Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Desenzano del Garda

Great stay, really nice hotel with great staff. We paid extra for the suite with the private pool and it was great for the view and the pool but it was disappointing that it also had a connecting door to another room that you could hear everything from. Highly recommend if you bring ear plugs.

We had 4 amazing days with a private pool on the roof top terrass. Friendly staff, free parking and good service! Just a 10 min walk to the main center and 3 min to the beach

The property was very nice. It was in a mixed residential/hotel area. Room had room for suitcase. The shower was large with a rainfall shower. The staff were very gracious and kind. They went beyond my expectations. Bar staff brought soft drinks and ice to my room. Plenty of lawn chairs and umbrellas. Only drawback was the icy cold pool. The water at the lake was much warmer than the hotel pool. It cost 8.5 euros to rent lounge chair and umbrella at the beach. The beach and lake bottom are rocky. Wear your water shoes.

Ideal location a short walk into the town Lovely views of the mountains great pool with lots of beds and umbrellas. Spa was spotlessly clean and good Breakfast was excellent and very clean and good selection Waiter service around the pool was excellent a real treat. Rooms were very clean and modern. Exceptional receptionist nothing was too much trouble even dropping us to the train station when we couldn’t get a taxi outstanding customer service thank you. We had a lovely stay and would come back again

The property was beautiful and located in a calm area, just 10 minutes from the city center. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony overlooking Lake Garda. The pool area was perfect with plenty of sun beds and one jacuzzi as well as a spacious swimming pool, which could have been a few degrees hotter. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of choices including fresh fruit, different pastries, scrambled eggs as well as a coffee bar which you could order anything from at any time.

The villa is in great condition, well curated and beautiful. Super clean, surrounded by the garden. When with car - super easy to get to the most nice cities of the lake Garda.

The house we was spacious, clean, well equipped for families with young children. The view of the lake is great and the pool was good for a nice dip at the end of the day spent exploring local sights. The hosts were attentive and really helpful.

The kitchen is large and well-equipped with all the necessary cookware including pots and pans of every size. One of the highlights is the beautiful view of Lake Garda, which we enjoyed every day. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to all the attractions around the lake. Additionally, there is a supermarket nearby, which made shopping very convenient. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay near Lake Garda!

Mauro and Alessandra are great and kind hosts, and they make the stay very comfortable and welcoming. The house is spotless, and great for families with children. The location is close to all Garda attractions. Highly recommended!

Our host Egle met us on arrival with keys and explained everything. She was so lovely and extremely helpful, even driving us to get our food shopping. The villa is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and with all the facilities you will need. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Very well equipped throughout with plenty of kitchenware, utensils, cutlery, etc. The host was super-responsive during the entire stay, answering messages immediately. There is a local bus stop about 5om from the villa that goes to Peschiera centre - only 1€ return trip!

Modern and light villa with a magnificent sunrise view on Lake Garda and the Sirmione peninsula, and a charming sunset view on mountains, hills, vineyards and a neighboring village. Big plot of land means there is enough privacy and space for everybody to spend time around the villa. We used the swimming pool with pleasure on the warm days. It was a combined workation and vacation, Villa Alma has all facilities and space for that. Location in Soiano del Lago is within a short distance to some excellent restaurants, wineries, olive oil producers - but away from busy summer traffic in this area. We look back with lots of gratitude and appreciation to our time at Villa Alma, will be back and will recommend to friends and family.

The Villa has perfect location with lake view. The house has everything that is needed for shorter and longer vacation - dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with 2 coffee expresses. The house was clean and comfortable for a family of 6. It has 2 bathrooms (one outside) and a pool. The host was very kind and helpful - we get a lot of cool recommendations of local food and shops. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend Villa Alma to everyone 😉

The apartment was so clean and exactly how it looks on the pictures online. We were a group of girls in the upstairs apartment, sharing the pool with the downstairs apartment. There are plenty of sun beds and lots of areas for both sun and shade as required. We were unable to use the hot tub as advertised as it outside the bedroom window of the downstairs apartment so it’s only possible to use this if you rent the villa as a whole/or are in the downstairs apartment, which you don’t know until you arrive. The aircon unfortunately wasn’t working the first night we arrived but the host and owner were so helpful and did everything they could to solve the problem, including buying us fans to use in every room. They really went above and beyond to check on us to ensure the problem was fixed and sure enough it was the next day. The host, Abeba was so friendly and was so easy to contact through WhatsApp for anything we needed including taxi numbers/questions regarding waste disposal etc. Really modern apartment with a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds & sofa beds too. Bathroom was great with a strong shower too. Large shopping centre with supermarkets and eateries about 3 walk mins away which was so handy. No complaints at all.

Very clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The villa was very close to all of the amenities that we needed, including lake front, train station, shopping etc.

Brilliant property would have to think hard of anything to fault. Slept 5 comfortably could have accommodated another two in the three double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Party all adults. Very centrally placed for SW corner of the Lake, Sirmione and Peschiera. 10 minute walk to Porto Torchio - best bar with spectacular view and friendly staff- and brilliant Mediterranean restaurant. Both as good as any around the Lake.

This hotel was excellent for a night in Sirmione. The parking check in and shuttle to the hotel were super well communicated and explained beforehand and it all worked out seamlessly on the day of. Shuttle drivers were super friendly and chatty. The check in at the hotel with Angela was great. He was kind and offered great restaurant recommendations (2 of which we tried and loved!). The rooms were adequate in size for what we needed. Beds were comfortable, shower was great and breakfast was tasty.

Everything about this hotel was great. Friendly and helpful staff (Mariella from the reception it’s a credit to your hotel! So positive and helpful) Location is fantastic. Breakfast was basic but good enough. Very clean and quiet hotel. We’ll recommended.

Great location, near old city centar. Fine breakfast, but breakfast room is too small. Also, more choices for breakfast would be great. Room is spacious and very clean. Recepcionist were very polite and informative. Would come back, for sure.

The location was perfect and the hotel room was clean. The staff was friendly and they provided recommendations for us upon arrival. They were very responsive and quick when handling our parking as well.

Loved everything about Vinci. Breakfast was fantastic, staff were so helpful and lovely. Nothing too much trouble. Pool and grounds were brillant. Drinks and food around the pool really well priced also. Spa area was such a bonus and inexpensive so wonderful value for money.

The hotel is very nice with a heated pool at a comfortable 30+ degrees with a shallow area that is amazing to sunbath in. The garden in general is a lovely place to hang out and watch the sun sink in the lake. Free parking at the hotel property is also a major plus. The staff is very accommodating to our requests and just very kind. The cocktails are tasty and the breakfast is very well done with plenty of options. Loved almost everything about it! The only tiny detail I would note for the hotel is to offer some complementary cooled (citrus)-water in the lobby or something since there is also no complementary water offered in the room. (Eco reasons?) Some offering of refreshment after a walk from town should be standard at a hotel with this level of service since there is also no welcome drink offered at check in; your only go-to now is the mini-bar when you arrive thirsty from the heat outside…

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Vinci which enhanced a fantastic trip to beautiful Sirmione. Hotel Vinci is an exceptional hotel situated by the Historic Centre of Sirmione. The hotel is modern and stylish and comes equipped with an outdoor pool and spa facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and our room was both tasteful and clean and boasted a private balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed sipping Aperol Spritzes on the deck which overlooked Lake Garda and would highly recommend the spa facilities which we availed of during our stay. The hotel's proximity to Castello Scaligero allowed us to easily stroll to old city for both lunch and dinner and wander through the colourful, cobbled streets of old town Sirmione. We would highly recommend Hotel Vinci and look forward to returning again in the near future. Thank you for a fabulous trip!

The hotel manager/owner and all staff members were friendly, helpful, accommodating and made our stay wonderful! We were upgraded upon check in to our delight. The bar is a nice place to gather in the evening and chat with the owner and other hotel guests. The view from both sides of the hotel are lake view even though they don’t advertise that it’s beautiful. The pool nice and the in room/balcony private hot tub was a great thing as we had flown all night before arriving and it relaxed us. The downtown area/castle and restaurants an easy walk from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel really deserves 4 stars in our opinion. Everything here is perfect. Excellent parking, lovely room, lovely staff, lovely outside space (altho a cold plunge pool would be nice, as only indoor heated pool & warm jacuzzi) & great position only short walk to main town which is lovely. Also lovely trattoria in Rivoltella 3 min walk from hotel. Our 2nd stay here & would def stay again if in this area

Beautiful hotel, lovely, friendly staff, good location, lovely terrace area for sunbathing & indoor pool. Food was lovely, reasonable priced and good.portion sizes. Breakfast had a great selection. Indoor pool was nice but a little embarrassing when you can see people eating in the restaurant, could do with blinds to aid with privacy maybe. If you have early check out they supplied some yoghurt biscuits and bread sticks Philly cheese and jams, however no cutlery, so suggest maybe disposable ones for future.

Just returned from a memorable week at the Admiral Hotel Villa Erme in Rivoltella which is a pleasant 30 minute lakeside walk from the centre of Desenzano. Hotel staff, including Guendalina and Sylvie on Reception, are all most helpful, warm and welcoming. Rooms are spotlessly clean, breakfast offers a good selection and the well maintained amenities include a covered swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room and roof terrace ideal for relaxing with a cocktail or two. Local Rivoltella restaurants Zanoni and Trattoria Dall'Abate are recommended as is Cappetti in Desenzano. Ferry and rail links make this an ideal location for visiting towns on Lake Garda as well as Milan, Verona and Venice. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel on our next visit to Lake Garda.

This is an excellent hotel choice, lovely and clean, great facilities with decent indoor pool, bubble spa, so very relaxing. But what makes this hotel are the excellent staff, they genuinely couldn’t do more for us, always helpful. We even asked if they had a cool bag for a picnic, the lady bought in from home for us with freezer packs. Hotel is so relaxing, it’s about 25minute walk along lake walk into centre but this didn’t worry us. Book this hotel it’s so worth it. Thanks all staff for making our stay special.

Beautiful views, a few meters from the lake. You can walk into Desenzano along the lake side in about 20 minutes where you can catch ferries to different places along the lake including a short return ferry to Sirmione for 6 euros. Lovely swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna, lots of places to lounge and relax including roof top terrace with hot tub. There is a bell to press there for bar service. Lovely tiles in the bathroom The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good including exceptional scrambled eggs and lots of cakes and pastries

Small cozy vintage hotel with a bar. The location, almost right on the lake, right next to the bus stop with connections to Sirmione Old City, to Desenzano or Peschiera train stations and to Brescia and Verona. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The personnel were really helpful and friendly. The location is great for exploring the Lago di Garda. We will return later, it was great 😃.

We loved this hotel! It was in a great location right across from the lake and a quick walk to the ferry terminal and many restaurants and shops. There are a couple of nearby beaches that are about a 10 minute walk. You can borrow beach towels from the hotel for a small fee per towel. You can also walk to a castle and the ruins of an ancient villa. The room and bathroom was nice, spacious and clean, with a privacy partition between the two single beds and the third bed. The mattresses were very firm. Breakfast is included and it’s absolutely wonderful, with all kinds of freshly made choices, including bacon and eggs. All of the hotel staff, especially those working at the front desk, were so pleasant and helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and absolutely would stay there again.

On arrival at Hotel Vittorio we were amazed at the fantastic location with the most beautiful view of lake Garda. We were travelling for most of the day and we were exhausted with the heat when we got there which we aren't used to in Ireland. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Liliana who gave us the warmest of welcomes and instantly cheered us up. She told us we were upgraded to a terrace view from a balcony and all I can say upon entering the room and opening the terrace doors is WOW. It was the icing on the cake. We were in Italy to celebrate our anniversary and this was the nicest gift we could have received. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean and had the nicest headboard I have ever seen. The breakfast was scrumptious with a great choice. We will definitely be back.

We loved our two nights in Hotel Vittorio. We treated ourselves to a room with a view of the lake and balcony and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel is right beside the small marina with many restaurants in the vicinity. It was a couple of minutes walk to the dock where you can catch a ferry to Sirmione (€6 return) and other destinations around the lake. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby (300 metres) car park and for €11 per day we left the car securely (but could come and go as we pleased). The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is one of the best we’ve had - lots of fresh fruit, savoury items, pastries etc. Highly recommended - we hope to return one day.

The breakfast - we had such a selection of food - everything was so fresh and beautifully presented.I am gluten intolerant and had informed the hotel of this before my visit and I was given gluten free products each morning. The staff - from the time of booking to departure- fantastic - very helpful. Cleanliness - it was spotless. The hotel is looking out onto the lake and when the sun was shining - view was beautiful. Very good area to base yourself while in Lake Garda - close to railway station and boats which can bring you to the little towns/villages on the lake.

The room was simply furnished, but very clean and comfortable for our 1 night stay with a lovely rainforest shower and a.proper hairdryer in the bedroom as opposed to a bathroom one. The property is outside of the main fortified area of Peschiera but an easy 10 minute walk to the centre and ferry. The hostess was lovely, friendly and accommodating. We had to leave slightly earlier than the official breakfast times, but she went out of her way to try and send us off with something to eat and drink. Ii wish we had been able to sit down and enjoy the breakfast because what was set out was fresh, plentiful and looked delicious.

My room was: - clean and well furnished; - cleaned every day and towels changed every day; - quiet; - well heated; My room had: - a big bathroom, well equipped, with a large shower. Everything worked well: tap, shower, flush toilet; - a big wardrobe; - a comfortable bed, I slept very well there; - a nice desk; - a useful fridge and a nice kettle; - two mugs, tea and sugar. I will come back to Garda Room for sure. Thank you.

Garda room is the best option if u stay in Peschiera with your family. Staff was very friendly and kind - we really appreciated it. We stayed there for a 3 nights. Whole property has about 7-9 rooms so it was not crowded or loud. Breakfast was also really good and enough. We were really satisfied with this accommodation in Peschiera. Next time we will choose the same. Thank you!:)

First of all, I liked the location, that was at walking distance from the historical center but also 5 mins away from a nice beach( lido Cappuccini). The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. The room itself was spacious, luminous and very clean. I also liked the breakfast. All in all, I am recommending Garda Room and would come back if I'd ever visit Peschiera

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept! We stayed only for one night (because of the strike on Italian railway we coudn’t have got back to Bergamo) but everything was perfect! The room was perfectly clean, the check-in was easy and super fast (we got a code to get to the building so 5 minutes after reservation we were in the room).

Die Poollandschaft vom sehr gepflegten Haupthaus ist sehr schön. Da viele Urlauber tagsüber Ausflüge unternehmen, kann man am Pool wunderbar relaxen. Netter Chef, nette Dame an der Rezeption und auch die Kellnerinnen waren sehr freundlich. Das war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch dort.

Fantastic breakfast looking out over the pool, 2 great pools and pretty gardens. Clean large comfortable apartment with a kitchen, which easily fitted a family of 5. Staff responded really well when we had a problem with our aircon. Recommend for a family break at Lake Garda.

We recently stayed at Le Terrazze Sul Lago Residence & Hotel with our two children in a two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, offering convenience and comfort for our family. The easy parking was a big plus, especially after long days of exploring. We loved the excellent breakfast, which set us up well for our adventures around Lake Garda. What really stood out was the fantastic service from all the staff - they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. While the facilities were basic, they met all our family's needs perfectly. The hotel's location was ideal for us, as we had a car to travel around the lake. If you're looking for a family-friendly base to explore Lake Garda, Le Terrazze Sul Lago is a great choice. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable, well-run, and in a good spot for sightseeing. We would stay again and hopefully in summer when the pool would be open.

We are a family of 5 (kids 4,7, 12) and had a fantastic 10 day stay at the hotel. The rooms were as expected, and the beds are comfortable. We were really happy about the breakfast as well. 5 minutes walk to the lake and a handfull of restaurants in the area. Free fenced parking right outside the hotel. The pools are clean, and not crowded at all. Do not expect everything to be spotless and perfect, but you will get outstanding service from the staff. From the hotel manager who greated us when we arrived, to the restaurant manager, receptionists, waiters and cleaners. They all did everything they could, to make our stay as good as possible. We would definetely come back! Grazie mille!

Large and well-maintained hotel/apartment complex with 2 nice pools in a beautiful green area. We lived 3 adults in a small studio which consisted of a furnished kitchen area with simple kitchen equipment, fridge, TV, sofa bed, bedroom AC and fresh bathroom. There is a furnished patio with a garden view. Good breakfast selection. Pleasant and helpful staff. We are very pleased and really recommend this nice, pleasant accommodation.

We booked Hotel Ocelle last minute as we travelled to Sirmione and decided we wanted to stay. The hotel is incredible! Every member of staff was friendly, helpful & a pleasure to deal with. The hotel room was beautiful, with excellent air con/heating, super comfortable bed & great shower - robes and slippers are also supplied! It’s only a short walk to the historical centre, too. The real star of this hotel is the spa/pool/thermal pool area, though. The view over the lake from the pool is stunning and in the evening with the thermal pool lit up, it’s so peaceful - we didn’t want to leave! If you are planning a trip to Sirmione, I highly recommend Hotel Ocelle & absolutely recommend visiting the thermal pool.

A beautiful hotel right on the lake shore front. Lovely pool with sunbathing area, along with an outdoor thermal pool. Easy walking access to Sirmione and all the restaurants and shops there. Good service and fantastic breakfast. We did a private boat trip around the lake for the afternoon, which the hotel helped organise. I would definitely return to Lake Garda and stay at this hotel.

Very clean and nicely run hotel! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Enjoyed the outside beach area and thermal pool on our first day, second day the weather was cool and windy day so the thermal pool was not warm enough. However we chose to spend that day touring Sirmione. It’s very walkable from the hotel.

Fabulous boutique hotel, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Sirmione. Staff were great, very efficient, and discreet. The outdoor thermal pool and summer pool were amazing. The little beach is right on the Lake. All in all a gorgeous hotel, which we hope to return to soon!

Beautiful hotel, fab poolside area, spotless, very professional staff. Only downside was the beasic classic bedroom is extremely small and cramped and the sun loungers on the promenade, (as in photos)are €25 per day extra. There are plenty of other sunloungers free at the pool

The property was in a beautiful location with its own slip and mooring for private boats. Parking was plentiful and there was additional parking in the underground garage. There was a lovely swimming pool which we didn’t use as the weather wasn’t the best. The pool was cold. We had a stunning view from our room (208) and a large balcony which we used to sit early evening before dinner for a pre drink. We were told all Lake Views were already booked on booking but on arrival moved to a Lake view. Thank you! The restaurant was very popular and the food excellent quality and good portions. Not too expensive but on par with other restaurants in Italy. Breakfast was good with a selection of what you might expect for breakfast. Fresh fruits were always available and the staff continually restocked anything which went quickly. The cook was kept busy refilling the hot and cold food cabinet. The hotel is a little way from Sirmione old town and castle, with the weather a bit hit and miss we drove and parked close by for €9.50 for 4 hours. This was more pleasant than walking which would have taken a good 30/40 mins.

very good that aircon is on even you take out the card and leave the room! also very good food in the restaurant! tried other places but hotels restaurant was in top 3. last but not least swiming is cold! they are cooling the water that is super nice when it was very hot and you can enjoy cold water. lake was 25 celsius friends pool in other hotel like tea 29 and Mistral hotels pool 22 degrees celsius.

Such a lovely hotel - quite small but great location and the most friendly staff. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and with a view of the lake too. A bit chilly to go in the pool but a really nice area by it. They did me and amazing birthday meal when we arrived! And also the aperol spritz’s there were so good and not expensive at all! Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great location with a short walk to the Old Town and Lake. We moved to this hotel from another in Sirmione because they couldn't offer us another night and this was our favourite out of the two. We had a two bedroom suite with a balcony view of the pool and Lake. They upgraded us which was great as we were a family of four. They had a crib set up for our baby when we checked in which was great! The rooms seem to be newly updated and were very clean. There is a huge supermarket across the road which is very handy and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was ok. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Sirmione.
