This house is A++! Bedrooms: new furniture and comfortable beds, the ones upstairs have a big balcony facing the sea. AC units are included. Bathrooms: master bedroom has a jetted bath tub, the other 2 bathrooms have a multi shower head system, they are quite nice! The windows have to be opened after you take a shower to circulate the air. Towels and shower gel and soap are all provided. Living room: a big 80-in smart tv that you can stream shows, and the comfy couch is big enough for all 6 of us. Kitchen: electric stove, oven, microwave and gas everything you need to cook and eat meals there. Very convenient! Private pool: our kids swam daily in the pool since it was warm enough during the day. Towels and chairs were provided. Just need to keep an eye on little kids since the pool is 1.6 meters deep, and the floor will get slippery when wet. The pool is such a bonus for our trip! Laundry: there is a 2-in-1 washer/dryer that we used several times while we were there. We loved the convenience of it because we could do laundry throughout the vacation. We also didn’t need to pack much clothes since I knew we could do laundry there. Cleaning: they provided cleaning mid stay which was nice. Overall, this house exceeded our expectations, and our kids didnt want to leave.

The private pool and ocean views are wonderful! The house itself is very clean and modern. We loved having A/C in the bedrooms and living room. The hospitality from the hosts was fantastic . They gave us home-baked muffins, wine and olive oil. They did offer to clean during the middle of our weeklong stay but we didn’t find that necessary. They also provided clean bath towels and extra garbage bags. We asked for a late check out on our last day which they readily obliged. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting. Crete itself is wonderful and so is this villa.

Excellent villa. It was exactly like photographs. Property was extremely clean and had everything needed for our family . The pool was beautiful and cleaned early every morning. The staff also did a mid stay house clean changing towels and bed linen . I highly recommend this property the view was beautiful house and pool perfect ! The location is a few minutes drive from local shops and restaurants although there is a tavern a short walk away which served beautiful Greek dishes . I would recommend a car rental . The staff assisted us with this also .

Location - close to Chania city center (by car), close to a very nice beach, nearby restaurants and supermarket. The Villa is high-end and luxurious. Spacious rooms with big beds. 3 large bathrooms. Equipped kitchen with everything you need. Wonderful pool with a big sitting area. The owner came to clean after 3 nights (!). Towels for bathing and for the pool

The place was beautiful! From the minute we arrived the keys were ready for us. We opened our door to a lovely open plan and a beautiful view looking out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all of an amazing size with beautiful clean crispy white sheets and fluffy white towels. The bathrooms are fantastic with all amenities that one needs! The pool was beautiful with lovely sun loungers and a bbq. Melonis owner of the property is a lovely gentlemen and whatever we needed he was always ready to help and be at the Villa within minutes. The rest of his team who cleaned and also helped with the maintenance where all lovely. Will definitely go back and recommend to people. Thank you Melonis!

One of the best stays on Crete, Lofos village provides beautiful and private villas that are just out of this world. We travelled with family (small child) and our dog. The place was perfect for us as it provided a private garden and a pool that we could enjoy. The villa we stayed it was very modern with all the facilities you need, the bbq on garden was an added plus that we used a lot. The pool has been kept very clean (cleaning every 3 days) and is perfect size to enjoy some time. The host (Eleni) was amazing, she is so full of energy and she provided us with all the needed information. She was always available for any requests we had (extra cleaning of the pool as wind put some leaves in). On site there is also shared laundry room that you can use. Location of Lofos village is really great, with 15min walk or 3min drive to the amazing sandy beach. It provides private parking with also electric vehicle charging plug.

We stayed for more than one week in one of the suites with private pool. It is a really amazing place to stay. Love the style and ambience of the suites. The private pool is great, it is even heated so it is never too cold to go inside. Also I like that the pool and outdoor couch are from early noon onwards always partially in the shade. So even as a pale person you can enjoy it the whole day ;) The owner is super friendly. He gave us a lot of tips and recommendations at the beginning and was available for questions during our stay.

Ended up booking Panorama last minute and ended up to be a great choice. Staff we're very friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. We upgraded to Panorama blue which I'd recommend. It gave us access to the smaller private pool and personal services. The hotel arranged rental cars and were helpful for day trips and the location was a short walk to some nice beaches and restaurants. The Hotel was one the first in the area and the décor is a bit "dated" but didn't phase us we expected that. Good stay and we'd return.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed for 7 nights at the Panorama Hotel. We decided to upgrade to the swim up room, it definitely wasn't essential as the main pool was really large with lots of space but it did give us a little peace and quiet and a bit more privacy. The room was a great size. The staff and service was impecible throughout. The food was tasty and changed daily. We went out to the local town a few times (Chania, more definitely worth a visit). I always think it's good to see some of the local area whereas all inclusive packages can leave you lazy and staying at the hotel the whole time! It depends on your situation though of course. All round, a great stay and well worth the money.

Hotel was nice with plenty of amenities, but not really within walking distance to any shops or restaurants. It’s about a 10 minute cab ride to old down town Chania. If you’re looking for a place with multiple pools and plenty of areas to hang out, look no more. We had the room with our a semi private pool as soon as you walked out the back door. Rooms were spacious and very accommodating. We ate the buffet dinner here once and it was mediocre. The food just didn’t taste like some of the other food we had in the area. It’s moderately priced but we felt you could do more elsewhere. Breakfast was fine though. Plenty of options and it wasn’t bad.

Loved our stay! Staff, rooms and food all amazing. We never return to hotels, but this is one we all agreed we would go back to we loved it that much! Our family of 5 (3A, 2C) booked 2 pool rooms. My husband and I were upgraded to the Executive Wing of the hotel upon check in. Lovely and quiet, but we felt we could not make the most of this as we had to go down to our children's room pool or the main pool to spend time with them. If you are a couple or a family with adult children it would definitely be worth paying the extra for the 'Blue rooms' and as a couple would go back. Rooms and common areas absolutely spotless, cleaning staff so lovely and hard working, as were most of the staff that take pride in the hotel. The food quality was fantastic, credit to the kitchen staff; kiddy corner, show cooking, a daily roast, loads of different salads and of course chocolate fountain at dinner. Thankfully the chips 'were amazing' for our fussy 12 year old. Alcohol, soft drinks and cocktails included were great, no complaints. It would great if melon is also put out at breakfast, and dish allergy cards are completed people with food intolerances or allergies could be unwell. Had to ask staff frequently what a dish contained to be safe. We found that the towel rule, although advertised, was not enforced by staff and we found it impossible to find sunbeds at the main pool in the morning, however by afternoon there are plenty. Book it, you will not be disappointed! We will be back :)

The pictures looked great and the price was excellent, so we were expecting something to be missing. Didn't happen, the accommodations/rooms were all you needed and worth the price, the breakfast buffet and views/area is fabulous. At the bottom of the drive is a pebbly beach with lovely clear ocean water to swim in. 5 min walk down the street are restaurants, shops and sand beaches. Local bus picks up at the end of the street and takes you into Chania Town/about 15 mins, cab costs around 10 euro. Hotel pools are not heated but this didn't stop people from swimming in them. Pool areas/views amazing. Maria the server in the bar is excellent. We had a great stay.

The room was immaculate and very spacious. The experience was incredible; one of a kind hotel. The breakfast provided was lovely, with lots of flexibility, and the host was very helpful to provide guidance on the best restaurants in the area to eat at in the evenings. This hotel is in an absolutely stunning location, and the room we used included an indoor pool for relaxing out of the summer heat. The whole experience was amazing; 10/10, would happily stay again.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel in the heart of old Chania town. That means, there are no cars where this hotel is, it is a short walk (5 mins) from where the taxi would drop you off. On arrival, we were greeting by Angelina from the front desk, she walked to the taxi stop to meet us to ensure that we could find our way. Already the service was beyond anything we expected. The hotel is an old building that maintained its charm with modern renovations. I will say this - it looks EXACTLY like the photos posted on the hotel's website. There is no photoshop here. I didn't add much photos of the room because they look exactly like the ones that the hotel have on their website. It was beautiful and very spacious, clean and comfortable. Located right near the harbor, and overlooking the water. We had the penthouse, it was amazing, we loved the outside terrace with full dining table and chairs with a patio umbrella. There was a full kitchen with dishes and utensils, stove etc....no microwave. The upstairs bedroom had a very large hot tub, and a rainshower head. It was extremely quiet and comfortable. The views from the room were absolutely beautiful. The service was really amazing. Each morning, we had breakfast brought to our room. Even on one occasion they brought it at a time just to be able to accommodate our schedule. Angelina and George helped us tremendously with any transportation needs, recommendations on restaurants and anything else we needed.

This hotel is the BEST hotel in Chania for multiple reasons. Before even arriving I emailed them a question about parking and they answered immediately . You are not able to park in front of hotel because it its located in the historical district that is closed off to cars but I was told parking was available free with in a short walk to hotel. When we picked up our rental car the rental company told us it was the best hotel in Chania and we couldn't agree more. The LOCATION and VIEW is everything!! Surrounded by many wonderful restaurants and shops. Huge windows slide open over looking the harbor . The interior was immaculate and gorgeous. The front desk was hospital and very knowledgeable. We were interested in booking a private boat and they had information within minutes. We had a complimentary brunch and we could not believe how BIG it was. Yogurt , fruits, toasts, cakes, omelets, the most amazing orange juice and more delivered to our room. I highly recommend this hotel and we would come back here in a heartbeat!!

Really nice spot in Agia marina. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We had a swim up pool which was great but we often just used the main pool as it was quite quiet. Good variety of food at breakfast and differences each day. Kostas at the bar was lovely and all the staff were friendly. We loved it - would recommend!

Everything was perfect! We will definitely come back next summer! We stayed at the resort (room 104), and everything is new, modernly built, with high-quality materials. We even had a small private pool, a terrace, and the room was quite spacious. The cleaning is done every day without you having to ask. The breakfast was very good and varied from day to day. The hotel’s private beach and the sea were exceptional! The sand was fine, and the sea was not too deep, perfect for families with children. The staff was very helpful but discreet at the same time. Next to the resort, there is a very nice taverna. Overall, a successful stay!

Used hotel taxi a few times. Same man very helpful & loads of local information.

I stayed in room 131, a room with the "private" pool. It was an amazing experience. The staff turned the rooms down sometimes 3 times a day which was impressive. The location was a little out of the way but that just added to the brilliance of everything. I was a bit let down by not having the bed I wanted, yet the staff did their best to accommodate. The breakfast is plentiful, however get their early, everything is cooked fresh but as it is a buffet it cools pretty quickly. The hotel waiting staff work very hard to make your stay comfortable and the managers were more than willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in if they could. This place will be a 5 star hotel soon but at the moment it's the very small things that have them at a 4.5. Minor repair issues around wooden decking, patchwork on paint repairs, spelling errors on paperwork and menu's (i know its finicky but its the really small things that set the excellent aside). Would I go back, gladly. Top tips 1: learn a few phrases in Greek, the staff will appreciate it. 2. The private pool rooms don't have a direct sea view, but the beach is so close it doesn't matter even slightly. 3. Beach shoes are a must as the pebbles take some getting used to in flip flops. The Cavo Spada is a place where you can get away, be completely rejuvenated in privacy and solitude, or you can get involved in any of the many listed activities they have on offer and meet some great people. I loved this place. Thank you to all the team.

My wife and I are celebrating our 25th Anniversary with a 17 day multi island tour of Greece. It was very important to me to select hotels that would help make the "dream of what we thought Greece might be" come true. Cavo Spada did JUST THAT. From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive, courteous and eager to assist us in every way possible that would make our stay memorable. Our room was nice, clean and had a semi-private pool only a few feet out our back door. The main pool was one of the largest I've ever seem. The water was crystal clear and beautifully maintained. All the pool lounge chairs are in a grassy area that separates the pool from the beach so you have very easy access to whichever you are in the mood to enjoy.

It's an excellent choice for a family holiday. Hotel location is a bit far from Chania center, although you won't need to go to the city, since everything for a fantastic holiday is available in the hotel. We went just once to the Chania center, using regular local buses that pass 3 times an hour. the bus stop is just 500 meter away of the hotel and it takes 40-50 minutes, depending to traffic situation, to reach to the city. Hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. The food is brilliant, you may find variety of Greek and Italian foods in the main restaurant buffet. There is a large swimming pool at the middle of the hotel. some of the rooms are just in front of the pool and some have a smaller pool at the back yard. Ours didn't have direct access to the pool since it was in the second floor. I was happy with the room since it had a nice sea view and it was clean and calm. the rooms are sound proof. Hotel has a private beach just next to the swimming pool and there are a lot of good sunbeds available in both of the beach and pool. in the sunny weather and calm sea, the water is too transparent and you may see the sea floor and even fishes moving around you.

We had a 5 night all inclusive stay and really enjoyed the use of our sharing pool as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the main hotel pool and bars. Going all inclusive was brilliant because you have access to the main bar, pool bar and pool cafe (snacks and drinks throughout the day) as well as the main restaurant. The food was good - always a lot to choose from. The hotel is right on the beach which is really nice. Even in the middle of August, the main pool, beach and restaurant never seemed too crowded.

Wonderful kids friendly villas with private pool and with small playground for kids. You can spend whole vacation here, The owner Mr. Spiros and his family are very kind and helpful. They kept milk, fruits, water and other stuff for us. Villas are neat and clean, owner takes good care of it. I wish l, i could give 11 stars.

Great location. Quiet area close to beach and amenities. Fresh towels and bedding every few days of our stay and a clean of the villa. Very well equipped with everything you needed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Our favourite spot was sitting on the roof terrace and looking out over the countryside and sea. If you are staying with young children there was ample toys and games for them. Also even a pram was provided. There were push bikes although we didn’t use them as we had a car. The pool was cleaned every morning of flying insects. The pool was more of a dipping pool as only small but perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. We would definitely stay again.

It's the best place to return back to after daily exploring Crete! The (airconditioned) rooms are spacious and clean, with breakfast on the balcony and a dip in the swimming pool as great ways to start and end your day. We last-minute decided to rent a car, but there is a bus stop.nearby to reach Chania, multiple supermarkets and a beach on walking distance. I'm especially happy with the large amount of sitting space to relax and the warm welcome by the host, Spyros!

It’s very big and comfortable. Spiros is very responsive and helpful. The air con and wifi are both excellent and in all areas. Loads of balconies. Nice pool with inflatables. Spiros had kindly bought us some provisions for arrival. Well equipped kitchen. Loads of towels. Cleaned and changed beds and towels halfway through the week. Tv has all streaming platforms. Location only 15 minute walk to the beach and taverna. Spiros recommended tavernas within walking distance. Close to the bus stop.

it was so spacious. it’s a suite, not an apartment! More than big enough for us, the balcony was superb, we could stay out of the sun all day if needed. we like to explore so a car is a must for us, you could possibly get by without one. the pool was great, all to ourselves most of the time. really great stay, staff very attentive and kind. thank you

Great Hotel, modern facilities. 6 people in 3 separate rooms. Allocated rooms in lower grade hotel for first night which was an inconvenience but manager upgraded us to Junior Suites in the main hotel for rest of our stay these were beautiful and all had sea views. Also received an upgrade from half board to all inclusive for the last two days of our stay. Food is typical buffet and a little repetitive but good quality and a lot of choice. The hotel is built into the side of the hill above Agia Marina so fantastic views but a bit of a walk back up to hotel from beach and main strip but not too daunting, we had use of a car but still walked back. There is a lift adjacent to the pool that reduces the climb. Free internet access but quite slow and only available around the reception area. Pool towels available 10 Euros deposit. Extra electronic room door key - 5 Euros deposit. If you like a hot drink in your room you will need to take a kettle as no tea/coffee making facilities provided. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would I return YES!!

Very good hotel with exceptional staff. We stayed as a couple in a double sea view room with shared terrace and pool. Each room on the terrace is allocated two solid wood sun loungers with a fantastic view over the pool to the ocean. We only stayed B&B so can't really comment on the AI part. The surrounding area is very hilly with some steep inclines so not for the infirm or those with mobility issues. The hotel does provide a large golf buggy which runs back and forth all day up until 22.00pm. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We organised our transfers with the hotel and we were met at the airport by the driver, the transfer was comfy and cost less than had we taken a taxi. We had a very nice room which was comfy with plenty of storage, a TV, a lovely view of the sea and a good shower. The only downsides were there wasn't wifi in the rooms and the walls were quite thin. The pool is very nice and we never struggled to get a sun bed, however usually those areas lost the sun quite early and we found it hard to get a spot which kept the sun until late. It was a great bonus that the hotel has an area of the beach reserved for Galini guests so you don't have to pay for the sun beds or umbrella. We did feel slightly outcast being only half board as we felt the hotel was more set up for all inclusive guests. I was annoyed to find that if we wanted to eat at the Italian or Chinese restaurants we would have to pay 15eur each even though we had already paid to have dinner included, however all inclusive guests could eat for free. Also there is a pool bar but it only serves food for the all inclusive guests. Although we paid to have dinner in the hotel we only ate there once as we weren't really impressed with the food, so we changed our dinners to lunch as the lunchtime food was nice. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple of mins walk which were all delicious and very reasonably priced with large portions. Also there are regular buses to Chania which take 20mins.

Hotel was much larger than I had expected, but lovely - 4 swimming pools (plus a shared pool available with our room) to choose from and a good selection of bars. There was some confusion with our booking/check-in and we weren't given the all-inclusive passes until we queried it the next day. I'm not sure if it was a problem of our booking through Expedia, but we paid significantly less than what we would have if we'd booked direct with the hotel. We had print outs of our booking to evidence what we'd paid for. Had pretty rubbish weather the first 2 days, and the hotel's tiled floors are not particularly safe when wet, but glorious sunshine at the end of our stay. There are quite a few stairs, so not appropriate for those with limited mobility. Food wise, there's good choice if you arrive for your meals on time. Don't rely on the "late breakfast" from 10-11am as it's only pastries left. Queues for dinner, but it moves fairly quickly.

Haris, Maria and their son Yiannis were super nice, warm-hearted people and outstanding hosts. Every morning Haris brought fresh bread, we got fresh fruit from the garden and self made Olive oil (which was very tasteful). They came by the property every day and were there for any questions, helped out with any wish as good as possible and gave good tips for restaurants, excursions etc. We enjoyed the 3 bedroom villa and loved having the private Pool and garden where we stayed basically the whole day when being at the Villa. We also loved the peaceful and quiet environment of the Villa in the middle of the Olive groves and the view! You need a car but some good restaurants, the Beach and Agia Marina are in a short driving distance. The location of the Villa is generally good to explore the Chania Region. We would defintely come back!!

We had such a wonderful stay at the villa of Father and Son Harris & Yiannis. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The house we rented had 2 spacious bedrooms and is perfect for a family with 2 kids, The pool and outside kitchen / bbq set-up were amazing, but my favourite part of the outside area is the incredible views with hills and ocean in the distance. The sunsets were amazing. The house itself is perfectly comfortable - the living room doesn't have loads of comfortable sofa space, but as we spent most of our time outside, it wasn't a problem for us. The location of the house was perfect for us - quiet, on top of a hill for stunning views, but still only a quick car ride (5mins) down to shops and restaurants of which there were many available. Would recommend having a car to visit some of the beautiful places on the North West side of Crete including the Elefonissi Beach, Chania old town as well as Kournas Lake. Beautiful driving through mountains to get everywhere. We could't recommend the house more, it was amazing value for money.

The villa was really nice in a quiet location only 20-30 minutes from Chania. It was clean and had a lovely pool and view of the sunset. The host was really nice and brought us bread every morning, he also recommended us some restaurants around.

Amazing place with such kind and considerate hosts. The place is maintained beautifully and the pool is so lovely. Very quiet at night as just 3 villas . Location is ideal but you do need a car. Sunsets every evening are spectacular. We miss it already!

A fantastic place to stay with family, very friendly and helpful staff (recommendations, restaurants..). We stayed 5 nights and have been upgraded to a house with private pool, new and high standard. Very nice pools and amenities. Location is greatly to visit this side of Crete; not far from beautiful beaches. Strongly recommend it!

We were looking for the privacy of a vila with the amenities of a resort - and found the perfect place at Spilia! We had a private, 3 bedroom beautiful vila, with a great private pool. We added half board to the reservation - breakfast and dinner, and WOW, the food was AMAZING! We could not wait to get back to the village to eat dinner at the resort. The staff was amazing, EVERYBODY was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. We would be back, hopefully soon. We are in LOVE with Spilia & THANK YOU for making our vacation a memorable one ❤️🙏

Our room was amazing (not sure which category it was because there had been a bit of a mix up so we were upgraded) but if I'd have known how great it was, I would definitely have splashed out to stay in it. It was a two bedroom suite, one bedroom was huge with a gorgeous four poster and the other a single bed in a small room. There was a lift from the pool area that opened directly into the suite which is a first for us and a real wow factor (but you have to remember to lock your door or you may have surprise guests - although I'm sure the French couple were equally surprised to be delivered into our suite complete with a naked husband who'd just got out of the shower 😀). The small room was too warm as the aircon didn't reach there so my daughter slept on the chaise longe in the main room instead and said it was really comfy. The balcony was large and had a lovely view of the village. The pool area was gorgeous and very relaxed with huge comfy mattresses on the sunbeds. The landscaping was incredible with many fruit trees and colourful flowers. We ate in the restaurant and both the food and the service was exceptional. Breakfast was also excellent. Over our stay, we went to Balos and Elefonisi beach which I found both overrated, I would have rather spent the time around the hotel pool. We had lovely few days and I would defintitely return for longer (and pay the extra supplement for this room).

The hotel is really beautifully built in a stunning landscape. We very much enjoyed its amenities (high quality taverna, swimming pool etc.), and enjoyed our time there. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely recommend this place, and would go there again (in fact, this was my second time). Only negative points were the invasion of wasps by the pool (which may represent a health and safety hazard) and poor wifi connection (which in a way helped us 'detox' from internet)

This place was just great. Better than what we expected. The images on booking don't do justice to this place, its much nicer. Its new, clean, well design, it's not someone apartment it’s a combination of 3 units than is managed very professionally like a boutique small hotel and still with full privacy of a privet house. Its close to the center, only few min walking. Free parking, private pool, 2 full new and beautiful bathrooms. And the hostess Viviene was so helpful and nice. It is very recommended.

We had an amazing stay at JnV. The villa was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities (in addition to parking and a private pool). The location is great, distant enough from the traffic and noise of the center but close enough to walk to the old town with its restaurants and bars. The highlight was the host, Vivian, who was extremely generous, helpful and attentive. She really went above and beyond to help us with whatever issues we had and provide us with recommendations and advice. We would definitely return.

Beautiful villa Paloma will always be one of the best places we have stayed at. It is a great location to visit Chania center, 5 minute walk from central bus station, and also great spot if you want to easily leave the city to explore the island. Amazing private pool, two bathrooms, cozy environment, and lovely hosts Vivian and John who made our stay special.

We stayed in the Jacqueline Villa (2-bed villa) Very modern, spacious, clean and tastefully decorated with high specs. Location is superb with just 10-min walk to Chania harbour with many restaurants, shops and bars… so we can pop in and out easily. Private pool isnt large but a good size and pool toys available for us to use…and though we weee in the centre it didn’t feel like our garden and pool were overlooked at all. Fantastic host - very friendly, attentive with tips on restaurants and attractions - the villa also offers concierge service which is very convenient and they are super attentive for help booking transport and also info on restaurants and you can order massages, private chef if you wish. We really loved the villa! Highly recommended

This property is absolutely wonderful. My brother and his family stayed at JNV one month prior to us and he couldn’t recommend it more. The location (proximity to town is a short 5min walk), car park, amenities, all the small touches for example loads of coffee pods, cold water and juice in the fridge on arrival, pool toys and kids toys available for use and freshly baked goods on arrival. The Villa had plenty of towels for pool and shower which after travelling through Europe for 6 weeks we noticed other accom was not like this. Beds super comfortable. Air conditioner worked a treat, the place is brand new and beautiful - photos don’t do it justice. We travel very regularly all across the world and this villa is up there with some of the best. The owners are lovely and available to you for recommendations or just a chat. Great place, thanks again JNV, we will 100% be back!!

Plenty of outside space including a large balcony terrace as well as the breathtaking downstairs patio and pool area, with the addition of an indoor jacuzzi and shower room. 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suites, a large and stylish kitchen/diner and a comfortable and homely tv lounge ensure this property has absolutely everything you need for a luxuriously comfortable and relaxing stay.

I booked and it looked to amazing to be real. I arrived and it was as if a dream come true. The villa is exactly like in the pictures and so much more it has a unique charm located in the small village drapanias. The Host is such a nice and friendly guy, we was always there when we needed something. He even showed us a few places we could go and they were absolutely worth it. The jacuzzi is great to enjoy the evening and don’t get me started about the cats. If you’re ever lucky enough to get to know Creta Love the small cat that wants cuddles all day long than you will know what i mean. My rating 10/10 because more isn’t possible. We will most definitely come back.

Warm and friendly welcome by the owner. We loved staying in this place which felt like home. High-quality accommodation which was really cosy and clean. The owner is a very sweet lady who makes everything possible to satisfy her guests. It was one of the best accommodations we have ever had during our vacations. We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

Our family stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, when we arrived, Stelios, who owns the apartments, was there to meet us, show us around and help us with any questions we had as we had never visited Crete before. The apartment was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, it is a 5 minute walk from the local beach, restaurants, and shops, plus the main bus route that runs to Chania. The pool is lovely, a nice size to dip in, we didn't hardly use it as we were out exploring everyday. Stelios has a garden patch at the front of the apartments, he is about most days if you need him or want any local advice, he is always happy to help and is extremely friendly, his English is very good. I would highly recommend a stay at Skandalakis Homes & Apartments, it is a good location for visiting all areas in the Chania region, I would also recommend hiring a car as there are so many beautiful places to visit.

We cannot recommend Skandalakis apartment enough! Having traveled around the world for over 20 years this is for sure one of the best self-catered apartments we stayed in. Super clean, extremely well organized (nothing is missing), great space for a family of 4 adults & 1 baby, clean and private swimming pool (unfortunately we only enjoyed 2 baths in it, as the beach situated just 5 minutes away is so very nice as well). As for the host, again, just extraordinary: him and his wife personally greeted us and introduced the apartment, checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed and even offered us traditional goods and a departure gift for our baby. We intend to come back and recommend them to other people coming to Crete. Ps: I was a bit worried reading one bad review before booking, but after stay there I can only imagine some bad-intended people can leave such review for this place. Honest opinion, just ignore it;)

Amazing stay! The host was incredibly kind — he welcomed us with homemade wine, fresh cucumber from his garden, and sweet melon. Later, he even shared delicious BBQ meat with us. He checked on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect and truly showered us with treats and kindness. The place was spotless, beautiful, and we had the pool all to ourselves. When we had a small accident (our fault) on our last day, he took us to the pharmacy and even drove us to our next accommodation in Chania. We’re so grateful — he went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

The property is beautifully decorated and in immaculate condition. It is very well equiped and the pool is just wonderful. It is located only a few minutes walk from all the amenities and the beach. The best experience of our holiday was to meet Stelios and Aliki (the owners) who treated us like family and who made our first family trip to Crete truly unforgettable. We loved every minute and we will be back for sure!

The property is located near several restaurants and shops. Beach is walking distance from the property. The apartment has all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were kept near and clean. Most importantly, the owner is very co-operative and is willing to assist whenever required. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

The villa was absolutely beautiful! Had everything we needed and more! The hosts left a lovely fruit basket, meat, cheese, bread, jam, wine, coffee, juice, etc. -which was wonderful, as we arrived late and hungry from our flight and didn’t have to immediately go out and hunt for a market or restaurant. We, instead, were able to just relax and enjoy the sunset near the pool with sandwiches and wine 🥰

The villa was absolutely fantastic - just like the photos. Andreas was a wonderful host - we were delighted with the treats that he sent us during our stay! Maria and the Megalith team were really friendly and responsive - nothing was too much trouble, We had a small problem with one of the aircon units in the living room, which Andreas and a technician sorted out very quickly. The villa is very comfortable, especially the air conditioning, which was a very welcome relief from the heat outside! The pool, whilst not huge, was lovely for a dip. The Wi-Fi is good and the TVs are smart, so we could watch Netflix etc. using our own account. The villa is very clean, and remained so thanks to the cleaners coming every 3 days. Having the washing machine during our 2-week stay was also very handy (especially as laundry dries very quickly on the rack outside). The location in Agia Marina is brilliant - only 5 mins to the shops, bars and numerous restaurants and 10 mins to the lovely beach. There are regular buses into Chania old town (takes c.15-20 mins). A taxi to Chania cost 18 Euros.

Our introduction to the villa began with the fact that we met the owner of the property, who gladly agreed to help us with things, and arranged an early check-in at no extra charge. The owner then gave us a detailed tour and gave us many niceties, such as olive oil and wine of his own production. The villa is wonderful, it is obvious that a soul has been put into it. Everywhere is clean, spacious, I was especially captivated by the magical views from the terrace of the second floor. The pool is just great, after a hot day at the beach, it's what you can dream about. It was also a pleasant surprise that on the third day of the stay, the maid came and cleaned the entire villa and changed all the towels and bed linen. Oh, and I forgot to add, the owner treated us to wonderful homemade donuts that he gave us one of the days, they were second to none!

This was the most incredible villa - the best location and the nicest people. We were greeted by the host (Andreas) and his partner let us in and showed us around. The host had left us some local treats on arrival and then dropped off some more gifts later in the week. The villa was just as it looks in the photos and the pool and the view were incredible. The villa was a stone's throw from amazing restaurants, shops, bars and beach but was still very private and quiet. The locals working in Agia Marina are so friendly. We mainly stayed local as there is so much on your doorstep but there are plenty of taxis around to head into Chania. We would highly recommend a local restaurant Aletri the beachfront restaurant Gorgona. We honestly just can't wait to come back!

An excellent modern villa. Great facilities with an excellent pool. Great views from rooftop terrace. Lots of amenities provided by the excellent hosts including bread, biscuits, water etc. They also provided us with their own homemade Greek specialities. The villa is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the beach and has bars, taverns and shops on its doorstep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future.

Great, new and fully equipped villa in Agia Marina. Great place for family holidays to travel to best places at Crete like Balos, Elafonisi, Falasarna, Chania or Rethymno. Our host -Andrea was amazing. He took care about us. For the welcome he brang 3 bottles of wine, olive oil, fruits, bread and cookies. He also provide some water toys for our kids to use in the swimming pool.

A good breakfast included, friendly staff & excellent cleanliness all around. I would recommend the plunge pool rooms which were a lovely addition to relaxation.

My friend and I loved the location of the hotel . Although not in the city centre , it was still very easy to get into centre on public transport within 20 minutes .The property overlooks the sea . The room sizes were quite spacious .The personalised room facilities such as a pool or a hot tub was a very nice touch. I will be returning to the hotel in future.

The feature attracted us to this resort was its ensuite private dipping pool. It's a definite plus. Another feature was the terrace restaurant. It offered a great view of the beach below and spectacular sunset. We enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners there. Parking lot had ample space. Staff were friendly. There're many restaurants and stores nearby. It's a great location for enjoying Chania.

We had a nice time at Agia Marina resort and it was a great location for visiting Chania town. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our room was tastefully designed but really small and had very limited space to hang our clothes (no drawers) so we had to live out of our suitcases which was very inconvenient, however the hot tub was HUGE (room 209b) which was most welcome after a day of sightseeing! The sun beds on the beach are free but it would it have been nice if they had been of better quality (nice big cushion ones), and even though the pool is small, a few more beds on the grass area would have been great. Overall a nice hotel to stay at but it didn’t “Wow” us.

We loved everything! The hosts were great and very helpful, the location was great, next to the sea and to lovely taverns. The pool and pool area are also really nice. The welcoming basket was also a nice touch and very useful, thank you! One in all, one of the best accommodations we've stayed at so far and we'll definitely come back.

Everything was like a fairy tail dream for our family, the location was an adventure to get to driving through the winding twisted roads up and through the mountains and when you make it there it’s perfect in every way, truly breathtaking.By day the property was amazing with beautiful little wall lizards and their brightly coloured skin roaming all around the stonework and the swallows coming for a drink in the pool as we swam, eagles would often circle the mountains with such grace and beauty, and by night the beautifully done Stone Mountain Villa would have baby geckos all around with tiny bats flying past the many fairytale like lights laminating areas all around us and even coming for a drink in the pool as we swam. It was like a dream and the kids loved it as much as us. This place was by far the best holiday destination all of us had ever been a truly magical place recommended for anyone wanting to get back to nature and away from technology, we all put our phones away for the whole trip and reconnected in ways we didn’t see coming. Thank you Villa fabrica for our dream holiday 13 days we will never forget.

Our family had an amazing time at Villa Fabrica. It started with the nice ride in the hills towards the villa, followed by a warm welcome. Some fruits, snacks and some drinks in the fridge were part of the welcoming. Information regarding shops, touristic visits, ... are provided. The site is just wonderful. Surrounded by nature and quietness. Outdoors bbq and pizza at our disposal. All necessary facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher, tv, wifi, oven etc are available. Very nice pool and terrace. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private parking. House & pool were cleaned once a week! If you really with high quality family time, this place is highly recommended.

Our stay in Villa fabrika was unforgetable :)))) the Villa is build on a foundation of a XIX century olive oil factory, however build with high quality stone and material - thus the place has both a vibe of tradition and modern comfort. The interior has such a level of warmth and atrention to detail, that a womans hand must have been used to feel truly as if at home <3 The location is great, within driving distance to Chania, in a little valley, such that when swimming in a swimming pool, you feel solitude of being sorrounded by mountain peaks. The hosts are the kindest of people, welcomming us with a basket of olive oil, wine and other goods we didn't even ask for, and then left us to enjoy the stay with complete respect for our privacy. This was by far the best reservation I have ever made on Booking - thank you so much :))))

We stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The villa is spacious, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the kitchen is well provisioned. The pool, verandah and outdoor area with views of the sea were beautiful and well maintained. The hospitality shown by Xara and Harry was exceptional, they made us feel welcome and at home. They went above and beyond by providing us home made food on our late arrival and even home made cakes left for us in a well stocked fridge. We were very sad to leave and say goodbye. Thanks Xara and Harry for having us at your villa.

Amazing place, well-equipped villa with beautiful views to the sea. The pool was great, and the location was peaceful although within a few minutes’ drive to the nearest town with lots of shops and tavernas. The owners are some of the loveliest people we have ever met in our travels, treated us like family, left us with a stocked fridge and even gifted us olive oil upon departure. Absolutely everything! Spacious, beautifully decorated (Xara has studied interior design and it shows), north facing terrace was always in the shade making it an excellent space for meals. Pool is great size and always in the sun. Beautiful views from every spot. Loved the hammock in the afternoon shade! Villa is stocked with everything you could possibly need and the hosts were very generous to stock the fridge on arrival with lovely fresh fruit and homemade pastries and cakes.

The hosts Chara and Chari were very friendly. Over and above what we expected. The cake, fruit and items in the fridge and bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The villa is very private and the pool the best thing in the hot weather. Location ideal near Agia Marina and every restaurant we ate at in the area was superb. Location was brilliant.

The villa is beautiful with amazing views from the pool and balcony, incredible equipped with everything you need. Location is perfect and the hosts are great. Very easy check in and out. Much recommended.

Pros / overall experience : A very warm, welcoming and accommodating team running the place under George; spacious and clean rooms with very comfortable bed; generous and varied breakfast buffet and good food and drinks available throughout the day . Location works well if you have a car and want to use the hotel as a base to explore - right between chania and the west coast where there are some incredible turqouise water beaches. Some short hikes to monasteries / caves and wineries in the interior are also accessible so you can appreciate the mountainous scenery. Many guests also stay at the hotel all day and enjoy the pool and bar facilities , in which case would probably recommend upgrading to a room with a private plunge pool and lounger. Con - wouldn’t go there for the beach in front - it’s nice for the view from the hotel but there are much better beaches within an hours drive that are worth making the effort to go to. Area around the hotel at night can feel a bit desolate (at least in late September) so wouldn’t necessarily recommend venturing too far on foot for dinner .

We had the most amazing stay at Asterion!! From we set foot at the hotel the staff was friendly, helpful and sweet. We were always met with smiles and everyone was happy to help with our questions. There is a sense of family but also professionalism within the staff that makes it a really special environment to be in. The rooms are big, clean and stylish and the grounds are beautifully well kept and feel very luxurious. The beach and the pool make for an enjoyable stay where you can really just relax. A special thank you to George!!! Thank you for beach dinner which made our honeymoon even more enjoyable and unforgettable. It was more than we could have asked for Would recommend this stay to everyone I know. 10/10 and we hope to be back :)

An amazing stay, the staff are fantastic, friendly and happy to help you with all you holiday needs. The food every day has been varied and delicious, the beach, the pool, the cocktails are all fabulous! You do need a car or motorbike to get around, but I would expect that staying anywhere on the island if you want to explore. A holiday in paradise, would highly recommend!

The Sunlight Breeze Villa is an exceptionally high standard of accommodation - it is beautifully maintained and the pool area is fantastic, especially the outdoor sound system!. It has everything you could possibly need. Our host Christiana was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Our flight was delayed and Christiana was still there to meet us at 2am! Christiana organised a birthday cake for one of our family who was celebrating a special birthday & it was there on our arrival and it was beautiful! The villa was cleaned mid way through the week and the pool area is maintained to a very high standard. The local bus service into Chania is fantastic and very good value. When we were leaving Christiana brought us a beautiful farewell gift and that captures the spirit of Crete! As a family of 6 this accommodation was perfect and was a little sanctuary of peace and tranquility - we couldn't recommend it highly enough!

We loved it here. Christianna was brilliant. She made us very welcome and met us at the villa in the early hours as our plane was delayed. There was bread oil honey and delicious fruit waiting for us. She was amazing over our stay. And was very helpful throughout our stay. The pool and pool area is gorgeous with plenty areas with shade or sun. The villa is spotless and has everything you need it was cleaned with fresh linen multiple times durning our stay. The city centre is a short bus ride the bus stop is a two minute walk and Lidil is a 5 min walk. Legends bar is around the car and there are lovely restaurants in walking distance

The villa was even better than the photos. It was immaculate and had everything you might need. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the pool was magical. With a welcome basket on arrival and a mid week clean, we really felt pampered. Christianna was so very helpful and attentive. We honestly wanted for nothing. The location was also ideal - we could get a bus easily into the old town. Everything was just perfect.

Everything about this villa is beautiful. Set in a quiet location, it’s very private and decorated very well and modern. If you want a private place to enjoy great accommodation with its own pool, this is the place to book.

The villa is excellent in all aspects. Beautiful inside and pool and garden area is gorgeous. Would highly recommend. Only slight criticism was the size of the shower in the ensuite. Other than that the place cannot be faulted. Highly recommend

We.loved every minute of our stay in this paradise in close proximity to Chania but not in the immediate chaos of that city.. The kindness of Maria and George is unmatched. Be sure to have a car.

Instructions to find the property were good and Maria and her son George were there to meet us. We had hired a car which we found useful as Stafidaki villa is at the top of a hill. The villa is on two levels, a bedroom with en suite at ground level and at the top of 13 outside steps is the main area with kitchen and a bedroom and separate bathroom. There are two patio areas where you can sit outside for meals and the pool. The property was spotless. Maria changed the linen twice during our week stay and George cleaned the outside area and also the pool. The coastal road runs at the bottom of the hill and beaches and supermarkets are nearby. A main road runs behind the villa so there is road noise but you can still hear the birds and cicadas. Three of us had a great week there and Maria and George were perfect hosts. I thoroughly recommend this as a lovely place to explore Crete.

Our stay at Villa Stafidaki was simply perfect. Maria and George were fantastic hosts. We felt right at home from the moment we were welcomed by their friendliness and warmth! The villa itself is super cosy and immensely well maintained. The garden is also simply a real gem. All the different flowers, trees and plants are beautiful and the pool is lovely to linger in! We haven't been as relaxed in years as we were during our stay at Villa Stafidaki. We opted to hire a car to explore the area even more, but if you like walking, the track to the beach is definitely not too difficult. We definitely recommend Villa Stafidaki and Maria and George as hosts!

This place is amazing! It was very clean. The swimming pool was a good size, perfect for relaxing. We had a secure spot for our rental car behind the villa’s gate. The location was ideal, just a 10-15 minute walk to the local restaurants and sea. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming—our flight was delayed, but they patiently waited for us. We highly recommend this place!

This was our 11th year to Plantanias and our 1st stay at the Rock House. Let’s just say for the next 11 years we've found our second home. Location is perfect, accommodation was very clean and spacious. If you want a day by the pool in all day sun or a 10 min walk to the beach it’s here! Agis "what a nice guy" came by a couple of times to check the pool levels and to see if everything is OK If you’re going to Plantanias - STAY HERE, you will not be disappointed

Everything was superb for us, location, privacy, facilities, pool were all fantastic, as were the hosts. The Villa is 2 minutes walk from the beach and there are bars and supermarkets within 1 minute walk. Would highly recommend this property. Sun passes directly over top of villa (July) so it was full on the pool area from around 10am till 6pm. After that there was a lovely rooftop veranda to sit on till later in the evenings 😊

Such a wonderful property and we had a great 10 night stay. The property is clean and well kept with everything we needed to be comfortable and spend time in plantanias. The pool was clean and a good size which we enjoyed a lot as the weather was hot with sun and shade in the garden. We couldn’t believe how quiet our stay was considering we were in the town and next to a couple of hotels. The beach is a three minute walk. And access to tourist sights and experiences easily accessible. The supermarket is only five minutes away and we found the wonderful butchers (meating group) for tasty food, meats and cheeses only nine minutes away. We used the property barbecue which was amazing. Air conditioning is provided and the house interior decor is lovely and one can see that Yioula and Agis have put thought and care into ensuring that guests are comfortable. 10/10 for the comfortable beds as a really good nights sleep is much needed after the sun sea and the tasty Greek cuisine.

We just returned from our 11 nights stay at this wonderful property. The property is very clean and had everything we needed for our comfortable stay . Nice touch on the arrival a fresh fruits and a bottles of wine 😊The location of the villa absolutely amazing, everything so close :bars, restaurants, shops, beach. Local beach is a three minute walk .We really enjoyed a Greek food . We particularly liked the loungers in the shallow end of the pool, the circular sofa, the outside eating area and the beautiful planting scheme. Harris was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. Met us at the villa even though we arrived very late in the evening.

Beautiful villa, the photos don’t do it justice. The attention to detail that has gone into making every part of it, inside and out the best it can be was clear. The nicest pool we’ve ever had in any villa. Harris was also a brilliant owner who couldn’t do enough to make our stay special, including feeding us with his mums great cooking when we arrived late in the evening. The setting is also lovely in the olive groves. A car is a must to get to shops and restaurants.

This villa was amazing. The design was superb for our family. Beds were super comfy, bathrooms were amazing and the pool with bbq area made our holiday special. We were greeted by the host and he made us welcome with a fruit platter and some breakfast goodies. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place was spotlessly clean and spacious, easily accommodating our group of 8 people. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine, plus plenty of glasses and cooking utensils. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming — they greeted us with local sweets on arrival and even gave us small gifts when we left, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They were also very helpful throughout our stay: when a hairdryer burned out and tripped a fuse, they had the electricity fixed within 10 minutes. Whenever we needed fresh towels or clean bedsheets, they were quick to assist. We especially appreciated their local recommendations — from delivery restaurants (which turned out to be really good) to nearby tavernas and beach spots, they gave us lots of great tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. The pool was another highlight: very clean and well maintained, with the hosts making sure it was taken care of almost daily. Overall, the villa and the hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, space, and genuinely kind hosts.

The Host did everything to make our stay the best as possible, the location was really nice! we were 9 friends who stayed together and it was nice to not be in the middle of everything because we came late home most nights, really easy to book a taxi or order food to the villa, most restaurants close by knows the villa and the where the location is. The house was clean and big, the swimming pool was amazing, we used it everyday. And if in doubt we talked to our host, she helped us alot and reccommended great restaurants and we would like to say that we all gained a fiend after our stay thank you so much

Villa Elizabeth was a most wonderful experience. It accommodated two families comfortably with enough space to enjoy both the inside and outside !! The pool area was a highlight to be able to relax! The villa was exceptionally clean, spacious and the location was very practical to Chania town and surrounding areas making it very easy to get around ( with a car of course) . Wonderful villa with breathtaking view of the whole bay of Platanias and Agia Marina, you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the big first floor balcony. If you want to be close to the beaches and the city of Chania, but want to get away from the hassle and the tourists, this place is perfect. Surrounded by olive trees and a tiny church. The house itself is big and clean, the pool area is very nice and the owners are helpful. Best recommendations!

The villa was amazing I would definitely recommend to everyone as its worth it! The view is to die for. One thing which I would add is a hot tube as we went late in season and was cold to use the pool( even doe we did it) but jacuzzi on this balcony with this magical view would be amazing

A car is a must here!

Luxurious, modern, spacious and clean. Also appreciated was the welcome groceries and amenities. Contact with owner was pleasant, fast and efficient.

It was in a perfect location for us. Not too far from Chania old town and beaches, but far enough so that it was not in the middle of the noisy parts. Beautiful views of the hills all over and near shops, petrol station and supermarket. You will most definitely need a car. Very private Villa with a fantastic bbq. The hosts Stelios and his wife were absolutely lovely, his children too. They all welcomed us and lead us some lovely ingredients for breakfast, tea and coffee and seasonings to use throughout. I highly recommend this villa and we would stay here again There is a cat that visits here frequently, please feed her. She is very friendly and pregnant.

Wonderful hostess. We arrived late and she was there at 1am to welcome us. The villa is glamorous. The mattresses were the most spectacularly comfortable I've slept on. The fridge is full of homemade produce and alcohol. The pool was lovely after a hot day out. The gardens surrounding make you feel like you're in a bit of Eden. I would heartily recommend staying here. Every effort is made to make you welcome and comfortable .

Everything was perfect. The location, the equipment of the house, the pool, the garden and moreover the kindness of the host.

After a disappointing experience at another place, we found Physis Villas to be a breath of fresh air. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, helping us extend our stay when we needed to and offering fantastic recommendations for local spots. The villa is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and stocked with fresh, organic produce, homemade wine, and raki. It's an incredible value for the quality and experience you get. If you're exploring Crete, especially around Chania, this is a must-stay location!"

Apart from the very conformable house, that has anything you might need, the care of the owners and not to forget their vegetable garden was amazing. When we arrived there were all kinds of lovely jams, honey and olive oil already in the house and after a small tour of the garden we had enough fresh fruits and vegetables for the whole week. Every day there was a new surprise like wine, home made bread or even grilled fish awaiting us. One day we went on an amazing boat trip with the son touring the south coast of Crete, visiting beautiful little bays, snorkeling and eating amazing local food. The best day of our holiday!

The apartment is absolutely stunning, the garden and surroundings are beautiful. The interior is top-notch quality and to a high standard. Everything is very tastefully furnished and a short drive to the airport, Chania or to super markets. Very quiet and peaceful environment. Very kind and supportive host - I would definitely go again!

Elena villa was really exquisite! The host, Alexandros,has taken care of everything ,to the smallest detail. It’s equipped with a pool and jacuzzi, an outdoor sitting area where you can easily relax as the surrounding area is very calm and quiet. The rooms were very clean,with air-conditioning and we were also offered some welcome-gifts (cretan raki and biscuits,local fruits and breakfast essentials). Highly recommended

We had a great time at Elena villa. The property was very clean and spacious, and thoughtfully stocked (local cookies, fruits, coffee and the Raki was great!). Our host was very welcoming and quick to respond to any concerns. Gave us a lot of good info about the area and best places to visit! Near by beaches were incredible including the local one we could walk to from the villa. Would definitely stay again!

We were with out 2 older teenage boys, and the pool was thoroughly enjoyed, and added that extra wow factor. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back. Theodori was a great host and his team very easy to interact with.

It was one of the best accommodation I ever had, the cleaning and the facilities are at another level and they also do cleaning and change towels at every 3 days, which is perfect giving the fact that is a house and not a hotel. The property has everything you need for a vacation in Crete, the jacuzzi and the upper terrace were perfect for hanging out with our friends during evenings after a beach day. The staff was amazing, the communication worked very good and they provide us all we need. Even when we need a weight scale to check our luggage, Theodore make it possible and ask someone to bring one at the apartament in the same day, so all the respect for him! Also the location was great, you are close to supermarkets, beach, restaurants, bus station, all of these at 5min distance. I would sincerely recommend to anyone who wants to spend the vacation in Crete, Chania.

The accommodation is perfect. Stylish and comfortable and the hot tub is a lovely bonus. The host, Theodore, was very helpful with everything. Great location, close to the beach and with some nice restaurants in the area. Hopefully we will be back soon.

We enjoyed a home baked cake on arrival along with water, milk and a selection of juices in the fridge. The stand out points for us was the BBQ area, private pool and well sculptured trees. This Villa vastly exceeded our expectations. Having 2 young children, we felt the Villa was a perfect choice to allow us to relax and enjoy our stay.

Fantastic villa which is perfectly designed for a family/group holiday - many different places to sit, eat and relax together but big enough for everyone to have their own space when they want to. The outdoor area is beautiful and we loved being able to sit and eat at the big dining table overlooking the pool, especially when it was lit up at night. The pool was great and we used it several times a day. The beds are really comfortable too! Antonis is an exceptional host and will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, including arranging car hire, transfers, recommendations for activities etc. His mother was so kind and thoughtful too, and her baking is the best! I could go on forever... Basically I would recommend this villa without hesitation to everyone - it actually brought us closer as a family because we had such beautiful surroundings in which to relax and spend time with each other. This was the overall thing that made our holiday so special. I also need to mention that 5 minutes drive away is To Antikristo, an amazing family run restaurant which we went to twice in a week due to the incredible food and lovely people.

Antonia Blue Villa is quite possibly the most beautiful holiday property we have ever visited, coupled with the fact that Antonis and Maria are the most helpful and gracious hosts. So much thought has been put into to this property to ensure a restful and stress free break. And the little touches are what make it stand out, from a delicious home made surprise cake to the additional towels and toiletries. The villa is set in a peaceful neighbourhood but within a short drive of Chania and some of Crete’s most beautiful beaches. The pool is a really good size, the outside areas are gorgeous and the villa has everything you could hope for - really comfy beds, plenty of space and relaxing seating areas. And it is immaculately kept. From the moment we booked, Maria got in touch with lots of helpful information about the area and offers to help with airport transport, car hire and anything else we needed. During our stay both Maria and Antonis checked in with us to ensure we were having the best time and they were always on hand to answer any questions or provide recommendations for day trips and places to eat. Their communication and service was exceptional throughout! We will be certainly back!

The villa was amazing. We had everything that we needed. We used the pool everyday and also used the BBQ. We highly recommend this villa.Antonis, the host, was super nice. He welcomed us personally although we only arrived quite late in the evening due to delays of our flight. Furthermore, Maria, the manager, was super nice and answered all questions and supported us if needed. We even received fresh fruits and vegetables from Antonis mother. She even brought a super delicious chocolate cake one evening, still warm. :)

We liked everything about the villa. We enjoyed the swimming pool and garden. The villa was very clean and overall rooms were a very high standard.

It was such an amazing place to stay at: -It was a bit out of the city so it was really quiet (except a bit of barking and rooster crowing). —It was so clean when we got there -the hosts had made us dinner when we arrived which was so nice because it was almost 22 when we got there and we were hungry. Some days later she came with ice cream for us, so nice of her!! -we enjoyed having a sun bed and they were nice to lay on -the refrigerator had ice cubes and water so it was nice and easy to get a cold drink -the pool was amazing, we had between 30-40 degrees everyday and the pool wasn’t cold at all, it was nice to go in after sunbathing -the air conditioning was working and really helped when it got too warm -washing machine was easy to navigate and the same with the dryer -there were shampoo in the showers so you didn’t need to bring your own -the kitchen had a lot of stuff for cooking and dining -the internet was great Heads up: -it was a bit outside of the city and the nearest store was like 10-15 minutes away on foot so maybe rent a car if you want to go sight seeing. We used wolt to get bigger groceries as we didn’t have a car. Overall we really loved the place and made our vacation unforgettable! I will definitely come back again!

We liked everything! The family greeted us upon arrival and cooked a delicious meal for us from their own garden. They walked us through the property and provided information to make our stay comfortable. The Villa was beautiful and modern. We were able to cook some nice dinners after spending the day visiting parts of the island. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were all great. We enjoyed the pool for evening swims. On the evening before our departure, the family came over to give us a homemade dessert of orange cake which was thoughtful. We would have loved to stay longer! Thanks to the whole family for welcoming us into their home and we would recommend this villa to anyone!

We had a great holiday in the Garden Villa and definitely recommend it to everyone! The Villa is new, very well equipped and just as described. The pool is good sized and there is a lot of furniture to enjoy the outside space. There are plenty of vegetables growing in the garden for the guests to enjoy.The Villa is located in a quiet area and it has its own large parking space. It's advisable to have a car if you stay here as the shops are a few kilometers away. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a warm meal with local drinks upon our arrival and got a delivery of a very delicious cake and more local alcohol a few days later. Thank you again for everything!

The Villa was excellent and there was even lunch laid out when we arrived. The was very clean and all the facilities were excellent. It was privately enclosed and gated, with a great pool and outdoor facilities.

In the apartment there was a great platter with many Greek specialties, and in addition we were given red wine, soda and water, and a fruit platter. Nikos gave us a tour of the apartment. Double sets of towels for the shower, there were beach towels for the pool. Sheets but also thicker bedspreads. These bedspreads were wrapped from the dry cleaner. The apartment was super clean. We were all completely blown away by the size and all the terraces, the size of the bedrooms, the facilities and the view. It topped off with the fact that we had our own private pool. Just 15 minutes walk to city center. Grocery store 5 minutes walk from the building. Quiet area, secluded from traffic. We highly recommend Edel suites, and there is a risk that with our recommendation we are making it so attractive that it will be difficult to get accommodation the next time we go to Chania :)

Great apartment with private pool. The level of finish,attention to detail,decor,cleanliness,comfort and facilities are amazing. We did not need anything but I’ve no doubt Nikos would have tried to provide. He is very kind and had a welcome pack for us as well as providing more treats throughout the week. It is approx 30 min walk to old town but you can get a bus for 1.20cent. Taxi late at night 7-10 euro. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. You will not be disappointed if you book it. There are numerous balconies (6),shutters and mosquito nets on all doors and windows, a well equipped kitchen,great showers, comfortable beds, tvs in all bedrooms and living room although we never had them on. There are loungers as well as tables and chairs at pool and outdoor furniture on 2 of the other balconies where there is a great view over the town and the sea.

One of the best houses we have stayed in!! We were a group of 6 and had an amazing time here. The house had everything we needed all the facilities were perfect, the private pool was spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning.The house was full of welcome sweets and drinks. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the host. He went above and beyond helping us with umbrellas, recommending a fantastic local restaurant, and always being available to answer any questions we had. His positive energy and kindness really added to the experience. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend we'd love to come back!

This stay was fantastic! The 3 bedroom suite with our own outdoor, rooftop pool was perfect after a day of exploring Chania. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and secure. The welcome gift of drinks and Greek food samples was very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The apartment is a 2km walk into the Old Town, but well worth it to explore all of the historical sites, delicious food, cocktails and markets. There is an authentic gyros place very close by in the neighbourhood which we tried for dinner, and a supermarket nearby which was handy for everyday items. Coffee from Habit was very convenient and one of the few places that had a range of alternative milk available. Nikos was the perfect host and no question was too difficult for him - he even provided us with extra items during our stay and an umbrella and frozen water for our drive to Elafonissi Beach. Thank you Nikos for a wonderful stay in Chania!

This new, modern suite is very well designed, and I was lucky to be its first guest. It has 3 bedrooms, multiple balconies, and a private swimming pool on the top floor, offering a wonderful view of the sea and the city. The suite is fully equipped with everything you need, and Nikos, the owner, is very friendly and always willing to help. The location is near the center and remains very quiet. I definitely recommend it!

The house is in a really small village, far from everything. We liked this, because it was really quiet, cool at the night, and we could see the orange and oil trees on the hills. In the garden one can find place to sit down or lie in the shade, we had towels for outside use as well. Stella waited us with fresh fruit and snacks. A third bed was placed in one of the rooms, so no one had to sleep in the living room.

Stunning villa, beautifully appointed, well designed, gracious hosts with absolutely everything close at hand, to relax and enjoy your holiday in Crete. We bbqed, swam, relaxed, wandered and the girls loved the electric scooters. I would definitely stay here again. The villa is private and we enjoyed the separate room/villa/retreat, bonus!! The whole property is well maintained and Alexandros has thought of everything. the villa was beautiful and well maintained. Unlike other villas we have stayed at it was well stocked with supplies and essentials. Alexandros welcomed us with a fridge full of fruit, coffee, beer and wine.

Very friendly family who look after the villa, very hospitable, welcoming, and deal with any issue very fast. Good location to explore the west of Crete and villa has everything you may need.

By far the best vacation spot and rental on Crete!! Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay at the villa, everything was perfect. Petros, our host, was very friendly and enthusiastic person. He maintained the villa and the pool at the times that were convenient for us. It is located in a nice small and quiet village (Loutraki) and it's necessary to have your own transport or a rented car/scooter/bike as there is no public transport connection from the village to the main street at the beach. We had a rented car and it was perfect, it only takes few minutes from the village to the beach. The villa is a brand new construction and it's build to a high end standard. It has a very nice view over the village and the entire valley. We recommend to anyone to stay at Petros villa and we plan to return.

It's a beautiful place, a new house with a perfect view over the valley, mountains and sea. Well equipped with all needed devices, very nice pool and terrace. You will probably find there everything needed for a perfect holiday stay. Petros is also a great host, he provides all needed information and local recommendations, makes sure you do not miss anything. Strongly recommended location!

It is a real Luxury Villa. It has everything you can think of. Big Plus is that the Poolside is sunny from morning till late afternoon. Host is a really 11/10

We booked a suite with small private pool. I find this room has a very high privacy. Facilities are great. Everything looks brand new. A private parking space. The staff are exceptionally nice. Our room is out of power twice, but they solve the problem promptly. The only problem is the villa is a bit far away from the town centre. However, the staff is welcome to drive you to the town during their service hours. If I go to Chania again, I will definitely choose this villa again.

We had a lovely stay at Lofos village in July in one of their maisonettes. The owners and Eleanor were really welcoming and offered some helpful advice and recommendations. The villa was immaculate and we had an extra clean included in our stay. The private pool is small but was a really lovely addition. We hired a car but we did walk to Agia Marina everyday. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed 2 weeks in one of the 'Suitas' and were pleasantly surprised to find it was exactly as seen in the photos. The location is very central to the city, beaches, and other key areas. Eleni (the Manager) was absolutely phenomenal; very welcoming & accommodating to all our needs. The vibe of Lofos is authentic and not commercial at all, but with all the modern amenities. We were there in mid May and unfortunately as the pool isn't heated we were unable to use it - which would have been really nice. Overall, we would definitely go back!

La struttura è meravigliosa. La piscina viene pulita ogni mattina ed è tutto mantenuto perfettamente in ordine. La vista è mozzafiato. La host Helena (mi perdonerà se ho scritto male il nome) è di una simpatia e disponibilità unica. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per chi ricerca pace e tranquillità a due passi da ottime taverne locali. There was sun on balcony from 12-18, so it was too hot to sit outside during this period.

The hotel is in a very good location, a short walk from the beach. Great pool. The staff was very kind, helpful while we were on a trip to the site, the staff booked us a trip to the Samaria Gorge. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was nothing to wash the dishes in the kitchen, no sponge and no detergent. The bathroom door was not lockable.

Very nice hotel, close to the beautiful beaches. Pool is large and clean. The kitchen is well equiped. Free parking is in front if the hotel. It is recommended for families.

There were enough grocery stores, cafes and restaurants within walking distance, but with a rental car we went further to explore the sights, beaches and dinner restaurants.

The villa and pool were both excellent. The outdoor area was a highlight - peaceful, private and great for enjoying family meals together. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. Having the villa cleaned halfway through the stay was an added bonus.

Great property, lovely pool and garden, very well equipped, good location and services nearby, nice balcony/views. Super easy to get to Chania centre on the 18 bus

The property is really spacious with lots of indoor/outdoor spaces that you can relax at different times of the day. Very secure and quiet neighbourhood with quick access to the city and motorways. In terms of cleanliness, the property was spotless! Mrs Dora went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay, and offered many amenities to us from bathrobes to slippers.

We have just returned from a fabulous family week at villa aretousa - we are a family of 6 adults , 3 children and a baby. The villa was perfect - we loved the pool and bbq areas. Plenty of room for everyone inside and out and the villa had everything we needed. The view was beautiful - we took a slow 20 minute walk with the children down to the main road. Ritsa was so helpful - arranging transfers and shopping for us. I would also recommend the transfer guys - professional and punctual - they do other trips in Chania too. All in all the best holiday we have had - thank you!

The size of the villa was very spacious for 12 people. There is plenty of space in the living room/dining room. Bedrooms were a decent size, and en suits were very good. Outside bbq facilities were excellent, used most nights and swimming pool was fantastic. A welcome relief from the heat. Our host even asked for a grocery list to fill our fridge etc for us arriving which was very thoughtful.

The villa is fantastic. It was clean and well equipped with everything you need. The location and views were out of this world. The villa owners were so welcoming and made our stay so special. We all spent a lot of time in the pool which was the perfect size to swim and play in. We had a mini golf tournament during our stay which was a great added bonus.

We loved our stay at villa Aretousa 2! The outside area (pool and minigolf) made our stay perfect. The villa is modern and spacious. The host was really friendly and got us some groceries due to our late arrival.

What an amazing location, I can't say enough about our recent stay. The villa is beautiful and the garden and pool area exceeded all our expectations. The seating area in the corner of the garden offered the most amazing views of the sea. The pool and crazy golf kept our kids busy at all times. The villa is only a short walk to all the local restaurants, beaches and shops. We will definitely be back!!!

The property was well equipped. Had everything we needed. Was very spacious, beautiful grounds and pool which were well maintained. It was cleaned regularly throughout our stay along with change to bedding and towels. As the property was up a hill the views were amazing. The town was a 15-20 min walk downhill where you found plenty of family run tavernas and restaurants.

It had everything you needed with so many relaxing places to chill out The pool was great especially for a toddler as they have a enclosed shallow end for safety

Absolutely beautiful apartment and garden with tranquil view of swimming pool & garden. Great size swimming pool, our boys spent a lot of time there. Quiet location with blackout blinds & good AC for peaceful sleep. Yanni's apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday without the hassle of car hire & driving. Excellent restaurants within 3 - 10 mins walk. Superb Corinna Star for mesmerusing sunset dinners, Nesaki for creative salads, delicious pizzas & the best seafood linguine & Mannys Taverna for warm service, simple lunches, super fresh gyros, souvlaki & smoothies. Mini markets 5 mins away, big Lidl, Synka 20mins by bus. Buses were easy to use, frequent, low cost buses into Chania's restaurants, farmers markets, bakeries. Bus stop is 2mins away at the end of the road, comes every 20mins. Also, Kalamaki beach was only 4mins walk away with 4 more beaches on short bus ride. And, to top it all - Yanni was a warm, kind, helpful, responsive host whenever we needed anything. Greek hospitality at its best! Thank you so much for the welcome delicious fresh savoury pastries.

I would highly recommend this villa. It is even nicer than it looks in the photos. It is very well equipped inside, and the outside gardens are lovely, with a very good sized pool. Chania is a lovely city and was easily reached by bus from the end of the road. Yanni was the perfect host, greeting us on arrival and was on hand for any questions during our stay. Thank you Yanni for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your lovely villa.

We had a wonderful stay at Rea's Sea House. The location is perfect within a short walking distance of restaurants, beaches and transport. The pool and air conditioning were very welcome for those hot Greek days. Yanni and Georgia were the perfect hosts - readily available for suggestions on everything from restaurants to transport. We had such an amazing time at this villa – it was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could possibly need. Total luxury, but still felt really relaxed and welcoming. The whole place was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the pool was a real highlight – we spent so much time in and around it! One of our favourite parts was the outdoor kitchen – we had some fantastic barbecues there in the evenings, with loads of space to cook, eat, and hang out together. The view from the villa was stunning, especially at sunset – just the perfect backdrop for lazy days and relaxed evenings. Chania itself was beautiful – full of charm, great food, and lovely little streets to wander around. It was the perfect base for exploring but also ideal if you just wanted to stay in and unwind. Our host, Evangelia, was absolutely wonderful – friendly, always kept in touch, and made sure we had everything we needed. So helpful and understanding, which made the whole experience even better. Everything had been thought of, from comfy beds to loads of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. It worked perfectly for our group and everyone had a brilliant time. Honestly couldn’t fault it – we’d go back in a heartbeat!

The property was exceptional. The outdoor space was beautiful, had a BBQ area, a pool and a balcony with stunning views. It had a spa and a sauna, with fabulous amount of space inside (we had the villa booked for 10 people). The hosts were incredibly helpful, giving information and advice, and unbelievably kind and welcoming. I would recommend this property to everyone, and I hope to be back! Location was great, with a short walk to easy accessible bus routes to beach clubs and the main town. And to top it off when leaving we were even given a little gift to remember Crete! Hosts were helpful as our flight wasn’t till late and let us keep our bags there and even tried to change the cleaning time so we could have a late check out. They went above and beyond!

The property was very clean and the interior very well designed. It was light, spacious with great sunsets from the upstairs terrace. The outside space was perfect, the pool was heated and well worth paying for this at this time of year as we swam in this every day and were never cold! The gym area, jacuzzi and sauna were much appreciated by my teenage daughters! Location was great, a 10 minute taxi ride into Chania town. The owners was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyed.

Our stay at the villa was magical beyond all expectations. We stayed at the villa for 10 days and Eva and John were so friendly, kind and amazing hosts. The location, the pool, the villa, the rooms - all perfect. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. This has been a very special holiday for us. We will definitely recommend this great place to our friends and family.

A fantastic modern villa, finished to a very high standard with every facility you could possibly think of. Outdoor area was great for evening entertaining. The pool, table tennis table and gym were amazing too. Evangelia is the perfect host, extremely helpful and available whenever required.

However there is a supermarket and bakery in walking distance.

Panos was a great host and the communication with hom was great. He provided with all the necessary information about the villa as well as amazing recommendations for food, beaches and activities in the area. The facilities are great and the property is very enjoyable with very nice touches such as the outdoor shower or many cozy spaces around the villa to relax. The property is well sized for a group to stay, and the kitchen well equipped as well. Also the location is great as it is near Chania and close to many nice places to visit!

Absolutely everything. The place is exceptional. Comfortable, clean, modern and has everything that you might need. It was in a calm neighbourhood and was midway to everything we wanted to do which was perfect (we did have a car). Panos is lovely and kind and very helpful and gave us load of suggestions of where to go and eat. This was the best place we ever booked. It was really hard to find any flaws.

Everything was perfect! Stelios and her wife were amazing hosts. There was food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived late in the evening so we did not need to go shopping for groceries after traveling. Kids loved the pool and cats that visited the garden.. Everything was just like in the pictures. We had one problem with warm water but Stelios fixed it right away. We also barbecued with brand new grill and had a lovely dinner in the garden. There is a perfect spot to watch the fireworks from Maleme hotel on the roof 😊

Didn't have to collect keys, the owners were waiting for a 1.00 am arrival. The owners having the time to show us round the property, leaving us with 3 sets of keys. exchanging contact details. ( The owners lived 25mile away)

With two levels, the villa is perfect for accommodating two families, offering ample personal space while also featuring large communal areas for everyone to gather together. The garden area is delightful, featuring a spacious dining area complete with an outdoor fridge, sink, and BBQ. The children's playground is well-designed and offers some shade, creating a fun environment for the kids. The property boasts a high standard of modern finishes and contains all necessary amenities. We were genuinely surprised by the thoughtful welcome gift of food waiting for us, and appreciated the kind farewell gift upon our departure. The local village is just a 10-minute walk away and offers a variety of places to enjoy local food and drinks, along with a couple of mini-marts. A larger supermarket is only a few minutes’ drive up the road, and the beach is approximately a 25-minute drive away. Perfectly placed away from busy tourist areas but still quickly accessible. Overall, this villa is a perfect choice for a memorable getaway!

Our stay at the property was simply perfect. The house is new, fully equipped, located in the hills near Chania, among an orange grove and olive farms. The surroundings are very picturesque and provide complete relaxation in a peaceful Greek village. We spent special moments swimming in the pool, sunbathing on the terrace and evening feasts on the terrace. Katerina is a very caring host, she took care of every aspect of our stay. We were very generously welcomed during our stay. The hosts took care of the cleanliness of the house, providing a cleaning service and replacing bed linen and towels during our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend staying in this luxurious property. If you choose this place to stay, you will definitely be satisfied. The price-quality ratio is very good. We would happily return to this comfortable, beautiful and picturesquely located house. It was certainly the best place we have spent our holidays so far.

The place is amazing. everything is new. very high quality, and the place is well equipped. it has everything you need, and much more. if something is missing the host will make sure you get it. the place is very spacious it is divided into two villas that are connected. each villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets+showers. there is another toilet outside by the pool! kitchen has everything in it. we even got a really nice welcome including water, juice, bread, cake cheese etc. nothing was missing. after 4 days the place was cleaned and sheets and towels were changed !!! it is by far the best place i stayed in! i have to go back again.

What a beautiful villa and the view of the mountains is gorgeous too. It is probably the best villa we have ever rented. We had a wonderful 8 days stay and would love to come back next time we are in Crete. Katerina, the owner, is extremely hospitable, met us at the villa to show us the facilities. Very generous arrival hampers (juices, water, bread, fruits, tea/coffee, eggs, cake) were provided for both floors of the property. Housekeeping is carried out after every 4 days. I can't recommend this villa highly enough. Thank you Katerina and Antonis.

Villa Lona is great, our stay in it was extremely pleasant. The villa has all the possible amenities, is located in a very quiet place and at the same time is close to Chania. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating! We would visit the villa again :)

Let's start with our host Despina: what a wonderful lady! She welcomed us with open arms (literally!) and gave us a grand tour of our villa Alivia. She explained the art work, architecture, the love her and her husband had put into building these homes and it showed! To top it off, we received a big welcome package filled with treats, honey and olive oil! Then the villa itself, a home away from home. It is even better than the pictures in real life! Comfort and class combined. There were days we didn't even leave the villa as it has all that you need. Breakfast was also carefully prepared by a chef and with delicious variety every day. Location: ideally placed within a 5 min drive from Platanias beaches and restaurants. Luxury beach clubs 15min drive away. A small supermarket at walking distance and a lidl 5min drive away. Chania less than 30min drive away. Recommend hiking Rikko Gorge only 30min drive away. STUNNING! In the villa itself you can see the sunset beautifully from the terrace upstairs. Eventhough you are so close to liveliness, the villa itself is located in a quiet street so we slept like babies. We also loves the local restaurant (8min walk away) so much, we dined there 2 out of the 4 nights! I stayed with my partner and some friends for 4 nights and we wish we stayed longer. But we will surely return. Thank you Despina for your hospitality. We look back at our stay with beautiful memories.

We had an exceptional stay at Conte Marino Villas in Maleme. The villas are stunning in their architectural design, blending modern elegance with traditional Cretan touches. Everything is so well thought out for the guests’ comfort, from the spacious interiors to the beautifully organised outdoor areas, it feels like every detail has been carefully considered. The villas are equipped with every luxury you could want, making it a perfect place to relax in style. Maleme is a peaceful base, but you do need a car to really enjoy all that Crete has to offer, from beaches and mountain drives to Chania’s old town. The highlight of our stay was the owner’s warm hospitality. Despina was attentive, thoughtful, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have the best possible experience. That personal touch made all the difference. A truly memorable stay, we highly recommend Conte Marino Villas for anyone seeking a luxurious and well-organised holiday base in Crete with a touch of magic.

A very well designed and wonderfully comfortable villa with a beautiful garden offering plenty of shade. The owner was super helpful and extremely responsive throughout the stay. The house is also very well located, not far from the airport and yet very close to a peaceful and quiet seaside resort of Maleme. Would love to come again!

The house is amazing and the location is quiet, calm but with all necessary services nearby, including nice restaurants. The house is at the beach front. It is not a sand beach but the sea was beautiful and really nice for a swim. Ms Stravoula, our host, was communicative, kind and available - even with the flight delay and late hours of our arrival. She guided us through the best way to reach the house and was present to give us the keys and explain the workings of the house. She kept communication to the essential and was very kind. Cristina was also very kind and flexible. We would definitely like to come back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Athina Luxury Villa! The villa was stunning — beautifully designed, spotless, and just steps from the sea. We loved the peaceful outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. Inside, the bedrooms were super comfortable with high-quality bedding, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was the perfect setup for our group of friends, with enough space for everyone to feel at home. Our host made everything seamless with thoughtful touches and great service. The villa is complete luxury. Every detail has been considered with thoughtful touches to make the stay more comfortable. It’s perfect for a group with so many areas to enjoy throughout the day and with great rooms and bathrooms. It’s so much better than the photos can even show!

Our flight arriving was already a late flight but was terribly delayed so we arrived at 2am. Host was communicating on WhatsApp all the time whilst we were delayed at the UK airport, then at a horrid hour when we landed. A representative met us with keys (even though they have a key box) so just can't say how nice this company is! The views are stunning, pool clean, rooms nice. Our flight home was horribly delayed too and considering we arrived late (and the host had no-one going in for another day) agreed to let us stay a few extra hours. This made the last day SO much nicer. I would have understood if they had guests arriving immediately but such a lovely gesture unlike many large money grabbing hotel chains. We did a little extra tidying up with the time as a gesture of respect. The fridge had a few items stocked and never had that before, these people really care about you staying and we will probably go back even though we want a different place each year. Girls also liked the venue for social photos so that's a good tick!

The villa is magical! Everything you need is there, and if you need anything extra, you get it within an hour. We asked for a whisk to make pancakes and got it right away. Spacious rooms with air conditioning, three (!) bathrooms, and a large living area with a kitchen. The pool is fantastic and just the right depth. The location is up on a hill, so it’s peaceful and quiet with nature all around. We got help renting both a car and bicycles, which is necessary given the location. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic location with views over the sea and the mountains. Comfortable beds and great size pool for us all. The villa is split into a larger upstairs property and a granny flat downstairs but both floors have their own toilets and kitchens so that was all good! Would recommend to anyone staying in the area - less than 2 hours from Samaria Gorge, Elafonisi, Balos, and close to Chania and some nice beaches west of Chania.

The villa is very beautiful and have everything you need with exceptional views, the communication was superb with one message away with everything we need, they also provided us with a great deal for a car rental and fridge full of food and beer for free. War aber alles kein Problem weil ich mit der Vermieterin schon einen Tag vorher in Kontakt stand und sie sehr schnell geantwortet hat. Die Villa befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf ca. 20 Minuten von der Stadt entfernt. Empfangen wurden wir mit einer eingeschalteten Klimaanlage, einer Flasche Wein und frischem Obst. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Auch die Küche war top ausgestattet. Der Pool war sauber und die Liegen und Schirme waren in einem sehr guten zustand. Der Außenbereich hatte 3 gemütliche sitzt Ecken und eine Putzfrau kam nach 3 Tagen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden die Villa wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen und vorallem problemlosen Aufenthalt!

Nous avons été accueilli de manière extraordinaire par Stella qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions (plein de petites attentions, grande disponibilité). Un tout grand merci à elle. La villa est magnifique, meublée avec goût, la piscine et la terrasse sont agréables et elle est idéalement située pour celles et ceux qui recherchent du calme. Les prestations proposées sont toutes de qualité. On se sent vraiment "comme à la maison" mais dans un très beau décor. Nous nous réjouissons de pouvoir y revenir

La villa si trova in aperta campagna ed è un angolo di paradiso. Tutto era molto curato, la pulizia era perfetta ed abbiamo trovato qualunque cosa fosse necessaria in un appartamento. Infine abbiamo molto apprezzato la gentilezza del nostro host e gli omaggi al nostro arrivo (frutta fresca, olio, vino, miele, dolci, raki). Abbiamo trascorso un periodo stupendo compresi bagni in piscina, barbecue e colazione nella pace e tranquillità. Noi la consigliamo 😊

we were an extended family of 11, looking for a holiday home with soul. We found that in abundance at Villa Catani, which is not only a masterpiece in architecture and construction, but in connectivity and social interaction as well. The multiple eating and lounging areas enabled us to hang out in clusters and mix it up. The open spaces and eye contact between floors provided a sense of togetherness. The kitchen was big enough that everyone could be part of meal preparation. The character of this Villa made our one-week stay magical! Kostas and Katherina were warm and responsive, we were welcomed on our arrival with information, recommendations, and spinach pastries baking in the oven. The rooms were spacious, the décor eclectic, the artwork beautiful. It all came together to provide us with the perfect setting to relax, enjoy our time together and make happy memories.

We stayed at Villa Catani with a big family group (15 people, including 4 kids) and it was perfect! The villa is spacious, great for children, and in a really nice location — in a quiet area and just a short drive to beautiful beaches and Chania. We even had a small wedding party there which turned out amazing. The host, Kostas, was super helpful, kind, and always willing to arrange or assist with anything we needed. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a special place to stay in Crete!

EVAMAR is definitely a premium experience! The villa is immaculately clean with beautiful bathrooms and plenty of storage. The beds and bedding were of a very high quality and were extremely comfortable. We were provided with an abundance of fluffy white towels, dressing gowns, slippers and a lovely welcome pack of food to start us off. The villa was cleaned and all bedding/towels were refreshed in the middle of our two week stay. The pool area is beautiful with four sun loungers, and two parasols. The pool was cleaned twice a week and was very well maintained. There is a lovely BBQ and an outside shower next to the pool. It has electric gates and a shaded parking spot within the villa’s complex. There is CCTV for your security at the gates and covering the outside areas. The hosts were excellent and were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so welcoming and kind. Lots of advice about where to visit and were immediate with their responses. The bus stops were just outside the villa so easy to travel down into Chania and there were 2 buses per hour. There is a small supermarket within walking distance for all of your everyday needs. Overall I would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Chania.

This property is almost brand new. The owners are very proud of it and treat the guests like Royalty. It has two spacious rooms and a double bed in an attic space. It is tastefully decorated with new furniture and has a great pool. It’s just really well designed and we were able to spend hours sitting by the pool under the canopy. There’s even a canopy for the car. The BBQ area is well designed and clean. Our hostess provided a package of goodies various other item which gratefully consumed. I reckon you would struggle to find better accommodation in Chania. You should book this. You must listen to the instructions about reversing into the drive. There is no other way. We then left and went to the Dourakis winery which is a very fine establishment.

The property was really well maintained and very clean. It had great facilities and the hosts were really good communicators. Everything we needed was there.

Owners have thought of everything to make our stay perfect, friendly owner, very modern and clean, TV’s in bedrooms.

Beautiful, modern, clean villa in a perfect location, a few minutes walk into Agia Marina old town with its pretty, traditional tavernas and a 5/10 minute walk to the beach with it's lovely restaurants and bars. Four big double bedrooms with comfy beds, all with en-suite shower room, great power showers, hairdryers, nice big bath towels and pool towels. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. The pool area was great with 8 sunbeds, table and chairs and plenty of umbrellas for shade.

A modern and lofty villa with four bedrooms. All with complete en-suite bathrooms, flat screen tv:s and separate exits to the clean pool. Also a huge living room with wall-sized opening towards the garden/pool. Several (good) restaurants are within three minutes of walking, and the beach is within five. The landlord is great and the wi-fi is strong. We, a Swedish family with three grown children, were visiting in the last days of October 2023. This house is in essence superb!

The villa was perfect, nice bedrooms with their own bathroom, good quality and good materials in the house, and nice pool. The location is also very convenient, close to the main road for shopping and many tavernas, yet very quiet. The owner was very easy to reach and always available, and the checkin was very smooth.

The House, the location, the cleanliness was exceptional. Our host Mr. Eftyhios, could not have been more courteous, helpful and kinder. He is a wonderful host, treated us like family !

We booked it after our wedding for a family moon Seaview from the pool and the balcony. Great little town close by providing a proper autenthic greek vibe. Whilst still being close to the hustle and bustle. Manos provided excellent service and was available via WhatsApp for any questions we might have. We spent a week at the villa with another family and there was plenty of space for the 8 of us.The pool was a great size and the garden is beautiful. The villa is on the edge of a very small hamlet about a 15 minute drive from Kissamos, so it is very quiet and peaceful. The beds and living areas (both inside and out) are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The pool was kept sparkling clean and was a great way to cool off on the very hot days we had there. Joann and her father George were great hosts. Communication with them was quick and easy and they were always happy to help with information. The villa is well located for hiking and for trips to local beaches and towns.

The house is well located in the middle of the olive trees ! The house is comfortable and the swimming pool is fantastic!

From the very beginning, our experience with Villa Veni was exceptional. Before the trip, we were warmly and helpfully contacted by Joann, who responded incredibly fast and precisely to all our questions. She provided great advice about the house and the surrounding area—honestly, we've never had such thoughtful and attentive hosts before! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown around the villa by George, Joann’s father. The house was absolutely perfect—truly a dream home. Everything was even better than we had imagined. We were able to relax deeply and enjoy ourselves from the very first day—something we’ve never experienced so quickly on a vacation. The atmosphere, the comfort, and the peaceful surroundings all contributed to an unforgettable stay. Five nights were far too short—we’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended in every way!
