The private pool sweet was beautiful, and the entire hotel property was lovely. The included breakfast buffet was a major highlight too, so much delicious and different food! We had a great time at Cape Dara and wish we could have stayed longer. What a wonderful spot for a honeymoon!

The facilities are amazing, so picturesque. From the moment you walk in to the lobby greeted by smiling faces and a beautiful pool which overlooks the ocean. Room was huge and had a beautiful view of Pattaya beach. We had a day at the swimup bar down on the beach and it was fantastic. Would stay again

The room itself was nice. The private pool was great with the little hammock inside it. The large pool is always quite nice. There was a huge variety of channels which really exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was quiet impressive and I made use of the club lounge, which provided sufficient amount of snacks during the afternoon tea time.

It was a beautifully designed resort with two pools and free Buffett breakfast. The breakfast was great. We got a standard room and a pool suite. The pool room had a musty smell and the pool had algae and needed more care.

The overall facilities including restaurant, swimming pool, access to clean beach and the room were good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

very peaceful location unlike Pattaya. our one bed suite was huge. almost getting lost in this beautiful luxurious room. Three swimming pools and on the beach. plenty of sun beds on the beach and main large pool. excellent breakfast. the Chinese fried donuts were a treat. beautiful gardens and nice sunset views on the beach. The sea food buffet dinner was a treat and not expensive.Used Grab taxi to get around and not expensive door to door service. few shacks either side of hotel beach area and also the marina. All staff very courteous, it’s the Thai culture. Would highly recommend this place and return. Also treat yourself to full body massage in the spa place. amazing

Great quiet beach location can walk north a fair way to canal.3 great pools plenty outdoor showers,grounds are green plenty of trees well maintained.Room was large with pool veiw.Breakfast large selection.Nice thai restaurant 250mtrs North across road.I will return' one of the best I've stayed!

Overall, this resort is recommended especially for family. The private pool is very nice and room ambience is cozy. However the way to get to the hotel is a bit confusing, and is further out from the main road. So, we would recommend for those who seeks to find a nice resort to stay in doors to use the resort facilities.

The hotel is gorgeous. Really nice pool with swim up bar, staff is friendly, clean rooms and great amenities. The breakfast is very good too. The only downside is that you’re in the middle of nowhere. The hotel offers a shuttle service that takes you to the busy area of Jomtien once every hour until 8pm. After that you’ll be on your own to take a cab (2-300 baht) or uber (if they show up- not reliable- for 100baht). If you look in the map you may think you can walk.. but the streets around the hotel don’t have sidewalks and believe me YOU CANNOT WALK ANUWHERE). You will depend on the shuttle or other transport. Jomtiem is a more tranquil place than Pattaya beach. The parts of the beach that you can actually enjoy are the closest to Pattaya. There are maybe 4 km of the beach that are unused due to having no sand area (including the ocean from nearest to the hotel). You need to go at least a few kms north to find the sand. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from the buzz. The Chinese tour buses and tourists can be very noisy in the lobby and not follow hotel rules (like not smoking in the pool area or not going to the pool after closing hours) but overall it’s a quiet place and very relaxing.

Great service and very welcoming and friendly. They arranged all my tranport service. The hotel was hidden and far from the beach (if only the path way to the beach was opened but negotiations were still ongoing with the other building at the back for that less than 100 steps beach front) other restaurants but all you need is already inside. A lovely pool which is a great view from our balcony. Clean hotel room and spacious. Although we do suggest to have some OFF lotions specially for the kids because of the greens around rhe hotel. Just a precaution but all is good. The restaurants have great food. Love the pool bar. Awesome gym with the basics. Kid friendly. My son loves the Safari camp and the pool slide. I love the Spa.

This was my first time staying with Centara hotel group. Even though it located not near the beach, but overall we had great time and very good value for money. The hotel provided the shuttle to the beach every hour. The pool was great, my kid enjoyed it very much. Kid‘s club was just like the Hobbit house. We impressed with the Front desk person. She was very informative responsive and friendly. The staffs at the restaurant was very responsive and helped me with sterilizing my baby’s bottle everyday. Besides that my car broke down in the basement and the staffs assisted me in every ways to make my car worked again. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance.

Fantastic service, room, pool, breakfast and would definitely recommend and stay again. It was a little further away - but hotel has shuttle to beach and city - so at end of day you are away from the noise and hassle of busy city area. We had motorbikes so did not matter. Thanks for looking after us - You were all great!

Amazing hotel and the plunge pool suite was worth every penny!

This is a fantastic hotel. Priced RIGHT! Everything is 4star. Bed is soft, sheets are soft, towels are soft. Air conditioning is top notch. Pool is great. Lobby is extremely nice. The only criticism I have is the breakfast and restaurant. They use cloth napkins, which is fantastic, but the food quality and selection needs drastic improvement. They need to step up their culinary game to the same level as the rest of the property. In the evening they need to dim down the Led lighting to make the room more inviting for dinner. I will stay at this hotel for 2 weeks in January. Maybe they will read this review and make some much needed changes to their culinary program.

Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable, AC nice and cool. Shower has different modes on what you prefer. Rooftop bar and pool was nice as well. Location is perfectly placed everything is near. I stayed about 25 days and had just one negative for me. I dont know if it was because i was at the end room or something but my wifi kept dropping off and on. I hope in the near future they will upgrade internet to be stable. I am already lookong forward on my next visit and will stay here again.

My second stay here and I will come back for a third because Amethyst is reliable. I can walk in any direction and find something to eat or drink! Quality foot massage everywhere and can walk to the beach. Pool is great for swimming laps, exercise room is clean and has everything I needed for a workout before going out. The restaurant is clean, comfortable and the chef’s can make any style eggs for breakfast. Housekeeping makes up room everyday and always earlier than later.

Definitely a must stay hotel in Pattaya.Staff are brilliant extremely helpful the door staff especially.The hotel itself is just fantastic,very modern.The rooftop pool and sun deck is amazing.Would definitely stay here again (and will be hopefully in December).Location is perfect for everything you want. Only thing a could say negative is the room balcony had no view (just rite into another building) which was unfortunate but everything else was just perfect.Definitely a 10 out 10 hotel.

This place should be 5 star. We had a private pool penthouse. It was perfect. Expensive but worth it.

Very spacious, well equipped apartment, friendly staff, towels changed and apartment cleaned daily. Lots of English (and many other) language TV channels. Very nice swimming pool with pool towels provided. 2 minute walk to Jomtien Beach and shops, bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Jomtien Night Market. 5 minute walk to the baht bus for the 10baht, 15 minute trip into Central Pattaya.

Everything was nice. The staff is very kind and friendly, ready to help. Nice small territory, good swimming pool and gym. It has rather good equipment to train. Everyday cleaning, the room is well cleaned, white bed linen. Small balcony with furniture to chill in the evening. Good location in the silent street without any traffic and cafes, very close to the beach (1 min walk). There are 7/11 nearby, Jomtien night market.

Location was perfect. Away from the main roads, yet close enough to easily access the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, baht bus etc. Staff were absolutely fabulous. So friendly & welcoming - a real credit to the complex. Stayed in a Deluxe 1 bedroom and it was huge!! Plenty of room to move, well presented & very clean. Complex was well maintained with a great pool & communal library. Absolutely loved our stay!! Highly recommended.

Trip was awesome. Boys trip. Owner Tony is awesome. He even showed us around a bit. Lots of late nights with no complaints for noise in the pool. It’s a little ways out of the way if you’re wanting to be walking distance to everything I wouldn’t suggest it. But it’s cheap to use bolt which is only 15-20 min to most of the party places if that’s your plan. I highly recommend for boys trips or even families or couple that don’t mind being out of the hustle and bustle. Definitely was worth it and will likely return again.

We really like the villa and how it is managed very well.

Contact with the reception was quickly established through WhatsApp. On arrival, the Facility Manager heartily welcomed us. He showed us every Room and gave us many useful Tips. The transition of the Keys was easy. I was shown where the safety box was and how to deposit my essential documents and valuables safely. You will find a great Pool with a slide on the ground floor. The living room is significant, with direct access to the Swimming Pool. In this Living Room is a Pool Table. We had a good time playing Pool. The kitchen has every amendment you need to prepare meals and eat. A BBQ Place is available. On the First Floor are four spacious Bedrooms with access to a wonderful Balcony. Two Bedrooms are on the ground floor. Nearby, you will find a market with local restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a Topsy. The restaurants make delicious food at a very nice price. Access to delivery of fresh foods was easy with Food Panda. All the Places and beaches are easy to find and close by. For Taxis, we used Grab and Bolt. The receptionist lady paid much attention to our stay and answered every request immediately. The Neighbor is a Legend and very friendly.

place had everything needed, full kitchen and BBQ area. we came down for a family getaway with another family in total 8 of us including 4 kids! has a retro gaming system, Smart TV, Pool table and slider in the pool. a lot of activities and is bang in the middle between Pattaya and jomtien! highly recommend it to anyone travelling with families, will be back

Spacious and clean. The swimming pool have water slide, small but enough for play. The location is perfect near the hyper center but quiet. Every bedrooms have full bathrooms with everything inside, very good for the villa.

We had an amazing three-day stay at Joopland! The place is fantastic—beautifully maintained and perfectly located near Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. Sue is an absolute gem, ensuring everything was seamless and comfortable. With a 7-Eleven close by and delicious food available at reasonable prices, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff Minnie is really friendly and hospitable. She always reply immediately if we have any questions. This villa is clean and spacious, it’s perfect for a group or family trip. It’s just 5-10 mins of tuktuk away from city center. During the time we stayed, Minnie also helped us to call a tuktuk when we needed. Would def recommend!!!

Guests paid the price to enjoy all facilities (especially beachfront) so the hotel should not hold any special event and block the access of other guests in such area. I was asked to leave the beachfront swimming pool as I was told that the "group" guests was coming. It was sad to hear this kind of discrimination which was more on service attitude. This should never happen to any 5-star hotel. Note that the hotel was keen to compensate me via late-checkout for me. However, this impression was not great while this was only to stongly recommend that this should never happen again to any guests.

Probably the best 5 star resort in Pattaya. The place has the best rooms with full luxury and opulence. The grounds are well maintained, there are 3 pools and 3 restaurants. The beach is a 2 minute walk and is very quite so all yours. Gym facilities, sauna/steam and laundry service also great. I've given 4 stars and (not 5) as I feel the food can be better. The seafood was chewy, I ordered Gnochi but got a dish that had none and just the sauce bits. The pizza I feel can be improved. The veg options can also be improved e.g. the pizza to have peppers, tomatoes, garlic, prawns and rid the aubergine. The breakfast cakes need re-doing. Overall I had a blast staying at this resort and I highly rate the staff who are super friendly to all the guests and very helpful.

We loved Andaz Pattaya. Initially when I was planning to book for 5 nights, i was sceptical after reading reviews. Then realised it was just opened earlier this year and it obviously would take some time to establish at its full potential. We had a wonderful experience. The place is serene. Quiet. The garden space is big. Loved the lobby and the caffe/bar. The restaurants were very nice too and food reasonably charged. The rooms were very clean. The staff were the best. Everyone was so kind and helpful. For those who plan to work, there is a resource room where you can take your calls in peace. The only downside would be its proximity to the main Pattaya city which on the jammed roads of Pattaya can take u easily 30mins in car. We just wanted to chill and experience the luxuries of the hotel so this didnt bother us too much. Overall highly recommended if you want a relaxed and comfortable stay away from the buzz of the main city of Pattaya.

Ich fange mit dem negativen an. Wir hatten ein Zimmer bei Gebäude 5. Auf dem Weg dorthin mit dem Rollstuhl musste man mehrere Stufen überwinden. Generell ist die Anlage nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer gut geeignet. Ich musste hauptsächlich den Weg nehmen wo die Buggys fuhren. Für so ein teures Luxus Hotel schwer verständlich. Es hätte genügend Platz für Rampen gehabt. Das fand ich wirklich ärgerlich. Nun zum positiven. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und das Personal richtig professionell und sehr freundlich. Das Essen hatte eine gute Qualität war aber etwas teuer. Der Sauna war Rollstuhlgängig.

Andaz hotel stay was beyond expectation. The food was amazing and the service was great! Everything was perfect except the walking road was full of barriers for the stroller but all the employees were keep helping us for visiting places by lifting up the stroller which i am super thankful.

Our host , Miss Pany and her mum met us when we arrived and set us up with everything we could need.We could cook in the unit.Great seafood restaurants nearby.The Pool is amazing and very well maintained. The gym is good. The grounds are well landscaped and very relaxing. Thankyou Pany , had a wonderful time.

Hotel is the Best, in the middle of beautiful nature. It is very clean. Villa with private pool is excellent place to stay. The online minus is the price of the SPA rituals. They are to expensive. People are really friendly and open. You can trully relax there.

As it was low season we were offered an upgrade to a room with a private pool for half price which we decided to do and did not regret it. The room was large and very comfortable and the pool was a small but comfortable infinity pool which we spent a lot of time in. The hotel itself was lush and well maintained with a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. The ocean was very warm but very murky and those looking to snorkel or scuba dive should look elsewhere. The food was very good and the service was impeccable. All in all a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Sun sand and sea This is a perfect place to get away from the hedonism of Pattaya. A 30 minute drive south will bring you to this paradise. Expansive grounds hold 62 well appointed private villas in a magnificent jungle like setting. Most villas have private plunge pools, outdoor showers and jacuzzi tubs. The check in was fast and personal with a complimentary beverage and a cold eucalyptus infused towel to refresh after a taxi ride through busy Pattaya. A quick tour of the scenic grounds in a shuttle brought us to a secluded villa set amongst a beautiful lush environment. The villa was very clean and tastefully decorated with everything you need to enjoy your time here. Air conditioning, refrigerator, bottled water, assorted beverages, 220 volt power, capsule coffee machine, plush towels and comfortable beds We opted for the inclusive breakfast and was that a great decision. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced. Otherwise the restaurant is pricey. If you need entertainment and a party every night this place is probably not for you, but if you want a relaxing few days in a tropical paradise this place fits the bill. The pool is clean and fresh towels are provided daily poolside. The beach is private, safe and continually monitored for litter. Massage, spa, gym, and other services are also available. There are a few more reasonably priced local restaurants off site to explore as well. What a comfortable resort with friendly staff.

The staff are very friendly and polite. The services in the facility are excellent and the ambiance is clean and organized. There is beach access but no chairs or umbrellas available so we only stayed for a while. The infinity pool has a great view. The resort is perfect for those that want an aesthetic and more quiet vacation place. Overall it was an excellent stay.

The infinity pool was amazing to the photographs upon the hotel’s website, large clean and warm too, it was the great way to start the morning. Excellent hospitality, great staff! Most comfortable bed ever. Amazing location with private beach. Bars make wonderful drinks and the restaurant makes the lovely food . Would highly recommend for the family and couples. - Room is spacious - Good bath amenities (L'Occitane) - Breakfast was tasty and had good quality even though it is not a buffet - Afternoon bites and ice-cream buffet is terrific and unique - The resort is full of evergreen trees, giving a highly chill and good vibes - Swimming pool is very iconic and has an opened view to the sea - Sunset view is stunning - The seaside bar is also delightful and has precious and relaxing atmosphere - Staff is hospitable - As a beach resort, it is very easy to access to the beach, which is calm and relaxing - Located near a city center which is easy to find a place for dining Points to notice - Same as many local resorts, general maintenance both in room or public areas still needs improvement to remain a good condition of the resort (the rain shower in my room did not work) - Overall cleanliness is good, but can be leveled up, too - It would be nicer if breakfast can be more various - As the resort is very close to the nature, insects or venomous are unavoidable (I found a green snake in the bush when walking to a car park) - Parking lots are quite limited (not sure if there is another place nearby to park)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Pattaya. The villa provided a perfect experience for our trip – everything from the amenities, equipment, and furnishings was beautiful, comfortable, and well prepared. We traveled with four young daughters, and they loved the private pool so much that none of them wanted to go to bed. One of our friends’ daughters even said she wanted to live here and never go home. That’s how comfortable and welcoming the villa was. Another highlight of our stay was the transfer service. Although it was an additional fee, the driver was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, supporting our trip throughout. Even with a large group of nine people, we never once felt inconvenienced. I strongly recommend booking this villa together with the driver service – it truly made our Pattaya trip unforgettable.

The property is best for a family or friends vacation. Care has been taken in respect of smallest of things one can imagine. Grand Hall, Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi on the 1st floor were the best highlight with huge room size.

Great property. 10 minutes to walking street very convenient and also the villa manager Sue is very professional and accommodating to our request.

The staff was great, met us on arrival and departure all went nice and smoothly, gave us many options for payment. The building was incredible with a beautiful open plan, plenty of rooms to choose from. We asked for pool to be cleaned and they sent somebody around at no extra cost which was nice. Overall was a great place to stay, there is a mini mart just around the corner around 10min walking distance.

An absolute oasis with the most exceptional service in all of Thailand. We had a pool attached to our room and the daily housecleaning did a tremendous job. The pool was exceptionally clean and the beach was just steps away! The best part is the overall service. "Tan" our daily and manny night server bent over backwards taking care of us. When he see us coming to lay out, he put never covers on our sun bed and laid and tucked two towels over the clean material so we were even more comfortable. "Valentine" our young afternoon service was also exceptional - always checking on us to ensure we had what we needed. "Suwannee" the breakfast host was exceptional! The breakfast, free, was the best breakfast spread in any resort I've stayed in and I've stayed in hundreds. You could stay a month and not eat all the different varieties they offered (from western, to European, to Asian and Thai). You are about 20km from central Pattaya but the cab fairs about 4-7 USD depending on the time of day. Usually, we spent 9 USD or 240 Baht round trip with an extra few for a tip. You can go to central pattaya with the noise and craziness and come back to an oasis right in heaven. We will be back yearly (highly recommend the rainy season or low tourist season - you still get plenty of sun daily and the treatment is exceptional)

Lush gardens with old trees, beautiful rooms, many with pools or jacuzzis and nice beach pool restaurant area. Feels like low-key luxury. 1,5 hours from airport in Bangkok, a perfect place for R and R.Food is good, the beach kept clean. Quiet, no drunken brawls. If you want to shop, pattaya is 30 min away. Easy and cheap with taxi apps. Staff is friendly. The best breakfast buffet you can imagine. Just take a preordered taxi from the airport.

The pool villas were out of this world, the infinity pool and the gardens were beautiful, food was fantastic, and the beach was amazing. They even had kayaks to take out into the waters. Felt so relaxed we extended our stay.
