This property is so beautiful it was like out of a dream. Our igloo was clean and upgraded. In person it looked even newer than the pictures. I didn’t know what to expect because the reviews were so low but I honestly have no idea why. Everything was so perfect. We were bummed we didn’t have time to stay longer.

Clean, quiet, relaxing, and swim up pool is a plus! Love that you can pay at checkout and the beach is a short distance walk. Would have loved to stay more time but will definitely be staying longer when I come back! Keep in mind if your traveling with someone bathroom and shower have no privacy.

The staff was amazing! We arrived late night and they were accommodating to our needs. The pool and swim up bar is excellent! I came with a friend and we had a blast. The location is perfect…. next to several restaurants and shops.

Nice place, beautiful pools, fun swim up bar. Friendly staff, good food & drink, though getting closer to US prices at the hotel. It's on a river that is brown, and you can walk down to the beach. Good area with things to walk to for food & bars etc. If you're in this area, it is a good choice.

If you looking for a great hotel to stay while this is the place to be. It has everything you need a sport bar in the basement, exercise room, jacuzzi room, pool with amazing view, delicious breakfast buffet, and great nice staff. It was last minute trip for the weekend and it was an amazing trip. It was my first time ever coming to El Salvador and I definitely will come back again and especially in this Hotel. I was able to meet people all around the world staying in this hotel. I will definitely share my pictures of my trip.

I was super clean. Housekeeping passed by everyday if needed. You have the option of putting a sign outside your door if you do not want them to go inside. Breakfast was good but make sure it’s included with your stay. Ours wasn’t since we booked online. About $22 for breakfast. Pool was nice and comfortable. They even have a coffee shop inside and it’s open late. Their room service was amazing! Ordered twice and food was there in less than 20 minutes and you have the option to pay cash or card.

I enjoyed my stay at Barceló San Salvador. The interior of the hotel was picture perfect. The temperature of the pool was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a nice spread with plenty of hot and cold selections. The coffee was delicious. The bed felt like a mound of clouds which made it hard to get out of bed! The most comfortable hotel bed that I’ve slept on in my life! Plenty of food options in walkable distance to the hotel. There is also a small shopping directly across from the hotel. Great location! 10/10

A beautiful hotel with historic charm. Better than the pictures as I think it has been updated. Lots of options for dining. We had family visit and we were out by the pool sitting in the bar area. We were going to go in to eat but they accommodated us bringing restaurant menus to us and serving us where we were settled. Excellent service! The mall was right across the street offering more options. A lovely safe area and first class service.

The hotel is in a modern and safe area of the city. Room are spacious, with two large double beds in a double room; however, the very same room can be used comfortably by up to 4 people. Breakfast was excellent, with large choice of dishes, cold and warm, and both local and international. The outdoor pool is large enough to have a swim in, and there is a indoor jacuzzi on the top floor (next to the gym).

The hotel was beautiful, relaxing, clean and the staff were amazingly friendly! The breakfast was delicious, especially the lady that makes the Papoosas. They were a highlight of our days! The coffee shop in the hotel was located in a stunning serene setting with delicious coffee and cakes! The swimming pool was relaxing with a beautiful view of the volcano. Our highlight was definitely the tours that the hotel arranged through El Salvador positive Tourist and our tour guides, Diego and Josue were absolutely awesome! They were so friendly and knowledgeable and took us to all great places. We felt very safe in El Salvador. It’s a beautiful country and I hope everybody goes to visit. Perfect for a family vacation or a couples weekend getaway. Great value for money!

Stayed here for one night. This is a large business and convention style hotel. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. There is a bar, restaurant, pool, gym, etc. The food in the restaurant is very good and in particular I want to emphasize that Walter in the restaurant is a charming, helpful waiter and I enjoyed talking to him. Rooms are very clean, modern, well appointed and have everything you need.

The views, the setting under the tree, the furniture, the design of the interior, the swimming pool, the coffee nar and attention to seevice.

Stayed here while my son competed on the at the Pan Am Youth and Masters archery championships for a week. North American Holiday Inns could learn from this location. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Many spoke English, but those that did not were very patient and kind. They would happily use translations apps to communicate with us. Everything was spotless. The front desk was helpful and a driving service was located at the front door. Traffic is crazy here. The breakfast buffet is more like one found at a resort. Fresh made omelets and papusas are available. Would definitely stay here again. Only one issue, no refrigerator in the room.

We came to this hotel a year ago for vacations, we left this hotel looking forward to come back and here we are again enjoying one more time our stay in this beautiful hotel, since you enter to its premises you are welcome the staff from the front desk are extremely friendly they recognized us immidiately so they welcome us with a hug they make us feel like a home. Same happen when we made use of the cafeteria we can tell how happy they were to see us again but we were more happy to see them again. Last but not least the housekeeping personal they were also very happy to see us again they are as everybody in this hotel so professionals and friendly and always making sure that we counts with all we need in our room. We will leaving the hotel in a couple of days but I can assure God's will that we will again looking forward to come back for our next vacations, thank you to those that work behind scenes like the people in charge of the reservations online and other office people that we not see but that we know they there to help us anything. Very nice, clean, safe hotel located in a good area close to the US Embassy. We arrived very late at night, and the gentleman at the front desk even called my phone to make sure everything was ok and that we would still be checking in. I apologized for coming so late and he said it was no problem at all, he would wait for us. When we arrived, he promptly checked us in after a quick temperature check to enter the building as required by law currently in El Salvador due to the Covid-19 situation. Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable we did not want to get up the next morning! The room on the seventh floor was very quiet and had lovely views of the city. My wife unfortunately came down with a sinus infection while we were on our trip (not Covid!) and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, even bringing us some cups of hot water so we could make tea. The room had plenty of clean towels, toiletries, excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower, etc. The hotel is also well-lit and has 24 hour security to ensure your safety. Highly recommend to all!

Stayed at the hotel for one night as part of a short family trip to El Salvador. The hotel facilities are very clean and nice and the staff were very attentive and courteous. Rooms were large and comfortable. The beds were firm and the pillow options were very good (tow pillow types are available, soft and medium) making it perfect for a good night sleep. One special observation that I would like to point out is that during our stay, we left one of our iphone chargers in the room and the hotel staff had the decency of storing it in the lost and found for us to pickup. This is not a regular practice in many hotels and it is something that needs to be pointed out.

Stayed at this hotel for on a business trip, great friendly staff from the maids to the folks at the front desk, I included on my title, difficult situation, due to the COVID19 pandemic had hit several countries within Central America, and El Salvador presisent, the staff there was helpful on providing updates on the situation, and assisted me on a quick checkout as I needed to leave the country before being quarantined , its been several months now, and I hope all the staff is healthy and in good spirits.

I loved to stay at Villa Serena Escalon. This beautiful antique colonial house has been converted into a hotel that made me feel like my home away from home. The staff were wonderful! Very polite and helpful! Starting with Ms. Rita, Santiago, Franklin, Rafael and Omar at the front desk, Mariela who kept my room spotless, Carlos who was always so helpful, especially when I was packing the day I left, and Elsa who prepared my delicious breakfast every morning. Thank you so much to each and every one of them for making my stay a very enjoyable one. I felt very well taken care of. Whenever I needed something, they were always there for me, willing to help out. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to El Salvador.

Our stay at the beautiful hotel Villa Serena Escalon was wonderful. A delicious breakfast every morning with a choice of 6 dishes. Room was cleaned when we asked it to be and was very clean, with a fridge and ac. The 24 hour reception is very helpful for late arrivals and early morning starts. The hotel is close to the main road where there are lots of restaurants and other shops. You can easily catch a bus from the main road to take you to the historical centre. There is even a pupusa stall at the end of the street for a late night snack. All in all, a great place to stay! 5 out of 5 stars.

This place is perfect when you go exploring the city and are looking for a cozy room to lay down at night. It’s across the street from a police station. Down the street from Monumento al Divino Salvador del Mundo. Walking distance to malls and restaurants. Uber will be your friend since it so affordable and dependable 24/7. The rooms are simple, clean, cable tv, AC, complimentary breakfast, nice architecture, the place feels warm with the friendliest staff and tourists.

So quiet, so clean, and the service was excellent. Both of the front desk representatives were very sweet and helpful. Our room had a refrigerator and a little table and a sliding door to a little garden area. It was quite a lot nicer than I expected for the price. Great location as well. Good cup of coffee at breakfast. Honestly the best thing here is the staff, they were so nice.

Nice staff, atmosphere and location. The desk is manned 24 hours and they will gladly take your car keys to quickly move cars around in their constricted parking lot, saving you the hassle. The breakfast selections and outdoor eating option made the mornings something to look forward to as you can hear the city’s hustle and bustle as you enjoy your meal. The location puts you close to many excellent restaurants.

This seems to be a busy 'destination' property with desireable space for weddings, large business meetings, and trade shows. I experienced all three during my stay. These events slightly inconvenience the paying guests because of constant changes to ingress and egress routes. The rooms show definite signs of wear, especially window treatments and bathroom fixtures. All the staff I interacted with handled themselves very professionally and made me feel like a vallued client. The hotel restaurant and room service is good if you don't want to go out. The restaurant has great servers and most of the food I sampled during my 2 week stay was better than average. They use a quality beef. I really enjoyed the bacon wrapped filets. The pool is small but attractive and enjoyable for a quck dip. The gym meets your basic away from home needs and the lounge with the pool table and big screen tv offers good diversion. Housekeeping was consistently good but different people service the room so if you tip, tip daily. The front desk is properly manned by multilingual people who will try to resolve any issue that would make your stay less enjoyable. The grounds are safe and well maintained. Even the parking lots and garages are well maintained. I had no trouble parking my rental car daily at no cost. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything was wonderful service was great. Security on the other hand not the great. The security staff are very rude and incompetent. They let people that are not staying in the hotel just walk in and use the facilities. And while me and my son were in the pool a man was taking pictures and masturbating. When I told security they just walk the guy out of the property. Both the employer and head of security were both very rude. Aside from that everything was wonderful

Everything was great!! We got there early and tried to do an early check in. Unfortunately, they were not able to accommodate us. We were not able to get an upgrade either. I requested a king bed but they didn't have it available. However, my husband and I enjoyed our stay.. The food was fantastic!!! And we also enjoyed the pool! Great customer service!!

THe property is huge, gym, sauna, pool,definetly pay for the morning buffet in your room booking. It is well worth it. The people/staff are wonderful, they really make your stay perfect as possible

The rooms are okay. I wish they had a sofa or more seating especially for kids. It doesn't have a pool so I wouldn't say it's kid friendly. They had plenty of food items in the breakfast buffet. They were also attentive.

This was my first visit at the Fairfield by Marriot San Salvador, and I greatly enjoyed my stay. I had an early arrival at the property in the morning, and was able to get my room immediately- which was very convenient. There is a lot of thought put into the experience for guests; the whole property was neatly decorated, clean, and nicely scented. My room was well put together as well, and the bed was very comfortable. The biggest standout was the attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Thank you to the front desk, Ricardo and Jose- who was so friendly and helpful with any questions and providing useful information for our trip. A special thank you to Chef Rafael, who was excited to share Salvadoran cuisine with us, and provided us with many delicious items to try. We look forward to staying here again during a future trip and would recommend this hotel to others as well.

The hotel is located at the perfect spot. It is in La Gran Via just next to the mall and the multi plaza. It is a very safe area and you can walk around in the evening too. You will find fine restaurants and shops. I also found small gift shops at the mall and the multi plaza. The staffs at the hotel are very friendly and nice. They have breakfast buffet. Not a big but nice enough. They provide pupusa of course.^^ I invited my friends for breakfast and they enjoyed. You just need to pay for your guests but the price is very reasonable. Over all, i really enjoyed my staying at the hotel. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Stayed here for 4 nights... Breakfast was nice, they had bottles of water, fruit, several hot options like pupusas and they rotated other hot options such as eggs, meats, local dishes. Also had teas, yogurts, cereal, juices, breads, milk, etc. The room was nice and comfortable, I felt very safe in this location and the surrounding area. They held my bags for several hours as I had a very late flight. They also had clean bathrooms near the lobby. Was easy to catch an Uber and inDriver from the front of the hotel without a problem. Also appreciated their lower entryway had working plug outlets and a sitting area.

The Hotel is small but really well kept. The Staff is incredibly warm and friendly. It’s incredibly clean and the Breakfast is to die for… sooo good! The location of this place is amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance. I travel quite often and this is one of the best places I have ever stayed at.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric! The location is fantastic, situated between three malls, and both San Salvador and Santa Tecla. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the service provided by the staff top notched! The atmosphere and bar at the pool area was perfect. We were able to store our work bags for a week while going to Guatemala!

I like the hotel overall, it was super comfortable clean and I think it was the best hotel we stayed in . Pool was nice and clean and rooms very comfortable

Great location to stay in the city and walking distance from the mall and restaurants. The staff is super friendly! The breakfast is great. I love the typical salvadorean breakfast served with Orange juice and coffee. Rooms are basic but it’s what is needed for a quick stay. The place has a cute lobby and outdoor garden with an cute pool, looks really cute at night too.

First of all the staff are very helpful, warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean, has incredible breakfasts included and my room had a small fridge which was very handy too. The pool was stunning and just right for small people to enjoy too. Great location and we happily walked around the area. Uber was also handy to get around with. Not yellow or unmarked cabs.

The room was super spacious and quiet. Wifi worked well. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. Beds were big and comfortable. Nice hot showers. Good location with a good restaurant next door. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked inviting.

The property was very nicely cared for and had several cute wooden creatures made from chunks of wood. Really nice dining area and a small pool which was well taken care of. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and clean.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet is a must. Restaurant are good…wouldn’t say so much kids friendly for picker eaters but location is close to many food options in walking distance as well. Pool was a vibe and both bars (inside at Nau and pool side) had excellent drinks and spa were great! Best massage/facial I’ve had. Luz was amazinggg. 10/10

My mother has stayed here in the past and she loved it. This time around I was able to stay there and see why she's stayed there every time she visits El Salvador. Breakfast buffet is great, Both restaurants are great too, One Italian style and the other Brazil, both have it all! Pool is perfect for kids, and gym had all I needed for a quick get fit fix. Plenty of parking, and Taxi. Public transit is clearly visible from the hotel in every direction. Huge shopping center mall across the street for all your needs!

Great hotel to stay at close to everything. The pool is a little small and they were repairing something when we were there so we didn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked. The place is very clean and safe. Eduardo is a great concierge, he is very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable, the best person at the front desk by far!

The pool and some areas under construction but staff was exceptional. It is an older building and or rooms are a tad older BUT they keep it clean. The grounds are kept nice and breakfast was great!

Everybody was very friendly. It is a beautiful hotel. The pool area is so clean as well as the gym. I definitely recommend for couples and families to stay here.

Only when traveling for work do I stay in hotels like these that are business focused and have amenities like meeting spaces, gym, pool, etc, but if you are staying in San Salvador this is great base since it close to everything, safe, and there are lots of malls and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good and the pool area is nice place to unwind. Staff is super nice. All you would expect from a Marriott.

We truly enjoyed the breakfast Buffett, it was delicious. The rooms and beds were wonderful, we booked 3 rooms and mine had a jacuzzi, thank you so much I truly enjoyed it. Housekeepers and bellboys were so polite and wonderful smiles. The four of us truly enjoyed the hotel, rooms, and breakfast, the pool had great water

Hi, I liked that it was next to the mall and restaurants. Great area and close to Santa elena. The highlight of the stay was the Thursday party held at the restaurant. The menu and drinks are wonderful. Specially the singer "Mario Guerrero" for the evening entertainment Do not get rid of him, Omg, what a voice. He is definitely an asset to the hotel. I would recommend Fridays and Saturday performances too. The personal at the guest services all have a wonderful personality. In addition, "Samuel" from house keeping is a wonderful gentle person. He is so sweet and just a delight to speak with. He does a wonderful job cleaning the rooms and listening to your needs. Other employees who left an impact were two waiters. "Franklin" he goes beyond the call of duty and a hard worker. He was nice and helpful. Provided excellent service to my aunt who is on a walker. She is 88 years old. I appreciated that. Very nice young man. Please recognize him in some way. Another waiter called "Abner". He was extra nice and provided excellent service. Everyone in the restaurant was nice and friendly. But, these two waiters went beyond the call of duty. I will definitely stay at the hotel again. Please acknowledge Mario the singer, Samuel of housekeeping, Franklin and Abner the waiters. They are wonderful people Wonderdul employees. Thank you.

Lots of food options in walking distance as well as an enterprise and grocery store. The A/C in the bedroom was COLD and the rooms weren't humid. There are several areas to shop at right outside the hotel; including starbucks, zara, northface, etc. They were actively remolding the sitting area and it was ample and modern. There are also more "authentic" food options that are a few minutes away but as long as you have a working map app, you're good to go. The front desk was able to book us a ride to the airport for my party of 4 plus two suitcases for $35. I'm not sure if I'm satisfied because my initial expectation was low or if this place was just that good. Would def return, if staying in San Salvador,

I loved our view of the mountains. I really enjoyed the big balcony and I really enjoyed how pleasant and quiet our space and area was. The check-in process overall was fast and easy. The lobby personnel seemed polite and kind everytime I interacted with them.

Please check the negatives on this property. I am giving it a top rating because everything in the control of the property was excellent. Staff- Every single person that I met that works for the hotel was so professional, so friendly and welcoming! Everyone wanted to help and make my stay perfect. Laundry- The staff will do your laundry and have it done the next morning, and it was perfect. It also benefits the staff who get part of the payment. Breakfast- Pay no attention to the "continental breakfast" claim. This is a full, amazing breakfast with eggs, guac, cheeses, frijoles, pan. It is a full breakfast, not a "continental". Internet- The internet in my room, all the way at the end of the hallway, is faster than the internet at my apartment. Location- You can get anything you want within 10 minutes or less of walking. Restaurants, Juan Valdez coffee shop, Road Market for beer or chips, Bambu mall, Museums.

The first two categories of ratings (Cleanliness and Staff & Service) are, for me personally, the main priorities. This hotel ranks 5-star on these two criteria! The staff that serves breakfast were extremely friendly and hospitable. And the breakfasts were delicious. Also, the hotel was entirely clean: the cleaning staff were extremely diligent and careful. My hotel room’s infrastructure was pretty basic yet perfectly fine. On two of my five evenings there, I did hear some loud music for a couple of hours in the evening. But it ended by 10pm on each night, perhaps due to a local noise ordinance so I had no problem with it. Overall, I strongly recommend Hotel Villa Serena San Benito! (I do have a small suggestion for anyone who uses taxis: Be sure to distinguish between “San Benito” and “Escalon”. Once, a driver drove me to the wrong hotel. Luckily the two hotels are not far apart.)

This is a cute little spot that is suuuuuper affordable. I booked through Expedia and got a competitive rate. When compared with other hotels that offer the same type of room and amenities, this is one of the best deals. The staff is attentive and courteous - cleaning, kitchen, front desk - pretty much down the line. This is also a primo location near the Sheraton, so it's pretty central to all kinds of lunch and dining spots. I'd say it's also safe(r) here. I was also able to walk to Super Selectos, Dollar City, and the pharmacy to get a few items. Overall, I'm very satisfied and I'd recommend it for someone who's looking for a safe place to crash after partying all day hahah.

I stayed in room 310 this time. I’ve been coming here for a few years for my weeklong stays to visit family and friends. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. I make sure to not miss breakfast, as I really like their omelette option hahah. The cleaning staff is very conscientious and will ask if things are to one’s liking, which is a plus. The front desk was able to assist me with a few things, such as getting envelopes and breaking a $20 bill when I was in a jam. As I said, very resourceful and cool. I’m booking again here the next time I visit family and friends.

I love this hotel. It is a small hotel but perfect for our vacation. The place is clean, staff are attentive they are always happy to help. Breakfast is included in the stay and was delicious. The hotel is located in a prime tourist zone with a lot of restaurants and things to do around. The location is also safe we walk around and we feel safe people around are friendly too just try to blend in do no go there flashing expensive stuff and you not going to have any problems. We are so happy to stay at villa florencia hotel.

This was a Great place - there was a pool party so nicely organized by the staff. It was a real treat for our last night in El Salvador. They made pupusas and tacos around the pool, there was a DJ and dancing! Luis the GM is an amazing leader.

Breakfast: we needed to take the 5:00 am shuttle to the airport so the hotel provided us with a tasty, "to go" breakfast conveniently packed including orange juice, scrambled eggs, plantain, black beans, potatoes, and tamal. The shuttle service was on time and the driver was very accommodating. This is the closest hotel to the airport, about 10-15 minutes, allowing us to sleep as long as possible in the morning! The hotel was quite. The outdoor pool/pool area is large with lounges and tables and bar service surrounded by lawn, palm trees and singing birds. We did not eat dinner at the hotel. The air conditioning worked well.

This hotel is close to the airport and very clean and quiet. Staff are very nice. There is a nice pool and several food options. Dinner was very good. The only thing not great was the breakfast. There were many options, but nothing was really fresh or tasty. I think fewer options but better quality would make a huge difference. The grounds are very well kept. A great hotel near the airport. Will stay here again.

We stayed here at the end of our trip so that we could easily get to the airport for our AM flight. There are dining options on site so no need to venture out, the pool area was bustling, the staff was friendly and spoke english. The shuttle transport was quick and efficient! The room was clean and the property was safe and close to the airport. I would definitely use this hotel again!

Very clean bedrooms and facility. Great air conditioning. Pillows are so soft. Conveniently located near the airport. We used a taxi to get to the airport as it was after shuttle operating hours and it was affordable. Super polite and courteous staff. Wish I had more time to enjoy the pool and restaurant.

The rooms are big with a comfy bed. The monring buffet changed everyday and the food was super tasty. The pool was a welcome refreshment after exploring the city.

Breakfast at Beverly Hills Hotel..damn it's a wonderful place and service?? Spectacular! They come with truffle egg Benedice in a way never seen before! By the swimming pool, a nice terrace and a bar well equipped! Best experience ever! People service minded here and so helpful! Has no price for this kindness!! I m in love with Beverly Hills.

I had a trip to El Salvador and I stayed in Beverly Hills Hotel. it was close to the embassy of USA and in a nice area. in general I like it people who are working there are friendly and nice and they help you for anything you need , so I like them service. The hotel is always clean and secure 24/7 Outside pool is nice, Taxis are always parking next to the hotel and they provide you price before . The breakfast is very good and daily from 6 am to 10 am. The rooms always clean and organize and suits too. The only thing why I didn't give 5 stars is because the suits doesn't provide two beds (only 1 king bed) The hotel is kind of INN because they don't have Massage service or Restaurant inside. I would like to visit this hotel again in the future .

Stayed at the beginning of April. The hotel is nice, quiet, and clean, but the room decor is old-fashioned and the bathrooms smelled a bit musty (although El Salvador has such a humid climate it must be hard to keep that smell at bay). Beds comfortable, service was good, and we made good use of the pool and gazebos. Note that the hotel is not close to the airport, beaches or downtown San Salvador but there are several good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Only 2 issues - a very loud air conditioner and one of our friends had noise blaring into her room from other rooms on the 3rd floor - we were on the 5th floor and had no problems, though.

Hotel Michanti is a small hotel close to the sea in Santa Teresa. Perfect for tourists who like to away from the nightlife in quiet surroundings but also close to the sea all of the activities. There is a great easy going feel about the place and you can sit around the pool or on the roof top area and relax for as long as you like during the heat of the day. The bar/eating area is next to the pool and there are several restaurants nearby.

Beautiful spot, pool and bar were super, with other little areas for hanging out and relaxing. It's not a massive hotel but it's well laid-out and works really well. The food was all delicious the ceviche was top notch and cocktails were smashing. Staff were helpful, location was perfect - literally a 3 minute walk to the beach!! We came with our 4-month old and it was just super, very accommodating, pool space was excellent and they upheld the quiet hours mentioned when we checked in. Thanks hotel Michanti for an amazing first holiday with our son!!

I can go on and on about this place it was INCREDIBLE! The staff is so attentive, it's super clean, the food is DELICIOUS, they have yoga classes, the pool is beautiful and clean, hammocks for relaxation, and it's truly a place you never want to leave. The beach is less than a 5min walk away. They even went as far as to reach out to me the night before I was getting there to help me arrange a pick-up from Santa Tecla. I cannot recommend this place enough. There aren't any shops here - this is definitely more of a relaxation place BUT you can get to El Tunco (shopping bars etc) which we did in 15mins its not really a hassle to get there - they arranged our drop off and pick up too! I am so glad I found this little piece of heaven in El Zonte. I cannot wait to come back. Those that wrote weird reviews about this place - I'm sorry but I DON'T GET IT! Book this place I promise you won't regret it.

I loved how welcoming and helpful everyone was everyday that we were there. My son and I really loved it, the staff go beyond to help. There was a particular gentlemen that checked us in and I don’t know his name but upon my arrival later that evening I had a panic attack and he really helped in calming me down and even made me tea to help. Again that’s how amazing the staff is there they make you feel like family. The place is lovely they had yoga, hammocks, ping pong and a pool. I loved it everyday that we were there the food was awesome and nice to just eat breakfast and dinner there. No complaints if one only no hot water which I had already read about, but that’s nothing to me it was nice to take cool showers.

Fantastic rooms with a lovely, comfortable bed and quality linen. The AC works well, and the bathroom is decent, with good hot water and okay water pressure—though the toilet flush could be stronger. The pool is great and cleaned every morning. There's a rooftop space above the rooms perfect for yoga or just relaxing. The staff are wonderful—always smiling and genuinely friendly. The area is still developing, so there aren’t many restaurants or bars nearby yet, but with new hotels going up, more options are likely coming soon. The beach isn’t sandy; it’s more of a surf beach than a lounging one. The bar and restaurant on-site are a bit pricey for my taste, but overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

The location of the hotel was very good And the buffet in the mornings were great. The staff was very kind and friendly I stayed there for 4 nights and didn't really have any plans for what to do. But 1 girl in the lobby gave me some hints and was telling me what to do. I want to give her my highest compliment So l just say THANK YOU THANK YOU

The Hotel was excellent. Our room was prepared daily; we got a new bottle of water every day, breakfast, and the restaurant was excellent. The staff was super kind. We would return.

We were really pleased with the location of the hotel and feeling safe to walk to restaurants in the area. The professionalism of the staff. The peaceful and homely ambiance.

I had a pool view from a window. About the facility, I did like nature, they are practically on a cliff, so the views are amazing. They also have Three pools and three natural salt water pools; these pools are caused because of the high tides and waves hitting the pools. The natural salt water pools were a great experience. They also have two private beaches, one on each side of the facility. The beaches are a bit rocky though.

Beautiful resort at a cliff with short walking access to two beaches. One of the beaches has some small local restaurants with fresh fish and local dishes. On the cliff are little open, Palm leave covered privat huts where you can chill in hammocks, order food from the kitchen & hang out at the table. I did a lot of my work with the Wifi and computer here with the view onto the beach and ocean. The resort has a walkway carved into the lower cliff that you can walk around and some saltwater pools that my teenage boys called the wave pool. The rooms have AC and TV's and the only hick up is very simple furnishing. Was sufficient for us- we were not inside beside showering and sleeping really...

We like these place because of these different options: 2 beaches at walking distance; one of them with shacks that offer a laid back ambience with drinks and food, pool, shaded " palapas" with hammocks and picnic tables, several ocean water pools, 2 restaurants; one casual and one gourmet breakfast included.

Service was great. Front desk guy was amazing! Rooms were not what was expected. Too cheap looking. Pool and beach pool were great. Picnic spots were good. Food was good. Prices for food a bit high for the quality.
