Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in El Gouna

Very nice hotel Due to modernisation I didn get swim up but a fantastic room upgrade- thank you so much. Hotel very welcoming very clean very friendly

We had a swim up room which was great. Morning sun shines to the terrace so no need to rush to the pool or the beach. Food was ok, a bit tasteless sometimes but there was a lot of options. Drinks at the bar were great and there was also a good list of non-alcoholic drinks which was super! Service was good and helpful. Overall we had a great holiday and everything was what we expected!

Overall a fantastic vacation thanks to the hotel and its staff. There's always something to eat 24/7, many pools, water slides, nice beach, great indoor kids play zone with friendly staff. As for the lifeguards, waiters, cooks, bartenders, cleaners, receptionists, each and every one of them was super kind, helpful and accommodating - anything we wanted or needed day and night, the staff tried their best to make it happen. As probably anywhere in the world, there are guests cutting in line, guests that are rude and guests that treat the staff poorly. On the other hand, if you're among those who realize that the staff are not your personal servants or slaves and if you treat them with respect and kindness, maybe thow in a couple of words/phrases in Arabic, you'll get an exceptional treatment. As for the room, Swim Up room is just perfect - pool right by your terrace with sunbeds, chairs. Wide variety of delicious food and drinks.

I normally dont choose all inclusive hotells but this experience was great in every way. There are breakfast, lunch, dinner and late evening buffees with good fresh food! During the day there is also a pizza/hamburger place so if you travel with kids they will most definitely love it. The room where big with a balcony with view over the pool area. The pool area where really nice with a big heated pool. The other pools with the waterslides where almost to cold, so this could be improved. The staff are very service minded and they also could arrange with early breakfast bag to bring on early tours which I really appreciated.

We have an amazing time at Bellagio resort , Facilities,were great ,nice pools ,with sun beds and umbrellas ,beach area was great too ,with sun beds &umbrellas. Animation team was very good ,good entertainment during the day , dancing class,aqua gym ,foam Party in the pool and water games . In the evenings they do mini disco for kids ,my daughter loved it ,and good night shows ,like circus and party on the beach with live music . Restaurants were good too ,buffet has a good selection and food quality was good,we went to two of the restaurants a la carta and they were good too. They is a bakery that opens all the day ,and is good for juices ,ice creams & cookies . We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi ,with amazing sea views ,our room was very confortable and clean . Once we contacted Omar ,manager of Bellagio resort ,because we need help with something ,and he was very helpful ,we back home with a wonderful memories from our stay . They have the option of late check out ,our flight was at 18:30 ,so that service was very convenient for us . From Bellagio to the marina is 15 minutes by taxi.

The views were stunning. The swim-up room is really well equipped. TV outside on the terrace, modern amenities and two toilets. Nice seating area with plenty of recreational space. The bed is comfortable and everything functions well. Kudos to the receptionist and the staff at the Hub!

It was a good hotel. I would recommend the Italian restaurant, it was so good! Mahmoud from the restaurant is so nice and he is always happy. All the people working here are kind and they wanna make your vacation the best. Youssef from the entertainment team is very good with children and makes every day fun. He plays with the kids and does stretching and aqua gym. In the evening he makes disco. The room was very nice, we had a private pool on the balcony! You can take a boat to the beach, it is so beautiful.

Myself and my friend were on a girlie holiday we are returning guests as our holiday last year was amazing, and this year exceeded last year! We were upgraded to a villa with private pool amazing. As always the staff could not do enough for us, so I would like to take this opportunity to thank Osama for the upgrade, Mohammed for looking after us at breakfast, Hamam for providing us lunch, Ali ensuring we always had the perfect spot on the beach and Ayhed. We look forward to returning again next year

Everything The one and only hotel in Egypt with a clear concept! Loved everything: building structure and design, Balcony, room size, Comfy Bedding Swimming pool, facilities, decoration, the way it's furnished, cleanliness, location, Beautiful Mangroovy beach accessibility which within a 2 minutes free shuttle drive, breakfast and dinner food quality, Value for the money. Most importantly, THE AMAZING HARD WORKING STAFF, Crisp-looking, with this smile that makes you feel homy and welcome anytime. Thanx much, Miss Arwa, for all the help to get me an early check-in and find me a room close to my sister. Thank you all, STAFF, one by one. I don't want to miss any names. The weather was surprisingly great for the month of August, which made our trip just perfect. Will come back again soon in shaa Allah!

The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. The room was spacious, perfect for two people, and there was plenty of space to move around and relax. The balcony was amazing, with a comfortable chair and a great view — I really enjoyed spending time there. There are two large swimming pools, both well-maintained, and the staff were fantastic — very kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything. From the reception to the housekeeping and entertainment staff, everyone was helpful and welcoming. The entertainment and tour services were also great. Mrs. Shams, who handled the tour arrangements, was wonderful and provided all the information we needed. The hotel was clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.

Hotel exceeded my expectations starting form the Hotel staff whom are trying to do their best as much as they can and the varieties of the breakfast items and cleanness of the pool and room B401 ... Special thanks to the reception team and mainly Mahmoud as my room have been upgraded without even asking from mountain view to pool and lagon view... Really this hotel exceeded my expectations as I was planning to change to any 5 stars hotel rather than the defaults in Elgouna and it was really amazing days spent in this hotel. I need to send special thanks to Mohamed the life guard man on the pool as he is really very polite and friendly and even protect the privacy of the guests.

The staff and facilities are the best. Mr Wagdy and Ammar are the best. There is also new staff compared to next year, new chef Ibrahim but he works as hard as the rest, the 2 Mustafa's and some Mohammed's which have a different extra name name, also Ziad from reception and the cleaners Ali and Machmut. The swimming pool is clean and enough beds. Room is clean, I had one with warmed swimming pool. It is nice to go for a walk into town 45 mins or go by Tuk Tuk 10 mins. There is an Apotheke in house if needed. It was my second time and I will come back

We had an incredible time during our stay at Casa Cook! We booked a room with a semi-private pool and sea view. It was dreamy waking up to the sea and sunshine every morning and having an espresso by our pool. The design and aesthetics of the property is what attracted me initially. In person, it did not disappoint! The rooms were gorgeous and everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond for us, especially the friendly and kind waiters at the pool, who made our stay so special! The breakfast buffet is very high quality and has so many nutritious and health options. We booked a massage during our stay and it was wonderful. The only things I would change is perhaps more lighting in the room, as it gets quite dark, and perhaps more live DJs by the pool. I have already recommended Casa Cook El Gouna to several of my friends.

Casa Cook is a wonderful relaxing hotel to stay at! Our room was unexpectedly upgraded to one with a pool! There are multiple pools, plenty of sun beds, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic and the staff ever so helpful. Be aware the destination is a good 45 mins drive from Hurghada and you are very limited in transport options when leaving the El Gouna area. The hotel will organise tuk tuks for you to go into the marina and El Gouna downtown where there are some excellent quality reaturants. We loved our stay here and were so sad to leave!

After a delay at check-in and a long anticipated wait, Moustafa saved the day and ensured the service was impeccable. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I could check in early after a long night flight. He even upgraded my room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The entire staff—from breakfast service to the pool team—was warm and welcoming. The hotel's modern, minimalistic design added to its serene ambiance, creating the perfect environment to unwind. Transportation was seamless, and the hotel offered a variety of daily activities to keep guests entertained. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this hotel has it all. Highly recommend! The only downside is that the beach is still under maintenance, but I can already tell the lagoon will look stunning once it's completed. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

I loved the quiet and peacefulness of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. The room was very far from the pool and the sea and the main building, which was the only issue. We liked the stay.

I choose and booked this hotel a year in advance due to online reviews and size of complex. I had selected a swim up room. Sadly due to modernisation this was not availably. Pre arrival communication was very good and extremely helpfull in total contrast to booking agent love holidays who lied! Avoid that company at all costs! The very helpfull manager arranged a lovely upgrade to compensate for swim up room not being acslinle- thank you great views. The hotel is about 30mins from the airport outside the main Hurghada area. We spent 10 super nights of a 18 night holiday in the Bellagio. The other 8 nights were on a an awful Nile Cruise ship called the Semiramis 1 but nothing to do with the hotel in October this year. We had 2 different rooms both clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating without being in your face. There were numerous restaurants with a great selection of fresh foods. My husband is fussy but always found something. I loved it, lots of salad, veg and fish. There was a lot of upgrading and renovation work going on during our stay, but didn’t distract from our holiday. Entertainment was very good, from animation team at pool and beach to evening shows. We never had a problem with noise. We went All Inclusive and the staff tried their best to give you what you wanted.( I had the best Bloody Mary in the Lobby Bar, no Tobasco) We need to mention several members of staff who looked after us above and beyond. Pool, ABD ALKADER Bar, BEMEN, YOUSEF, AHMED Foot Spa, AML, MUSTAFA Beauty Salon, ESTER, NANCY Rose Restaurant, Mahmoud, Elsayed, Mina Milas.

Amazing hotel amazing staff mina ayman from the bar is the best amazing pools food is very nice al over al very good! A lot of thanks to all the staff, rooms where very good house keeping mr Mohamed was very helpful and cleaned the rooms good! Animation was very lovely always something fun to do! The guest relations miss Samantha is a top women! Peter of the bar was amazing Ahmed issan from the pool bar was very kind to us Al over all we will come back!

The best week in Egypt for the first time We arrived late due to a delay , the staff were on hand and we was shown to our room at 2 am The staff were so nice and friendly We had an issue with one of the rooms which was resolved the next morning and we swapped rooms The restaurants There was always a great choice of food for all meals and freshly cooked items also We booked the al carte restaurant which was lovely The premises So clean always staff on hand for everything , pools and beds cleaned The rooms Aircon was great Spacious and comfortable with great views The beach The beach part of the hotel was lovely and the water was so nice and warm The bars All the drinks were great and cocktails was good The entertainment was good there was always something going on The shisha bar was lovely but take your bug spray you will need it There was some maintenance works going on on site but didn’t disturb There is building works going on in the next property but it wasn’t an issue it was actually fascinating watching them build it All staff including lifeguards were great and could not do more for you There is a shop for snacks , shop for clothing , shop for inflatable S , scents , pharmacy and trips arranged on site

The villa is fabulous. Everything was clean and renovated. The private pool is heated and we spent a very nice time there. The location is 5 minutes away from the marina and downtown. The breakfast, tea and coffee were a good idea and distinguished from any other places we sateyed in before in El Gouna. Hope to come again and again in the future isA.

Private pool, direct access to lagoon, clean place, nice breakfast. All small details are taken care of. There is a set of towels in each room. Hand soap and tissues were provided in the bathrooms. All kitchen utensils, tableware and cutlery were included. Complementary tea and coffee capsules, water bottles and a fruit plate were provided too.

Firstly this villa is beautiful, the hosts make it so easy for you with all the guides !! The villa is spacious , clean and has nearly everything you need except a hairdryer 😉, pool and views are heaven , so peaceful here a great retreat and luxury, My kids are 3, 5 , 7 and 8 and we just came from Pickalbratos Neverland now thats some hotel to beat, but the kids absolutely loved it and they were dissapointed when I said only 2 nights stay. It safe, secure and really private, pool goes 50CM to 150CM depth and quite large so everyone can have fun not just kids 😆, cleaned daily !! Host was on point with anything I needed, the area is 5 mins drive from all the Marina , beautiful restaurants, is used Indrive app for taxis so easy and usable. I would 💯 recommend this place to anyone amazing ! Grocery stores, food, breakfast all a quick taxi drive away, even got a hair cut at Thair Scissors Uk standard fade loved it !! Try Bongoyo for food 😋. I will definitely book this again this time im bringing my parents with me so they can enjoy it with my kids, they would love the peacefulness and calmness plus the beauty what an absolute gem!

Nayah Stays is an incredibly professional rental company that I highly recommend! If you are looking for a place for your family or for business I can recommend Paradise with a heated pool. The neighborhood is quiet and it is only 8 minutes by Toktok to Downtown. It is very clean compared to Egyptian standards. You have everything you need in the kitchen and with an espresso machine you can enjoy your coffee over the fantastic view of the pool and lagoon. You can order with breakfast, and have it delivered to your door every morning. The bedrooms are large with good mattresses in all rooms. The pool area is magical with a view of the mountains and the warm sunset. Can really be recommended!

It a wonderful place in El Gouna. I consider it my place everytime I go with my family. It is very comfortable and convenient. Nice location and view of the lagoon, also the huge swimming pool is fantastic. The rooms and the ac are good ..

The location was amazing and the villa was clean. Had a dedicated bathroom and fridge for each room and a very spacious communal areas.

Das standard Doppelzimmer mit Poolblick kann ich wirklich empfehlen! Sehr sauber und schön. WLAN ist in jedem Zimmer vorhanden, allerdings nur im Poolbereich und Restaurant kostenlos. Ein Zimmer auf die Poolseite erhöht jedoch die Chance auf Empfang der kostenlosen Version auch im Zimmer. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits der Marina, wo die meiste (nächtliche) Aktivität stattfindet. Für den Schlaf ist das sicher vorteilhaft, wer abends noch etwas trinken möchte muss ca. 10 min Fußweg einplanen.

The hotel enjoys a good marina view. Make sure you take sea view room, not pool view. There are also ground floor rooms that open directly on the pool ... these are nice if you have kids.

In my opinion the Mosaique Hotel is well deserving of it's four star status. The Staff where all friendly and helpful. A continental breakfast was available from 8am, either indoors or out by the Pool. I had a large comfortable room and the bathroom and shower was excellent. I was at El Gouna for Kite boarding at the KBC Club. The Hotel is an easy 20 minute walk or 5 minute Tok-Tok ride to KBC. Ideally situated for other Kiting spots and the Marina, Mosaique will be my choice on returning to El Gouna. My regards to the staff for an enjoyable stay. Shaun

Beautiful and cozy hotel. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and very well maintained. Upon our arrival, Michael was very helpful and hospitable. Mohamed, the housekeeping gentleman was very accommodating with any requests. Ahmed at the pool was very entertaining and helpful. The waiters, Ahmed and Mohamed were also very friendly and always smiling, happy to assist at all times. Will definitely be back again!

Our stay at Mosaique was super convenient. From the hotel, you can go anywhere in El Gouna with a tuk tuk for 50 egp. The beds were comfortable, the pool was great, breakfast was okay and the location was prime. Multiple restaurants at walking distance, and the food at the local restaurant (merbey) was delicious. Family friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10 Would book again.

I want to write a review about the hotel, but what made the hotel exceptional was the people there. I had a room right in front of the pool and a 2-3 min walk to the lagoon. The view was good and the room was beautiful but what made all of this a very enjoyable experience was the staff. The staff at the pool like Ahmed and the crew or at the VIP pool like Kareem. This was a business trip, so we needed to be at the reception a lot and the crew there was also extremely helpful all the from the entrance like the security guards or the receptionists themselves. A special thanks to Mina and Madany they are the best! Madany got me my bags even after I lost it at the airport in Hurghada!

The service we received and the warm embrace we had during the entire stay was soothing. This is my second time back at steigenberger and as always, I had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are beautiful, and the staff is excellent. Peter at the reception desk, Khaled at the reception bar, Mina who helped with our luggage and drove us to our room, Mohammed and Hesham lifeguards helping us set up at the lagoon, Mohammed at the beach bar, Khalil and Sherif lifeguards at the pool, Mina Atta, Wagdy and Hagag at the lagoon terrace, Mohammed the breakfast manager, and Hesham who took care of tidying up our room are just a few of the many helpful staff - always smiling and stopping to make sure we are OK and taken care of. The pool and lagoon are always clean and taken care of; rooms are always cleaned up, and there’s entertainment with dinner at night. Hopefully we will be back a third time!

Amazing winter break. Some of the great things the hotel offer that made our experience perfect: - Lagoon view room with balcony - In house sushi restaurant - oriental night on Friday, Egyptian food and belly dancer - walking distance to down town - Massage and spa experience is a must - finally and most importantly is the great staff. Bassem at the pool Bar, Nermeen at reception, Mesaad at the swimming poo, both Ahmads at Restaurant and at swimming pool Bar and finally Mido the entertainment guru, thank you all.

We had an excellent experience with the lifeguards at the pool — Sherif, Khalil, and Tariq. They were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. A special mention to Sherif, who was exceptionally vigilant and acted immediately when one of our group’s small children accidentally fell into the pool. His quick response and calm handling of the situation were truly commendable. We are very grateful for the exemplary service provided by all three lifeguards. Truly fantastic team!

The hotel was fine, I wouldn't say 4-star but 3-star. And about the hotel staff, there's was nice people and there was also ignorant people. the room was fine, the guy told me that we will get a room with pool access through the balcony but I got the other balcony instead..... it's disappointing. Breakfast was ok with the pancakes and the eggs but not a lot of bread and couldn't eat cereals because the bowls were so tiny.

My stay at the Fanadir hotel was characterised by a sense of relaxation and comfort. Having had much experience of 'flexible' Egyptian timing, I was delighted to see the well- organised and prompt transportation arrangements on my arrival at Hurghada airport. I checked in quickly and was assigned a room on the second floor with a small open balcony looking towards the pool. The room was spotlessly clean with lots of space and facilities. I was particularly glad that the A/C worked efficiently and quietly, and that the hotel had a clear awareness of the requirement for eco-efficient power infrastructures. Breakfast provision was basic,but sufficient. The omelette and eggs 'station' was a nice touch, and I enjoyed what the chefs there provided. The pool area was well-managed, and this is where the 'adults only' aspect of the hotel came into its own.The only sounds of lapping water and tastefully quiet music was exactly what I was looking for on my short break. I would recommend the Fanadir hotel to anyone wanting rest and relaxation, be it couples or solo travellers. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Fanadir is a smaller property with decent sized rooms; however, the bed was a bit hard and the rooms a little run down. There were missing tiles in the bathroom, but it was clean and the air conditioning worked well! We had a marina view room and being about 5 minutes walk from the marina where there are shops and restaurants, it was very quiet! The poolis nice with plenty of seating. Breakfast was average with eggs and pancakes to order, fruit, yogurt, breads. The juice was more like a powdered mixed juice than fresh squeezed which was disappointing. The wi-fi is limited to the pool and lobby and is inconsistant, which was not unexpected. The servers were not very attentive and we needed to flag someone down to order a beer. Being in a quiet location and a short walk from the marina was the big seller for us!

Very clean hotel and helpful staff. Room and view excellent. B&B basis and pleased we did not book half-board or fully inclusive as the restaurant was very plain and food OK for breakfast and perhaps a sandwich by the pool but had no appeal for a full meal! Location was fine albeit a little away from the centre of town but then only a short and pleasant stroll to the marina or a tuk-tuk to the centre of town. Biggest downside was lack of wi-fi other than near reception and even then not very good. This was a pain as I needed to keep in contact with my office.

I loved how the staff was flexible with our checkout time. The location was perfect. The pool was always sunny!

We had one of the first 3 renovated rooms which was very spacious and well appointed. Great position for us in a quiet area and very private terrace. Big resort with lovely grounds, bar areas and even its iwn shops and inly 2 minute walk from El Gouna Downtown for dinner and shopping. The oy downside for us was the pool areas ate too small for the complex as very cramped. The main pool (fitness) had constant music and quite loud but only German language or organ style instramental but not modern. It sounded like childrens TV music or happy clappy. Would not appeal to most so thankful our room did not overlook here. Although all ages were here it was mostly over 70s so maybe why the odd choice of music.. But a livy space and great staff throughout.

Absolutely fantastic trip from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The food was consistently excellent – fresh, flavorful, and with a great variety to choose from. The location itself was brilliant – perfect setting, beautiful surroundings, and everything we needed within easy reach. A massive shout out to Milad, who truly made our time at the sunset pool unforgettable. He looked after us every single day with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Milad was not only attentive and efficient, but always brought a smile and positive energy that really added to our experience. He’s a real credit to the team and one of the main reasons we’d love to return. 10/10 – couldn’t recommend it more highly!

One of the best experiences in Hurghada All the staff were friendly , helpful and smiling all the time 😊 Starting of the reception, Mr Kahli and Sama ... both are very professional, handling any problem in seconds smoothly. The staff of the bars , pool , lagoona and of course the restaurant... all were amazing . The food was great , delicious and varied .... Every night in different theme , we enjoyed all . Big applause to the Chefs The rooms were clean , daily refreshed , free WiFi .... the only flaw is they were some sort small , however it's the main style of El Gouna's resorts .

This is the place that you can call it home, & the staff as family.. We've been visiting rihana for 14 years.. and we never get bored.. a place where you feel warmth and being welcomed by everyone from the staff, starting from the reception team (special thanks to mr. Mohamed Gamal for being so helpful) , the restaurant team , the pool / lagoon team (special thanks also to John, milad, hany, shenouda, wael, ...). Great food with much variety, nice beer & cocktails. The rooms are spacious and comfy.
