I quite like it. The rooms are nice, modern and clean. Only disappointment is that for the first room, we had a smart TV connected to the internet, with access to Netflix, streaming, etc. For the second room, it was the same TV but it wouldn't connect to internet. When I called the reception, I was told that most of the smart TVs don't connect to Internet and thus the smart features are useless. 24/7 room service is nice. I actually prefer staying here vs. most hotels in Tijuana. When they say check in before 7, they mean it. I arrived in the evening thinking my room would be available, and it wasn't.

Arrived in evening about 9pm. Reservation was located quickly and check-in was quick and efficient. There food available, which is good. No other food option available with the exception of a gas station mini mart. Hotel is more of a motor inn. Your room is above your garage. Staff was accommodating and spoke English. The room was very spacious. Very modernistic shower, not for the modest it is clear glass and fully visible from the main room. Nice touch it did have a couch. Location is on a main highway. I would stay again.

Room was clean and stuff to help us was nice also, it's nice because it have he's own private parking you close the gate from inside plus they have service at the room if you wanna order food they have a menu.. ( didn't try the food) but room it's big and bathroom and shower clean and separate doors for both nice distribution nice curtains you can't tell if it's day or night very spacious.

first of all I made a previous review however, I resent that review because I made a mistake when I looked at the price on booking now I was looking at pre-tax so I thought I was not being honored the booking now price however, I was offered the booking our price I just didn’t realize I made a mistake

If you have a car then Motel Via is your best option. You get you own one car garage. Its a really big updated room, very clean with AC. Take a Uber to the malls nearby. The have English speaking staff. I would recommend Motel Via to my friends and stay here again.

I love everything about it. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi the TV, the bed and all the accessories they had in my disposal.

The house was amazing, very confortable and clean, we found everything we need in the kitchen to prepare food, bedrooms and restrooms were clean and confortable. The access to the beach it was a little complicated for the old members of my family however there are few free beaches near and we decided to go there with the cars and explore the area. The sea was warm and very clean as well. I recommend this place. (Some areas in the complex are still in development and construction but it doesn't affect the quiet environment) Mr. Rafael was very attentive from the beginning and he provided the access key for the front gate and a radio to be in contact with him if any other request or needs, available 24 hours.

It is authentic to stay in the middle of a vineyard. Listen to the sound of silence and wildlife. This is what Cuatro Cuatros hotel offers you.

The best part was the contact with the nature, the suite and the staff. Poor WiFi sign in the rooms but it was ok.

We loved that the kids were able to swim and we were able to supervise them from a distance. Property has a grill and fire pit. If you are traveling with a family, this is a great option.

Someone was there to let us in right away

The only thing is .this is a motel which is nice but you need to have a key in case you go somewhere .you don't want no one to get in into your room that's for sure other then that it was great room service very good

Overall we had a great time, but it didn’t start off well. As a couple reviewers noted, we weren’t aware that there are three hotels on this property and, of course, we booked the one that doesn’t have a pool (Atico). I think this information needs to be more explicit on Expedia's site (and on the hotel's website as well) and/or in the booking because we were very disappointed when we discovered our error. Thankfully, we talked with the staff and they were kind enough to hook us up with daily access to one of the pools for a nominal fee. Problem solved. We had to drive to it every day because it’s a sprawling property, but it was easy. Plus the pool is worth it; It’s small but refreshing and in the middle of a beautiful vineyard, flanked by a massive oak tree. The friendly staff supplied us with all the wine we wanted. It was never crowded - one day we had the pool completely to ourselves. The only other negative was: lots of stairs. Our room was on the second floor and even the bed in the room was in a loft. We brought our two dachshunds, so we were carrying dogs up and down stairs a lot. I actually appreciated the exercise, but be prepared for stairs - there were no ground floor rooms or elevators at Atico. Overall, it’s a lovely property, the staff is super friendly, the restaurants on site are really good (Fauna definitely deserves their “Best Restaurant Mexico 2023” award from 50 Best), and their Ocho wine label puts out some delicious wines. Big Disappointment: This trip was for my birthday. I have been wanting to visit Valle for years. Bruma was in my top 3 hotels. The property itself is beautiful and huge. The room description provided on Expedia was not the room I got. It said 700 sq ft room, this was a much smaller room. Basically a bed and a bathroom, so maybe 200 sq ft. Not sure if this is Expedia's error or the hotels. Book directly with the hotel so there is no confusion. Other cons, no tv and shower hot water was spotty. No lock on the bedroom door inside. We were in the room and a maid walked in after the room had been cleaned around 5ish. Not sure for what. Also please note there are hotels within a hotel here and the Bruma Casa 8 is separate. If you do not book those rooms specifically you do not get the resort access, like to the pool, gym or bike use. Ive never heard of such a thing. Only certain rooms get resort access. We asked to use the pool and were denied. I would have even paid for day use. It was a Thursday how busy could the pool have been with only 8 casas? Staff was hit and miss. If you could find someone to help they were sometimes helpful. Given the hotel options in Valle, I would def choose different next time.

Las instalaciones del hotel son espectaculares, con una arquitectura que combina a la perfección lo lo natural, creando un ambiente de paz y lujo en cada rincón. Bruma lo tiene todo. Desde la comida exquisita hasta las catas de vino, cada experiencia fue más impresionante que la anterior. Realmente vale la pena hacer un viaje solo para vivir todo lo que este lugar ofrece. Fue una escapada que superó todas nuestras expectativas, y sin duda, ya estamos planeando regresar. ¡Altamente recomendado!

We are absolutely in love with Bruma! We have stayed at both Villa Montaña and Casa Ocho rooms. They are absolutely incredible. The service is incredible, the property is gorgeous, and the food and wine are some of the best you will get in the Valle. The architecture is also beautiful and the rooms are well built (good construction, plumbing, internet, etc.) Many thanks to Ruth, Maria, and Luis for making our stay extra special. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip in the Valle!

Una experiencia única entre los viñedos del Valle de Guadalupe. El hotel Bruma es sin duda el mejor de esa zona. Me hospedé en una habitación en la sección de Casa Montaña a lo alto de una lomita y la vista era insuperable. Estuve 5 noches y todos los días comí en sus dos restaurantes: Fauna y Wine Garden, ambos de primer nivel, tanto por la calidad de sus alimentos así como la ingeniosa preparación de los platillos. Sin duda una experiencia que debe vivirse.

Gorgeous property, with rooftop decks and fire pits located right on the ocean with unique rooms and stunning views. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a range of amenities to enhance your stay, a pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean, and comfortable rooms.

It was perfect!! We always stay at Rosarito Beach hotel but never again this by far exceeds it. My daughters loved it we all did. The guy that helped us I for got his name but he was excellent he made sure we were comfortable he allowed my girls to do a fire pit. He kept the jacuzzi nice and hot all night. He had an extra room that was attached to ours that didn’t sell out that night and he came and offered it to us my girls were so happy to have their own privacy not with Mom and dad! honestly when do things like that ever happen never!!! I’m so glad we found this gem I would recommend this place to everyone I’m trying to go back in two weeks and stay longer. Loved it!

We stayed at Casa Playa Baja for 5 days and I could not get enough! Everything was perfect and not to mention, clean! Our beds were so comfy and our sheets and comforter smelled just out of the dryer! The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The property is located in a small quiet town and it sits right next to the ocean. I spent such a great relaxing time there. Def will be coming back!

Gorgeous property and superb service! Dave was more than gracious to assist us as we arrived and got oriented to the property. We had an opportunity to tour most of the property. Every villa has it’s own charm, but equally lovely. We look forward to returning with more friends soon!

This property was awesome. It was about 8 minutes from puerto Nuevo. It was clean, pretty views, the house was stocked with everything we needed. Great for big families and small families alike. It was me my husband our infant daughter and our dog. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Stayed here with dear friends to celebrate our birthdays and all 6 of us were blown away by the beauty of it All! Even though it rained the the entire time it never deterred us from enjoying everthing the valle has to offer. The staff here are so kind and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and delux and the entire grounds are spectacular! Highly recommend and we will all be back to enjoy it in the warmer months ahead! 😀

Lovely place!! Very clean and cozy! Attentive staff! Pool and Jacuzzi are amazing! Great value ! Just keep in mind if you are planing on bringing your kids they may not allowe them if the room designated for families with kids is not available....we were advised by the receptionist to call prior to make a reservation to make sure that specific room is available.

This is a charming guest hotel. It has been well decorated, the outdoor patio area and pool are terrific, and the stay is kind, helpful, and professional. The vast majority of the staff are bi-lingual making communication easy. Everyone worked hard at making our stay comfortable--and we were! We could not have asked for more. Great experience!

Lovely b&b in historic beautiful home. Great breakfast and lovely pool and jacuzzi. It’s now my favorite place to stay in Ensenada. All employees are exceptional!

Clean property and free breakfast. 100 bucks on a Friday, not too bad. However the pool needed to be vacuumed and netted.

Very clean installations, everything is shining and looks brand new. The rooms are very comfortable, excellent service from the staff and there is a guest laundry service that you can pay to use, this is very handy especially when traveling with kids and there is a need for washing and drying clothes. The pool area is great and relaxing.

Prefect location to family and border crossing! Plenty of parking! Quick and easy check-in! The rooms and the beds are nice and always love the black out curtains! The a.c. as always on point on the hottest days I visit! This is my 5th time staying. The only thing missing is a swimming pool! And lastly the coffee machine are on point! Not having to rush and find coffee in the morning is a great plus!

Such friendly staff & I had an amazing conversation with one of the housekeepers. I was going thru a rough time & was crying in my room. When I departed from my room, I apolozie for being so loud from crying. She told me about her own loss as I was trying to get thru the loss of my abuela. Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly & kind! When I need to travel to Mexico to be with family again, I will be staying here every time!

I stayed for one night after a late arrival flight (I live two hours from Tijuana) and I'm really happy with my hotel choice. The facilities are very modern and clean, the staff is super friendly and I was allowed to do a late check-out (I woke up with a headache) They have a little shopping kiosk to buy snacks and drinks. Breakfast is included and they have complimentary coffee 24/7. And it's conveniently close to the airport. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean facility, kind staff. Complimentary fresh coffee & tea available 24hr. No dining options walking distance but you can catch an Uber to amazing taco spots. Complimentary breakfast is an actual breakfast and it was decent. Only issue we had when we came back from dinner there must’ve been about 10 itty bitty mosquitos in our room; window was closed. Don’t know how they got in- possibly vent. Yes, I reported it!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the service was great. All around the hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. I called and let the front desk know I would be arriving past the check in time, and they understood and I was able to check in at 5:30am. By far the best hotel to stay at in Tijuana. Will definitely keep staying there.

A highlight of our mornings was the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel. It's not often that you find complimentary breakfasts that are truly satisfying, but the variety and quality of the options were impressive. Starting our day with such a delightful meal set a positive tone for the rest of our adventures. What truly stood out for me was the heightened sense of security the hotel offered. Traveling with elderly family members can be a concern, but the Holiday Inn Express in Mexicali ensured that we felt safe and well-cared-for throughout our stay. This peace of mind was invaluable and added immeasurable value to our trip.

Updated rooms, allowed me to check in early, the staff was friendly. Pool in good condition and breakfast was plentiful including both continental items and some Mexican dishes like beans. Complementary coffee at all times is a big big plus! The only negative is the the club next to east side of the hotel is excessively LOUD. Beyond normal loud and plays until very late. Even with a white noise machine at full volume we could not drown the noise. I wonder why there is not regulation regarding volume next to a hotel!

The parking is not secured by gate. We did find someone’s finger prints on our window and poop smeared on the bumper. Luckily no one broke into the car no valuables were left behind. The room was clean and secure and was roomy. Staff was very polite and friendly and the breakfast was great. I liked that it was really close to the border. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. Just don’t leave valuables or wires exposed.

We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the island feel of the landscape. The villas are decorated in a classy Mexican style which provided a cozy environment. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain yourself and your family and I especially liked the number of windows because it allowed for good ventilation with privacy. The bedroom was very private and faced a wall instead of the parking structure which I liked a lot. The bed linens were very clean and so were the linen drapes. It shows how much effort housekeeping puts forth in providing a good experience for guests. What I especially enjoyed was the two pools and jacuzzis available on opposite sides of the property. The pool was in front of our villa and it made it convenient to chit-chat with family who didn't want to sit in the pool! The windows in living room are big and you can see the view of the poolside which is decked out with tropical mermaids, frogs, and bird decor. It is definitely a beautiful, well-kept property!

Warm, welcoming staff. Beautiful property. Individual suites with artistic Mexican character, kitchens, fireplaces, comfy beds, lots of windows, and views. 2 pool areas with jacuzzis. Our ground floor suite was handicapped accessible with huge picture windows and views of tropical foliage, sparkling pool with waterfall and butterflies. Gym with ocean view included. Second pool area has vast ocean view with Bar-B-Q and comfy, fun chaises. Restaurant open weekends. Close to market. This is our first choice of places to stay, super close to Puerto Nuevo and accessible to Rosarito and Tiajuana, Good for families, romantic getaways.

The customer service was excellent, the food was really good in the restaurant, the welcoming drink was a great welcoming, they have a park for your pet, the suite was clean and remodel, they have live music on Friday. They have a spa and the pool and jacuzzi was clean. Planing already the next trip

this property is very clean and staff is very friendly. One thing I really liked is that check out was at 12 pm and they let us stay a few minutes after without charging extra. Also the receptionist changed my room to first floor by the pool upon request. thank you

Getting to this location was very safe. At first, I was afraid. The location had a closed parking lot. I felt so safe there. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was very nice. The pool was very clean.

The location was great, despite being in the middle of a busy city (Ensenada) it is quiet extremely clean with a very nice 30 yard pool. Plenty of seating around the pool 3 jacuzzi's including one for kids and 2 adult only. Hotel is older but very updated. Not typical old style but modern clean rooms.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating to the language barrier that my friend had. Also the pool and restaurant were both very nice. I accidently left an item at the pool and it was saved for me. I was able to get it the next day.

Very nice experience. The pool was an attractive spot. There's an upper area for events by the Aztec design at the pool. The bed was hard but plenty of pillows. Room were clean. Modern design.

We like everything from here. My girls enjoyed being in the pool. We loved the food and the poolside service. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Parking is included in reservation. The hotel’s parking is underground, plenty of spaces along with security watching all cars. The staff were all friendly, even to me, an English speaker. I felt welcomed and every question I had, they were able to answer. Many dining options nearby and within a comfortable walking distance. The room I stayed in was nice and organized. Also many other stores, facilities, and other amenities nearby. I did not use the pool but the patio on the second floor was inviting, very nice for taking memorabilia photos with family and friends. The lobby is a nice option for dining, socializing, or general relaxation, as it’s nice to be able to get out of the room while still being indoors. I will return to this hotel for my next trip to TJ, as I felt welcomed, safe, and overall satisfied.

i booked this hotel by mistake ohh boy !! great concierge’s more than one my stay was for two days but extended for one more total 3 nights . very clean rooms had a jacuzzi inside my room . big tv cozy love sofa toilet separate from the shower wich dropped liters of water hot or cold passed my expectations very secure place , parking on the basement 24 hrs security cameras and real people they help you to park or back up friendlys , property has a restaurant good food very reasonable , microwave, fridge in rooms and 24 hrs room service / food to order the best across the street a huge billard food drinks lots of youngers and middle age people to meet . next door fancy restaurant and more food or good coffee differents flavors the area has pharmacy at walking distance and restaurants all over , zona rios is like a mall two movie theaters etc less than 5 mins by car . this hotel is worth youres money book a room with a jacuzzi and watch tv or take a nap on it !! hotel steps from los heroes ave or via rapida .

Very nice hotel and close to my dentist for an overnight stay in Tijuana. Room was clean and we'll appointed. Bed and bathroom were clean and comfortably for my stay. No loud noises and everything worked great. Some miscommunication with the hotel and Expedia as the front desk staff told me I had booked two nights, and that I had called in to confirm, but I showed him that I only booked one night, although my total Expedia trip itinerary was two nights between SD and TJ. I had definitely not called the hotel either, so not sure who called in. I was only charged the one night so it was fine, but it was a little annoying as he didn't drop it until after the third time I said I only booked one night. It was a late night check-in so perhaps we were all a bit tired. Overall happy with the stay and great area of the city.

My husband and I needed a place for a night before an early morning commitment. We are normally quite picky and stay at Marriott hotels but because it was a quick stop we didn't want to pay the $260/night price. This location was very easy and close to all the medical doctors area. Service was amazing and we did try the restaurant for dinner which had great food. The room was upgraded, and clean, with a very modern look to it. I will definitely atay here again. The price was a no brainer and im glad we made sure we didn't get a motel 6 or doubletree hotel class location.

I underestimated the quality of customer service that this hotel offers. It quickly reached a high priority when it comes to choosing lodging in Tijuana. You do not have to be a gambler to visit which was my mistake. It is a formal , clean and comfortable hotel. I have a medical tourism company based out of San Diego and work closely with many doctors in Mexico. We all met here for training for 2 days. Everyone in the workshop agrees that this was a pleasant surprise. We are looking forward to our next workshop in Pueblo Amigo. Have fun when you visit. Warm regards Frank Nunez

The breakfast was great, though I couldn't eat on the first day due to a surgery appointment. I was able to connect to the wifi, but I was never able to make a call despite restarting my phone numerous times. In addition, I made sure Wi-Fi calling was enabled. For the price of the room, I expected it to be a little nicer; the bedding and carpet showed some significant wear, plus the price increased online by almost $50 for two nights, overnight.

We came to Tijuana for dental work and came across this hotel before coming. It was a good spot where there’s a grocery market nearby if you want snacks or food. The property has its own casino and restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff are very nice. Shout out to Francisco the bartender. He’s a really friendly person to speak to. My Fiancés is starting to learn some Spanish words and would attempt to communicate with the staff.

The bellmen/drivers are the best! (Oscar, Balthazar, and Martin) Front desk is professional and room service will bring up ice, plates, and utensils free of charge. Great morning buffet offered daily for about $20, it’s a few dollars more on Sundays since it’s bottomless mimosas. There are 3 Caliente Casinos within walking distance to the hotel. (One built in) Location is walking distance to the border!
