Everything! Seriously, everything! The food, the staff, the room, the private pool we hadl, all top notch with big taste and elegance! Wow!!+ I have a severe food allergy that can kill me and they worked very hard to be creative in the kitchen so I could have verity, so incredibly kind!

It is one of the most amazing hotel i have ever been to. We had room with private pool with fantastic view to the jungle. Service , food were excellent as well. Rate 10 is not enough. Would love to go back here one day.

everything was perfect. we had a private pool with our villa, the bathroom was large and the bed comfortable. The team was great and answered all our needs. Breakfast was perfect also, and food for lunch/dinner was great too.

Fantastic location on a relatively quiet road, very close to beach and shopping etc. We had a 1 bed villa with plunge pool. It was large for 2, lovely outside bathroom, very generously proportioned and with every conceivable luxury or amenity catered for

We had a wonderful stay at The Club by the Legian Seminyak. The villa was fabulous and well maintained with a beautiful private pool. All the staff were extremely courteous, polite and always willing to help with a smile but a special mention goes to our butler 'Yoni'. She was simply great! We thoroughly enjoyed dining at 'The Restaurant' and using their spa facilities. The couple massages we got in the ocean view room were out of this world! Will definitely want to come back.

Stayed in “The Club” Legion, was absolutely fantastic to have our own villa with its own private pool, along with the use of “The Club” pool and restaurant/bar and also the use of the Hotel Legion facilities which is situated over the road. The Hotel and club are of an exceptionally high standard, beautifully manicured gardens and pool areas. The Hotel boasts prime beach front position, fabulous sunsets and daytime sea breeze. We Ate in the sophisticated beachfront hotel restaurant which was high class and top notch food and service (reflected in the pricing). All of the staff from the Hotel to the club were exceptional, so genuinely friendly and eager to offer the best possible customer service possible. The highlight was our amazing Butler Swi who was utterly delightful, he made our holiday extra special for so many reasons. The Hotel/Club and staff are a class act in every way. We have visited Seminyak several times but “The Legion” has made me realise there’s no other place I would stay from now on. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Legion for such a wonderful stay we’ll see you next year!!

Beautiful hotel on west coast with amazing view of sunset at the three infinity pools and the beach. Our room was on ground floor with a patio leading to a two minutes walk to the pool, restaurant and the beach, but far enough to be quiet. The hotel pool area is right next to the long beach and although the beach is not private, its peaceful and quiet. Outside the hotel is a busy area for drinks, food and shopping within a 5-10 minute walk in Seminyak town centre, but we didn't hear the noise when in the hotel. Beautiful restaurant and food with live singing every night.

We recently stayed at The Legian Seminyak in Bali, and it was truly a dream vacation. We stayed at the Legian Seminyak Hotel in Bali for 8 nights. It’s our second visit, having stayed in 2022. Both my husband and I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel; from the staff and the impeccable service; the management team who are always around to make sure everything is running smoothly; the lovely large suites which are all beautifully maintained; the restaurant and pool bar serving excellent food and drinks including a lovely complimentary afternoon tea everyday; the concierge, Buda, went above and beyond with everything he arranged for us, from day trips in a 1960’s Land Rover to arranging the manufacture of table mats and napkins that I saw in a restaurant during our stay. It was incredible service that made our stay do wonderful. The location of the hotel is one of the best in Seminyak. It’s right on the beach with three stunning swimming pools on the sea front. It’s very close to many excellent restaurants and in a good area for shopping. It was a safe, quiet and peaceful haven to come back to everyday. We highly recommend you stay here.

The staff organised our transfer, kept in touch via whatsapp and were there to check us in. We've stayed here before, the villas are lovely, clean, quiet with a lovely private pool. We also took advantage of the main pool and restaurant where the staff are just so welcoming and kind.

The service from the staff was amazing. The facilities, pool/restaurant area also amazing. Loved the food, turtles swimming around in the ponds next to the spa. The optional extras they have on offer all look great, we just went for a floating breakfast in our villas private pool which was amazing.

Villa was very clean, no insects. The private pool was amazing and the bed was spacious. The shared pool was beautiful and had good vibes. The staff was perfect. They were friendly and helpful and very polite. At night it was quiet eventhough it is in the middle of Canggu

Theanna villa was amazing! Great service, spectacular pool, nice villa with small private pool. You have to pay 150.000 more to serve your breakfast in your room, but I recommend it for sure! Villa has very nice botanical surroundings and is quiet in the evenings. Very relaxing experience!

This place was amazing! It's on the edge of town but they have shuttle service that runs 24/7. You get your own private pool in addition to the community infinity pool. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend this place!

The resort is beautifully placed between the rice terraces. The bamboo house we stay in (Alila) had fantastic views from the bedroom and upper terrace. There are 2 infinity swimming pools. The bigger one has a better view but the small one felt like our private pool. The breakfast was very tasty. In the restaurant you can enjoy a delicious food. It is difficult to choose whether to stay inside or outside because the restaurant is so beautiful. There is a spa in the resort. It’s perfect as well but a bit more expensive than what we experience in other places in Bali.

The staff were very kind and friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The Joglo room was beautiful and we particularly enjoyed the private pool. The restaurant was great, every meal was delicious and we really enjoyed the private romantic meals with flower decorations. The excursions organised by the hotel were also really fun. We also loved the location of the hotel in Sideman, views from the hotel were amazing over the rice fields and it was quiet and less touristy than other areas. The spa was also a 10/10 experience and the massages were fantastic.

The premis is well kept and outstandingly beautiful, it is not too crowded, so everyone has privacy. Our room (Joglo) had the beautiful view of the rice terraces and private pool. Everything was spick and span, 10/10 cleanliness. The hotel uses modern tech, staff is connected through radio and on all matters reachable through WhatsApp message and responds swifty. All staff, incl. gardeners, were nothing but friendly and welcoming. The restaurant offers a good selection of foods and beverages. We had an exceptionally good time there, samanvaya is a true gem.

We stayed in room Mulia 1 which had the most beautiful unobstructed views over the valley and river from our private pool (in the new section of the hotel). The furnishings are excellent. We also enjoyed a massage at the spa and dinner at each of the restaurants. A really special place to stay in Sideman.

5 stars!! This is paradise on Earth!! We had the most amazing stay in Sidemen. We stayed in Joglo.. the private pool, amazing views and stunning interior made this trip outstanding! It truly is the most perfect honeymoon destination. We stayed for 2 nights and booked to do the scooter tour which was amazing.. little touches like bringing a towel for us to the waterfall so that we could get in. We also had a couples Balinese massage and it was the best massage I've ever had. Breakfast was served in our room each morning and the hotel food and drink was all just amazing!! We cannot rave enough about it!

This villa has is no less than amazing. My room and plunge pool were exactly as I expected. The hotel staff were amazing and always helpful. I loved the Kilo Kitchen. The WiFi was good and it was an overall lovely experience. I will be going back.

The service attitude is excellent; all the staff greet you with a smile. The room is spacious, clean, and bright, and it comes with a private pool that has its water changed daily. The courtyard is beautiful and perfect for taking photos. Recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Uma Sapna! It was in an ideal location and the staff were amazing! Our plunge pool villa was out of this world so so beautiful! We had the best time here! Can not fault it!

The property is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street…. a little hidden gem. So tranquil and the staff are exceptional. what I liked best was the private pool and short walking distance to the main shopping and entertainment areas.

My pool access room was absolutely stunning. The staff were exceptionally lovely. The hotel was stunning and the spa facilities were excellent. The wildlife and gardens were wonderful. The location, for walking along the beach path in both directions, was ideal.

Everything. Beautiful hotel. Staff exceptional, couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in a villa with private pool and it was beautiful. Breakfast was very good. Although a buffet, you didn't need to queue up waiting for your omelette, etc., once you placed your order you returned to your seat and staff brought it over. We were also presented with freshly prepared tropical fruits to try each morning.

My wife and I stayed in Laguna Marriott in early May, to say that the service was superb is an understatement, it was absolutely brilliant! Just one of many examples of the exceptional customer service; we were approached by a staff member who asked if there was anything they could provide, it was just as I was about to try and position my phone on a statue to take a pic of my beautiful wife and I, as we were dressed for dinner. The staff member offered to take the pic for us, and then went on to walk us to several more perfectly landscaped areas for more pics. I think seven in total. My wife and I agree that these are some of best pictures we have of us, and this is just one of many examples of the outstanding customer service we received. We have more examples of how the hospitality management, housekeeping and restaurant staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and ensure our stay was perfect. The room had a swim out to a salt water lagoon, gym, sauna, steam and spa were immaculate, appeared new, spotless. This was the most stunning resort I have ever been to. The service was impeccable, the food delicious and the views were stunning. I had a cliff ocean view private pool suite and it was absolutely worth it. The pools are not heated but I assure you, they do not need to be. The water is so warm.

The breakfast is fantastic, offering great quality and a wide variety. The service was also great, with a very helpful and kind staff. The hotel is very beautiful, with an incredible pool. We stayed at an oceanfront private pool junior suite, which is extremely comfortable.

The property was quaint and secluded which is what my friend and I liked. We upgraded ourselves from Deluxe room to a Deluxe Suite with Garden view when we reached, as the price was just slightly higher with access to the Cliff Lounge which provides a more private pool and fabulous Hydrojet pool that we chill there most of the day. The Garden view that we got was beautiful as well, as it was a mix of greeneries with an ocean view from far. Overall, unforgettable experience and definitely heading back.

Villa with private pool was stunning! Sky bar with views of the jungle were incredible! Staff treated you like family, especially by Edo who made our stay very special with our private pick up from the airport and tour of ubud.

The staff are amazing! They were welcoming and friendly, and always so helpful. We booked the room with pool access and would absolutely recommend it. Breakfast was delicious and really generous too.

The man who drove the shuttle bus was very friendly and always happy to have a chat. All the other staff were also very helpful. We managed to get an upgrade to the pool access room for a small amount which is highly recommended.

Loved the room, it was very clean, spacious and the view was breathtaking. The room had a private plunge pool, it was amazing for cooling down and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. The restaurant where we had breakfast was spectacular, variety of food and service was impressive.

The Valley (jungle) View room was secluded and serene, offering an exceptional view from the private pool. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The free yoga session is a must, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — we couldn’t have asked for more.

Everything was just extraordinary, personnel was so so friendly and willing to help, the room was gorgeous with a quite big terrace and private pool, the view was just like one should expect from Ubud: green everyone! The breakfast and restaurant very good, as well.

We absolutely loved the place. The hotel is very nicely done, the rooms are beautiful, very well decorated & with a nice terrace. The setting is fabulous, very quiet, surrounded by rice terraces, great views. You can walk around the area (it's not overdeveloped) and with a car / motorbike you can explore the region & waterfalls. The pool is very nice and breakfast was also good. Fantastic customer service, we forgot sth and they were very helpful and nice about it.

The resort looks generally okay. The services are nice, and you have everything inside. The restaurant is nice as well, with enough options for lunch and dinner and this resort has breathtaking views. We enjoyed the pool as well. Good location to take a short walk along rice terraces or watch the sunset. The small village close by has nothing tourist inside except a small coffee shop which we enjoyed.

Everything is designed with love and a lot of details. The view from the restaurant is really beautiful, the pool area so relaxing and the villa was awesome! Moreover the spa was outstanding and we had the best massages ever in a really nice designed house!

I booked the Soka villa and I was pleasantly surprised. The place was beautifully designed and spotless clean. The bed was super comfy, with a view of the private pool and jungle it was just delightful.

It was my second time staying at this property I really like it. The location is perfect You are between the rice fields and the jungle The views from some rooms are amazing. Try to get the room with a private pool Really nothing bad to say except that the owner started to overbuild and the sense of being in the country side is disappearing. And please those 3 bronze statues at the entrance are really bad. Have NOTHING to do with The rest of the ambiance

Pure heaven. A lot of resorts in Ubud claim to be luxury and all for the guest, but are actually tourist traps where they over charge you at every opportunity. This is not the case with Chapung SeBali - the resort is pure luxury, private room overlooking rice fields, private pool and incredible facilities (spa, infinity pool over the mountain side, restaurants and shuttle servce to Ubud) and all of the extras you may want to indulge in are reasonably priced, excellent service and excellent quality - a rare hotel in a very tourist area where you are treated like a guest and not as a walking credit card. Would infinitely recommend again.

We stayed as a group of three adults for a relaxing time. They kindly upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. The villa was beautiful and luxurious with a very clean private plunge pool - actually so spacious that all three of us could swim in it! We used the Spa twice which was wonderful. The staff really tried hard to meet any requests and they seemed so cheerful. Breakfast was presented excellently with a good choice of fresh smoothies/juices and coffees/teas. They have an a la carte menu which is inclusive (free) and portions were generous and always fresh. Eggs Benedict was a favourite as were pancakes and crepes! Fresh fruit platter was delicious and couldn't ask for more! We could have sat there all morning, enjoying the view and fabulous surroundings. We didn't find the pool work noisy and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again but not with young children because it is not really baby/toddler friendly (because water and lilly ponds are all around). It is a fantastic retreat to nature and tranquility! Location is good with free shuttle into Ubud, taking about 20-30 mins. We dined at the hotel one evening and ate in Ubud for the other 3 evenings and didn't find it inconvenient at all. We even walked. leisurely, to Ubud one day and really enjoyed the scenery and local galleries and cafes on the way.

We arrived to Bali for the first time. The hotel arranged taxi to pick us up from the place we were staying near the airport. The driver Wayang got us some water and cold towels before we got in the car. From the start we knew , the first impressions were really nice and welcoming. This driver then took us for a whole day out next day to explore Ubud. Such a lovely man and a good driver! When We arrived to the resort We genuinely felt welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and informative. God knows why but our room got upgraded to the room with a private pool and afternoon tea/ snacks as well as breakfast! which was a lovely shock! We met the chef on our last day , and thanked him because the food was exceptional! Safe to say best i ever tasted! The room.. i’ll never ever forget this room! (15) such an amazing place to wake up to and just BE..no faults whatsoever. Also my boyfriend proposed to me in there! So it will be super special for us!! Jungle Fish restaurant. Staff were so nice and caring , food, drinks, views were lovely!!. I can not explain in words - must go and experience the whole resort! Third time at Chapung. Villas are spacious with great design. Pool in villa is heavenly, very hot whilst we were in Bali and the villa pool was the only pool we found over the 3 week stay that was actually refreshing. Due to the heat and the fact that there is a lot of glass in the villa construction, aircon struggled a bit to cool the room, not really a problem but no sheet just a doona on the bed so meant had to sleep on top of the doona. About 10 mins drive out of Ubud with a very good free shuttle service available into town for drop offs and pick ups. Huge new resort pool and pool club has both pluses and minuses. Pluses are it's beautiful and great to lay by with a cocktail. Minuses are it's attracting a large crowd of budget tourists,(who pay a small amount to enter) some who arrive early in the morning to scatter bags over all of the best spots and then depart for a few hours expecting to return to resume there positions. When you're paying $300 plus a night to stay in the resort you shouldn't have to scramble for a spot by the pool. Also in this serene idyllic spot, really bad, extremely loud electronic music is played all day long. Often the same CD seemed to be on repeat. It was so loud it was drowning out my own ipod. I overheard both young and older people complaining about it.

The private pool ... I will never forget it. Furthermore, the service was outstanding. The location is wonderful, as it is not far from the centre of Ubud, but it is also far enough to feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere.
