The resort was absolutely perfect, the Service was outstanding. I really enjoyed the food, the hotel room with private pool is amazing as well as all other pools outside. The different restaurants were all amazing, cam recommend it to everyone.

Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Woche im Steigenberger Alaya. Vom Empfang und ein-bis auschecken war der Service uneingeschränkt super. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer mit viel Staufläche. Die Pool Landschaft ist unvergleichlich, einfach traumhaft. Die Mitarbeiter waren in allen Bereichen, sogar am Strand einfach toll. Es ist ein ruhiges Hotel mit einem tollen Spa Bereich, so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Am Pool hätten wir uns ein bisschen leise Hintergrundmusik gewünscht. Das Essen war frisch und es gab viel Auswahl. Da war für jeden etwas dabei (auch wenn man kein Fisch isst). Alles sehr lecker. Bei den a la Karte Restaurants sollte man früh genug reservieren. Wir haben die Quadtour gebucht und die war richtig schön und hat viel Spaß gemacht. In der Umgebung gibt es nicht viel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, hat uns aber nicht gefehlt und wussten wir vorher. Ein Luxushotel, welches wir definitiv weiter empfehlen können und jederzeit wieder buchen würden!

Top service and top facility. Everything was perfect except for the food. Unfortunately, the Chef did not do a great job. My suggestion is to have less quantity but more quality. Special thanks to Tarek, the pool water; Adnan who cleaned our rooms every day and Mohammed who arranged everything at the reception. Shukran!

One of the newest resorts in the area of Marsa Alam only a few kilometres from the airport. Very spacious and comfortable rooms equipped with all the modern amenities. Great swimming pools and plenty of sun loungers around them as well as on the private beach - everyone can find a suitable spot to enjoy the sunshine. All inclusive formula with one open buffet restaurant called La Sultana and 4 a la carte (each dedicated to different regional cuisine). The quality of food in the main restaurant was good, however it can be improved in a la carte restaurants, particularly the hotel’s take-on the Italian dishes. Other facilities include a spa (worth visiting for its service and wide range of facials and massages) and a gym. Friendly staff throughout the hotel, although some waiters could work on their English language skills- some of them make simple mistakes after taking orders from customers, that can be a little irritating after a while. That being said, Steigenberger Alaya is definitely one of the best resorts in the area, worth choosing for one’s holiday on the Red Sea shores.

Hatte während meines sehr kurzen Aufenthalts zwar ein geräumiges Zimmer aber mit Blick nach hinten auf einen baufälligen Pool. Mit einem anderen Zimmer wäre Bewertung wahrscheinlich besser ausgefallen. Restaurants mit hoher Qualität und großer Auswahl.

Hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. Pools are big and comfortable, there is a plenty of sun beds or cabanas. Staff is attentive and very helpful. Swim up room is great option if you would like to access pool whenever you want. It was our 2nd stay and we will come back again

the design and the concept of the hotel, overall architecture is simply great. We stayed in a swim-up room which was very spacious and furniture was new. the 3 big pools each with a purpose have snack bars. beach side is unique by all means; 500 metres of shallow water until you reach the actual sea. food in general is fantastic in taste and many options are available.

We had such a great time at this hotel! All the staff were super nice and welcoming to our big wedding party. Yasser did an awesome job keeping our room spotless, and Aswany at the beach bar was so friendly and made us feel special every day. Hany and the rest of the team always had big smiles and really made us feel at home. The place itself was clean and well-kept, and our swim-up room was perfect, super convenient and fun to use. We honestly enjoyed every bit of our stay and would definitely come back again!

Facilities, location, private pool, F&B, service, Daily parties and shows are great for both adults and children. Dedicated service and patience of Mr. Mohamed Anwar who was always available and responsive at all times for all queries and requests.

We stayed in a family swim up room with posh club and we couldn’t fault anything at all. Our butler’s especially Mina have been exceptional. Nothing was to much trouble, anything we needed he was just a message away, always happy to be of service. The hotel staff work so hard to ensure the grounds are kept pristine and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We have had an amazing holiday here and will definitely return in the future.

The property is super well maintained and very clean. The staff also very friendly. The food was also good enough. The pools are all very old but during our stay they were renewing everything. We had our swim up room so we didn’t have to go to the main pool which was old and not really enjoyable

The staff were exceptional, very happy, friendly and supportive- all ready to help you with no complaints The cleaning was non stop - you see them cleaning and spraying - I didn’t understand what they were spraying at night on the plants - until I met a lady on the return flight home who stayed in another hotel and showed me bites all over her both legs from her knees down to her feet - all bites and red and swollen, while on the plane she was so much in discomfort that she kept applying ice cubes on her legs - then I remembered why I kept seeing them spraying the plants - and all I can say is THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFFS AT WHITE HILL RESORT food was 24 hours service, even when we were away on excursions and came back at 1am we could go to the restaurant to get food - for as long as it’s all inclusive This is brilliant Never have I been in a 5star hotel with such luxury and I have been to a few - you even get rooms with your own swimming pool - personal and private pool if you pick the rooms with that

I loved how the hotel offered so many choices of delicious food and a wide range of activities for all ages, including fun things to do in the pool, on the beach, and exciting entertainment in the evenings. It was so convenient to have a machine inside the hotel where we could withdraw and exchange money, making everything easy and stress-free. The best part was how the staff made us feel like family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where we truly felt at home. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and felt so luxurious, with every detail designed for comfort and relaxation. Everything was spotlessly clean, and there were people working day and night to clean the hotel and keep every corner tidy and shining. Even the gardens were well maintained, with the grass trimmed quietly so we were never disturbed. The entire hotel felt elegant and high-class, with stunning interior design that made every moment special.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff Members Tamer, maher , said, , mahmod , ms habiba were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The facilities especially the pool and restaurant ,were excellent and made the stay very relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety and high quality. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for rest and easy access to nearby attractions. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again.

This is an all-inclusive resort and absolutely brand new (opened in April 2024). The aesthetics of this resort is beyond beautiful - we took so many photos and uploaded them onto Instagram!! Every staff member was exceptionally nice (shoutout to 23 y/o kickboxer Mohamed and bartender Farouk at the first pool and hookah preparers Haithem, Ahmed and Hassan in their beachfront Bedouin tent). My friend and I loved the breakfast at Boscage (main restaurant) - it's a mix of local goodies (beans, eggs, breads, cheeses, yogurts). There were options to eat at other restaurants (Basilco Italian and some other Asian restaurant), but the main restaurant food/buffet was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I loved the swim-up bar at the second pool because there was a DJ from the "animation team" that took our requests. The infinity pool is cool to lay out and enjoy the sun. The reception is absolutely accommodating (thanks for using WhatsApp for easy communication) - I love them all! The housekeepers and luggage folks were really helpful too. I would stay at this Resort again, and definitely recommending it to friends/family. Thank you for an experience that is one to remember!!

We spent a wonderful week at this resort. The resort is brand new and features one buffet restaurant and two à la carte restaurants (one Italian and one Asian). There is a large selection and variety of food available at all meals throughout the day. The different bars are always open, serving delightful and refreshing cocktails and juices. All areas are cleaned regularly and thoroughly. There are three different swimming pools, and some rooms have a private pool in front of them. It is convenient that the distance from one end of the resort to the other is not too far, so you don't have to spend a lot of time walking to get to the restaurant or the beach. The beach is equipped with numerous beds and umbrellas. It has a dedicated bar with excellent service. The sand is very clean and is reset every evening by rolling for the next day. Access to the sea is via the beach until the jetty is completed. I think it will take a few more months to finish. The underwater scenery in front of the beach is very nice, but if you enjoy snorkeling, I would recommend arranging excursions with the diving center. They are well equipped and very experienced. We went on four excursions: one from the beach and three by boat. The hotel staff is very kind (a special thanks to the waiter Ahmed). We were always in contact with the receptionist via WhatsApp for any needs. If we take another trip to Marsa Alam, we will definitely return here!

The food was brilliant, with a large selection we didn't get bored of the food even after 7 days. Great salads, breads, dips, hot/cold foods, desserts and drinks means you can eat as healthy as you want, or stuff yourself like a pig because it's holiday and why not. The staff go out of their way to make sure you're having a great stay and they are all super friendly and welcoming. They really try hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. We took the honeymoon suite but found it a bit noisy by the pool bar, so they found us a new room with absolutely no hesitation which was great. They also went out of their way to make sure we were fed and had a lunchbox for our trip home on the last day. The facilities are all very nice and clean, the pools are heated which was great since we went at the end of winter, great drinks service around the pool and at the beach. Housekeeping was also excellent, keeping not just the room but also the paths and hallways very clean. We went as a couple but it's also good for people with kids. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend it

Me and my family loved this amazing resort I 100% recommend this as a resort for leisure the food was extremely fresh and delicious even the icecream was fresh this is the only resort I have been to in egypt that offers fresh juice 24/7 the staff here was exceptionally amazing and kind they have facilities to take care of your needs, the gym needs some more equipment but is great, I must thank the animation team, they were extremely kind and friendly, the atmosphere was also very quiet which was very good, there was a wide range of pools The main pool which was 155cm also had a bar which was a good thing which was amazing, there were 2 other restaurants which were paid but worth every dollar, the rooms were very clean and the furniture was outstanding with a futuristic look not to mention the architecture, this is easily the best resort i have been to and i recommend you try it.

The property has lots to say offer, many pools events and activities. Staying at Rixos- Ultra All Inclusive Adults only, permits you access to its neighbouring hotel which is family oriented. Its main attraction is the water park! Restaurants, the neighbouring hotel and pools across the resort were all accessible! Buggies picked you up and dropped you off

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Rixos Premium Sharm El Sheikh (Adults Only). From the very beginning, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an exceptionally luxurious suite – a perfect start to a perfect vacation. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, always with a smile and genuine care. A special thanks to Botrous, the bartender at the main pool, for his professionalism and warm hospitality, and to Aladdin, who is in charge of the golf car service. Aladdin was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and impressively efficient – he truly made getting around the resort a joy. The facilities are top-notch, the food was both varied and delicious, and every detail made our experience feel truly special. Without a doubt, our next vacation will be here again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an exceptional hotel experience in Sharm El Sheikh!

It is beyond our expectations the fun, the food, the drinks, the team (especially room service Team Yasser :) They do their best to help and make your stay happy at most. The Italian a la carte is my favorite. Brazilian was also very good (for meat lovers). Special thanks to Ms. Ayfer from Human Resources and Muhammed from the main pool. The best part of the time we spent time there was the entertainment. The dance shows, the parties djs everything was perfect. The entertainment team sheima yahya and dj sopky were the best! Everything. Venue facilities were fantastic. The pools were very clean, the beach was amazing. Various delicious food at the restraints were impressive. I would like to thank Mahmoud and Ali at the main reception, they were very helpful with everything we needed. Also, I would like to highlight the entertainment part, especially Dj Fela, who made our nights unforgettable with great music and fantastic energy. We will definitely come back again and again to the Rixos Sharm.

The resort is amazing! We were provided with a room upgrade upon arrival. The room was fantastic. Tried 4 Alacarte restaurants. The Indian & Turkish restaurants offered that authentic experience and the food was perfect. We loved the fact that the staff are really good and the service to transport us along the resort is readily available. Numerous spots from the beach, pools, bars & Cafes to choose from. I would definitely visit again.

Everything was wonderful. This resort is well designed and extremely beautiful. My swim up room was excellent, comfortable, always clean, I really enjoyed the stay at Cleopatra Adults. The access at the beach is particular, there’s a nice little bus that bring you to the beach and to the spa which are in the other Cleopatra Resort. The staff was always friendly and polite and the receptionist always kind to help and to manage my requests.

First of all, I would like to say thank you so much Mohammed Ghonıem. The hotel was very clean, very new, and all the staff were incredibly attentive. If you're planning to visit Egypt for a wonderful vacation, this is definitely the right place! Mohammed at the reception was extremely helpful and took care of everything, making my stay effortless. Whenever I needed anything, I contacted him directly. Even on the day we checked out, we were able to stay at the hotel and enjoy the pool and the sea until our flight. The food was varied and delicious. The heated pools, gym, and activities were all well-organized and enjoyable. Since we stayed in the adults-only section of the hotel, we used the shuttle service to the beach, which ran every 15 minutes, without any issues. Everything was well-planned and organized. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and relaxing vacation, I highly recommend this hotel with complete peace of mind!

I l loved everything, from meeting the reception manager Mr Ahmed and his lovely reception staff Mohammed and Khalaf,. That was the start of a fabulous 9 nights. The staff everywhere, bar staff waiting staff, also Ali who cleaned my room every so thoughtful. The only downside to my trip is I was a bit poorly for a couple of days but the on-site Doctor Wael was brilliant and thoughtful. The hotel is luxurious like in its name. I can’t wait to come back. The wave pool the pool beds, the Asian restaurant, the little shops on site are all great. So much more about the hotel is great but needs to be experienced😊

our stay was more than perfect me and my friends didn't expect to meet such helpful stuff and very clean room and also the triple room was so wide I've been to many hotels around the world and I would rate this hotel is one of the best. the pool was so good also the cafe on the pool and special thanks for the stuff. all of them the receptionist and room service and all bar tinders. specially Ahmed khalaf was so helpful and gentleman.

We had a really pleasant stay – the staff were amazing, always helpful and attentive, and they even remembered us throughout the week, which made the experience feel very personal. The room with swim-up pool was lovely, and the food was excellent with plenty of options from different cuisines.

We booked a swim up deluxe room and we loved it. The staff was very friendly and attentive and contributed significantly to our positive experience at the resort. We must mention Ehab and Moamen from the adult swimming pool and the nearby bar who looked after us so well and were very professional and extremely hard working during all our stay. The housekeeping and gardening teams are also amazing, together with the spa workers (Mohammed in particular) and all the restaurant staff with Omar and the rest of the team.

Had a fantastic week at Sunrise Arabian. Once we got over the first issues with buffet food and booking the al a carte restaurants we really enjoyed our stay. The gardens and pool areas are superb. Beautifully looked after. Flowers everywhere. A very lovely place to relax and unwind. The rooms were very spacious and nicely equipped. The look was like a rustic shabby modern, and it's generally great. Maybe some signs of wear on rooms items but nothing too off putting. The al a carte restaurants were very tasty. Although they do mis a little atmosphere. Very quiet. Maybe just the style. The service by the majority of the staff was fantastic. Fadel the Towl Man, Mohammed Pool bar service, Gerges drink around pool and Ahmed Adel to a name a few. Once they realise you're not a miserable Russian, you are treated with smiles and drinks everyday. Eventually they brough drinks without even asking. We did tip well so maybe that's a good idea if you want better service. Had the most relaxing week. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Sunrise last year to celebrate our 5th anniversary, and we loved it so much that we decided to return this year for our 6th. Once again, it was an incredible experience. Sunrise is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing trip with great food, attentive service, and a location that’s close to local spots. A huge part of what made our stay so memorable both times was Ehab, the manager at the Relax Pool. He truly stands out — not only for his professionalism but also for his warmth and genuine kindness. He has a gift for making guests feel special, always noticing the little details and going above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy. His energy and hard work brought such a lively, positive atmosphere to our days by the pool. Honestly, he’s one of the main reasons we chose to come back this year, and he made us feel more like friends than just guests. Another special mention goes to Abdel’Hameed, who was equally amazing and always went out of his way to provide excellent service. We couldn’t recommend Sunrise more highly — not just for the resort itself, but for the incredible staff who make it feel like home.

We had a truly amazing stay at Jaz Elite Riviera. The hotel is absolutely beautiful-modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. Our swim-up room was the highlight: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing right outside our door. The atmosphere of the entire hotel was calm and elegant, and the staff were consistently helpful, kind, and professional-always making sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the restaurant by the pool-it became our go-to place each day. The food, the setting, and the service there made every meal feel special. Overall, it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we’ve had. We felt truly taken care of and would come back without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality getaway.

What an amazing stay and hotel. I’ll start with the negative, and there’s only one, the beds are very hard and the plastic mattress topper is noisy but that’s the only negative I have about the Riviera, oh and the fact the flight back to the UK doesn’t land till 2am and there’s only one flight a week but this obviously isn’t the hotels fault. The hotel and staff were incredible, the food was unbelievably good and the weather equally as good. We stayed at the Amara last year so decided to try the Riviera this year and it didn’t disappoint. From the moment booking the hotel Hady was brilliant replaying to our messages and sorting us out the most incredible swim up room. We ate at the beach restaurant every breakfast and lunch and the team there were fantastic, I just want to say ‘cheers mate’ to Ibrahim from the restaurant who really looked after us all week. We already knew how good snorkelling in the bay was, and on the last mornings snorkel we got to see the dugong!! Well def be coming back

The hotel is beautifully designed, and really nicely furnished. We stayed in a family room with pool access - it's not so much a private pool, because it's shared with a few other rooms, but you have a section of it to yourself. The hotel was opened just a few weeks ago, so it was almost entirely empty. Everyone was super nice and friendly, especially Ahmend and Khalifa in the beach bar! Location is excellent - directly in front of the hotel there is an underwater meadow, which brings turtles and sea cows in every day, there's a diving centre on the beach and the reef can be found a short swim away to the edge of the bay.

Top Hotel, top Service We loved the breakfast (poached eggs, lokal food like delicious humus). Also the reception is on top international level. We stayed 2 enjoyable nights in a lovely swim up suite. Nicely decorated, modern design, easy luxury atmosphere. If something was missing, then a spa with sauna within the hotel facilities. The music at the pool could be more discreet at least in the morning hours. However, a top notch hotel in Hurghada.

everything was more than perfect , it’s our first visit and it was our honeymoon , and the hotel gave us free upgrade to Penthouse with private pool for free and without even asking. check in took less than a minute , rooms were ready before we even arrive and that was so cool . we got free honeymoon cake and welcome drinks . pool and amenities were super. staff was really really friendly , we felt more than welcomed .

The place it self was super clean and very relaxing. The room had great view and our private pool was heated and enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our trip. I highly recommend this resort for anyone who wants to have some relaxing time away from all the noise.

This hotel isn't a typical huge hotel you will find in Hurgada, therefore, not crowded and gives you a feeling of more boutique hotel experience. It looks quite modern and clean, the set up of pools and a bar in the pool as a center of the hotel is quite nice. We had a room with a direct access to the swimming pool that is shared with a few other suits - this was a great idea during a hot summer day, so you can sit by your own pool in the shade of the building. The main restaurant has big windows and a terrace with a panoramic view which is pleasant to dine at equally during the daylight and at night.

What an absolute fantastic stay at Pickalbatros aqua park sharm el sheikh. From as soon as we arrived we were greeted with welcome drinks and a lovely welcoming by Abdullah and Abdulrahman. They organise our large family of 7 to be in rooms next to eachother and for our stay to be near the heated pool which was fabulous. Abdullah and Abdulrahman at reception were excellent from the start of our trip to the end. Our flight wasn’t until 8pm and check out was at 12 but we were able to continue to use facilities untill we needed to go as-long as we was out the room. Mahoud Hosny cleaned our room every day and greeted us with a smile every day. He was very pleasant and always was there to help if we needed anything extra. Everyday he would set up the bed differently and the kids loved it! They were so excited to see what he would create next. We will definitely visit again, but maybe in the hotter months so that we can go on all the water rides. Only some pools/slides were heated but we still went on the other water slides it was just very cold. Having access to Aqua Blue was great as they have more heated slides. Food was amazing, they have a huuuge variety and different things everyday. Ice cream was the best! Especially mango and vanilla! Kids constantly wanted more and more. Entertainment was good for adults. Kids entertainment wasn’t the best but there’s so much fun to have in the water. Thanks

Everything meets my expectations. From the airport to the hotel. Staaf were extremely friendly. They go above and beyond to to please us. Just ask what you want most of the time and they do it. Shout out to wonderful Ibrahim Zakaria Our room cleaner handler, kept our room clean at all times I tipped really good because I want to. The pools are great, however I prefer the kids pools at the Albatros aqua blue/Vista in Hurghada. I tried 3 albatros hotels so far, including Neverland in Hurghada. You can't go wrong with Albatros hotels. I want to try Titanic aqua park next time though but it seems fully booked on Booking.com. One thing I really want it in the room is kids cartoon channel on TV.

Can’t fault anything. The kids loved everything inc the food, aqua park and the heated kids pools. The friendly staff and the cleaner was amazing. Hazim was so kind to our kids and created a different animal out of towels every day. Once you tip the waiters, they treat you like kings and queens. So if you like to be a little lazy and get the drinks brought to you by the pool. I’d recommend tipping them.

Everything was perfect, I got the swim up deluxe room. The view was outstanding, the heated pool and the sea view during sunrise were spectacular. Our stay at was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed and ensured every detail of our stay was exceptional. The kids club was an absolute lifesaver! It was thoughtfully designed with a variety of engaging activities that kept our children entertained and happy throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly skilled at creating a safe and fun environment for kids. The heated pools were a highlight for our entire family. Whether it was a relaxing dip in the evening or hours of fun for the kids during the day, the pools were always clean and maintained at the perfect temperature, even on cooler days. For adventure seekers, the diving center was world-class. My spouse and I took the opportunity to explore the vibrant underwater world, and the professional instructors made the experience both safe and unforgettable. The equipment was top-notch, and the dive sites they recommended were breathtaking. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, the dining options were varied and delicious, and the overall ambiance of the hotel exuded elegance and relaxation. This is the perfect destination for families, couples, or anyone looking for a luxurious escape with plenty of activities for all ages.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely excellent. The service was outstanding and the staff were always kind and helpful. The food was delicious, with new dishes offered every day. The lifeguards at the pools were very respectful, friendly, and even played with us and the kids. There were plenty of lifeguards around the pools and the water slides, which made everything feel very safe. The hotel has a very high level of safety, so the chance of losing something is almost impossible. Cleanliness was perfect, and everything was well maintained. Overall, this is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

1. Friendly staff specially Mary & Dina. Amjed & Ahmed from concierge. Also buggy drivers were nice. 2. Premium king sea view was nice sea view with sunrise from behind the Sanafeer Strain. Lovely view !! 3. Diving center (Sinai Blue) was very fun with so many activities and friendly staff: Firas, Nick, Hanah and diver Omar & Francisca and all the helping staff. Even though it is a bit pricey but the diving experience was exceptional amazing corals. Ras Nasira RIB dive was more interesting than House Reef dive. 4. It was my birthday and the birthday cake surprise sent to my room was very pleasant and warm. Thank you from my heart. 5. Reef Grill restraunt : was delicious high quality food, excellent staff, and amazing sea view. Also, they celebrated my birthday with a complementary cake which was very kind of them. 6. The Premium King Sea View experience was much nicer than the private pool experience (since no pool privacy and the pool needed engineering for lights and heater) 6. Breakfast was very nice and near the pond at (Zaitona).

This is a wonderful resort that will not disappoint. The immaculately kept Grounds are extensive and truly beautiful . The reliable buggy service allows you to navigate your way around the many restaurants and to the two private beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed the different dining options , but what stands out is the high level of service throughout . Mohamed and Gaber run a slick team at Luna , one of the pool restaurants with a great selection of Mexican inspired fare. The Beach staff are exemplary, refreshing water , renewing towels and cleaning your glasses regularly. The rooms are beautifully appointed and kept spectacularly clean . My husband used the new Gym daily and we also enjoyed the lap pool at The Spa in the original side of the resort . My spa treatment by Kiko was just fabulous. We will definitely return.

The level of luxury and sophistication that this resort offers is truly exceptional. Kareem at the front desk was so helpful. the style and view are simply breathtaking. The resort is situated in one of the most beautiful locations, and the design of the property complements its natural surroundings perfectly. Whether you're in your room, by the pool, or dining at one of the restaurants, you're treated to stunning vistas that are nothing short of mesmerizing. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the interior design of the Room. It's rare to find a hotel with such meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to creating a truly elegant and inviting atmosphere. And let's not forget about breakfast, which was a real highlight of my stay. The breakfast selection was not only extensive but also exceptional in terms of the quality of ingredients used.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely unforgettable. The reef just off the resort is possibly the best in the world—crystal clear water, vibrant marine life, and easy access to snorkeling for just $20/day. Lifeguards are always present, and a special thank you to Tarek, who was incredibly patient and helpful in teaching my 11-year-old how to use the gear. Service was supreme. From cold towels and endless chilled water to snacks by the beach, every detail was thought of. Our suite (3007/3008) was stunning—hands down the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in, complete with a bathtub the size of a kiddie pool. The resort is beautifully spread out with golf carts available to take you to multiple excellent restaurants. This is luxury at its finest in a tropical paradise. Highly recommend—can’t wait to return!

The service is most thing that surprised us it’s extremely amazing specially at the beach and pool. The housekeeping super visor Mr. Samir was so gentle and helpful and his team are professional. All four seasons staff were professional and so friendly. Golf car service was indeed helpful and all the drivers were so friendly and nice with my family. Food in the resort was great very good breakfast. Security is controlled, safe. Taxi available outside all the time. Location is good near the airport and 20 minutes to the old market by car. This resort is the best staff service I have ever seen in my all experience for hotels and resorts. Room was perfect and bed was comfortable, bathroom is fully equipped. Luxury resort. Fast checked in and out. Everything was just amazing in this resort. Will come again for sure

The actual building is stunning and the design blows you away when you first get there. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. We were greeted at reception with drinks and a tour of the hotel which was really nice. The pools are heated and there’s always a sun bed available, the swim up bar is so cool! Loved a lot about this place!! Also lots of the stuff is included within all inclusive I.e. drinks at mini bar, most food and cocktails, dining a la carte (if booked) etc.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel September 2025. I can only praise all the staff on how polite, helpful and go overboard to help you. I stayed in the executive suite private pool which was cleaned to an exceptional standard. But be prepared for several visits a day from gardeners and pool boys which i thought was over the top. The food was outstanding choice. Food for celiac was outstanding in main restraustrant. Big shout to the pool bar staff don't know all their names but will mention Abd as they were fanstanstic and worked very hard pleasing guests. Excellent customer service and made the holiday. Be aware there is building work outside the hotel and you can here piling all day. Not hotels fault but tui advises adult pool areas only this is not the case as their pools were full of small children and babies. The entertainment was substandard for a 5 star hotel apart from on evening out of twelve. Overall the hotel room, staff , and food was outstanding. This hotel is German oriented be aware if booking from UK.

Wow. Where do I start with this hotel? Hotel: big, beautiful, grande, luxury, clean, modern, tidy, aesthetic vibes Staff: super friendly, really attentive to your needs. Constantly checking you are okay and have everything you need. Mohammed the lifeguard making our beds at the pool, giving me fresh flowers every day. Pool bar staff Mohammed and hassam especially. Always remember your drinks. Fast and quick service. Oh and I can’t forget essam at the safari lobby - how sweet and kind he is. Food: you won’t get bored, plenty to offer in the Al a cartes and especially the buffet. My favourite food - I can’t even pick one meal. It was all amazing and good quality. Entertainment: not usually something I watch but quite good and entertaining. Location: next to the beach, not too far from the airport. Not much to really do excursion wise a few things but I went to chill so I didn’t do too much. Rooms: hotel rooms were gorgeous. Separate wardrobe area. Big balcony. Overlooking the main pools like wow. We don’t have children but definitely kid friendly, kids pool and kids club! Gym 24-7 - wow what a fantastic facility and not to forget the spa wow. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling.

Over all, a wonderful vacation. Excellent service, esp. by Ibrahim and his crew in Restaurant Cabana as well as Islam in the main restaurant. There is just one sad remark - the main pools were too cold. Combined with the wind, present at all times at Soma Bay, the pool water simply was too cold for our little boy and he started freezing in the water after only a few minutes. As he just strted swimming this was a major negative point. Despite multiple complaints to the guest relations team and the pool crew, under no circumstances could management be persuaded to activate the existing pool heating. Numerous other guests also had the same issue with the water being too cold. That's why I can unfortunately only give 4 stars for the stay. The rest of the vacation would have earned 5 stars. Too bad.

We recently stayed at Steigenberger Ras Soma for a week, and it has been the best experience we’ve had so far! We booked a family room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities. The room service was impeccable and highly professional throughout our stay. The hotel offers a large buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff in the dining area were incredibly friendly, and I’d especially like to thank Mr. Moustafa. His professionalism and the way he interacted with all the guests were truly impressive. In addition to the buffet, there are three specialty restaurants: Maya, Cabana, and Benisuma. All three are excellent, but a word of advice: make sure to reserve your spot in advance. You can book up to two days ahead, and it’s worth it! The resort features both an active pool and a chill pool, as well as a dedicated children’s pool. There are also two free tennis courts, where you can even book a trainer at no extra cost. For those interested in padel, the hotel offers this as well, though there is an additional fee. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. This hotel is ideal for couples or families with young children (under 3 years old) who want to relax in a peaceful atmosphere. I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff, from management to every single team member, for making our vacation so wonderful.

The hotel is amazing. I stayed in the royal savoy. Staff were greet and friendly. For Royal Savoy guests, you have private pool, lobby, and beach access.

- All staff are so friendly and welcoming. - Fantastic Location in the heart of SOHO Square. - Awesome beach with beautiful corals and fish, in my point of view, this beach is the best beach along sharks bay for snorkelling and diving. - SOHO Square is the most funniest square in Sharm. - Fabulous swimming pools especially the main pool. - Pool and beach bar is one of the most refreshing place while you are swimming. - The food in general was excellent, delicious and high quality. - Most of the sea activities are provided on the beach which is an advantage for the resort. Finally, I have enjoyed every single moment in the resort and l strongly recommend this outstanding luxurious resort. Special thanks to the pool bar tenders Mina and Karlos for their kindness and politeness. Honestly, they made my stay exceptional. Thank you all and for sure I will be back again.

Stayed for 12 nights at The Royal Savoy. All the staff were very helpful and worked hard to provide an excellent holiday experience. The Adults Only nature meant that although at several of the restaurants which are located at the attached Savoy hotel and at Soho square there are children present, they can be avoided at the pools and bars at the Royal Savoy. Room was great with a pool view and we could see a bit of the sea. We went E-class all inclusive which met our needs very well, although we did not tend to eat much at lunchtimes. The Italian and Hot Rock restaurants were great - although we felt a bit rushed at the Hot Rock. Main buffet was at Savoy hotel and could be busy but it offered a huge range of excellent foods. The Royal Savoy morning room was perfect for breakfasts. Good quality drinks were always available. Service round Royal Savoy Pools and in the Royal Savoy bars was excellent providing nice calm areas. Worth reading up on the different meal/drinks packages to see which suits you best. We went here at about 6 weeks notice following family recommendations. We were not disappointed and will certainly be going again.

The room was wide and very useful with good furniture, also the room location was excellent as all the rooms in the Royal section. Its near the pools, beaches and the reception. We likes a lot the room service and the cake that was served daily afternoon at the room. The stuff and the service at the pool was excellent, Mahmoud and Mustafa were very kind and helpful. The beach was cool and relaxing, the stuff was also very good and professional. Mohammad was grate and helpful also Ibram. Emad was kind and professional, at the breakfast and at other facilities in the hotel. We likes a lot the idea to have your own boxes with the drinks filled with ice, also serving different soft drinks and watermelon throughout the day at the beach and at the pool. The lifeguards that sat near the sea, were so kind with peoples and helpful. My birthday was on 24.06 , during my stay. They surprised me with a special birthdays cake and a special room decoration with balloons and flowers. Thank you Royal Savoy for your efforts and the excellent services.

The staff are amazing and will do anything for you, nothing's a problem. They are friendly and welcoming. The boys at the pool bar and the waiters at breakfast all work hard to make your experience 5* The hotel is lovely, in a stunning location. We were there for New Year and the New Years eve gala was phenomenal, great experience. It was my birthday while we were there and the waiters and pool bar staff made it extra special with a birthday cake at breakfast and decorating our sunbeds and parasol by the pool, such a lovely, fun touch. We travelled with my elderly in-laws and my father-in-law walks with a stick but the care that was shown to him was amazing with the golf buggies taking us direct to the venues we wanted to visit in Soho Square and the hotel providing them with my request for a room near an elevator, they had an exceptional visit and were so impressed they want to visit again this year. Love, love ,love this hotel and will return.

We chose the hotel as our first all-inclusive holiday resort experience and it was way beyond our expectations. We were upgraded to a family room with a private pool sharing with our nearby buildings and even without that, there were so many pools of different depths and for different activities around, so spaces and availability were never an issue. There was also a private beach which people do snorkelling. There were daily programmes and performance catered for different ages and groups. We watched night-time water show (hoverboard) and had fun at the afternoon pink party (foam party in central pool). The waterpark for children and adults were fantastic with different slides and facilities. There were bar, food court, and restaurant scattering around the resort, so food and drink were never too far away. Food were great - different restaurants to choose with cuisines of various regions and cultures. Special BBQs and roasts, fruit specials, pastry and desert - like food shows every day. We were also offered to a special dinner (with live music performance) and attended an a-la-carte dinner party. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We also used the travel agents at the lobby to arrange day trips of snorkelling in the Red Sea and visiting Luxor. The hotel seemed to be known and popular among European visitors, but less for British ones. It's not as busy or crowded as other popular locations that we saw in most travel agency's holiday packages. I'd definitely recommend.

Most of the people have a great service attitude, with a very big smile, willing to help and give the best experience to guests. Everyone from reception, managers, Yousouf -the room keeper- and with a very few exceptions from the servers had an amazing helpful and service attitude. We got a great room with a semi-private pool just in front. The cooking chef was always around with an amazing attitude, making sure that the food was readily available and always a smile and helping guests. Our preferred restaurant was Culina, that offers seafood. We would have appreciated to have more options of local food. Instead, it was very international (which might be the preference of 99% of guests, predominantly Czech and German). We loved the Egyptian culture and the few trips/activities we did (snorkeling, sunset view with the quads, and facials in the spa). Thanks to the whole team for this amazing week with our kids (9 and 7) and our friends, also a family with young children.

The hotel is like a "small village" were everything is at hand. The family room with sea view was spacious, big clean bathroom also. Interesting were the activities daily foreseen to entertain the people like eg pool parties, small boats on the swimming pools, evening kids disco and music. Food in the different restaurants was off good quality and different every day. Another interesting set-up was the 4 person bikes which can be rented to drive through the large hotel. Special thx to Bianka to support us all 10 days and make the birthday of my girls fantastic, but also the cleaning crew to invent every day a towel sculpture which made my 6 year old daughter wonder every evening what she would find !!!

Everything was nice, comfy and clean , although there was many guests in the hotel , we didn't feel it annoying at all because of the many places of everything like pools, restaurants and even the activities . We appreciate the staff as they were helpful and friendly keen only about our comfortable and seek to make our stay special They upgrade our room to suit and the view was fascinated included pool and sea view . We are waiting to come next year for sure
