We stayed in a suite, quite spacious for two adults, one kid and a baby. The room was equipped with everything we needed, as well as a jacuzzi and a fireplace. It was great value for money. Calm and quiet location, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Our kid loved the little zoo with goats, chickens, peacocks, rabbits etc. There are geese and birds everywhere. Very close to İznik center, famous for its tiles, where one can buy souvenirs for a reasonable price. Will definitely visit again.

This is the second year in a row we've stayed as a family of 3 here and it's been a wonderful. Beautiful pool clean and quiet rooms friendly staff and free breakfast 😉 even tho road work front of the hotel don't allowed us to walk freely we've had to take the back roads which wasn't too bad at all we like walking! We also visited the famous sites like city museum and ceramic paintings shops they're very interesting my partner even paired her own plate at Esra Cini in the city centre which I recommend very friendly shop and the owner is very good 😊 city is very interesting due to the biblical history even latest found of a sunken church in the lake ! Traffic is very busy and we didn't see any foreign tourists but here is loads to see this little town. Fresh produce must be tested like fruit 🍉 and vegetable 🥒 lovely. People are very nice and friendly, taxi charges 10 tl in town anywhere. We a stayed by the pool most of the days due to lovely weather ☀️ of course we didn't hire a car there is a bus going most of the places from front of the hotel charges 2 lira . Sunset 🌅 is great take your camera with you and you might even proposed to your other half 👍we've loved staying here and we can't wait to go again 👍👍👍

Very nice hotel, very good service, friendly personnel and always willing to help, and, we also had a great dinner in the garden, with a view on a beautiful sunset. The hotel has a nice pool and close there is the lake. A good location to visit Iznik for a few days.

Location is excellent in front of the lake , rooms are good ,wide and very clean, overall hotel is very clean, the swimming pool is nice , cost is suitable, they have nice family rooms, breakfast is good.

Considering this is listed as a 3 Star hotel, I was very pleasantly surprised to see how clean and well-kept the hotel was. The reception area was very clean and tidy with the front-of-house staff very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with good quality food, presented very well. The bedroom was large (balcony room), very clean and house-keeping maintained this very well throughout my 3 day stay. I was visiting the exhibition halls at the Ataturk Textile Centre and this was a pleasant 15 minute walk from the hotel I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and if returning, definitely would book again. Incredible value-for-money...

This was my third stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it. The staff is amazing. During both my recent stay and a previous visit, I forgot an item in my room, and they promptly mailed it to me after finding it. The hotel also has a gym open for 24 hours and close to parks if you want to go out for a run.

Located in perfect location, the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. The staff was very helpful.The hotel provides almost every facilities, good rooms, roof with good city view. Overall experience was awesome.. I have to mention polite staff working at the restaurant for the breakfast, specially Makfirete Albayrak. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families.

Was unsure about staying here but turned out to be a great decision. Hotel was well worth the money. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and extra helpful. Would definitely be staying here again. Used it as a base for going to uludag ski resort every day.

Excellent hotel that feels brand new, with beautiful and spacious (and super clean) rooms, with good views. The staff was great and super cordial. Parking is underneath the hotel and valet service is super efficient. The highlight of this hotel is their thermal water pool. Although very hot (sometimes 41 celcius - usually 38/39) you can tell that it's good quality water straight from the source. Very relaxing and hopefully beneficial. Would gladly return.

The rooms were a good sign, modern and well furnished. The view from our room was spectacular. The end to end service by the hotel and all staff was impeccable, Firat being my standout. Facilities were great. The natural thermal swimming pool, hammam, sauna…all super clean and well presented. We really enjoyed our stay and thank the staff who made it what it was.

Thermal waters were amazing. The pool under the hotel is filled with natural thermal waters that is rich in minerals and very warm which is good for blood circulation and cardiovascular health I read.

The gym was well equipped and the spa very nice with sauna, hammam but also swimming pool and Turquish baths. The restaurant accepted to serve dinner until 9.30pm/9.45pm over the three nights I spent there and the food was good. Staff was really nice and smiling in the restaurant but also in the spa where the lady was super helpful and smiling.

It’s a hotel that includes a lot of facilities in one place, that makes it very convenient. Restaurants, gym, indoor and outdoor pool, SPA and gym , parking and lobby bar.

lovely stay, the hotel is better than expected, it is new (only four months) very clean and quite. as a big family of 11 members with many thanks the hotel upgraded our rooms to a very spacious two and three bedrooms apartments which were very well equipped with an open kitchen and a washing machine (note only washing not dryer) the hotel contacted my through whatsapp to make sure that location is easy and the trip is ok. room service respond fast, restaurant is on roof top it gives warm felling as it is winter time and it has a wonderful view. the staff are very nice polite smiley and super helpful, Edib the bellboy is very helpful smart proactive and always smiling, he can also speak Arabic and English. and for sure the super helpful and beautiful receptionist KARDELEN, she was very helpful and fluent in English. location is perfect on the mydan (the square) the central of the area where you can do some light shopping, and the old market (similar to grand bazar in istanbul but smaller in size) and other facilities are 5min walking. Also the Othmani village you have to ask about it, it is 15 min by car. next to the hotel are two supermarkets were you can find all what you need and more.

We stayed at the suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge common room. Everything was brand new and clean, people very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very well located, easy to get to the bazar, the wall, downtown area. Some cons: The bedding is synthetic, not cotton as I am used to have in the hotel. Not a big deal, but did not go together with otherwise luxurious feel of the hotel. We asked the receptionist to get us a taxi two times. First time, we got a taxi in 5 minutes, but second time, a man got involved and he arranged a car for us instead of a taxi. The car was new and clean and the driver excellent, but we had to wait for the car for 25 minutes and as a result we barely made it to the ferry on time. We had no idea we will be getting a private car with a driver, we asked for a taxi and it would have been nice to have a choice.

This hotel is perfect. Strongly recommended for tourists visiting Bursa. Located at the center of the city. Good access to any tourist places. Smart Tav is deployed in the room so guests can enjoy YouTube etc. If you could be given a room on the Grand Mosque side, the view is breathtaking. I was so impressed. Mr. Burak at the front desk, he is the top-rater. He speaks English fluently and helps guests before being asked. Visitors would know where to go and what to eat. ---message to Mr Burak--- Thanks to your help, we really enjoyed the stay at Lilium Hotel and Bursa. Please tell the future guests that they should check whether BUDO is operating before going to the port. In our case, BUDO was cancelled and we had to go to Terminal and find a bus to Istanbul!! Now we are back in Tokyo and the incident is already a good memory. You and your colleagues told me Istanbul is good but Bursa is nicer. Yes, I agree. See you again.

I stayed for 4-nights in the hotel with my family. The hotel was very good and staff were very friendly. I booked a Standard Family Room where I have 3 rooms (1 with kingsize bed and 2 with 2 twin beds) all connected. Rooms were all nice and had good views. The bed is my room was comfortable and bathroom was simple. Breakfast buffet was nice. They had a good variety but they don't change the menu alot. Staff at the restaurant were very friendly. There is a nice pool in the roof of the hotel with very great views .. good for an afternoon swim. The spa was very beautiful. I really enjoyed visiting it. It was quiet and very clean. The atmoshphere is great. There is also a thermal pool for adults and another one for kids. The spa is a plus in this hotel and I recommend it for all visitors. Location was fine. There is a big mall in a walking distance. There are also a couple of shops close by in case any small groceries are needed. I highly recommend the hotel and will probably come back to it if I visit again.

Hotel is beautiful and all staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has spa facilities, sauna, steam room and thermal pool which was very nice as and you can use them anytime. Rooms are very spacious. Taxi are very cheap and staff can order for you from the hotel. Lovely roof top restaurant overlooking the swimming pool. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

This great hotel wowed my family with its thermal pool and indoor pool facilities. A very good breakfast and a great helpful staff are the icing on the cake. Also, it's conveniently located 30 minutes from the Ulu Camii and is also nearby a green park.

Sweet cleaning staff Breakfast: very good, could have better bread and yoghurt, granola etc. Rooms: good size, beds too soft Spa: best and cleanest spa I have ever seen Rooftop restaurant: good vibe, outstanding desserts, shame about the weddings and parties being held there 2-3 times a week. They should warn guests prior to stay. Rooftop pool: Fine Child friendliness: Could have better facilitets for babies. But severall smaller pools, game rooms etc for older children. Service: on point

This is the best 5 star hotel ive stayed in Turkey. Located 10min to shopping mall. Reception staff are extremely helpful, polite and professional. Rooms are a good big size with small double bed (we booked a twin room) and very nice, clean modern showrr facilities. The best part of the hotel is the ladies on spa (hijab friendly) which is full equipped with a sauna, steam room, thermsl pool and hammam. I like the added touch of the lockers that spa slippers and toiletries. They also have a hair saloon which i got a really lovely haircut by a lasy called Arzu. I would highly recommend a d come back again.

5 stars! This property feels brand new, and all the service we received was excellent. The hotel has a few people who speak a bit of English, and as English speakers we received excellent treatment but required a bit of patience. The views from the room across the Sea of Marmara are amazing. One day we watched a thunderstorm roll across the sea, and the local birds floated on the breeze at the same level as our room. The property is about 15 minutes hilly walk/hike along the roads from downtown Mudanya, or a simple 5 minute car ride. The room seemed almost brand new. Bathroom and shower were excellent. Wifi was strong and internet access was fast enough for remote IT work. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The coronavirus prevention measures were excellent and respected by all employees. Dishes and glasses in the restaurant and room service were wrapped in cling film for protection. All hallways and entries to the common areas have a gel cleanser dispenser. The elevators and reception area have foot markings to indicate social distance. We also made use of the spa for a massage and received an excellent hot stone massage from a Balinese masseuse. Every employee greeted us with a smile and friendly attitude. We would absolutely stay again!

The location by the sea front with a fabulous view. It's close to Bursa but still far enough to get a cooler breeze and a calm suburb. The staff specifically Fatih and the young full of live mert The cleaning was too good sometimes as they took my private towl to clean it 😅 The separate men and women spa areas are just amazing . The balcony view was exquisite 👌. The breakfast was diverse and tasty andyou could order more if you want and breakfast time ends at 12:00 ! Which is special of hotels with 4 stars and more . They will park your car for you if you want although the parking is right there.

This is one stunning hotel. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and this place is amazing. The room was lovely, the view is out of this world, the fitness centre is probably one of the best value you will find anywhere on the planet and the staff fantastic. I cannot think of anything bad to say about the place. Maybe the only observation would be the car park is quite steep to bare in mind for people less mobile, but very attentive staff there to help in any case. Well done Blue Mudanya! Will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful place for relaxation. Wonderful nature scenery, both the water and the mountain. The area is a bit hilly, so it is not suitable for long walks. If you don't have a car, you can easily order a taxi that will take you to the harbor, with lots of eating and shopping variety. Taxi cost if under $4 between the hotel and the shopping / dining area.

While visiting Istanbul I decided to check nearby Bursa and I'm glad I did, I liked it more actually. This hotel is quite fancy and has all sorts of amenities that you might want. The room was big and had the most comfortable bed ever. I also used thermal pool and the rooftop restaurant with great view.

We had a fabulous stay here. The staff were fantastic. The facilities top notch. The hot thermal pool (free) was outstanding. Bathroom and room were huge and luxurious. If ever back in Bursa will stay again

The hotel is very nice and cosy. Reception is very helpful. The room is clean and has everything, including kettle, cups, tea & coffee. Very nice bed. Breakfast is very good and has everything from specially cooked eggs to variety of fruits. Hamam that is available for guests for free is actually pool with very hot water and can sit neat that pool on the benches that look like hamam. But around the pool not so much steam like in hamam. There's separate sauna and hamam, but not for free.

Excellent location = right in the heart of the city, next to the Grand Bazaar, one block from the main street where you can catch public transport or get a taxi but its also within 30min walk to many of the main tourist attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and a great way to start the day. Room is modern, cleaned daily and was given 2 small bottles of water daily, has everything you need including a kettle with tea and coffee, mini fridge, hairdryer, working tv, air con and you can also open the window if you like. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, especially Tuncer = thank you! Highly recommend, great value for money. Will book again if I revisit Bursa. I suggest 2 full days minimum to sightsee, relax and shop til you drop. You can also spend a few hours in Cumalikzilik Village UNESCO. Theres many day tours from Istanbul to Bursa for a day but I think thats very rushed - its worth staying in Bursa for a few nights.

This is one of the best places that we ever stayed in . This family owned property is located in the most privileged area of Gomlik near Bursa . It is a very beautiful boutique resort, where you enjoy the best hospitality by the owner Mr. Fahrettin Kurtuldu and his family .They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Here You also get maximum comfort in absolute harmony with the environment and breathtaking when you walk in. It has spacious rooms with beautiful views . We found the property extremely clean, and very comfortable . I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Bursa and Yelova . Would definitely go back and send friends there.

Hello guy, we're absolutely recommend this place as for your stay in Bursa. The place located in likely private street and nice window view of the old city, and also close by Historical areas and the Grand Masjid, and it super easy to get to the restaurant and (civiner) shop. We choose to stay at the "apartment" that have a warm room providing a necessary stuff, super convenient, make your holiday feel like home. Morning breakfast is well provide. I love the place of breakfast dinner. Staff are super nice, and super helpful. If you need anything, anything at all, just ask them. Can't wait for the next trip.

Kutlucan Hotel is right smack in the middle of historical sites, Koza Han, bazaar, Grand mosque and walking distance to Irgandi Bridge, Osman and Orhan Gazi tombs,etc. This made our short stay in Bursa easygoing, especially with the kind and helpful owner Mr Tuncer and hotel staff. The property is well kept and the rooms are very clean, beds are very comfy, breakfast was lovely. Mr Furkan who fetched and send us to the airport in his new, spacious vehicle also took us for a day tour to Mt Uludag etc with a flat fee. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We highly recommend this hotel.

Its location on a busy main road might seem a disadvantage, but good insulation (and triple glazing) take care of the noise - and it's a short walk to the Uluyol tram stop (giving a 1TL ride to the city centre sights) and little further to the Ozmangazi Metro station and the impressive Kent Meydani shopping centre. The room was very nice, had very nice and modern luxurious design and an excellent bathroom. Shower was great, the room had everything and beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Thanks for everything! The hotel also has free parking on the back side of the building.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and once again all our expectations were met. The hotel has a charging station for electric cars, the cleanliness was up to standard, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff was responsive - shortly after we checked in, an earthquake was felt about 150 km from Bursa, we were accommodated on the 9th floor (where the earthquake was felt quite strongly) and after a request from us, our rooms were changed to a lower floor so that possible future earthquakes would not be felt so noticeably.

The hotel is in an excellent location on our route back to Istanbul. Easy to find, check-in is always fast. The room is big and well insulated, very comfortable. The breakfast is not really our taste, but everyone can find something for themselves. I lost my ring in the room, which I didn't realize until 1 hour later driving. Yasin from the reception, directly contacted me to inform they found my ring and I friend of mine could go pick it up. I am forever grateful for Yasin, excellent communication and so so helpful.

Difficile de reprocher quoi que ce soit à cet hôtel, surtout au prix proposé. Un regret : la fermeture temporaire du restaurant, même s'il existe d'autres options de restauration. A part ça, tout est parfait !

The bed is so soft yet comfortable, superb cleanliness, fresh towels and good toiletries provided. The room is very spacious with tea coffee making facility. For buffet dinner we had a good selection of beef, chicken and turkey! Breakfast spread is excellent too. Shopping mall just next door walk within 3 minutes. Highly recommended indeed!

Breakfast was buffet style and really good. Room was clean and nicely decorated. I love how there's a cosy lounge area outside my room so I just chilled there while doing my exams. Location was superb. Walked a short distance to the bazaar and there were so many shops! It was a small street to get to the hotel, but I love how there's an underground carpark and a staff member helped to park the car, and also took our bags to our room. Brilliant customer service and we thorougly enjoyed our stay.

The location is very convenient, just 10 minutes walk from all main places. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is nice and local that I definitely like. The room is well furnished, and my room has a balcony overviewing old city roofs. WiFi is fast and stable.

Clean and the bed was very comfortable. Its location is in the town centre of Kayhan region of Bursa, makes my travelling become easier bcoz near the metro station and has a lot of restaurants and banks near by. The breakfast was nice. The workers are friendly.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff This was my 3rd or 4th visit to the Tocgu Hotel in Bursa, Turkey, and once again it was an absolutely pleasant experience. I stayed for 4 nights with my family, including a child. The hotel is comfortable, clean, family-friendly, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. I would like to sincerely thank Husen, Hasan, Noor, Nessren, Ali Golaly, مصطفى (Mostafa), and Mustafa for their warm welcome, kindness, and constant support throughout our visit.

We loved this hotel. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. They also read your room preferences before assigning the room. Very rare for hotels to do this. The location is central and, best of all the staff was great!! They always had time to help us figure out things. Special thanks to Salim at the front desk who helped us with bus and train reservations. We also want to thank Hasan who also works there and gives excellent advice on where to eat. We enjoyed talking with him.

It was a decent stay with good and wide rooms and comfortable beds and they also had a decent breakfast which not many hotels have, theirs a balcony with a cool view, it’s fairly close to all the popular places like extreme park, and ottoman village. If your also interested in the famous meal “iskender” theirs a original restaurant right down the street a few minutes from the place and it tastes Gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Location is very good, everything you need is near, 2 min away of Kent Maydan and mall. Most of the tourist attractions are 15 to 20 min away by raxi. The ulu Cami and bazar is less than 2 km away. Hotel environment is Cosy stuff are helpful, turkish arabic english. Rooms are big clean and nice It has parking if you rented a car you can use.

The hotel is in a very good location and has underground parking. The breakfast is very good. Our room was in the second roof. It was very clean. Very excited for this hotel. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to find a hotel like this in Turkey. Total worth every night spending in Bursa. 10/10

Rocked up from Sofia via Istanbul (Ataturk Airport). The hotel kindly arranged a shuttle for 750TL, which is a fraction of the advertised cost. A lovely driver who spoke great English drove me in his brand new, super clean car, we did the ferry together, he bought me a coffee and safely delivered me to the hotel. I got a basic room, but it comes with a full use of the spa minus the massage treatments. The spa is fantastic. A hammam, 2 pools, a sauna, a steam room, shock showers, the works. It was a delight. All the aches and pains from December (literally spent on a plane) disappeared after the dip in the heated pool. Dinner was a very respectable kebab for 45TL (8 euros) and I went to my meetings the following day. I could not recommend it enough!

We have been staying at Marigold Hotel for many years in the winter. The Thermal pools and Sauna area are a joy for us after cold days on the slopes of Uludag snow mountain. Their breakfast is fantastic and we have enjoyed all these amenities. Excellent value for money with wonderful service and Thermal poolss. We love it and will be back.

The main hotel attraction is two swimming pools with hot natural water (41 degrees), pools are working from early morning to late evening, very good. Staff is very friendly, cleaning service is very good, breakfast and food in the restaurant was excellent . We got what we have expected, that is the hotel for relaxation, it is placed not in a city center, so the air is fresh, but the nearest metro station is not close, the region around hotel is not so convenient for walking because all roads are with slope.

Where do I start? We booked in for 2 nights and we were overwhelmed with the hotel and the service. From the moment we checked in with my children, the staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Sude at dinner who made a special effort with my 4 Yr old (Shayma) 😄 The breakfast was plentiful and fresh with a selection of bread and fruit. There were eggs made to order and pancakes which my children always love. The salads and meats were well chosen and I enjoyed the extra touches like the honey tap. We stayed on half board basis and were impressed with the restaurant service. IT IS AN a la carte menu but each dish is carefully prepared and we enjoyed the selections on both nights. A very special mention to the Tiramasu which is one of the best...if not THE BEST I have ever tasted. See pic! The spa is absolutely 💯 spot on. The thermal pools are both heavenly and very hot. You will love them. There was also a steam room, sauna, Hamam, shock shower, snow fountain and adventure shower. All amazing...you have to try it to believe it. I will definitely be back in the future!

We stayed at thid hotel 29.12.2023 - 01.01. 2024. The staff is great. They helped in everything. Good location. Check in was very fast!. The room is clean, nicely decorated, daily room cleaning and towel change. The breakfast was tasty and every day different food. The pool is clean and cosy, there is even a fitness but it's very comfortable. All organizational issues are resolved very quickly! Thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome. When we were leaving the hotel we got a sweet gift from the hotel, it was a surprise for us and we were very happy. 🇹🇷🇺🇦

The hotel is one of most historic in Bursa. Unique for it's spa area. The biggest in Bursa mineral water pool is situated here. The hot water comes right from the earth. Stunning round space covered with dome, as from ottoman era with large pool in the middle. Around the pool in niches, are spaces for hamam, that offer some kind of privacy. Of course there are private mineral pools for extra charge. The spa area keeps the decoration style from the begging of the 20th sentury, really unique. Very friendly and helpful personel, very nice location with a view. Very good breakfast and the restaurant of the hotel offers tasty food (quick service and friendly prices) all the day long.

Me and my family stayed for 13 nights in this hotel and our experience was perfect. The reservation staff accommodated our requests without any issues. The reception staff was always friendly, cheerful, and helpful, and so was the housekeeping staff. The location of the hotel is good. The lobby area and the hotel cafe are good and comfortable to lounge in. And the hotel spa has a fantastic indoor thermal pool and a nicely sized outdoor pool. I would highly recommend Celik Palace to anyone visiting Bursa, especially families. Looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect place to stay in Bursa! Great facilities, outdoor pool, indoor thermal pool and spa, near shopping and historical sites. This is our second time to come and stay there. Great in all aspects!

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Hotel truely offers great views of Bursa, has great Spa services and outdoor swimming pool. Hallway and corridor are spacious and the heavenly scent as soon as you step in is mind blowing. Customer service was extra ordinary (especially Nusrat and Muhammad at Conceirge Desk, they both made sure that I felt at home, very welcoming and gave me good tour of the hotel upon arrival) @Manager/Owner: if you reading this please know Nusrat and Muhammad are great assets to your hotel. I wouldn't have enjoyed my stay this much without their efforts and passion to look after hotel guests. They truely offered 5 Star service! 👌

my notice is the swimming pool was close. It needs upgrades the whole inside furniture, and the restaurants to be match with the other hotels the bathroom to be upgraded to the shower new bathtub and is very old inside  the balcony was dirty and I went to the gym under the equipment was dirty, coffee cups bottle of soda and I told the employee to go get it. I was in the morning at seven. Thank you.

After the hussle bustle of Istanbul we headed to bursa by ferry and took taxi from mudanya to Hampton hilton. As soon as we got to the hotel we were welcomed with a refreshing drink. The hotel manager was so polite and professional. I would like to say thanks to Orhan Guvel from bottom of my heart who's been really kind and caring. I would like to recommend hilton to everyone. I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was beyond expectations – from the clean, spacious, and welcoming rooms to the extremely kind staff, always attentive to every detail. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The location is excellent, close to all points of interest, yet quiet and relaxing at the same time. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely come back!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and we will most definitely stay here again! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is beyond exceptional! Everything was perfect, the room was spacious and super clean, smelld fresh, hot water in the bathroom, our room was cleaned although we forgot to request. The reception staff all of them were friendly polite and so helpful. The breakfast was so good. All in all our experience was so good at Turkuaz and we definitely recommend it.

They helped me park my car, reception was very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious my duaghter enjoyed the second bed in the room. Breakfast was good. Alll the staff are soo good and friendly sorry i forgot the names. Enjoy the city and enjoy the Snow <3

Great hotel, fantastic and spacious room. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety and located on the 5th floor with a good balcony view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Ali guided us for the tours which was also great. Overall a great hotel.

Reception is very helpful. Rooms were a good size especially the triple room. It was very spacious and a big bathroom. The hotel is clean Good location. Walking distance from attractions. Even closer with a Taxi. Will definitely stay here again.

The best location, great service, very good breakfast, clean and very comfortable beds. The perfect location to easily find where to get good restaurants, situation with well-attended parking. The staff always smiles. Always ready to serve.
