Pros: The best choice if you're looking for a quiet and romantic/intimate retreat in Mallorca, yet a 20-ish-minute drive from Palma's city center. Stunning property/grounds, like out of a medieval fairy tale--a true fortress. Very friendly and courteous staff. One of the best spa experiences ever: including a hammam treatment and a body massage (special shoutout to Sergio, Silvia, and Pilar). The room was a dream: comfortable bed and pillows, 2 bathroom areas (one with a sink and a tub, the other with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet), great bath products, excellent A/C temperature (also with ceiling fans), and the pièce de résistance: a mind-blowing terrace with a sunbed area, a private pool, a lounge area, and outstanding cliffside ocean views. Privacy and intimacy at its best. Breakfast is selected by bedtime and strictly brought to the room the following morning. Outstanding food at both La Fortaleza (dinner tasting menu) and The Sea Club (a la carte). A plethora of incredible activities and amenities available. Complimentary valet parking.

The hotel is an experience, not just a room to stay. Every person is so attentive, and Juan at the pool bar is an exceptional employee, made sure every guest was attended so well! We came back to the room with candle lit up in the evenings, and breakfast brought up and served on our patio which was so nice- the food choices were wonderful, and very modern including chia pudding. The spa- we had the whole hammam extensive package, wow it was worth it and I would't cheap out on a partial treatment because my girlfriends and I agreed it was the best spa experience we have had around the world! We stayed 2 nights only, because there was no availability for a longer stay. So those 2 days we did not leave the hotel as it had everything needed right there!

The welcome we received at the hotel was first class. The room was large and fabulous. Because the hotel was spread out there was always a buggy to take you wherever you wished to go. The tennis facilities were very good. The pool and beach areas were excellent. All the staff were lovely and friendly. The food was excellent.

We loved our suite. Spacious, quiet and private. The bed was heavenly. The soaking tub was lovely and was made even better with beautiful bath salts and candle! The staff was EXCEPTIONAL and everyone went out of their way to provide over-the-top service. We ate at the Sea Club twice and the food was delicious. Breakfast was very nice as well.

The entire stay was amazing. The setting is obviously very special. Every single staff member was on top of their game. even the welcome to the hotel was special. Food very nice with a great small selection of restaurants. I highly suggest the beach club for lunch. The SPA treatments were very good.

More spacious than it looks from photos. Has everything you could need during your stay. In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, surrounded by greenery it's a perfect choice for resting vacation, yet just at a short ride distance from beaches and city. Very clean.

The house was exceptional, it was so well equipped with everything you could want and more. It was immaculately clean with really lovely decor. Nico who met us on arrival was really lovely and gave us a tour, despite being past midnight as a result of a delay in arriving. The host Joan was also wonderful, contacted us to confirm if we needed anything and was prompt to respond to any communication. The kids loved the pool, especially the inflatable the found in the utility room. The table tennis was a god send on our rainy day and we all enjoyed playing, completely unexpected as well. The kitchen and bbq were perfect, everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Again, spotlessly clean. Bath and pool towels were provided for everyone and plenty of spare pillows/sheets etc. what we were most impressed with was the size of the property, the pictures certainly don’t prepare you for the expanse of the place. Two very large double bedrooms and a twin room that provided so much space for the 6 of us. The balconies and terraces are also a welcome addition and provide even more outside space. We were able to park our hire car directly outside every day as it seems to be in a lovely residential area, close to a supermarket, cafe, gym and a beautiful walking spot ‘delta’ where the kids can play in the sea, climb the rocks and there’s even a beach club there.

This stay was absolutely perfect. We were welcomed by Vincento, a very sweet and thoughful host. The house is very well equipped - the kitchen has everything you may possibly need. The rooms were very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The living room has a smart TV and the wifi is quite good. The pool area is also very nice and private. There's also a terrace upstairs with a nice view. We honestly couldn't ask for more. Thank you! Hope to be back one day.

The house was huge and looked better than on the photos, really stylish and everything looked new and clean. We were really impressed. Comfy beds, everything you’d need to cook meals etc, and lots of little extras like mosquito repellant and citronella candles, they even left us beers and wine in the fridge. Pool was great.

The villa is much more beautiful in person! We were shocked when we arrived🥹, amazing holidays! Bbq and pool, ping pong table, hot tub… it has 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms so GREAT. They provided beach towels too

The villa truly felt like a holiday home, with a good number of beds, and nice open dining room/kitchen/living room plan. The kitchen had enough crockery, pans and spices as well as an oven, hob and fridge-freezer, making meal times a breeze. Having a pool, sun beds, outdoor table and table tennis table made down time in the villa so much fun, and the host provided two towels each, a map and parasols we could take down to the beach. Bedding was fit for the weather and comfortable, with about 4 fans provided in every room. There was a safe in each room, and toilets had shampoo/body wash included. Location wise was amazing, 5 min walk from a beach and in an area where there were plenty of food places, stores and transport links. 15 mins direct bus to airport too.

The property had everything we needed and more. A wonderfully equipped kitchen and a large living room was a massive bonus. Bus stop into Palma was a minute away. 5 Minutes to the beach. Car parking spot where we easily fit 4 Vespas. Massive outdoor area. Basic pool, but for the price we were happy.

This hotel is in an amazing place. I walked to and from the airport in no time at all. It's very close to the beach, bus stops (2€ to the city), and a cycle route - I hired a cycle for a day for only 8€ and ventured off for 20 miles on it. The rooms were perfect, as were the pools and the public areas. I had breakfast each day, and there was so much variety, which included all food and drinks, buffet style. I used this place as a base to venture further into and around the island. This accommodation will come highly recommended by myself to many others for many reasons. As a solo traveller in my 50s, I felt safe, secure, and welcomed. I will be returning in the future.

Hotel was very close to the beach and also to the airport (approximatelly 15 minutes by the bus A2). It has beautiful sea view from our room and same from the last floor where is located the 2nd pool and bar. During the breakfasts & dinners we had really delicious food from local & foreign cuisines, so we could try something new as well. The staff was also friendly and helpful

The general decor of the hotel was outstanding. Old building sympathetically restored with a modern, stylish twist . Our bedroom was spacious and very beautiful. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Nice bar/restaurant. Roofto terrace with a smill plunge pool- much appreciated in the very hot weather!! All staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Surrounding area not great but only 5 minutes walk into old town.

We had an excellent stay here! Bubbles upon arrival, an enthusiastic and friendly host who gave us food/bar recommendations, a map of the city and overall made the process really relaxing and easy. The property itself is gorgeous! A lovely restaurant with an outdoor courtyard in the centre and a gorgeous rooftop terrace with a plunge pool and bar! At night the terrace had a great atmosphere with music and the bar opening. Our room was very comfortable and air-conditioned. We had a late flight and despite checking out the hotel allowed us to come and go throughout the day as we please to continue using the amenities and leave our bags with them. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return!

We loved the boutique feel of this hotel - stylish and thoughtfully designed with a lot of charm. While the immediate surrounding area isn’t the most scenic, it’s within walking distance to the city centre, which made getting around easy. We were a little disappointed with the room. From the photos, it looked like the larger rooms were featured, so we hadn’t realised just how compact ours would be. The open-plan layout, with the bathroom flowing into the bedroom, wasn’t quite to our taste either. On a positive note, the rooftop area with the plunge pool was a real highlight - perfect for cooling off and relaxing. It would have been even better with a drink service up there, as you currently need to go down to the bar on the ground floor to order and bring drinks up yourself. Breakfast was lovely - we especially enjoyed sitting in the small courtyard with a coffee each morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for the price we paid, but we don’t think we’d be in a hurry to return.

Our room was on the 5th floor, overlooking the pool area, the marina and part of the port, with a nice balcony at the front and another balcony area across the hall at the rear. It had a clean bathroom with excellent shower. The bed was comfortable and there was also a small fridge. A huge mention must go to all the staff, who were amazing and the chef produced some superb food for our evening meals. The breakfast had something for everyone, including cooked items, fresh warm baguettes with ham and cheese, fresh fruits, cereals, fruit juices, coffee and lots more. There is music played throughout the hotel, which gives a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is located slightly away from the main town, but is only a 7 Euro taxi ride away, although you could walk there alongside the marina and pop into the bars for a drink along the way. The pool area has a nice split level terraced area with plenty of seating and I must mention the yellow duck in the pool. Overall, this is a lovely hotel to stay at and if we return to Mallorca in the future, then we shall be staying at the Hotel Feliz. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so memorable.

What a great little place. Staying here for 5 nights and it's all we could want. Good location. Rooms equipped well, although could do with tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated in a boutique style. Buffet breakfast is excellent, nothing missed out and all tastes catered for. Rooftop terrace and pool a great bonus. We were upgraded to a superior room looking out onto the marina and although some road works happening it was still perfect. Staff all friendly and would definitely recommend

Just spent the past few nights at the Hotel playa Eden in Can Pastilla. Adults only. Incase anyone is looking, it's right on the beach and it has a solarium on the roof with plunge pool. The rooms were basic and just for sleeping which is all we needed it for. No coffee making etc so we had the coffee for breakfast then went out for the day. It's equipped for cyclists, it has a secure racking room and has a mini spa where you can have a massage. We went half board and that got us breakfast and dinner buffet. Good for vegetarian and meat eaters but not so good for vegan unless you want salad, bread and chips. There is so much to do in Can pastilla though so we did eat out two nights a d we went out for lunch daily from Palma to Pollensa or wherever we went for the day. Cocktails at the Hotel were good and strong and for coffee dont use the machine if you like it strong. There is coffee in silver jug which is a lot stronger . Would recommend floor 4 rooms as they have a big balcony with sunbeds. Some overlooking sea. Easy access to airport and to most destinations too via bus stop just begind the hotel. Ww would recommend for a long weekend for sure and it was a good base for the beach and to venture out for the day. Staff were great, especially Simona and Miguel but all staff were attentive and kept the rooms clean.

11/10 We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel — there were no negatives at all, everything was amazing! The reception (by the way, open 24 hours) and all the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the chef and the cleaning lady Elena, who was so kind and even gave us a beach umbrella and a swimming mat for free! The hotel itself is very stylish, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. One of the highlights is the top-floor jacuzzi with lots of sunbeds and a breathtaking view — a truly special experience! The location is perfect — it is very close to the airport (we took the A2 bus for 5 EUR per person, payment can be made directly on the bus in cash) and it only took us about 15–20 minutes to get to the hotel. There are many cafes, shops, supermarkets, and rental services for cars, boats, or bikes nearby. You can find everything you need, from pharmacies to water and souvenirs, all within a 5-minute walk! The food was always delicious, and because the hotel is right on the beachfront, with the terrace just a couple of meters from the beach, it offers amazing sea views. Having breakfast or relaxing with a tasty cocktail outside, enjoying that view, was indescribable — such a magical feeling! We will definitely come back. Thank you to the entire hotel team for this unforgettable experience and the best holiday ever! Muchas gracias :)

We have usually stayed in **** hotels and this was *** but well worth it! The hotel was clean , staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious and varied! We were so happy with our choice and would highly recommend. Loved the spa area which had a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. It was a lovely way to unwind after a hard day of sightseeing/pottering about. They give you towels and a locker key from reception. The location was quiet but easily walkable to everywhere. There is artwork and sculptures all around the hotel. We even got to meet one of the local artists who was displaying his work in the gallery in the basement. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, really spacious room for a quad, and the staff was just awesome!! They helped us with car rentals and luggage storage, plus use of the pool and showers after we checked out and waiting for our plane.

The facilities were so good. The roof top pool was lovely and the bar! Our room was huge and very clean. Drinks were very well priced in the bar as well!

Beautiful building, lots of character. Quiet for sleeping. Comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. The small pool with loungers was a nice spot to relax.

This is a great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room we were in was lovely. Plunge pool on the roof was nice and the booking system seemed to work well. Good location if you like being in the middle of a city. I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely setting , overlooking the beach . The staff were friendly and helpful . The rooms were spotless and had coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge . The safe was free and the bathroom had a huge shower and was fine . The internet was very poor . Signal kept going constantly in rooms . It was good in the hotel reception but poor elsewhere. The T V had English channels but BBC poor reception and really only a couple of channels ok . The larger garden pool was always quiet and this was huge and great for swimming .The pool overlooking the beach was smaller and busier but both pools were spotless . There was no need to reserve sunbeds and the beach pool wasn't open until 8 am anyway . The hotel is near plenty of shops , we were half board but many were bed and breakfast . The food was fine, it varied in quality but there was plenty of choice . No ice cream which was a bit strange and desserts the usual sickly cakes but there was a lot of fruit . We enjoyed our stay and could not fault C'an Pastilla

Recently returned from this hotel and loved it. Firstly the cleaners were in every day and didn't just make the bed and refresh towels they folder up pj's, tidied shoes and tidied toiletries. You could tell they had been and really worked hard to maintain cleanliness. We ate a couple of times and the food was enjoyable and relatively varied. We were self catering so it was the bar menu we chose from. The location can't be beaten. We have stayed in beach front hotels before but never this close to the beach which made it relaxing to just people watch. Both pools were clean and well maintained and the number of beds was sufficient for our period of stay. I did notice people leaving beds for some time and towels not being removed. It clearly says in the lift about people leaving towels. The lifeguard at the top pool didn't move any day he was there and generally was staring at his phone or playing his rubix cube. The job must be boring as it is a shallow pool mainly but maybe you should use him to remove the towels being left as you say you do, I never observed any towels being removed for our entire stay.

Our flight from Mallorca was canceled requiring us to find accommodations on a busy weekend. From the minute we walked into the hotel and were greeted by very welcoming and helpful reception staff we knew we found the right hotel. The location on the beach was fabulous, and the pool was a great alternative to the beach. The hotel is in walking distance of a number of great restaurants and fun places to go .The rooms were lovely, with wonderful linens, pool towels and a balcony. Finally, I highly recommend having breakfast included in your stay…it was the best assortment of food I’ve ever seen!

First impression - extremely clean. However communal areas such as lobby could do with updating tiles etc. Rooms - bright, airy and contemporary with great views. Massive plus point for this hotel was location - right on the beach front and very convenient to the airport, bus stop and tram. With lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Loved the fact it was adult only for a nice relaxing break. Finally having waiter service to your beds poolside was amazing and the fact the hotel supplies pool towels even better!!! A huge selling point in my opinion.

Amazing hotel 3rd visit this year. Perfect getaway close to airport. Stayed B&B great choice of breakfast cleanest hotel I have stayed at. Staff so friendly and nothing is too much trouble very welcoming. Both pools wonderful always sun loungers available and pool bar food delicious. Booked again for later this month!

We had to book a very last minute holiday as our flights were cancelled to Italy and the second part of our holiday was in Majorca. I looked for hours u til I gave up and tried again the next morning. Finally I found a hotel and boy was I sooo pleased with this one. The room was huge a suite with an extra bed which unfortunately my daughter didn’t find that comfortable (17yrs old) the bathroom layout was a bit different bu the shower pressure was high and the room air on worked perfectly. I knew there was no balcony which I did miss but the facilities ie the pool made it all the better. The pool yes during the mornings were packed no sun loungers but that didn’t stop us finding a beach and coming back later to find loads of su loungers free in the late afternoon and a added bonus the pool wasn’t like a bath. It was cool much needed as was very hot during our stay. The breakfast pay for it don’t think should I yes do. It was very very good and with a glass off fizz or too. This hotel will be recommended to friends and family and when we return to palma again we will book as the location to shops places of interest to visit and restaurants and bars was perfect walking distance.

We stayed at HM Palma Blanc for a short break and would happily return. I'd give it a solid 8 out of 10 overall. The hotel is immaculately clean, which really stood out. Our Junior Suite was spacious, well detailed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was no balcony, but we knew that beforehand so it wasn’t an issue. The location is very handy — it’s only a 10 to 15-minute walk to Santa Catalina and Palma Centre, and about 20 to 30 minutes to the beach and beach clubs, depending which one you’re heading for. There are also plenty of buses nearby if you don’t fancy walking in the heat. The pool area is lovely, stylish and relaxing, though the pool itself is quite small. We always got loungers, but I can see it being more of a challenge when the hotel is full. Staff were pleasant throughout. Service at the pool bar was a little slow at busy times, mainly because there was only one person juggling drinks, cocktails and food orders. He was doing his best, but definitely looked a bit frazzled on the busier afternoons. The snacks were good though once they arrived. Breakfast had a good selection and set us up nicely each day. All in all, a very good stay. Stylish, comfortable and spotless. Just a few small things keeping it from being a 10.

Spotlessly clean hotel with excellent facilities. Hotel room was huge. Mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept on . Excellent power from the shower and plenty of hot water. Plenty of wardrobe space. Handy fridge which the first ‘round’ of drinks were free. Rooftop pool area was lovely but a bit chilly…it was November mind!!! The indoor pool area spotless, large double loungers for relaxing, and free use of pool, jacuzzi , steam room and sauna.Didn’t use any of the spa treatments so can’t comment.Fantastic choice of breakfast, with chefs making fresh omelettes and smoothies on request. Honey was divine…a large honeycomb to take as much as you wanted! Good choices in hotel bar.

Hotel was lovely, very sleek and modern. The pool, gym and spa were very nice and great little extras for a city centre hotel. Rooms were small but still very clean and had what they needed, including a few things in the mini bar which were free. Food was delicious and drinks were reasonably priced. The pool did get busy but this is to be expected. The staff we were involved with were super kind and helpful, particularly Stefano in the pool bar. Not long to walk to the shops and centre.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Palma. Upon arrival, our rooms weren’t ready, and we had to wait two hours with no apology or offer of a drink while we waited. After the two hours passed, I went back to reception to ask if the rooms were ready — the receptionist completely ignored me while she looked at her computer for about 15 minutes without saying a single word. I had booked a suite but was initially given a superior room. After complaining, we were finally moved to the correct room, but this should never have happened in the first place. The in-room amenities were poor. Teabags were not replenished daily, and the single bottles of still and sparkling water provided on arrival were never replaced. You also had to go down to the bar to ask for milk, as none was provided in the room. The towel situation around the rooftop pool was very disorganised. You had to go all the way down to the spa every day to collect a beach towel, then take the lift back up to the roof terrace. It would make far more sense for staff to place towels on each sunbed or at least have a stack available by the pool. This was really frustrating. The pool itself was also freezing cold, which made it unpleasant to use. The one positive was the breakfast — it was excellent and couldn’t be faulted. Overall, this hotel could be so much better if it focused more on customer service and attention to detail.

Regarding that, we want to thank them for everything! We will be coming back just because of the kindess we got there! The restaurants are so close, the beach is long and wide and its only 1 minute walking distance. In general- everything is close and everything is so well organised (paying with CC can be done almost everywhere, bus stations are close by-you can visit Palma, the capital all the time, LIDL is 7 min walking distance… you wont miss anything) In love with destination itself! Huge recommendation for the hotel!

The room and bathroom was clean, beds comfortable and the A/C functioned just well. The big terrace has a cool side view of the beach where we could see beautiful sunsets in October. We could use an outside shower the last day, because we checked out our room in the morning and we were able to enjoy the beach until later, when we had our flight. I really appreciated that they had soy milk every morning, and I could find something to eat, as I have food allergy.

A fantastic experience at Hotel Boogaloo. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help, making you feel very welcome from the very first day. The cleanliness of the facilities is excellent and the rooms are comfortable, bright, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is ideal, close to the beach and the main leisure areas. The value for money is unbeatable. Definitely a place we will return to. Highly recommended!

This will be where I choose to stay every time I visit Palma! The price is a steal for what you get when you stay here! The location can't be beaten. You are steps away from Palma Cathedral, the water, all the shopping you could ask for, and in walking distance of Santa Catalina for delicious dinners. I couldn't have wanted for anything more during my stay. (Be sure to check out the rooftop bars in Santa Catalina for skyline and water views at sunset!) The staff was above and beyond, and Mary just blew us away with her attentiveness and dining recommendations! They arranged taxi transport for us, wrote all kinds of suggestions on our map, and facilitated our dinner reservations as well. The rooms are quiet and have a stunning natural beauty with a truly unique and authentic Spanish vibe. Deluxe rooms have a rainfall shower head and excellent water pressure. Breakfast is an a la carte menu with ample selections (I opted for the "Bowl La Seu" and the Blue Spirulina smoothie) and is available from 8-11 so you never feel rushed to eat before you miss it. There are also ample places right outside the door to grab a coffee and quick bite if preferred. (Starbucks is also a hop, skip and a jump around the corner in Placa Cort too.) And a tip worth sharing - do not overlook the small winding alleys throughout Old Town! There are so many gems sprinkled throughout and it's completely safe at any time of night.

Fantastic location, next to cathedral, shops & restaurants. Staff are incredibly polite, friendly and accommodating, had one of the best welcomes by a lovely lady, who, when I mentioned I had a gluten allergy she recommended a lovely gluten free bakery 5 minutes away. Room was lovely, extremely clean, hotel is a lovely boutique hotel, with character and charm. My room was overlooking the street, which I found a joy to open the window in the morning, pop my head out and was greeted by the horse and carriage underneath my window. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are fed up of the big 100 room hotels, running for a sunbed type of place…. this hotel has charm, character, and staff who are incredibly helpful and polite and always greet you with a good morning/ afternoon/evening etc.. Típs.. 1: hotel is next door to a lovely ice cream shop which was voted No1 on Tripadvisor. 2: Come out of hotel go down the steps straight in front turn right and the main shops are there, Louis Vuitton, Zara, Max Mara, H&M etc.. 3: come out of hotel turn left and you can see across the bay all the lovely cruise ships. 4: you are literally in the heart of the old town, with its cobbled streets filled with an abundance of little independent boutique clothes shops. To conclude you will not be disappointed !

From the moment you arrive you are not only in one of the most central and iconic parts of Palma (next to the Cathedral), but you also know that this place is going to be special. Walking into Hotel Can Cirera is like walking into an oasis in what is a beautifully restored historic building. To start with, you get a wonderful, warm and personalised welcome. They really cannot do enough to make sure your stay is perfect including recommending (and booking) restaurants if that is what you want. That is all down to Marie. The rooms are beautiful, some with amazing views (and worth it but even those without are lovely). They have everything you need and more. Breakfast is served in the courtyard (or dining room if it’s wet) and again everything you could ask for – fresh, good choice and in a wonderful setting. We would like to say a big thank you to Marie who made what was a great stay even more special and it seems rare in this day and age to get such a warm welcome. We’ll definitely be back again as this hotel has everything you need and more.

Just back from an excellent stay here with my husband and friends. Hotel is very clean and crisp modern decor. Staff were very welcoming on arrival and informative and had the same consistency with the staff throughout our whole stay at both reception, the pool and the bars. Great service all round. Rooms are small as has been described but it suited us perfectly and wasn’t an issue. We had a pool view and a bali bed on the balcony which was lovely. Great facilities in the room -toiletries, hairdryer, tea, coffee, kettle, fridge, safe. Only thing missing was an iron but you can get that at reception. Pool always had plenty loungers any time we went and the bar service is great too. The snack menu is really extensive with club sandwich, Casper salad, pizza, burgers etc. Loved the roof top bar with Dj at the weekend and the plunge pool too. Felt a very chilled, relaxed hotel and was in a perfect location for walking down to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. The bus stop is right outside for going to Palma City for €2. We also got a taxi one day and was €12. Quick transfer from the hotel too. Would absolutely come back here and recommend.

Currently staying here for a last minute break...what a fabulous hotel and location. Rooms modern and clean. The open plan bathroom into the bedroom isn't everyone's cup of tea but the frosted glass to the toilet and shower provided us with sufficient privacy. The pool on the 1st floor is clean with plenty of loungers and parasols - no towels out at the crack of dawn. The roof plunge pool with jets has comfortable loungers and shaded seating area for cooling down ( there are no umbrellas). Both pools have bars with friendly staff but Anas at the roof top bar goes the extra mile..what a credit to the hotel he is!. We're only B&B so can't comment on mid day and evening meals but breakfast is delicious with something to suit every taste. Would I come here again...absolutely

We had a lovely stay here between 13th June-17th June. Staff are really friendly, the hotel is well maintained, modern and very clean. Ideal location for bars/food. Pools are nice, limited space but the option for the rooftop pool if no beds by the main pool. I never stay the same place twice but can recommend this hotel 100% Thank you for the bottle of fizz on my birthday too!

Stayed at the hotel and wasn’t let down. The feedback on the rooms was how small they were and I saw some that were small but the room I stayed in was a good size. Almost like a studio. I would prefer a sectioned off bathroom but didn’t matter. Beds were comfy and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast they had a good selection of hot, cold, sweet and savoury options. Coffee machine was good and never issues with running out of food. Pool area on the ground floor was good, sun came over around midday and parts of the pool are shaded till well into the afternoon. The beach is a very short 3 minute walk and the beach itself is beautiful and the water is warm and enjoyable. Loads of beach bars and some good restaurants around. There is a bus service very regularly into Palma centre and cost €2 per person and runs till late. Very convenient hotel, ticks all the boxes for a week away.

Wir sind bereits morgens angereist und hatten das Glück direkt unser Zimmer beziehen zu können. Die Zimmer sind zum Vergleich des letzten Aufenthaltes komplett renoviert. Ein großzügiges Appartement, wo es einem an nichts fehlt. Sehr freundliches Personal und die Zimmermädchen sind absolut auf zack. Sauberer und ruhiger Poolbereich. Liegen und Schirme sind gratis. Nach der Modernisierung würden wir das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen und gehört zur 1. Wahl bei der Hotelauswahl an der Playa. Wir hatten keine Verpflegung gebucht, jedoch solltest Ihr Frühstück oder Halbpension geordert haben, so werden diese Mahlzeiten im Schwesterhotel - Playa Golf - eingenommen.

This property is occupied during the summer months by a young German clientele attracted by large nearby beer gardens which in all honesty can be a bit noisy but can be ignored. Management at the property ensures there are no drunken parties at night. Very clean with daily maid service changing bed line and towels etc. Pool area small with a limited number of loungers. Good central location for bars and restaurants and close to bus stop for Palma and the airport. Would recommend .

Wir, 6 Ballermannurlauber im Alter zwischen 20 und 27 Jahren, waren extrem begeistert. Zum einen, die 10 Meter zum Bierkönig und zum anderen die Zimmer. Die 4 Jungs hatten ein Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und einem riesen Wohnzimmer. Die Mädels hatten ein top renoviertes Doppelzimmer. Trotz der Bierkönignähe ist es im Hotel sehr ruhig - sogar am Pool hört man fast nichts. Wir werden ab sofort nur noch dieses Hotel buchen, da einfach alles gepasst hat!

Really enjoyed to stay here. Reception staff is always smiling and happy to help. Room was cleaned every day, also I had fresh towels all the time. Noise isolation could be better. Sometimes I heard my neighbors through bathroom ventilation 😆. Also I had a big TV, but if you need a remote- pay 20€ deposit. Also they have a big swimming pool, which is cleaned and nice. Breakfast/ Dinner restaurant buffet was really good and tasty, big selection of meat, vegetables, fresh fruits, desserts etc. Nice view from balcony, there was tiny table with chairs and dryer. In total place to stay for this money. Recommend 🙌🏻

I liked that our rate included both breakfast and dinner. Both were buffet style and plenty of choice. There were some oddities, such as calamari and wine at breakfast time, although even though there were some strange options there was always typical breakfast things available at all times such as cereals and eggs. The room was quite spacious and the air-conditioning worked very well in keeping the room cool, it was easy to forget that it was 30° outside. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the area looked very well kept.

A lot of options for time pass, many games available (pool table, board games etc) Location is good. The breakfast and dinner is the best for non vegetarians, they change the food items everyday, best way to try spanish food. It has a bar where you can have coffee drinks etc.

The room was clean, the swimming pool was nice, good full breakfast!

Location is good, the pool is nice and the food is of high quality. But staying here was extra awesome because of the staff. The girl at the lobby, Merce, was super sweet and positive. Then there is El Patron, Gabriele. As the Captain of the ship he always looks ready to tackle any problem. Dont be mistaken by his stern look, this guy is very much service oriented. Speaking of stern looks, dont let Noelia fool you. This lady is super sweet and kind. Now lets get to the chefs: all of them are good, I mean the food is good so ofcourse the chefs are as well, but Pape, he truly brings joy to the entire floor. Always smiling, always working hard to make sure there is enough of everything. He definitely deserves a special mention! Now, lets get to my number one. Nieves. If Pape is the King, then she definitely is the Queen. And as you know in Chess, the Queen is always the strongest. Nieves, you are the best. Thank you for your kindness and hard work. Absolutely loved the hotel. Spotlessly clean, wonderful friendly staff throughout. Three nice gym workout areas and an outside pool. Never a problem getting a sun lounge or seats in the outside coffee bar. Excellent choice of food for both breakfast and dinner buffets, varied every night for the 8 nights we stayed.. The dining was light, airy and spacious with the tables well set apart. Great choice of food for vegetarians too. Really comfortable beds. Cannot recommend the hotel enough.

Food was amazing, every day something different, amazing variety. Rooms cleaned daily and reception staff was so helpful and pleasant. Pool area is great, gym could do with refurbishment. The surrounding area was not too busy, only a small mall type of establishment with few bars and shops, but nothing too entertaining. However you have everything you need and more in the hotel. Entertainment was okay, all inclusive drinks were really good and not watered down. We would definitely come back.

Excellent hotel for an all inclusive family holiday. Facilities are great for young kids with a great kids pool and kids club. They also have entertainment every evening which our kids loved. The staff were excellent and were always really helpful. The hotel also offers complimentary bus trips to local attractions such as Palma city (reserve a seat early as they book out quickly).

Family friendly, there were a lot of other families with the kids and everyone could play together. Kids swimming pool with the slides was amazing. Clean rooms. Not too far from the rocky beach. Peaceful neighborhood.

Food. Swimming pools. Conditioner. Nice balcony with views. Bed is super comfortable. Receptionists were very helpful.

From the very beginning the hotel made a great impression – even before my arrival they kindly arranged a higher floor room for me, based on availability at the time. Such thoughtful service really stands out! The property is spotless: towels were replaced daily and bed linen every two days. Breakfast was a highlight – excellent and varied, with around thirty different options to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful street, yet within 10–15 km you’ll find everything you might need: the sea, promenade, restaurants, bars, and shops. Overall, a truly wonderful stay – clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Im Hotel angekommen waren wir von der schönen Ausstattung und dem netten Service begeistert. Eine wahnsinnig toll geschnittene Immobilie mit großzügigen Räumlichkeiten, gemütlichen Betten, viel Pflegeutensilien. Das Highlight ist die Rooftopbar (auch für nicht Hotelgäste zu empfehlen) mit Blick auf die Katedrahle. Die Cocktails sind der Hammer. Sehr gut fanden wir auch Frühstück und Abendessen. Frisches Obst, Bircher Müsli, lokale Käse- und Wurstspezialitäten. Das Fitnessstudio ist ebenfalls gut und für die Größe des Hotels (unter 20 Zimmer) absolut ausreichend. Dort gibt es auch gratis Wasser und Handtücher. Fussläufig hat man alles um sich herum und ist schnell im hippen Santa Catalina, von wo man auch mal mit dem Bus zum schönen Playa D‘ Illetes fahren kann. Hier haben wir gern Trinkgeld gegeben. Preis-/Leistung einfach top. Danke

The atmosphere here feels truly warm and inviting. Every team member is genuinely committed to your comfort and ensuring your stay is as special as possible. I especially appreciated how the restaurant staff thoughtfully remembered your breakfast preferences and checked in regularly to see if you'd like to try something new—so caring and attentive. Our reserved room was also very cosy, offering a lovely view of the plaza, and with the windows closed, it was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The lobby exudes a unique and cosy charm that makes you feel genuinely welcomed.

What a find tucked away in the historic back water of Palma. A converted 1760 palace which has been very tastefully renovated. Very friendly, helpful staff who are always on hand to help with all your needs. I stayed in the Azure suite which was very large, very quite and everything you could wish for even BBC tv channels. The roof area overlooks the magnificent cathedral which is a great place for a bevie or just a sit in the sun. I had a wonderful stay there and I hope to go back next year.

The hotel was a magnificent old palace which is still spectacular today. As you walk in you see the stunning entrance hall. And the rest of the hotel is just as fabulous. The one thing that sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. Nothing is to much trouble for anyone. But I would like to give a special thank you to Abdellah the bell boy who we got to now very well and was very knowledgeable, kind and a great help to us both.He is a true credit to the hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights in the “Escape” suite. The rooms were beautiful and very luxurious decor. Bed was really comfortable ad the sheets were of good quality. The hotel location is excellent and very easy to walk to all attractions. The staff were very attentive and nothing was a trouble. We had breakfast each morning and once again the experience was very relaxing and the staff were very attentive. The choice of breakfast was very good.

The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly as advertised. It had a great kitchen with all the equipment you'd want and the living room sofa and bed were comfortable. The location was excellent, really central to everything Palma has to offer. We were able to walk everywhere and did not need to hire a car or use taxis at all during our week long stay. The hosts, were also exceptional and provided very quick responses to any questions we had - they even let us have a late checkout as we were not travelling back home until the evening. I would definitely stay again and recommend this apartment.

The apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city centre and also 10-12 min walk to the beach. There are nice caffès and restaurants around, a couple of supermarkets in the walking distance. The kitchen is very well equipped and it was easy to cook at home. All the appliances are in great condition.

The location was fantastic - so near to everything including the bus/train station, cathedral, beach, port, shops. And yet it was quiet and felt very safe. There was a good buzz about the neighbourhood.

Checking in and out were easy and quick. Staff were courteous and hospitable. Breakfast was amazing. Variety of drinks to choose and good selection for food too. Stayed four nights and we never got tired of breakfast. They also offer half board but we didn’t opt for that. Rooftop pool was small but was warm and offers good view. Regular pool was small too but adequate for a quick swim. Music at night usually starts at 9 pm and ends promptly at 10:30 pm. It does echo down the hallway as we’re staying on the first floor but it didn’t really bother us. Close proximity by the airport may be annoying for some. But we live close to an airport and so we’re used to the sounds. And it wasn’t that bad, you just hear the hums of the planes passing by. And most flights happen during daytime anyways. Free parking is free street parking around the area. There’s a jogging and cycling path and although we didn’t get to rent a bike, it was enjoyable people watching as they run or bike by. Location it’s a bit of a walk to the closest beach and a bit more to get to Palma Beach but it’s really a nice calming walk. And because of this, it’s much quieter. If you’re to do the Palma beach train tour, it stops by the hotel.

I had a great time at Alua Soul Palma! The staff were friendly, the housekeeping work very hard and the rooms were so clean. We paid slightly extra for a side sea view room and we got 2 balconies on the top floor and access to the sky pool! It was fantastic and well worth the slightly extra money. The breakfast selection was great and the table service from around the pool was excellent. The one area for improvement (only slightly) is the evening buffet was themed nights, such as Italian and we didn’t feel there was a huge selection that matched the themed cuisine but it was still very enjoyable and I will definitely be looking at alua hotels for the future! Nice hotel which is spotlessly clean throughout. Staff always friendly and helpful. Restaurant very good for half board. Standard rooms more than good enough with decent bathroom and showers. Bar prices a little higher than elsewhere. Pool and sunbathing area very good and clean. Only real complaint is the 2 tier system where only WOH/My Favourite Room members can use some of the facilities e.g. roof top pool and upper sunbathing terrace/Bali beds etc. Location is directly on the beach which is rocky, But a sandy beach at Cala Estancia is just a few minutes walk away. But overall very good

We stayed here for three nights, and it was perfect we stayed in a full frontal sea view room. The town was minutes away and went on for miles with sandy beaches. We were spolit for choice with bars and restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was good. The half board option was good. The pool is nice but cold. Pool towels provided. I really enjoyed my stay here and I will return I love the area and the hotel is perfect 👌 👍 🥰

Perfect stay, lovely spotless hotel, perfect location. The reception staff were really helpful, the breakfast was spectacular, the pool and area was cleaned every day and tje rooftop pool was serene, loved every second.
