We spent 4 nights in Theo Sunset Bay hotel. Food is very tasty. There are fresh vegetables, pancakes, good coffee. The buffet for dinner was good too. Quite good quality of meat. Various salads. Kids corner.No ice cream though ;-) The pool area was usually empty. But it's almost the end of season. The depth is 1,30m in each pool. The indoor pool is small with cold water. Kids pool is 40 cm deep. I enjoyed the peaceful location. The staff is amazing and helpful. I have been to Paphos many times, so I didn't look for sightseeing. I liked the remote place. It's very useful a mini market in the premises. We swam in the small bay with it's shallow entrance to the sea and sand..The better, bigger beach we took a bus . Coral bay is only 8 min away. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

Visited in June for 2 weeks half board. The good points: very clean large rooms with good shower; food good with plenty of choice at breakfast and evening (beautiful sunsets whilst in the dining room); good choice of drinks in the bar; very efficient friendly servers in the restaurant and bar (special mention to Valeria who is an asset to the hotel); large selection of sun loungers around both pools; great bus service with a stop right outside the hotel to Coral Bay or Paphos the other way. The negatives: adult pool sometimes looked very murky, so only went in once (possibly due to suncream); not enough storage in the room. Needed drawers so left a lot in my suitcase; curtains a bit grubby; on our last day we had a late pickup so had a shower in the spa. Unfortunately no clean towels available so had to use beach towels. The pool attendant (man) in the spa was very unhelpful and really didn't care that there weren't any clean towels. The shower was dirty with nowhere to sit or hang your clothes. It was an unpleasant experience on our last day. Apart from the negatives, we did enjoy our stay in this part of Cyprus

Nice pool, but already closes at 6, so if you are away for a tour you cannot use it anymore in the evening. Also construction work going om right now to build another terrace. Will be nice when finished. Staff at reception and restaurant very nice and fast. Meals at pool bar were very good and not expensive. Small store in hotel. Nice sea view from pool.

Very friendly helpful staff nothing is too much trouble. Good food , lots of choice . Pool and pool area always clean and the views are stunning . The usual problem of guests reserving sun beds and not using them although a sun bed was always available in many different locations. The only downside was cleaning of rooms , sticky glasses swilled out rather than cleaned or replaced , balcony not swept let alone mopped and coffee and milk often not replaced. It is a lovely location and I would return , thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great location! I’ll defo start by saying the location of the hotel is perfect, it’s so close to everything. There was always plenty of parking too! The hotel shop is good! The infinity pool is also good. Adults only pool could do with a clean. Foods quite basic! So are drinks. Staff are friendly. MAIDS are SUPER nice. Depending on your room, be prepared to hike up & down a hill or steps. Overall a good basic holiday.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday at Laura Leonardo Beach Splash Resort, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. The service was excellent throughout, with a wonderful team who made us feel at home from the very first moment. The all-inclusive selection of food and snacks available all day was amazing, and the variety of drinks was just as impressive. On some evenings, we also had the chance to dine at The Burger House and Zatar Lebanese Restaurant – both absolutely mouthwatering and highly recommended! To top it all off, we were upgraded to a stunning swim-up executive suite, which was truly the cherry on the cake. A special thank you to the incredible Reception and Guest Services team for making our stay so memorable. Huge gratitude to Orsi and Irina (you are the best!), and the sweet Szidomia – your kindness and care really stood out. 💙 We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return! Kisses from Malta❤️

What a lovely holiday. Extra credit for the reception staff who when we arrived late suggested we went to have food before it closed before checking in, we’ve been somewhere before and they didn’t care we hadn’t been fed so this was fabulous! Food - delicious Pools - brilliant, plenty of room for all, no sunbed dramas although it was always full (coldest pool later on in the day is the kids pool) Entertainment - can’t speak for the day as didn’t use it but the evening shows weren’t brilliant, mini disco was great but room for improvement on the other shows 😬 Rooms - sufficient (although balcony door didn’t lock so put us on edge with our 3yo on a 4th floor!) Splash park - great although a little disappointed not all in use considering its peak season Overall would definitely stay here again as was perfect for our family and had a great experience. Note - you’re allowed one visit in EACH of the booking restaurants (I messed up and thought we could only use one restaurant 🙈)

I was very impressed by the facilities! The pool area was nice and the kids pool was a decent size! The food in each of the restaurants we are in was of a good quality, with a nice variety on offer! The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The supervised children's play area was welcomed and the wee man had plenty to do and the enjoyed it (though I thought it could've been better / had more in it))! He also loved the children's pool and the games zone! All in very impressed with our stay!!

We had a wonderful week at this Hotel. The Hotel is in a lovely location with a lovely quiet little beach with a beach bar. We enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. The swimming pools and smaller splash pool was ideal for our 2 year old toddler. All of the staff throughout the Hotel were so friendly and hard working. Every member of the team was helpful and polite. The Hotel is supportive of parents with young children. The Hotel management were incredible and went above and beyond to support our needs and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, they seem to genuinely care about their guests and do everything they can to make sure guests are looked after. One of the housekeepers/chamber maids that looked after us was Irma, she was the sweetest lady and kept our room spotless.She was always so kind to our toddler and wished us a good morning and we loved saying hello to her every day. 🫶🏻 I had a Cretan massage and foot massage with lovely Meropi, she is amazing and had great knowledge about reflexology. She was able to relax me as I have ongoing back pain, her English was excellent and was attentive and kind. My husband booked me the treatment at the Spa with therapist Marion who was so lovely too and was welcoming and seems to love her job. She gave me a hug after my treatment and wished me well. We recommend this Hotel for families.

The apartments where spacious clean and modern, the facilities where great and the staff very helpful. The beds where very comfy and the air conditioning was so appreciated. My 3 children slept very comfortably and the room was big enough this was including a extra bed that I requested prior to arriving. The back garden was lovely and it was nice to have this privacy as the pool was a shared area. The pool was small and beds limited however this wasn’t a problem during are stay as is never got really busy other than on one day. I would love to visit again next year. I would also recommend getting a car on hire we used greenmotion car hire who where fantastic and the car was a god send. Overall extremely happy with our stay at julipapas gardens.

We had an exceptional stay! came with a friend was unbelivable experiance with memories to stay!! the keys were put in door so we could arrive in peace and quite without waiting to meet anyone. the area was quiet but lit up so wasnt scary. it was spacious 2 floors which made it so much more cozy! room was huge balcony and windows faced pool with loads of sunlight and gorgeouse view! but curtains were great to block out the morning sun when we slept in. pool was at our door step! clean warm and a pleasure to chill in! host was quick at responding and friendly! we had a excellent time!!

The small complex where this is situated was ideal for 5 nights, however, if you didn't have a car you would be stuck unless you tried to get a taxi. The loungers around the pool were comfortable. The pool was cleaned of leaves etc each day. The cleaning staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The location and the view was amazing. Our private pool was clean. The staff was very helpful and welcoming

First of all, the staff was very polite and friendly. We have arrived an hour earlier and they allowed us to have a sunbed at the pool with the hotel's towels before checking in. In addition, you can order anything you need (chips, water, drinks etc;) from your sunbed as there are waiters in the pool area all the time. Most importantly, the hotel was super clean and it's location was 10 minutes drive from the center of Paphos. What we loved the most was the hotel's breakfast. There were 5 food stations full of choices and they also offered live cooking (omelet etc;) as well. The breakfast included sweet options such as pancakes with Nutella but also healthy options such as yoghurt with fruits, almond milk etc; Also, there is free parking for anyone arriving with a car, good internet connection and a lot of activities (including a gym). We loved the hotel, the ambience and the staff's service. Totally recommending this hotel!!

This is an exceptional hotel, a 10-minute drive away from the centre of Paphos + it's near several villages so there is the opportunity to explore those too. The facilities are modern and super clean (impressed with the reception area), the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. They offer a fabulous breakfast with many options to choose from (they even had Cyprus traditional snacks and delicacies!). The swimming pool looked great even though I didn't get in, the beach is just outside with a path ideal for a stroll across and a beautiful serene scenery. As for the hotel amenities, it has a spa, an indoor swimming pool and live music entertainment at night, where you can either sit inside or outside on the balcony where there is plenty of space and order something from the bar whilst enjoying the music. The parking area was big enough. The staff was very polite.

the hotel was amazing - spotless and even nicer in person. the staff couldn’t do enough to help and offered games and activities at the pool. the bar at the pool makes great drinks only €5 for a cocktail if you’re not all inclusive. the hotel is 8km away from Paphos harbour but the bus stops right outside and is only €1.50. we loved our stay in Atlantica golden beach and were very sad to leave!

Breakfast was excellent! Dinners were good too, though not for our vegan friends. The view that the hotel has is incredible, this made our stay better than expected. The rooms without a sea view do not have a very nice view. It was very busy in late September and though there were plenty of lounge chairs, it was always a race to get one. We didn’t expect there would be entertainment every night, which was for the most part really good, be warned music is played around the pool and bar area much of the time, but you can escape to locations nearer the beach. If you are looking for quiet. Staff were great. The pool was wonderful.

Great facilities, we stayed in the Pink Villa which was perfect for the whole family. Easy access to the main complex including the spacious pool. And the best part was being able to escape to your own private pool. Food was excellent in the main restaurant. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely come again.

The outside pool is beautiful, the inside pool is also beautiful, the jacuzzi, the warm atmosphere, the friendly staff, the well designed area, the apartments were spacious and had a fully functional kitchenette, the air-conditioning, the beds were very comfortable, the TV is high tech, the breakfast, the area it is located is near to so many landmarks such as the corral bay tourist street and EDRO 3 shipwreck side.

The WiFi router was in the room, the room was large and light, with a lovely view. The pool and poolside sun beds were great!

This resort is clean and well kept, the staff are friendly and quality of the breakfast is good. The site has a small shop and it has everything you need especially if you are arriving late and need the essentials. Outside is well maintained and the pool is a really good size and has several features that make it fun to be in

This really did feel like 5-star facilities and service.... Breakfast was sensational, so much to choose from, and willing staff in constant attendance. The outside spaces were great too, easy entrance pools, plenty of loungers, the sea and beach very close. The location itself is very beautiful, especially the upper terrace where we had drinks and a couple of meals. Staff were always friendly, polite and super-attentive to our needs. Our suite with private pool, nice temperature, was very comfortable. The spa is a magnificent space, so a great destination for bad weather days.

The service level was incredible. With a very lovely welcome they even parked our car and washed it The room was excellent . One of the best we've ever been to All the staff was above and beyond . The hotel is big but they make you feel like a family. The lady at the reception even gave us her personal number when we went out with the car, just in case we will get lost . All the staff at the dining rooms, cleaners, maintenance people were incredibly nice and helpful. This is really one of a kind hotel We are really looking forward to coming again

Literally the best stay ive ever had! We payed for a standard room however they didnt have any rooms left so they gave us the master suite with a private pool! Had the best time ever! Amazing stay! Would definitely stay here again!

I really can't understand all the negative reviews about this hotel. We had a fantastic time. We got a free upgrade to a swim-up room which made our stay extra special but everything about this hotel is just great. Very comfortable beds, lovely rooms and attentive staff. The food was amazing. We are both vegetarian and don't tend to do all inclusive because of that but here there was always a reasonable choice. The choice for non-veggies was amazing. The desserts were to die for. All in all, a fantastic time so thanks to all the staff for making our stay so special.

Excellent hotel, great food. The food is always well cooked, full flavour & greatly varied. No 'fights' for sunbeds but they are generally full by 10am. Pool was pleasantly warm but the weather was really hot at our time of visit. No issues with room, Air con not too cold but served its purpose. Recommend all a La Carte restaurants although the servings are too plentiful. Hate to be wasteful of food but the mexican & greek are too filling. Only issue we had was with the pool towel attendant who completely lacked any charisma, clearly not happy with her role. Indoor pool available in the -1 floor. Breakfast drinks shut down at 10am even if you are still eating. Staff very thorough & welcoming in general & Georgina (guest relations) happy to oblige when needed. Did not visit waterpark as it was too hot to venture out.

We returned from this resort just over a week ago and I thought I would post my thought and comment on the place. When we arrived at the reception the staff were warm and welcoming an explained everything to get our holiday of to a good start. Our room was clean and tidy with an additional bed for our granddaughter; the view of the pool and sea was amazing. The staff in the resort are great always welcoming and friendly, especially in the restaurant. The food selection should please the majority of people as there was always something for everyone including vegetarians, there is plenty of seating so no need to rush for your food. The pool area was beautiful, it was never over crowded either, there is even a sheltered area under the bar to get away from the mid-day sun. One warning the flooring can get hot to walk on so ensure you have your flip flops handy. The water park is a great place for the young one and even the adults to go and have some fun. We book the Mexican restaurant near the end of our holiday, I would highly recommend this as the food was fantastic and the view are unbelievable from the 5th floor. One down side was the evening as there was nothing to entertain the young children, one evening I did see them playing football on level zero, but the restaurant manager put an end to it as it was close to the tables. Overall, we had an amazing week and would highly recommend this place, thank you to all the staff for making our trip so enjoyable.

Host was amazing, had drink and food for our arrival. Provided information regarding restaurants and places to see in the area. Property had use of everything you would need and a lovely private pool and very well maintained. Lovely stay.

The property was lovely, had 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (with an iron and ironing board too) and a shared toilet downstairs. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and hob. There was a gorgeous private pool with an outdoor shower and even a brick built BBQ. Location of the property is nice and quiet, there is a local 615 bus that runs every 10-15 mins approx into the main town. We hired a car to see the attractions in the area as there are so many to visit!! The owners Constantinos and Anastasia go out of their way to ensure you are safe and comfortable during your stay and even left food for us on arrival which was a pleasant surprise!! Best family holiday we’ve had, missing it already!!!!

This was our first time staying at Meltemi Villas and we were blown away! The villa was absolutely stunning, containing everything we could possibly need. It was immaculately clean with all the essentials provided such as pool towels, shower gels and shampoo. The villa was very spacious and the outside space was also fantastic. A choice of seating areas and sun loungers around the pool made for a relaxing space. Pool floats and coals for the BBQ being provided was great. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The special touches such as water, butter, cheese and even wine being provided in the fridge were lovely, especially the home made cake a few days into our stay! The hosts were easy to contact if we needed information about the local area and amenities. This was one of the best holidays we have been on and we cannot wait to return. Thank you for helping to make our holiday so special.

The owners were so helpful on our first evening we were welcomed with a pizza which was much appreciated after our flight. The first morning we woke up to a delivery of fresh pastries. The fridge was also stocked with a few essentials. The owner gave us lots of advice on local restaurants, shops and places to visit. The pool was a great size and the area around the pool had a selection of different seating areas The pool toys were an added bonus

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers in Villa 8 during a heatwave in Cyprus. The villa was fantastic, really spacious, clean and bright. We fully appreciated and used the 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which meant that we all had our own space and were not on top of each other. Villa 8 has a huge patio and pool area, and a number of different floats, bats and balls etc were provided for use in the pool which we really enjoyed and saved us having to inflate our own. Everything inside was clean and the air conditioning and Wi-fi were effective, in fact more so than many of our previous holidays. Good quality toiletries were provided too, so we did not end up needing to use our own shower gel etc. The location is brilliant. We hired a car and nothing was more than 15 minutes drive away, whether going to the gorgeous Coral Bay beach in one direction or down to Paphos in the other. There were also a number of good restaurants just up the road which was handy when we didn't want to venture too far. The hosts were wonderful. They provided lots of handy local recommendations and stocked the fridge for us before we arrived which was much appreciated when we got there in the evening. They also then popped in with lots of sweet treats during our stay which made us feel very spoiled. We even locked ourselves out one day and they came to the rescue in a matter of minutes. All in all we had an amazing holiday and the villa was truly a home away from home.

It’s a really great villa, plenty of space and private pool.

Superb villa, very comfortable and quiet. It has a beautiful private pool that we enjoyed most days (it was 31-32 degrees). Easy to find bus stops and local markets, we ate in excellent different restaurants each night, all within walking distance. Michael was an excellent host and very accommodating.

The villa was great, clean, good facilities. Very close to the rocky beach and a reasonable walk to the sandy beach which is nice and secluded. The pool and garden were great, as was the outdoor kitchen. Our pool wasn't heated but we were still able to use it most days in mid-april. Michael was brilliant! We had a few very minor things that needed sorting in the villa when we arrived, which he did right away. He also booked our taxi transfer for us to the airport and was generally there to check all was well and if we needed anything.

The villa was very easy to live in for a family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 young children. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The outside space was relatively compact but very adequate with separate areas. Perfectly sized pool (larger than expected) and although pool heating was expensive it was well worth it. Michael, the manager, was excellent.

We loved the pool and how modern the villa was compared to others we have stayed in. The pool as great and the staff were always attentive and friendly. Especially Tammy, she was fantastic!

We had a great time. We enjoyed the pool, the shower was nice and clean. The host was very helpful and friendly. Espresso capsules and water provided for our stay. Nice gesture. Also a pool towel for each guest is provided. Soundproofed!

Staying in a whole house by ourselves gave us the chance to really rest and relax. The pool was definitely a plus, we realy enjoyed it! The host also allowed us to check in early so the vacation began a bit sooner than what we planned. The location was great, near the center five minutes by car. This was the 2nd time we chose Sunset Park villas for our holiday vacation and I am positive it won't be our last!

Beautiful, modern house, perfect for a family of 4, in a quiet area, at the perfect location, not far from the city centre. Loved every minute of it. The children realy enjoyed the pool and the adults the peacefulness of the house.

Overall, it was a great experience.

The Pool is great, location is very nice, new neighborhood. Late pool parties are awesome with a group of friends You can see the sunset from a close-by location. The beach that is close by is not really goo to sit with the towell and there are no public sunbeds. Around Paphos and Cyprus, a rental car is a must.

Good location. Would recommend hiring a car. Small shop just around the corner for basics and Lidl only a 5 minute drive away. Harbour and big shops/restaurants about 15 minute drive. Good sized pool with enough sunbeds for everyone, and also pool towels were supplied!! Dishwasher and washing machine in kitchen (would suggest taking washing tablets/capsules). Very spacious living room. BBQ in garden. Hosts were very accommodating, our flight did not leave till 8pm but we were able to stay at the villa until time to leave. Great little bar, Dimma's Bar, about 60 meters from villa - great for cocktails and the chips are the best!

The villa was wonderful, , the swimming pool and outside areas were lovely, the property was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. The owner nondas was so friendly and helpful, he came to see us on our first day to show us how things worked and he even took us shopping the next day as we didn't have a car! Thank you very much for everything nondas :-) we will definitely book again, Fantastic holiday.

We booked 2 villas (Villa 6 and Villa 5) Everything was excellent, clean and equipped in the kitchen as well as in the pool and in the fireplace! The owner of the villa is very nice and took care of everything we asked for, including baby beds! An excellent choice for a family vacation!

Everything about our stay at Afroditi House was perfect. Despite a late arrival to the property due to a delayed flight, the hosts made it very easy for us to access. The house is very well equipped with everything you need readily available. The pool is amazing which just enhanced our stay! The area itself is very quiet, with some beautiful towns and villages within easy driving distance. The house comes with 2, separate private parking spaces, which were very much appreciated, as the drive of the house itself is very steep! During our stay, we did not meet the hosts, but were in regular contact with them via the Booking.com message system. All queries were quickly answered and it enabled us to have a strong form of communication with one another whilst we were there. We enjoyed our stay at Afroditi House so much, we have already re-booked to return here again next year!

This house is perfect located. Not very far from main beach locations. It's spacious and with every amenity. Host is very helpful and responsive. There was no microwave when we checked in and as with small baby we would prefer one, the host gave us brand new microwave next morning.. swimming pool is huge with side shed having BBQ facilities. Plenty of car parking on site. We loved this place. Tx

Host was lovely , came out to meet us as google maps didn't quite get us to the exact spot. Nothing too much trouble , clean Towels dropped off on request. 25 min Drive to Paphos and Latchi . It was really nice place to relax, enjoy, silence. Kid loves the pool. Really good place to rest. Market open till 10pm its 10 min walk. If you want go to Paphos take bus 645. Bus stop its 5 min walk

This exceeded any expectations we had, it was large, clean and well air conditioned. The upstairs en-suite was a very powerful shower it was lush. Kostas was an amazing host, always available if we needed him and popped in with Cypriot Wine a couple of times. He knew we were arriving late but was happy to meet us for check in and had even stocked the fridge up so we had food for the following morning. The pool was bigger than expected with numerous pool floats either from Kostas or previous visitors. This location was perfect for us as we hired a car but if you don't a taxi to the Harbour is €15 and also to Old Town so it can add up. The cars drive is in the shade which was brilliant. Thanks to hiring a car and the Villas location we could drive to the Harbour front and park for free in 10 minutes, drive up to Latsi Marina for boat trips in 45 minutes. Old town was 5 minutes and to Troodos Mountains was 1hr 15minutes. 30 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the Waterpark. Parking is free in most places but if not no more than €1 for 2 hours. App: Pafos Smart Parking. Lidl for a food shop is a 3 min drive/8 min walk! The kitchen also has a special tap for drinking water so we had no need to keep purchasing water, no one became ill as i know some people still worry about this. We were so sad to leave and would return in the future. The privacy of your own space and private pool was brilliant and we can not fault Kostas :)

We loved everything about Villa Elina, The villa was beautiful as was the pool and area around it. The rooms were a fabulous size as were the bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area. The air conditioning was great as was the wifi. The villa was spotless, very clean and had all that we needed during our 2 week stay. The surrounding area was quiet and villa was nice and secluded. The pool was cleaned regularly too, and Kostas always popped in every so often to check everything was okay for us all which was really nice. Kostas was a fantastic host, such a nice man and we look forward to seeing him again. 😀

It had every thing we needed from hairdryer, straighteners to playing cards , all your needs in the kitchen and a Lidl down the road . Owner of the property so helpful gave us a few bottles of wine during our stay and helpful in arranging transfer and cleaned pool daily. Close to the beach, restaurants and car hire and right next to the bus stop also. Nice private Villa. 3 bathrooms which is great when there is so many of you.air con kept us all nice and cool. Nice big pool .

We've spent a week here in January. The villa is looking located on the Paphos outskirts. Renting a car would be a good idea to visit places around. Still cafes are available nearby. I also liked the number of fruit markets, supermarkets around open in January. Agia Napa is just dead in comparison to Paphos at this time of the year. If you're into jogging/walking - a great concrete beach promenade is 100 meters away. Just be aware it lacks lightning after the sunset. Great route for up to 10K runs if you make a circle around an archeological site. View from the bedroom floor is great and rooms are really spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would expect except for the dishwasher. Basic things like salt, sugar, olive oil, tea, coffee, some cereals will cover the first days of your stay. Filtered on-tap water is available. The pool is great and the area around is nice for sunbathing. Private parking for two cars. Last but not least. The host is just amazing. Kostas accommodated our early arrival and did everything to make sure our stay was really comfortable. This also included the supply of a really great wine (top 3% in the world) according to Vivino). Really appreciated.

Driving up the entrance road makes you feel as though you’re climbing the hills of L.A. To try and find the Hollywood sign. As you turn into the holiday park you’re greeted by the white sand stone villas you could see from the bottom of the hill and had hoped were yours. On your way into the park you’ll find the reception on the right and adjacent to that an incredibly shaped pool. The reception area is large with comfy sofa’s and a pool table, all of which look onto the pool. Along the corridor is the parks restaurant and bar, down and up the stairs are amenities such as a gymnasium, jacuzzi & sauna room, indoor heated pool and massage room. Around the park are rows of villas each terraced so not to block each other from the fabulous views. Within each row there are smaller private pools that are shared by the the surrounding villas only. This gave us a sense of luxury. Our villa was at the end of the row and on the 2nd floor. As we climbed the stairs the automatic lights made finding our way easy. Opening the door we were immediately greeted by a double bed, kitchenette, bathroom, sofa bed, dining table, coffee table and large private balcony. Everything a couple could want. The kitchenette boasted an electric fan oven with stove, a microwave, a nicely chilled fridge and freezer, a toaster and of course a kettle. In the bathroom a powerful, hot shower and spacious bath which made sharing two baths very enjoyable and relaxing.

Apartments were out of Paphos on the hillside facing West. Ours afforded us an excellent view over the coastline. Luckily we had already arranged car hire for our stay, which is just as well as transport costs ie taxies etc would have been costly and restrictive. So due to having a car, Club St George was a perfect base for us. The amenities include swimming pools, at least 2, bar , shop and restaurant. We only used the restaurant once as we were travelling around, but the meal was good and the meat tender. Because of the time of year the bar was hardly thriving, but was there if needed. The shop is just basics only, but there are supermarkets within a couple of miles. The Apartment was clean and air con had heater (as it was cold at night in Nov.) All in all, a good place to stay, whether like us your touring every day, or just want to relax around the pool .

It is out the way and you do need a car but this was okay for us. Two bed apartment with big balcony was great, modern, spacious and was clean but not immaculate depends how fussy you are! We were self catering, didn't look like a place set up very well for half board or all inclusive. Pool was nice (freezing in oct), indoor pool and jacuzzi not filled. The road by reception is very busy and noisy so you are best requesting accommodation away from this area! Unfortunately we had an unpleasant young group staying close by and for the last two nights a group of girls clomping around early hours of the morning above us! However, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, was a really good base and a saw lots of the lovely island too! Will really miss the sunsets!!

Good size, excellent water circulation, and the cleaner came twice a week to service the pool. Maria was an amazing host! She knew we would arrive late, so she left some food for us! It was a delightful surprise. She was always available for help if needed! It was an amazing experience! If we decide to visit Cyprus, I'll definitely choose the same villa again!

This is our second time of staying in Koutsini villa and once again everything was wonderful!! The villa is very spacious and easily accommodated 8 adults and 2 children. Every bedroom has its own en suite bathroom which was a big plus to our holiday experience! The kitchen was very well equipped! The swimming pool area is very comfortable and you can enjoy all your meals outdoors since there is always a spot with shade. The area around is very peaceful although very close to tavernas and grocery stores. And last, but not least, our very polite and kind hostess Maria, who was always ready to help us!

Everything was absolutely perfect. So friendly and Good communication Maria couldn't do enough for us. The villa was incredibly clean and the kitchen super well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and blankets smelled so fresh and clean. The ensuites to each room make it so pleasant to share a villa with friends. The fire place was a highlight! We loved it and Maria provided the wood for a fee, which was more than enough for our weekend. The views are stunning and the pool area is amazing. Will most definitely return!

We liked everything. The location is for those who like privacy and tranquility. Still close to Polis’ beaches and restaurants. Comfy beds, cosy villa with a lot of space for two families (we had 6 children and 4 adults), well equipped. The kiddos enjoyed the pool of course. The hotel is child-friendly; we have been staying there here with our 5-year-old son for 7 nights. The Room The room is spacious; however, the mattress was uncomfortable, and I experienced back pain throughout my stay. The Food The breakfast is extensive, featuring fresh, local ingredients. Among the restaurants, the poolside restaurant/bar offers the best service and good food. Helios serves excellent dishes—especially the foie gras pâté and chocolate tart—although the service can be inconsistent. Pelagos serves delicious grilled fresh fish, but the service is also mixed there. The Square Village is a fun way to explore local cuisine, and the live music and dancers make for a great experience. The Location The hotel is very well located, making it easy to take private tours of the Akamas Peninsula.

We’ve been coming to Anassa for the last five years . Best location for those seeking peace and quiet , privacy and class. Accommodation is spacious very comfortable with balconies overlooking magnificent sea view . Great staff and service . Private beach ( access to the water is not so friendly because of the pebbles and tiny stones ) but is worth the effort for the cleanliness and water’s transparency .) the most beautiful terrace out of the bar area for having great cocktails and a variety of bar food at all times - preferably around sun set . Great spa area with great indoor pool ( should be heated ) A place where one frequents regularly and meets same staff members who remember their guests from one year to the other . It always has a homecoming feel gim , and more .

The best thing about this hotel is the service. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The quality of the hotel was obvious. No complaints about the rooms, the pools, the gardens, the views, the breakfast - all excellent. If i was to nit pick i would suggest each room has its own iron. The hotel is expensive enough without having to pay for shirts to be pressed...and also the price of dining in the hotel restaurants is very expensive and quite frankly, not worth it. The service is great but the pricing is wrong. There are some great restaurants in nearby villages at a fraction of the price. All in all though an excellent stay

I stayed in Anassa numerous times. I can say with confidence that the hotel truly embraces and reflects the true spirit of hospitality to its guests. The hotel maintains a high level of customer service in all areas (from the reception, pool area, restaurants, etc). The hotel provides a large area of beautiful gardens and a stunning sea view experience which is truly remarkable. Anassa is one of the best options to stay for a luxury and memorable vacations.

We went for a summer break with our 7 year old. The hotel is by far the best in cyprus and is so for so many reasons. Every single attention to detail was fabulous, staff, their ethos, the food, the beach, water sports, pools- definitely recommend hiring a private boat for the day from latchi watersports. I highly recommend this property. We traveled in 6 people. The villa was very comfortable for us. The property is equipped with all the amenities you might need for such a stay (dishes, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher). Outside, by the pool, a grill was available, which we used several times. A special value of the villa is the pool and the space around it - you can really enjoy spending time there. The location of the villa is really great. From here it is relatively close to a lot of attractions of the island (Akamas peninsula, Avakas gorge, Troodos mountains, Coral Bay and others). From the property you can walk to the nearest beach in a few minutes. There is a store within walking distance where you can do basic shopping, while about 5-10 minutes drive from the property there are larger grocery stores, including lidl. In our villa, each room had a separate bathroom. An additional shared bathroom was located on the first floor. The process of handing over the keys and then checking out was very efficient, and the contact with George was friendly. Special thanks for the opportunity to check out later due to a late flight.

The villa was in the area we wanted having stayed in a nearby hotel several times before. Several great restaurants are within easy walking distance (Sonny's & Tsaikas Taverna) & plenty more a shorth drive away. Villa No 1 is perfectly placed with a lovely sea view between a hotel & a sea front villa. The bedrooms are large & all have en suite bathrooms & spacious balconies. the kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer & toaster with ample cups, plates & glasses. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table & TV. Patio doors lead out to a beautiful pool & garden area, outdoor kitchen, table & chairs & 6 loungers. Everything about this villa was perfect! A car is probably the best option for this location & each villa had shaded parking. However buses to Coral Bay & Paphos run regularly 5 mins walk from villas (cost 1Euro). The sea is a 2 minutes away & a coastal path is perfect for an early walk or access to the Med for a swim or to see the amazing sunsets each evening! Check out is 11am but the owner George was brilliant & told us to stay as long as we liked on our last day, as no visitors were arriving that day. Can't thank him enough as we were able to relax outside until mid afternoon then head to the airport. We can highly recommend Aura Holiday Villas & will definitely book again in the future!

Villa is very big and each bedroom is en-suite plus there is a separate toilet for everyone to use on the ground floor. There is a big swimming pool outside and a few sun loungers. The villa is spotless and equipped in everything you need in the kitchen and everywhere else. A few shops and good restaurants nearby/walking distance. There are also a bus stops within 2-3 mins walk with a short ride to Paphos City or Coral Bay.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Angela in Droushia. The villa boasts 5 bedrooms, each with its own bath and toilet, which was absolutely amazing and convenient for our group. The saltwater pool was extremely clean, and the villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a BBQ for souvlakia, all necessary kitchen items, and 10 towels. The rooftop was also an amazing feature, providing great views and a perfect spot to relax.

We stayed at Villa Angela for 10 days with another 2 families. The house is located in a very quiet village with couple of nice taverns within walking distance. We all felt that we had plenty of privacy in the house and the host, Vasos was very welcoming greeting us with wine and ice cream for the kids. We had a fantastic time in Cyprus, visiting places, trying all sorts of local foods while being blessed by the sunny weather and kindness of the local people!

Staying in Coralli Villas definitely exceeded our expectations. The house is big with enough space to host 1 big or 2 smaller families. It is very will equipped: has an excellent swimming pool (about 3 x 8m large), pool table, hot tub, sauna, TV set and and a standalone grill.

Spacious 3 double bedroom villa, one with ensuite and an additional 4th room on a 2nd floor with 2 small single bed suitable for children. It has a large basement with a pool table, massage machine, sauna, jacuzzi and outside a private heated pool. Easy self service check in and check out and attentive service. Location is great right next to Coral bay beach. Theres a very large supermarket is a few minutes drive and a local supermarket and Kiosk is 2 mins walk. Theres also a A&E a few houses away. Peyia village is less than minutes drive for proper local tavernas. The zoo is also 10minutes drive but theres a bus service 1 min away taking you there or the other direction. A cot was provided for my 2 year omd son. This was pretty large so suitable for a growing toddler. Air con was quiet and silent. And the rooms could be made nice a dark or bright with great blinds.

Excellent location, close to the beach and the main strip. Handy small supermarket just around the corner. The Villa had plenty of space for a family of six and the added bonus of a downstairs area with pool table and hot tub. The swimming pool was fantastic! Good communication with the property owner, very helpful.

Pool area is beautiful, plenty of space everywhere else in the villa. Pool table, sauna & hottub is brilliant Good location, nice few restaurants around & bus route right outside with a taxi rank also.

Location, villa amenities, pool and barbeque area, kitchen equipment - everything was perfect. Watching the sunset from the terrace was a great evening activity.

Lovely hosts, who were always available for any questions. There was my wife and I and our 8 month old and the villa was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there and the pool was great for our son to splash around in. You will need to hire a car if you want to take any trips to Paphos or Polis/Latchi. It's a very central location, which makes it great to get around. We hope to stay there again in the future.

The location and outside space were fantastic, and the pool was wonderful and at the perfect temperature. The house was a very good size, especially for just two of us.

It is our 2nd stay at villa Theodora. The villa is spacious and clean, the pool is perfect.

This is a lovely, homely villa. It is well equipped and has everything you could need for all the family. The pool is great, it is shaded in the afternoon, which is really helpful in peak heat. The table tennis table is an extra bonus, and there are books to read in both English and Greek. Fantastic location, easy drive to anywhere. Supermarkets very nearby, central Paphos is approx 10 minute drive. All carparks are free. Many beaches to visit. You would need a car to get around, unless you are planning to use the buses. From the villa, the coastal promenade is few minutes walk away, and is stunning in the evening, with beautiful sunset views. The sunset is also a joy to watch from the rooftop verranda. Location of the villa was very good for us. A car would be needed from here to visit even the Paphos restaurants, but we come to Cyprus every year and always hire one anyway, so no issue for us. The property was perfect, just a 5 min walk to the harbour and it’s lovely restaurants, shops etc. Stunning views of the mountains and the sea. The villa had everything you needed, UK TV channels, washing machine a home from home. The pool was gorgeous and private, lovely seating area outside. Fanos the owner is amazing, the communication with him from start to finish was excellent, we did not arrive until the early hours but he made sure we got there safely and even let us have a late check out due to our flight being late in our return. Unfortunately we had a flat tyre in the hire car and Fanos was so helpful as we had to change it to the spare, he contacted local garages to help us sort the problem. A true gentleman.

The Villa has fantastic facilities and feels spacious and the air conditioning kept it beautifully cool. The outside area and the pool are amazing. We had lovely BBQs as we watched the gorgeous sunsets. The location is superb and the villa is so quiet with views of the sea and no neighbours over looking you. Yet it is a mere 5 minutes walk to the marina with shops, supermarkets and a really different array of restaurants. Fanos the hoist was brilliant and very quick at answering any questions before the holiday and also after we had we had arrived. Tina the housekeeper who we saw a few times was a lovely friendly lady and so helpful. Overall an excellent holiday.

This villa was wonderful! It was comfortable, quiet and beautiful! I miss the view of the pool already! It has everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The location was brilliant, about a 5 min walk to the main strip of shops and restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful. The outside BBQ and seating area is a great space for cooking food and chilling out in the evenings with drinks and a pack of cards. The owner, Fanos, is an absolute superstar and nothing is too much trouble. He’s easy to communicate with and will check in with you.

Villa is beautiful with lots of outdoor space and a great BBQ with a lovely seating area. The pool is huge! The views from every room are lovely. The bedrooms are a good size as is the kitchen and has every piece of equipment you could ever need. The location is fabulous and just a few minutes walk from the harbour and many restaurants.

Pool serviced every other day and we were met on arrival (even though it was almost 11pm) so we were told how to use everything. Wonderful stay- thank you!

Absolutely beautiful villa, in a lovely quiet and secluded location yet still close enough to the mall and Paphos harbour, via a short easy bus journey. Lovely short walk straight across the main road brings you to a lovely restaurant/bar (Baracas Lounge) which is perfect for a spot of breakfast or a nice cold drink with an incredible view, with a promenade following along the oceanfront for a nice walk to burn of breakfast. The host is such a wonderful and friendly gentleman, extremely helpful and nothing is too much. The villa itself is amazing, the pictures just don't do it justice. All of the bedrooms are huge, plenty of storage in each and the view from the balcony is beautiful, especially at sunset. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for a week or two and the built in bbq in the garden was immaculately clean. The pool is a nice size, and was perfect for a swim to cool down from the hot Cyprus sun. Can't wait to go back next year.

Nothing was too much trouble and service was always very quick. Our beach front villa was spacious, modern, well equipped and housekeeping kept it beautifully clean. The Infinity pool and sea front view were equally beautiful with the grassed area adding to the feeling of spaciousness. All the restaurants were great and well worth a visit. Breakfast was excellent with staff quickly remembering our individual preferences. The close proximity of the beach was a bonus with plenty of cabanas, sun-beds, umbrellas and soft chairs to choose from. A big thank you to Barbara and her team for making our holiday the perfect farewell to summer.

An Unforgettable experience that i will return my thoughts and think this amazing scenery from the lobby. Firstly i am so proud about this extraordinary resort in Cyprus! We were a group of 8 friends and stayed in Nayia Paradise Villa for 3 nights. Everything was perfect. The owner is super friendly and helpful — he made us feel very welcome from the first moment. The villa is big and beautiful, with a lot of space for everyone. We had so many things to do — there was a big swimming pool, pool table, table tennis, and more. We never got bored. The place is very clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It was a great experience for all of us. We really enjoyed the time there and we would love to come back again. Very good place for a group of friends or family. Highly recommended!

The villa is fantastically well equipped and Tasos, the owner, is very welcoming and friendly. All of the rooms are spacious and we very easily fit 3 kids and 6 adults in. There is plenty of entertainment, pool table, foosball table, table tennis table and the really well sized pool (big enough for kids to play whilst adults lounged on lilos!). The kitchen has lots of kit, from popcorn maker to health grill and all the usual appliances you'd expect, as well as two fridge freezers, should you need them (we didn't!). There's some great BBQ equipment, with powered rotisserie skewers to boot. It's a very large, very nice place to stay!

The villa is absolutely amazing. The owner Tasos has thought about absolutely everything from spare phone chargers, every cooking utensil you’ll ever need, toys and games for the children, pool and table tennis, beautiful BBQ area, Netflix. You name it and it’s there. Each bedroom is a good size and has its own en-suite and most have walk in wardrobes. There was plenty of space for our party of nine people and the children had an amazing time in the swimming pool.

This enormous villa exceeded our expectations. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, it easily accommodated our group. The huge, fenced-in swimming pool offered peace of mind for those traveling with young children. On top of that, there were so many extras – a pool table, ping pong table, and even toys for the little ones. Whether you're looking to relax or have fun with the whole family, this place has it all. Truly a fantastic stay!

The villa was amazing it had everything our group needed. We loved playing pool and ping pong. From the villa you can see the sea and the sunset and sunrise where amazing. The swimming pool was cleaned often and it was really nice to swim in the morning.

Villa is right on the sea front, so we had stunning seafront views, every evening watching amazing sunsets from the terrace. Villa is very spacious, with beautiful design; outdoor living space is nice. Beach in front of the villa is rocky but is still possible to find the easy entrance to the water. We enjoyed snorkelling there, with plenty of fishes (including moray eel). Sandy beach is 10 minutes’ walk away. Pool was already a bit cold for us, anyway we preferred sea. Several nice restaurants, cafes and shops in a walking distance. If you do not have a car, the bus station is just 500 m away. Thanks to the villa’s location, it was easy to discover western part of Cyprus (Paphos and Kouklia Archaeological Sites, Akama National Park, wineries around Omodos, Olympos Mt.). The owner Yiannis is a wonderful host, always available, if you need help or assistance. Peaceful environment, even though there is a construction behind the villa, we rarely heard anything. We absolutely enjoyed our one week stay there, and we would love to come again.

The location is just heavenly. Perfect for a walk before that morning cup of coffee, and even for a swim if you find that little hidden bay! Close enough to the city and very close to sandy beaches like Laourou or Coral Bay. All necessary equipment is there, including a washing machine, wine opener, pots, pans, etc. even anti-mosquito electric plugs. We stayed there in May so did not need AC - it’s also available. Kids enjoyed the pool, climbing the rocks, looking at lizards, and when exhausted- netflix. Hope to go back there soon! So don’t book all the dates please.

A lovely villa with an absolutely stunning sea view, including magical sunsets. The villa was spacious, well equipped and clean, and the owner most helpful and accomodating. Although one could happily sunbathe daily by the pool, the location is perfect for day trips into Paphos, Latsi, Troodos, Akamas etc. Very close (10min drive) to all the water sport fun and beaches of Coral Bay and only 25min away from the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

In a word, amazing. The beautiful design of the villa, the setting, cannot be faulted. It is the villa, your pool, a lawn, then the ocean and horizon with beautiful sunsets . A totally private beach with the occasional fisherman sat on the rocks which enhances the view. The owner, Yiannis is the most welcoming , friendly, cool man you will meet. Only there if you need help or assistance. It was a dream trip, and we we will certainly be staying here again.

Our expectations were met on the whole. The pool was great, cleaned twice a week. Views were excellent. Quiet and peaceful. The owner, Lambas, was superb. had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms and he fixed it within a couple of hours.

The house was far from neighbours but shops and restaurants were only a few minutes by car. The pool was very nice. The house was big enough for our 8-person group.

Cap St George’s is one of the very finest hotels we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere on earth. The staff cannot do enough for you and are attentive without being obsequious: there are multiple pools and opportunities for leisure activities, both organised by the hotel and outside of the hotel. If we return to Pafos, we will certainly stay here again.

This is fast becoming No1 on the island of Cyprus! It might be out of the way of the major tourist destinations, but that’s a good thing! The coastline is stunning with beautiful beaches and great local tavernas. 2nd time to cap St George’s and we will be back!

Amazing short break. Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. Housekeeping need to step up their game to the level of guest services and food and beverages staff! Tip - hire a car as there’s nothing in close proximity and it’s a long way from the airport !

Nice and specious with a stunning view of Litchi. The villa location is perfect as it is the last building on the street which makes it rather secluded with an open view to the Vally. The villa is modern and furnished accordingly. Pool area offers a few sitting areas. The pool and the garden are well maintained. Communication with the owners was also great. They were really responsive and replaced a broken microwave within a few hours.

The BBQ was a bonus. Located in a quiet area but close to shops and the strip. The hosts were very accommodating, allowing a late check-out on short notice. Highly recommend this villa and will definitely return!

We have stayed in this villa many times before with the previous owners. I can say that the new owners have upgraded and modernised it to a high spec. They have added to the patio area outside creating a great zone for sunbathing and entertaining. Having also stayed in various locations in the coral bay area this has the beat location by far. You can virtually roll out of bed and land on the strip with the added comfort of not being disturbed by any noise either. In summary a great villa in a great location with great hosts.

The whole property including the outside space is beautiful. The outside space is well set out and everything and I mean EVERYTHING is provided. Inside is modern, fresh and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there is ample crockery and cutlery. We have stayed here in previous years and we could see that time and money had been reinvested in the property to maintain the high standards and make improvements. Would highly recommend.

Incredible location, with beautiful vista. Fantastic size. Pool is clean and the perfect size. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, including 2 baths and then an additional toilet. The kitchen is fantastically equipped, as is the whole house.

Lovely spacious villa, perfect location, in a quiet cul de sac off the main road coming into Latchi. Lovely elevated position with great views. Good size pool. Very comfortable. Excellent wifi. Aircon in all bedrooms and living room, very good. Kitchen well equipped. Received an excellent welcome pack. We like our table tennis and one of the reasons for booking the villa. It was in a dilapidated unusable state as mentioned on a recent comment. We asked Maria if this could be replaced. The next morning her husband came with a brand new table! Maria was lovely to deal with, responsive, friendly polite and helpful. The marina is a lovely 20minutes walk away along the seafront promenade. For dining out, the harbourside is great, but also visit the historic square in Polis too. Like a previous comment we didn’t have a bad meal. All provided good well cooked tasty food with good size portions. No.9 Lounge in Latchi harbour and Finikas restaurant in Polis square stand out above the rest.

Amazing property for a long stay. Very clean place with all amenities you need (pool, table tennis, BBQ, stove etc). Once you go to the terrace you won’t like spending time inside the house. Outside terrace has amazing sea view and beautiful plants around the property. To the sea it’s 3-4 minutes walk. For bigger groceries you need to go to the city (by car less than 10 minutes) or you can take a lovely walk. I think it’s one of the most beautiful Cyprus location, as well not very crowded so for calm stay it’s a huge advantage. Last but not least, I really loved the cat that was befriending with us! Please feed him if you decide to stay in Amalia Villa 🙏🏻

The view from the veranda was magnificent. The short walk to the beach was a major plus for us, the sea breeze by the sea shore was needed. We were grateful to be able to hire sunbeds by the beach. Easy walk to good food restaurants. We were grateful for a late checkout.

Just back from a wonderful week long stay at Villa Kapistris Dyo with all my family. The villa is beautiful and very spacious and was ideal for a mix of ages. The pool area is great and the games area with pool, table tennis etc kept the family entertained. The location is brilliant, just a couple of minutes walk from Coal Bay strip and a supermarket across the road. The owner was very helpful and friendly too. We were sad to leave!

I honestly can’t speak highly enough about the Villa - spot on for us location wise (it is right next door to a kiddies nursery - not a problem for us but depends on how quiet you want your location during the day) right near a great supermarket, close to the strip and coral bay beach. Absolutely beautiful property with loads of space and a lovely pool - the photos make it look great but to be honest don’t do it justice - it’s even better in reality. The host was super friendly and helpful and all basics were at the property waiting for us which was a great touch.

The host was brilliant. Really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. He was there to meet us on arrival and made us feel so welcome. He was on the end of the phone for any questions we had. The villa is beautiful! Well furnished throughout and spotlessly clean. The pool is amazing and the grounds allow for privacy. The villa is in a fabulous location, not even a 10 minute walk from the strip. The supermarket is just opposite and has everything you need. An amazing holiday - we will definitely be going back to coral bay and to this villa! Thank you Andreas!

It was amazing beautiful villa, clean, big rooms, one bedroom and toilet in ground floor, rest of bedroom top floor, outside space and pool was amazing, games room amazing. It was perfect, the location is amazing, just across the road 2 min away pillipos supermarket type of werahouse, good prices and has everything. Pills restaurant just beside amazing food,walking distance to more shops and restaurants. And the most amazing service from the host Andrea, even arranged for as hire car, brought us the car to villa,and taxi to and from airport.

The villa was very big and had loads of space as there was a large group of us it was nice to have a big living area, pool was a great size aswell. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and Andreas came to meet us at the villa to make sure we had everything we needed. I've been going to Cyprus for the last 7 years would definitely recommend the villa especially for larger groups/family's.

This villa is exactly as described in the pictures. It’s very well maintained and the pool was cleaned every 3 days. We stayed here as a family of 5 for 14 nights and absolutely loved everything about it. It’s right on the strip so very close to restaurants and cocktail bars. With some fantastic entertainment. Mainly we loved the tipsy martini bar the entertainment in this place was amazing. It’s a 5 minute walk to a massive supermarket Phillipos. They stock absolutely everything you would get back at home,so we went a nice walk in the morning to get fresh rolls and breakfast items. Other days we went to some of the local restaurants that are also fairly priced. We made use of the gas barbecue some evenings and just made for a nice relaxing time sitting by the pool watching the sun go down.

The villa was clean and in a great location. The pool is great, not heated but I think in the summer heated pool is not needed.

The villa was large and spacious both inside and out, it had a very clean inviting pool, a double balcony, a rear garden and a fantastic roof terrace. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped The showers were powerful and hot water plentiful. Communication with the owner was second to none. Very very very happy and would 100% stay again if in the area.

Super clean, all the equipment you needed. Host was very responsive. No issues with our stay at all. Will definitely book again. Aside from the road works through the high street, which caused diversions, nothing bad to report. The pool was cleaned regularly too. Outstanding

The location is priceless and breath taking for those who loves nature. It is in a walking distance to the one of the gorgeous beaches. The villa is surrounded by nature, it smells orange nectar as we vited during easter, very quite and splendidly beautiful. The host, his wife and his son are very helpful and very generous. We were swamped by their pure kindness and hospitality they gave us bags of juicy oranges. I appreciate very much their service, the house was equipped with everything any family with kids needs. The pool is big and my kids enjoyed it too. Lot of other attractions are nearby. I will definitely come back. Big thank you to all the family you are blessed and very special.

The owner was very nice. He greeted us with a fruit basket and full fridge and he brought several times fresh fruits from his own garde. He cleaned the pool and he helped us to find a rental car. It was our third time in Cyprus and from the point of hospitality it was the best experience.

It's located in one of the most beautiful areas on cyprus, just at the border of Akamas nature reserve. Beautiful wild beaches, restaurants by the sea and Latchi with it's harbor and good food are close by. The villa is very spacious and well equipped, beautiful veranda and pool. We loved it.

Pictures do not represent the reality, the villa is fabolous! And the pride is good! When we arrived, for us was waiting home made cake, the refrigarator was full! It was everything perfect, 3 minutes to the beach, kids loved everything!

The house and grounds are gorgeous, the view while in the pool is really a selling point. The location is only 20 minutes from the beach in Polis where there are supermarkets and great restaurants. Very spacious and clean. Friendly host and pool man. Pool well maintained. Beach towels were a great addition-we packed light and it saved us buying some over there. The location is a short drive to most beaches/attractions but remote enough to feel like you are away from it all. Very quiet, with no immediate neighbours and not overlooked by anyone.

What made this villa perfect for us was a location; peaceful, situated on a hillside with very few neighbours nearby. Panoramic views of the gorge are truly stunning, there is also a sea view albeit limited. Beautiful beaches are within 10-15 minutes driving time, Laourou Beach; sandy, shallow water, perfect for kids or White River Beach; pebbles, secluded, wild and often empty. Owner of the villa is very approachable and caring so this adds value to overall experience. Last but not least, if you are into a bit of al fresco dining on your holiday; a grilled fish or steak, this villa have one of the best designed barbecue area that we came across, wide bench at the back of villa yet conveniently situated in front of kitchen window just so you can grab that seasoning you forgot ;-), shade nearby if you happen to fulfil your duties midday. We definitely will be back again.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa with my family! The location is perfect, being close to the sea and allowing us to enjoy the beautiful coastline whenever we wanted. The villa itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We felt right at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches provided by our hosts. The location of this place was amazing - a couple of minutes to the beach with a delicious cafe on the way! It’s also right behind some wonderful restaurants: a tapanaki restaurant, gelato shop, local Cypriot food cafe and restaurant, and Italian restaurant. The house itself is very well maintained and the pool is fantastic. We had so much fun. The beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is good! Kitchen has everything we need and the grocery store is about a 5 minutes walk up the road. Overall, it was great and we cannot wait to stay again!

Absolutely fantastic villa, nice and clean and lovely pool! Really close to all the bars and restaurants and a nice little walk to coral bay beach and the bus stop to the harbour is a short walk and only €1.50. The staff are really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and the lovely little hamper of drinks was a lovely touch on arrival. Definitely would recommend and stay there again 😊

Loved this little villa so much. It had absolutely everything we wanted. It was easy to find and get in and the welcome pack was an especially nice touch. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay, the host was easy to contact and quick to reply. Perfect holiday villa.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped, lovely pool, plenty of hot water for showers. Myself and 4 of my sister's we're on our first holiday together without our husbands, we are all mature ladies and we felt very safe in the villa. We had everything we needed, we arrived very late as our flight had been delayed so we were very grateful to see some provisions left in the fridge for us which meant we could have a nice cup of tea or coffee, also enough for breakfast in the morning before we found the local shops. Theo was very helpful and allowed us a few extra hours at the villa the day we left so that we didn't have to worry about where we could leave our suitcases before the flight. I speak for all of our party when I say we were very impressed with the whole villa experience and we would recommend it to others.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay in this fantastic villa! It is exceptionally well-appointed, with everything and anything you could possibly need - including a wonderful pool and authentic Sauna... On top of that are the views: offering a changing scene throughout the day, including Swooping & Darting Swallows, a pair of European Kestrels, and occasionally some gorgeous European Bee-Eaters. And then there are the awe-inspiring Mediterranean Sunsets! I also have to mention the hosts (Doros and Katerina) who were very friendly & welcoming, without being intrusive, offering us organic fresh fruit and eggs from their orchard and coop, whilst always being on-hand to provide help or answer any questions we had. Prior to arriving, Doros also furnished us with an incredibly useful and lengthy list of places to Shop, Eat & Visit. In short: Great Place; Great People!

We were warmly and hospitably received by Katerina, who owns the house, together with her husband Doros. Once inside, we found wine bottles, some fruit and vegetables, and - not least - fresh eggs. Doros and Katerina live in the neighboring house and have a chicken yard on the large plot. They are very discreet, and it's not at all the case that the holiday becomes less private with them as neighbors. The house is tastefully decorated, clean, and functional. The outdoor area with the pool is right outside the living room. From the terrace on the second floor, you have a fantastic evening view of the sea and sunset.

The 4 of us (including 2 teenagers) absolutely loved the pool. The villa has air conditioning in all of the bedrooms which we were very grateful for as it was extremely hot when we visited Cyprus. The villa is set in a very peaceful location where you can enjoy a lovely view and great sunsets.

The villa was modern and clean. There was a good size pool for our needs and even a sauna. There is even a bedroom on the ground floor that very much suited our needs for one of our party. Most of the ground floor, inside and around the property was step free. Great kitchen giving us the option to eat at home or eat at the many great, Recomended, Restaurants from our hosts.

The house is perfect for a large family. Not too many frills so you can actually relax and not feel like you're scared to use anything. Pool is a great size and surrounding garden is well maintained. Bedrooms are large and loads of storage space in wardrobes and drawers etc. Gated and secure. An additional house on same plot but separate and discreet. We are going in a larger group next time so will hire both at the same time. Loving and communal areas are very roomy. One TV in lounge. Great spot for easy access to Coral Bay, Peyia, Kissonica etc. Beach within a three minute drive. Supermarket 5 min away and garage and quad hire across the road

The villa was amazing, better than we expected from looking at the pictures, it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, the hosts left us essentials, which was great as we had a late flight. We also had a late flight out, and they were kind enough to let us have a later check out! I would highly recommend, me and 6 other members of my family have an amazing time. We did drive so we could visit other areas, but there was a lovely fish and chip shop/bakery just down the road. They do amazing bacon Barms. Also legend bar was in walking distance for lovely food and drink and entertainment.

This gorgeous villa had everything we needed for a wonderful family holiday. Communication with the owners was prompt and really helpful. It was cleaned during our stay. Very secure.

Bjorn the host is excellent, providing lots of useful information prior to arrival and very quick to respond to any issues or questions during your stay. We also received a much appreciated welcome pack on arrival with beer, wine, milk, bread etc. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely home!

A very clean and very well equipped villa. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs in the swimming pool area. The host obviously wants to ensure the guest have everything they need, we sent a text to the host asking where the safe was as we couldnt find one and in the afternoon the maintainence man turned up to fit one. Excellent service.

Fantastic villa with all the facilities of home and then some. Superb gardens and pool area, bbq and pizza oven. Well stocked kitchen with an unexpected but brilliant welcome pack, coffee, tea, beer, wine, bread, milk and cereals. Couldn't ask for or need more. Big thank you to Bjorn and crazy cleaners.

Approximately 1hr from Pathos airport. The location is just off the B7 road on an unnamed road. The villas are numbered - 1 to 5. Fabulous location. Quiet and remote. Approx 2 miles from Pollis. The pool was tested and cleaned every day. The pool/service man was a star! He bought food, snacks and drinks for us and left a welcome package for our late arrival. Polis and Latchi are worlds apart from Pathos with its holiday shops and sports bars. The towns are small and friendly with real Greek tavernas. If you want an authentic Cyprus holiday...head here. Location was great. Close.enough to town for shops and restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful. The pool is a great size and Savvas keeps it lovely and clean 👌 The owners are great - just a phone call away if needed. The welcome pack was really great - arrived late but had everything needed for bite to eat on arrival and the next morning. Thank you 😀

Villa had everything you might need for a stay, including decent kitchen-ware and a BBQ. Pool was clean and very well maintained. Lots of comfy seating options, and fantastic views across the valley. Villa is set amongst fruit and olive trees and although there are a few other villas close by, has a nice private secluded feel about it.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The house was perfect, clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need – even thoughtful extras like bread, milk, butter, cheese, juice, coffee and tea, fruts which made the first moments after arrival so easy and comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be happy to come back. Highly recommended!

Tue air con was superb. Michelle was lovely & Dave the maintenance manager was so lovely and helpful and nothing was too much trouble and he popped in to see us a few times. The pool area was lovely to relax in and there was a shaded terrace if you wanted it. They came round to clean the pools twice while we were there The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. A great time was had by all.

Loved the garden area and pool, whole villa spotlessly clean and a great house for 5 adults and a baby. A 5 minute walk to the strip and bus stop but still found it really peacefull day and night. Dave popped over a couple of times to give any help we needed with appliances. Also had a complimentary clean half way through the stay. Looking to book with Ezoria again next year, absolutely couldn't fault them as property management, been fantastic

Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from, all the people working in the shops and bars were really nice. The villa was a great place to stay with family. Nice pool area.

Absolute fantastic stay. The Villa was perfect for our young family. A nice quiet area and only a short drive into town. The pool was really well maintained and clean and the owner came to check all was well just after our arrival. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were all clean and in good order for our stay. Would 100% recommend for a young family. Brilliant.

The Villa is the nicest one we have ever stayed in. It is spectacular with its beautiful views, magnificent gardens, outdoor patios and upper sun deck. We swam every day in the pool it was truly mahical and every room in the villa was perfect. The owners were so helpful too. Fantastic all round!

We’ve met a lovely man who was looking after the Villa, told us amazing stories about Cyprus. We could learn about this beautiful island’s history thanks to him . The villa owner was very engaging and met any needs that we could have hoped for. The location was excellent, just down from the Coral Bay strip. The facilities were clean and in good order. The pool was a good size and perfect to cool off from the sun. All in all, I would recommend this villa.

We had a great stay at Ayia Marina. It's a wonderful property that provides all the facilities you could require. The owners have taken great care in furnishing the property to a high standard. It is very comfortable, in a quiet location with great views and local nature trails on your doorstep. The local village has a good selection of places to dine out at and a couple of local winery's to visit. The owners Maria and Andros could not have been more friendly and helpful during our stay. They even assisted us with departure issues we had at very short notice. We are very much looking forward to returning in the future.

Great location away from the city but close enough to go out for dinner or buy everything you need. Amazing view and organisation of space both inside and outside the villa. Has everything you need, very clean and cozy. Hospitable hosts are always happy to help with any questions that arise! We really enjoyed our holiday!

Amazing peaceful location, great views, terrific accommodation and support team were first class. Nothing was too much trouble however both or small the issue was (not that there were many!). All the facilities you could wish for in a house, WiFi, satellite TV, Nespresso machine, etc. pool was clean and perfect, pool cleaning lady came from a village near us and was so friendly.

Villa Ocean Breeze is a fantastic villa with amazing g facilities & beautiful views. The pool is fantastic and was enjoyed everyday by my family. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating as are the team who help look after the Villa. Not far from Peiya & Coral Bay, this villa has a superb location but a car is a must. Lovely villa with everything you might need. Situated high up but roads were fine to navigate. Car is a must. Shops and restaurants etc. are too far to walk to but the views from the villa outweighs this! Hosts were very helpful and quick to resolve a small issue with the air conditioner unit.

Lage, Pool, Ausstattung, Management - einfach phenomenal!!! The villa manager helped with every little issue, they came to clean once a week and were very kind and nice. I can only recommend this stay to everybody who is looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. The supermarket Phillipos is a 10 minutes walk away from the property and they drive you home for free with your buyings! Excellent!

Villa Andre has been perfect for our family holiday. Everything was really clean and despite some of the reviews saying the beds were uncomfortable, we found them really good. The kids have loved the pool which is a really good size. The location is ideal, quiet but has small shops nearby and the beach is a short walk away.

Good layout of the house. All bedrooms are separated from the main area and pool with all rooms having a separate bathroom. Kitchen was big enough to good properly and the garden has a grea grill area.

Comfortable, fully equipped villa with a swimming pool of approx. 11x6m surrounded by flowers, in a quiet and peaceful area. Wonderful view from the terrace of the Trodos Mountains, around the orchard and fields. Not far from the beaches in the vicinity of Pegea and Polis, as well as other attractions (Akamas, Blue Lagoon, Paphos, etc.). 10 minutes by car to the town with good restaurants and a shop. To the Trodos Mountains approx. 1.5 hours. Friendly and helpful hosts. Every day fresh eggs from "their own" hens and fruit straight from the tree. A place only for drivers and people who want to rest from the tourist hustle and bustle and get away from everyday life (although the wifi works well). I really recommend it .

Koumneni Villa was superb in every way , we had a warm welcome and fresh local produce given to us. The Villa has absolutely everything you need , we didn't need to buy condiments or household items. The bed was comfortable, as were the sofas. The outdoor space and pool area is set in beautiful gardens without being overlooked, with no traffic noise at all it was a truly peaceful and relaxing holiday

We enjoyed our stay at villa Koumneni very much. The house, which was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, is set in a small village in the mountains but close to the sea. We appreciated the peace and quiet, the eggs in the morning, the fruit from the tree, the outdoor space. But above all, we liked the owner's hospitality. They were very welcoming and came several times bearing gifts. We spent a great vacation there and can only warmly recommend the place.

We had hand wash, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets available along with some cleaning products which I've always end up needing to purchase at other places I've rented. Along with towels for both bathroom and pool. The water pressure and temperature is great, and air con in every room. The sunset view from the patio area is very nice and the location of the villa is very quiet and tranquil, and great to hear all the wild life and see the horse trials wander past. It's close enough to walk to Sea Caves restaurant for drinks or food - we took the scenic route across the coastal path. Taxi is about 10 mins in to Coral Bay for main restaurants and bars. Def recommend Porto Antico, a small restaurant just outside of coral bay strip. Local supermarket is a 5 min drive from the villa. Carrie the property manager and Sue the host were both very helpful, and great with communication.

Location absolutely perfect, facilities were 1st class, and everything needed was provided at the villa. Pool area was huge, and pictures did not do it justice.

An exceptional Villa, the owner was very helpful, respectful & always available via WhatsApp. We had the pool heating on & it was lovely to swim before breakfast in early Feb. TV is great with Netflix, You tube & live British TV channels 1-5. Although car was unavailable the host provided a hire car for us. You need a car to be honest at this location with nearest Taverna(Savva's Grill) 15 minute(slow walk) up hill. We had a great time and miss it already, a real home from home and have every intention of returning at a later date, thank you very much Tanya for a great holiday!

Beautiful villa, better than expected - well maintained, clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were great option for our early spring stay. The pool area and the garden are very private, with lovely flowering trees and plants, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Great location for Paphos, Coral Bay beach and walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Toyota RAV 4 included in the villa rental was an extra bonus - no time wasted at the car hire place, taxi was arranged by the host who was immediately contactable whenever needed, very pleasant to work with and made our stay hassle free. Thanks for a great break and we'd be sure to stay again when we next visit Cyprus.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The highlight for us was the cozy backyard — it's beautifully landscaped with lush plants and flowers, creating a peaceful and private oasis. The heated hot tub and pool were clean and clearly well-maintained. The villa itself is spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Our group of adults had enough private space without ever feeling cramped. It had everything we needed for a week long stay. Another big plus was the location. It’s tucked away from the busy touristy areas, so the atmosphere is wonderfully quiet. Yet, there are still a few interesting spots within walking distance, and a large grocery store is just a quick 5-minute drive away. Communication with the host was top-notch from start to finish. Friendly, responsive, and always helpful. Highly recommend this villa if you're looking for a relaxing, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay!

It was lovely, very clean and with free use of a car. The price to heat the pool and hot tub was very reasonable compared to some rip off quotes I’ve had for those.

Clean, comfortable, good quality linen and towels, bed very comfortable. Well equipped with everything you need. Good sized pool and outside area. Use of the car is a fantastic added bonus.

The pool is a good size and very warm. There is seating around the side, in a shady area which is ideal for getting out of the sun for a while or alternatively, if you enjoy sunbathing, there is plenty of space around the pool to position your loungers. The property is in a very safe area and has off road parking, and the hosts are very responsive if needed. We would most definitely stay here again.

The villa was in a beautiful, peaceful location. We immediately felt at home there, as it had all of the comforts you need. The kitchen was well-equipped, the BBQ was great, and it was all lovely and clean. The property felt very secure, the pool was in good condition and was maintained throughout our stay. The hosts, Christophe and Katrin, were fantastic from the point of booking right through to our departure. Check in/check out was hassle-free. We hired a car so it was easy to get to/from the airport and to Coral Bay, and Paphos. The surroundings are quite hilly and it's around a 20-30 minute walk up-hill to Peyia, so this is worth bearing in mind if you are booking without planning to hire a car. We loved our week at Villa Alicia, and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thoroughly recommended.

We really loved it, I would even say that until today we have never experienced such a villa, there is a family atmosphere in the villa which makes you happy to be there, the hosts are very responsive and very kind, we would have liked to stay a few more days but unfortunately work calls us in any case I RECOMMEND this villa! 🫶

Everything was magnificent - the host was very responsive and gave us awesome recommendations. The house - 3 bedrooms, an awesome pool and a large living room with everything you need(quite literally everything - dishwasher, cooking utilities, outside BBQ area). There were kids toys left in the house and our young ones really appreciated that. The view from the house is stunning and you can watch the beautiful sunset each day by the pool. The cleverly designed balcony on the second floor makes the sunset watching even more breath taking. Finally the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.

The villa exceeded our expectations, lovely size rooms, one bedroom with on suite, all amenities you need, including cutlery, Iron, Ironing Board, Towels, cooking equipment, even games for the kids and Pool Inflatables, pool was clean and up to high standard. Host was always available to help and gave us really useful information on local shops, restaurants, beaches etc. Would definitely stay here again and couldn't recommend highly enough 😀 Thank you for making a holiday in Cyprus 🌞 a memorable and comfortable one by staying in such a lovley villa 💖

Villa is much nicer than the photos! Beautiful weather, Dave who managed the villa was very helpful, we had a couple of minor issues that he sortedr out straight away. Buses are easy to get near Corellia beach only 2 euros each that take you to Coral Bay beach and the strip where all the restaurants are. Fantastic holiday we will be back next year

The Villa was in an excellent location and the outdoor space was one of the best I’ve ever seen. Dave the Villa manager was exceptional and couldn’t do enough to help. Would highly recommend.

The property is just as described. It has everything you need, and is a great location. Any issues that arose were quickly addressed.

Clean house, with all amenities we needed especially in the kitchen. It has a big area outside and is in a really peaceful environment with no noises. Close to latchi beaches, about 15 minutes drive and 8 minutes drive to Polis Chrysochous. Really friendly and helpful host.

The property was the most modern I have stayed in. Beautiful decor! It is a quiet location which was idyllic. It’s not far from Polis or Latsi - my favourite places! Everything you need in the property! Comfortable beds which is always good. Highly recommend it

Lovely pool, really warm, clean and looked stunning at night. Supermarket 2 min drive...has everything. 4 min to closest beach, which in our opinion was the best local beach. Great beach bar but only open until 19.30. Fab restaurant close by, Antico Porto, 5 min walk and stunning views of Bay. Would recommend. This villa Great base if you have a car to explore further but also great if you don't have transport. Lots available in walking or short taxi ride.

The villa was amazing, totally beautiful. It had three spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds. The downstairs was really stunning and the kitchen was so well equipped. So many things were provided. The pool and the sea view were beautiful. I would definitely recommend the villa.

A safe and quiet location ideal for our young children with a short walk to the beautiful beach. The villa is so spacious and well equipped and we were extremely comfortable. The pool provided us all with many hours of fun.

It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The pool was also beautiful. We had a couple of visiting cats, which we enjoyed. Porto Antico restaurant was a 20 minute walk away and that was fabulous.

Lots of space inside and outside the villa. 5 minute walk to the beach and a small supermarket and bar. 15 minute walk to the main strip with lots of restaurants and bars, something for all tastes. The villa was very clean and had everything you needed. Lovely size pool that was cleaned daily. Plenty of outside seating areas and sun loungers. The villa also had inflatables that we could use. Perfect villa and location for couples / families.

What a gorgeous villa! There’s so much space and so many wonderful amenities! It truly has everything you could want for cozy home-cooked meals and fun BBQs. The beds are super comfy, making it a perfect retreat in such a peaceful neighborhood. As a group of three women, we felt right at home and completely safe here. I’ve been to this area a few times before, so I was excited to explore again, especially with friends nearby to show us all their favorite spots. It really was an unforgettable experience! I highly recommend this villa! The outdoor furniture is high quality, and the pool is just perfect for cooling off in the sunny weather. Plus, there's a fantastic umbrella over the sofa to keep you shaded while you relax. And don’t forget the lovely area at the back for drying clothes outside. We had an amazing time during our stay! We got perfect view for the blood moon eclipse

From booking this lovely villa everything ran smoothly. The communication with the hosts was brilliant. Upon arrival the directions were great and we were greeted with a lovely welcome basket. The villa was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was just what was needed when it got a bit hot. Having the different terraces and chairs was amazing as it meant at anytime if required there was shade. The neighbours made us welcome as well. We can highly recommend this villa to couples or families.

We stayed with Aura Holiday Villas from 26th Dec'12 until 6th Jan'13. On arrival George (the Owner) of these villas greeted us personally and gave us maps of local tourist attractions and briefed us how to obtain any assistance during our stay. The villa is in perfect condition with hot shower, specious rooms, barbecue, swimming pool, private car park, wifi, fully equipped kitchen etc. Its like having another home away from home. Although we found the beds were bit hard which George quickly made arrangements to make it more comfortable, swimming pool is not heated and was not clean but we understand that it was low-season and obviously due to weather the water was too cold to swim so we didn't bother getting it cleaned or swim. I recon during the summers swimming pool must be in perfect condition. The cleaning of the villa is carried out weekly but if required, assistance is available during the day to change towels or any other reason. The convenience store, coffee shop, bar etc is at next door in a hotel which makes it easier when you stay longer. Overall a great experience staying with Aura Holiday Villas and we would return soon. Keep us the good work George and team.

We would double the star-rating if possible. The Villa is clean, modern, well equipped in a quiet area with security & privacy. The bedrooms are large - beds are comfortable, each with either a balcony or terrace. Three have an ensuite bathroom, the fourth has a bathroom adjacent to it. The kitchen was well equipped (incl extras such as a Nutribullet and Washer, both much appreciated on holiday). The outdoor layout and pool area were stunning - we spent several hours outside, even enjoyed refreshing swims in the pool (in November). The landscaping of several types of palms, yucca, old olive trees, hibiscus, plumeria, mimosa or carob trees(?) and of course the citrus orchid driveway provided shade, the sound of the wind rustling through palm fronds poolside really added to the holiday feeling that was instant upon arrival. A truly amazing villa with excellent facilities and decor, our family had a brillant time and did not want to come home! Nikolas & Efi were brillant hosts - always happy to help and very easy to get hold of regarding recommendations and they kindly extended our check out time due to a late flight home! The villa itself really is beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The little touches also didnt go unnoticed such as family games / a wireless speaker / a huge welcome hamper & fully stocked fridge / inflatables for the pool and more. We would high highly recommend this villa & we cant wait to return in the future! Thank you for having us :)

Not only is the Villa absolutely stunning, the hospitality from Nicolas and Efi was top notch. We arrived to a beautiful welcome hamper with drinks and food, the fridge had been stocked and a beautiful cake. We then received departure gifts as a memory of our stay. The facilities at the Villa we great, the pool area was lovely and the indoor furnishings were so modern and comfortable. The aircon in every room was a godsend. Everything about this stay was 5*! Cannot recommend enough.

Our stay was perfect. They provided breakfast, welcome drinks, fruits, and a special cake for the hen's party. The house is ideal, with four bedrooms, each featuring its own bathroom. The outdoor area with the pool is beautiful, surrounded by trees. We were all impressed with the service and hospitality. They allowed us to check in early and check out later than the scheduled time. The property was very clean. The view is amazing. Thank you very much for the amazing experience

I can't recommend it highly enough! The house is impeccably maintained, with spacious, airy rooms and all the modern amenities you could need. The location is ideal—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from shops, restaurants, and beaches. The garden and pool area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and memorable. We can't wait to return!

Very Comfortable property and a makes for a great stay in Coral Bay.. We had 1 x small issue which was sorted straight away by Allison. Phillipos supermarket is a 5 min walk away with free taxi service back to the Villa. The food up the strip was pretty good in general, SalaThai, Phidias, both good. Dionysos for cocktails and Zentas bar all worth a mention. The gelato shop was always busy with a great choice of flavours. We had a great time and recommend Villa Tamara as a great place to stay. The Villa was wonderful. Really spacious. Lots of sunbeds, chairs and tables and outdoor furniture. Lovely comfortable sofa and nice dining area, table and chairs. A nice welcoming feel and just round the corner from everything we needed! The Pool was lovely, really well maintained, lovely garden and not overlooked. The master bed was very comfortable and lots of towels were provided including towels for the pool.

We stayed as a family (5 adults + a baby) and overall had a very positive experience. The location is excellent: a quiet street surrounded by other villas, a 10-minute walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to cafes and shops. Inside the house, each room has its own bathroom with shower/bath, plus a guest toilet. Rooms on the second floor have sea views, while the ground floor room has its own private entrance. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the necessary pots and dishes. The villa's grounds/garden are well-maintained, and the pool is regularly maintained and cleaned – a pleasure to swim in. It also has its own parking space under the roof. The hosts were welcoming and helpful: they offered a free change of linens and towels mid-stay, allowed a late check-out, and provided a playpen and a baby bath. We can confidently recommend this villa for visiting.

This is our second visit to Villa Tamara and it won’t be our last. The villa is perfect - excellent facilities, in a great location. The pool is fantastic, the accommodation is comfortable and cool, and there are so many helpful little touches like a welcome package, and staples in the cupboards (salt and pepper, tin foil etc.) Lynn, who manages the villa, is wonderful - nothing is too much, and the minor issues we had were resolved within the hour. A car isn’t essential but we recommend it - there’s so many hidden coves and restaurants around the area. We’ve had another amazing holiday. Thank you so much 🤗

We were six people; the villa is very spacious, and accommodated us well (there are three suits here); it's charming, and beautifully decorated. The garden and general ambiance suits well both morning coffee, and evening glass of wine ! The swimming pool is well maintained. The villa close both to the restaurants, bars and other amenities, and to Coral and Corallia beaches. Tamara and Lynn (the management company) were super! and assisted us with good advice and whatever we needed. we highly recommend!

Akamas Lookout Villa is a fantastic find – peaceful yet conveniently located. The standout features are the BBQ area, sparkling pool, and relaxing hot tub. Having stayed in villas around the Coral Bay area for over 10 years, I’ve unfortunately experienced break-ins before, but here we felt completely secure. The villa’s thoughtful details really stand out: double latches on sliding doors and windows, insect screens on every opening, a generous welcome pack, and a pool that’s cleaned regularly. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. A perfect combination of comfort, security, and great facilities.

Quiet and discrete location. Mesmerizing sunsets. Luxurious and spacious villa with effective airconditioning. Pale blue open-air pool on the property that exceeded our expectations. Laourou Beach, Coral Bay, shops and restaurants with delicious and affordable local specialties accessible by car just a few minutes from the villa. We had everything we needed.

The location was absolutely ideal! The property was perfect for our family, with lots of space and a comfortable relaxed feel. It was well-equipped and beautifully clean. The hosts Tomas and Maria were the most welcoming people and our holiday was made so much easier thanks to their recommendations for places to eat and places to go.

Everything! It is spectacular! Absolutely perfect in every way - we would happily book it up for the next 10 years as we will be returning without fail!

A fantastic villa (even better than the photos) with a great pool, immaculately clean, handy location and very friendly, helpful hosts. We loved our time here and were in the pool every day as well as visiting the excellent beaches in the area. It is just a short walk to local shops and some great restaurants (a bit of a hot walk in August!) in a lovely unspoilt part of Cyprus. The villa is very well equipped and the outside area is generous and beautifully maintained. The pool is big enough to swim a few strokes in and deep enough for our daughter to do somersaults in the water. Natasha and Panikos made us feel very welcome and gave great recommendations for local restaurants, beaches and shops. We loved our two weeks here and hope to visit again!

Clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. Beautiful pool/ outside seating areas. Tastefully decorated, spacious and good location between Polis and Latchi. Would recommend having a car as there are so many places to visit but there is a little supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and you can walk down into town if needed (maybe not when it’s really hot!) The owners were lovely and when we arrived, over a welcomed glass of homemade lemonade, they spent time with us going through places to visit and recommendations for eating. They were very attentive and contacted us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely be making a return visit.

Great location just outside of the main town. Nice pool, but a little cold due to the time of year we visited. Lots of cats around the property which was a big bonus for us!

The property was clean, comfortable and really well equipped. It was in a great location, with a choice of two towns to go to and also walking distance to a beach. The hosts were amazing giving us lots of information about the area and always in hand if we needed anything.

The villa was nicely situated for us, we liked the pool and garden facilities. The beds were very comfortable, and the washing machine being in a separate room was ideal. We felt very safe and the area was quiet.

The location for us was great. The double beds were comfy, single beds not as Pool lovely although not deep

The location is perfect. Short walk to the strip at coral bay and the beach. The pool is lovely. Despite the music in the evening from the nearby hotel it was total silence inside. Outside in the pool it was free entertainment. There is also a Stunning view of the sea that isn’t in any pictures.

Very spacious outdoor area, we were 6 people and everyone had privacy if the wanted. The pool is very clean and there are pool floats there so you don’t have to bring any of your own. The kitchen has basically everything you need for cooking and there’s even a dishwasher to make cleaning easier

It’s a gorgeous house with a great sized pool, loads of space inside and out - and 10 minutes from Coral Bay. It’s perfect. There’s lots of things to make things easy: coffee, pepper, salt, washing balls, dishwasher tablets, kitchen foil, bottled water in the fridge. It’s been the most relaxed and stress free holiday ever. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth every penny.

The property was beautiful and the perfect size for our group. The views were incredible! Although we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor spaces too much due to a lot of rain, they were set up perfectly and very comfortable. The pool looked amazing and would be fantastic in warmer weather. The hosts were fantastic about answering any questions or taking care of any needs right away.
