We enjoyed the room and location being so close to the mall.

I loved staying here apparently it’s the tallest tower in Cebu. The room I think was on the 38th floor but please note the double room is actually a single bed with a small child’s bed next to it. Nonetheless after we mentioned this to the owner, she kindly upstaged us to a room on the 41st floor over looking the entire city and sea view. Room was clean and swimming pool was huge. Would highly recommend and ladies were a pleasure to deal with :) great value too!

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have great views. You won't find a better value in this price range. What impressed me the most was the management, always going above and beyond expectations, especially ma'am Tess.

The security greets and opens the door for you every time you come or leave the hotel. The staff is really attentive and the spaces are bright + clean. The rooms are smaller, but well thought out from the design part. There is a part of the lower bed frame where you can store the suitcases and have more walking space👌 The supplied shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are of very high quality. I brought my own products (just in case), but did not use them in the end. The breakfast was bigger than I thought. You have an option of plain rice, garlic rice, filipino meat dish, the eggs, sausages, at least 2 types of cut fruit, and different bread options with jam, peanut butter, and some salads on the side. Also, a variety of coffees and juices. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am. The pool is open from 6am to 10pm, so we took advantage of that as well. There is also a washer and dryer that you can use for 360 php per load. You are done really soon, because the washing takes 35 minutes, and the drying takes 45 minutes. And that is it! Location is cool. We used grab to go everywhere. Bonus - there is a huge 7eleven just behind the hotel if you need to buy ANYTHING. There is a clean water dispenser available on all floors, so you can refill your water bottle there. 💦 Be aware: room cleaning is done on request only. 🧹🫧

We booked this last minute as we didn’t expect to be stuck in Cebu. It was a great find. Super clean and modern space. There is a really cool pool and gym. The breakfast was simple but great too. There is lots of space to work if you’re a digital nomad. There are pantries on every floor which offer free water , glasses , plates and cutlery as well as a space to eat. The location is so good. It’s right next to a great Indian restaurant, 711 , supermarket and a pharmacy. There is a coffee machine by the front desk and the reception desk helped us with recommendations on our next route out of Cebu It is very safe , you have to have a keycard to get to each floor

This is a fantastic place to stay. It has a youthful, funky, new facility vibe and they have paid a lot of attention to special small touches, like numerous USB ports and electrical outlets available in the room, superb water pressure in the shower (and hot!), fun places to sit and socialize, a very cute pool and patio area that lights up beautifully at night, and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The value for cost can’t be beat, so they deserve a rating of 10. There was also a mix-up with my booking and I booked the wrong dates firm, and they graciously allowed me to change my dates when they didn’t have to. I really appreciated that flexibility on their part. I would absolutely stay here again!

I am very glad that this hotel found randomly. Very stylish, beautiful and modern. Despite the late hour, the staff immediately brought a bathrobe and slippers. So that I could calmly plunge into a beautiful pool with a gorgeous view of the city. It was very cool. The room also shines cleanliness and comfort. The air conditioner is not heard at all that is rare in the Philippines. Wonderful shower with cold and hot water, which is also unreason. In the morning I was waiting for a wonderful breakfast. The driver helped to spoil the trip to Moalboal. I want to go back. I recommend and myself will definitely come. The comfortable hotel.

I booked this as a budget stay, but it was better than half of the expensive hotels I stayed in. Good security, staff were very kind / helpful, great location, very clean and quiet room / facilities, pool was great (also very clean), it was also very social (social areas on different floor to rooms). The building is a few metres from a small shopping complex, with a supermarket, 7/11 and restaurants, cafes. Very convenient! Would absolutely recommend.

The rooms were great and were serviced daily. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of variety. The pool was great. The bar at the pool was very decent. The gym was great. The location and shops/restaurants within walking distance (less than 1km) were great. A really really good choice for a family hotel. A nice touch was there was always a door attendant who would open the front glass door for you and greet you with a smile and a hello. Made everyone feel welcome.

One of my favourite places to stay in Cebu. Rooms are very nicely designed and comfortable for both work and relaxing. The facilities are also very pleasant - particularly the pool and gym on the 9th floor. Staff are very friendly and helpful (especially Vimar who is normally working in the gym/pool area). Breakfast is excellent and the location is very convenient within the baseline centre (which improves every time I visit).

Location. Pool, gym. The room itself was big and well appointed like a small condo. Breakfast was excellent with lovely fresh foods. Complimentary all day coffee by the pool was a lovely surprise.

Needed a hotel for a one-night stay in Cebu before heading back to Manila and Citadines was a perfect fit. First off, I need to mention that Citadines is a “serviced apartment” style hotel which means that rooms come with more than the usual hotel amenities. The main addition is a kitchen and pantry area complete with cookware and utensils. The basic amenities are all present and correct. The hotel is fairly new and it shows in the condition of the rooms and building in general. We did have an issue with the shower in our room having a very slow drain. First-timers might find the hotel's layout a bit confusing in that the hotel itself is just part of a high-rise multi-use skyscraper in the heart of downtown Cebu. What looks like reception is actually a concierge desk for arranging tours and activities – the actual reception is in the hotel lobby which is all the way up on the 9th floor. From the 9th floor up of the building is the actual Citadines hotel itself. The aforementioned pool was an ample size and wonderful to be in, whether just relaxing or turning laps. It does get a bit chilly though exposed to the wind at that height. Breakfast was an excellent buffet. Room service isn't available from the hotel per se but they do inform you of an app that's available for delivery via a co-branded service. Service from the staff was above average. Location-wise the hotel was in a good spot in the heart of Cebu City. Overall, we had a great stay.

Cute and safe property in nice part of Cebu . The hotel communicated nicely to get rides arranged for us to and from the airport . We had same driver who was lovely with a nice van for fair price . The pool was lovely touch and you got awesome view of the city at night while having a drink . The room was like a mini apartment that you had plenty of space in and was comfortable. The free breakfast was an awesome deal and on the last day we had early van and they even delivered an excellent to go box for breakfast and delivered the night before and it was perfect! We even used the self service Laundry which while it did cost more you didn’t have to worry about it being rushed

Great location with a covered walkway to the shopping mall from the 5th floor and to IT Park via the ground floor. There are plenty of restaurants and food courts in the area. Stayed in a Deluxe Room for 2 days and a One Bedroom Apartment for 3 days. Both rooms were clean and spacious with excellent facilities, especially the Apartment which had a whisper quiet washing machine and clothes dryer - very handy. All of the staff went out their way to greet and assist us on every encounter with them. Both check-in and check-out were fast and seamless. The buffet breakfast was delicious and included both Filipino and Western cuisines. We enjoyed a swim in the pool on the 17th floor and a couple of refreshing ice cold beverages at the poolside bar. Looking forward to a return stay next time we visit Cebu.

Stayed many nights with a family of 6. Words cannot express my satisfaction with the hotel and staff. John, our housekeeper was amazing. I don't think service could have been better at even the most expensive 5 star resort in the world. Front desk staff was very accommodating when I had to change my checkout date 3 times. Security staff was fantastic. Ariel G. and the others were always ready and waiting to hail a taxi and open the doors for us. I feel bad for not catching the names for a couple of the other guys. They were all great! It's always service with a smile every day there. I'm truly amazed. I've stayed at more hotels around the world than I can count or remember, but this one is definitely at the top of my list for a future stay. Location is right in the heart of IT park and it's connected to a shopping mall. Great for restaurants and city related activities. Get a massage, get your nails done, let the kids play in the arcade or indoor kid park. Enjoy a safe walk around the city area, go to the casino and enjoy some street food. Embrace the culture, smile and live! Very nice bar on the 17th floor along with a great swimming pool that includes another small bar. I highly recommend staying here for any extended stay rather than any beach resort. I mean sure the beaches are amazing for a couple days, but much more variety in the city and you can always get a taxi to enjoy a day at the beach. Plus, they will get you from the airport and back hassle free!

If you haven’t stayed at Seda Central Bloc, you don’t truly know what “home away from home” feels like. I originally booked Seda just for the first leg of my trip, planning to move to other hotels afterward since the novelty of a hotel stay usually fades after 5 days. But with Seda, it was different—I didn’t want to leave. The staff is so genuinely warm that extending my stay felt natural. From the front desk team, the breakfast crew at Misto, the pool staff, housekeeping, all the way to security—every single person I encountered made me feel right at home in Cebu. And that’s saying something, because I actually grew up here. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of IT Park, immaculately clean, well kept, and supported by the most helpful staff you’ll ever meet. Truly, Seda Central Bloc redefines comfort and hospitality. Thank you Seda Central Bloc for taking good care of me and my family. Definitely looking forward to my next stay ❤️

My experience of 6 days in your hotel was amazing. Anja did the check-in perfectly, the concierge team did the job perfectly. Housekeeping team was always very helpful,I interacted with Charlynn and she was amazing and very helpful. We had breakfast every morning and the restaurant team was amazong, specially with my two kids ,they really made us feel like home. Moanna, Trisha and Kingswell were really helpfull, recognised us very day and were giving extra care in their service. Pool is nice and bisaya brew at the bar is a good choice. Also Ronnel the night doorman (not sure to remember correctly his name) was Always really helpfull. Overall we had excellent stay, I think the management should be very proud of the staff, and as my wife is from Cebu, we surely be back there and remember Seda Central block if we need somewhere to stay in Cebu City.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and efficient service from the staff. The room was beautifully appointed, spotless, and very comfortable—exactly what we needed for our stay in Cebu. The hotel’s location in Cebu IT Park is ideal, with shopping, dining and transport all easily accessible. The breakfast buffet was outstanding: a wide variety of fresh options and attentive service. The pool and common areas were well maintained and offered a pleasant place to relax. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu

I have stayed at The Hop Inn Hotel at least 5 times for a total of at least 30 days. I want to tell you why. Its the people that work there. You have a lot of talented people there who understand people and how to do business. They make you money. They are why people come back. The first time i went to Hop Inn it was because of the price and location...I was so tired when I got there but they got me checked in fast and a little bit early.. I was surprised at the price and clean and new the rooms are. It also has a great view and its right by Ayala. I want to think the Cleaning Staff especially Jane. The front Desk Vanessa, Therese, Genesis, Given..and the other people I cant remember. Its clean Your property is safe Youre safe The staff speak great English Convenient location I would say very clean. Great shower.

We found this hotel to be excellent value for money. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to Ayala Mall, and easily accessible by jeepney (14C) to Ayala Center. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant. There's an ATM right next to the hotel and a 7/11 convenience store nearby, which was super handy. We stayed in a deluxe room, which offers more space. However, most of that extra space is near the entrance and doesn’t add much practical benefit. Also, our room was located near the staff elevator and a loud air conditioning unit, which could be a bit noisy at times. A few small changes could make the stay even better: adding a mini-fridge would be very useful, and relocating the clothes hanger from above the desk to a more open spot would make it easier to hang longer garments. Overall, a very good stay for the price

Everything and mall is literally next door. We were on the 8th floor and the view was really nice. Pool was great and the cleanest pool I’ve been in a while. Location was great. Great with service and receptionist was very friendly.

Very nice Hotel ... but dont stay too long ... pillows are terrible, completely squishy and useless ... pool is only 4ft deep impossible to swim ... So if you like floating in the pool only and dealing with neck and back pain due to the subpar pillows ... this is the place for you !!! However ... the staff is friendly and helpful and the Hotel is beautiful for things like weddings and such ... just not so great for extended stay !!!

Stayed for a couple of weeks , first time in Cebu - nice hotel. Having the mall behind the hotel is ideal for a quick and easy brunch or dinner. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, security seems good - guy at front gate and bag check machine, key card controlled elevators etc. Check in was straightforwards Pool is nice - quite busy on Sundays specifically, so is the mall Gym and spa are available The lobby bar serves good drinks and would highly recommend the afternoon tea they offer (was lovely!), they also have someone playing music in the evenings most of the time Breakfast buffet has a nice selection. Room service was tasty and simple to order. Housekeeping keep the room looking lovely and always replenished the bottles of water and bathroom supplies. Early morning hours has skeleton crew but still people available to help 24/7 if needed One thing I would say is the location is right by the port and a somewhat busy road so you often hear the traffic and horns honking sirens going off etc. so if you want something quieter might be worth looking somewhere further out. Would definitely recommend the hotel, had a lovely stay :)

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the team working at the breakfast buffet on 22/06/25. The whole team was very accommodating including the chefs working at the cooking stations always assuring and asking us if we needed anything. Also a big commendation to the supervisor/manager of the restaurant that day Alexa and her staff Alex who very accommodating and attentive to us. Another worth mentioning was Jessa at the front desk who made sure our check in was smooth and efficient rectifying any issues that we had right away. Staff like them make a big difference to ensuring excellent service and making guest like myself comeback to this lovely hotel over and over again. Thank you guys and well done 👌👌 Only down part of the stay though was the swimming pool being out of order which was one of things we looked forward to when booking our stay apart from that the stay was wonderful, staff were great and room was nice and spacious.

The hotel is super close to the airport and with a supersized Mall 3 min walk from the hotel this was a fabulous stay. We stayed on the Business floor with access to the lounge and ground floor restaurant for diner where the food was 5 star and drinks and staff took care of all our needs . Jun in particular in the lounge in the lounge was super friendly, professional and ensured we had a fabulous stay. The hotel beds, room, restaurant and pool where all high end. The hotel has a spa with a variety of treatments at great prices and my wife enjoyed a wonderful spa experience with Ruby who did a great facial. Thank you staff at the hotel for a wonderful six night experience.

The staff at the Lex really make this hotel they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, especially Sherwin on the front desk so helpful a great ambassador for the hotel! The room was very comfortable and the pool and pool area were very nice. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is in a great location with many amenities on the doorstep. I couldn’t say enough about how good this hotel is, I extended my stay twice here the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Cebu city and I’ve stayed in quite a few!

The hugh buffet breakfast was awesome! 10+ out of 10. The selection was large and the food was excellent. The roof top infinity pool and restaurant around the pool had a beautiful view of the area, especially at night.

The Fili Hotel has some excellent facilities that really made our stay memorable. Our room was super spacious and spotlessly clean, and the sea view was just amazing! The pool area has stunning views of the hotel, the sea, and the nearby bridge, which is really cool. Plus, there's a mall, a casino on site, and plenty of places to eat. The breakfast buffet is packed with tons of options. The best part? The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We totally recommend the Fili Hotel for an unforgettable experience!

It’s located a bit farther from the center of Cebu and shopping area (Ayala). There is a mall attached but with designer and upscale stores but these are not for the regular shoppers. Surrounding area is industrial. On the other hand, the property is excellent and the breakfast buffet is amazing. They have a very nice pool complex and spa, which is what I would expect from a resort.

Great place to stay, the pools were great and the rooms are exactly like the photos. It's a hotel resort and casino, so which is a plus. Pricey for Cebu Philippines but I think it's worth to splurge once in a while.

The room is big enough for a family, but the furniture is a bit old. Diversified and big buffet at the breakfast that all the family enjoyed :) The hotel has also a buffet for lunch and dinner, but we haven't tried it. We had dinner at the cafe next the swimming pool. The quality of the food was good, however, the service was a bit long. The swimming pool area is tremendous, 3 swimming pools (2 for kids).

This place, this hotel, the staff, my heart is exploding with gratitude and happiness over how we've been treated. Robert in main pool bar (my god what a man!!! The customer service, absolutely out of this world!!!!!!!!!) Jovi in Lobby (organised the best and most memorable Bohol experience for us, so considerate of our safety during this) and Kaye in pool bar (everyone was amazing, just these 3 really stood out for us) could not thank them enough for the incredible customer service we have experienced, I've never felt so welcomed in my life. My face literally hurts from smiling. The kindness and attentiveness is beyond what I've ever had. Would 100% come back. COME HERE IF YOURE IN CEBU!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed. And of course the food is phenomenonal on top of all the rest. Just, thank you from the bottom of our heart Marco polo cebu!!!! Best holiday of my life, so sad to leave these people!

Once again I took my family to stay at the Marco polo,...the reason being we know we will be looked after like royalty. Always doing what they can to please us and make us feel welcome. Rooms are very comfortable,..cleaned daily if you wish, new sheets/towels and complementary water each time Everywhere you go in this beautiful hotel is sparkling clean, from the lobby, the restaurant, the corridors and the poolside. Make sure you purchase the buffet breakfast, sets you up for the day ahead. The pool is spotless with an on-duty lifeguard, always willing to help with free towels. All the staff deserve recognition for making this hotel very professional and pleasant to stay at. Would I recommend this hotel?.. you bet I would !!

Location. Nivel Hills is the top spot in metro Cebu. Views were terrific Staff were welcoming and accommoding. Blue Bar on the roof is awesome. Ease of parking Security is diligent and respectful. Pool is a nice place, staff in the pool bar were welcoming and approachable. We loved going there for that reason. Large rooms, comfortable bed.

I really liked this hotel. Stayed in Cebu for a month. Used this as my home base while traveling around to some different locations. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant had good good. I was really impressed with the free breakfast also. Not some garbage buffet, they actually serve you like a regular restaurant and you order which breakfast you want. All of the staff at the hotel are super friendly and courteous. The door men at the front will help you with whatever you need. And the cleaning crew was awesome. They kept my room spotless and well kept every day. On a few occasions i slept in really late, well past when housekeeping came through. They always came back and tidied up my room after i was out of the room for the day. I really appreciated this. The hotel is located pretty much right in the center of the city. It's a little bit of a drive to get to the beach, between 30 and 45 minutes depending on traffic. But it's really convenient to get anywhere. Grabs and taxis are always ready to go. I would happily book this hotel again.

❤️Unbelievable the experience I had here and amazing Staffs during my 5 days and All started at the front entrance. The securities are on point and not only keeping the hotel front entrance secured. They're friendly and helpful getting your luggage and you out of the rain with umbrellas. The cleaning staff are beautiful ladies, friendly, helpful, so sweet always smiling and doing such a great job keeping the hotel and rooms clean. When getting off the elevator to check in. You'll see amazing beautiful ladies at the check-in counter greeting with a beautiful smile, professional, helpful. Also you'll see a couple of professionals waiting with a friendly smile to help with luggage and assist you to your room. The breakfast/Restaurant on the ground floor with delicious food professional services. Every morning I look forward to walking through the double doors and seeing wonderful staffing and hearing my name. Very nice to know your name and company was remembered. It's like a morning awakening /Kickstart before the first cup of fresh coffee. Very refreshing! I'll be back soon from the US. Amping!

My recent stay at Amber Hotel in Cebu was a delightful experience. From the friendly staff to the comfortable accommodations, everything about this boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. I enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners, including a classic Filipino breakfast of tapsilog and mouthwatering desserts. The food was consistently excellent, and the service was impeccable. Amber Hotel's prime location is another major plus. It's situated in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Additionally, it's not too far from Osmeña Circle, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. Robinson's Cybergate is across the street along with a major hospital within walking distance. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel in Cebu with excellent dining options, I highly recommend Amber Hotel. It's a great choice for both leisure and business travelers.

The front desk staff is amazing! Special mention to Ellie. She exudes the prettiest and most welcoming smile. Also the lady with a short bobc who i assume would be a manager. The check-in was fast and seamless. The hotel was fairly new, very clean and accessible to just about everywhere i needed to be. I came back to Cebu, my hometown, after 6 years. And the proximity of this hotel is just perfect to the places i want to go. The breakfast staff are amazing as well! There were variety of options. And the guards on duty? Very attentive. One particular guard, went above and beyond to open a canned milk for me using his knife, which was greatly appreciated. I would stay in this hotel again when i come back. Highly recommended.

The experience on arrival was awesome. Very friendly and informative. The room was so immaculate with great views .Air conditioning is how I like it .. cold The location is fantastic, close to everything a traveller would require. From pharmacies to laundry shops to bakeries .The hospital is a few minutes walk as is a large supermarket chain ( Robinsons Cybergate) I used the local taxi service to access all the tourist attractions and that service was easy to access thru a app The on-site restaurant, well what can I say. Amazing staff , amazing food for all meals . Thank you Chrislyn 😊 All the staff are fantastic. Every need was met with a smile and it was appreciated. It's a 4 minute walk to Fuente Osmeña circle with lots to see and do

Stayed at Goldberry Suites on April 20-25,2024. The hotel is centrally located and has easy access to transportation within Cebu City. Our room was facing the road that could be busy at times. The bed is comfortable, but we had a problem with the bathroom as it overflows when you take a shower. It might just be an isolated problem in our room 508 as my other friends never complained about it in their room. The staff are attentive and readily available when needed. Breakfast is varied and is included with the price of the room. You can also order lunch or dinner at the restaurant and the price is reasonable. Overall, with some hiccups, it did not diminish the quality of our stay. Thank you to all the staff at Goldberry for making our stay comfortable and pleasant . Hope to return again when we home back to Cebu.

The hotel was very kind to accept my request to reschedule my reservation since my flight was canceled. When I finally arrived, they were also very kind enough to let me check in a couple of hours earlier than the regular check in time. I have been traveling for more than 48 hours so it was a huge relief for me to have been accommodated. The room is clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Internet connection is super fast - which is a huge plus because I work online. Breakfast is really good! I have been away from the country for 5 years and the traditional dishes they served was just a huge wave of nostalgia that made me extremely happy. Overall, I had a very lovely stay at Goldberry and I will definitely book again when I return to Cebu.

The location was great, just a short walk from the famed Ayala Mall. Breakfast was very good indeed. Having had a longer stay it was great the breakfast buffet was changed daily. The staff couldn't have been kinder or nicer - from breakfast staff to room service staff. Special mention to Darvin on the front desk who was a complete superstar. He arranged a few tours - including a trip Moalboal to swim with turtles. Seeing all the places I did was fantastic, but when someone is kind enough to give you a true insight into/about Filipino culture and family life... well that was the icing on the cake! For the promo price, the rooms that we got (2 single beds in 1 room) were not bad at all. We were fortunate to be given the room for PWDs, so the bathroom was large, and even the room was larger, all good for wheelchairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy (pinoy food, French toast, pancakes, bread, soup, seasonal fruits, coffee, juice) enough for you to fill up to prepare for the day. I guess we'd book there again if we don't need to stay at the hotel a lot. It was a good place to rest after a long day of activities.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and soft. Cleanliness was maintained. Housekeeping was into it. Staff were awesome especially Elaine ,Grace & other staff on the front desk. Even the guard was so helpful. They will go out their way to assist you. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. It would have been great if Ripe Mangoes would have been served since it’s Cebu’s trademark, but i guess it wasn’t the season. Special mention to the housekeeping team who clean my room and made a swan out of my towels. That was cute & we liked it so much. Thank you. Hope to see you guys again🥰

Very nice premier 4-star hotel connected to the beautiful Ayala Center Cebu mall.  Rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable.  All staff were exemplary in every manner.  Food was excellent and reasonably priced.   Seda Ayala swimming pool is currently out of commission due to expansion and construction at Ayala Center Cebu mall.  However, Seda has an arrangement with the Cebu Sports Center, across the street, for use of their pool for hotel guests.  I used the pool every day during our 7-night stay and it was excellent.  I posted a pic below of the pool at Cebu Sports Center.  According to staff that talked with,  I believe that the construction project will be completed in 2027 with a new pool at Seda Ayala. This was our first experience with Seda Ayala Center and we loved our stay.  Already planning to visit again next summer!!   I consider Seda Ayala to be a 5-star hotel and give them an A+.

One of the primary reasons we stayed here is for the pool and unfortunately, it’s under construction. When searching the property, there were two photos of the pool and on one page, it lists a pool. There is one page where the pool is crossed off. This is extremely misleading. We were offered another hotel pool 15 minutes drive away which is a bit ridiculous. The hotel is clean, breakfast was decent, but the rooms are in need of an upgrade.

The title itself says it all. The pool wasn't an immediate access though since they're still building the actual pool of the hotel at the moment. Wasn't able to see the pool partnered with Seda Cebu but the gym facility was okay. Every staff was kind and hospitable too.

EVERYONE was helpful and attentive. The fitness center and pool attendants probably never get recognition, but they were just as attentive as the rest of the staff. The personal note of more than a couple of sentences by the housekeeping staff was a HUGE PLUS. The buffet breakfast was good and well maintained, and the restaurant and room service were above par!!!

Staff was amazing pool guys Tyrone especially and miss Fevie and miss Michelle was absolutely lovely making lots of changes and was so caring and kind lot of good new staff especially Ryan

The place is very new. They haven't open their restaurant and pool. I believe there is no gym. Very clean, staff were friendly, helpful, and smiling. Downside, the room is not soundproof. The dog at the house next to it were constantly barking. Quite annoying and irritating! I think it depends which room you were in. I'm sure they can be able to transfer you in a different room.

Good hotel for short transit. Girls at the front desk are very pretty and very helpful. The hotel is located near to a mall (JY mall at JY square) and super market with good food choices around. Or you can take those little bus things for 8 PHP to get wherever you want(bus-04m to get to Ayala mall) most of the big attractions are a lot farther down south , and to do a tour to get to them you need to be in a group.there are only churches and 1 or 2 temples nearby. So if you have some time to spare then just go further south near Moalboal and Oslob . But if your just looking for a nice hotel with good transportation and food nearby then this hotel is just fine. One small issue that I also found with my hotel in puerta princessa, I thought it was just my hotel at the time but seeing it here I think it’s just in the philipenes, random people slamming the doors is really loud and you get random sounds from the ceiling even though my room is on the top floor. It’s not something that will keep you up at night or disturb you very much but it’s just something you will notice and wonder what that could possibly be lol. Oh and to get to the hotel from the airport is about 300-310 PHP. When looking for hotels I’ve tried to give detailed reviews because it’s really hard to find a hotel and odd reviews make it even harder, so wherever you stay please try to give a detailed review like this one. We decided to try this new hotel in this area as we wanted to be away from the crowded streets over the festival of Sinulog.Our stay was 18th- 22nd Jan 2019. We were warmly welcomed after arriving by Grab car.Check in was quick and a deposit of 1000 peso was required for "incedentals".I was going to question this as the hotel has no services other than accommodation. I was informed so soft opening and walk in promo price of 1400 peso per night was displayed.Room was brand new, but spartan, no furniture other than pic ic style plastic table and bed, no chair or dresser .It did have a a unit with shelves and single cupboard containing safe.The bell boy didn't point this out so we discovered it after sometime in room,but he did provide a kettle apon asking so we could make a hot drink with mugs provided.There was some noise from ongoing building works.The room was cleaned apon asking and you can also indicate with neat illuminated door room number unit.This also was not demonstrated apon arrival. Later on first evening we discovered a roof terrace.We not sure if this will be a future feature of hotel,lovely view but the following night the door was locked and no access.This I later found out was due to safety,it was being used as laundry drying area. Overall I will return when they can provide access to roof terrace and have a restaurant on site with a buffet breakfast of good quality. Local food is available some 300m away on very busy junction with dangerous crossing.

Really great hotel that covers all the bases as follows: Property = newly opened (think they said since 12/18), so everything is super clean, modern and in perfect working order. Good water pressure & hot shower, cold Air Con, toiletries and a hot/cold water dispenser in the hallway for guest use. I think they have guest parking as well but I didn’t have a vehicle, but basically they have everything you need. Staff = very professional and polite check-in, followed up by super helpful staff whom always seemed to be near whenever I needed something. Friendly security at the entrance and everyone seemed eager to be of service. Location = on a quite (low traffic) side street just 100M (few minutes walk) from main road and JY Mall, so tons of good shopping, bars and restaurants just a short walk away. You could even walk to IT Park or just grab a ride right outside the hotel. Cost = this property offers great value for your money. Being new and with everything mentioned above, it’s comparable in cost to much worse places in town. I highly recommend this property if you want to be near central Cebu, IT Park and Ayala/SM City. It was a very pleasant, stress-free stay!

The staffs are all very friendly. Hotel is located in a decent neighborhood and a walking distance to city life. But heads up though, if u r a party type, it'll will be a ride to the club, not walking😊. You can arrange personalized excursions directly from the hotel, I had no clue. It was my first visit to the Philippines not very sure what to expect, so on my first day, I was shown arrown the area, how to commute, the kind of apps I can use to order meals from outside if I want... Huge Respect 🙏!!

The hotel was immaculate, great location across the street from Ayala Mall, beautiful swimming pool which was really nice for entertaining family when they visited. The breakfast buffet was enormous with different selections daily. The room was very nice and we really enjoyed the balcony, meeting neighbors from around the world. What impressed me most about Quest Hotel was definitely the Staff. The hotel is well staffed. Every employee was sharply dressed and eager to serve. We were greeted every day with friendly smiles and gestures. I give Quest Hotel a perfect 10. Oh, I have to mention the showers 🚿. Lots and lots, I mean lots of water from the double shower heads with incredible water pressure. I might miss those morning showers the most!

I just have to write a review about my stay at Quest Hotel! Honestly, it was a total vibe and I loved it. The location is literally so perfect—super convenient and you can just walk to the mall. As soon as I got there, the staff were so nice and welcoming, and checking in was super easy and fast. My room was awesome! It was huge, so clean, and smelled so good. I was sad I didn't have time to use the pool or gym, but they looked amazing. Seriously, I loved everything about this hotel. It's so chill and relaxing. I'm definitely recommending it to all my friends who visit Cebu.

We stayed for two nights with a friends two rooms. We arrived about noon and were greeted by Shaira receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she let me checkin early and only had to wait a short time for my friends room to be ready. Thanks Shaira for your great customer service. The room was spacious and well equipped and had a great nights sleep. The location is handy being as there's a Mall very close by. We used the pool which had plenty of sun loungers and there is access to towels too. All the staff are happy and helpful. I will be back next time I am in Cebu city.

Absaloutly great location and hotel very clean. Our premium delux room was confertable and quiet with nice balcony and a good airconditioning. The staff is fhenomenal, so helpful and warm. Nice swimmingpool and poolbar. Good gym as well. Breakfast delicious with many different variety of food to choose from. All Quest staff, gets 10 out of 10! We have staied at Quest three times. the facilities were new and clean (swimming pool, dinning area, lobby, etc'). the room is large, clean and beds are comfortable. There is a closet, ironing, safe, TV, good air conditioning and very good shower with hot water and strong water pressure. the breakfast was very good with a lot of options and even eat dinner here for a great price and very good dishes

Enjoyed my one night stay, staff very nice and rooftop is also nice as well. WIFI was a slight issue in the room and holding a connection.I ended up staying at Quest the extra couple days due to the pool

Stayed 17 to 21 Nov on 11th floor. Great hotel and excellent customer service from all customer facing staff. My room needs a refresh though as room was a bit worn , some wood varnish , a lick of paint perhaps but after I stayed the first evening it felt like home. The staff are excellent and genuinely friendly and hardworking and I recommend you use their rooftop bar- fabulous views and the food is of high quality and very affordable - I dined there every night. My only ONE negative point is my booking came with an in-room safe but there was none when I checked in. After I rang reception they said the room came with no safe but when I explained I booked with one, she promptly sent a maintenance manager and two other people carrying a safe to my room. It wasn’t secured to anything but I used it to store my papers etc. my only suggestion is for the hotel to permanently screw in the safe to the furniture. To get around Cebu use the Grab taxi app or ask concierge and they will flag a car for you. The breakfasts were great. I will stay at the hotel again if I revisit Cebu . I’m giving them 9/10 - knocking off 1 point for the issue at check in with the lack of a Safe which should have been there as per my booking.

Had an awesome stay at Harold Evotel. We stayed 4 nights at the suite room and find it very comfortable, quiet and spacious for 3 people. They provide most toiletries from razors, toothbrushes to cotton buds which i find very helpful when traveling.AC works well. Room well lit when needed with couple of full body mirrors Located in a very convenient location and walkable to ayala mall. Taxis readily available. Staff were all extremely helpful. Special mention to Honey Jade-Reservations Assistant who’s been very prompt in answering emails for all my questions. Breakfast buffet was delicious with very courteous and attentive staff with manager I believe checking if everything is okay. I can’t remember their names but I can’t single out as they were all very attentive. Front desk staff, bell man very all very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Harold Evotel for an amazing stay.

Service with a smile, big and clean rooms, quiet location but walking distance to Ayala Mall and restaurants. They upgraded 2 of our standard double rooms to 1 executive room and 1 one-bedroom suite with a connecting door to our third standard double room. Breakfast was delicious. On day 3, since some of us had a 6am ferry ride to Bohol Island and would miss breakfast at the hotel, they provided take aways of sandwiches, boiled eggs and bottled water. Special thanks to James at the front desk and the doormen for being super helpful! Thanks also to Jean for arranging a van with driver for our sightseeing around Cebu.

Its close to the points I wanted to go. Staff was really nice especially those who i asked for calamansi ☺️. The pool is small but my niece and nephew enjoyed it. But maybe they would close the swimming pool a bit later probably about 9 or 10.

Overall our stay was comfortable and relaxed. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The shower was good, with good pressure. The hotel is situated near markets and several malls, Magellan's Cross and the Basilica (wear long pants and shirt to visit). The rooftop pool was welcome to cool down each day, have a beer (reasonable price from the pool bar) and enjoy the view. Breakfast was generous, with staff very friendly and helpful. I definately recommend this hotel.

I really liked the overall stay in the hotel. 'twas short but very comfortable. I wish we stayed longer. Everything was clean functional and very convenient. didn't get to eat at the breakfast buffet tho coz we had to leave early in the mornings during our stay. Also. Love the view from my room. I get to see the cclex during the day and night, love the lights 😍 enjoyed night swimming at the pool too.

I re-booked a stay again for my Daughter,Mother in law also a surprise visit from my Fiance’ to further surprise our daughter. As per previous all thoroughly enjoyed their stay of not commented the breakfast felt quite fancy for them as this was a treat . Hello! I just stayed a week in Yello Hotel, and have nothing but praises for this place! Its new and modern, easy access and looks great. Rooms are very clean, inckuding a fresh shower stall and comfortable beds. AC runs very quiet also. But the best is the staff, friendly, helpful and always ready to assist for small or big questions! 1. Price - Very affordable compared to other hostels that I previously booked. 2. Capsule/Accommodation - I booked the smallest one but it is actually not small. It is big enough, you can even put your shopping bags and other things and can still sleep well and not worrying a tight space. The outlet is also near your head so you can charge your gadgets while using it. They also provide a towel, 2 soft pillows and a blanket. There's also a mirror inside the capsule! When you want to go out, they will also provide a lock and a key to ensure that no one can enter your capsule. 3. No curfew and and a personnel waiting inside if you arrive at dawn from party or other late events. Just also inform them that you will likely come back at dawn. There is a door bell outside so a personnel on duty can hear you even at 4 AM. Hehe 4. Shower and comfort room - They have 3 CRs with showers as I remember and its quite sufficient for your needs. Hot and cold. There's also a bidet. 5. Personnel - They are very accommodating so don't be shy to ask for their assistance. This is so far the best hostel that I booked. I will definitely come back for my next travels.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Location is good. 7eleven, fruit stands, dozens of street restaurants, a fantastic BBQ area with 6 mini restaurants, a bar and live music, an absolutely amazing massage place (full body oil for php 300), currency exchange bureau (better exchange rate than what I had at Manila airport), 25 min walk from San Pedro and 35 from Pier 1. If you are expecting a Ritz-Carlton quality....well it's not quite that. The walls are thin, so bring your earplugs, limited shared area space, no RP speaking hotel servive. But, price to quality ratio is solid 10/10. You get your own capsule with a fan. What else do you need for USD7? If you're a solo traveller or a young couple that values price over quality then it's a place for you. Not a place for a family with young kids or if you prefer fancy. Very decent place. The capsules have everything yoj need, there is just no space for the luggage. It's clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's also a place where you can refill your water bottle and a small kitchen and place where you can eat and hang out. The location is very good, walking distance to South bus terminal and some attractions, also shops are very nearby.

If I could give 1000 I would. This hostel is suuuuuper clean . I coukd see the staffs going to the bathroom to clean everytime someone showers. The manager is OUTTA of this world. He made my impression completley change. Super helpfull definetely knows how to host people and the meaning of a hostel when you are lost... extremely professional and the best manager I ever saw! The first place that has a CLEAN bathroom and room in Cebu If you care about hot showers, quiet place to sleep, cleanness it’s the perfect place to stay It’s super close to a 7 eleven and Ayla shopping mall I tried more than 6 hostels until I found this one, guys thank you for everything

Pool was great (big), although the water was a little dirty at times. The gym had great facilities & aircon. Staff were soo nice & really helpful. View was stunning (room 2628)!!

Had a wonderful time visiting Cebu and staying in this hotel, was very surprised for the good service, friendly environment, you are treated as a friend not as a guest, check in at 2 pm and if arrive early they (staff) will watch you luggage while you go out to kill time, offered a cold glass of ice tea, how nice, two computers available in the lobby if needed. I enjoyed every single minute, nice tv with more than 60 channels, very clean room, a/c not so noisy and kept room very cool, a few ants but did not bother me at all, for my next visit will definitely stay at this hotel, not expensive and very comfortable, room service, laundry available, cameras everywhere inside the hotel makes you feel safer besides the security guys, no traffic noise, got a very good deal for an extra guest for two weeks, a bargain, if looking for a good, cheap and nice hotel to stay this is the one, besides there are many good seafood restaurants, Seven Eleven and small variety stores nearby, 220-50 pesos from and to the airport, jeepneys everywhere, long rides for 20 pesos, not very comfortable but nice experience, not a very clean city but no city in the world is perfect, some poor kids asking for spare change so carry some loose change to make their day, for 60 pesos a taxi will take you to Robinson's shopping mall, Mcdonalds, KFC, pizza and souvenir shops nearby, terrible traffic at rush hours so caution when crossing the streets.

I stayed in Cebu R for a week and I had a very comfortable and pleasurable stay. Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly reception staff, and checking in was a breeze. Communication with the hotel has been very prompt even with the time zone between Canada-Philippines. Breakfast was included in my room , with a variety of Asian, Western, Continental and Ala Carte. Everyday I would try a different breakfast. The hotel is very clean and staff at Cebu R are very attentive to your needs, this goes to all services..... reception ( 24 hours), dining area (6am- 10pm), housekeeping and the security guards ( 24 hours) The room has a minibar which is a plus, a safe, a comfortable bed and selections of the Satellite TV guide is ample in most languages and the best part is the WiFi is fast. Had everything I needed in the hotel room. Cebu R Capitol Site is conveniently located for public transportations to The Basilica Minore del Santo Niño de Cebu, The Cathedral, Magellan's Cross and Fort San Pedro. It is close to restaurants and supermarkets. I certainly recommend Cebu R Capitol Site. Kudos to all staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is quite possibly the best budget accommodation I've ever stayed in. The price was excellent and the room and bed very comfortable, with plenty of space and a nice bathroom. The additional breakfast each morning was great value and a good range of options on the menu. The service was outstanding! On the first night I arrived, I had a stiff neck and inquired about massage services..I had barely unpacked and received a call that the masseuse had arrived and the quality was excellent also. On another occasion, I requested laundry service and within several minutes of submitting the request, someone was at the door to pick it up. The only downside was insects in the room and the hotel itself was a little hidden and out of the way. Otherwise, couldn't recommend this enough.

I booked this hotel for my wife and son for a health test from Cebu Dr. Hospital. This hotel is very close to the hospital and also located in the city. We booked for standard room for 2x but they got an upgraded room with no additional pay due to any availability of the room we have chosen. They served hot food inside the room quickly after ordering it with affordable service fee. Breakfast was comparatively much good when you consider similar quality and size of hotels, though corned beef was bit salty according to my wife :-). In short, my wife and son were pretty happy in stay at this hotel and we had a talk that we always choose this hotel whenever we go to Cebu and in need of a hotel stay.

I had a few days in Cebu following vacation before working for a week and this was a good location. You are attached to a mall with various food options, a massage spa, and a movie theater. This was nice considering how hot it was outside. The room was nice although more seating would have been good as well as hand towels. One thing I really like is the pool - it is rare to have one long enough to swim laps in and this one does. I got up early to swim laps before it got busy with families. Overall great staff.

Summit it a very convenient place to stay. It has the Robinsons Galleria mall attached to it which makes everything you need close by. They also have an indoor pool and a nice gym to keep yourself in shape. The breakfast is the best and the staff are efficient and quick.

One of the best hotels I've been to. It states 3 stars but felt like 4 stars at least. Staff was great and the housekeeping was excellent. At the mall so very convenient. Haven't used their fitness and pool so no comment. Overall no complaints. Highly recommend

Friendly staff and very nice room. Just spent one night after the flight. Good location as it's near the bus stop terminal and in a shopping mall to get everything you need for your journey. Didn't used the pool as limited in time of staying.

It’s very nice and upscale. The pool area is really top tier! The rooms are cleaned and well managed and the bathroom is superb. As for the location I really doubt you can find a better spot to stay in.

Top flight people and a great property by western standards The bad was exceptionally comfortable, shower, AC, tv, mini fridge, safe, and elevator all were without issue. The morning breakfast was phenomenal, large warm buffet of cultural choices, sweets, bread, cereal, and a cook present to cook a custom omelette on demand, Concierge and front desk staff were knowledgeable and punctual. ,The building is old and well maintained. I prefer this to a steel, plastic and glass. Great value for the money. I was there in May 2024. Within 2 blocks of a large 4 story shopping mall. Ayala Mall. There are street vendors and a 7-11 within a block, laundry across the street. Security guard on site and visible. Room Service, numerous free movie channels, nice sized room. Cons - If I listened I could hear the traffic. in the evening but when I cut the tv it never noticed it and I pay attention to such things. The hotel had some sort of automatic air freshener in the hallway on the fourth floor that plugged in similar to a restroom air freshener. It make the hallway smell cheap and artificial. It is a bad perfume, flower Indian sort of smell I would expect to smell in a street bizarre in Bangladesh or a hoochie house in Saudia Arabia. I presume there was a reason for the odor. In traveling around Asia, from the US these folks did it better than I could have asked.

The Elizabeth hotel is a must visit in the Ayala Cebu Area , because all around they function on a higher level in terms of quality for the price, facilities and overall experience of a well managed staff. The entrance to the facility you are treated with care by door attendants they will get you transportation with a smile and ensure you are welcome from the start of your visit. The front desk personnel handles you in a professional and accommodating manner, I have been here several times and they go beyond the call of duty to make my stay a rewarding one, answering questions, providing details of my stay not only in the hotel but questions of transportation or areas to visit. I could not write this review without mentioning the restaurant staff and room attendant’s as well. The food and customer service is excellent for taste and quality. I want to start by thanking Booking.com for upgrading my room to junior suite. Upon arrival I was more than welcome by the staff. Room was big, with central air conditioning (which can by set in room), carpeted, big private bathroom with all necessities which btw where topped up every morning by the sweet hard working gentleman Steven Gaco, electric kettle plus supply of water, tea, milk and coffee daily, flat screen tv with 93 channels which mostly where in English language, large desk, telephone, full size mirror, sofa and arm chair, huge windows facing east to enjoy the morning sunrise, and best of all a very comfortable bed. Location is very central and close to most tourist attractions. Complimentary is a well equipped gym. Breakfast served daily at convenient hours. Dining was mostly at the hotel as there was a variety of food with good prices and live music at the piano bar.

I wanted to surprise my family upon my arrival, but unfortunately, my mobile phone was broken, and all my phone applications required a pin to access my accounts. This made it impossible for me to contact them to meet me at the hotel. When I approached Glen, the front desk staff, for help with my phone issue, she went above and beyond by finding a spare phone for me to use. She was incredibly patient and helpful, and I am truly grateful for her assistance. Please take good care of staff like Glen. She is a valuable asset to your company, and it’s employees like her who make a real difference. You should treasure and support such dedicated team members. Check in and out a breeze. Bellhops at the front door are amazing. Breakfast is the best in Cebu. Everyone involved in ensuring that breakfast rivals anything available in the city are at the top of their games. Room spacious, shower hot! Right around the corner from a 7/11 and Ayala Mall (ensure you go to the Social on top!) Internet on point. Well done everyone.
