Unbelieveable and amazing House. The Owner himself was waitig for us at the front door and he was very friendly from the beginning. After showing us the outside area and givin us some useful hints we changed to the inside of the house. He showed us everything that made us feel even more welcome. If anyone plans his stay there, leave your stuff at home. From the hairdryer, the iron, the washing machine up to the lens plug - everything is already there. The friendly neighbour visited us from time time to ensure, we are missing not a single thing. The Pool was perfectly clean like the rest of the house and the environment was very quiet. The Rooms were perfectly air-conditioned and the beds also very comfortable. From the first second there, we knew we will come again to this great place.

Villa Sagri was a perfect getaway, the house is immaculate and superbly finished. Nestled in a quiet village and near shops and restaurants it has everything a family could want. The host Denis and his daughter Ana were amazing and met us with some beers and a bottle of wine for my fathers birthday, Ana was extremely helpful in suggesting places to visit to eat, and the next door neighbor gave us some wine and walnuts as a treat. The location of the house is remote and a car is ideal, but it is perfectly situated if you want to explore everything Istria has to offer. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away from it all in Istria.

Probably the best holiday apartment I have ever been in my life. The house is perfect, clean, with private parking, a great pool incl jacuzzi, a kitchen with everything you need (you should bring spices, oil and so on for yourself). The windows all have fly screens. You'll find some games, including a Mini-Pool-Billard table, Airhockey and a kicker, several books and board games. Mika writes within hours, Mladen introduces you to everything and is such a nice guy.

The house is spacious and clean. The downstairs bathroom is huge. The swimming pool is also very nice and cleaned regularly. The bed is really large and comfortable. Private parking is handy.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ms Elvisa was very nice and helpful. The villa is very spacious, modern and has everything you need (big kitchen with all the appliances including ice maker and coffe machine, it has a jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, treadmill, massage table, and lots of games like pool and table tennis). Each room has its own bathroom, closet, TV, airconditioning and the beds are very comfortable. The villa is very clean, you even have a robot vacuum cleaner if needed. The location is also great because it’s a short 15min walk from the old town. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We were met by Ms Hiru who welcomed us and showed us around the villa. It is extremely well equipped, lovely pool and hot tub with games and laundry rooms. Nothing was missing for a luxury stay. Communication is excellent and requests responded to quickly. The bedrooms are hugh and very well soundproofed. It was a short walk to the center and a lovely pizza restaurant nearby

The houskeeper Elvisa was very friendly and helpfull. The house was superclean and is equiped with a lot of technical help . The pool was heated an still warm enough for the end of October for swimming. The town restaurants and supermarkets are very close.

The house is fully equipped with top-notch appliances, a pool, a spa, a sauna, etc. It is a luxury home as advertised. It is in a very good location - less than 20 minutes walking distance from the old town. The host, Hiru, was wonderful. She was responsive, clear, warm, and easy to work with.

The house is very spacious and bright, allowing for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. The amenities provided were top-notch, exceeding our expectations. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The decor was very stylish and modern, adding a touch of elegance to our stay.

The whole Villa was outstanding! - Our host was brilliant, and couldn’t have done enough for us, including sorting a birthday cake for us at one day’s notice and extra bed when we had a surprise addition! - the Swimming Pool is a great size, really nice temperature and spotlessly clean; as is the decking and garden. - the Outside Kitchen is a brilliant, brilliant touch - we never needed to use the main kitchen! - the Villa overall is a great size, perfectly balanced, and again Spotlessly clean. - Location was perfect: Nice, Quiet area yet Walkable to Fažana and Valbandon Beach while Pula is only a 15 mins drive.

We had a wonderful, relaxing family holiday at Villa Lana. Our host was most attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. The pool area was just excellent, it's a space designed for outdoor living. We loved walking out to the beach in the evening to watch the sun set and also driving to Rovinj. It is a lovely area. Would recommend. Thank you.

The Villa is beautiful, it looks excatly as the pictures posted, had lots of room for a family of 6. Beds were comfortable and villa was equipt with everything you'd need. The location was good, It was only 26minutes to the airport by car, nearest supermarket (Plodine) was 8minutes, nearest restaurant 5minutes. The aquaparks were approximately 45minutes. The owner and his team were very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and highly recommend this villa.

Maja is a fantastic host, excellent communicator and just overall a supremely nice and polite person. The house itself was great, the kitchen was fully equipped and rooms were spacious with lots of storage opportunity. A wonderful pool with many pool beds and Weber barbecue are the highlights outside. Our dog especially loved the large garden surrounding the house. There are a handful of restaurants and a small supermarket and bakery just 300m away. Try and book a table at Da Rocco for a wonderful dinner experience.

Due to severe weather conditions, we arrived much later than planned, but this wasn't a problem for the host. Isabelle was waiting for us and made a great impression. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and available day and night. We encountered an issue with the balcony door, but she didn't hesitate to roll up her sleeves and fix the problem. It's clear that she's well-informed about everything. The villa itself has a few minor areas for improvement, but nothing that truly bothers. If we could turn back time, we would definitely book here again.

The Art House was absolutely super with all the amenities you could wish for. The pool & garden were fantastic & we loved the "outdoor" kitchen, grill & dining area. Everything was immaculate. The bedrooms were all comfortable & the mattresses were really comfortable. We appreciated having ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed but we really didn't use the lounge/dining area as we ate outside all the time. The location was quiet (we heard scops owls & nightingales in the evening!) & the supermarket was a short walk away. Rovinj was only 15 minutes drive. The owners were super friendly & helpful, & had left wine, beer, coffee, milk etc which was much appreciated.

Also 2 min walk to huge football area in the village. Nice terrass and open landscape. Agata is a very nice and always available and quick to respond. About 30 min to Rovinj, beaches etc. 5 min with car to super market, walking distance to small supermarket and a good restaurant.

That we could sit outside and enjoy our evening even tho it was raining. Also, the pool was very clean and really fun to use. It was also very nice that the supermarket was not very far away. And the location was very good.

There were 2 close by supermarkets within walking distance and it was a 10 minute drive to the main town of Rovinj. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the garden room; We baked pizzas in the oven and cooked on the open grill. It was spotlessly clean and every little detail had been thought of. There was absolutely everything you needed and things you didn’t even know you needed! The ice machine being a firm favourite! The bedrooms were comfortable and the TV in the lounge area provided a bit of respite for the kids on the odd occasion they did get out of the pool. I could not recommend this house enough, a true home from home and some!

Wonderful property for a family getaway! We had two families staying together with toddlers and place was just perfect both for little ones and the parents as well. House is well equipped with anything we needed and hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful. We’d gladly come back!

Everything was amazing from the beginning till the end! I can only recommend this place!

My family and I stayed at the beautiful Villa Kontesici 12 during January. We were very glad that the Villa has a central heating system and a chimney - so it was very comfortable despite the winter. We spent our evening in front of the fire, and it was very cozy. We will definitely come back! The host is very reactive and always available for any questions. We loved our stay at Villa Bozac. The property is modern, spacious, clean, full of fun amenities (pool, darts, ping pong, trampoline, table football, football nets, badminton net etc) and located in a quiet, peaceful part of Istra. You will need a car to get to the beach, but as long as you're okay with that, this is a perfect place to stay and unwind. Our stay was part of our honeymoon trip, and our lovely host even left us some presents to make us feel welcome which was very thoughtful. She also stayed in touch via text throughout the week, checking in to make sure we have everything we need. Check-in and check-out was very easy, we were met on check-in and could leave the keys on check-out.
