,we were spoilt for choice and certainly our waistbands expanded during our stay.The restaurant staff were always very helpful and friendly but managed to do their work without interrupting the enjoyment of our dining experience.The bar staff upstairs were fantastic,especially Ali and Iva who worked so hard and efficiently and always very accommodating. The two lovely waitresses in the bar need also to be mentioned,very professional ,friendly and hard working .We had a lovely relaxing time which is what we needed and we will definitely return.Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mon Repos. The staff were very friendly, the apartments are in a great location (Macronissis beach about 10 minutes walk away) and there is a saltwater pool. I stayed early September and had the pool to myself most mornings before 10am. The apartment was very spacious and also clean - the cleaners came once a day during my visit. There was aircon in the bedroom which didn't cost any extra and ensured I stayed cool on a night (it is hot in Cyprus even in September - 37 degrees some days when I was there). I had a lovely big balcony overlooking the pool with 2 sunbeds. The only food I sampled in the bar/restaurant area overlooking the pool was the chicken kebab, which I can highly recommend. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The area around the apartments was quiet at night and I wasn't disturbed, which made for a relaxing holiday. I would not hesitate to stay here again as it was excellent value for money.

Very clean hotel area and rooms, very friendly staff. Always space & silence at the pools, no sunbeds reserved. (A small minus of that; during the week, we did not notice that the swimming pool had been cleaned. There were tissues and garbage at the bottom of the pool.)

We had a fantastic stay from May 19–23. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the attentive and respectful staff. The hotel is cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. Special thanks to receptionists Thoulla and George for their exceptional hospitality. The rooms are comfortable, with balconies that open directly toward the swimming pool—perfect for relaxing. The pool and yard are in excellent condition, adding to the overall charm of the property. Our room was cleaned and tidied daily, and breakfast was a highlight each morning, featuring fresh fruit and a variety of coffee options. The hotel’s photos accurately reflect its condition and views—what you see is truly what you get. While the hotel is a bit away from the center, public transport stops are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to get around. Makronissos Beach is just a 10-minute walk away, ideal for beach lovers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway.

Booked as a last minute stay. The room wasn’t quite ready on arrival and I had to wait 20 minutes or so for the room to be prepared. While waiting, the extremely helpful receptionist Thoulla arranged my pre flight Covid test and recommended a restaurant for dinner with some friends. The one bedroom apartment was lovely. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a veranda that had access to the pool. The pool itself was not busy and the water was a perfect temperature. On the day of departure, I asked for a late check out and this was arranged with no fuss whatsoever and for a reasonable charge. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again soon.

everything was great: - the location a little outside from Ayia Napa, quite und relaxed but two supermarket and some restaurants close by - Mon Repos is very clean and neat, very friendly staff - great swimming-pool, not overcrowded, beach-beds, umbrellas and towels - rooms are spacious, refrigerator, microwave, nice terrace with private seating and beach-beds in the upstairs room - everyday 1l complimentary water bottle - big breakfast buffet with a wonderful outside sitting on the terrace at the swimming pool if you like at quiet and relaxed with all the comfort, this accomodation is the best choice! a huge thank you to the amazing staff, we will come back!

The food has been amazing and I can also highly recommend the chicken tenders in the Famous beach bar and restaurant that’s right next to the pool in the hotel. The staff are great in there too and so friendly. We had a lovely room which was cleaned regularly the shower was fab. The pool is lovely and clean too. We spent a lot of time round the pool and Khim cane round lots asking if we were ok and if we would like a drink he’s now my partners daughters bestie 😂😂 Ana the entertainment staff also did an amazing job too and didn’t mind a 52 year old joining in with the mini disco. My daughter picked this hotel for me and hubby last october, based on it’s location. That was like hitting the vacation lottery. From the beginning we were welcomed like distinguished guests by the hotel reception staff and this, allow me, you don't see it very often. The room on the 5th floor that they assigned us was exactly in the middle, above the swimming pool and the pool bar, as I was dreaming for. The room was big enough, with very comfortable beds. About the room, those ambient blue lights were a touch of surprising cozy elegance. My big surprise and the icing on the cake was the balcony, wider than others, my favourite place at noon for a gin-tonic. And the view… oh, that view! Breakfast was diversified and fresh, comfortable eaten on a spacious terrace. Big pool by the beach, enough sunbeds… can you wish for more?? And last but not least, all staff is there to make your stay the best vacation ever. I can’t wait to go back there! Oh, but wait, I’ll go back there in 10 days, so waiting will not be so hard. This time I’m going with my daughter, girls just wanna have fun!

The whole hotel was spotless and the staff were excellent, especially with the children. It’s right next to the beach and a short walk (5-10 mins) from bars and some amazing restaurants if you’re not all inclusive. The pools were great, with a lovely pool bar. There was so much to do there and pool time/ evening entertainment. We had a double room and it was so comfortable and there was so much space. We couldn’t fault the hotel at all- our stay was everything we hoped for and more.

The hotel is in a quieter area of aiya Napa and is 2 bus stops from the amazing Makronissos beach and a 15 min bus Ride from the more bustling area and harbour. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Breakfast had basically the same food everyday for the 5 days we stayed but dinner had a different theme every night. Would be great if pool hours could be extended. pool opens at 9am and closes at 6pm but the weather is so amazing during June that it was a shame not being able to enjoy the pool for longer and earlier in the morning. The room was comfy and very spacious. Overall was an amazing and relaxing stay.

Die Lage war traumhaft, direkt am Nissi Beach - der Pool ist groß und perfekt - der weiße Sandstrand war sehr sauber mit atemberaubendem klaren Wasser. Wir konnten mit dem Bus direkt vor dem Hotel weg in die Stadt Aya Napa fahren, absolut sehenswert. Es gab einige, gute Restaurants in der Nähe und sehr viele verschiedene in Ayia Napa Stadt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Das "Doppelbett" bestand aus zwei Einzelbetten und ist für Pärchen eher suboptimal. TIP: Mietauto nehmen (Ahoy rent a car - perfekte Abwicklung, auch für 1 Tag möglich) und die Insel abfahren(Lovebridge, Kap Greco, Sea Caves, Strände an der Ostseite usw.) ABSOLUT NEGATIV: Leider wurden die Liegen am Pool schon um 5h in der Früh mit Badetüchern reserviert. Und das Abendessen war immer nur lauwarm!!! Sehr schade, da qualitativ in Ordnung.

We had a fabulous time at Chrysomare Hotel & Resort! We came for a week as two families 2+1, toddlers were 2 and 2.5 years old. We were sad we couldn’t stay longer! It’s a great place for families with young and older kids! Close to the beach, stores, Nissi Beach, etc. There are a few swimming pools, kids room, gym, spa and other activities like evening entertainment. The food was perfect! Hands down! Thank you for the great meals and serving! We loved it! The kids' room was great! Especially the animator Nela who was great at entertaining kids and making them feel welcome and safe! There are many toys and lots of room for kids to play. The only thing that was missing there was the AC! Unfortunately, during hot days the temperature was brutal so Air Conditioning in the Kids' room along with a slide would be a great investment! Indoor pools are great and warm, one feels like a jacuzzi but the outdoor kids' area could use heated water as in April it was cold for kids. Too bad because the whole area is so cool! The last thing that came to mind that was missing a bit was an outdoor playground as most of the kids love it! We found other activities but it would be a nice addition to a great resort. The housekeeping crew was very professional and helpful! We found all staff members to be friendly and kind! All things considered, we are extremely satisfied and we will recommend this place! We would love to come back, too.

The hotel has 3 swimming pools, which are great. If you are looking for shade or you do not want to be in a crowded pool, you can go to the next one. The food was amazing. The Sunbay beach and the Musan underwater museum are in 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel is quite close to the main street, so within a 20-minute walk, you are in the center. NISSI beach is in 25 mins walk. The view from the room is breathtaking, I loved it. If you like to have a relaxing holiday in a nice hotel where the beaches are within walking distance and there are plenty of common areas to hang out, this is your choice.

Fabulous location with own beach if you prefer to sun bathing by the pool. Pool freezing!!A short taxi ride to lively Ayia Napa not within walking distance. Local supermarket just around the corner. The rooms are big and spacious and cleaned every day. Bathroom has two sinks with lots of space for toiletries. Shower not powerful though! The staff are so friendly and a big shout out to Maria in the restaurant, she made us feel so welcome and special every day she was working. She obviously loves her job and is an asset to the hotel. We were on the 4 th floor and the cleaner was so helpful too( didn’t get her name) but deserves a mention.

Very nice new hotel, with a huge and beautiful lobby. There are 2 outdoor (pretty cold for the beginning of March ) and 1 indoor (warm) pool. The room was big with a pool (and sea) view. We have a bathtub in the room and it was amazing =) The room was cleaned every day. The staff is friendly! There is huge underground parking + ground parking. The location is just next to the Vathia Gonia beach and the color of the seawater was amazing there. The breakfast buffet was pretty regular and there was everything you want/need for breakfast. We enjoyed staying in Chrysomare hotel =)

We had a fantastic stay on Limanaki Beach Hotel & Suites! The room was clean and tidy, the cleaning staff was professional and cleaned the room, windows, and toilet everyday with 0 dirt. The food was excellent, delicious and fresh. The staff is available 24/7, they were kind and helpful, and can be contacted to assist in any problem. The hotel is in the center of Ayia Napa, close to the street with all the restaurants and to the main square. The hotel has a private beach, where all cruises take off. There is also a pool with a good restaurant nearby.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Right on the shore. Great restaurants right on the way out. The store is on the other side of the road. The room was clean, cleaned daily. Excellent large balcony with sun loungers. Large swimming pool on site. Good breakfast. The hotel parking is small, I didn’t have any problems, but during the high season it definitely won’t fit everyone, maybe they have some kind of option. Overall, in terms of price-quality ratio, an excellent place, I would definitely stay again.

The rooms were super spacious and we had a lovely terrace a stones throw from the pool. the pool bar and staff were expceptional - so friendly and welcoming - great, reasonably priced cocktails and lunch food here too. You're just far enough from the town to not be bother by any noise but also only a 10-12 minute walk from bars clubs and restaurants. the cleaners were amazing, really thorough cleanse and replens of towels and toiletries everyday.

It was a great vacation in Euronapa!Everything was excellent - staff, food, pool and location. Dinners are very tasty, every evening you have a cusion of different countries. Breakfasts hadn't such a variety, but they have everything you need. The pool is big, clean. Rooms are rather big, cleaning was every day! The perfect beach called Pernera is 10 min by walk. I highly recommend this place.

I recommend this hotel, have good size of rooms with balcony, towels provided. Clean, super nice stuff. Breakfast and dinner were very good, good choices and variety of the food (guys in restaurant super nice, but cleaning ladies and reception ladies helpful as well). Is about 10 min walk to Musan beach or 1 min walk from bus station to get to Nissi beach (about 4 bus stops for 1.50 € or 6 bus stops to Makronissos Beach which we found much nicer & less crowded @ beginning of September). Pool was great (for September) not need to run to reserve sunbeds, big pool with shower near by. We love our stay in this hotel. Ayia Napa Center 15-20 minutes walk to Harbor or City Center, which was no problem if you tired you always could take bus 101 or 102 (bus stop near by) very convenient. Bit further from main street (200 m) so you don't hear all the noise from the street. For late check out you could arrange with reception ladies your luggage they were super nice. Be aware that electricity plugs are as in UK, therefor you can borrow for 2 € plug after your stay they return money back. We absolutely love our stay @ Euronapa. Also great: you can order via QR code drinks and food directly to your sunned. The location of the hotel is perfect, a little outside in a quite erea, but still close to a lot of bars, Restaurants, shops, so you just go out of the hotel and there you can find everything...and only about 10 minute walk or so to the city of Ayia Napa. We had only breakfast, so no idea about evening dining in the hotel, but the city offers so much so no need for us for evening dining. But there a evening buffets with shows(greek night for instance, and you can book them) for only like 20 euros per Person. We highly recomand at least once trying them, great buffets.

We stayed at this hotel, which is located in a beautiful spot. All the main tourist attractions are easily reachable on foot or by bus, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The harbor and numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are just a 15-minute walk away. The hotel has a private beach with the possibility to reserve sunbeds, as well as an outdoor pool and an indoor pool.⠀ ⠀

We loved everything about this hotel: the reception ladies were very nice and helpfull; the cleaning ladies came to the room 2/3 times a day to change towels and clean; the pool/beach boys were very attentive. Everybody smiled at you as you walked by. Breakfast had a lot of food, for all tastes. Beds were very big and comfortable.

Everyone is super nice. Great service over all. Pool area is nice. Well maintained. Beautiful palms. Big pool with waterfalls. Sunbeds. 150cm deep-isch. The poolside bar staff consists of younger men. They will grow in to the service mentality.. The bathrooms under ground by the pool is very practical and clean. Showers also. The gym is one of the better hotelgyms I have seen. Indoor pool as well. The beach is really nice. Child friendly. Great for snorkling. 1 minut flip flop walk from the pool.. On the down side quite a lot of plastic ends up by the shore. Feels trashy. Someone should clean it up every day. Also a lot of stray cats in the area. Feels unsanitary. The trail to Nissi Beach from Sandy Beach stinks from old cat food cans put there by people without a clue. But never mind. Pavlo Napa is great. Really great! Hope to return! Have to return! We haven't visited this hotel for 7 yrs, yet Kostas in the restaurant recognised us straight away! I literally cannot understand some people with their reviews! The hotel is situated on an ideallic beach, where you can take bread and feed the puffer fish by the rocks! Yes the pool is cold, but so is every other pool in the Mediterranean lol. The hotel has had a massive upgrade with their rooms and what a change! The food is absolutely amazing! Different menu every day and hot snacks throughout the day. All inclusive drinks are what you would expect really, but everyone knows what you get so if you are not happy then don't go all inclusive. Marianna the entertainment girl works long hours but always has a a smile on her face. Only downside for us was the evening entertainment, I think it could do with a bit more thought, maybe more interactive with the guests/kids We visited Nissi beach and it was such a disappointment, compared with Sandy Bay where Pavlo is situated. Olympian Dive centre is also situated the hotel. Please Please visit this hotel!! I guarantee you will not regret it!!!!

I came with family for a 2 week holiday, have been here many times before, but from the moment we arrived the experience was fantastic, from checking in with reception, who were so friendly, helpful and efficient, to the service in the pool bar, who again were quick efficient and friendly with a wide selection of drinks available. Service was above and beyond and you are always acknowledged by bar staff, never ignored. Daytime entertainment with marianna and aqua aerobics was a particular favourite with all guests. There's a free gym available 7 days a week and cardiovascular equipment and weights. The buffet style meals in the restaurant, gives you a massive choice of selection, with a constant supply, continuely replenished. The service staff work very hard on presentation, friendliness and efficiency. There are also snacks available between meals, eg burger and chips, omelette and chips, pizza, pasta. All inclusive guests have a voucher for the beach restaurant, which again provides a menu to choose from, with a beautiful view to have lunch. The pool is beautiful and so close to the beach. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Great experience. The staff make the hotel.

Without a doubt, the Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel stands out as the best experience I’ve had. Everything about it was exceptional. The food selection was incredible, offering a wide variety that exceeded expectations. Our room was modern, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The location is also ideal, just a 20 minute walk to the lively bars and clubs, and only 10 minutes on foot to the famous Nissi Beach. The hotel features a fantastic pool area with a great pool bar, and best of all, it’s right on the beach. Sun loungers were always available without the typical morning rush to reserve them, which was a refreshing change. My wife and I genuinely couldn’t find a single fault with our stay. Additionally, the affordable hotel transport and the hotel's proximity to the bus station, markets and pharmacy made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The hotel's bar served up some truly enjoyable drinks. In addition to the delicious food, we were pleased to find that the restaurant was clean and had ample space, creating a comfortable dining environment.

A very lovely hotel! The hotel is in a prime location in Agia Napa and just a short walk from the main bar and restaurant street and the beach. But surprisingly the rooms are quiet and you can’t hear anything from the buzzing night out life. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Because mid of October we’ve been lucky and could enjoy the nice and big pool almost alone. Also the lady Viktoriia on the reception was very friendly and helpful, also the manager of the hotel :) we felt very welcome and will definitely come back !!

This hotel is super clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the lady on the front desk that helped us extend our stay by 4 days.Breakfast buffet is huge and good quality with a nice seating area. Fantastic pool area with a nice bar and restaurant. Hundreds of great restaurants just down the street 2 minute walk. The room has a large patio with pool view with good internet when you get onto it. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a real nice beach which is what we like for the excercise. Quick and easy from the bus stop. We loved our stay here so much we extended it and would stay here again if I were back in Cyprus.

Loved everything about this hotel location,food, all staff. Shops are really close by and the nightlife is a 2 minute walk away. The hotel was really nice, room was okay with big shower and balcony. Really nice amenities - pool with beds and restaurant. Staff was lovely. Food was great, good variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. Location is great, close to the beach and everything nearby, with quiet streets. I was a bit worried about complains about noise, but i requested room facing the opposite site as the pool, and it was truly quiet and great. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

I think the food really lets it down. It tastes bad. That’s why I gave 4 stars. I like the location and how quiet the hotel is. It’s definitely for families or older people not for the youngsters - it’s far from the strip

The pool area is amazing, all rooms have a view over the pool and the beach which is a little further, but easy to walk to. The hotel feels new, the staff is very good and the breakfast was very very good. The hotel rooms do not face the street but the pool area and the sea direction - so no street noise. In any case the area is relatively quite being ~5-10 minutes from Agia Napa center. Right across the street you have 2-3 restaurants, and a relatively large minimarket. We had a rental car and there was always ample parking at the hotel grounds.

The Amethyst delivered so much more than expected. It's a lovely bright clean hotel with great helpful staff. There's a peaceful vibe around the hotel and the pool area is brilliant with a large pool and plenty of sun loungers which is an added bonus for sun worshippers. We stayed in a large terrace room which overlooks the pool with the added bonus of your own sun loungers and it's a really big space to enjoy the early mornings and late nights. The food was fabulous and plentiful. My overall experience was 10/10 and I would definitely return. Well done Amethyst

Breakfast - it was okey, there were so many types of food. Room - it was cleaned everyday. Pool - there is a big pool. There is a beach volleyball curt. There is an "animator / show man guy" who does the morning activities (e.g. sand volley ball, dart, yoga, pool gym, biliard race) and night shows (e.g. fire show, bingo)

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Amazing views! The pool area is calm and relaxing and the pool is never crowded. Amazing location next to the best beach of Ayia Napa, makronissos beach.

Just returned from a fantastic week long stay at Hotel Nestor. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas which is a credit to the housekeeping team. We stayed all inclusive and the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. The swimming pool area was again spotlessly clean and the water crystal clear throughout the week. It was a great size and the premium sun loungers were well worth hiring for the ultimate relax around the pool. Slight pain that no ball games in the pool but to be honest the kids made their own games up and it led to a relaxing atmosphere around the pool. There was darts, putting competition, pool and football tennis activities during the day which the adults and kids both enjoyed. We were lucky that our kids met some other similar aged kids during our stay which kept them entertained throughout the week. Without this it may have been less child friendly. Location wise the hotel is great as it’s close enough to both the beach and the lively parts of town but feels quiet and secluded. All in all would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice pool area and the luxury sun lounges that you rent is super nice. If you didn't want lounge beds there were plenty of sunbeds available for free. We'd prefered to åay the extra for that nice feeling and nice privacy since you did have a little disrance in between. Good with strict policies that no floaties or ball games allowed in the pool to maintain the calm relaxing atmosphere. Christina was a fantastic lifeguard that had such a nice and calm approach to tell guests about the surroundings. She was so good in interactions with guests and made it personally. Pool area was run spotless. Poolbar had good lunch menu for a reasonable price, service was super nice and efficiant. So were the waiters at the restaurant.

I enjoyed very much the facilities, the breakfast, the cleanliness. The location is fabulous, 5 min. walk to Pantachou Beach which is absolutely gorgeous (Ayia Napa main beach) and 5 min. walk to the city centre and the main bus station in Ayia Napa which you can use to go to other beaches like Nissi (12 min. by bus), etc. The room was not very large, but it was very clean. The balcony was amazing. I had a street and sea view regarding October 1st Street and it was a dreamy view. The pool is gorgeous and the Boungavillea flowers around are absolutely amazing. It also has a pool for kids. The gym was nice. So was the mini football/tennis court. There is also an inside pool but is pretty small (more like a spa facility). Breakfast was full of options: sweets, fruits, waffles, meats, different types of cheese, eggs, etc. They also had crepes and waffles. It also has a big parking lot. The room had a hair dryer and a safe.

Our 2nd stay here. Hotel is spotless, rooms are lovely and cleaned thoroughly with comfy beds, the hotel doesn’t allow any noise in the night, the pool area is huge and the cleanest I’ve ever seen with plenty off sunbeds with no need to get up silly times to get a bed. The staff are very pleasant approachable and friendly. The food was lovely for the full 2 weeks we were here. The hotel is in a perfect location it’s quiet but only minutes to the main strip and local beach. The luxury sunbeds over the pool are amazing and not over priced to rent, you got fruit, cold flannel and ice lolly with these beds, we loved these and rented one most days as there was shallow ledge to lay and sunbath in the water at the edge of your beds as it was so hot. Only thing I could fault on our stay was the dark haired lifeguard, she had days where she really wasn’t happy to help and it showed, with not much control of anyone breaking the hotel rules, my husband and 2 men on the luxury beds next to us didn’t get their ice lolly so they asked for it she stormed off to get them and litterely threw them on the sunbeds and walked off, The other lifeguard Christina was on a different level she was very good at her job, lovely to chat to friendly and very helpful. Overall we had an amazing holiday, Hotel Nestor is the only hotel we will return to in Cyprus.

My partner and I just got back from a week at The Nestor Hotel and it was perfect, really good value for money. Hotel and rooms were clean and modern, pool area and seating are beautiful. Location was 10/10, you're just a walk away from the main strip but not too close that you can hear any nightlife. Food was okay, good selection and something for everyone but we only booked for breakfast so can't comment on anything else. Plenty of sunloungers and no towel wars! We even found sunloungers into the early afternoon and you can also pay for the floating beds by the pool. We were a little apprehensive booking near to the Ayia Napa strip thinking it would be loud and full of party-goers but we didn't experience any noise disturbances! Just the sound of quads and buggys which is to be expected. Overall we had a great stay and would defo return!

There are many things we liked: the fact that the hotel was right on the beach, the swimming pool was really nice. Everything was really well thought through: there were fresh water showers on the way from the beach to hotel so you could quickly wash off the salt without going far. There were cafes right on the beach and next to the swimming pool, you could literally spend days in the hotel area without leaving it. The breakfast was very nice too, with variety of food. The hotel stuff was also very nice, friendly and accommodating.

Stayed a week at this little gem of a hotel. Arrived a bit later than the AI dinner service but was promtly given a snack bag by the reception staff. We were in the studios/apts at the back of the hotel and they were excellent. Loads of space for our toddler to run around and a great travel cot for the wee one aswell. Bed was comfy, rooms cleaned to a great standard on a daily basis and housekeeping staff always went out their way to give our daughter a little smile and a wave. Plastics at the pool glasses at the napa crown, made sence however would have prefered pints rather than halves when it came to the beer on the AI however not going to grumble to much anout that. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, lunch and dinner service at the nelia beach was outstanding and was a nice touch for gardens guests to be able to stau and enjoy the evening entertainments along with AI drinks. The pool area was great, not massive and sunbeds where always available. Reception made our last day a bit more easier by granting us a late checkput, we had to move rooms for it but it allowed us to get freshened up propely before a long night of traveling home. Alot of complaints about bar staff on here but we never had any issues, smile at them, say hi and they will do the same in return, they are there to do a job and they do it well. Massive fan of the gardens and we hope to return in 2025! Keep up the great work ladies and gents!

We had a good stay here with good breakfast, good pool and good service. Hotel has its pool lifeguard that actually pays attention. We had only three nights here, but didn't find any flaw. Everything is close enough, like the store in front of the hotel.

Parking without any problem right next to the hotel, spacious room with a view of the pool. The hotel is a bit out of the way and it was quiet, but it was off-season. In the room there was a fridge, coffee, tea and wide offer for the breakfast. There weren't too many people, so breakfast right by the pool

This hotel truly has the best location you can find in Ayia Napa—right in the heart of the city! Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes to the lively bars and clubs, and surrounded by great restaurants. Everything you need is right at your doorstep. The hotel itself was incredibly convenient and well-equipped. We dined at all of their on-site restaurants—Megu, Frankie’s, Avra, Lorenzo’s, The Bakery Co., and Gloria Jean’s—each offering fantastic food and service. Our room was ready upon arrival, and the receptionist was welcoming and informative, explaining all the hotel facilities and their opening hours. The room was spotless, with fresh-smelling linens, modern bathrooms, and very comfortable for the three of us traveling together. The hotel has two beautiful pools (plus a separate kids’ pool), two bars, and a lovely outdoor lounge area where we found ourselves relaxing every day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located stay in Ayia Napa. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel located in the city surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops.. Less than 10 minutes comfortable walk from the beach. Working and easily adjustable aircon. Comfortable beds and well soundproofed rooms. Great choice of breakfasts and outstanding dinners. Reasonably priced drinks. Good size pools (2 bigger ones, 1 jacuzzi, 1 baby pool). There is live music every evening. Very helpful and attentive staff. There is a shop/bakery on site with a great choice of fresh sandwiches, salads and cakes.

For the first time i have to mention that the pictures on booking.com don’t do justice to the hotel. The actual property looks a lot better! It’s actually a beautiful and clean hotel with a spacious lobby and massive swimming pool. The rooms are extremely ergonomically designed which i loved. Despite being in the center of the village with all the happenings around (Luna Park next door, loud bars and restaurants etc) the soundproofing is quite effective and you can get an ok night sleep. It is still noisy but you stay at this place to party at night and rest during the day by the pool. No complains. Amazing food selection at breakfast. Innovative ideas like serving snacks, wraps etc. and last but not least the stuff. Most of the genuine Cypriots with typical cordiality, willing to help with any request. Very friendly and welcoming.

Amazing hotel! Clean room and it is being cleaned daily, with a set of new towels and refill of everything needed. Comfortable bed and I must thank the staff for meeting my request to get a double bed because I'm pregnant and I need a comfortable place to rest. Safe box is available free of charge, a keetler and tea/coffee, great Wi-fi and awesome air-condition. Also, the receptionists were there for us with kind advices if we needed anything. The location is the best in the area, right in the heart of the Ayia Napa and Nissi Avenue, very close to the bus stations and the beach. There is no noise from the street if you close the window which is always the option because you will need an air-condition the most of the time. The breakfast and the dinner are delicious and various and the staff in the restaurant is extremely nice and fast, they make sure there is enough food all the time and to clean the tables. Restaurant manager Antonio was the best! The pool is very nice for relax and some slow swimming, there are comfy beds and sunbeds with umbrellas free of charge. All in all, we had a great time in this hotel and it helped us have enjoyable vacation.

Our vacation was amazing, and the hotel met all the criteria we were looking for. I had requested a high-floor room in advance, and they kindly gave me one, which I absolutely loved <3 Location – Perfectly situated in the city center, just a short walk from everything. The amusement park is only about 3 minutes away. The only places a bit farther are Nissi Beach and the Waterpark, but both are easily reachable by bus. Staff – Very friendly, communicative, and always helpful. Cleanliness – This was especially important for me, and the hotel delivered. The room was spotless, and towels were changed every day. Pool – A medium-sized, clean pool with a nice atmosphere. It’s a great spot to relax, enjoy some sun, or have a sunbed break after swimming.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Excellent location in the city center, lovely room, hygiene at a high level – the rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels are provided daily, which is very important, especially during the summer. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. What I would praise the most is the great atmosphere in the hotel and the very friendly staff (special greetings to our favorite receptionist 🥰 and of course Christo), who truly made our vacation better and made us feel at home. Nice pool and a perfect spot to relax after the beach, with a bar and the best cocktails in town (also thanks to Christo haha 🫶🏻). This is the final day of our 10 day stay at this hotel. From beginning to end it has been a very pleasant stay. The receptionist Demetea was very accommodating in changing my room due to mobilty problems and room was changed next morning after arrival. Nick at the pool bar made us some amazing cocktails. I would also like to thank the whole team at the hotel who were so professional and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was always first class and very varied. The pool bar lunch was also delicious. Thank you so much and hopefully see you again in the future. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice, the bar had good cocktails, the pool nice, although we didn't go in the busy hours, it was clean. For the rooms that are near the pool I guess it was even better for the view and the vibe. The breakfast was very good, it exceeded our expectations and the staff was very friendly, for us even more as there were romanians in the staff. :) The room was cleaned daily, which was helpful because of all the sand, and also fresh towels every two days plus products for you in the bathroom. I loved that we had coffee, and tea in the room, very nice. The location of the hotel is very good, close to bus stations, big stores, and 10 min walk to a great beach, Melissi Beach. It was very good for us and I would definitely go back there. I think the price was fair for the facilities we had overall.

Our experience at Tasia Maris Oasis Hotel was simply outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Every interaction felt genuine, and it was clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern and stylish décor that creates a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spotless, well-equipped, and had a lovely view. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. Breakfast lunch and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The dining area was clean, well-organised, and the staff there were just as attentive and polite as those at reception. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach, shops, and nightlife, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you need it. The pool area had a relaxing vibe as well. Overall, Tasia Maris Oasis Hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. We left with great memories and will definitely be returning. This hotel was really nice, bright and modern and very clean. The staff made us very welcome in the bar and restaurant, especially Georgi and Nic who makes the most amazing 'Nic special cocktails ! The food was of a good quality and variety We were a party of four all in our sixties. The location was ideal, close to shops, bars and restaurants and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The only down side was that the hotel was on a hill, though doable was difficult for our friend who has slight mobility issues. Also the pool is one depth, not graduated for someone with mobility issues or is not a strong swimmer like me. I'm 5 foot tall and it was well over my height for me to be able to put my feet down to touch the bottom. I would still give this hotel top marks though, they deserve it.

The morning shift female receptionist was so gentle and helpful, she went out of her way to call our excursion company to double check that transportation was on their way. The breakfast and dinner buffet staff was very friendly, food was very fresh and delicious with a huge variety. We appreciated that the hotel upgraded our room for free with a huge patio overlooking the ocean view. We enjoyed the pool very much and the additional amenities were excellent, including the showers, gym & luggage room. We were still able to use these amenities after we checked out that same day. Amazing value for being in the heart of Ayia Napa, walking distance to everything, and lovely beach hotel ambiance.

Everything was perfect, we had a great time at Aktea Beach Village! The food is amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's very close to the Nissi Beach and Sandy Bay Beach just 5 minutes walk. The view from the pool is beautiful to the sea and the pool is very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone!😊

Great location, 5 min walking from Nissi beach and close to restaurants on the main avenue. The atmosphere was very relaxing with very nice gardens in the village. The pool was clean, and the temperature of the water was perfect, enough sunbeds around the pool. The breakfast was 5*.

The parking facilities were excellent! The room was clean and its layout was really good, we could rest and keep an eye on our kid at the same time. There was a kitchen which was very practical. The kids pool is really close to the adult pool and we could sit in the middle and enjoy both. There's also a mini market on site offering anything all the basics.

Room is good enough, clean with towels. Hotel is between 2 beaches (5-10min walk) Have nice pool also for kids one small. There are available towels for beach/pool with vaucer. Food was perfect, always fresh and diverse of diferent cousines. Every night was some event organized (tematic music, dance, fun..)

Perfect choice for a family vacation! We made the right choice with this hotel – the location is excellent, just a 5–8 minute walk to the beach and very close to the center. The hotel is extremely family friendly, and even though we are a family of five with a baby and two kids, we felt completely relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The rooms are always clean, towels and bed linen are changed daily, and the staff is exceptionally kind. Breakfast is high-quality and diverse, with plenty of options for both adults and children. A special thanks goes to Mr. Antonio, who welcomed us warmly every day in the restaurant and surprised us with fresh fruit for the baby and kids. He also takes care of the beautiful garden and flowers around the pool, which give the hotel a lovely charm. The reception staff were very friendly, and even the owner personally greeted us – a wonderful gesture that adds to the feeling of warmth and hospitality. In short, the hotel has everything a family with small children might need, and we didn’t miss a thing. Truly great value for money – 10/10. We’ve already decided that next year we’ll come back to the same place and stay in the same hotel again, because everything was just perfect!

We’re deeply grateful to the team at Corfu Hotel, especially Jenni and everyone who made our stay so wonderful! The staff is friendly, attentive, and highly professional. We travel often, and after our first stay in 2021, this quickly became one of our favorite hotels. The views are stunning, the spacious courtyard is filled with flowers and palm trees, and the stylish bar with great music adds to the cozy atmosphere. The pool with hydro features was a real treat. The hotel’s location is perfect - close to Ayia Napa’s main attractions and public transport for trips to nearby cities. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and fresh-smelling, with snow-white linens, frequent towel changes, a clean bathroom, slippers, hair dryer, TV, and fridge. The food was excellent, with a great variety for breakfast and dinner. A special thanks to Jenni for making my birthday unforgettable - with a delicious cake and the warmest greetings that will stay with us forever. Corfu Hotel is, without a doubt, the best in Ayia Napa💥. We’ll definitely be back!

Had such a wonderful stay. 😀😀Everything was perfect. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable. The pool area was beautiful with enough space and sun beds for all the guests. This is one of the few hotels where I can actually commend the impeccable staff. Firstly a huge well done to the kitchen staff who prepared delicious food for both breakfast and dinner. All meals were plentiful and extremely welcoming with a huge selection for all tastes, especially the breakfast. Also would like to extend a huge thanks to Mr Antonis for his warm welcome every time he saw us. He would always ask, not only after our well being, but all the guests, making it a priority in his extremely busy day. He couldn’t have been more attentive!!! .lIt’s extremely rare to find this kind of customer service and I have stayed in many hotels throughout Europe.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They always said good morning. Antonis in the dining room made sure everything ran efficiently and nothing we asked for was too much. The reception staff were also very helpful. The deluxe room had a wonderful view of the sea and a large balcony where we could sit in the morning and evening. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was just right. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided when needed. The areas downstairs were also very clean and there was always someone cleaning in the foyer or dining area. The pool was clean and there were always sunbeds available. There was always a lifeguard on duty. The hotel was exactly what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the hill and there were always sunbeds available.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay! We originally booked a standard room, but the hotel staff kindly upgraded us to a beautiful Kaliva suite on the beach. The suite was spotless, spacious, and came with a private pool, which made our stay extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location couldn’t be better – right on the beach and close to everything we needed. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

The room with a large balcony and sea view was as expected. The cleaners do a great job, hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast is varied and excellent. Breakfast can be enjoyed outdoors near the pool. The swimming pool is a good size and there are plenty of sun loungers. Good selection of refreshing drinks at the pool bar. Amazing hotel. We booked room With direct sea viev which was so so amazing. Room Was very Clean And we had everything what we need. I like High quality olive soap And shampoo. Reception staff Greet us so professionally and kindly. They gave us even more than we expected. Pool was amazing specially the sunbeds in the water. From pool is also amazing viev to the Sea. Hotel offers really High quality compare to neighbour one which we also stayed in. Staff very profesional. Breakfast very good lot of choice And kind staff. I like waffels in breakfast so si tasty And I didnt see it in different hotels

The staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms always well cleaned. The option to join for the lunch and dinner buffet was convenient and the food was freshly made. The prices for drinks very reasonable. The hotel is on the beach which allows for easy access. The swimming pool is well appointed in terms of accessibility to the dinning area which permitted hotel guests to stay the entire day around the pool if the so wished. This was also a great plus for families with young children.

Everything was excellent - the room was very clean, big, with everything it needs - comfy bed, AC, TV, toiletries, a kitchen corner with cutlery, a toaster, etc., and a nice balcony as well with a view to the pool and garden which were also very lovely. The breakfast was delicious with a broad selection of foods which we enjoyed every morning on the terrace. The people at the reception were welcoming, friendly and very attentive to our needs. They also have a nice little gym, room service, a restaurant and a bar with very good prices, but there are also several supermarkets and restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and relaxing in the sunbeds and hammock there. The greenery, palm trees and the whole outdoor setup made for such a nice view and experience. The place is a 10 minute walk away from Makronissos beach and around 25-30 minutes' walk away from Nissi beach which are the best 2 beaches in Ayia Napa. If you want to reach the center or other areas there is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel (1.5 euros per single ticket). I highly, highly recommend this place and would love to come back here, as everything was perfect!

Honestly, this place was incredible! What was intended to be a quick, cheap and easy getaway to organise our wedding for next year turned out to be the highlight of our trip! How this is a 3 star on here I will never know. The rooms are incredible so clean, fresh, roomy and everything you need! The entire place had such a relaxed, laid back calm atmosphere and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly too! A lot of English speaking guests and very family friendly. Perfect pool, even allow floats and food and drink around the pool. I actually couldn’t wait to write this review it was perfect! Would absolutely come back again and recommend to anyone wanting a lovely stay.

The staff was friendly and polite, the pool was great, the complex very well mantained. They clean the rooms on a daily level, throw the garbage out, and change the towels and sheets. Its vicinity to all the famous beaches like Macronisos, Landa, Nissi, Ayia Thekla was of great importance to us. Our room had a pool view and with a little overlook to the sea. I also liked that the hotel has a small library from which you can choose your reading and enjoy while you are staying there. I would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

We loved our room! It was cozy, spotlessly clean, with new towels provided daily and linen changed every couple of days. The housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly and took great care in maintaining the rooms to a very high standard. It felt like the room was magically cleaned the moment we stepped out—12 out of 10 for their efforts! Bravo! The view of the pool from our terrace was wonderful, and the evenings were quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. The pool itself was also very clean and well-maintained, and the WiFi worked well throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Plus, there's a bus stop nearby that makes getting to the Ayia Napa-Protaras area really convenient.

Loutsiana is in good location in case you are going on trips from Agia Napa, but don't want to stay in Agia Napa center. Nice and modern room, very good breakfast buffet (the only thing I missed were fresh fruits) and a good pool area. If your flight is leaving only in the evening, there's a luggage storage and you can stay by the pool. They even let you use a shower for free! The intercity bus to Larnaca stops at the water park stop, about 500 meters away. A tip; close by there is a nice restaurant called the Garden of Eden.

Brilliant stay, staff were welcoming and accommodating. Our rooms were cleaned every day and new towels were given. Plenty of sun beds and never a problem finding a bed at any time of day. On the first night we had a problem with a party being quite loud at 5am which was expected but staff and security spoke with them and resolved the issue for us promptly. Lovely play areas for children and smaller pool was good. All inclusive was good, plenty of options in the restaurant. Feel like the snack options by the pool could have been a bigger variety but again not a big issue. Unlimited ice cream and drinks was a huge win for our 5 year old. My partner loved his stay so much he would like to go back again. No complaints from us as a family of 3.

Leaving today after spending 10 great days here. Cannot fault anything, but special mention must be given to the dining room staff. They work very hard and efficiently and always with a big smile on their faces. Thanks also to Ravii in the pool bar. Always smiling and remembers what you are drinking and good for a chat if he wasn’t too busy. The food at all meals was very nice with many options and the staff were very helpful to people with dietary problems. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day and all areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. The WFi strength is good but a little weaker in the pool area. The hotel is so handy for the local nightlife and restaurants. Overall a great time has been had and would definitely visit this hotel again.

Everything was perfect for family holidays. Only small thing that i didnt like was the pool bar. Snacks were really below the standards of the hotel. They want you to pay for ice cream or shakes or really cheap stuff. I didnt understand the benefit of the hotel by getting paid to coffee at the pool bar while serving beer for free…

I really liked my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - crowded streets, bars, luna park. The room was always clean, the staff was friendly and nice. I really liked the pool and pool bar. Our dinners were tasty.

Really liked the hotel! Rooms were comfortable and cosy, air conditioning was a god send, shower was great! Cleaners came every day and are friendly along with all the other staff! Pool is lovely and clean but can get busy and sometimes there wasn’t enough sunbeds. The pool bar offered lots of seating though! The hotel in general was so modern and stylish and brilliant location! Lost 1 star for the food, in my opinion it was cold and bland and chicken was slightly pink the night we ate there! But my Dad really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Overall would recommend but am happy we didn’t book all inclusive

Ligger nära centrum, lite längre från de fina ständerna men de var inga större problem att ta sig dit till fots. Enda klagomålet man skulle kunna ha är att det byts lakan och handdukar var tredje dag vilket var lite snålt men med tanke på priset för hotellet är vi otroligt nöjda med vår vistelse. Poolen är dessutom väldigt bra med trevlig poolbaren. Lite snålt med köksutrustning men man klarar sig ändå utan problem tyckte vi! Åk till Evabelle för att få ett prisvärtboende!!!

Amazing and helpful staff. The room was always clean. Great atmosphere during the day at the pool with friendly staff behind the the pool bar. The location was perfectly close to all the restaurants and bars with a two minute walk to the strip where all the bars and clubs are. Highly recommended. Definitely going back.

Stuff was nice and hotel views. Good location. Big minus was loud music from pool bar. Actually it was hard to even talk with friends at the pool because music was so loud from 09:00 to 21:00. Sometimes music started to play even 8am. Cleaning was bad, cleaners didn’t do dishwashing, not even once in a one month. Sheets got changed hardly once in a week, and cleaner didn’t even make the bed like anyhow, it was mess everyday.

The room was big enough, clean and well-maintained. we liked the view of the city and the view of the pool. The big pool is also another advantage of the hotel.

Everything! We choose Stamatia Hotel for our wedding stay. I would like to highlight the kindness of the reception staff and the restaurant also. The view was amazing from our top floor room. It was also very clean, the breakfast was great, also the dinner. The bar was also nice, one evening was great greek program in the pool area. Close to the sea and very modern. We tried also the massage it was also great we recommened. All in all fantastic Hotel!!😍Thank you!!😍

Gym room is very simple and few machines did not work therefore we did not enjoy the gym. The tennis table is very far from a swimming pool and therefore no one was playing it. It should be next to the swimming pool so to bring the life to the swimming pool area. There is a door behind a swimming pool area from where you can exit hotel to cut short way to the beach but it was CLOSED. Staff were very polite and helpful. Generally it is a quite simple hotel for good value of money.

Location, attentiveness of staff, sunny balcony with good view, pool area, pool food and drinks, happy hour.

I was there a few weeks ago but forgot to review, but I wanted to because we had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Marina, like anybody else does before you go away on holiday I read the reviews and was abit dubious about Benidorm but we had such a great time for the 5 nights we stopped. The staff were absolutely superb, the room and cleaning staff were great, around the pool was fantastic with the huge screen TV to watch the sport whilst the resident DJ played some class house music throughout the day and the entertainment in the white star pub was brilliant, I live a tribute act and saw Elton John and Michael Jackson. Yes there is people trying to sell you drugs on the main strip which is a 2 minute walk away but it's no different to say Blackpool in England, you just politely say no and they don't bother you whatsoever. We went self catering and had breakfast everyday at planet Benidorm over the road, was 8 euros for a huge breakfast and a pint in the sun everyday, what more can you want? The old town is a nice gentle 10 minute stroll littered with bars and restaurants on the way, the seafront is just a 2 minute walk and has some lovely cocktail bars and all the usual shops to get your gifts and water for your room etc. I'll be definitely staying at the Marina again though, for the price, service and vibe it far exceeded my expectations so thanks guys, see you next year in 2026!!!

I requested a room away from lifts/stairways for peace away from other guests and they gave me the perfect room- if you'd shown me the whole hotel and given me an unlimited choice I'd have gone for 403, the one I got! The room had a spectacular panoramic sea view over 180 degrees, was a very pleasant place to relax. The decor is a bit dated and tired but - and this is a big bonus- the bed was actually a double bed rather than two singles slid together which has become commonplace. The pool was pretty decent, the buffet breakfast was OK.

We only stayed for 5 days in February, so we didn’t use the pool or any of the facilities. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We were given twin beds. They were comfy enough. The thin quilt was amazingly warm. Fresh towels daily even though we didn’t request them. The breakfast was okay. I’ve had better, but there was enough of a range to satisfy. I definitely would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at Christonfinia. Whilst the exterior may not look as fancy as surrounding hotels, the rooms are modern and comfortable, the pool and swim up bar are great and the breakfast in the morning was one of the best I’ve had (crepe bar!)

Hotel itself has been recently upgraded so is in great condition, swim up bar at pool was great but breakfast was dreadful.

Beautiful hotel, clean premises,we found all staff very friendly and polites, key location only 5 mins away from the beach and a short bus ride to the city centre. Loved the swim up bar!

Me and my boyfriend came here for our second holiday away together, we were made to feel soooo welcomed. The food, cocktails and rooms (cleaned everyday) were unreal. The staff are amazing and the swim up bar always have anything we ask for. You are always able to get sunloungers, which was a main priority for us, and everyone is so friendly. Will definitely be back!!

Late arrival nearly 24hrs.12. check.in fine Bar just finished all inclusive so had to pay 🫣so only 1 beer after a long day . Then bar closed as I went for second ☹️. Room better than I thought over looking the entrance.quiet enough. Breakfast food ok plenty to choose from sausage not English more hotdogs .staff friendly in restaurant. As all inclusive afternoon meals were ok Bar snax available ..by pool Evening food got a bit 🫣☹️ nuggets and chips..even for a fussy eater. Pool great warm enough . Pool bar great some very welcoming 😊😊😊 from the bar staff . Pool snax available .. burgers are good.. overall ok . It's a good 45 min walk to the strip ayia Napa . taxi 20 euro each way . minimum. Buses cheap if they stop 🫣☹️.. pool bar staff work hard . Expect 5 euro a pint it's not cheap in Cyprus.

The room was very cozy and it was obvious that it had been renovated. There was a room with a side sea view. Friendly and polite staff. The hotel exceeded my expectations, updated and nice area, swimming pool, access to the beach.

Nice hotel 10 minutes walk from the center of Ayia Napa. Room was not large but clean and functional, the beds are super comfortable, and with a balcony to the sea and pool. Staff was friendly, except when we checked in and realized we got rooms on the 1st floor when we consistently asked for upper floor, and we arrived right at 2pm when checkin starts. This was however settled after talking to the manager who was very helpful. Pool is large and great, bars near the lobby and the rooftop were wonderful as well. We loved the theme nights by the pool with music and shows. Breakfast was great. Overall we liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay.

We had a truly amazing vacation The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful beach and a large, inviting pool. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from every day – something for everyone! What made our stay even more special were the staff members. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and we especially want to mention Kyria Andri and kyrios Vasilis seeing their warm smiles every day was such a joy.

The bedroom was amazing and i liked a lot that it had shower and a bath tub also. The pool is big and you have an amazing view of the beautiful beach. Also the breakfast includes everything. I can say for sure that I am visiting again the Hotel.

We had a lovely time at the hotel and looking forward to many more. Friendly staff, clean and upgraded facilities, absolutely adored the bathroom in our room, enjoyed the huge pool and sandy beach. The view was absolutely breathtaking from our balcony. Will definitely visit again.

Very nice pool! With very few people in the pool. The food was quite good, on every meal I found very-very good buffet. The manager was extremely friendly. We had wedding anniversary, and they suprised us with a bottle of wine, and roses on the bed. :-) They helped us in every need. We go back for sure. Much better then in a huge hotel chain. it was great! The beach is close, the bus stop is 20 meters. You can walk to the centre and to the shops. Ideal location. Room: clean, nice.

Fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from the sandy Pantachou beach, 15 minutes walk from the harbour. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff is fantastic, they are all very friendly and kind. The food was excellent as well. Great variety of breakfasts and different style dinner every day - all very delicious. Pool area is always clean, we really enjoyed swimming and resting here with some drinks from poolbar. Rooms are also very clean. Amazing hotel and staff, totally recommended.

Everything. It’s close to beach, and it is close to the city. You have a bus station by the hotel. You can rent the beach towels so you don’t have to bring yours. Staff is super friendly and always ready to give you needed informations and recommendations. Breakfast has good selection of food (eggs made in two-three ways, fresh fruits, yogurt- plain, with fruits, cakes in glass, potatoes, grilled vegetables, sausages, croissants, little pastries, salads, cured meats, three kinds of cheese, coffee and juice machines, sweet cakes and jams, sweet spreads etc…). Room is cleaned regularly, pool is super clean and is never crowded. At the beach you can rent two beds and umbrella for 7.5 €. We also visited Nissi beach, it is reachable with the bus, it comes every 10-15 minutes and it costs 1.5 € per ticket. We took Kapnos shuttle bus from airport to Ayia Napa for 10€ per person, 45’ ride. It was our first time in Ayia Napa, and we will be back next year at this same hotel for sure.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, and the location is beyond fantastic —just a 4-minute walk to the beach. When we arrived, the staff was extremely professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. The room was even better than the beachfront ones, and despite arriving two hours early, it was already prepared and ready for us. At night, when we requested a change of bed, they were very cooperative. The breakfast was outstanding, truly exceptional. The room itself was beautiful, well-designed, and included all the essential amenities. The wardrobe was spacious, the bathroom exceptional, and the air conditioning functioned flawlessly, ensuring a very comfortable stay overall. General Impressions: ✅ Excellent location —just 8 minutes from the city center ✅ Delicious food —quality and variety were amazing ✅ Outstanding staff —helpful, respectful, and professional ✅ Great swimming pool —well-maintained and relaxing If I visit Ayia Napa again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay at this hotel!

The receptionists initial reaction to me wanting to check in at 2pm (on time) was not friendly. The pool area was very clean and plenty of sun beds. However, it would have been nice to have been able to relax at the pool without a member of staff (same member of staff), on numerous occasions asking to see my room key and number of room.

Lovely hotel, nice sea view, reasonable breakfast, very reasonable price. Nice gym - pool costs extra unfortunately. Per hour.

I stayed for a week on half board. + nice view of the pool and sea from balkony + access to the beach + friendly staff + near shops/restaurants + breakfast buffet good (though dinner buffet not so good and became same-ish) + value good (at least the rate I got)
