Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Georgia

It was pleasure to stay Sevsamora at the weekends. There was a really good service, friendly staff, they speaks Georgian + English or Russian. Territory is good for small walking, also there is a comfortable outdoor pool with a lot of layers and pool Bar. Inside they have pool too, with small Turkish steam room and banya, sauna. Also there is massage room.

Our stay was very delightful. Location is perfect, it's just about 30 minutes from capital Tbilisi. Stuff was very friendly at the reception, as well as in the restaurant and the pool bar. Also ladies who tidied up our room were very sweet. Overall food was really good, especially breakfast, which had lots of options and was delicious. Pool was also nice.

The place is great which overlooks mountians, the rooms were bigger and clean, the toilet was very big with glass doors, outdoor pool was long and pool bar was good.

So, they upgraded our room with a well working jacuzzi and even with a private pool. That was an amazing experience, and I would totally recommend this hotel.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The proximity to the sea, just about 300 meters away, made our trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day right. The pool area was also a highlight, providing a relaxing spot to unwind. We appreciated the reasonable prices at the hotel restaurant as well. The service was great, and the staff was very welcoming. Overall, I would rate our stay 9 out of 10. We would love to come back again!

We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

Perfect location, right by the beach. Nice restaurant, where breakfast is served looks right at the sea. Room very spacious with jacuzzi on the terrace which overlooks the sea. On the beach free chairs, umbrellas, sun-beds. Almost like a private beach with very few people around. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly, especially Teona, who made our stay most pleasant. Totally recommend.

Warm swimming pool Comfortable and pretty room

Very clean, new and well furnished to our needs. Really comfortable for a short stay with family we almost felt like home. Basic cooking utensils were provided which made cooking pretty much easy. Private access to pool was the highlight of our stay. Friendly and a really helpful owner(she even offered us a ride to city when she saw us waiting for a cab) 3 super markets just beside the apartment. A carrefour and fresco are within 5 to 10 mins walkable distance.

First of all, I’d like to mention kindness and responsiveness of the hotel’s owners. Apartments are alike to the photos and description. Stylish Interior looks great and tastefully. In the apartments there is everything needed for comfort being in place, even needles and threads, hotel owners cared about such detail. Thank you for hospitality!

Nice Villa with all required facilities except BBQ, excellent for groups of people and family. The location is a little far from the city, but there are markets 5 minutes by walk. Will recommend it.

The hotel is located in the northernmost tip of Kobuleti. Kobuleti boasts a 5 kilometer long pebble beach which is much wider and better accessible than in Batumi. Distance from the city center may be a little disadvantegous but "marshrutkas" going to city center are frequent and cheap (0,5 GEL per ride). Taxi costs 8-10 GEL. There are 3 small shops and a bakery neraby. To get from the hotel to the beach takes about 2 minutes walk because the building is in the second row of buildings when viewed from the beach. The hotel has 3 floors, its quite new and modern. Rooms are spacious, very clean, have a balcony, fridge, TV, AC, shower and safe. Amenities include shower gel and shampoo. It seemed the rooms were furnished predominantly with Chinese products and materials. There is also a small pool and a kids corner on the groundfloor. Staff are nice and helpful. In the reception they speak fluent English and Russian, in the restaurant Russian only. It seemed the hotel did not have much experience in managing the restaurant but the breakfast was OK. A 4-bed room cost appr. 70EUR per night but the season was still about to begin. Wi-Fi is free. I think the hotel is very nice especially in comparison with other accommodation establishments in Georgia.

Service is very good, aiming to fulfill each and every will of the guest, georgian hospitality. The room was brand new, clean and very nicely decorated. Location convenient, sea view. Silent and spacious. we received an upgraded room. In 5 min walk by the sea shore, there were plenty of restorants, bars, etc. Going by the street there were lots of small shops. I will certainly return t this place.

An entire place was for our use. Our family of 8 enjoyed having their own A/C rooms and restrooms/bathrooms. The owner was welcoming and here for us once we needed him. The pool was always clean and ready to be used during the really hot days of July/August. An indoor dining room was beautifully decorated and had everything ready for us to feel we had a restaurant at our place, it was an amazing addition. The garden had lovely countryside decorations, and our photos turned out wonderful.

First of all I would like to thank the front desk staff and Luka concierge. The room is spacious with comfort Queen beds, the bed and pillows are the fluffiest I have ever felt, even though hotel is at the city center, but we haven't heard any noise and slept till next morning. The location couldn’t be any more convenient. Food at the restaurant is great and rooftop terrace is wonderful. View from my room 212 and from the terrace is amazing. Their service was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Manager is really kind and hardworking lady. She was all over the place at the restaurant, in the lobby and everywhere in between. They are sample of teamwork. Also they are taking participation in excellent service award competition and I believe they will win, because they went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located just 100 meters from the Colchis Fountain, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff, especially Sandro, for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were kind enough to let us store our luggage before our official check-in as we made a trip to Batumi, which was really helpful. The hotel itself is immaculate and very modern. Our room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was great, and the attendants were always ready to help. Additionally, the staff speaks excellent English, making communication very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kutaisi. The combination of great service, prime location, and comfort makes it a top choice for anyone traveling to this beautiful city.

A wonderfully situated hotel, just metres from the centre of Kutaisi that was modern and had a superb staff. Nino, the front desk manager, was proficient, friendly and went far beyond the call of duty in helping me make the best of my stay. Others at the front desk that were helpful, kind and supportive were Ana, Alexandre and Sandro. Lana, a manager of the hotel, acted both quickly and effectively when my tv stopped working. Breakfast was superb, filled with fresh choices and accompanied by excellent staff. Luka was most appreciated. At lunch and dinner, David did a wonderful job in serving me by being attentive, friendly and well informed.. On other days, Zura, provided me with excellent service. Overall, my stay was a most positive experience so wonderfully enhanced by their magnificent staff.

It is really over exceptional. I could give 12 out of 10 to this hotel :). I was really happy ot choose this hotel. I would like to mention few points which help people to choose this hotel :-- 1- Location is very nice and central. it is lively place which have even indian resturants around. 2- Staff is too good and main USP of this hotel. They are ready to help / accomodate every time. 3- It has Netflix with 2 TVs. 4- Batroom is designed to keep even small things in mind. It is really awesome. 5- Cafe is very reasonable from price point of view. 6- Price wise it was half of the price I paid in 5 star hotels but experience wise it was better than them.

This hotel is truly amazing! I checked in last night, very exhausted and drained after spending days in the mountains and all the exhaustion went away after I set foot in the hotel. Everything is arranged perfectly. Bed is super comfy. They even helped me to open my suitcase because the lock got stuck. The rooftop is amazing as well! I really like the breakfast. There is a little of everything there and I was there at 10:30, there was still enough. I am a solo female traveler and I feel super safe in this place, as well as the area (actually in all of Georgia I didn’t have to worry at all). All in all, I’d definitely recommend the hotel!

Dearest Green Town staff, thank you so much for a great experience in your hotel! The room was so warm and perfect, hot shower, nice soaps, cute window/balcony opposite the bed, so you can enjoy an amazing green view when you lay. Mini bar, kettle and the tea - everything you can enjoy on a cool November day. The hotel is super clean and cozy and is located on the elevated part of Kutaisi with views on the greenery and the Church. We walked all over Kutaisi and it takes about 20 minutes maximum to get to the center by walk, riverside is just 10 mins away. We also LOVED the breakfast! It's a nice buffet with eggs, sauseges, my favorite buckwheat, cheeses, veggies, crepes with jam and etc. The common area for breakfast is done in a cute authentic local style with a fireplace and local wines at every corner. Thanks for lending us an umbrella for a rainy walk around the town! Keep this work up, you all are so great!

Right from the get-go our stay at the Green Town was a pleasurable experience. The receptionist advised on how we could get change for the taxi and was both professional and courteous in outlining the hotel facilities and in recommending local places to eat. The room was very well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a great shower. Any queries we had were dealt with quickly and nothing seemed to be too much of an effort during our stay. The breakfast was a nice mixture of freshly-prepared cold and hot food, and was very tasty. The hotel itself is located a short walk away from the town and on the doorstep of the local basilica, and is very good value. All in all, we were very impressed and would highly recommend the Green Town to anyone considering a stay in Kutaisi.

The hotel met our expectations: a new and comfortable mattress, snow-white bed linen. The room is replenished with a free 1.5 l bottle of water every day, including an iron available at the reception. The breakfast was very tasty, two types of salad, cheese, cottage cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, omelette, sausages. The dessert was pancakes with honey, jam. Excellent coffee! There is a terrace on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the city. A taxi to the airport (20km) cost 15 euros. It should be noted that the hotel is located near the center, but on a hill and you have to climb 170 steps. Thanks for all of the staff members!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The breakfasts were very good, with a great variety and fresh ingredients. The highlight of our visit was definitely Zaza, the manager. He seemed to be everywhere at once—ensuring the food supplies were ready for breakfast, keeping the tables spotless, and always making sure guests were comfortable. He went above and beyond by helping us arrange a car rental and generously offered plenty of helpful advice about travel and sightseeing. Thanks to Zaza and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

We're very grateful to the hotel staff. Our stay was wonderful. Everything was clean, pleasant, and cozy. The breakfasts were delicious, the receptionist was helpful with any questions, and the view was simply stunning. The hotel is located on a mountain, so the climb can be challenging, but it's worth it. The Bagrati Cathedral is nearby, offering a view of Kutaisi and the city you'll never forget. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing vacation.

Could it be a great hotel with everything, especially its location? It could happen with Boulevard Hotel. 🥰 This hotel, with its ceiling height higher than normal and its balcony, made me feel at home. The reception is open 24 hours a day and they are fluent in English. All the employees are friendly and helpful. They were very helpful about the city and did not refuse any of our requests. The location of the hotel is very good. While it is close to the old boulevard and the park from one corner, you can either walk (20-25 minutes) or take a direct bus (10 minutes) or taxi (5 minutes) to the new boulevard from the street on the other side. Don't be fooled by the historical nature of the building. The interior and furniture are new. In addition to the fact that the hotel is generally clean and it smells very, very nice. Even though it rained heavily the few nights we stayed, neither the windows nor the balcony door had any problems. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

I stayed at Boulevard Hotel from February 16 to 22, 2025 (6 nights) as a solo traveler, and I had a fantastic experience! The hotel is in the perfect location—right in the middle of all attractions, surrounded by great restaurants, and close to the beach and parks, which I really enjoyed, especially with the beautiful snowy scenery. I felt safe walking around the area, even as a solo traveler, which made my trip even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Miss Fatima (receptionist) and the hotel manager for upgrading my room to a Junior Suite—I loved the balcony, especially when it snowed! Also, I truly appreciate Miss Victoria for assisting me before check-out and Mr. Lasha (bellboy) for helping with my luggage from the 3rd floor to the car. Overall, an amazing and safe experience—I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent, and the hotel has a unique character that beautifully blends historic charm with modern touches. I especially loved the window seals — they made me smile and reminded me of scenes from old movies. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was very comfortable with everything I needed. Although I only stayed for a day and spent most of the time working, I truly enjoyed my stay — sipping coffee, relaxing, and just soaking in the atmosphere. I slept incredibly well and honestly didn’t want to wake up and leave so early the next morning. Highly recommend!

The hotel was perfect. The location, architecture, the size of the room, the comfort of the bed, everything was very good. My wife and I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the boulevard. The view from the balcony was lush and peaceful. I could have stayed in that room for days. The hotel staff were helpful and very friendly. It was easy to understand that they cared about their jobs. I recommend that hotel owners and managers appreciate their employees.

The location is brilliant if you want to get to the airport quickly. We had a morning flight and it took us 5 mins to go on foot. At the same time it takes 9-10 mins by car to get to Grand Mall and all the tourist sites. Everything was exceptionally clean: the floors, towels, bed linen etc. The swimming pool was also clean with the comfortable depth, and not busy at all, so we managed to go for a swim twice that day :) The staff are welcoming and polite. I especially liked the view of the runway, where it’s possible to see the planes take off! Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location - 5 minutes walk to the airport. We had everything we needed for a one-night stay. There was even a pool where we immediately took a safe swim. Not a bad breakfast. And very hospitable and responsive employees.

Tsinandali estate is one of the best properties I've ever stayed at. Located right in the middle of Georgian wine country, the estate is amazing in every sense. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff surprised us with a bottle of Tsinandali estate sparkling wine and an amazing cheesecake. The indoor pool is huge and the outdoor pool and deck has a very picturesque view. We did wine tasting at the property and the sommelier was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions patiently. There is also a museum and tennis court inside the property and one can opt for a wine cellar tour as well. Unfortunately we could not do that due to the limited time of our stay but going by our experience, I can definitely say that those would be amazing as well. Would 10/10 recommend if you're visiting the Kaakheti region in Georgia

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were touched to find a bowl of fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine in our room when we arrived. The room was very comfortable and it was great to have a balcony to sit out on and drink a coffee. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. The rooftop pool is lovely and it was great to have a full size indoor pool as well.

Very relaxing place in a beautiful location, breakfast is amazing, pools are great (really liked that one of the pools is open till 11 pm), staff is friendly and professional.

Absolutely astonishing premises. The hotel is well-renovated, areas very clean and tidy. Friendly staff, all our requests were provided in a timely manner, special thanks for anniversary celebration amenities - I highly recommend the local bubbly which you can purchase in the bar. Breakfast is nice, specially I enjoyed eggs variables from the hot dishes station. The park and vineyard territory is enjoyable and a bellboy can show you around by a golfcar. Do not miss an excursion to the Chavchavadze estate and the wine cellar (inside the hotel) - a ticket might be purchased at the entry to the park. There is also a large playground which my kids spent a lot of time at. The beds at the hotel could not be comfier, it was absolutely impossible to leave them in the morning. The room was spacious with a spectacular terrace to spend the evening at while enjoying the sunset. All the necessary amenities together with soft bathrobes and slippers are available. There are 2 pools - both outdoor in fact, the one on the 5th floor and the one in a separate building.

The whole place is absolutely amazing. Library-bar is so incredibly cozy, lived-in (read a book about the history of American furniture! Reprinted from 1936! With illustrations!). Tsinandali Park is gorgeous (saw a woodpecker! It was nice and considerate!) The people are wonderful beyond words (thank you, Eleni, in particular!). The food is great (breakfast included, for all you breakfast connoisseurs and/or aficionados…). It’s just… great. Pricey? Yes - but worth it, trust me (or don’t - also fair, I won’t take offence). P.S. haven’t been to the pool or the spa - but heard they are great from the people I trust (but even if I didn’t - they also would not take any offence; or so they said).

It is a fantastic hostel providing very good hospitality. It is in a very good location near to public transport, supermarkets and places to eat. There is also a beautiful park next to the hostel. You book a bed in shared dormitory room but in reality you get a small private room which you can lock by key when you get out. It is a very good accommodation at a very low cost. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. You get a key card which allow you to enter the hostel at all times 24/7. You get access to a refrigerator, cooking stove, kettle, microwave as well as all kitchen appliances that you may need to cook a meal. It is approximately 3 km from the old town (city center) which I found to be walkable distance. But you can get there also cheaply by one of buses and minibuses. There is no deposit required to pay when you arrive at this hostel so you do not need to worry if you do not have local currency in your wallet when you arrive there. It is a perfect place to stay during a visit to Kutaisi. I really enjoyed my stay there and I recommend this hostel to everyone.

The room was spotless, cozy bedding in the dormitory and great that it has inner walls per dormitory bed providing maximum privacy, and all the amenities we could possibly need. Every detail was clearly considered with guests’ comfort in mind — from the fast, reliable Wi-Fi to the luxurious toiletries and generous welcome treats. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering great local recommendations and responding quickly to any questions. Communal areas (if applicable) were equally impressive — clean, stylish, and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The facilities are exceptional: fresh, including the kitchen which allows for great socialising and cooking, together or alone your choice. In short, this place is a hidden gem and a true example of hospitality done right. I genuinely didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be returning. If you're considering booking — do it. You won't regret it!

This hostel was a great surprise. Everything looks like it was refurbished recently, probably less than a year ago. The whole place is very clean and spacious. There are enough toilets and showers, and the rooms are well kept. It felt comfortable and well thought out. What stood out most is the value for money. For the price, you’re getting way more than expected. That’s why I gave it five stars across the board. If I had to give one small piece of feedback, it would be about the communication style. They’re extremely fast and responsive, which is great, but within five minutes of booking I got a message saying the reservation might be cancelled if I didn’t reply immediately. That came off a bit intense. Other than that, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, and the staff were kind. Would absolutely stay again.

We were visiting Georgia for 3 days, spending most of our time outside the place. The room was clean, big and, what's important considering our stay took place in November, warm. The bathroom was really cosy and nice. Also the host, David is a very helpful person that you can count on. The place is close to Youth Park, a lot of grocery stores and exchange places. Also not so far from the bus station to Batumi and Tbilisi. Bolt is also really cheap in Georgia, so it's really easy to get to the city centre and to the airport any time during the day and night. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who looks for the comfortable and affordable place in Kutaisi.

The room itself is very modern and big, equipped with everything (tea, coffee, shower gels, shampoo, etc.). The location is good, because the hotel is situated in the old town of Batumi, loads of restaurans and shops in the area, the beach, the pier, or the bus stops (to the resort area Gonio for example) are a few minutes away. The breakfast is fine, although there were only fried eggs (which i don't like very much), khachapuri, sausages, and some cold cuts every day, no omeletts or scrambled eggs.

The hotel is located in the old town of Batumi and all interesting places are easy to reach by foot. At night the area is quiet. The room looked quite new, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom big enough. It was equipped with everything you might need: A/C, fridge, TV, safe, balcony. My room was in the 5th floor with a beautiful view over the city. The breakfast is very decent and tasty and offers a good variety of food. I can fully recommend this hotel.

We were in Georgia 10 days, the first 3 nights and last night at the London Hotel. Both times we had a marvelous room, very spacious, very clean, and well furnished with lots of cupboard space. The bed is wide and the mattress is good. The staff is very helpful. Breakfasts were good and they packed us a breakfast when we left early to get to the airport. The location is amazing in the old city close to many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is very clean, the design of the hotel is realy nice. The furniture and all the facilities are new or at very good condition. Everything works good. the breakfast is good and fresh. The hotel located at the old city, very good location, near to a lot of places, including good restorants, all kinds of small stores and the sea. The view from the balcony is terrific.

It was my second time there. Excellent location, cleanliness, spacious room, delicious and big variety of breakfast, nice breakfast boxes for early check out. Especially Nika at the reception was very friendly and competent, thank you for that! And another guy (unfortunately don’t know his name) while check out was also very helpful! Thanks and hope to be back at Hotel London next year.

I traveled to Tbilisi with a friend for a 5 day vacation. We arrived late and thought a hotel would meet our initial needs. The Holiday Inn was centrally located and we were able to enjoy many of its amenities. We had a wonderful room with a gorgeous view of the city. We utilized room service, the business office, and the pool. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating as we had a need to visit the Azerbaijan embassy during our stay. They worked with us to locate it and to hire a taxi for the trip. We walked nearby to a local pharmacy to gather some toiletries we'd forgotten to pack. We also were able to stop by the local market to get some beverages and snacks, along at a local fast food restaurant to eat in our room. The pool was clean and the area was spacious with many options for tanning or taking a seat (covered or uncovered) right by the pool itself. It was a beautiful day and enjoyed the relaxation and sunshine by the pool.

This hotel located in city center, around 35 min from TBS airport. Easy access to Pekini markets and all major public transports. Pool and gym are very practical. Pool is always busy in pool season. Breakfast serves in lobby restaurant; buffet with great varieties of foods. Executive rooms are larger than normal ones and pool view rooms maybe more quite than street/city view ones. Though overall you may still hear street noise regardless. Friendly staff and responsive. Highly recommend to have breakfast included in your reservation.

The moment my wife and I arrived to the hotel we felt very welcomed with great staff smiling and want to help to make our stay comfy and Inwould like to specific Buba the receptionist who helped in many requests during our stay. The hotel is located in a very nice area where you can find several restaurants and shopping stores within very short distances. The room wasnt the biggest but it was comfy and cozy. Bathroom is super clean, bed is comfortable too. We asked for different kind of pillows and we were offered up to 8 different pillow types to choose from which was very impressive. Also it was my wife's birthday so the hotel did send us free cake to the room which was so considerate and made iur stay even more special. Water bottles were surprisingly FREE which is great ! Breakfast is delicious with many varieties and Omlette station. Staff as usual were super nice and smiling the whole time. Also the service was top notch. The pool was super clean and the water was amazing and warm. There was also a bar/grill next to the pool where you can order anything while swimming. I asked for a late checkout since our flight was at 7pm and we had to leave at 4:30pm to the airport, they did give us a late checkout at 4:30pm which was amazing and this made this trip perfect in all aspects. As a result I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tbilisi. Thank you!

Great hotel with guest relations Coordinator Ms Victoria Amamchian doing everything possible to make my stay more comfortable. My stay was during the winter months so I could not take advantage of the large outside pool area. However the spa has a sauna in each changing room, a very extensive gym, and a massage room where I had one of the best full body massages by masseuse Ms.Larisa. at a very reasonable price. The hotel is a bit noisy at night due to its location next to a major road that the locals use to race up and down. But the rooms are oversize with very comfortable beds. There are many restaurants in the area and I recommend a local bar within a short walk from the hotel called "supertramp" where u are guaranteed a good time meeting very interesting locals and great drinks. Cant wait for spring time when I can take advantage of the pool area and enjoy more sights of this interesting city. I’d say this is probably one of the best holiday inns in the world. Property HAs a casino attached to it. It is very popular with locals and has a nice restaurant inside of it that I saw other people having food. Make sure to bring ID if you want to get in. The room had a lot of character something. I typically don’t find in a normal holiday inn, in the United States. Well, the pool wasn’t open when I was there. It looked very nice outdoor pool.

Great location and the view was amazing , clean apartment. very good communication via WhatsApp , we were driving from Tbilisi and we were late , they waited for us to tell us how to get the key , you can park in the street beside for free , you need to pay in cash, washing machine was a saver , facilities like microwave, glasses , plates made us feel very comfortable, definitely next Time we come to Batumi we will stay here again.

The apartment was like in the photos. We stayed at 17th floor and we had an amazing view over Batumi and Black sea. I like that the studio was a combination between a hotel room and a standard apartment with everything we needed (washing machine, dryer, fridge, smart tv, etc.). The person who waited us for the check in was very friendly and polite. It was easy to find a parking spot nearby, on the street.

Beautiful view from the balcony, cozy atmosphere inside and beneficial location (you can walk everywhere you want in quite a short time). Shop just next to the building entrance is good point to mention as well. reception is very friendly, organized and ready to help to provide the best experience of staying in Batumi.

I stayed in many hotels. However, this was an exceptional one. location is just perfect like 3 minutes walk to Argo cable car and 10 minutes walk to the beach.moreover, it’s located in old Batumi town which is a really cool and lively area. Our flight landed in the early morning so we were at the hotel way before our check-in time. Staff Nino And Olha were so kind to offer us a complimentary breakfast on our arrival day and also an early check-in. Room was so clean and modern. Bathroom has a bidet. Breakfast was good. All staff were so attentive, smiley and friendly. I would definitely come back.

Brakfast was good. Lot's of different food, could have been a bit more for vegans. A lot of local stuff. WiFi works, shower works, rooms have a balcony. Cozy and clean, friendly and helpful staff. Open 24/7, good location, not far from the beach. There are many different places to go to eat around hotel - Georgian, Turkish, Yemen, vegan etc. I had to leave before the breakfast, so I got coffee. Defeinitely my first option for Batumi in future. Staff speaks English and Russian more or less fluently.

The lady at the concierge was extremely helpful in assisting us dealing with the parking at our arrival and in general extremely professional and friendly. Our room was big enough and supplied with all comforts (the mirror night light in the bathroom is a feature we found only in much more expensive hotels). The location is also very good, only ten minutes walk to Europe Square. In short, highly recommended and my first choice for future visits. Congratulations to the staff and management.

It was very convenient to stay at this hotel. Location is perfect to large Batumi squares. The balcony opened the view to the roofs of old Batumi. Near the mini buses going to Tbilisi. The food was fantastic!!! The hotel owner had Birthday and shared her cake with my mom and me. Everyone was so friendly, including the young lady front desk. She was very kind and polite. Would definitely stay in this hotel.

Rooms was clean and tidy, it was surprise that towels was changed every day! Breakfast and personnel just amazing! It was my fathers birthday and I said it to administrator late at night, but when we have brakfast kitchen personnel bring to my father big tasty cake with candles and bottle of sparkling wine. I really recomended this hotel, for location, food, great rooms, wiew to old batumi and specially for personnel!!!!

My stay at Old Side Corner Hotel in Tbilisi was simply delightful! Staying in the city center, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of its location in relation to business centers and major tourist attractions. The hotel room exceeded all my expectations: comfortable, clean, and cozy. From the window, there was a magnificent view of the historic streets and architectural gems of the city. The hotel staff deserves special praise for their hospitality and responsiveness. They were always ready to help and provide information about the city. Location: really amazing, one min walking to the peace bridge, located near to all attractions, so you will not need transportation Room: same as photos, room is spacious, clean with Windows from both sides, wardrobe, couch, table and TV. Room service comes on time and room is always clean Staff: suepr friendly staff who allowed me to early check in at 7 am The neighborhood is quit and you will have peaceful sleep I definitely will come back again

Everything was perfect. Modern boutique hotel, very comfortable room, 3 minutes walk to the old town next to Erekles str. You can find all the nightlife of Tbilisi, A lot of bars restaurants coffees shop very near and also 2 minutes walk to Freedom Square. The stuff was very kind and very helpful. Hot water and heating working great. The breakfast was with local products. I'll return again for sure

it is not the fisrt time we are staying at this hotel, and this fact speaks for itself: the personnel is highly helpful, there is an option to park the car in spite of the location in the heart of the old town, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and there is a variety of options to stay no matter how many people are in the group.

This Hotel was our favorite one in Tbilisi while staying in Georgia for 2 weeks. The Check-in was smooth. We arrived too early but storing our luggage was no problem. The manager of the place shared some interesting stories about the country with us. It was a pleasure talking to her everyday. Breakfast was severed at the rooftop. The terrace was our favorite place to hang out especially while watching the sunset. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The interior design is well done. The Holy Trinity Cathedral is just around the corner and well worth a visit. We really had a great time staying at Tbilisi Story Hotel.

Great place, I recommend it to everyone! There are very clean and cozy rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains. We were received very warmly and carefully, the staff are very hospitable! Clean shower with modern plumbing, heated towel rail. Double bed, clean bed linen, towels. Gas heater through radiators, the house is very warm at subzero temperatures outside. Another plus is that the entire old city is within walking distance, as well as all types of transport, including the metro and funicular. I will definitely come back here again!

Highly recommended hotel! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. The place, the view, the room, the cleanliness, and especially the staff were exceptional. During my 5-day stay, they truly took care of me, always ensuring I was comfortable and encouraging me to reach out if I needed anything—especially Mariam. the hotel is very calm and comfortable. it’s located in a very calm part of central Tbilisi. The design inside was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely a good choice for the value, if you are looking for a calm and comfortable hotel where you can feel at home. plus the room was super quiet, which allowed us to enjoy full rest.
