The staff were exceptionnally good, courteous and helpful. Excellent quality of food in the restaurant for lunch or dinner. Decent sized rooms with a swim up pool. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

An incredible experience, such lovely staff, loads of special details and attentions. We had the room with a small private pool which made it such a cozy, intimate stay. The food was delicious as well and great coffee.

The villa we stayed in was beautiful. It was very large and we loved the private pool. Breakfasts were very nice. You order off a set menu. We all really enjoyed the afternoon tea with the snacks. They changed the snacks each day. The staff are absolutely wonderful and can’t do enough for you.

Amazing villa with living room, kitchen, huge fridge, dining table, private pool, two bedroom, terrassse and a huge balcony. Very spacious and comfortable. Free tuk tuk to go in town in the evening. Close to delicious Haven restaurant and the hotel food was also very good.

We had the villa and loved all the space. And the semi private pool. A great space to relax and recover from temple exploring. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The tuk tuk service was amazing and friendly.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Elephant. The hotel is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. We loved our room with a terrace and direct pool access. Breakfast was great, with a choice of delicious set menus. What really stood out was the amazing staff — so kind, attentive, and thoughtful. They really made us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel also supports women and local training programs, which we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the lovely receptionist (wish I sadly forgot her name!) and the manager Leah. This place touched our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful and serene property with amazing decor. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The Spa experience was awesome with a relaxing massage. Our Room was spectacular. It was huge and had a private pool. Everything was spotless. A wonderful experience.

A hotel gem in Siem Reap. Location is great - on the river with a quiet, private feel but yet close to all major attractions, eg temples, restaurants, etc. Jaya is smaller hotel than many other options in Siem Reap but still provides amazing facilities - two pools, rooftop bar, immaculate grounds, spa, comfortable welcoming sitting areas. We stayed in a Junior Plunge Pool suite. The room was fabulous, large, comfortable, well appointed. On top of all this, Jaya provides a host of complimentary services that makes the stay even better - full coffee bar open 4 am to 11 pm, 60 minutes free massage every day, fresh croissants put out every morning starting at 4:30, free Tuk-Tuk service in and around Siem Reap, happy hour at the Sky Top bar, etc. Finally and perhaps most importantly, the staff at Jaya are amazing. Unbelievably, genuinely friendly and helpful. We could not have felt more welcomed and appreciated. A special shout out to our guide, Lee, who escorted for three wonderful days, around temples, waterfalls, lakes as well as local true Cambodian spots.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. jaya was a name of one of the former kings. And whilst staying here- you are treated like a king and queen- from the airport pickup to the drop off. Crin welcomed us at the hotel with our favourite drinks, the roof top bar was wonderful to watch the sunset, Anna arranged our daily tours and made sure we had fresh towels and cold water by the pool. Chris looked after our afternoon and evening needs. Tutu tuts were on call and we were given a phone to call hotel for return trip. Two pools to choose from both lovely. Food in the hotel was amazing and better than that on pub street- as well as being authentic. A lot of effort goes into making sure you enjoy their holiday - and the staff are well treated by some activities within the hotel included in rate so you don’t have to wonder outside to hassle for tours, massages or tut tut. We really enjoyed our stay and we come back. The whole Jaya team during our stay was amazing and could communicate well with us in English. We thank them all for making our stay great

We had the most amazing stay at Jaya House. I would rate it 7 stars. The entire staff was friendly and attentive to our every need. We were met by Christian upon arrival. He greeted us like guests coming to his home. That is how we were treated every day at the hotel. The staff was so warm and friendly. Always smiling! The property feels like a tropical oasis. Complimentary cold towels, coffee/tea, laundry service, all natural mosquito repellent, fresh fruits, free mini bar transportation within town (tuk-tuk) and massages every day. I loved all the natural organic products they offer to guests (lotion, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and the variety of massage oils) which they also sell online. We have stayed at so many 5 star hotels but none like this one. We really enjoyed the two swimming pools on the property in between our tours to temples. Bonus: they always brought ice water and ice cream anytime we were at the pool. Yum! Our guide to temples was incredible too! Everything was just perfect!!! I highly recommend Jaya House to anyone visiting Cambodia!

Beautiful boutique hotel with the best , friendliest staff. Greeted by name as we entered the hotel with fresh cool towels . All trips and transport organised with great drivers . Swim up pool bar with excellence service . One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed.

The Pavilion is a beautiful property once you get inside. Doesn’t look impressive from the street but when you enter it is an oasis of tranquility. Excellent service and beautifully laid out. Getting a room with a private pool was worth the extra cost.

Staff was very kind and helpful through the whole stay. The chalet with private pool and lake was really outstanding. The bed was huge and comfortable. Afternoon tea is really nice. Floating breakfast and romantic dinner were well arranged. Massage was great.

Beautiful hotel in the hills of Kep by the National Park and walking distance to the Crab Market. Our room was very clean and spacious, the outdoor area had a hammock that was nice to lie on and chill out. The monkeys are very cheeky and bold so make sure you keep the door locked as if it's just closed they know how to open. We were locking the one side and never touched the other side. I looked over and the monkey was sitting there eating from a fruit bowl. I screamed and I think I scared him more than he scared me...HaHa...He ran out the way he got in. When we looked at that side where he ran out we didn't even know there was a rod that slid into floor to lock that side. It was definitely left unlocked as we didn't know it existed. By the pool a monkey stole our bag of nuts, ate a few then threw the bag at us. Guess he didn't like them salted. He's lucky it wasn't the wasabi ones...HaHa Monkeys didn't dampen our stay but sure brought us some holiday excitement. Kep Beach is nothing special so take full advantage of the pools at Veranda. We enjoyed the infinity pool.

Veranda was perfect for our stay to get away from the noise and busy streets of Phnom Penh. The room was large and comfortable, the pools were awesome and the view of the infinity pool very refreshing, and the staff very helpful, friendly and really amazing. We checked out so we could spend a few hours at Rabbit Island and the team offered to keep our bags safe, lent us towels and even gave us bottles of water! Overall the service and ambiance was great for a much needed break

Hotel is in a wonderful setting right next to the Kep national park and only a few minutes walk from the crab market, food and beach. The hotel has been designed beautifully to blend with the natural environment with lots of space in the rooms. Both pool areas were lovely with great sunset views from the infinity pool. The food at breakfast and dinner were excellent and staff very helpful and friendly.

The location was fantastic. Incredible view of the bay. Two fantastic pools, with monkeys as guests/visitors. Excellent bfast (delicious muffins) and very friendly staff. We rented scooters for 7 usd per day.... what else do you need to enjoy your vacation? Oh yes, a pool table. My son beat me but I forgave him. On top of everything, food and drinks are excellent and affordable. THANK YOU

Stunning setting overlooking Gulf of Thailand with spectacular sunsets from the restaurant. Wonderful natural use of terraced site with wooden walkways through tropical forest landscape. All members of staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Delightful staff team and excellent food. Two beautiful pools - infinity overlooking the sea and a Freeform garden pool nestling amongst the trees. Lovely spa treatments too!

Staff - The staff really made this property exceed my expectations. Always warm and friendly. Very attentive to the guest needs. Even the security guard knew my name. Also the private pool was very nice with the waterfall from the wall. Very tranquil.

Great location in a quiet area with walking distance to old market and night life, and a very short drive to the temples. The staff is very hospitable and the rooms with private pool are a special treat we all deserve.

The hotel is situated in a great location, within walking distance to the night market. The staff were very friendly and polite. We had our own private pool so did not try the main pool. The rooms were a great size and very clean. The food in the restaurant was good, it just took a while to wait for it even though we were the only 2 in the restaurant.

Cute boutique hotel with friendly staff and great service. Perfectly located close to many restaurants and shops and a short walk to the old market and pub street. Room was clean and contemporary furnished. The room I stayed in even had a private pool with seating off the bedroom. Spa services were great. I had a message and facial. Only had to let the staff know to book any services 30min before. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything. If I get to visit Siem Reap again, I would definitely stay here again. Just need to be careful for the water, we had a private pool and the next day my boyfriend got sick for more than a week.

The hotel room was extremely clean and spacious. We got a studio room on the ground floor with 'direct' access to the pool from our bedroom. The bathroom was also well lit, with a window and had a giant bathtub. The bed was very comfortable with very clean sheets. The staff were professional, courteous and very accommodating. I used the pool everyday, sometimes twice in a day. Also very clean, with beach towels available by the poolside. I'd highly recommend Cambana!

The hotel is in good location for museum, royal gardens. Very cheap tuk tuk ride to markets and pub street. Staff very helpful. Had booked this hotel fir the kitchen which had minimal equipment. And we didn't really use as a result. Great breakfast, no buffet as end of tourist season but still good choice available for plated breakfast. Pooll view rooms sound great. Theyliterally open straight on to pool, as in I coild step from bedroom into pool. But dies mean other guests are swimming outside your bedroom so would select a room with balcony next time.

Everything about this delightful hotel was perfect . From the moment we arrived until we departed 7 days later it was a joy to stay in . The lap pool with sun lounges "in the water" along the edge was a novel idea and very good to cool down in this incredibly hot climate . The open dining area also overlooks the beautiful pool . The front of house and dining staff were so welcoming and helpful . The decor of the hotel and rooms was pure cambodian and so attractive, and our enormous bed was super comfy + a spacious sitting room/ kitchen ans large bathroom . We loved our stay , and highly recommend Cambana Residence . Another bonus was the Angkor Super Market , just 5 mins. walk away , and the Old Market area about 30 mins on foot or 10mins by tuk tuk

This place is amazing, the room we booked was spacious. The private balcony with the swimming pool view was a dream. Staff it's super friendly and helpful, they offer tours to Angkor Wat and suggested us the best options. The day we did the sunrise tour they even prepared a take away breakfast for us. The tuk tuk driver Mr Sok was super nice and explained us a lot of things. The bed is super comfortable, AC is not noisy, water pressure of the shower was strong. Breakfast had different choices, and the swimming pool is amazing after a hot day around the temples. I hope to come back one day! Thank you for everything

This was the best hotel that we have ever stayed at! The staff is incredible, and the facility is beautiful. We had a room with our own plunge pool, which was great to hop in and out of from sweaty clothes! The restaurant is also good. The owner was around and is very well thought of by the staff and other locals—he has really mentored a lot of young local Cambodians in the hospitality field. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay there! Wish I could give it 10 stars!

Jaya House is a hands down the best service I've ever received at a hotel, and I've stayed in other nice hotels. The staff provides exceptional service, and they truly make you feel like home in this garden boutique hotel. We started our stay with a warm welcoming at the airport pickup (fresh fruit inside the van), then a couple of ham and cheese sandwiches upon arrival around 9pm, a very thoughtful touch for a night check-in. The breakfast buffet was great, with made to order food, the croissants were actually very good. After breakfast we took a stroll by the river, across the bridge and back, and was greeted with two fresh smoothies, complimentary. Our stay included a free massage each day for each us, and they were excellent. We hardly wanted to leave the hotel. Drawback is no gym, but another 5 star hotel we stayed next, Golden Temple Residences didn't have one either. Two pools were nice, food was good, had a beef stir fry with ants in it (knowingly). We stayed in an upscale room that had a private pool though it was useless because it was cold and always in the shadows, so I don't know that it ever gets heated. I would choose a lesser room. Location is a short 5 minute or so tuk tuk ride to town, couple bucks at most. It's a bit pricer than some other 5 star hotels in town, though you won't regret it. If you want walking distance to downtown Siem Reap, or save a few bucks, then choose another luxury property closer to town. I would love to stay here again! :)

First, I’ll establish credibility: We’re extremely discerning and difficult to please…Having stayed in some of the finest hotels on the planet and consistently seeking perfection, we'd consider ourselves ‘travel snobs’. Now to our experience......Our eyebrows were raised during the complimentary airport pickup. A driver and an English-speaking tour guide whisked us away in a new, oversized comfortable van, and offered us water, cold towels and fresh fruit for the ride. Check in was perfect. A glass of our favorite, a personal debriefing, and our luggage waiting in our room. The room itself was immaculate with an included minibar and every attention to detail you can imagine. We stayed in a plunge pool suite. Christian, Chris and the entire team ensure every need and want is taken care of. From arranging private Temple tours to dinner reservations, they have your back. You're given a pre-programmed cell phone at check-in to continuously communicate with the staff while exploring Siem Reap. The hotel tuk-tuks are complimentary, and their friendly drivers will happily pick up and drop off all day until 10:00PM. You indeed feel safe and at home. You're treated like family, just as the previous reviews indicate. This place rocks! You won't be dissapointed.

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. Simply amazing. I was so impressed with check in and my first impression that I booked another night 30 minutes after arriving. -Adorable, well kept grounds with two amazing pools -Staff were the best I have ever encountered. Pure Magic – A Stay We’ll Never Forget at Jaya House River Park From the moment we arrived in Siem Reap—an hour late, no less—Jaya House River Park blew us away with their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail. Our driver greeted us with the kindest smile, a cold towel, and chilled fresh water. To top it off, he had a perfectly cut cup of fruit waiting for us—what a thoughtful touch after a long flight. The ride to the hotel was smooth and comfortable, and things only got better from there. We were welcomed personally by the owner upon arrival. Our luggage was taken care of without us lifting a finger. Instead of standing at a check-in desk, we were led to a serene dining room, seated, and served our favorite juices and freshly made sandwiches—they had anticipated we’d be hungry after our travels. This is how check-in should be done. As if that wasn’t enough, they arranged our complimentary massages for that evening—a perfect way to unwind. World class experience at this beautiful villa, Waka, which really outclassed the photos seen on website. We are just so impressed with the genuine service, design and the little touch points like bidet toilet bowl, wireless charging, water dispenser with ready hot and cold water and the eat all you can breakfast is actually available till 5pm! You can even order it to be served by the pool or in the villa. Everything is just too good to be true! We felt so much at home and this is thanks to the warm hospitality from the Waka family. We enjoyed the dinner, wine and massage (masseur skill is very good and takes good care of the guest) very much, love the super king size bed and a large private pool. I’m really honoured to be the first Singaporean group to stay here and it’s definitely a place I will come back again when in Siem Reap. Just love the amenities, vibes and facilities. Really appreciate the room upgrade and the awesome, humble and friendly service from Masao (MD), Seam (residence host) and the whole team who have helped to make our stay so memorable! Waka villas made our stay in Siam Reap very special. The villas with the private pool are beautifully designed and spacious. The pool is good for two to swim and we used it a lot. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and it was really sad to say good-bye to them in the end. We also had the best massages ever and recommend very much the khmer massage. The food was delicious, the special feature that you can have breakfast until 5 pm, in the restaurant or in your villa, is super. In case you do the sunrise trip to the temple, you can have it when you come back. If you ask for spicy, it is really spicy (mango salad), otherwise, not. We did several trips to Angkor Wat and further away temple to the lake tonle sap. The staff organised that very well, thank you. We also recommend the acrobats circus, the traditional dance theater, and especially visiting the retired temple elefants in "Kulen Elephant Forest" which need the visitors fee for continuing being a safe haven for retired Touristelephants. We would love to come back to Waka villas one day and send our greeting to the staff with a big THANK YOU 🙏!

We decided to book a Duplex room with private pool to enjoy some privacy! 323 had a beautiful sunset view as well! As we stayed on Valentine’s Day, Naza was amazing to arrange a private dinner in the center of the mainpool in a very nice pavilion! Thank you dear Naza and your team for treating us so well! Breakfast was very good with a small buffet and a wonderful variety of khmer and western dishes a la carte included! We have chosen also the Airport pick up and drop off and it was perfectly organized as well! The surrounding is full of cute little bars and restaurants to try! I would highly recommend the Spoon Restaurant!

Had a truly lovely and luxurious stay at the Sarai. Definitely recommend this for your stay in Siem Reap! We had a pool view room which had a lovely day bed bay window you could relax in, or soak up some sun by the stunning pool. As someone who doesn't like cold pools, I was very pleasantly surprised the pool was a very comfortable temperature to cool off in after sun bathing. The staff were all very nice, helpful and genuinely friendly. It was very easy (and cheap) to catch a Tuk Tuk anywhere, so always felt like just a step away from everything whilst having a lovely retreat at the Sarai.

This is new area for me as most of the time we were looking at hotels across the river towards Pub street. No regrets choosing this hotel! It was clean, new, grand without being opulent. Decked out in north african style with the arabesque arches.. the pool reception and restaurants were fabulous. Good service staff. Pool is also large enough. There was hardly anyone at the pool in mornings i was there. I guess most people slept in late or went Off to see the temples. Short tuk tuk ride at usd2 to pub street or take a 15 slow stroll . tuk Tuk ride to the airport costs usd 5. only thing that was flawed was the light bulbs having some issues. The lamp next to the bed kept flickering . Hotel should have the lights checked

Their staffs are friendly and honest, I left USD 170 in cash in the clothes for FREE laundry. They returned the money to me totally! Their service is excellent, they serve the breakfast to the room any time you prefer from the morning to 5:00 pm! I am sure to come back again!

The design and decor is fantastic at this hotel. It feels very private and peaceful. The general pool area is well thought out and there is plenty of space to relax poolside. We opted for a private pool which was not overlooked, well maintained and clean if you’re considering this. Also good to keep cool as it was very hot outside! Currently the hotel is renovating the outdoor restaurant space so we had breakfast in the indoor restaurant during our stay, which was a la carte. The first day, the omelette was cold so I sent it back and we gave the hotel some feedback on breakfast. The next morning, the breakfast menu had changed and was much better. The spa in this hotel was fantastic! Wonderful treatments-I had a facial and the next day I had a massage. They offered a good discount too! The hotel organised a tour of Angkor Wat for us as requested and the guide was great! They also had a free transport service to the night market and back. Overall a very beautiful, relaxing stay here with good service. Reasonably priced and not far from Angkor Wat and other sights.

The hotel is a refreshing break from life in Siem Reap. Beautiful tropical gardens, luxury resort style motel. We had a suite with a private pool. The staff were so accommodating we had a romantic dinner for 2 in a cabana with rose petals and candles. A private tour Angkor wat ,cooking classes, dinner and show all organised by the staff. Everything was spot on and picture perfect. Even the complimentary happy hour was a bonus after a day of sightseeing and shopping. We truly recommend this place. The standout motel from our holiday to Cambodia and Vietnam.

Very nice hotel, with some added bonuses such as a free happy hour by the pool for an hour each evening. Staff in the hotel cannot do enough for you and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There are free tuk-tuks into town each day and are provided for a small cost of an evening. The drivers are very friendly and will bring you back to the hotel if you agree in advance a time you wished to be picked up. The pool area is spotlessly clean and a very nice place to relax. There is a large restaurant serving both Khmer and western food. Good choice of food at breakfast. Room was very spacious and very quiet. A lovely hotel!

This boutique property really stood out. The front desk and restaurant/bar staff were all so friendly and always welcomed us with a smile. Appreciated all the little details and eagerness to please. The pool was fantastic, the happy hour cocktails at the pool bar great, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. We also had a spa treatment and loved it. A great value - will return and do recommend if you are wanting a boutique experience off the beaten path.

This is a super spot in Siem Reap. The 2BR suite we had was huge and really well appointed. The pool and pool bar were great. Staff are awesome. Breakfast was really good with very good choices in Western, Asian and fresh fruit.
