We had a room with a seaview and terrace with swim-up , which was great and became our go to place for sun bathing and chllin out . Tapas alley a short stroll away and 3 streets behind is the main strip with all the bars and shows, so close to everything you need .

Stayed in the room with the private pool, hands down the best room ive stayed in within benidorm, room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was lovely, perfect location between old and new town.

All of the Combe staff were very helpful from checkin through to checkout. The superior room with private pool was an excellent choice.

Didn't have breakfast but loved the villa, its decor, the size and the pool. The outside area was also plenty spacious for 6 of us. The downside was location, in 4 days we spent 250 euros as each time we went out in the day and in the evening we had to take 2 taxi's each time. A shuttle bus would have been good. The free entry to the waterpark and zoo was much appreciated as once in it was expensive, had to pay for waterproofing phone, locker, sunbeams and Ringo's!

We had the most fantastic experience at the grand luxor village. The veiw was fantastic, the villa was very clean and alot bigger than we imaged. The Children loved chilling in the salt water pool. The breakfast buffet was perfect, the omelette lady being our favourite in particular.

The Villa was superb. Premium Villa is a perfect size for a couple with two kids. We were very lucky that our property was in front of the main swimming pool, which made so safe and comfortable for the kids and parents. Cleaning service every day if required, replacement of towels, extra coffee and water was a big plus. Transfer to the hotel available all the time, but also not far if you just want to walk, great breakfast, amazing facilities including mini-golf, gym, spa, and kids activities. A perfect summer holidays with family.

The house was really lovely - as others have said, the pictures do not do it justice - in particular the pool is bigger than it appears. The A/C worked well. The space was very comfortable, with plenty of outside space and balconies for people to relax. The property is exceptionally well located. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants within a short walk. The beach is also in easy walking distance. The host, Raul, was excellent. Easy to deal with and responsive. Be aware that there are no consumables within the property - this isn't a house where anything is left from previous guests so you need to buy all oil, salt, soap, washing powder, dishwasher tabs etc. This house easily exceeded our expectations and I would book again without hesitation.

Lovely spacious villa, pool great. Great sevice from Raul and his family. Near supermarket and bus stop for Albir beach, Altea and Benidorm so car not required.

Amazing place, you have everything for a perfect stay in this luxury villa. Your host thought about literally everything for you. You can just relax and enjoy the pool, the terrace and the quiet area. The pool is a real pool, huge and with all you need, shower, pool games, jaccuzi ! The house is so clean, and comfortable, you enjoy the life of a millionaire here. The host is very keen and available if you need, but you have a full real privacy here. Neighbourhood is very quiet, close to the supermarket and city center. For cycling, it is a good place to start some rides to coll de rates or porte de tudon. Nice roads.

Irina was the perfect host, she was there to show us around when we arrived, she lives in the lower level of the property but you would never know she was there, she gave us her number if we needed anything, but was very unobtrusive and friendly on the few times we waved to her as she came and left (probably saw her 4 times in 10 days, perfect). The villa is lovely, pool great, easy to get to supermarket and town.

The facilities at the villa were exceptional and met all our expectations. The location was quiet and extremely convenient for walking and motoring access to all the local amenities. Excellent communication from owner in respect of key collection and arrival/departure time.

Such a beautiful villa! This is a large villa that is split into 2 - a 2 bed and a 3 bed - absolutely perfect for a group or 2 families holidaying together - sharing the pool and multiple eating/lounging areas outside. Really well equipped, immaculately clean, yet homely and welcoming. Room for plenty of cars. Towels all provided - enough to use for the pool too - and everything you need to cater for yourself. The garden is beautifully kept - really stunning, and you have views of both the sea and the mountains- it really felt like a holiday! Owners couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly, as was the local agent who welcomed us (late on a Sunday night!). The area of Altea old town is 1.5km away with a few restaurants (mainly Italian), supermarket, coffee shops and pharmacy. The new town is about 5km away with a huge range of (great) restaurants along the seafront. Thanks for having us Alessandro!!

This is an amazing villa. The pool area is exceptional with many different areas to relax. The pool itself is fantastic. The levels were perfect for our grandchildren yet still deep enough for the adults. The outdoor dining areas were also perfect. Inside, the entire layout was brilliant. The 2 lounges are huge and comfortable. The kitchen really well equipped. We were in the main upstairs bedroom with an amazing terrace with views over Altea. I and my whole family are so so impressed with this villa. It is quite simply the best villa we have ever stayed in. Not forgetting the amazing host. He was so easy to communicate with and did everything possible to make our stay amazing. Thankyou.

An amazing villa with lovely views to the sea and to the mountains. The villa is huge and it is even better in real life than in the pictures. The pool is nice and big and the garden is beautiful with many flowers and several seating areas to relax in. The host Alessandro is super nice as well as Cindy. We were 7 and there was plenty of space for all of us. It is nice that the two houses are connected, so you can keep the door in between wide open when you rent both the houses. The master bedroom upstairs is big and has amazing views from the balcony. The location is great. A quiet neighbourhood, 15 min drive from Altea old town and 20 min drive from Calpe. A car is a must. I recommend this house, it is luxurious, beautiful and spacious with great views.

Villa Esmeralda was just fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for better we had 5 adults and 4 kids in total and the space was just perfect! The kitchen is very well equipped and the bbq is great, we used that twice ! Oh and the beds are soooooo comfy! The location is great as you are out the way but not too far from anything. The air con was fantastic and the pool was the perfect temp and not too deep for the kids. The owners are fantastic and so are the team that mange it. We will definitely be back thank you so much!!

We had an incredible stay at Villa Esmerelda in Altea! The place is gorgeous, with stunning views of the sea from the terrace—perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evenings. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a big hit, and the garden added a lovely touch of greenery. The hosts were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re after a relaxing getaway with a bit of luxury, this is the spot. We’re already planning our next visit!

We loved everything about the accommodation. The view, the pool, the comfy furniture, the well equipped kitchen. The children made use of the pool, too cold for my husband and I, we didn't use the hot tub. We were shown around and provided with toiletries and a couple of waters. The villa was a great place to unwind. We would happily book this place again.

This is by far the best holiday I have ever had. Great service from the hosts and available when required. The villa is exceptional and the area is quiet. All things catered for, plenty towels and sun beds and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Pool is amazing and it was lovely at night to sit in the hot tub and watch the sun go down over benidorm. We loved it so much my husband and I extended our stay which was no problem. We didn’t want to return home it was so perfect and will hopefully return very soon.

The villa was gorgeous, clean, had everything we could possibly need and very comfortable and homely. The pool and rooftop area were our highlights- the view!

Stunning villa, tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need. It felt like a home and was extremely well resourced and maintained with plenty of space for everyone. Location was also excellent for the beach, shops, bars & restaurants and the trail to the lighthouse and up the Sierra Helada if you fancy a hike. (Worth it for the views of Albir, Altea, Calp & Benidorm!) Also close to the bus stop and it’s only a short walk to the tram stop where you can easily travel to Alicante or Denia. There is a lovely private pool & a cupboard full of pool toys and inflatables which were greatly appreciated by my teenagers and the sea views from the roof top terrace are beautiful. There were plentiful sun loungers and seating and dining areas right around the property. Everything inside and out was of super quality and condition. The owner and manager were extremely helpful and I couldn’t fault this villa, or its location in any way.

We loved the location of the villa, so close to the beach front and the town centre. Really secure and safe having lockable gates to the complex. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need. The air con was a godsend especially as a couple of days it hit 36 degrees during our stay!

The owner is extremely helpful polite and very friendly making our stay so easy and enjoyable. Having showers in both ensuites was perfect so everyone could get ready at the same time and the main bathroom had a bath and shower. The kitchen has a full size fridge with everything we possibly needed. Perfect location close to shops restaurants beach. Taxi and bus services all within short walking distance...air-conditioning is amazing....lovely and peaceful...perfect

We have quite specific needs as we are a family with two disabled children. I scoured Booking.com with a list of requirements when booking our Spanish holiday, and Villa Maria was top of the list. We were delighted to secure a booking on our chosen dates and we looked forward to holidaying there with our three children and their grandparents. The house had all required amenities other than a dishwasher (which wasn't missed). There was plenty of space for 7 of us to be together and also have time apart. The outdoor area is wonderful with ample outdoor seating and sunbeds and a good sized pool. We loved that there were both options to sit under cover and in the sun but still be outside. A huge pull for us was the proximity to bars, restaurants and shops. The main strip through Albir is less than a one minute walk away. We travelled from Alicante Airport by taxi on arrival and we had no need for any more transport until we were collected to return to the Airport a week later. We were 15 minutes walk away from the beach and we had countless choices for supermarket shopping and dinner out each night within easy walking distance. Albir itself is a wonderful town and very family friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic property - had everything we needed for a wonderful two week family holiday. Kids loved the pool and adults loved sitting around the patio area or catching some sun in the garden. Owners were lovely, and very helpful with early access for bag drop off etc. Idea location for getting in and around Albir or catching a bus to Benidorm or Altea. No need for a car with 3 or 4 well stocked supermarkets within a 10 minute walk.

Loved this villa perfect location. The host was so accommodating for our check in needs we absolutely loved it!!!

15th time we’ve started here, it’s our favourite hotel in Spain in our favourite place. Location, food, pool/pool bar etc all first class

Pools outside were nice, but freezing. Indoor heated pool was great. Hotel was apparently 80% capacity but felt very empty and not fully open. No kids club etc. Perhaps it was still low season (Easter)

The food quality in the restaurant was lovely at breakfast and dinner. The pools were fantastic and it was refreshing for staff to regularly police the reserving of beds at the pools to ensure everyone could get beds easily.

Pool area was nice, should be a dedicated adult pool, food good, the hotel was clean.

The breakfast was good, location was excellent on the beachfront, roof top pool sun trap, brilliant for the money, would definitely stay again :) went with partner no kids this time.

The staff couldnt do enough for you were so friendly and welcoming spotless clean hotel i had booked a single room and was given a double room the room was a lovely room and they were cleaned everyday the rooms have a fridge kettle tea and coffee and hairdryer shower gel they have a lovely pool area well kept and are always around cleaning and another small area with sunbeds we only ate breakfast at the hotel but the smell from dinner was lovely the lady one morning that works their gave us a dish to try id say they were serving for lunch made with potatoes it was some kind of pie it was to die for there is a short cut at the back of the hotel if you want to walk to the beach and if u want to take the main road to albir its a 10 to 15 min walk or they will ring you a taxi which cost €6 /€7 drinks are a very good price at the hotel and so is the food a few doors down is a another place to eat the hotel is very relaxing i would stay here again id give the hotel and staff 5 stars for the hard work in running the place keeping it so clean and beening so friendly

The facility was good, clean, the stuff was helpful and nice. There is heated indoor pool which was great for the kids. The room was spacious and clean, with balcony. The view was also great, we were looking the pool. When we closed the door my child could sleep and we couldn’t hear the noise from the pool. There is child section outside with slides which was great too. We couldn’t use it a lot due to weather but this is not related to the hotel. The hotel is around 25-30 mins walk to the beach but we didn’t mind as we were with our small kids and wanted to be away from the night life and noise. In overall excellent hotel the only thing which was disappointing was there is soft play advertised on the website but actually there was no such. Even though this didn’t really affect our stay and if I go back one day to Benidorm I would choose the same hotel

The pool is great the indoor facility a massive plus that's for sure! Lots of choice at breakfast too I would definitely stay again when the roof top pool is available and use the very charming looking spa next time too - my stay was brief and family related emergency so didn't make the most of all the facilities.

The location was perfect for our visit to Benidorm Palace. The hotel is large with a huge amount of facilities. Spa, gymnasium, padel boarding. Great swimming pools and even a pool for the children with slides etc The areas in and around the hotel are really nice, with lots of green areas planted with palm trees

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. There are five pools and even a small water park to choose from, including one really big pool — perfect for relaxing and cooling off. Our room was beautiful with an incredible view, and all the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The hotel has several restaurants, and every one we tried was fantastic. We stayed half board, which included breakfast and a buffet dinner, but for a small extra supplement you could also dine in the other à la carte restaurants — which were outstanding too! During the day we loved visiting the Mexican restaurant by the beach pool — the nachos, burgers, and tacos were all delicious. A big thank you to the chefs! We were there to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and the team really spoiled us and made it extra special. I’d love to give a huge thank you to all the staff. We also met Paolo from Circle, who was great — we’re already booking our next holiday with him! And a special thank you to Cristina, who was amazing — she was actually from another branch in Lanzarote and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. When we arrived at 1am on Saturday 28th June, the gentleman and lady on reception were also so kind and helpful — unfortunately, I didn’t get their names, but their warm welcome set the tone for our whole stay. I can’t thank everybody enough all the staff — we can’t wait to come back!

I have just returned with a friend from a 4 night stay at this fabulous hotel, I just cannot understand some of the bad reviews, we just couldn't fault it. We went for a Level room which was huge with a seating area, large bedroom area with extremely comfy twin beds. There was also a walk in wardrobe and the bathroom was lovely with a separate shower, bath and double sinks and good quality Rituals toiletries and clean towels every day. The room was spotless. We had an amazing view across the golf course and across to the sea and Benidorm in the distance. Food was lovely with freshly cooked fish and meats as well as other dishes and plenty of salads etc. The food could have been hotter at times but it didn't stop us enjoying it and it was so nice to be able to eat breakfast outside overlooking the pool. Drinks were reasonably priced too. The Level pool was heated which was good and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge were very good. All in all a fabulous break, highly recommended.

A lovely hotel set just outside the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. Designed to look like a Spanish town square, you'd never really think you were in a hotel. Rooms are perfectly fine, very spacious and comfortable. Mini bar is too expensive but has lots to offer. Swimming pool area is huge although pool was freezing! Plenty of sunbeds around. Decent gym on site. Only tried the restaurant for breakfast but there was a lot of choice and food was nice. Hotel bar is not too bad for price. Only issue with it is you can't just go to the bar and order your drink. They want to do table service only but then don't come round often enough so you have to keep going to the bar to ask them to come over. They might as well just let me order my drink there and carry it myself. Location is fine. Right next the theme park and a 10 minute taxi ride in to Benidorm. 2 golf courses on site, both really nice. Would certainly stay here again.

We love this hotel and have been back many times the new pool area is great for kids however the grass area means it gets muddy by the pool it needs a solution and again for the 3rd year in a row check in is horrific there have been zero efforts to improve so prepare for at least 45-80 mins to check in and with kids that’s not fun people are stressed and unhappy I suggest an advance online checkin process where guests can preload passports and docs etc other resorts mange it . That aside we will be back as we love it

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. From the warm welcome from Danna on reception, to the laid back relaxed atmosphere, the gorgeous surroundings and the immaculate attention to detail, this complex is absolutely stunning and was just an immaculate stay. The entire hotel complex is full of recreations of famous Valencian buildings, and the attention to detail is incredible. We stayed at the Level, and there is an open lounge with snacks and a heated pool. Breakfast was incredible, as was our room. We went with our 10 year old son, there were lots of activities to keep him entertained , such as a Kids Club, games room, play area and mini-golf, but it still retained the feeling of a hotel for adults.

El sitio es ideal para descansar, la cama y la almohada perfectas. La habitación suite es amplia bonita, luminosa. Este último punto también implica que entra claridad a la hora de dormir así que si eres tiquismiquis en ese aspecto llévate un antifaz. Las vistas preciosas. El desayuno correcto pero no esperes nada caliente. El trato de Jaime perfecto, surgió un malentendido con la reserva de Expedia pero lo gestionó de una forma muy amable y priorizando nuestro bienestar por encima de todo.

The room and balcony was amazing, so spacious and the shower was so good. The room facilities were great from the coffee maker to TV & chromecast. Staff were very polite and friendly, I was even given a gift for my 10 month old, an inflatable ring for the pool. The breakfast buffet had quite a wide variety of foods and wasn’t too busy. The overall stay was excellent, would definitely come back again

All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, including reception, cleaning and breakfast staff. The room had everything we needed with a couple of extras, including small fridge and large balcony with sun loungers. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of pastries, yoghurts, fruit, cereal, ham and cheese as well as sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. The hotel was a few minutes' walk to reach the beach and other facilities. The late checkout at 12pm is very welcome after a night out in Benidorm! Finally, we have to mention Antonio whose service went above and beyond our expectations and was much appreciated, thank you Antonio :)

Very accommodating, staff very friendly, rooms clean and modern. We were given free upgrade, shower very powerful, and a lovely deep bath. Terrace very spacious, quiet location. Central and close to tram station. We were room only so cannot comment on meals etc. We were given huge chilled bottle of water for our journey home. Would we recommend to others ? YES Would we stay again? YES Value for money? YES

It was away from the noise of main Benidorm but only a 10mins walk into the old town. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was well worth the 6€ we paid and saved us having to find somewhere in town to eat. We had a room on the top floor with a big balcony and sun loungers.

Hotel was really clean and the staff were lovely. Fresh towels and bedding everyday. Nice walk down through the old town to get to the levante beach front and the strip. Its around 10 euro in a taxi back from there. A couple of shops and a pizza shop just outside the hotel. Really good value for money and would definitely return ☺️

The staff the owner was so lovely and so kind, he really made our stay that special! We actually left a very expensive watch and glasses which the hotel contacted us for and we got them back, the staff are honestly amazing !

What a excellent time my and i spent at sandos monaco, firstly the rooms are lovely spacious and comftable. Cleaned very well with fresh towels daily. The best part for us was the food. It was beautiful 😍 we enjoyed every single meal we had and the staff was lovely and friendly. We spent most of our days lazying round the pool which we enjoyed . The sun only came out at 12 mid day over the pool but wasn't a problem for us as we had a lovely morning walk after breakfast to the beach which is 5 mins away. We came back to the pool area around 11.30 just in time for sun bathing and a dip in the pool. Location excellent !! Had a spa morning to the spa was lovely and relaxing and a 35 min massarge which was amazing! Over all highly recommend sandos monaco. Thank you for a wonderful stay!🥰

Just got back from a lovely week at Sandos Monico hotel. There were three of us. Plenty of quiet areas (but need better air conditioning). Dining room was laid out well. Food was good. Didn’t have to wait for your drinks if waiters were busy you could help yourself. Staff were pleasant.pool area needs more beds and definitely more umbrellas . Having said that the pool area is quite small.Bedroom quiet spacious considering there were three beds. Some people have said the room needs updating I disagree personally i like good solid furniture over the furniture they use in some of the hotels I’ve been to. Bathroom was a good size with big walk-in shower beds good size and comfortable. We were on the eighth floor with pool view. ( which I requested) thank you Sandos Monico. Even had a little sea view.I highly recommend this hotel

Hotel was lovely & clean. Food was quite good, much as you'd expect from most AI. It was always hot tho which is great. Found it strange there was hardly ever chips/fries at dinner. My only few downsides of the hotel was 1: the music.... the same few songs played everyday around the pool & dining hall which was very annoying. Also the music played at night was clearly not for anyone born after 1970. The entertainment wasn't great but plenty places to go outside the hotel if needed. Drinks were ok, cocktails so so but the gin & red wine were not good. It's a bit of a shame how its laid out for sunbathing. Kinda need 2 choose if u want the sun in morning or afternoon as its 2 separate areas. Sun dowsnt reach the pool til after lunchtime. I really liked that the hotel wasn't too busy and pool wasn't over crowded. Would giv this place 7.5/10

The location was superb, right at the midway point of the two long beaches of Benidorm and also has a taxi rank just outside the door. The car park next door was very convenient too. The breakfast was the practical continental style but adequate. The room was well insulated and we were not disturbed at all by external or internal noise. The hotel bar on the ground floor has inside and outside areas and is a great place to have a drink in the morning sunshine looking out to sea. Our terrace had comfortable chairs and table and was ideal for a rest in the afternoon shade. Certainly a hotel that I would use again!

The property is very central and was very clean. The staff were very friendly. Check in was easy and our room available when we arrived and we were put next door to each other as we booked 2 rooms which was ideal. The rooms were very spacious and a great balcony to sit on. The morning breakfast was great too my 2 children really enjoyed it.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Check-in was simple and speedy. Room was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh and airy. Bedding was crisp , fresh and comfortable. Location was excellent for old town. Breakfast was great with more than enough choice. But I was exceptionally happy with the waiter who went over and above to cater for my gluten free requirements. . Will definitely recommend and return.

We thought the hotel was a really good location and attractive area of Benidorm. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast could have been a little more imaginative, fresh fruit and some better cereals, but was quite edible and set you up for the day.

A very Spanish Hotel set in the heart of the Old Town on the sea front. Great well presented restaurant with good spanish set menu and excellent professional friendly staff. Well managed and exceptionaly clean Hotel clientele mainly spanish. Enjoyed my 7 day stay on H/B single room. One observation more choice with coffee availability.

Nothing was touched belonging to us... But would have liked a safe.. The kitchen is a bit small for those that like to self cater ,as in NO CUTLERY DRAWER or Cutlery Tray Cutlery in a seal bag,, they certainly would have had the space to add an extra press in kitchen to store food... we used TV Unit... Also, there is NO SHOWER RACK for holding shampoo or shower gel.. I would rate it 8/10 on those 3 little things.... Very quiet complex... Maybe management will read this and improve those 3 things.. It's a beautiful small place and it was perfect for us.. Loved it. Guy at reception lovely guy as was cleaning staff....

We cannot fault the apartment, it was colse by to the beach and all the amenities, we had a seaview and despite a restuarant underneath we never heard any noise. The Staff were lovely and the cleaners so obliging, very modern and very clean, no noise at all from any other apartments, at one stage I thought we were the only ones there! We will definatly be staying again, I guess the only down side is the walk from the pick up and drop off point, having said that as the location is virtually traffic free apart from deliveries so it's well woth the very slight inconvenience. I'd highly recommend them and I'll be going back again. I just wished I'd booked for 2 weeks!

We had the most amazing time here - from arriving very late on our first evening reception were waiting for us and everything was quickly sorted and we were soon in our room. We were very happy with the quality of the accommodation from start to finish everything was of very high standard- plenty of plates pans cutlery nice fridge - daily cleaning was exceptional and shower was very very nice ! We will definitely visit here again- it’s so close to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants and bars and just on the edge of the old town. For those who fancy the new town it’s a fifteen minute walk along the promenade.

perfect for the beach. just at the cusp of the old town. (beautiful). close walk to the madness of the new town. nice bathroom - great shower. cooking facilities for those of a mind. we slept till 1pm so room not serviced really. mostly our fault. though the maid did come in on the second day when we were leaving, but all she did was make the bed. so towels still dirty, sheets still sandy. seemed pointless her trying to be honest. the old chap at reception was very friendly. was there with my brother, so we really just wanted somewhere to lay our heads, and it was perfect for that.

The property was excellent. Had brand new kettle and microwave. There was plenty of glasses, cups, plates, knives and forks and pans. Shower was great, easy to use and everywhere was clean. Only slight issue was the plug sockets in the bedroom didn’t work. We got round that no problem. The apartment was a two minute walk from tapas alley, we were on the beach front and I’d say 15-20 minutes leisurely walk to the strip and the markets. Brilliant location would definitely recommend it. Also had a lift for people who struggled with the stairs. Didn’t hear any noise either.

The view to die for at a good price point. The reception was very helpful. It was quiet in the rooms, The balcony room was fantastic. This is a 2 star but do not let that put you off. The rooms are dated but this is clear from photos and does it really matter? They allow mobility scooters and have their own charging points. (small charge for charging) This was a big bonus for me. There was a good supermarket about 300 years away on the seafront. My wife loved cooking and we managed the hob do take a fair time to cook on not all rings worked because they limited them due to triping of the electrics which did not happen during our week stay. They clean once a week, we had more than enough towels. There are 4 lifts no long waits and all go down to the beach front which is 30 seconds walk. There was a fan and heater in the room. It was not to bad with an outside temp of 28c on our stay, The sliding windows in the balcony room are big so easy to get air in . The sound of the see is load and fantastic with them open you can see for miles. I do not want to put this in dislikes as it is in the description but improvements would be Internet in rooms (only in reception, Plus Air con would be nice for holidays, It sits in a bit of ground with a swimming pool that looked lovely. Our stay was in mid-September. Overall this place is great and I have booked for next year already 2 days after coming back with a longer stay of 10 days.

Reception staff were helpful and friendly and could speak English. Apartment was clean and spacious - as a wheelchair user plenty of space to move around, tight between rooms/doorways but expected although bathroom doorframe too small to allow the wheelchair access. Balcony/sunroom was exceptional - large and with great views (8th floor/14 floors to street level and sliding windows to keep wind out in cooler months. Beds basic but comfy enough and extra blankets if needed as well as an abundance of towels. Underground parking area with charging points ideal for electric scooters (can hire one for around 50 eoro pw - reception can provide a contact for this. Drop off/pick up for taxis is at rear of hotel with secure entry system for access. Trip was outwith seasonal times so nice and quiet, pool closed but looked nice. Beach just yards away and a supermarket/restaurants

The view from the apartment was amazing looking over the beach and ocean. This is definitely one of the complex best features. A little disappointed that pool didn't open on time to try it out as the only other area to sit was unkempt with broken sun loungers and definitely hadn't been cleaned during 2 week stay which attract3d lot of files. That was the only real negative and should be an easy fix to freshen up the area.

like where it's situated have stayed there before. love the prom and the walk 🚶‍♂️ into town will be back soon P.G it could do with a little update pool out of action but we got over that

After reading really bad reviews on these apartments I feel it gets slated much more than it should. We have just come back this morninh after a week here for my birthday. Thr apartments are beautiful, large and very clean. They have everything u need including a washing machine. We were on the 25th floor views are stunning. We had a couple of nights where we are awaken to peolle smashing on the doors trying to get let in and one where someone was being sick above us and we heard everything. Lots of stag and hens most were respectful but some threw stuff down on you from the balcony if you were led by the pool. The pool in hotel east next door we disnt use as was a mad race for sunbeds at 10am. The small pool at apartments however we used everyday and always got a bed. This pool is in the shade til about 3pm days so is lovely. After 3 its boliing round there. We had breakfast at the east hotel next door twice. Standard buffet breakfast plenty of choice only thing is food a little cold some of it that said thats an issue across the board with this type of buffet food. There are 3 lifts in the apartments they take ages sometimes but thank god there are I wouldn't want to walk up all those stairs 🤣 The free bus in and out of town is great lovely drivers dont forget to give them a little tip when u leave. Taxi are great too less than 7 euro so thats not an issue when bus isnt running. We absolutly loved it all and we will be back.

Four of us staying in a two bedrooms apartment the first weekend of October First of all we were a little worried after seeing some reviews but we saw non of what we had read about Room was clean and tidy, little dated but fine, the apartment itself was really spacious The balcony was huge and got the sun all afternoon, views of Benidorm were amazing Especially in the evening for sunset Pool area nice and tidy, not too loud, easy to get a bed, pool bar was a little expensive but the food was nice We had no money go missing, no site of bugs in our room, non of the other things I’ve seen on other reviews We paid our 200€ deposit in cash and got it all back, just make sure you take your rubbish out to the bins The hill the hotel is on really isn’t that bad, took us about 15 minuets to walk to the beach Only negatives were that by the second day of our three day trip you could smell the drains which wasn’t pleasant in the room and the apartment part of the hotel doesn’t have a reception or anywhere to get food or drink unless you use a vending machine But the main part of the hotel is a two minute walk around the corner Overall I would come back for a long weekend with friends, wouldn’t choose it for a trip with a partner or family Don’t let the bad reviews worry you

Nice layout of the rooms, beautiful view from a nice, big balcony, practical kitchen, comfy beds and roller blinds that are very helpful if you want to sleep in :) Two very nice pools, a smaller one with lots of shade right next to the apartment building and a bigger one with a pool bar and music in the next door hotel.

Lovely pool area, clean and tidy outdoor space. Plenty of sunbeds. Apartments were okay, bedding nice. Really lovely staff around the pool area.

The cleanliness, the staff, the quiet location, the included breakfast, the gated parking, the roof terrace and the view from the roof terrace, close enough to the beach and local shops/bars. The decor was nice and the addition of a new air freshener and new wash cloth etc. The bed was fantastic. The room was the right size for a couple. The fridge, kettle and microwave were all clean and functional. The washing machine in the bathroom by the roof terrace was out of order but we didn't need it anyway. The breakfast is a choice from eggs, bacon, York ham salchichas, toast, jam, honey, coffee, tea, yoghurt, granola, orange juice and a choice of a couple of cereals. The eggs and bacon can be prepared to your individual requirements. It was well prepared and I wasn't left feeling hungry. The whole package definitely exceeded my expectations. Communication with the staff was excellent.

A beautiful, clean and very comfortable apartment. Love the simple fact there is a kettle and a fridge so you can make a cuppa whenever you want one. A very quiet location which suited us very well. If you have to go to the Levante end, which we had to for a function, there is a bus stop with a regular service 2 minutes walk from the hotel, at a cost of €1.60 per person each way it wasn’t worth taking the car and trying to park. On other occasions we walked along the front all the way along but 5km one way in dress shoes and heeled sandals is not ideal but no problem in trainers. The breakfasts were excellent and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We cannot recommend this hotel enough, it is excellent. Thank you Sofia for making our stay so restful and enjoyable.

We stayed at this location last year for the same event so we knew what to expect. Again the apartment, location, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were all excellent. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle which is very important. The bed is extremely comfortable. As our reason for visiting Benidorm is the same every year at this time we will more than likely book again next year. This location suits all of our needs. Far enough away from the nightlife to ensure a good nights sleep but easily accessible by car or public transport for the event we go for. A special thank you to Mayte for all her help and the excellent WhatsApp messages she sent making our check in and out go so smoothly.

From the pick up at the airport, by Slava, to our departure 14 days later, our stay was relaxing and comfortable. Mayte and Dina on reception were very friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment had a large comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean, and kept so by the friendly cleaning team, and was very quiet. The location is in a nice part of Benidorm with easy access to the centre by local buses which run every 15 minutes from a nearby bus stop. A lovely supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. We would certainly return and can highly recommend to those seeking a quiet stay away from the noisy town centre.

Very close to bus stops to Benidorm, Finestrat and Guadalest. Very close to Gran Bali hotel... great place for buffet dinner at €15 (€7.50 children) a head and some evening entertainment. Great to have hob/fridge/kettle in kitchen in room.

Hotel clean lovely hard working staff. The food was lovely & there is always something you can find to eat. On arrival we were welcomed by reception to check in. The pool area was very busy. Our room was lovely clean & roomy lovely side sea view. The next morning went down to the pool all front beds had gone. We found 2 beds my husband looked at the pool & said that waters going down I wonder if that's why it's cordoned off. He then noticed there was a big hole & tiles missing. We thought they may have gone out the way to get it fixed but no we arrived 24th April left the 28th April & didn't get to use the pool & it was very hot. I know it couldn't be helped but we never heard 1 apology off any staff which I'm sure they could have easily pushed a letter under our doors or posted 1 near the pool but nothing at all. It was a shame because it's a lovely hotel.

What an amazing place. The rooms are super and with gorgeous views from almost all rooms with large balconies. They are comfortable and with a lovely shower. They have a super breakfast with everything you might need. American breakfast with pancakes, English breakfast with hash browns and even fried bread and many options for a continental breakfast ( fruit, croissants, rolls). The coffee was great strength and thank goodness it’s was an unlimited. Every morning there was a different atmospheric live music presence like soothing guitar music, harp music or a singer singer. All to a lovely noise level and great to wake up to. The pool is brilliant. We had no big troubles securing a bed at some points of the day. Reservation of bed is not allowed and the great security is keeping an eye on bed with towels without people using them for a while to make them available for others. The system is great and stops people holding beds al day without being there. The staff in this hotel is just the best. They really are genuinely friendly and super helpful. We loved the guys at the pool bar that make you laugh every day ( more) . Location is just perfect. It’s right on the beach with the pool looking out on al the passers-by. It’s private yet you can see everything going on. It’s close to the old town and it’s not far to the English part. Both foot travels are flat or it’s super fun walk if you into people watching. If you are not a walker then you came take a bus or hire a scooter.

Hotel is situated right on the promenade sea front so coach transfers cannot fit down the road, cabs can, you are dropped off on the main road about 3 minutes walk. Sea is literally a stones throw from hotel reception. Check in was slow but very friendly and informative. We had a premium sea view, probably the best sea view we’ve ever had, on the third floor. Minibar items were complimentary and topped up daily (juice x 3, beer x 2 and water x2.) Room was good, cleaned daily, everything working, not overly spacious but adequate, but the balcony was very spacious and superb views. Situated right on Levante beach in amongst bars, supermarkets etc. ‘The kitchen’ restaurant provided lengthy opening times, 7-11 breakfast, 7.30-10 for dinner, and food was very varied and really good so no complaints. The bar was not over priced. All the staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and happy to assist. My only disappointment was the pool area, soooo small for how many guests there are, pool opens at 10am and if you’re not queuing at that time you will not get a sun bed. It’s a shame the hotel doesn’t provide sun beds on the beach as well. (If you want to sit on beach it costs €6 per day for sunbed). Overall though a really good stay and would recommend it.

The reception staff were particularly accommodating and friendly. I really liked how they were able to provide us with fresh towels after a spontaneous swim in the sea one evening. The breakfast host was great too, very friendly. The rooms were super. They were really clean and spacious. It was great to have a safe and fridge in the room. Both worked perfectly. The air-conditioning was also flawless. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, as good as you can get. The USB charging ports were also really convenient. The breakfast variety was excellent, and the food was great, too. The atmosphere at breakfast and pool side was brilliant with the live music. The perfomers were excellent and created the perfect ambience. This was such a nice touch. The drinks provided were also excellent. Lovely fresh juices and nice coffee machines. The pool had everything we needed. It had a lovely seating area. Inside the bar has plenty of comfortable seating too. The location is 10/10. Not too far but not too close to all the action. The beach is right outside. Thank you Melia and staff. You made our stay perfect.

10 of us stayed here to celebrate several mile stone birthdays, cannot comment on pool as didn't use it as all sunbeds took up by time we came down! Beach across road so not a bother. Stayed b&b basis, breakfast is amazing, egg station was great, fabulous choice of food. Checkin takes a while but check out is very quick. Rooms cleaned each day. Stayed on 2nd floor and didn't bother with sea view as only using hotel as a base, lovely and peaceful although we were next to the cleaners closet and squeaky door needs a touch of oil! Clientele was of the older generation so no rowdy drunken behaviour around pool area. Didn't use the bar but it looked lovely. Staff are very polite and helpful especially the staff in the dining room. Tables were cleaned and re set very quickly. The only negative was the torrential rain on the friday, obviously not the hotels doing!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The food at hotel was very good , quality , and always fresh ,hot ,and of good variety, we had no complaints , amenities were also good , pools we did not use but noticed that surrounding area was cleaned daily , staff were always pleasant even when busy , reception were helpful , would be happy to stay here again 😊

Great budget hotel with a relaxed feel. All inclusive was very good. Food was lovely, always managed to find something we enjoyed and cocktails were included too, Pina Coladas were delicious. Staff were all very friendly and approachable. Rooms were basic but very clean and serviced every day. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, some of the best hotel beds we’ve slept on. Two separate pool areas and never too busy that you couldn’t get a table or a sun lounger at both. Location was ideal for us just a short stroll from hustle and bustle of the main night life in new town and levante beach. Also two mins walk to nearest local bus stop for trips to Altea & Albir. Only down side for us was the walls in the rooms were pretty thin and we had LOUD neighbours in the next room which was annoying.

We loved virtually everything. Entry to the building was easy. With the exception of a microwave, everything we needed in the kitchen was there. The welcome pack was very thoughtful and useful. The soundproofing made for a delightful night's sleep. The rooms were spacious. There was even a small balcony with seats and table. There was a very nice tapas bar on the corner 1 minute walk from us! Lily kept in contact with us and was super friendly and helpful.

We loved everything about the Garden View apartment and had such a relaxing, comfortable stay. All of the facilities are so modern and functional and the bed was amazing! The showers were also powerful and very hot. The location is also perfect - within walking distance of the old quarter, the tram and the beach. If we were ever lucky enough to be back in Altea we would 100% rebook.

New, fresh, clean, nice smell, amazing view, very comfortable bed (maybe a bit too small for higher person), all what you need was there, even a pack for brrakfast. Nice terrace. Easy self-service. We got to the apartment earlier as it was prepared. Shop on the corner. City center or beach reachable in 5 minutes. Nice view from terrace. Cozy style.

Cosy apartment in the old city center of Altea, perfect location with sea view including sunrise from the large terrace with tasteful outdoor furniture! I stayed in October/November and the terrace was sunny from early in the morning until about 13.00. The apartment has an elevator, but the area is not suitable if you are less mobile.

Loved all of it as it was just like the photos. The terrace with a view was larger than I thought The decor makes you feel on holiday. Being in the old town was a plus as its a must see to anyone visiting. Was left a little welcome pack which was unexpected. Would return tomorrow if i could

Excellent location From the minute we arrived till the end of our trip nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious, after a room switch which was quickly resolved by the reception staff. Air-conditioning was excellent Rooms were cleaned once during our 7 days but towels changed twice.. Had room facing the street once door was closed no noise what so ever..spent many a evening watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Washer and dryer on first floor Cooking facilties were more than adequate .everything you needed and more On our last day we had a evening flight but apartments were full reception contacted other hotel part of climia group to arrange for us to spend the day there arranged luggage storage and shower facilities for us to use after a day at the pool... Used the other climia hotel for pool most days and even had a evening meal there which was arranged by climia 2 sleep reception.. Can't thank them enough for a wonderful stay for myself and my family... Would I stay again YES in a heartbeat..

Just returned home to the UK after a fantastic weeks stay at Climia 2sleeps apartments. What a beautiful hidden gem in the heart of Benidorm Old Town.. 2 minutes walk to the beach ⛱️ On arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist. Who helped us up the steps with our cases. Check in was very welcoming and quick. We were given a room on the 1st floor. Which did not disappoint. It was very spacious and extremely clean. The kitchenette was very well equipped with fridge/kettle/microwave, utensils and cleaning products, it was immaculately clean. Beds were very comfy, shower and hairdryer was brilliant. Liquid hand soap/shower gel and shampoo, all included in containers attached to the walls. We had partial sea view, overlooking one of the many avenues in Old Town Benidorm. We loved watching the school children going to school each morning and people watching. The pizza shop below did not disturb us at all, once our doors were closed at night, we couldn't hear anything. We used the sister apartments rooftop solarium a few times. It was 2 doors away and very private. We also used Benidorm Plaza Hotel, this wasn't for us, it has a covered pool! The apartments are very well located to everything in the Old Town, restaurants and beach. Thank you to all the staff who helped make our stay one to remember (including the cleaning staff, who do a marvellous job too), we will be returning 😀

Fabulous apartment close to beach and central in Old Town. Compact but with everything you need. Really helpful receptionists. Twinned with hotel 5 mins away so you can use their pool. Highly recommended. In centre of Old Town but not noisy at all. Small balcony but at least somewhere to sit outside.

We stayed in the second block and it was amazing. Great location to discover the old town, fantastic roof top terrace, 250m to the beach and use of nearby hotel facilities for pool. Supermarket near by, great price, WILL definitely stay again

Stayed here many times, always great. I’m not bothered about having a pool so it suits me….. there is a roof terrace. Location is perfect. Rooms are a good size, well equipped and always clean.

we wanted a one night stay to see BENIDORM.. I booked very easily online, and had a telephone call the same day to confirm my booking. The apartments were well equipped . Very clean Friendly service swimming pool facility's and a nice cafe. Location was great for us as we wanted to shop and see some acts, very close to the town. My only negative was there wasn't any air conditioning. Lots of windows to open though..

The apts were absolutely spotless , spacious , so functional , everything we needed in them , all kitchen appliances, hairdryer, iron , even washing up liquid and cloths , beds were so comfy , we had a 2 bed apt, each had our own space for hanging clothes , beautiful view from our balcony , it was great walking in to such a clean fresh apt ,Thank you

Apartment was as described. Quite spacious, everything we needed for our stay. Bar downstairs was great. Friendly staff, good food and service, at great prices. Location was great .

The only thing i had to go to z different hotel to collect keys and i wasnt made aware of this by expedia
