Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Dubrovnik

We’ve absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sun Gardens. We stayed in an apartment and it was in an amazing state. Has everything you need and you can always ask reception for any requests like cleaning hours, how often cleaning happens etc. We stayed here with a 1 year old and we enjoyed the pools, restaurants and transportation options offered. Everything was in a very good state and people were very friendly. The only downsides of the hotel were the pool temperature outside and inside. For children the indoor pool is a little on the cool side and the outside pool is non heated so if the weather has been bad, it’s way too cold for children to play in the pool. Would be nice if that was heated for the little ones. The other downside was the grocery store at the hotel. I get that things are more expensive due to the nature of the hotel and the convenience but the prices are inflated too much. If you have an apartment you really can’t do proper grocery shopping without questioning your sanity at the til. I mean 8 euros for a tray of mushroom… really? But besides that I would say it’s amazing and we enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, good facilities, great restaurant and amazing accommodation

It is an amazing resort with amazing facilities, we stayed here for 5 days ! 1. The resort is spread accross a large area with stunning sea views all around. 2. Theres a private sea beach and 3 pools, including children’s pool. Ample and fresh towels and bathrobes are provided from the spa area and near the pools. The views are stunning from the pools as well. 3. Rooms are clean and spacious, with everything you imagine available at your disposal. Loved it when the house keeping would re-fill our coffee and tea provisions on demand :) 4. Theres a grocery store, hairdresser and general store where you find clothing, hawaians etc. 5. There are 5 restaurants on the premises, Veranda veing the best out of them. Breakfast is included, and theres a wideeee selection of options to choose from. Stunning sea views from breakfast restaurant as well And the besssst part of the resort are the staff. Everybody is so courteous, so nice, amazingly helpful, and we are always greeted with a warm smile. This made our stay much more special ❤️

This was a special holiday booked for my 70th birthday, and it didn’t disappoint pure luxury from the minute we arrived had 10 nights here, staff were so lovely, but we must give an extra special thank you to the Concierge staff, Enisa, Ema, Petra, Isidore and Leo, they went above and be-honed and made our stay extra special, it was our Granddaughters Graduation and we’re going to miss it, so Isidora came to our room and put the link onto our tv so that we could watch the ceremony in private, it made our holiday, they arranged for the golf cart to take us to every restaurant and back every day, also took us and picked up from adult pool which was too far for me to walk every day, the pool staff at the adult pool were wonderful I asked for a chair the first day because of my hip problem then every day after they automatically put a chair next to our beds without us asking, the towel stations are really good beds have lovely thick cushions so really comfortable, we booked a deluxe double room with sea view which was large and the view unbelievable, video attached, breakfast we preferred on ground 0 it’s quiet and very tranquil and plenty of choice, so looking forward to returning to The Sun Gardens in 2026, we would highly recommend this hotel, Happy Holidays xx

The stay at Sun Gardens was great and all the recommendations for this resort. The accommodation and food are excellent, the apartments have everything you need for a longer stay. Beautiful promenades, swimming pools, beaches, restaurants for every taste, shops are what you need for a great vacation. The spa center has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, beauty treatments, as well as bars for a more pleasant stay. For children, there is a children's pool, playgrounds, large areas for riding bikes, scooters, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent and adapted to everyone's taste. Free parking. Wifi is free in the entire complex. Excellent hotel and service.

The location is very nice, about 15 minutes from Dubrovnik, on a mountain side, with a great view of the sea. The amenities and facilities are fantastic with 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a spa, sauna, gym and more. We loved the indoor pool which is free to use. The breakfast is super varied and delicious. Lots of choices and very distinct. The rooms were very spacious, had a lot of great amenities, a welcome kit, free welcome wine and chocolate and a super quiet and peaceful vibe.

Not quite what we were expecting. Some of the pictures used are not of the hotel and are slightly misleading. Not a pretty hotel from the outside and certainly not in a prime location. The poolside terrace rooms are not what you think they’ll be. Yes you have a terrace and yes it’s poolside, just that the pool is 5ft above the terrace, so you are actually looking at a wall! One of our rooms was upgraded on arrival to a sea view room, shame you have to look out down the street and over other buildings to see a glimmer of the sea. The hotel does not have a restaurant, the breakfast is held in the bar area and there aren’t many nice restaurants within walking distance. However we did use Uber quite a bit and that worked out fine. This was to be our last stop on our tour of Croatia and I had hoped to finish it in style. The staff were lovely

Wow, what a gem of a hotel. Our room looked like it had just been personally cleaned by a superhero with a vacuum. Spotless, modern, comfy bed that felt like sleeping on a supportive cloud. Fridge? Check. Coffee and tea? Check. Balcony for dramatic morning coffee sipping? Also check. Breakfast was included and honestly could have been its own attraction. Fresh food, hot and cold options, bacon, eggs, sausage, the works. And then came the coffee. Not just regular coffee, but fancy barista magic. The cappuccino was so good I briefly considered proposing to it. Yes, it was October and the pool was not heated. Did that stop me? Of course not. I jumped in like a brave, slightly shivering champion. It was less swimming and more involuntary cold plunge therapy, but I survived and felt strangely proud of myself. The real stars of this hotel are the employees. They answered every question, gave directions, made recommendations, and kept bringing us delicious drinks like coffee angels. Maria and Ines were especially amazing. They went the extra kilometers to make us feel welcome, cared for, and caffeinated. Would 100 percent stay again. Preferably when the pool is warmer, but either way, I am coming back for that cappuccino.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. From start to finish everything was brilliant for us. Staff were all amazing - helpful, friendly, happy, smiley, wonderful. Lydija at breakfast was our server and nothing was too much trouble. She had a gorgeous smile every day and a wonderful memory! Elma on reception, again a beautiful smile to greet you every day and so helpful. In fact every single member of staff we were in contact with were amazing. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and the pastries and cakes - wow! All homemade and delicious baked by the onsite pastry chef (sorry didn't get her name ). Rooms were very good size and extremely clean with our room's balcony overlooking the pool (closed for the season but not an issue for us). Cannot say enough about how enjoyable our stay here was. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Anyone coming to the beautiful Dubrovnik should book a stay here. Gruz is a great base for visiting everything in the old town and the bus stop is literally outside of the hotel. Such a wonderful place and staff. Thank you all for an amazing stay!

Great hotel, close to the port, bus stop right outside the hotel takes you into the old town in about 10 minutes on the bus otherwise it’s a good 30-40 minute walk which we did once. The staff here are incredibly friendly particularly one lady at breakfast unfortunately I don’t know her name but she gave us some really good recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit so thank you. Also the reception staff were very helpful too (Jan and Elma) with recommendations so thank you both. We visited mid June the hotel room we had was a superior sea view food was lovely very spacious and clean and modern. The pool is small but it was lovely as it was so quite pretty much the whole time we were staying here (7 days) and we sometimes had it to ourselves. The hotel area is very quiet there are plenty of good restaurants just a short walk away dotted around the harbour we did also eat in the old town which is a must visit it’s absolutely beautiful

My wife and I spent a very pleasant week at this hotel. It is very nicely situated in a quiet area but within close, albeit hilly, walking distance to the harbour, shops and several restaurants. The hotel is small and very friendly. All the staff went out of their way to make out stay as pleasant as possible. We had a very nice, quiet, room on the top floor (as I had requested at the time of booking). The room was nicely furnished and had everything we would have expected including a comfortable bed, powerful a/c, good wi-fi and a refrigerator for cold drinks. Sleep quality was excellent. We took breakfast each morning and enjoyed the selection of cold options available. We stayed clear of the 'hot' (actually lukewarm) dishes. Coffee was of excellent quality. We used the (smallish) swimming pool a couple of times and found it nice but a little cold (it seems to be unheated). We didn't try the spa facilities. Overall, a very nice little hotel.

Loved the outdoor space with the private pool and terrace. Accommodation was very clean. It was within walking distance of the Old Town of Dubrovnik.

Ida welcomed us with a lovely surprise of some food and drinks then showed us round the gorgeous villa, gave us lots of advice on the area, places to eat and things to do and then handed us the keys. The villa is amazing!! There were six of us - two couples and two children. We each had a double room, the beds extremely comfortable with air con in each room. There are two bathroom/shower rooms and two separate toilets. The kitchen is very well equipped and a comfortable lounge. The pool and garden is cleaned every morning and the villa was immaculate overall. The location of the villa is perfect to walk to the old town (10mins) and also to explore the other side - marina etc. it’s secluded and quite so great for relaxing after exploring. Ida was contactable for any advice/ideas and a super host overall☺️ 100% recommend you stay here!

We have had the most wonderful stay! Everything was great with this house. Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. We booked this house due to its location as we wanted to be close to the Old City but not actually in it. Just 10 minutes’ walk. We just loved the pool where we spent a lot of time just hanging out. Would recommend this house to everyone and maybe someday we can come back. We also loved the fact that our fantastic host Ida checked in with us from time to time to make sure we were OK, if we needed anything and came with good suggestions. To me that is great customer service.

We were welcomed with a sparkling clean house that accommodated our two families (4 adults and 4 teenagers) wonderfully well. We were in walking distance to a nice bakery and a Konzum grocery store. The pool was a perfect place to relax and hang out. When we ventured to the old town or the beach, it was an easy and pleasant walk for all of us. Ida herself was amazing — she was an exceptional host who was immediately available to help us plan activities or reliable transport. She was kind and helpful and also very knowledgeable about history and context for this gorgeous setting.

Everything! We really loved the location, as is 7 min walking distance to the old city. The villa is very very beautiful and clean and has a very beautiful garden with a nice pool, which is cleaned on a daily basis. And most important, the host, Ida, is exceptional!!! She helped us with the plane transfer, reservations, lots of important information and everything we needed! Whenever we needed anything, we called Ida and she gladly helped us, like a personal guide to everything in Dubrovnik!

We were in the villa in a group of 11 and it was great stay. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one in the bedroom, the second one common) downstairs, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms (also one in the bedroom and second one common). One person slept on the sofa in the living room, so I'd rather recommend the villa for group of 10 for maximum comfort, but sleeping on the sofa was still OK. There was an extra toilet outside next to the pool. There was also bar with fridge in the pool area. Pool was big and the water was warm, there was even pool shower. There were enough parking spaces for 3 cars. There were also ice cubes maker, huge speaker and coffee maker available. We loved sitting by the table under the tree. There was no problem with late check in, host waited to greet us. I recommend staying in the villa.

The villa comfortably sleeps 10 adults. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plus an additional guest toilet by the pool. Rooms were air-conditioned. There are thoughtful touches throughout the house, including an ice machine, pool floats, and a bar fridge right by the pool. The kitchen is well-equipped for group catering (cooking oil, salt and pepper were provided). We also loved the barbeque! There is a dishwasher and a washing machine, detergent provided. Zaton is a charming village with its own bars, restaurants, bakery (cash only) and a small grocery store. It is a 5 minute stroll from the villa to the water, with plenty of spots to swim. What a pleasure to be away from the chaos of the Old Town! Above all, the best thing about the villa is the host. Ognjen went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From driving us to the larger grocery store to do a big shop at the beginning of our stay, to providing recommendations and directions for activities, to helping us find a French press to make coffee, nothing was too much to ask. Thank you Ognjen! We would highly recommend Villa Olivila.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful holiday home in Zaton, just outside Dubrovnik. First of all, the host was amazing – super friendly, quick and clear in communication, and very helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt well-organized from the start. The house itself is spotless and feels brand new. Everything is very well maintained and fully equipped — fast and reliable WiFi, new air conditioning units in every room, great showers, and large, comfortable beds with quality mattresses. You can tell real care has gone into this place. Outside, there’s a lovely pool with sunbeds and towels, a shaded dining area, and a great BBQ setup. Our kids loved having their own separate apartment, complete with a foosball table and dartboard. There were also pool floats, balls, and games provided, which was a nice touch. There’s plenty of parking space at the property. The location is peaceful but convenient — easy to reach by car and just a short drive to Dubrovnik. The small harbor in Zaton is within walking distance. While Zaton itself is quiet and not overly lively, it’s a great base for a relaxing week with day trips in the area. All in all, a fantastic stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Villa was beautiful and it had so much to do like table football, darts, badminton and when I asked if they had volleyball the owner bought one for us. Pool was amazing and it had many sunbeds. Owner had bought us water, orange juice and two wine bottles which was so friendly. The owner was a sweetheart and super helpful. I asked for bus information and they told me about them and that shops are usually closed at sundays and then told me which stores are open that day. Owner told that we did not have to do any cleaning and that they will take care of everything. Villa had much cooking things and the grill was also nice. Owner also gave us coffee tablets for the coffee machine. Villa also had icecube maker which was very nice in the hot weather. Could not wish for better villa or better host. Thank you very much :). We were very impressed with the whole NINON experience. This is an amazing boutique hotel and the owners should be extremely proud of what they have created. The hotel itself is perched on the side of the hill, with gorgeous views out over Lopud and Sipan island. The architectural expertise of the owners is clear, and you will have a lot of fun spotting all the lovely details they have put in! We enjoyed many meals on the terrace looking out over the bay, with just amazing food and incredible service from Diana and our great hosts. Honestly, the food was not far off being some of the best that I have ever eaten, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was a wonderful event in itself. It’s about 20-25min from central Dubrovnik, so it’s well out of the way of the main tourist areas, but still well connected with the nearby bus service or an easy drive. NINON can even arrange speedboat transfers to the islands for you… There’s a perfect infinity pool on the terrace, but also a beautiful (stony) beach at the bottom of the hill. Most importantly of all the NINON team clearly love what they do - and this shows in the quality of this hotel. Congratulations to all at NINON for your first season!

Have just spent 3 days at this amazing hotel and can only say good things! I was looking for a quiet hotel for a solo week-end retreat and this was more than perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a glass of bubbly and made to feel at home by Diana who is a wonderful host. The pool is wonderful with stunning views and I spent most of my time there. The food was outstanding! I basically ate there every single evening and each time, it was something different but really tasted like home made food. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any time being alone. The decor is really beautifully and tastefully done, with lots of personal touches. The rooms are comfortable, simplistic and modern. What I especially loved about this hotel is the fact it is family-run. It makes for a much more personal and intimate experience. If there was one small negative thing it was the wasps in the dining area, but not something that can be hugely controlled by the hotel. If you’re looking for a luxury retreat, then this place is definitely the way to go!

We had a fantastic three-night stay at NINON towards the end of the 2020 season. We relaxed from the moment we stepped in to the beautifully designed small hotel (the owners' father is an architect) and spent most of our time chilling by their infinity pool and admiring the view. The hotel is a 45 minute drive from Dubrovnik and is located 10 minutes walk from the beach (perhaps slower walking uphill on the way back). When at the hotel we enjoyed with lovely three-course breakfasts and dinners and nice lunchtime treats. The food was fantastic and well-priced, so there's no need to eat out, but the owners were also happy to recommend their favourite local spots. A nice way to relax at the end of our Croatia travels.

Treat yourself & stay here……I promise it will be the highlight of your trip to Croatia. It was private & luxurious, with wonderful service and excellent food. We felt as if we were staying with friends at an incredible Villa! Interior design touches from Bali, an infinity edge pool & stunning views of the Elaphiti Islands in a quiet paradise…..topped off with incredible 3 course breakfasts, & optional lunch & dinner.

Ninon was a wonderful property that really makes you feel like you're part of their family. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik but close enough to still go tour. The pool is ao relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay here. Villa is beautiful and handily positioned for all the amenities on offer in Mlini. The owner Goran was amazing, and greeted us on arrival with his wife with a bottle of wine and beers! Nothing was too much trouble for them, regular pool cleaning and fresh towels throughout our stay and provided us with great advice and sorted out transport for 7 people when we needed it. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Avoca

Very cozy villa 🥰 Hospitable and caring hosts. The villa has everything you need for quality rest for 4 adults and 4 children. The pool, bedrooms and kitchen are perfectly equipped. Amazing views from the balconies. Everything is fine. I recommend it. The warmest memories 🤩

Great location near the airport and close to Dubrovnik, Uber was the best way to get around. The host let us know about a shortcut to get to the town if walking. Villa was secure with an electric gate. It had everything you need, even a washing machine and clothes horse to wash and dry clothes while away. Views from the villa were spectacular. Large living area and 4 bathrooms. Host also sent a lot of links of things to do, booking trips etc. Very useful. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely stunning villa with private pool – a perfect getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Croatia. The property is even more impressive in person – spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The private pool was a highlight: clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a lovely terrace perfect for sunbathing or dining outdoors. The location is peaceful and offers a lot of privacy, yet still close to local attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. Everything we needed was available at the villa – from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Dubrovnik! The house is very spacious with 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a game room, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Each pair of bedrooms shares a bathroom, which worked out really well for our group. Everything was spotless on arrival, with plenty of towels provided for both the shower and the pool. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches—there were fruits, tea, coffee, and milk left for us, which was perfect since we arrived late and needed coffee the next morning. The villa also has a dishwasher, which made things much easier during our stay. The owner was fantastic—very responsive and kind. He checked in to make sure we settled in well, touched base a couple of times during our stay, and even reached out on our departure day when flights were delayed due to strong winds. Overall, an amazing place with excellent facilities and a very caring host. Highly recommend!

Everything was awesome, we were 13 people 8 adults and 5 kids and everyone gives Villa Petmat the highest grade! The location suited us perfect, nice village with kind neighbers.. The house had many activites for the children and also for adults.. It was really nice to have a pool and jacuzzi, the kids loved to jump between jacuzzi and the pool.. The BBQ grill was big and easy to use.. The house had everything you need to make dinner and stay! Also nice beds.. Really luxury house and everything was new and fresh! Not the last time we will stay here..

We were a group of 12 friends, and had an amazing time here. The owner is friendly, if you need anything, he will help you. The equipment was also huge, you just need a suitcase and everything will be there for you. Everything was clean inside and outside the house. The pool and jacuzzi is also clean and fresh. Dubrovnik city is only 20 minutes away by car. Cannot mention anything bad about this place. We will definitely come back next year.

This beautiful Villa without doubt is the best we as a family have ever stayed in over the last 20 years, there is nothing more special than watching the sun rise over the Bay, Marina and Old Town of Dubrovnik the sunset is just as beautiful. The Villa provides everything you could possibly need for your stay there are not many villas in this area of Dubrovnik with pools but Villa Vega has one which we used every day to cool off after a lounge in the sun or a walk down the old town. We would like to thank the owners Sanje and Serge they were such wonderful hosts right from the beginning by meeting us showing us round and even leaving a tray of cold meats and wine they also text over the stay to make sure all was ok.

The villa was very luxurious with good size bedrooms and bathrooms and a spacious terrace with pool where you can relax and enjoy the view. You could find everything you need in the kitchen for making breakfast and meals. Everything was clean and modern. The view from the villa was amazing overlooking the Old Town and the sea! Our host Sanja was very helpful and provided us with information about events and local shops, bakery etc.

A truly unforgettable stay – Sanja went above and beyond! We’ve stayed in many places over the years, but this was something special. From the moment we booked, Sanja was warm, responsive and incredibly helpful – and that continued throughout our entire stay. The villa itself is breathtaking – the view is nothing short of stunning. Every morning and evening, we were treated to panoramic scenes that photos simply can’t do justice. Yes, there are a number of steps to reach the villa, but they’re absolutely worth it – and Sanja helped us arrange smooth airport transfers, including help with our bags both on arrival and departure, which made things effortless. What really stood out, though, was the care Sanja showed – especially towards our daughter. She went the extra mile to make her feel special, and it meant the world to us. All of Sanja’s recommendations were spot on – from local restaurants to activities and hidden gems, everything she suggested helped shape an amazing holiday. She clearly knows and loves the area, and her advice added so much to our experience. We left with full hearts, unforgettable memories, and a huge amount of gratitude. The place was wonderful with an amazing view of the old town! Well situated, just outside the walls of the town, the villa was very comfortable for us, 2 families of 4, modern, clean and with all the amenities that we could have ! We even used the BBQ! Bonus track for all of us, after our long strolls and the 135 stairs, was the use of the piscine !! Thanks for everything Sanja !

Beautiful large house walking distance from the old walled city. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean and Lokrum Island. The hosts Naira and Adrian were amazing, so friendly and accomodating. We loved chatting with them and learning about the history of their gorgeous home. They had wine and snacks for us when we arrived, provided restaurant recommendations and were very helpful with everything. The property itself is simply gorgeous, recommend for large groups even though we were a party of 4 wodmen. Well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, cute kitchen, living area and a patio and pool with views to die for. Thorougly enjoyed our stay and we'd book Villa Adrian without hesitation again.

Absolutely stunning views of the Adriatic and Dubrovnik. Do not hesitate, this villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony overlooking the sea and cooling off in pool during the evenings. But the best part of the stay was our host! Adrian and Naira made us feel like family. They were so gracious and generous during our stay. We hope to return soon!

Villa Adrian is an amazing property, the location and views are stunning, the property itself was a pure delight in every aspect, beautifully furnished going above and beyond to meet all of our needs. There is absolutely nothing i can find fault with for this Villa we had just 2 nights there as we were moving on but i wished we could have stayed there for the whole of our trip. Our hosts were such lovely people who went out of there way to make us feel welcome and comfortable with our stay, lots of little extra touches from them to make our stay special. Naira is an extremely talented Pianist who was practicing to perform in a concert during our stay and we was very privileged to be invited in for our own private audience with Naira, what an experience for us. Naira and Adrian thank you both for an unforgettable stay in your beautiful Villa and for your exceptional hospitality.

Absolutely everything! The villa was incredibly well equipped with great amenities, and was spacious enough for 12 of us to stay in comfortably and none of us wanted to leave! The pool was a lovely temperature and we enjoyed it every day of our 6 day stay in April. The location is brilliant with it being a 10/15 minutes walk to old town, or a short bus/taxi ride. It was also near a variety of shops for food. The outdoor dining and BBQ area was a great feature and we all loved it. We couldn't say enough good things about Villa Bruna. It felt like a little paradise!

wow, it’s amazing!! very large and clean, two washing machines, great pool with outdoor toilet and toilet. there’s a bbq outside where you can grill, along with multiple lounge chairs and a mini fridge. great layout! inside a well stocked kitchen with a huge fridge and everything working and top notch. they even welcomed us with beverages, fruits, nuts, candies, and local liquor. we were two families and easily could have fit another. wifi worked great in most areas, and they even had wifi outdoors. about a 15 minute walk to old town. the hosts were very nice, communicative, and welcoming. highly recommend

The outside garden, pool and bbq area is amazing. Plenty of room for all the family to enjoy. Staff went the extra mile to ensure we were happy throughout our stay, for example leaving complimentary fresh fruit bowl, chocolates & coal for the bbq. The villa had everything we needed!

Amazing place, fabulous pool and Facilities

The location of the villa is perfect for those wanting to be close to the Old Town. The hosts organised airport transfers for us which were on time and when we arrived at the reception we were told the villa would be ready early which was great! We were then shown to the villa and the hosts showed us around. The villa was spacious, clean and the pool/outside area was really great. There was plenty of space for us all. The rooms were comfortable and everyone having a bathroom each made it so easy. Aircon throughout which was great. We were walking distance from two supermarkets and the old town was a 15 min walk downhill (might recc getting the taxi back up the hill!). There is also a small bar outside of the property - far enough away that it doesnt disturb but close enough for a nice drink if you're fancying it. Overall really happy with the villa and the pool/outside area.

Excellent property, 5 bedrooms, all the same so no fighting over who gets what. Very well appointed Kitchen and big lounge. The pool was a bit chilly, but probably the time of year more than anything. More than enough garden and covered area to relax and enjoy the weather. Walking distance to the Old Town and pretty much ideally located for most things. The reception area has a cafe and there is always someone there to help if required.

This property is in a great location only a 10min walk from Old Town. There is a lovely little bar opposite the villa to get coffees and drinks. This villa is so clean and tidy and has thought of everything. Sunbed towels, coal for the BBQ etc. The pool is a little cool but good for cooling down briefly when it’s so hot.

Liked the size, pool, and layout of the Villa. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in all regards. Went above and beyond to help us fix any issues and guide us for parking and the area.

Supernice private pool (heated!!) area with great private outdoor all-weather dining facility. The apartment / house where you sleep is in less good condition, but if weather is anything but terrible, it’s not a big issue. Location is great and view is also good. Parking is in nearby parking square - not too far away.

Great accommodation, shame about the steep steps that lead to the apartment. Communination could have been better, it was not timely. The taxi driver could have spared us the search for the accom (climbing many steps with our luggages) as cars could go on to the road where it was. Searching for it was not easy at all. But a kindly person helped locate it. Speedy service when we informed the host TV was not working, so that was good. Being able to drop our luggages at the apartment on arrival (we were early) was very helpful. We enjoyed our trip & who knows, we may be back again to the apartment when we visit Dubrovnik again.

The location of the villa is exceptional with easy access to the beach and lovely bars and restaurants. Access to the Water Taxis was a 10 minute walk and great fun. The outside space at the villa was fabulous with an accessible kitchen space. We made good use of the gym which was an added bonus. There was lots of space inside the villa including separate kitchen areas. Mato was very friendly and very informative of local facilities including bars and restaurants. We loved Croatia and Villa Hortensia and plan to come back

Beautiful view. villa and outdoor facilities - worked really well for our large family group. Mlini is so pretty, local shop and fantastic bakery practically across the road. Larger supermarket is walkable and good value. Bus stop is nearby. Mato was very helpful. We had a fabulous week.

Home was comfortable and homely. In a beautiful location. Well equipped and spacious. More than enough for our needs. The hosts were very welcoming to the point of making my family supper as we arrived really late and not able to do a shop till morning. Also no problem letting us have a late check out due to a late flight. Above and beyond. Thankyou Tony and Marina. We will see you again

Everything! View, garden, pool, outside shower, sun beds with great cushions, spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, small super market at walking distance, hike from villa to old church between olive trees and more hikes available. Outstanding clean house and a great host who prepared a perfect surprise arrival lunch and gave us a lot of useful information for exploring the area. At perfect distance from Dubrovnic (magical) and borders to Montenegro and Bosnië. Oh, and don’t forget the great local bakery at walking distance.

Great experience, slightly let down by weather. But that was to be expected travelling on Oct 😂. Overall villa was a pleasant stay! Only callout are the several cobwebs inside, had to take a brush to them myself. Other than that, 10/10 would consider revisit next summer

Lovely and spacious for 2 families - 8 adults in total. Lovely large and spacious bedrooms - very comfortable beds all en-suite rooms. Fully equipped kitchen and a variety of comfortable seating areas plus a fabulous pool. Great quiet location, tucked down a quiet road but only 10 mins walk from a shop and 2 lovely restaurants. Easy to get Ubers into Dubrovnik - a 15 minute journey.

The property is beautiful and well laid out. The rooms are all on-suit, modern and the downstairs and balconies are fantastic.

The location is very good, 12 minute drive from downtown Dubrovnik. The see is across the street. The beds are very comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and really try to make your stay.

Much better than the photos suggest, they don't do it justice! Very large rooms, lots of space indoors and outdoors. 8m by 5m swimming pool is fabulous - very clean. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. They gave us a lift from the airport on arrival and to Cavtat on the final day before our flight home. They allowed us to check-in early on the first day too as we had an early flight. Short walk to an excellent local independent pizza restaurant. Good local bakers nearby. Lidl not far away. Shopping centre in Srebreno is free parking for 2 hours (5 minute walk to beach from here) and only 3 Euros/hour after that. Ubers into Dubrovnik cost around 10 Euros for 4 people or 15 Euros for 6 people.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Check- and - out were simple and easy. They helped us get laundry done as well.

Thank you Ilija for a fantastic stay you are a wonderful host we really appreciated how you helped us do the first big shop. The house is wonderful (we agreed with you that the upstairs kitchen is not needed and that a games room would be fabulous addition ) and the beds are some of the best we have stayed in. The six of us enjoyed the pool and the different spaces to relax. It was pretty well equipped and appreciated the clothes and dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls and kitchen rolls which are always necessary. Loved that you also provide olive oil balsamic salt and pepper and nespresso coffee for us. The basketball and inflatables were a fun addition and the outside toilets are brilliant to stop wet feet going into the house. 3 fridges was also super helpful for the wine beer and food so maybe figure out how to keep another one upstairs! Beautiful pool towels lovely and big and we appreciated you gave us more than 6!! Love the multiple different room configurations! Also 8 euros to Dubrovnik old town in 15 ish minutes. And 2 brilliant local supermarkets to get fresh bread, meat, veg and wine. Plus a few local restaurants. What’s not to love!

This Villa was perfect for our family get-together - it was stunning! With a gorgeous pool, outdoor kitchen (with all mod-cons), large seating area by the pool and another, smaller seating area at the front of the villa if anybody needed a little quiet time. The temperature took some getting used to but thankfully the villa is kitted out with aircon in most rooms which was a Godsend! Ilija, the host, was simply amazing. He was so kind and helpful, was available via WhatsApp throughout and gave us tips on where to eat out, the nearest shops, buses etc. On day two he arrived with a HUGE watermelon and lots of gorgeous tomatoes from his parent's garden for us. They were delicious and it was such a lovely gesture from him. We couldn't have asked for more - would highly recommend Ilija and this beautiful villa for a relaxing break.
