Majestic Mirage is a wonderful place. Our Butler Arturo was the best and promptly assisted with anything needed. We stayed at a swim up suite and loved it. Highly recommended.

The beach was beautiful, the staff were superb, and our room (ground floor swim out in the Mirage Club) was absolutely splendid!) Would absolutely go back.

Plenty of space with beach chairs always available. The bar tenders were quick to respond with no wait time at the swim up bars.

Property was beautiful, the Adult’s only swim out suites were very well appointed. We really enjoyed our entire stay.

This was our second time at Majestic Mirage. We were a group of 14 and the staff were amazing. We had the best butler, Arturo! Food was great, easy beach and pool access. Planning our next family trip.

The property is modern and beautifully landscaped. The layout was well planned allowing for strolling throughout. The staff were friendly ,kind and accommodating. The swim out pool including jacuzzi were delightful! Restaurants didn’t require reservations yet you are welcome to do so.

Many pool options, a good variety of restaurants with pretty decent food considering it's all inclusive, swim up rooms are a nice touch and add to a more private experience, beach is nice with a good private beach area, rooms are spacious, bathroom is nice, staff is friendly.

Amazing staff and gorgeous property. Spectacular beach. Came to celebrate my honeymoon and felt pampered. Got the Swim-Up garden view with the Butler. Aqua club has all the top shelf liquor and private check in entrance.

Very clean resort with beautiful scenery. It is not overcrowded and has plenty to offer. Very much suggest a swim out room. Staff was awesome especially Salvador, Jhony, Red, Santiago, Alex, Carlos, and Pedro.

It was a good service. The swim up room was fantastic. The butler David was helpful and kind. I recommend the hotel and the butler. It was a very great experience.

I loved the staff, multiple onsite restaurants, swim out pool rooms, access to sister properties, food (the eggplant at breakfast is a go-to and the steakhouse restaurant was a dream) and view! I’ve never experienced an all inclusive team like at Bahia! A special thanks to Andres (from experience team) Carlos (from staff), Weindy (from restaurant staff) and Enny, Yanothan (from the bar); they kept the drinks flowing and the party going. The staff looked out for us as many of my party didn’t speak Spanish. It was the best trip of year.

Hotel is full of great staff. We really enjoyed the animation program around the pool (special thanks to José "Popeye" and Braynel). Room is large, recently renovated, and very well daily cleaned. Also, we liked the daily refill of the minibar. Main buffet restaurant Palmyra really surprised us with the wide range of selections (breakfast, lunch). But what makes this hotel extraordinary were superb a-la-carte restaurants (great food and fancy interiors, Limbo with its cocktails is a "must"). Pool has a sufficient size and is surrounded by an appropriate number of sunbeds and a good pool bar with slush cocktails and beach restaurant Las Brisas with a really nice overview of the beach and see. Beach is really nice with many palm trees. During our stay beach was rather clean thanks to well daily maintenance (in fact, much better than in neighboring resorts). Amazing sportbar (snacks, pool tables, air hockey) and coffee shop were just icing on the cake. Definitely return to Ambar on our next stay in Punta Cana.

the property is massive! but there are always little carts you can jump on to take you around. we loved how you could use all the amenities for all the hotels on the resort property. Ambar was on the breach and it was beautiful, the pool is right next to the beach and a great snack restaurant to walk into for drinks and buffer food to bring to the pool or beach. it was great value for your money considering it’s all your meals, drinks, and entertainment included.

The hotel facilities are great. Everything is very well maintained and very clean: all the buildings, the paths, the beach (which hotel staff cleaned from seagrass *every day*!). The swimming pool is big enough, even on days when there was a lot of people (such as the foam party day), there was plenty of place around to swim or relax. There were also a lot of seats around the swimming pool and on the beach - just not a lot under the shade. The breakfast and lunch staff, lead by Pablo, were outstanding and took great care of us, even setting up "our" table on the special days of our holiday (my fiance's birthday and our anniversary), decorating the table. The bartenders at Limbo, one of the on-resort restaurants, also took great care of us. Regardless, everyone on the staff is very friendly, always saying hi to us whenever we walked past them, whether they were cleaning crew, entertainment crew, whatever.

The swim up bar was so much fun! The animation team was outstanding. Also, it was our wedding anniversary so we had a Romance Dinner booked on the beach.

Second time visiting, food has improved since last year. Friendly staff, good food & drinks. Love the swim up suites. Excellent gym to maintain fitness routines. We will return!

The property was beautiful. The beach was always clean of seaweed. Food was adequate. You could always fine something you liked to eat on one menu. The staff were wonderful and accommodating! The swim up suites were soooo convenient.

From the food to the staff my stay here is always amazing. The beach was the cleanest I had ever seen it. Vibe A++++++ I always stay at the Club side, with a separate lobby with tasty drinks and a butler to assist you. Love Ismael at the club Swim-up Bar ...YEAH BABY!!!!!!!

my stay was wonderful May 7th to 14th I had the most amazing butler Randy and he catered to our every need including decorating my room for my birthday.. The restaurants were very good, my room with swim up was beautiful highly recommend staying here.

Waitstaff and bartenders were all excellent. our butler was very helpful with all of our reservations and any needs. Swim up bar bartenders and food truck waitress by rooms were very excellent and LaTorres wait staff was excellent and very helpful.

Rodney was our Expedia butler and he was terrific! The resort was amazing, the people are amazing and the food was so very good. Put this trip on your list and make sure you get the Jr swimup suite.

We had a great time at TRS Turquesa. Our swimout suite was great, and our area was very quiet. We had a peaceful beachside massage one morning, and spent most of our days by our pool. The restaurants were all very good, and there was always a variety of food. A huge shout-out to Norielis (Noris), our butler; she was incredible! She managed all of our reservations for dinner and was so helpful with our requests. Our vacation would not have been the same without her!

I did not like that they refused to give one bottle of champagne to share between 5 swim out rooms celebrating 3 birthdays. I did not like having to leave our swim out pool to go to the pool bar for a cocktail every time we needed a cocktail.

Resort was really nice, we stayed in one of the master suites and it was a great room. The pools were awesome, swim up bar was a blast. The food was very good right from breakfast thru lunch and dinner with plenty of options. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be going back…

Luxury hotel on a lovely beach. Overall great holiday that met 5* expectations, food and drinks were good. Whilst staff were polite, most were not friendly and gave you the impression you were putting them out. Swim up room was lovely but pool area not very private and close to neighbours.

Quiet, clean & great food. We truly enjoyed every minute of our vacation here. We would return again! Swim up pools were amazing, beach and water incredible. A nice quiet vacation spot, limited entertainment, however that was good for us! Would certainly recommend and would return!

We loved our swim up room with pool view with full sun every morning! Resort is so relaxing and easy to navigate! There was actually more night life then I expected!

Our stay at Barcelo Bavaro Beach resort was amazing. The beach was phenomenal, pools were clean and beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall we would definitely go back! The rooms were nothing fancy but they were spacious and clean, and a close walk to the pool and lobby. The pool area and bars were great. Service was quick, good quality alcohol and kind and professional bartenders. Even though the hotel was sold out we had no issues finding a lounger to sit. The main pool at the Beach adults only section was quiet and very low key. If you wanted more of a party area, the Palace property is a close walk and that pool is definitely more lively with a swim up bar and music. But they also have quieter pools over there as well if that’s more your speed. The beach was absolutely amazing and again, no problems finding somewhere to sit at any time of day. The palm trees provide lots of shady spots too and the beach was clean with phenomenal warm water and barely any waves. The restaurants were just okay, but that is to be expected at an all inclusive in my opinion. The service was great and the buffets were actually better than the sit down restaurants. We stuck to the Dominican food (rice/beans/plantains) as well as the sautéed veggies and baked chicken eggs and oatmeal for breakfast all of that was really good. Some of the fish and steaks were not our favorite but we are more on the picky side as well. Again; overall a great experience!

Where do it start? I book this resort for my 50th birthday. I stayed from May 5th to May 9th. My flight into DR on JetBlue was smooth. I arrived at the resort around 3:30pm due to the airport long line. Upon arrival at the resort. There was a wait to check in due to one person being at the resort front desk. That was a 20 minute wait. When it was my turn to check in. My room was not ready. I was told that I could get something to eat at one of the restaurants buffets until 5:30pm. By that time I’m finished eating my room should be ready. I went to get something to eat. When i reached the restaurant buffet it was closed that was at 5pm. I decided to explore the resort. The resort is beautiful. Clean, comfortable, beautiful nice large size resort. At first sight I fell in love with the beach. I knew that would be where I would be spending my time while on vacation. The pool is big. It’s clean. I notice throughout my stay they cleaned both beach and pool. In the early morning. Back to my room situation. Once I was done exploring the resort. I made my way to the front desk. My room was finally ready after 2 hour wait. There was a elevator I took to my room. The elevator was clean. My room was big. Like a master bedroom. The only thing. I was unable to enjoy the patio. I love the location on my room. I wanted to be the beach. I’m glad I wasn’t. I was tucked away nice a quiet. My room was cleaned daily. Entertainment every night. The main area of the resort was busy. In a good way.

Staff was very friendly and were able to communicate with me and my wife well. The area is also nice (no bad smells and clean conditions for all areas) the buffets were well air conditioned and food was great with lots of choices. The pools were great cool, refreshing temperature and clean, and the outside bars had great choices for drinks. The walking distance between areas was moderate but not too bad, and the nightclub as well as casino were very well air conditioned and overall a fun, comfortable experience. The room was also very nice and clean, with stocked mini bar and cable TV. AC worked very well, and the wrist room key card bracelet Vs a card you can easily lose was a cool touch. Housekeeping was also great.

This property is perfect for someone that has a disability & difficulty walking any distances.Rooms,though dated, were spotless & had the largest, comfortable bed we have ever seen & the Longest pillows ever!The Beach literally had NO waves in the 11 days we were there, very calm.The Adults Only pool was never crowded.The Food was quite good & had many options.The A La Carte Restaurants were all unique & had great food.Staff were attentive & always around.Entertainment (bands) was from 10-11pm & was good.The Palace next door was huge,busy & had many restaurants.We will definately Return to Barcelo Bavaro Adults Only!~~~

I love how beautiful everything is, the winding paths, the pools and palms. I love Their spa and their entertainment at the big theater. I love the cozy feel of Mamey Bar and sitting out at the low tables under the stars. I love to go for afternoon tea with treats at the Palace. I love the warm ocean water even in January. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Two sinks is nice. The buffets are great. La Brisa right on the ocean is so quiet and beautiful to have lunch at. Many activities if you like that sort of thing

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of Bavaro beach. Each day there were multiple activities and the staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel itself was beautiful and we had a lot of fun going around the swim up bars and beach.

Excellent experience at the swim out room....very relaxing! Food was good. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Had a good experience with our butler, which is the first time that has been a good experience. Will definitely be coming to stay again and would recommend to anyone.

We really enjoyed the feel of the place. It was very relaxing which is what we enjoyed the most. The private swim up and cabana were very much enjoyed. There were two employees that were particularly amazing, Isaa the bartender in the preffered club lobby and Marcelo our concierge. Isaa was just so pleasant to be around and made very amazing drinks for us. He was really great! Honestly we arent sure what we would have done without Marcelo. He went above and beyond with everything! He told us he would take care of anything we needed and he really did. He made things so easy for us. Thankyou Marcelo! We will see you again!

We had an amazing expierence at dreams royal beach! We stayed in the master suite with private pool in the preferred section. It exceeded all my expectations! Our concierge, Billy, was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The entire staff was warm and welcoming and all made it a point to acknowledge our children and make them feel special as well. The resort is clean, our room was very comfortable. The entertainment both day and night is fun and family friendly. The food is OK, it’s not great but it’s not bad. However I do not go to an all inclusive with the expectation of 5 star food. The preferred breakfast buffet has many options and a great omelette station. The burgers were great everywhere! And the hibachi was fun. My favorite dinner was the fajitas at the Mexican restaurant. Overall we had a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone!

The property was beautiful. Just be prepapred to walk because it is HUGE! Bell hop said there's 1044 rooms. Our room was beautiful. We had the swim up pool and it didn't disappoint. The resort had so much stuff to do. The beach was clean and the main pool was huge. This place is definitely recommended for adults amd children. Would love to stay again.

Spent our 21st wedding anniversary there and absolutely loved it . I highly recommend this resort to adults as well as families . Our swim-out room was amazing and very clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. Their food was delicious and plentiful. The only issue I had was with finding chairs in public areas around the pool. The resort should stop quest from claiming beach chairs overnight by leaving towels and personal items on them. I still give them a 10/10

The staff on the resort were AMAZING from Check-in to Check out. I stayed with my mom and her grandchild. My mom loved the flora and the over all ambiance. She really enjoyed the pool. I was given an upgrade on my room to a swim up suite and I enjoyed that thoroughly. I would return again to this resort.

Absolutely beautiful facility. The dining was great in all restaurants. My only complaint was I’m a diabetic and if would have known they don’t have Diet Coke in the DR I would have brought my own with me so the all inclusive alcohol was a problem for me. Limited drink options. No swim up bar. They need workers walking around collecting empty drink cups. No designated place for us to put them so people would just leave them laying around the pool.

The food was outstanding at the restaurants. It is hard to book them. Reservations fill up quickly. Restrooms get dirty fast. Not because the staff aren't cleaning. The humans using them are the issue. Our swim out suite was great. Do not use the glassware or coffee cups without sanitizing. Do not drink the water. We asked for the extra bottled water for coffee and brushing teeth.

My husband and I went for a destination family wedding. We stayed in a preferred level room and enjoyed the adult only pool area, swim up bar and butler service. Zoro helped to make every day better! We also enjoyed the use of Breathless, particularly the French restaurant.

We enjoyed our time here and the staff was amazing! Breilin, our concierge was always quick to respond and provided us with any answers we needed. The grounds were clean and we loved the swim out room

We LOVED our experience! The place is very clean and the people are wonderful! If you’re looking for a great time and great food this is the place for you! Our room was a swim out to the bar which was pretty cool! We loved our mini fridge! The pool was very nice; we loved the lazy river that went around the pool slides!

The property was wonderful. But the staff made our trip. They were so friendly and accommodating. The people who serviced our room went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. There was always someone coming by when by the swim up pool, community pool or beach asking if we needed anything. Kudos the staff for making sure we were catered to.

Amazing holiday at Dreams Onyx. Service was great and staff are very helpful and friendly. Great food and a la carte restaurants. Pool is amazing and we loved having a swim up. First time in DR so we didn't know what to expect but it surpassed our expectations. We would highly recommend. Will be returning next year.

I loved everything about the hotel — the restaurants were amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. The bartenders were the best, especially “Chocolate.” I also loved my room with the private pool — it was perfect!

The beach, pools, and common areas are fantastic, always clean and not overcrowded. The lazy river was tons of fun with its in-pool bar. The buffet food is ok, the restaurants were really good. The staff is extremely professional and excellent, one of their best assets is definitely the staff, we got a free room upgrade to one with private pool area and it was amazing, would get the suite with the pool if I ever return.

There were various food and restaurant options, plenty of things to do, gorgeous pools, great entertainment, they junior luxury suite was so spacious and we loved the double rain shower and open tub as well. We also really loved the spa massage and would totally get the spa week package if we visit again. What made our whole trip worthwhile though was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always greeted us kindly with a smile, made us feel welcome, and were very accommodating.

The kids loved it. Bunch of stuff to do. Food is hit or miss. But the pools are nice, loved the lazy river, and swim up bars. Just wish the pools stayed open later than 6pm. The “app” was nice to see what was going on for the day, just wish they kept it updated and gave a location - the property is really big!

The property is safe, good conditions. What I didn’t like was the humidity and smell on the rooms because of the private pool. the a/c units on rooms I did not like entertainment needs more attention. I was expecting more live music, better shows. But overall is ok. The buffet was repetitive and I got sick the first night. Customer service at front desk needs more attention. But I have to say that Maria (housekeeper) and Ricardo at the bar on the pool made our days better! Always smiling.

We had such an incredible stay at Ocean El Faro. We had a swim up suite so every day just had beautiful views and was so convenient. In addition we had a butler named Jose, he was so attentive and made sure my husband and myself were taken care of. He booked all reservations for us, made sure our room was stocked, and took care of any special requests. We could not say enough how great he was, would recommend requesting him personally if possible. Where we were located we took advantage of the Pool Bar by the lazy river. Omar and Danny saw us coming and would have our drink order ready for us, they were excellent. It’s also close to the beach entrance, which we enjoyed some evening walks on. Our favorite restaurant at the resort was Dolce Vita, it is one that requires a reservation. Our server Luis was also a favorite, his recommendations made for an even better evening. The resort is large, but they make sure it is so convenient with multiple pools, restaurants, and a trolley you can catch to help you get around. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Ocean El Faro and would love to visit again.

Kevin was our client specialist and he did an amazing job! He assured we had everything we needed and made reservations for us accordingly. It was a group of 19 of us and he handled it with such ease and made our stay amazing! The resort was beautiful,clean, and had alot of entertainment! It is great for families and also teens looking to have a good time. Foam parties, beach parties, shows, nightclub, and food was 10 out 10! Rooms are spacious but would definitely recommend the swimup room. The spa is also amazing and has a cold hydro therapeutic pool for relaxation. Will definitely stay again! I stayed at the Ambar Beautiful resort, room Beautiful, pools Beautiful. I wish the swim up pools were heated. The only issue was that the staff didnt know what was going on. Everyone gave you a different answer. Front desk should be on the same page with information. But amazing place to stay.

Awesome property with lots of dinner choices and great entertainment. Rooms are clean and the turn down service was awesome. The swim up pool was a real bonus. We will be back in the fall.

Stayed in the preferred club junior swim out. First day I had to call to have the pool clean because there was leftover swimwear and dirt. This problem was resolved quickly. The timely manner of customer service needs some improvement. I did not think the VIP was worth it for this resort. No one really checks to see who is preferred and who is not. Butler service was just OKAY. Overall I did enjoy this resort, just need some improvements in different areas.
