Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Colonia de Sant Jordi

We love the private pool in our unit. It was deep to wear you can swim and very clean. The temperature was perfect. We also love the room. It was spacious and comfortable. The shower had great pressure and the hot water stayed hot during the shower session. The staff was amazing and always helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We love the variety they provide. We definitely will be coming back!

The most beautiful and calm place we visited on Mallorca. The room and whole property was great, superpeacfull "hotel" outside the touristic hell. Nice pool with relax bed, where you dont have to pay some additional cost or make some reservation. Our room has terace to the garden and pool, only few meters away. There is a only fex rooms, so we didnt have to worry about crowded pool or something - we were there mostly alone or with another one or two couples = absolute privacy. The breakfest was really nice with sufficient possibilities and in great quality, vegetables from hotel's garden and other products also seemed to be local. The bar was open whole day and there was no problem to order a drink or anything to the pool. The dinner menu was smaller, but sufficient and also good quality. Although the property is not located just right next to the sea, the beach is only 20 minutes of walk down the sidewalk. This beach was also beautiful with white sand, the water was very clear and it wasnt crowded compared to others, cuz there is a only really small tourist village with few restaurants and shop. Whole place was a paradise and i absolutely recommend! Definitely we will visit this place again in future.

It was simply wonderful – calm atmosphere, beautiful rooms, a lovely pool, and an amazing outdoor area. Breakfast was excellent, with happy chicken eggs that made it even more special. Es Trenc beach is just a short walk away – only 15–20 minutes. The exceptional customer service truly stood out. We absolutely loved our stay! We’ll definitely be back – and please take care of our new little friend, Sandy!

The vibe, it’s laid back and simple. Peaceful. The room is kind of a small house, amazing, spacious, with shaded entrance and shaded terrace with a table and a soft bench. There’s a small pool with comfy beds around it to rest. The property has a lot of well kept greenery, the space is well designed, giving the guests privacy. The breakfast is good.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left every need was catered for. Collection from the airport, air conditioned Mercedes, great knowledgeable driver. 30 minute drive went quick. Late arrival, staff were waiting for our arrival, luggage taken to room, checked in with a glass of fizz. Woke in the morning to a beautiful location, the photographs don’t do it justice, such a quiet, still location. Breakfast, in fact all food, lovely, taste, pallet, wine, such options!! We had the taster menu, compliments to the whole team…. Wonderful!!! Lazy by the pools, hot tubs, cocktails brought to you, lunch light snacks, healthy smoothies, we worked our way through the menu in the short 4 days we were there, all great tasting!! The SPA…….. where to start, massage, relax, chill, embrace all the natural elements, every experience was so memorable. Staff so wonderful!!! The SPA cannot be missed, we spent most days in there doing something, the waters are definitely healing. Every need was met, lockers, drinks, snacks, left alone, the facility explained, the history, beautiful place. Diner by the pool, topped off the stay. The visit was part of a number of locations for our honeymoon, leaving Paris to come here was the best decision. Diner in Paris was amazing, but a sunset diner by the infinity pool topped it off!! Thank you. The beach….private, quiet, the lodge, shower, toilet refreshments all looked after in the private house. The water was amazing!! 5* location xxx

This hotel has to be experienced to believe how totally rejuvenating it can be. The photos on the site just do not convey enough the feeling of tranquillity and relaxation that you can enjoy here. The separate outdoor jacuzzis and daybeds that are dotted about the grounds allow you to laze in comfort. Two calm pools with more than enough loungers to go round. Breakfast is excellent and eating outdoors is a great way to start the day. The spa pool is refreshing and the gym provides just the right amount of equipment to keep you active.

Fontsanta is a calm and relaxing environment, set in beautiful surroundings. The junior suite boasts private terrace and jacuzzi. The pools are clean and were always quiet when we visited at the start of June. The staff are warm and welcoming, on hand throughout our stay. The spa was also quiet during our visit, allowing for sole use of saunas and thermal pool. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, and the breakfast buffet offered everything we could have wanted and more. Thank you for a delightful stay, we will definitely return soon.

We loved Fontsanta. Amazing food and breakfast ! Loved the fact there is two pools so you dont feel like you are on top of each other. Fab beach next door called Es Trenc which gets packed every day but worth the clear crystal waters. Loved the thermal spa within the hotel, really clean and luxurious always quiet which we loved you felt like you had it to yourself and my skin looked amazing after doing the healing water spa every day for four days clear up any spots i had !! The rooms - we had to move around a bit, junior suite night 1 was lovely bould we could hear the suite behind talking in their bedroom at night and when they flushed the loo :( Night two we were in a room in the external block with upstairs and downstairs rooms. DO not book the downstairs rooms if you are noise sensitive as `i heard loos flushing and chairs being dragged across the floor upstairs and actually the second night in that room the upstairs room had a flood so we had water coming through the ceiling spot lights flowing into the bathroom sink luckily. We moved rooms the next day as I found the room too noisy plus it now smelt damp and we moved to an upstairs room which was so much brighter and no noise issue at all. The staff were lovely and very helpful but i think they need more staff when you check out as was little bit of a wait to check out !

This is the most amazing place you can stay in Mallorca. The staff is amazing, on top of everything, very polite, always with a YES attitude. It's located in a privilidge place, next to one of the most iconic beaches in the island (Es Trenc). It has private parking, so no worries of where to leave your rented car. Ammenities are unreal - great pool areas with jacuzzis all over the place, amazing sunsets views. When it comes to the food it was top quality. For breakfast you had a huge variety of local food, plus an ample hot menu you can order. When it comes to dinner, they have also a good variety dishes to choose from with amazing quality all of them. Our room was big and very clean, with top notch design and great taste. Actually the entire interior building looks like a museum. The cherry on top of the icing was the spa with their natural waters and their wide range of massages and relaxing rooms. Relaxation is guaranteed.

This hotel is now one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help you, and make you feel welcome. We are from Canada and unfortunately don’t speak Spanish other than a few words but the staff were not offended and were happy to help us in English. We ordered the half board which gave us breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is amazing. Such a huge spread of food on a buffet with a few options available on menu. We ate a huge breakfast which powered us through out the day as we explored the island and returned back for a wonderful dinner. The dinner menu changes each day and they display it at breakfast so you can choose if you want to eat there or prefer to try something different. If you’re interested in eating at different restaurants for dinner I would suggest only getting the breakfast. However, the dinner is great if you just want to eat back at the hotel. The dinner has a salad and dessert buffet and you have a choice of 4 items from the 1st course and then a choice of 4 items on the 2nd course. The portions are on the smaller size which is perfect for us because we kept breakfast as the larger meal of the day. There is free parking which worked out great for us as we rented a car to explore the island. The hotel was quite and that made it easy to sleep at night. By the pool there is a bar that serves lunch, drinks, and snacks throughout the day. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the pool and bar area

The hotel is beautifully renovated. The staff are beyond welcoming and super helpful. Rooms are extremely well presented and cleaned on a daily basis with the beds also being turned down every evening. The pool area is clean and quiet and the pool bar is very relaxing with a lovely, varied menu and absolutely delicious food and excellent service.

SPA amazingly clean, plenty of towels - cold water cooler. Breakfast so tasty and so much choice - breakfast staff really friendly & welcoming too - cannot wait to return! The hotel has been totally refurbished recently and is in an impeccable condition - the cleaning staff are always hard at work making sure everything is immaculate. The location is Colonia de Sant Jordi is perfect - you can appreciate the view from the sun loungers around the pool! Directly onto the sea! There is even a small beach & recently some steps have been installed to descend into the turquoise blue perfect sea water. It is located on a beautiful promenade - one way you walk towards the Universal Marques Hotel in order to gain access to the world famous Es Trenc beach - perfect white sand / turquoise water - on the other side you walk towards the picturesque small harbour and can carry on walking for miles on perfect white sandy beaches. We had the most fabulous time & cannot wait to return! Thank you to all the staff at Gran Leon's!

As with all these exceptional places, the staff were fantastic during our stay, and of course the investment in the property and all the exceptional facilities, the spa, the gym, pools, sauna and steam rooms were all, top class. The bedroom was spacious as was the balcony. Breakfast was over the top, and everything was delicious, as was all our food during the stay. Would love to visit again

I will happily recommend this hotel because the Service is far superior to any other hotel visited. I arrived late, food waiting in my room. Breakfast offered a fabulous selection. Lunch and evening meal fabulous quality. Reception desk very helpful. Pool lifeguard really helpful ensuring bathers have clean comfy areas to sunbathe. Room and hotel in general spotless. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

Tolles kleines Hotel direkt am Hafen und Strand mit kleiner Promenade gelegen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Rooftop Terrasse mit Pool und Bar, was einen herrlichen Blick über die Landschaft und das Meer erlaubt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, was uns einen seitlichen Blick zum Meer gab. Allerdings war es auch etwas laut in der kleinen Einbahnstraße (Abholung des Mülls, Belieferung des gegenüber liegenden kleinen Supermarktes, WG im anderen Haus) was uns aber überhaupt nicht störte, da wir nicht geräuschempfindlich sind. (!Es gibt auch Zimmer, die nicht zur Straße gehen) Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank Allen dafür!!

Great hotel with everything you need. The pool is small and very cold but don’t let it put you off, always sun loungers available and great service at the top. The best views over the bay by far and the rooms were big and spacious. Only feedback I could give was the balcony was tiny and never sat and enjoyed it as it wasn’t very welcoming and an iron should be kept in the room at all times. Had to ask several times for one which took a while

A lovely hotel in a good location. It is clean and stylish. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. I wish they had some recommendations about places to visit and things to do during your stay. They were not forthcoming when asked and one of them sent us to a nudist beach to our bewilderment!!! The breakfast was a let down as was the rooftop pool although the rooftop area is beautiful and relaxing. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again if in the area.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel in einem kleinen Ort, direkt in der Nähe vom Strand am Hafen gelegen. Das Design ist gut durchdacht und der Service freundlich. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Dinner Samstag auf der Dachterrasse war hervorragend. Der Pool ist eher zum Planschen geeignet

tolle lage - supermarkt gegenüber, 1 minute zum sandstrand tolles hauseigenes restaurant - halbpension ist spitze (man wählt aus einer großen speisekarte 2 gänge im à la carte restaurant aus) rooftop pool ist leider nur 0.6m tief und daher nicht zum baden geeignet

Son Sea surpassed all my expectations! The house's modern elegance and mesmerizing sea views created an unforgettable stay. The spacious living areas, bbq area, pool, cozy bedrooms, and well-equipped kitchen made me feel at home. Its perfect location not too far from the beach and near local shops added convenience to the experience. The attentive staff and owner's hospitality were top-notch. Son Sea is a seaside gem that promises an unforgettable retreat.

villa is situated in the countryside, away from the crowd. From our point of view - perfect location because closest shops, dinning places or beaches are 10 drive away. Palma is 40 min. by car. Lots of space for 5 persons family, very well-maintained pool, two big, covered terraces, barbeque grill

perfect for young families. Pool was very well looked after and Sun here with shade for all the family. Air conditioning worked well.

Huge pool, lot's of space, very nice and big garden, which trees gives shadow from Sun, so it's a great place for summer vacations. A/C worked well.

We loved the pool, kitchen and general facilities , and the hosts were very responsive and friendly The location is also great - nice and close to lovey beaches.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Joan and Thomeu are the best hosts we've ever had - they are friendly, really helpful and made us feel at home. They make extra effort just to make you feel welcomed. The room was really clean and nice, smelled amazing and had everything you need (even a little fridge). Beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep as it is pretty quiet in the area. Downstairs there is a restaurant, so you can eat a delicious breakfast or dinner. Upstairs there is a terrace where you can dry your clothes or sit and relax. It's really close to the beach, restaurants and there is a shop basically just around the corner. We also had no problem finding a parking spot. Colonia Sant Jordi itself is a really good starting point for trips and a lovely small and quiet town to enjoy the holidays. I totally recommend choosing this accommodation!

Location in Sant Jordi was perfect to get to Calo de Moro and Es Trenc beaches, which was the original reason why we had added a night in that area. We also stumbled upon what we thought was the best dining experience in Mallorca in Sa Foganya while staying there. The owners were friendly and thorough in showing us around and the room itself was plenty comfortable for our final night in Mallorca. This location allowed us to get to Palma Airport in less than 40 minutes while having a base to see a different part of the island. We'd stay here again.

We had a lovely time here, great value for money. The hosts were especially welcoming and the room had everything we needed and was very clean. The sealing fan was a nice surprise. I would easily give them more then the max. 10. The nearest beach we visited was Platja Estanys, a lovely 15 minute walk through the town and one of the best we visited during our stay. The location was ideal for visiting the south-eastern parts of the island. If we come back to Mallorca we will for sure stay here again.

With my mom, we had a wonderful time at this hotel, and we would strongly recommend it :) Rooms are spacious and very clean. Directly at the hotel, there is a restaurant where you can have your meals. Owners and the staff we met are extremely nice, and they truly made our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent - it is close to the beach, public transport and restaurants. We loved every moment of our stay, and we will be gladly back.

The food in their cafe was very delicious, the view from the balcony of our room was very beautiful. It is close to very good beaches and places. Full recommendation from us 💖

Location is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff were nice. The hotel was very quiet with no kids during our stay. We had the pool to ourselves. Plenty of free parking around the hotel. Breakfast was included and the room was large. The have a shower in the lobby so we could enjoy the pool after checkout and shower before our flight. Very nice stay.

Very nice hotel, you can use Best Swim Center pool for free. People working at the hotel are very nice and friendly.

A group of 6 of us on a college graduation holiday stayed here. Despite our late-night arrival, Carlos warmly welcomed us at the door and showed us to our apartment. I was very impressed by his hospitality when he gave us a map of Colonía de Sant Jordi, circling with a pen all the amenities we would require during our stay, including activity and restaurant recommendations. He was extremely accommodating in all aspects. In terms of the apartment itself, it was spacious, bright, and very well air conditioned (which was much needed for 6 Irish people who are not familiar with such a hot climate). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was suitable for us to cook meals in, and we spent every morning enjoying breakfast on the balcony. Its beachfront location was fantastic and all 6 of us had a truly wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer at this apartment.

This is a very attractive apartment with everything clean and brand new looking, and a great view of the harbour area. The apartment was very well-equipped and in spite of being in the central harbourfront area was very quiet. Shops and restaurants are just steps away and even in the off-season (mid-November) there were a number of good restaurants and cafes to choose from within a short walk. Carlos the property manager was extremely helpful before and during our stay. We highly recommend this apartment.

the property is very close to everything it has a parking garage, which is very helpful in that area. the room was clean and nice. what is really amazing though is the staff the guy with the long hair i forgot his name he took the time and effort to explain to us what we can do and how to do it what is the recommendation for food or places it was really helpful. we enjoyed it very much and we definitely will go again

LOVED our stay here! Location was so perfect - such easy access to everything - beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Cafes nearby were lovely and lovely walks/swims close too. We had a six month old baby with us and it was easy to navigate with the buggy thanks to the lift. There are a few steps upon entry but nothing you can't carry buggy up. Car parking was also a bonus. Thanks Carlos for all your help!

We loved our time at the apartment! We had the ocean front with an amazing view. The location was great and everything was comfortable. Carlos was such an amazing host! He was so helpful and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated everything and even arranging a taxi for us on our last day! Thank you Carlos for a wonderful time!
