Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Debeljak

The apartment is based 15-20 min walk from the Old Town and it's only 15 min drive from the airport. Well located, you have few supermarkets within walking distance ( Lidl was the closest one - only 3min walking). We arrived at night, so late check in is possible too, just let the host know before. The host was very nice and helpfull. The apartment is not big, but it has everything that you would need. The pool was clean and the whole place was well looked after. You have a BBQ at the back of the apartment that you can use. Utility room with a washing machine is definitely a bonus if you travel with kids. You have also a parking space that comes with an apartment. We had a great time!

Really beautiful little apartment, everything you could need, including condiments, etc. The pool was perfect, and an absolute must in the summer heat! The apartment was within walking distance of the Old Town, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The house was beautiful! The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was wonderful. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood with bakeries and coffee shops just around the corner. The city and marina were minutes away by Uber and the bikes on the premises were a great touch- we were able to bike ride into the city one day (less than 15 minute bike ride). I highly recommend!

The pool and the bbq were amazing. Couldn’t believe how large the property was, the pictures didn’t do it justice. There were plenty of shops nearby (Tommys at the end of the street and Lidl a 5-10 min walk) and it was easy to get around further afield as uber was so affordable in Zadar.

Property was clean and had everything required for a group. Pool and bbq area is a great bonus. Staff friendly and responsive, check in easy and no hassle. No complaints!

Everything. All has been said by previous guests. If you stay here, you have more than vacation, it’s a stay you will remember for a long time. We did not wish for anything. We came with a small kid and teenagers and we were all happy in and around the house. Marija and Milan are exceptional hosts we have never met before in quality. The location is wonderfully and quietly remote but a very good starting point for many excursions in the region.

Perfect villa for a family vacation. Kind owners with excellent hospitality. Marija was waiting us with cold cuts, bread, some beer, wine, even with a home-made cheesecake. Milan brought us to a boat ride to watch dolphins and swim in the sea. He also cooked peka (Croatian food speciality) for us one day and Marija made a Monte cake. Close to the sea and great restaurants, yet very quiet. The whole family had a great time there.

Villa Mare is a beautiful, modern and very good equipeed home. The owners Maria and Milan - so helpful, nice and very profesional We will definitely come back Thank you for a short but nice stay.

Hosts met us at the property after a long journey. They showed us the entire property as well as some supplies for our breakfast and the rest of our stay.

The location was perfect — quiet, peaceful, and ideal for relaxation, yet still conveniently close to Zadar and the surrounding areas. The host was incredibly helpful and a genuinely lovely person, always available when we needed assistance. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to return!

the apartment was very modern with all the facilities you may need. although it was positioned at the basement it was very confortable and cozy as we spent most of the time at the pool. the pool is big and well maintained. the hosts were very nice and welcoming.we arrieved very late in the night because we had a flight delay and they were very flexible and even served us with food:)

Wonderfull experience and great apartment. Rooms were clean and modern. WiFi works excelent. Beda very comfortable. Pool was cleaned daily and since there are only two apartments, it was not crowded. Elvis and his family were perfect hosts and always helpfull.

Pretty much everything was great! Host met us at the door, I assume they live next to the guest house. Pool was clean, and it's cleaned regularly (cleaning happened during our stay, was very fast and did not disturb us). There is a magnificent barbecue zone with everything you need for some smokey dinner! Overall impression is completely positive.

Excellent stay, had anxiety bringing a toddler on her first holiday but all that was eased staying here. We had all resources available to us like highchairs and cot. Massive pool and Excellent rooms. Everything for a family. Will be booking for next year. Owner was lovely and gave us desserts and home made bread.

Excellent Stay. My family enjoyed the pool and the proximity to various activities. Safe location with a (cash only) cafe and local bakery with delicious pastries and bread.

Heated swimming pool, host welcomes the guests with fruit and sweets.

The equipment and furnishings of the house were great. We didn't miss anything. The pool was very nice and clean. The area is quiet and you can relax well. In 10 minutes you can be in Zadar, in 20 minutes you can be at the beach. The hosts are very nice and attentive.

We really enjoyed this place. Really a 5 star plus property. Mostly down to additional thoughtful considerations by our hostess. Excellent location for national parks and many costal towns. Within very easy reach of Zadar airport and town. Beautiful garden, pool, great beds and bathrooms. Highly highly recommend.

Kids liked the swings, slides and swimming pool. The property was clean and had all the facilities we needed and more. Very well equipped.

The Villa was exceptionally clean with great facilities. 2 separate villas really, both with lovely sitting rooms /kitchens with cooker, dish washer,fridge freezer, coffee machines etc. the bedrooms were all lovely & spacious. Pool area was big enough for all 12 of us. Could do with couple more loungers. Eating area outside was lovely too with a big bbq area. There’s a spa/small supermarket 6 mins walk up the street. Ante the owner was very helpful both prior & during our stay. He loaned us his car to go food shopping too! Fabulous!!

Villa was perfect. Layout was ideal for a group holiday with lots of different spaces for sitting, eating out or playing ping pong in sun or shade. Pool was brilliant and warm poolside showers a bonus. We made plenty of use of the high quality mountain bikes provided to explore the local area. A short drive to explore Zadar and the coast and also to fantastic hiking in Paklenica National Park. Hosts were so friendly and helpful.

Villa was immaculately clean and the swimming pool was brilliant. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. There to meet us and show us around when we arrived and helped with restaurants and shops in the area. We did have a car which helped explore the local area and beaches. Two small supermarkets in the village which had everything we needed and the most amazing pizza restaurant within a 5 minute walk.

The villa was amazing. Exactly like the photos describe. We were greeted by the owner on arrival. Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa was very well equipped. Everything you need is already there. Pool was fabulous as was all the outdoor areas

The pool had a French feel to the place!! So beautiful! Felt like we were in Provence. Lots of areas to chill and relax.

An excellent villa with a lovely pool. Inside space was excellent with 2 good sized bedrooms with large beds and two bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and also an outside gas BBQ. Great location, small but well stocked supermarket across the road and larger ones 5 mins walk if needed. A couple of minutes to the sea front. On the front turn right to local bars and restaurants 5 mins, turn left to the town center 5-10 mins. Mario is a great host and cleans the pool everyday and lives next door if needed otherwise the privacy is great. I believe Mario knows everyone so for any info he would be happy to help.

Nice house close to the beach, city center and also to shopping (e.g. Kaufland). Ideal also for families - the pool is great. Parking is infront of the house and the location is quiet. It also has an aircondition.

It was a large place with very clean and nice quality items and furnishings. The pool area was perfect with areas of shade and a very clean pool.

Villa Kontrada is a beautiful house with gorgeous outside area, beautiful plants, stunning pool, bbq + outdoor dining table. Villa had everything we could need for our weeks stay. Very clean + comfortable. Owners were lovely, very helpful + always at hand to answer any queries.

Very easy to collect the keys, the owner whatsapped us on the day of arrival and met us at the property and gave us a tour and showed us how everything worked. Super nice guy.

The place is very lovely. Conditioners in each room and the pool makes you feel very fresh when its hot. The garden is very spacious and the rooms are big. The villa is very modern, clean and fresh. You have all the accessories needed in the kitchen and the bathroom and it’s enough for the big company. The owner is really lovely and helpful. You can also have a fantastic bbq outside! The location is good. Its very quiet around. You can quickly get to any beaches in about 15mins. We enjoyed staying there!!! Very good for the big company of friends or family! Absolutely fantastic! Recommend!!!

Location of object is very calm and quite, you can enjoy 100 % privacy. Owner is super friendly, she helps with everything and apartmant is very well equipped. Also, it was very clean, spacy and pool is big enough to enjoy it all day without leaving the property :) Big recommandation for this!

My friends and I recently stayed at this spacious Airbnb house. With three bedrooms and enough room to comfortably accommodate six people. We were satisfied with the amenities available, including a refreshing pool right next to a convenient barbecue area. Throughout our stay, the host was incredibly friendly and maintained excellent communication with us. They were prompt in answering any questions we had and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. One important aspect to note is that the house rules specifically mentioned avoiding parties, which we fully respected. This is worth mentioning because there are neighboring properties just across the fence.

House is located in a quiet and peaceful area away from the city. For us it was a plus and we could fully enjoy our vacation. We love the swimming pool. The host is kind and helpful.

This Villa is absolutely amazing!!! We had the BEST time here. It is situated in a quiet rural area. We had access to 3 apartments which was literally the Villa. The interior was super clean, modern and good quality in each appartment. Super comfy beds, great showers, and all the amenities you could need for a perfect stay. The pool was great and well enjoyed, the roof terrace was wonderful for watching sunsets as well as starry nights and even storms. There was a games room that we used that is near the pool with an additional toilet there. We had access to 2 bicycles, which were useful to ride up to the local grocery store, literally 5 minutes away. I can't rate this Villa high enough, and as for the hosts, they are the most welcoming people you will find. We were greeted with Scnapps and snacks and the hosts mother even came with a gift to wish me happy birthday. Such beautiful and thoughtful people. I would not hesitate to book here again and highly recommend.

Villa Palmarosa is a corner of Heaven. The host welcomed us with cold drinks and more and made us feel like we were visiting relatives. The cleanliness of the apartments was exemplary and we felt like home. Here you will find everything you need. If you want to spend a dream vacation, do not hesitate to stay at this villa. We have had the most amazing time in the Villa. Our hosts greeted us with beautiful homemade meal, nice bottle of wine and cold local beers. The property is very neatly maintained. It has everything you need: well equipped kitchen, very comfy bedrooms, gym, nice garden, swimming pool and marvellous view.

Excellent new house with hospitable hosts. Stunning welcome house wine and local cheese and ham platter - unexpected but well appreciated. The house is well furnished - all small things have been thought about. A nice pool with a good amount of privacy, as very limited construction nearby.

We chose this villa for our family holiday and we couldn’t have been happier. Me and my wife visited with our two kids, the mother in law and two family friends and we all had the best time! The villa was in a beautiful location which was perfect for everything we needed. The local shop was only a small 10 minute walk away which stocked most of the essentials for anything further Zadar was only a short 15 minute car journey. We enjoyed the scenic local walks which regularly ended with cold beer on the seafront - perfect!! The views from the villa were stunning, we chose to have dinner on the outside terrace most evenings where we had a beautiful view and could enjoy the sun setting. We took full advantage of the BBQ most days which we really enjoyed. Pool was amazing and the kids loved the play park and games room in the basement. This villa really did have everything! To top it all off the host was exceptional, nothing was ever too much whether it was a message in the middle of the day for a taxi number or recommendations for restaurants he always made sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable during our stay. Thank you Luka for making our stay as enjoyable as possible, we will definitely be returning!

Ivona is really nice. she was waiting for us when we arrived. She showed us around the house, showed us how it works. She prepared refreshments for us. Halfway through the stay she came to check the pool and brought beers. The best accommodation and the best host we have ever had ! Thank you for everything. This was the best week.

Fantastic holiday home and garden. Pool was great as was the jacuzzi. Teenage boys enjoyed being there the whole holiday, using table tennis and badminton. Air con was needed as our week was very hot and we had everything we needed - for cooking, coffee and laundry. The location was good for the town. We walked to the supermarket and bakery for what we needed. Lovely place for a chilled holiday. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming. Advised us on anything we asked. We Ubered or used their local taxi man to visit Zadar a couple of times. Walked to to beautiful marina 20 minutes away one evening and ate there.

Our stay in villa was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful, pool is amazing. You have all the comfort you need including comfortable beds, great outdoor sitting place, well organised kitchen with all the utensils, pots etc. anyone needs. Area is wonderful as much as host. It is quiet in there, so lovely place for kids. Would definitely come back, we loved every bit of our holiday here. Thank you so much.

Great location, very quiet but close to the lovely harbour at Sukosan. Facilities were superb for our family of 6 adults and one child. The lovely pool, hot tub, play areas and bikes were well utilised. We found the villa to be spotlessly clean and decorated to a high specification, with everything we needed.

The owner gave us a warm welcome, she was available if we needed anything.We have two teenage children and they were more than happy with both the villa and the area.Location was great, all you needed was within walking distance. So much to do if you want to get out and explore, but plenty to do if you just want to take it easy and relax. We had a week in the villa and could definitely have stayed longer with so much more we would have liked to have seen and done. Zadar is definitely worth spending time visiting. Our family's first visit to Croatia, and it won't be our last. Beautiful and historic country.

House was perfect. There is everything what you need. House is spacious and you can have privacy even if you come with big group of frends. Thank to fully equipment kitchen we could make barbecuqe and spent great time together. Garden was really nice pleace with a lots of fruits. In my opinion the best thing in this house is that when is hot and sunny weather you can swimming in pool but when is a little bit colder you can relax in jacuzzi. Host was really nice and helpfull. I really recommend this place for everyone who wants spend holiday in Zadar. The way to nearest supermarket takes 5 minutes on foot.
