The Belmond exceeds expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted and cleansed of any concern. The staff pays attention to detail, accommodating any request. The property is historical and meaningful, encouraging relaxation and a connection with nature. All facilities are within comfortable walking distance and easily accessible. The Belmond, at its best, offers an exceptional breakfast experience-something to look forward to and reminisce. The pool complements the hotels beauty, alongside the animals, who are familiar with the property and curious. However, one improvement the Belmond should consider-the dinner experience at IPE (the smaller restaurant, poolside) did not meet expectations. While the food is amazing, the service was not consistent. Otherwise, excellent destination and a memorable experience. There’s so much to praise here. The location jn the national park is ideal and worth getting up early to see the falls before the crowds arrive. The views of Devils Throat are sensational. The pool area is simply world class and the staff are exceptional too. It is SO relaxing. All the dining options and bars were outstanding too. Feels luxury and the staff are so professional. Really good choices. The sunset from the tower is incredible too and well worth a visit. We did the safari tour which is out of this world and a must do. The only negative was I emailed through a feather allergy which was acknowledged. When we arrived the room had feather pillows and duvets. I went to reception and it was resolved but there was no real apology or offer of a new room. No one checked up either to see if I had a severe reaction to the feather. No follow up whatsoever. For the price point it was a really disappointing error to make and then compounded with the lack of customer service. It is not what you’d expect in a 5 star hotel.

I cannot say enough about this place, it is pure magic and simply stunning! Design, decor, food/drink, experiences and service are all top notch. Enjoying the park before and after opening hours was worth the price of gold! Culinary offerings were exceptional, with casual dining in Ipe Restaurant and an exquisite Michelin 2-star tasting menu in Y Restaurant that blew our minds away. Lots of options for cocktails as well, my favorite was the outdoor patio at sunset. Spa was small but tasteful, with incredible treatments that embrace the local culture and flair. Swimming pool was an oasis in itself, relaxing and overlooking the beautiful gardens. Lastly, are the indescribably perfect experiences that bring you right to the Falls at all hours of the day. I recommend the First Light and Full Moon walks which take you inside the park before it opens to the public. Also, Macuso Safari boat ride must not be missed - exhilarating fun, but prepare to get wet! Belmond Hotel das Cataratas is the only place to stay when visiting Iguassu Falls... while we came a long distance to experience it, we are already looking forward to coming back!

Several months later we are still talking about our stays at the Belmond. We found the service to be outstanding and our rooms (we enjoyed two separate short stays within about a week) were excellent. The access to Iguazú Falls—being located inside the national park—was really worth the exorbitant cost… we got up really early in the morning to walk the trails and view the falls before the rest of the tourists arrived. Such a spectacular experience to be almost the only people there among so much beauty. Breakfasts were generous and very good and we also enjoyed dinner in the same restaurant. We appreciated the shuttle that took us to the park entrance…almost to the bird park. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, with a nice pool. There’s access to a tower that offers spectacular views of the falls. We saw some striking birds on the grounds as well as coatis and guinea pigs. Also, we appreciated excellent service from the concierge desk. This was a big splurge for us but we didn’t regret it one bit.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating every need at all times. They made every minute of our 4 night's stay easy and fun. We had our 7 month old baby, and they thought about everything to accommodate his needs. The food was amazing. The room was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Had massages two days in a row, very relaxing. The pool we had in the room, was lovely and relaxing.

Great place to say in Gramado. Beautiful property all around. Babysitter on site. Pool area is great for relaxing. Very quiet around the property. Safe for kids to run around. Afternoon tea is excellent. Restaurant has great steak options. Family will definitely be back to visit.

We loved the tranquil garden setting of our spacious apartment (Julieta) and enjoyed relaxing in the pool area. Tea/coffee facility in the room is a bonus. Breakfast simply couldn’t be better- delicious food and excellent table service. Staff always pleasant and courteous.

O hospedagem no Ritta Hoppner é tão mágica quanto Gramado em si! Tudo pensado em bem atender, em fazer o hóspede se sentir acolhido. A equipe é extraordinária, sempre simpática, prestativa, pronta para lhe agradar. É um atendimento sem igual, vc já se sente em casa no check-in. A beleza do lugar é ímpar, capricho em cada pequeno detalhe. As pinturas na parede são magníficas, o hotel em si já é uma marca! Queria morar ali! Está em meio ao verde e a natureza e, da mesma forma, a alguns minutos caminhando do centro. Região muito agradável, residencial, silenciosa… a hospedagem foi perfeita e queremos voltar em breve!!! O único ponto negativo foi ter que partir e voltar para a realidade, rsss!! Parabéns a toda equipe que tão bem nos acolheu! Saímos felizes e ansiosos por voltar! The hotel was beautiful and everything was neat and clean; property well maintained. The tea time in the afternoons were a highlight, delicious tea, beverages, sweet and salad snacks. Breakfasts were so good too, with a variety of fruits, cold cuts, eggs made the way you wanted, pastries, lots of coffee, etc. The room was big, with everything you need, bathroom was well equipped, with a tub and a shower; the only thing that was missing was an extractor in the bathroom. Concierge and restaurant personnel were very nice, always very helpful; very good staff. Not all of them speaks or understand English, but they always find the way to understand and comply with our requests. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Our stay at SOLELUNA was great. The staff is very friendly, the reception stays open from the morning until very late, and they have transfers to the beach and to the "Quadrado"/Village center. Breakfast is amazing, full of tasty, traditional and regional options. The whole place is beautiful, the tropical garden fully integrated with all common areas of the hotel is astonishing. A must: the steam sauna, which is a glass box where you can relax and feel part of the nature! And the green pool (there are two pools) with warm water is very relaxing. Our room (number 10, if I'm not mistaken) was elegantly decorated and extremely cozy. Thank you, guys

the first and most important thing: the property is just like the photos. intact, I would say Soleluna is better in real life than the photos. There are 2 pools, so it’s never crowded. they build the hotel in a way the chalés are very secluded and you have your privacy. Soleluna has a fantastic location, just 5 minutes walking from Quadrado, where all the restaurants are. It’s also a 10 min drive from the beach, and the hotel has a transfer to take you to any beach that you want. Tainá and the owner were very kind and ready to give you any tips about restaurants and beach clubs. I will definitely go back to Trancoso to stay at Soleluna.

Soleluna is truly exquisite. Our accommodations featured a private outdoor lounge area and a heated pool, both of which were impeccable. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The staff were consistently warm and hospitable, always eager to assist us with any needs or requests we had. Being conveniently located near both the beach and the town square made our stay even more enjoyable. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of tempting options. Needless to say, we are already looking forward to returning to this wonderful property with our entire family.

The pousada is really great they attended to all our needs, service was amazing. We had a room with a private pool what was really nice. Breakfast was well served. The restaurant and bar Bacuri was fantastic. Their cocktails and menu were really great.

A wonderful place to stay in Bonito! We stayed in an apartment with private pool and had a great week. The staff was very friendly and the service was good. The breakfast had an incredibly wide choice. Definitely recommended to stay in Bonito!

Pousada is gorgeous, very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed having my own private pool in the room patio area. Staff was very friendly and super attentive to my needs. Fantastic breakfast. Great location, short walking distance from restaurants and shops.

Don't often leave a review, but this place is incredible. It's the perfect base for exploring Bonito, looks just like the pictures with great pools and swim up bars. We were kindly upgraded to a private pool by the owner Paul who was very welcoming. All the staff were very helpful, especially Alifer the bartender who was always helpful despite us speaking different languages.

My partner & I traveled Brazil for a month coming from Australia, staying in 5 star hotels along the way, this hotel was a stand out for us. I have rated this for couples 5 star, however, once there we could see you could easily bring the kids with a few different options of pools with different vibes through the entire hotel. The rooms were tidy, staff were friendly & helpful, with sufficient English. We loved the swim up bars, the drinks strong and not overpriced, an easy way to cool off on a hot day. A special mention regarding the breakfast bar, was by far the most elaborate and impressive in all our travels, the cakes decadent! Have included photos. 😋

O caminho de cerca de 4 km até o centro comercial é íngreme e a estrada é de terra, então é preciso ter cuidado com o carro. Quartos amplos, espaçosos e com decoração de bom gosto, com aquecimento duplo com lareira (lenha e acendedor incluídos e repostos diariamente) e aquecedor a gás. O quarto também é equipado com televisão (TV a cabo e DVD, com a possibilidade de assistir a uma seleção de títulos disponibilizada pelo hotel). O hotel possui restaurante (com serviço de quarto), área de estar, academia, piscina, sauna e spa (com tratamentos pagos à parte). Equipe atenciosa, discreta e profissional, respeitando a privacidade e os horários dos hóspedes. Café da manhã farto e muito diversificado, com opções para todos os gostos e restrições alimentares (veganos etc.), servido até as 11h (o que é um diferencial positivo em um destino em que se pretende curtir o friozinho noturno e acordar tarde). Alguns itens do café da manhã (omeletes, waffles e vitaminas) são preparados na hora na cozinha e chegam quentinhos à mesa - embora possam demorar um pouco nos horários com maior movimento no restaurante. Além do café da manhã, o hotel ainda serve um chá da tarde incluído na diária, com opções de doces e chás, e também mantém uma cafeteira de espresso o tempo todo à disposição dos hóspedes.

Hotel de atendimento ímpar. Muito atenciosos e solícitos em todos os momentos. Lugar incrível, conforto, natureza, bem estar em todos os sentidos. Cadê da manhã excepcional e muita variedade vegana. Um diferencial ótimo. Vale muito a pena. Fomos em um fim de semana muito chuvoso. A estrada que dá acesso da cidade ao hotel estava bem acidentada devido à erosão das chuvas. Isso limitou algumas saídas e voltas ao hotel. Mas valeu a pena.

Um lugar incrível, a vista é maravilhosa. Tanto do hotel quanto do quarto. Ficamos na moradia Sossego. A equipe do hotel nos atendeu super bem e são super cordiais. Única coisa que deixa a desejar é a chegada até o hotel, estrada de chãos em um bom pedaço. Mas vale a pena!

Ótimo para passar uns dias em casal. Poucas suítes, afastadas, e sem crianças para acabar com o clima de romance. O acesso ao hotel é um pouco difícil, em estrada de terra. São quase 4 quilômetros que exigem do motorista. Mas chegamos, mesmo em carro baixo.

Nossa estadia foi perfeita!! O hotel é lindo e aconchegante! Muito arborizado, paisagismo exuberante e decoração maravilhosa! O café da manhã é delicioso, e os pratos servidos no restaurante também! Funcionários super simpáticos e hospitaleiros. Estamos encantados com o hotel! Com certeza, voltaremos!!

A hospedagem foi muito boa, o hotel é bem localizado, perto e restaurantes, padarias e farmácia. O quarto é amplo, limpo, bem arejado e iluminando. A cama confortável, isolamento acústico bom, enfim tudo muito bom. A única questão são os valores das diárias, muito altas se comparadas com diárias de cidades grandes de mesma categoria. Deve ser pela falta de concorrência.

Só a lixeira é que não cabe ao lado do vaso sanitário. Para usá-lo tem de empurrar a lixeira p o lado/frente. Soube q o elevador travou com nossos amigos dentro, mas foi resolvido felizmente. Nossa estadia foi mt confortável . Funcionários mt educados e efetivos.

We experienced amazing hospitality and service from everyone at Alfa Hotel. The restaurant had great breakfast every day and the shrimp risotto at dinner is phenomenal. The street noise was a little loud on weekend nights but otherwise a perfect stay.

Pools were very nice, our room (suite with “pool”) was wonderful, the birds & other animals on the property were a great unexpected bonus.

The location is absolutely stunning – nestled between two beaches, it offers the unique opportunity to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The rooms are fine, though not outstanding, but since most of the time is spent outside, this is not a major drawback. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. There are plenty of activities for children throughout the day, and in the evenings guests can enjoy live music or other entertainment. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the service is outstanding – attentive and genuinely kind.

The property is fantastic. There are many leisure options for adults and kids, the pools are great and the sunset is marvelous. The dinner and breakfast are fantastic: there were several options and everything was delicious. There are also many animals, and my kid loved the opportunity to meet Macaws and Toucan. I’d definitely return to stay more days in the future.

The resort is amazing! Very family friendly and great atmosphere. They have very clean rooms, restaurants, pools and beaches. Best part is the amount of animals you will find there. Rabbits, araras, monkeys, tucanos etc They have recreation time with kids and adults and super friendly employees. I will definitely be back and bring my entire family next time

Hotel maravilhoso. Toda estrutura impecavel e pensada no conforto dos hospedes. Pegamos o quarto com hidro e vista para o mar e ver de la o nascer do sol foi simplesmente perfeito. Aproveitamos e fizemos massagem no spa do hotel e foi uma delicia. Unicas coisas que nao me agradadam foram cobrar pelo aluguel da bicicleta e da piscina só funcionar ate as 19:00. O horario deveria ser estendido, principalmente em dias muito quentes.

A reserva foi feita por se tratar de aniversário de casamento e da minha esposa. O que foi informado nos dados da reserva foi cumprido pelo Hotel, destaco o atendimento dos funcionários atendimento de excelência, o café da manhã atendeu as expectativas. Um ponto relevante é a localização do Hotel próximo a uma variedade de Restaurantes e Bares além de um cenário bonito para fotografias e lazer.

The staff were very helpful..the breakfast buffet had a vast and varied selection of food including chicken pie which was delicious. The rooms were large very clean and beds were very comfortable. We chose the hotel for the swimming pool which didn't disappoint. Lovely big pool with plenty of sunbeds ( some uncomfortable) and a nice pool bar and cafe. All of the communal areas were very luxurious and clean.

Excellent hotel and little oasis in a relatively undeveloped and sometimes rundown beachside strip. The hotel is super clean and has minimalist style. The rooms were great, well tended with comfy beds and plenty of sockets big shower and a good tv. The staff were amazing, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Junior and Mabelle on reception who were fantastic.They also helped with a medical issue we had without fault. In addition the bar,restaurant and poolside staff worked hard to please every request. The hotel bar and restaurant prices were reasonable and good value .Breakfast varied and Brazilian. The amazing Pria do Futuro beach is steps away over the road with plenty of activities and beachside bars and restaurants during the day. (warning they closed with sunset around 1800 at the time we were there).Warning in that the sea is quite rough, great for all the windy water activities. The temperatures were a constant 30degrees when we were there but a consistant and established Fortaleza breeze kept it pleasurable. The main tourist area of Meireles is a 20minute taxi ride away (around BRL20)and offers more restaurant options and great night market. Take a 30min taxi to nearby Beach Park waterpark for a great day out. Not cheap at around BRL280 but a well organised, clean and Disney-esque adventure. Fortaleza is a wonderful and varied place and I would recommend the Hotel Gran Mareiro without a doubt for a holiday, base or trip to this part of amazing Brazil.

Everything was Amazing in this hôtel. Breakfast, rooms, bar, cocktails, swimming pool, employées. The location is directory on the 2nd beach and the view from the rooftop pool is superbe. WE had an issue with the aircon leaking in our room and they upgraded us to a better room with jacuzzi bathtub. I can't recommend enough this hôtel.

Friendly staff, esp. breakfast and cleaning ladies. Good variety and quality of products at breakfast. Pool is really nice, would be even better if they add some beach umbrellas at the lounge chairs next to the pool, as there is very little shade. We booked an apartment duplex with jacuzzi and the view was as not as nice as expected, but it was surprisingly quiet for a hotel right in the middle of 2nd beach.

This was my third visit to the island and by far the best experience. Located right in the middle of Segunda Praia, we enjoyed the two swimming pools on the rooftop with a great bar. The bartenders Everton and Edilson mixed some of the best cocktails we encountered. We were grateful for some of the information about the island they gave us. We also liked the friendly staff at breakfast, and the different items offered every morning. We wished to have such great water pressure in our shower at home!

The hotel is located in the heart of Morro beach #2. Breakfast was great, the rooftop pool is beautiful and inviting, walks from the beach and most of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful, even without English. My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel is in second beach, which is prime location if you want to visit 1st & 3rd beach. Hotel has a rooftop pool overlooking the beach.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Quiet, private, friendly staff, breakfast a la carte without waste and the usual rush of breakfast buffets. Very comfortable and well-decorated room. The pool is very nice as well, made of concrete. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures.

Amazing hotel, modern and tasteful design, cozy leisure area, delicious breakfast (I don’t drink cows milk and the staff made sure I could drink my coffee with plant milk, I really appreciate it! :))The staff was very friendly, attentive and provided us with great restaurants recommendations. The stay exceeded my expectations!

Really nice property around 10 mins to the beach and 5 mins to Broadway the main drag in the town. We stayed in a cabin by the pool which was comfortable. Nice little patio where one can hang a hammock. The pool is very large and we much enjoyed it. Breakfast was very generous and varied we enjoyed it every morning. WiFi worked but not very fast. Tv signal in the room was not great and channel selection limited. Staff was very helpful throughout our 5 day stay. The property is on the older side and generally seems like it would benefit from some sprucing up. Minor item, but the amount of very visible large signs could be toned down. Cheapens the property considerably!

We stayed at this place from Wednesday through Saturday this June. It was fantastic! The place is only a block from Broadway, where all the action is, and only a short 5-minute walk down to the beach. We stayed at the L'amore apartment/room. Very clean, brand new room. AC unit was so quiet we didn't even know it was on half the time. Breakfast had a nice variety of fruits, cakes, juices, and other local staples. The only problem we encountered was on Friday night and Saturday morning with excessive music noise from the guests at the next door pousada. The manager at our place advised us to let them know next time, so they can take the appropriate course of action notifying the local police (there are noise ordinances in Brazil after 10pm). Staff was always helpful and pleasant. The owners seemed to show concern for our comfort every time they crossed us in the pousada grounds. The chalets were the cutest thing too. The Wi-fi was spotty at times. The swimming pool grounds was beautiful. The place is all beautifully ornated and the landscaping is pristine. I suggest staying during the week days and leaving before, or right at the beginning of the weekend, to avoid noise and crowds from the capital, Fortaleza. If you can, book a room closer to the entrance of the pousada to avoid noise from the pousada next door, in the back.

So glad to have found this spot in previous post. Great for relaxation after 2 days of delayed flights. Owners photos represent the place accurately. Staying in a basic room with queen bed and set of bunk beds. Clever configuration. I am enjoying the easy access to wi-fi in room and dining area. Nice breakfast, inviting pool, comfortable bed, easy walk to main street (Broadway) and beach. This town has an eco development plan in progress. Lots of new construction evident. If you're the patient kind of traveler, it works fine to arrive by bus from Fortaleza, via the city bus station (rodovaria). Tookus about 3 1/2 hours on the comfy Sao Benedito (green) bus. There's also a transfer service available from the hotel (inquire directly) but it cost too much be comparison. I'm sure it would be lots quicker. (Bus fare was less the $!0 each at the bus station)

I´ve stayed there for two days and it was an unforgettable experience. Clean and confortable rooms with AC, cable TV, good bathroom, king size bed, refrigerator. Nice swimming pool where is possible to get a good massage while drinking some local drinks. Amazing breakfast. I´m sure it´s the best place to relax in that paradise called Canoa Quebrada.

We stayed for two nights and it truly is a great place! Lovely and helpful staff, clean and beautiful pool area, nice cabins and exellent breakfasts . Located close to the beaches and main street. Very child friendly. I would highly recommend Pousada la dolche Vita.

This is possibly the most beautiful boutique hotel in Buzios with an amazing, friendly staff. The views are breathtaking, the sunset is surreal. Breakfast is delicious! The pool is so nice. The room with a private pool on the balcony is absolutely stunning.

Beautiful, upscale, pristinely manicured property. Impeccable upkeep of grounds, gardens, common areas, gym and pool. Stunning views of Búzios and the Orla Bardot. Next to a multitude of restaurants and bars, with easy water taxi access to many of the best beaches. The hotel service is akin to some the most premium 5-star properties around the world, comparable to Four Seasons, Claridges and the like. The staff is polite, quiet, trilingual and eager to please. The ambience is sophisticated, aromatized and exquisite. The rooms have a beachy feel, with a southern Mediterranean decor, like some of the properties in Capri and the Greek Islands, but yet with great amenities, efficient air conditioning and comfortable bedding. Lastly, the breakfast deserves a mention of its own. It is included in the stay, but unlike other hotel breakfasts, instead of a pre-cooked buffet, the options are all à la carte, made to order, and include delicacies such as local tapiocas, eggs benedicts, crepes, tartines, croque monsieur or any other request that may come to mind. Not to mention the daily basket of freshly baked croissants, sour doughs and local cakes. The pool side menu is equally impressive with fresh salads, shashimi selection, sushi, sampler sandwiches, tartar and more. The hotel’s restaurant offers a fine dining tasting menu unlike anything else you can find in Búzios.

We were there for a friend’s wedding. It was pure bliss. The rooms are large and overlooking the bay. The view alone - from the room, from the pool, from the restaurant- is worth the $$. Hotel staff is super friendly, accommodating. Restaurant experience is to die for - from sumptuous, Home made breakfast to luxurious lunch (coconut ceviche, lobster ceviche and of course passion fruit caperihnas are a must!). The small downside is the pool itself - pretty dirty most of the time and pretty cold. Overall a great hotel, would stay there again.

Without any doubts, the best hotel in Buzios. Very well located, few meters away from the main street (Rua das Pedras). Staff was gorgeous, from the arrival porter to reception, housekeeping, and restaurants. Breakfast was a la carte style, where you choose what you want as many times you want. I strongly recommend trying everything! especially their "Pão de Queijo" (cheese bread). Ask for half portions so you will know what to order in the next day. They have a kayak experience for guests included. The food was great! They have an Italian restaurant as part of the hotel with fresh hand-made pasta (yes, it's true). Rooms are well served with robes, espresso machines, and fridge. Particularly speaking, the Master Suite is a must... if you can upgrade, it is totally worth it. One last thing, the swimming pool is heated!

A pousada é nova, bem organizada e limpa. Os quartos são novos e a cama muito boa. O banheiro é amplo e o chuveiro muito bom (ressalva abaixo). O café da manhã é excelente. O atendimento é perfeito, todos muito simpáticos. A Agencia de Turismo XP: o pessoal é competente e atendem superbem. Recomendo. Recomendo e voltarei. Ressalvas sobre a estadia: - Banheiro: há o retorno do cheiro do esgoto e isso causa um desconforto par ficar no quarto (pelo menos para mim e no quarto que fiquei - ap. 21) Sugestão: O café da manhã nos fins de semana e períodos de eventos (ex. Festival de Inverno) poderia se estender até às 10h

O local parece ter sido construído recentemente (tudo está novo) fica bem localizado, perto dos restaurantes e comércio de Bonito. O atendimento foi cordial e vi muitos funcionários organizando e limpando tanto os ambientes externos como internos, o que garante o ambiente bem cuidado. O quarto era bem higienizado, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, possuia smartv e tinha espaço adequado para 2 pessoas. Com um bom café da manhã. Minha única recomendação à hospedagem é que troquem o tipo de desinfetante porque o atual tem um cheiro muito forte e ruim. Grávidas e pessoas mais sensíveis podem enjoar com ele.

Os quartos são pequenos, mas tem espaço suficiente para um casal, a cama é confortável, tem uma cômoda que dá para colocar as roupas, o quarto possui ar condicionado, frigobar, não tenho muito o que falar! Único lado ruim do quarto, é que não entra vento no banheiro, para secar as roupas, já que a maioria dos passeios são na água, as roupas não secam, ficando úmida e com cheiro forte.

Awesome place for couples (of which there were some). The place has a very romantic vibe: private sunbeds with 360 degree curtains around the pool, many jacuzzies (some of them private) for a good love making session, sexy lightning, an outside bar, great comfy bed / room. I will come back with my girlfriend! Also, try the natural pineapple juice in the bar! Best i have tasted. It's a 5 minute car ride from Old Town of Paraty.

Very good breakfast, nice swimmingpool and jacuzzis, a lot of shadowed places, games ( bilard etc)

Firstly i went to Brazil for the first time amd by myself i may add ..the staff bentbover backwards to help me try and navigate aroundvthe language barrier ..they were kind .polite and very helpful dispute me not knowing a single word of the language . The manager Maxmad e me feel welcome right from the beginning and issue I had no matter how big or small due to the language barrier was resolved instantly.. In my opinion I would have liked some of the staff to know a little more English but in all honest maybe it is me that needs to adapt aswell ..the hotel looks amazing and orientated towards the needs of the guests..air con bigbpatio doors in the bedroom and my own Jacuzzi...the hotel is situated a stone's throw away from the beach ...the tide can be a little rough but never the less it is and has beautiful sandy setting with the hot sun and the cool breeze it was a perfect combination .. I would highly recommend this deluxe and beautiful hotel to anyone .. I will be going again for sure ..

O hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício. Fiquei em um quarto luxo, de frente para o mar e com uma Jacuzzi que atendia a dois quartos. Gostei muito. Achei muito boa a opção do hotel de além de ter pratos a la carte ele tb tem a opção de self service tb de petiscos. Então se vc n quiser pedir um prato pode se servir no rodízio de petiscos e pesar. Adorei essa opção porque muitas vezes não estamos com fome para pedir um almoço completo. A noite teve música ao vivo. O hotel é muito bom, recomendo. Achei o preço ótimo para o que oferece. Viajei com marido e filha. Já tinha ido aos hotéis Wish, Serhs e Rifoles mas voltarei nesse com Ctz. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor mas tem de tudo. Acho q só faltou mais algumas coisas diferentes mas só básico tem tudoooooo. Recomendo demais.

Funcionários educados e prestativos, café da manhã excelente com variedades. Piscinas limpas e 1 com acessibilidade o que fez a diferença para nós que temos limitações. Hotel e quartos limpos, cama confortável, lençóis e travesseiros limpos e confortável. Bem arborizado, amamos a estadia, voltaremos com certeza. A única ressalva que faço é para trocar a lixeira de papel higiênico do banheiro por uma com tampa, ou lixeira basculante, pois pelo menos no quarto aonde ficamos o 511, a lixeira era sem tampa ficando o papel higiênico usado exposto, não sei se nos outros quartos também. Este é um pequeno detalhe que faz uma grande diferença. No mais hotel perfeito, indicaremos sim. Parabéns! E obrigada pela excelente estadia.

We had an amazing time at the resort. The staff, Maria, the manager was very helpful and speaks good English, and helped us with any little issues that we had, Marcus on reception was very helpful sorting out our room change when we needed something further from the bar area, Pedro the porter carried our many bags without any fuss, and refused me helping him, Josie in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful. In fact ,everyone was fantastic, will definitely be coming back again

Superou minhas expectativas! A comida é saborosa, porém há poucas opções. No modelo all inclusive, é possível pedir petiscos, lanches, pizzas e tapiocas diretamente na lanchonete da piscina, garantindo que estejam sempre frescos e deliciosos. O resort realmente precisa de algumas melhorias, talvez uma renovação nos quartos e piscinas, mas não fica atrás de outros resorts da mesma categoria. Os colchões deixam a desejar—são muito macios, parecendo um amontoado de roupas. No entanto, isso não comprometeu nossa experiência, e os funcionários são excepcionais.
