We stayed at the Arabian court Hotel in the Royal mirage, our room was great, with picturesque views from the balcony area. the room is very spacious with a very nicely fitted out bathroom. the amenities in the room is also well thought out and amazing. The one and only Royal mirage exceeded our expectations, from the breakfast. We ate at the rotisserie buffet breakfast, with the quality of the breakfast was 5 stars and the variety was also amazing. We were allowed to also eat breakfast at the other hotels on the resort like the palace, but we were more than happy with the rotisserie breakfast area. the amenities that hotel provides is also amazing. from pool tables, to table tennis courts, to your own private entrance to the beach and a state of the art pool area for families and adults. the hotel provides free towels and water on the beach and the pool area. There is also a bars, restaurants, shish lounge, a spa, and a activity concierge to organise experiences and adventures around Dubai (dessert safari, quad biking, boat trips, sky diving, etc). The facilities are amazing, we utilised the free aqua venture park complimentary tickets for day access, I highly recommend getting an aqua express pass internally to jump questions, or expect to wait 2 hours for rides.

We absolutely loved this hotel, it was our first time in Dubai and we really wanted to stay somewhere special for my partners 30th. Drift is an amazing beach club and being so close to the hotel it’s amazing. The hotel staff are caring and lovely they have exceptional customer service!! The pools are incredible we loved the palace pool. We did a boat trip on the last night it was amazing!! Hydro sports on the beach will be able to help, it really rounded up our trip nicely !!

It was all wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, friendly staff, lovely pool and grounds. and the extra touches- marking my husband's birthday, cooling spray at the pool, evening drinks.

Service and staff are outstanding. Wide range of restaurant choices. Lots of pools to choose from including adults only and excellent poolside service. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and everything works as it should. This is our second visit in two years because of the high standard we experienced on our first trip. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Everything: check-in was quick and efficient (it was during Eid, the hotel was probably full, and we got an upgrade!), the room was impressive, the details in the room (though it wouldn't harm if they renovated the bathrooms), the condition of the property is striking (a bit aged, a professional can realise, but the effort in maintenance is remarkable), the gardens, the pools, the gyms, the breakfast, etc. But, rest assured, above everything, their people, so attentive, the service really impressed us. You'll read other reviews saying construction sites surround the hotel; this is true—it's Dubai—but you won't be disturbed: at night, you'll hear no noise at all! This was our first One and Only experience. We'll probably repeat Mirage as soon as we have a chance, and we'll also try other One and Only hotels elsewhere.

The new property is very nice. Recommend to allocate families not on the side for the adults only pool. It was a long walk for us to the family pool. Splash pad was amazing. Unfortunately to crowded and people are wearing all sort of corion dress which shouldn’t be allowed. The F&B at the pool were very limited. It was not possible to order a burger and drink at the pool. On check out day, the receptionist tried overcharging us for the late check out. That was not nice! I don’t mind paying a reasonable amount for a late check out but we were quoted a higher rate vs our room night rate. Apart from this, we had an amazing stay and would come back if we can have a burger and drink at the pool near the splash’s pad. The crows are annoying in all outdoor F&B terraces. The teams at the pools were not able to inflate a kids water toy with air. We had to go to the shops in the lobby which was little annoying. Not first time in JA ( Lake, Beach, Palmtree..) The best customer service and all people who is working! The best food in Dubai! ( restaurant 81) of talking about Lake Hotel. The people who makes desert- you are angel of cakes 🙂 such a choice! Tasty! Design! All fruits ! Kids club - my son running there . ( if you stay HB and ALL- kids club free in BB - 50 aed per 2 hours) Great pool and have pool for adults only.

Amazing location. You can use the facilities of the adjacent hotel/resorts as well. So many pools, activities and restaurants to choose from. Rooms are big and clean. Our room was facing the pool. The breakfast at restaurant 81 was amazing. The spread is quite large. Wide variety of options. It was refreshing to see glass bottles in our room rather than plastic bottles.

Having been to some of the top resorts in Dubai, I will rate JA, Jebel Ali as one of the best in Dubai. The Beach: this is probably my favorite beach in a resort. The decked view, water quality, coconut & palm trees are like nowhere else. The view is just too good from the pool (near beach volleyball area). Greenery: Another major plus. The place is so naturally green! We walked around the massive property at night and the amount of trees we passed across is just massive. Golf course view: 50+ acres.. amazing view & if you play golf, nothing like it. ( make sure you book atleast room with this view or better & nothing less. you'll end up seeing deserted side!) Great restaurant options: Good spread, quality & very caring staffs (mostly from Srilanka, liked how they were so attentive.. particularly Ratnish Kudnekar from Kinara & Rizwan, Sujith & Biken from 81) live music during buffet was a new experience!). Buggy driver Raja was also super kind & helpful. Other major positives include Swimming pool, food spread & quality, room size (huge!!) fun facilities for kids, outdoor play zone (Mini golf, TT, etc), made our trip one of the memorable staycation experiences. Obviously, Highly highly recommended.!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at One&Only The Palm, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to poolside service, they made us feel truly welcomed and looked after. The food was a standout – Zest served some of the best meals we had during our trip, and 101 was equally impressive with both the setting and the cuisine. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try Stay as it’s closed on Mondays – something to keep in mind when planning dinner reservations. A special shoutout to the lifeguard from Sri Lanka, who was not only attentive and professional but genuinely lovely to chat with. He really added a personal touch to our poolside experience. One small downside – the pool was slightly dirty in corners at times, which was surprising given the overall high standards of the resort. And while we loved relaxing by the pool, we’d suggest the resort consider bringing in a hawk or similar bird deterrent – a crow stole my earbuds while we were swimming! Rooms were exceptional and beautifully designed. Overall, though, this is a truly beautiful and peaceful retreat. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We have Just returned from a wonderful memorable stay the One and Only the Palm the hotel is outstanding if your looking for a relaxing beautiful hotel this is the one it’s so intimate and friendly set in wonderful grounds and gardens , The staff can’t do enough for you everyone is friendly professional and happy The rooms are amazing there are plenty of restaurants serving first class food with lots of choice it was hard to pick which one to eat at. The swimming pools are huge beautiful sun beds with very attentive pool staff you want for nothing The general manager Mr Rahul Sharma holds a cocktail evening to introduce and himself and get to know his guests a lovely little touch which enables guests and staff alike to get to know one another. Our host Sujith looked after all our needs booking reservations etc , also a lovely lady on reception named Casey was so helpful and attentive to all our needs , all of the staff poolside in the restaurant’s and around the resort go above and beyond to make your stay an unforgettable experience. It’s a modern luxurious beautifully appointed resort which is set in peaceful tranquil surroundings you won’t be disappointed , a wonderful hidden gem We are looking forward to returning next year for another truly memorable stay

We've been 5 times now and just can't bring ourselves to stay anywhere else in Dubai. If you value tranquility and service rather than the usual chaos of Dubai, this is the place. We normally do 7 days here without even leaving, but after about 5 days you'll start to get a little bored with the food despite a very extensive array of menus. This is difficult to compete with, and see it as a positive. The Suite with Pool is nice, especially if you have youngsters who need to nap in the day. In typical O&O fashion they don't market this very well, which is fine by me. What you probably don't know is they built an entirely new, huge pool (adult only) over the water, which has a combination of beds and seating along with a full bar. That makes it the 3rd pool at this resort(!), and you barely see anyone else as a result. Bliss.

My husband and I consider OOTP to be our second home. For 13 years in a row, we have been returning to our favorite spot. OOTP is an excellent property, it is a resort with 95 rooms in total including beach villas with stunning views of the Palm. What also makes the stay so special is the tailor-made service and the staff. They do their best to look after the guests and ensure the service is top class unlike the huge resorts where you need to walk to your room and wait for service to get what you need. In this resort your requirements are fulfilled with out hassle. We spend our days pool side at the main pool. In the company of the Recreation Manager, Tharindu who runs the department superbly. Ved, Mahesh and their team are incredible and are a credit to the One&Only brand. The quality manager Mr. Cue walks around the area which is not something you see in other hotels. He ensures the quality of the brand. Since I do not know all of the names, The majority of staff have foreign names and remembering just one is quite difficult. However, all the staff are friendly from the lobby doorman up to the restaurant and even the housekeeper who was cleaning our room The newly appointed manger at Zest, Hassan who we knew previously from101 is the ultimate professional restaurant manager who brings ambience, style and flair. Huge thanks to Andrew and Ian our hosts and everyone who has contributed towards making our stay so fantastic.

I had have the pleasure of returning once again to this stunning property. Repeat clients tend to spend their days around one of the three pools in the very capable hands of Tharindu, Ved and Mahesh, who cater to our every need, with grace, friendliness and a huge welcoming smile. I have been assisted as usual by my wonderful Host, Noushad, who with his organisational skills and expertise makes my vacation an amazing experience. In Zest, Hassan has brought warmth and professionalism, he has created a similar atmosphere as he did in 101, which he previously managed and established as one of the best restaurants in Dubai. All of the staff in Zest are a credit to O&O especially Kule and Izza. The Lounge Bar is expertly run by Faye, a rising O&O star, who has grown into the role and will continue to do so. I have had the pleasure of using Room Service which is overseen and Managed by Pritesh, who has done a marvellous job catering to my every need. It is impossible not to mention Kingsley, Abdul and Janna as incredible members of staff, plus the unsung heroes of O&O The Palm, which is the Housekeeping Department, my gratitude must go to Maria & Kapil who looked after my room and also to Shariff who for many years has kept the pool area absolutely spotless, he is a happy, jovial and hardworking character. Thank you O&O team!

To have a Bedouin Suite with private pool in the middle of the desert is amazing. Seeing animals in the wild as you sit around the pool or waiting around the conservation.

Just an unreal experience, the staff are out of this world helpful. The resort was insane. Private pool, dinner in the desert and the evening camel ride with champers waiting in the dunes. Just unreal.

This hotel has it all. The views, the amenities and beautiful rooms. This is a must if you want to experience the desert in UAE. The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean. The bathroom is gorgeous! Having your own private pool is a plus! The activities in the resort are great. The staff is knowledgable and very friendly. It is a peaceful resort and the wildlife is truly amazing. You will definitely see the animals from your room or if you go for a walk. The food was outstanding. We recommend the sand dunning, camel ride and falconry for the activities.

We had the best time staying at Al Maha. The service was impeccable throughout our stay and the food was incredible. The private pool was much bigger than some other villas we’ve visited in the UAE and the views we amazing. It was incredible having the gazelles wander up to our villa and we even got to see some Oryxes from afar. We would happily return to Al Maha again and hopefully for a much longer stay the next time round

This was without doubt the best hotel we have been to in a long while. The luxury and level of service were boosted even more by the fact that it is seeped in a nature preserve and the oryx/gazelles actually come up to your private pool for a drink. Special mention for Mira and Airlene who really made this an unforgettable stay.

Lovely hotel but a little far away from most popular areas. The spa is lovely as are the rooms. The pool and beach area are very busy and that’s due to them offering day trippers access. Getting space by the pool is hard unless you get there at 7am which I refuse to do as I am on holiday! But there is always space on the beach. Huge hotel but the food in the restaurants are fantastic but be ready to let that wallet rein free! !

This is definitely the best restaurant I ever stayed. To start with the welcome team when you arrive by car. Then the exuberance and the beauty of the hotel outside and the lobby which is breathtaking. All the staff of this hotel are amazing and very well trained. ALL OF THEM you come across within the premises. The dishes of the many restaurants are delicious. Swimming pool fascinating, the beach you have a few meters of very comfortable lounges with enormous sun umbrellas and immediately enormous and good quality towels are supplied. Water, lolly ice cream, sunglasses cleaning, cool face towels and sun cream factor 30 and 50 are supplied. There is a device where you press to have bar service to your lounge. THIS HOTEL IS SPECTACULAR ❤️

I travel to this hotel regularly during school holidays and it is my favourite for safety, opulence, incredible food and service. My 12 year old loves that I can take him to the gym, it’s easy to travel to marina:JBR area from here & the pool area is busy but good. Value for money is incredible & I can’t wait to return again at Easter. Staff in check in and check out are incredible.

Beautiful location with great vistas of The Palm and Atlantis. Spacious rooms, family friendly atmosphere, and helpful staff who facilitated everything from Airport transfer to tour bookings and dinner reservations. Several restaurants specializing in various cuisine types, with great tasting food. Well attended private beach area and pools. Highly recommend Zabeel Saray amongst the resorts in the Palm Jumeirah.

The hotel was stunning, staff very professional and keen to make our stay perfect. Room was luxurious and housekeeping excellent. Breakfast buffet gave lots of healthy and delicious options, the spa was perfect and pool area clean, well staffed and had vigilant lifeguards. We look forward to going back.

Impressive, opulent, elegant, understated luxury. We were taken straight to our suite, greeted with roses, champagne, strawberries, chocolates, fruit and balloons. When shown around our suite, we had been upgraded and had our own pool, amazing. The main pool area was very impressive, water fountains, jacuzzi area in the pool with sun beds, swim up bar. Smoothie, ice cream bar around the pool. Good breakfast selection. Villamore restaurant was very good, fresh food, they also did the food around the pool. Staff and service were outstanding, certain members of the front of house, reception and Villamore team helped make our stay particularly special. Would stay again. Highly recommend a visit.

I had such a wonderful time at Villamore Beach Pool Club in Kempinski The Palm. The atmosphere is effortlessly chic yet relaxed, with stunning views of the Palm and a stylish Mediterranean-inspired setting. The pool and beach area are beautifully maintained, offering the perfect balance between comfort and luxury. The food was fresh and flavorful, with a great variety of Mediterranean dishes and refreshing drinks to enjoy by the pool. The service was also excellent—attentive without being intrusive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Excellent and friendly staff. Good facilities around the pool & beach areas (pool bar, snacks,bbq and towels provided for sun loungers). A car or taxi is needed as it takes around 10 minutes to get off the palm into dubai.

The pool staff was one of the best pool stuff I’ve ever worked with. There were really amazing helpful and generous. Specially Abdul and the other guy I can’t remember his name they were amazing

Outstanding hotel and overall experience….probably the best hotel we’ve experienced and we have stayed in all the main chains in Dubai. We normally stay at the Atlantis royal or Jumeirah beach hotel but the overall experience here at Kempinski was actually better. We had a 2 bed suite which was amazing. Spacious and all the amenities anyone could need. The hotel is in a brilliant location . We did Watersports etc easily. The swimming pool is ace. Aside from all this though, what makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They can’t do enough for you. They are just superb, every one of them. The personal touches and service received is just so special. The little things like speaking to the the kids and making conversation with them is so nice. A special mention to Ahmed Adel the night manager who is just excellent and Sophie (I think) who checked us in. A really personal check in experience. When my kids say this is one of the best hotels they’ve stayed at and want to come back , that tells you everything! Can’t wait to come back

My stay at Bulgari was excellent. The staff were exceedingly friendly and cheerful, and my room was amazing -- very spacious, with a large outdoor balcony space, and a bathtub situated to take in the Dubai skyline. The pool and beach were exceptional, I loved the large beds surrounding the pool, and service was top notch; I received a miniature smoothing and skewer of fruit during the time I was there. Overall, this is a great place to get a bit away from Dubai and relax in peace.

We really didnt need to leave this property and we would have had the greatest trip to Dubai - it represents an amazing country very well! This property has the elegance of any of the finest hotels in the world and is located in one of the most exciting places in the world! The Bulgari Dubai is unquestionably the finest hotel in the UAE. The property is elegant state of the art, but the entire Team there is what makes them the best of the best. From the parking, front door, security, check in, housekeeping, spa, coffee lounge, gym-pool, cigar bar, restaurant and shop staff, you simply will not meet a finer group of people. There is nothing that the rooms are missing for a perfect stay, and even if there were something you could think of, the hotel Management would solve the issue in the blink of an eye. Pep, the brilliant manager, and every member of his team, make this hotel the finest of the amazing Dubai 5,star hotel scene. My advice, spoil yourself and go spend a week with them. I won’t use any other hotel in Dubai. Pep, just keep doing what you do. Please don’t change a thing. Thanks, Daniel

I have travelled the world and never have I experienced such an incredible customer experience in my life. They decorated my room filled with balloons for my birthday, each and every staff member remembered my name, pool service was second to none, you were never waiting at reception and private dining was stellar. To be honest, I would return to Dubai purely for this hotel. My partner and I had an experience like no other and I can safely say this exceeded any possible expectation I had. Thank you to all the outstanding staff who made our stay so special.

Food great and reasonable price. Hotel staff very accommodating. Room fantastic. I Will definitely stay again. Peaceful stay. Loved the ice pops and Evian spray at the pool nice touch! Only negative feedback is allowing guests to reserve their sunbeds at the main pool they place a towel and leave some belongings then they go to breakfast and return to their beds a hour later. This really lowers the quality of the hotel and should not be accommodated!

It is a great hotel and great service everybody very attentive. Just keep in mind there is nothing except the hotel and its great Beach in the area. If you play golf. I think it is a great court but we do not so enjoyed the great food, swimming pool and beach

Really nice hotel. Went there in August/ September for a couple local gateway during COVID times. Very spacious room with nice pool/sea view and just a short taxi ride away from Dubai. Very relaxing place for a couple. Beach is very nice, better than other Ajman hotels.

Very nice resort! Modern, beautiful, aesthetically pleasing. Large territory, 85 m long pool, private beach... SPA, yoga and meditation free classes. Two restaurants with amazing food. Golf nearby. Definitely will be back

We were visiting Dubai for the first time as a part of our honeymoon. This hotel did not disappoint and was a stand out in our overall trip. From the moment we arrived the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they made our honeymoon visit so special. The facilities were great, room was so relaxing and comfortable. The hotel had excellent food options which meant we never wanted to leave for our breakfast. When we came back after a long day in the desert Veranga surprised us with a beautiful bubble bath waiting for our return. We continue to miss going downstairs to the stunning outdoor pool with the always helpful Glenn there to assist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone whether you are visiting for business or pleasure. Cannot wait to come back!

This hotel is a gem in downtown dubai its a short taxi ride to the dubai mall and burj kalifha and a slightly longer ride to the Emirates mall and the marina which are all worth a visit the hotel staff where polite helpful and caring the food was excellent especially the indian restaurant on site the food was also excellent i would also like to thank the hotel for birthday cake and a bon voyage cake lovely and thoughtful touch we will definitely be returning in the future

With experiences in other Nikki Beach clubs and other hotels in Dubai, my expectations were high. I have to say they were exceeded - the staff is extremely friendly and professional. None of the arrogance you would find in Miami or Saint Tropez. Instead: smiles, helpfulness - the highlight was the food: clearly this is Dubai where things are over the top. Breakfast was a highlight with high quality ingredients at the buffet, custom egg dishes changing every day etc. Basically the chef and staff treat every dish (including poolside menu) as an attempt to please your palate and succeed - the refrigerated pool was a delight in the heat and with the beach just nearby it is a pleasure - the shisha menu is amazing and surprising - young kids were not out of place playing in the pool and at the same time there was the Nikki Beach vibe with DJ and women taking endless instagram selfies as everywhere at Nikki On the improvement points - rooms are great and classy with high end products but miss some convenience details like hangers for wet swimsuits and towels in the bathroom - the ambiance in August is not what you'd expect at Nikki but it is not the hotel's fault it is just the season. Very quiet in the evening, nobody dancing by the pool, very limited topless and champagne craziness. That said the music was great all day long

Food 10/10 for breakfast, lunch and dinner - really exceptional. Everything was meticulously clean. Great pool loungers and shade, helpful pool staff. Nice vibe, on Saturday the music was too loud but otherwise a nice vibe. Short trip to airport makes it very convenient.

Hotel is very well done with amazing features. The room was super clean and the food was very good. The pool is great with the best sun loungers in Dubai! Service around the pool was a little slow but better than average.

We loved this hotel. I was worried as we were arriving because it is in an area where all the surrounding houses are being built and there is not much around. You can't walk anywhere from the hotel but this is true of most hotels in Dubai. It is a short taxi ride to Downtown Financial and Old Dubai districts but farther from Palm and Marina, where we stayed for the second half of our trip. We had a 2 BR Family suite and it was huge and beautiful view of the beach. I would not recommend the rooms on the backside of the hotel because the view is of the ugly construction of all the houses. Maybe in a year when they are finished it will be a prettier view. The breakfast which was included was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. The dinner we had was just ok and my son says the frozen Truffle pizza from Trader Joe's is better than the truffle pizza he had there, and the sushi was also so-so. The fish was excellent though. The only thing I didn't love about this hotel is the open bathroom format- the shower with no walls. No privacy and a bit chilly. That was weird and hard for my teen kids that were sharing a bathroom and so didn't want to be in there at the same time. Luckily the suite had a 3rd bathroom to use! The beach and pool areas are nice and good music. Overall this hotel has a very cool, hip feel (my teens loved) but is also nice and luxurious. Super relaxing and pretty. Hopefully they will keep it updated so it doesn't start to feel rundown over time.

Amazing resort on the beach near Dubai. Only the best for room, staff and service. Travelled the world, this is at the top for quality and a beach break. Definitely going back. If you want the party pool option, you get extra access down the beach. If you want quiet and luxury, that's the minimum that you get here. Very high quality resort with no expense spared at all levels.

He showed me the true generosity of Dubai with my WONDERFUL upgrade to huge apartment with a private pool. ‏I love Ranim who is sweet and kind ‏I also love my experience at the breakfast buffet with Reeta and Boss Kaza ‏The food is super delicious and the staff are simply among the best in Dubai

This is the fourth time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel and it won’t be the last. The apartments are spacious and clean. The dining area has been completely refurbished and is excellent. The breakfast provided was great. The pool area is really good, with lots of sun beds, and offers a great view of the sea and the Palm from the pool deck. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made our stay all the more enjoyable. There is a tram stop (and also bus stops) right outside the hotel, which makes travelling to the Marina, Jumeirah Beach Walk, and the Palm very quick and easy. All in all we had an excellent holiday and look forward to returning soon.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Arjaan. They were even able to accommodate our 8am arrival. The hotel is located right on the tram line next to the Media City stop. It is also easy to find at night because it is not clustered near other towers and has a pair of jewel like blue domes on top at night. The service was fantastic, quickly answering our every request and ensuring my family and I had a memorable trip. We purchased the breakfast rate, which was money well spent. The breakfast buffet has influences from America, Britain, India, the Middle East and the Mediterranean. Everything was fresh and delicious. Our deluxe rooms had a view of the Gulf, the Palm Jumeirah, and the Burj Al Arab. The April breezes were a treat when sitting out on the balcony. Everything was clean with plenty of room, and daily housekeeping even though it is an “hotel apartment.” The atrium was gorgeous, and the pool made you feel like you were in an advertisement. We loved it and you will too.

Good hotel the pool need to be equipped Witt swimming tools such as towels , beds …etc

Best of the best; I wish I had an option to give them more stars. We stayed in many hotels around the world, from US to Canada, in Europe and east Asia but without any doubt this was one of the greatest experience we have ever had. Clean and neat building, modern room, super friendly staff and great breakfast buffet are all there. If you stay there, you may visit city's historic landmarks, or the blue and date souks which are just around the corner.

The frontdesk staff and dinning staff were wonderful and accommodating. I was blessed with an upgraded room. Unfortunately the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Also twice i up the room sign for making up but Housekeeping didn’t come during the day. My last day they came at 8pm at night. Overall i had a great experience at this property.

The stay at the hotel was ok. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. We didnt meet other staff since they didn't offer food in thr package and we only slept in the rooms. We didnt use any other amenities. The guys at the entrance doors wete quite helpful in assising with taxis.

Very god stay, convinient and clean. And we did a very late check out and they did not charge us. it was a very nice gesture from theIr side, and we apreciatted it very much. chinese restaurant is excellent. that guy in the kitchen knows what´s doing. we will for sure be back.

I was staying in a 3 bedroom apartment with Private Pool. Everything was perfect. 10/10 I moved to Family Apartment 3 Bedroom, I would rate that 8.5/10. Rest, everything was perfect. I would recommend anyone this property. The housekeeping 'Mohammed Junaid' was Excellent.

We have a enjoyable experience stay in 3Bedroom with private pool sea side view and we plan to book again for the next company teambuilding. Special mention to Sir Angelo, Artur he is very accomodating and very professional customer service, he make sure that we enjoy and satisfied during our stay at the hotel.

Wonderful hotel - the location and the staff make it amazing! We upgraded to the 3-bedroom apartment with a private pool and the money was well worth it. The only issue we had during our stay was the amount of pigeons that poo on the balcony and in the pool. However - a call to housekeeping got that sorted quickly. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful. The staff make it a fabulous experience. They are very accommodating and helpful. There are a lot of food options just outside the elevator, and also shopping. Out the front of the main reception is the Marina Tram which is really helpful to get to Marina Mall or if you want to link to the main train system, however taxis are plentiful and cheap. Our housekeeping team of M:R Madhv, Dan Bahadher and Reshma did an amazing job of looking after us - always clean with plenty of towels, some days they were made into animals :-) Thank you. I would stay here again.

Great location. Spotlessly clean apartment - thank you Ujjal and Yubaraj for all your hard work. Staff all friendly, helpful and polite. Pools - clean, water warm, lovely towels and great pool life guards.Close to the beach. Hope to return next year.

Fab location just a quick external lift and you are at the walk for restaurants and bars. Both pools were nice and very welcome in the heat, the back pool having a view of the wheel(see pic)Half board was ok , breakfast plentiful, always seemed to be short of cereal bowls. Evening meals were ok, curries, pastas etc, deserts were good, especially the brownies. Our room was kept spotless by the cleaner. A special mention to Lawrence ,in the dining room. He was so polite and friendly, nothing was too much bother for him, management , you have a real gem there!
