The hotel is very elegant and clean. We got a room with pool access and it was very nice ! Breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of variety of foods.

I have booked a pool access room; the room is clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and breakfast is good with many varieties of foods. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Shopping mall BIG C is just around the corner and Central Plaza is within walking distance. Hotel is near to the main road easy to access. Hotel provides scheduled free shuttle to the Night Bazaar. I have a wonderful and enjoyable stayed in this hotel. Thank so much to the staff. Keep it’s UP.....

The spa is a little bit more pricey than if you went into town but it is super convenient and great customer service. I had a great massage, and was well worth the money. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the pool was never too busy, we went to the pool twice during our stay and the two of us were the only two there for the whole time. We almost got ripped off by a tuk tuk driver and staff were there to have our backs and advise us on the best routes. Very friendly and professional staff.

We were warmly greeted when we arrived at the hotel and received excellent service by all the staff. Room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast had mostly asian food like rice and curry dishes. You could get eggs to order and cold cereals and toast. Also fruits. The only disappointing thing was the pool which had mildew growing between the tiles in the bottom of the pool. I would recommend this hotel

I will say that the hotel had very good rooms, nice gym/pool sand very good restaurant. I normally stay in different part of Krabi, but was quite satisfied with this location due to proximity of beach walkway and some of the finest restaurants in Krabi. This Centara is also a good value and competitively priced. I liked the gym schedule which allowed us to work out prior to breakfast. The breakfast was exceptional. The beds were also very nice, and overall a very romantic and relaxing stay for 9 days.

Grand Vista is away from downtown on a busy road, although the traffic noise wasn’t apparent in our room or at the pool. There’s a large modern mall across the highway, accessed by a foot bridge, with food courts, restaurants, grocery store and shops. The old city is a short Grab ride away. Our room was large, clean and serviced daily. A very enjoyable staff.

The staff! So kind and so helpful. The room was very comfortable, AC worked great, and private pool was a sweet touch. I would recommend this stay to anyone traveling to the area!

I really liked being in the country. It was peaceful and quiet at all hours. I loved having breakfast next to our private pool while looking out over the rice fields. It was also a great spot for bird watching.

Incredible service, scenic, beautiful views, swings, hammocks, paddle boat, push bikes, private pool was superb, very close to the famous white temple, blow up unicorn for communal pool, the small extra fee for a honeymoon package with rose petals in to the bath a small rose bouquet and a pandan cake was very worth it, breakfast was lovely, free snack bar was an extra bonus, pod coffee machine in our room, beautiful outdoor eating area with festoon lights at night.

We really love the place with very friendly and accommodating staffs. Would recommend the room with private pool, the entire unit is so pretty, clean, neat and comfortable. The food serve for breakfast is delicious and have several options to choose from. They have a very nice variety of milk / boba teas - highly recommended.

Eine wunderschöne Anlage mitten in der Natur. Charmant. Leider sind mache Bereiche der Anlage inzwischen etwas marode geworden. Die Toilette müffelte z.B. nach Kanalisation und hatte keine Tür. Die Liegen am Pool waren schmutzig. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre hilfreich gewesen. Für den Preis (250,-€ Poolvilla) sollte das nicht sein. Essen war übrigens gut!

We last stayed at this stunning resort 8 years ago and it's lost none of its charm. The decor is spectacular drawing from the landscape around. Our suite was huge with a lovely terrace to relax on watching the sun go down. Pool area not large and they could do with a few more sun loungers but still very enjoyable. Also note there are no fridges in rooms if you intend to stock up on cold beers, but the bar areas are lovely as are the 3 or 4 flat roof gardens.

The resort and surroundings is simply beatiful and very tranquil, a perfect location for a romantic getaway. The pool area was equally picturesque. The largest problem is that the restaurant and bar, which are the only ones in the area, are not at the same level. The food and drinks where adequate, but simply put far to expensive for what was offered. The bamboo villas where comfortable and had a wonderful patio, that would have been perfect for sitting in private in in the evenings with a few beers or a glas of wine, but the villas did not have a minibar or other refrigeration for drinks, so the only alternative is to walk to the bar instead. During our visit we had a few problems, each of which are minor but together conspired to make the stay less than perfect. * Our first villa was completely infested with ants, so we had to switch to another with twin beds instead of king size bed * Our second villa had a broken safe which could not be fixed during our stay * There was a rather lengthy power outage (3h+) one night, and the resort apparently lacks backup generators Of course the resort cannot control nature, but a more careful vetting of the rooms before guests move in would have discovered the problem with ants and broken safe, and possibly fixed them before we discovered them.

Det var hyggeligt men der var ikke rent. Poolen og terrassen var fyldt med blade og myrer. Indenfor godt med spindelvæv i krogene. Det var alt for dyrt i forhold til hvad det var.

spent our Honeymoon there. I returned to this resort for its calm and placid environment. we stayed in the pool villa. it is definitely a couples resort or nature lovers. will return in future.

Clean and fully furnitured room, kind owner, ice cold swimming pool to get you sober for another round. The whole place around is serene and beautiful, take your time.

Super friendly and helpful staff who helped us organise trips and picked us up from the bus station. Hotel room was a good size and had very comfortable bed. Didn't use pool area as we were too busy sightseeing but it looked very nice.

Property is nice and waterfront to the river. Pool swim up rooms very nice and the breakfast buffet was great. Also very close to the blue temple and has bikes you can use to visit the site or ride around town.

This newly opened hotel boasts a stylish minimalist design and offers an excellent location. Within just a 5-minute walk, we reached one of Chiang Rai's main tourist attractions, the stunning Blue Temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten). Another highlight is the proximity to the renowned local eatery, Chivit Thamma Da Coffee House, Bistro & Bar. Despite these nearby dining options, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's breakfast buffet, which featured a diverse selection of high-quality choices with northern Thai favours. Recommend

The staff is so kind and lovely, and the rooms were so clean. the area around the hotel is not the best but the good thing is that you are 5 minutes walking to the blue temple, you can take the bikes provided in the hotel to go around the area.

Great place, 5 min walking distance from blue temple and one of the best restaurants Chavit tamma Da. The hospitality is awesome, the staff help you with recommendations, scooter rent and anything you ask.

I can't rave enough about this place. For the price you pay, everything you get is exceptional. The rooms are spacious, the staff are very friendly and super helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very local and you get to enjoy delicious Thai food everyday. The banquet hall where breakfast is served is very grand too. I also enjoy the swimming pool facility. The pool though, small, is very well maintained and clean. There's a nearby local restaurant by the name Tid Doi Tid Din, and with your hotel card you can get 10% off. You can even get them to deliver to your room as room service. The food from this restaurant is also very delicious. I highly recommend the Omelette Rice and the Green Curry. The main reason why I chose this hotel it is because I go to the university nearby, Mae Fah Luang. This is the perfect location for new international students who wants a hotel nearby to the university. I will definitely come back here with my family.

We stayed here for 3 nights, there isn't all that much to do as its quite far out of Chiang Rai. The pool was amazing, all to ourselves and the weather was lush. The staff were friendly enough, organized a taxi back into Chiang rai center for our bus. There's an affiliated cafe/restaurant that gives you 10% off when presenting your room key. The food and drink is great and it's well priced. If you're looking for somewhere to chill and enjoy the weather by the pool this place is great. Only con- the beds are so hard! It's comparable to lying on a yoga mat or park bench!

Had a great time as always. Food was excellent from the Thai menu and not over-expensive. The views, the pools, the service...everything was outstanding and we were made to feel so welcome. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable stay.

I spent the most amazing new year vacation in Chiang Rai. I stayed at Phufa Waree for 5 nights and got a well-deserved rest. The location of Phufa Waree is around 18 km. from Chiang Rai town. I know it's quite far but once you learn how to commute, it's really not a deal-breaker. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is big (I got a one-bedroom suite), the bathroom is also huge. The only thing that I would complain about is the sofa in the living room. It's built-in and it's not really that comfortable. The accommodation comes with a buffet breakfast, serve from 6:30 to 10 am. They have a Thai-style buffet spread and they serve different dishes every day. Outside the hotel, there's a nice restaurant called Tid Dao Tid Din. The food is also good and inexpensive. Getting to town is a bit tricky, taxis and even Grab car is very expensive so try to hail a small green bus, which comes every 15 or 20 minutes. The fare is around 18 Baht and it will take you straight to Chiang Rai town (the bus station is near the Night Bazaar). All in all, I would say I had a great stay at Phufa Waree.

If you are enthusiastic about flowers and nature and beauty, this is the place to go. You also have a Ricefield right in the front of the hotel the views and the grounds are absolutely spectacular. You can get a newer bungalow which has a little more of the better amenities, the older ones if you’re wanting to stay in a rustic Thai Cabinet room, but there is one with the hot tub that is lovely and a bathtub that overlooks the grounds they are very helpful there and they serve you breakfast. Anytime you want in your room and dinner as well. This is an extremely romantic place to go, but also lovely as a single soul traveller as well.

Lovely quiet spot by rice paddies, about a 30 minute drive from Chiang Rai. Staff are very attentive and made sure to ask us if we needed a taxi to get into town. Breakfast is delicious and dinner is made for you at 1700 if you have no plans to eat in town. This resort made for a very unique experience in our travels to Thailand.

Das Hotel ist Super Super schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich denke es ist ein Familienbetrieb. Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen und man benötigt auf jeden Fall eine Fahrmöglichkeit. Wir haben uns ein Scooter geliehen. Zum Abschalten auf jeden Fall ein super Hotel.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. We really felt welcomed with our children. Whenever we asked for something we got it straight away with a smile ( fresh towels and extra pillow, …). Simple but clean room. We where surprised that basic breakfast with toast/jam and coffee or hot chocolate was included and we could refill our water. Great parking for motorbike and I think even car. Cheap restaurant and store around the corner. Amazing value for money. A great example that low budget can be great.

This is a nice hotel In Chiang Rai in a quiet neighbourhood, but still within walking distance to the city centre/ night market/ clock tower (cca. 10-15 minutes). Breakfast was included, which was basic western one (toast and tea/ coffee) still fine for a hassle- free ànd quick meal to start the day, but a small selection of other kind is also available for a charge at the hotel, or there are local eateries/ street food nearby (1-3 minutes walk), a small shop is also approx 1 min walk from the property. There are some parking spaces available in front of the hotel, thus suitable for guests arriving by car/ scooter. Room was clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot. Not all the staff speaks English, but all of them were nice and smiley. We had a nice stay there.

Very nice hotel. Big comfortable room with a fridge and nice window overlooking the stream at the back. New bottles of water left outside the room everyday. Great value. Quiet and great for a good night's sleep

Pimann hotel was great for our 2 night stay in Chiang Rai. The queen room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The reception staff were also very friendly.

The hotel location has a good location. When you see the front facade and parking it looks like a regular 2 star hotel. But once you put you feet inside the hotel you get transported to a fantastic jungle oasis in the middle of the city, with a luscious garden area with tropical trees and plants. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a big bathroom and small balcony. The pool is so big, and deeper than most hotel pools, the area around the pool and the gardens are excellently kept. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Checkout is early at 11am, but they let me stay a few moments over this time without a problem. Checkout day my room didn't had power, it was hot as aircondotioning could not work and I had to pack in the dark, because not enough light was entering the room through the window.

Don’t let the gritty car park deceive you. Once you enter the reception, you are treated to a little slice of paradise. A very warm welcome, showing us to our beautiful apartment which was spacious, well appointed and clean. To get to the apartment and swimming pool, you walk through what only can described as a lush green, vibrant tropical jungle! The gardeners have done a wonderful job and the upkeep must be humongous! The swimming pool, although small, was perfect for the amount of people staying. When it it’s 38 degrees and 80% humidity, it really does scratch that itch!

What a lovely resort!! I had a pool side room, great view, pool was lovely and cool. The restaurant was great too, I had some fantastic evening meals there. I just wish i could have stayed longer

A lovely oases of greenery in an urban setting. On your way to your room you enter a corridor of green foliage and enter a haven of peace and calm beauty. Your room is a bungalow and has all you need. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There is a gorgeous pool with plenty of sun beds. If you want to tan, it’s best to go before 3 pm, after which the trees shade the pool. The complimentary breakfast is ample. We had a lovely stay and will be back.

Really amazing stay at Laluna. The hotel itself is set in a stunning and lush surroundings and is very peaceful and quiet. The staff were very attentive and really welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and so spacious. The bed was HUGE and by far one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. The swimming pool was lovely and very welcome after a long day of exploring the beautiful city of Chiang Rai. Location wise it was perfect with just a short 15 minute walk into town. The whole experience from start to finish was just perfect. My only small criticism would be that the hotel wanted us to take their private hire car to the airport which was 500 BHT as apprised to a metered city cab which was around 200. But at the end of the day everyone is trying to make a living so we can’t blame them for suggesting it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely return in the future!

The place is super comfortable and the location is good. Free coffee every morning and yummy biscuits. The lady receptionist very helpful. Will definately recommend it.
