Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Gouvia

My family stayed in the 2 bedroom Villa 818. The view, private pool, privacy generally, decor and comfort paved the way for a fabulous trip. Then there is the hotel infinity pool. You will never want to leave! The staff are lovely. Restaurants and rooftop bar outstanding. Breakfast top class. When you rent a villa a team is assigned to you around the clock. Peggy and Nina were super sweet! Definitely coming back. I would not stay anywhere else. Will dream about this hotel for years to come. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible stay. We shared a villa with some friends and it was wonderful, with a private pool. The resort also has excellent facilities - wonderful restaurants, amazing gym, pools, sauna, steam room. It's the perfect place to relax. All of this was eclipsed by their fantastic customer service (particularly the Villa Manager - Angeliki and her team) who went above and beyond to make the stay tremendous and memorable. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

We stayed for seven nights in Villa 804 with a private pool, and the experience was absolutely amazing. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort, and the view from the villa was simply breathtaking. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent service. The villa manager, Maria, created a WhatsApp group for us, through which we could request anything we needed—car rental, spa treatments, in-room dining, boat rentals, or restaurant reservations both in the hotel and in the city. This personal attention made our stay seamless and truly special. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and fresh selection, enjoyed with a stunning view. The hotel’s infinity pool was beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by a high-quality crowd. The hotel restaurants were so good that we didn’t even feel the need to leave the property. Cleanliness was exceptional—in the villa, the hotel, and the pool. Overall, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, with the best service we have ever received. We are truly grateful to all the staff, and especially to Maria for her attention to detail. Without a doubt, we will return!

I stayed at the Angsana Hotel in Corfu over the summer with my family, and I can’t recommend it enough! The infinity pool, with its breathtaking view over the sea and mountains, was a highlight. The staff were exceptional from start to finish—everyone, from the hostesses to the reception team, the bar staff, the pool attendants, the restaurant crew, and the valet parking team, were all incredibly polite, professional, and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Here is a list of a few of the many names that made are stay special - Katerina (concierge), Aris and Christos (swimming pool attendants), Antigoni (guest relations), Maria and Christina (breakfast), Eleni (pianist), grooms, Vassia (barista) and Vasilis (barista), Konstantina and Giorgos (starboard supervisors) The hotel itself was top-notch, spotlessly clean, and very relaxing. My wife, our two children, and I had an amazing time. The gym was fantastic, with an indoor swimming pool perfect for a few laps, and the location was very central in Corfu. Thank you all so much for making our stay extra special!

We had a great stay at Angsana in September 2024. It’s a really impressive property on the side of a hill, centred around the huge infinity poole, with superb views over the Straight of Corfu to the mainland. The Poole was magnificent, if slightly chilly in late September. Despite being consistently busy, we were always able to find a place to sit, or a cabana. The pool staff were great. The food was consistently excellent, with our favourite being Emerald, which is down on the beach. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. There was a decent amount to do, beyond lazing at the pool, and we particularly enjoyed the sunset yoga. Overall this is an excellent hotel, that won’t disappoint, although it did feel a bit too much of the “insta” scene for us - but with such a spectacular set up and location, that’s probably unavoidable.

We’ve been coming here for years! The rooms are clean and very nice. This time we had our own private pool which made our stay even better! The staff is always helpful and friendly, and their breakfast buffet is fantastic!

I stayed at this resort in Corfu in August and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location is idyllic and the resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and an inviting ambiance. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and offered variety of choices. The private pool was a highlight—perfect for unwinding and enjoying a peaceful, luxurious retreat. However, there was one notable issue during my stay. The cleaning staff would fill their buckets with water directly from the pool, then use this water to clean the terrace. Unfortunately, some of the dirty water would drain back into the pool, which was unhygienic. Aside from this minor setback, the resort exceeded expectations in every other aspect. I would still highly recommend this destination, but I hope the management addresses this cleaning practice to ensure the private pools remain pristine for all guests.

Simply amazing! The location is beautiful with an infinity pool, several private beaches , several bars and restaurants… Our room had a small private pool which I had not noticed when I made the reservation and came as a wonderful and refreshing surprise especially since the temperatures were scorching… the rooms were very clean and the AC worked perfectly. At Parea, the beach front restaurant, Mr. Aris and his team provide what is possibly the best service I have ever received anywhere in Europe. In all fairness to all other employees, everyone at that hotel was kind, smiling, eager to help and a true desire to please the customers… One of the few wow occasions in my life… I cannot wait to be back

We had a lovely and relaxing few days at Kontokali Bay, the staff were generally friendly snd reception was very helpful. I personally feel certain elements of the resort was 5 Star but the room itself was not 5 Star, certainly not in comparison to other 5 Star hotels I have stayed in. The resort and grounds were lovely and the private beach was great, and a godsend. We couldn’t get around the pool on any day of our stay due to guests claiming beds with their towels from early in the morning which was hugely frustrating and should be banned by the hotel really as it’s so unfair. We therefore spent every day at the beach. Although it was supposed to be a private beach there were other people on it that had walked round from the adjacent bay, and were not stopped by the staff. It wasn’t a massive problem but it can’t be called a private beach. The room was basic, nothing special in the slightest. Plain, boring and needs modernisation. We stayed in a bungalow with a private pool. The shower over the bath with a shower curtain was disappointing. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The area outside of the hotel was pretty uninteresting, near some disgusting stinking overflowing bins which you had to walk past to get to restaurants. Just a couple of small restaurants nearby to choose from.

Location was PERFECTION! Breakfast view you can’t top! The swim out pool was a bonus!

The hotel is literally a stunning palace and perfect for a luxury mini break. On arrival I was very impressed with the grand entrance and help from concierge who carried my suitcase to my room. I booked a bungalow with private sharing pool and it was exceptional. The welcome goodies and added extras were a nice touch. With sliding door straight out to the private pool with a view of the sea and mouse island, it was luxurious. Breakfast buffet was outstanding, huge selection of food. Dinner buffet was also reasonably priced. Cleaning staff were very friendly and went over and above to help. The private taxi service is very reliable and reassuringly safe.

The room we stayed with private pool was beautiful. So many nice sunsets. The pool itself was great with a toddler. However I do think it should be cleaned every day, I rang to ask to have it cleaned and they said it is cleaned daily but for sure it was not because there was lots of weird white stuff floating in it one of the days. They did send somebody to clean it. Breakfast was great, everything you want. The paid buffet was not worth the money. Did not go to other restaurants in the hotel, but you can find nice places around, or get a bus 10 minutes away. Loved the private beach although I do think they should maintain it a bit better, maybe could be much nicer with some more maintenance to make it less stoney, was a piece of broken flooring there that collapsed when I walked on it and I tripped and nearly fell onto a piece of rebar sticking out of the ground, which could of killed me potentially, so maintenance is required. The views and stuff are beautiful, the gyros on beach were great Planes were very cool to see, didn't really notice too much but our room faced the sea not the airport Bus outside and shop to Corfu town which is great Overall it is good but needs some maintenance to really shine

Absolutely loved this hotel. We had a bungalow with a private pool. Every detail of this hotel is just lovely. The food buffet is excellent and we chose to have dinner there most nights because it was simply better than the restaurants in the area. The pool is really and they have fun live music on the weekend. We did not go to the beach that was near the hotel as there are nicer ones on other parts of the island but it was very convenient when we wanted to do a boat trip. Big recommend for this amazing hotel!

Very nice quiet hotel, the pool is great and very relaxed. Would say it’s aimed more at adults or families with older kids. We had a family bungalow with a private pool, which was great. Very spacious and modern. Service was very good and staff were very helpful. We had the full board option and the food was good, although became a little repetitive after a few days, although it is a small hotel, so difficult to provide too many options. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is gorgeous with a clean and welcoming entrance way, beautiful bedroom with balcony, and the food in the restaurant for breakfast was amazing. We also ate at night twice and the food was outstanding. The staff worked hard but were always cheerful and helpful. The pool area is well kept and the sun loungers are very comfortable! The pool was cold but once we were in we enjoyed it. There are a number of lilos and floating bean bags for anyone to use, and two four-poster sun beds! The pool bar served drinks - hot and cold, as well as food and the poolside toilets were very clean. We rented a car for a day through the hotel reception and explored Kassiopi and Paleokastritsa although we could have done both by bus as the bus stop was at the bottom of the road. As Gouvia is only 20 minutes from Corfu Town, we also got the bus in for some shopping and sight seeing, and again at night for food and drinks on The Liston. Unfortunately the weather for the first 3 days of our holiday was awful - thunderstorms and heavy rain so we huddled in a pub in Gouvia watching football (World Cup) and drank cocktails. I was not impressed with Gouvia itself - it seemed tired and dirty and the beach was nothing special and no cute shops, just tourist-tat. We did have a very good meal one night in the Aries Tavern, served by a real rock-and-roll waiter (the owner I think). So, I would absolutely recommend the Debono Hotel but not Gouvia itself. Get the bus; explore!

What a fabulous hotel. We would love to come back some time. The staff were all lovely, the hotel spotlessly clean, rooms spacious, food good, and the pool was fantastic. There was plenty of space around the pool to find a place to base ourselves (choice of shady areas and sunnier spots), despite social distancing requirements. The pool was just right! NB The Expedia site said that parking was not available, but that is incorrect - we had a hire car and parked it in the hotel's car park!

The Art hotel Debono offers a unique luxurious experience. The accommodation is immaculate in its presentation and kept spotlessly clean. We were lucky enough to stay in one of the newly constructed bungalow suites which are beautiful and extremely well designed. The hotel location is ideal, it’s only a 25 min drive from the airport, a 5 minute trip to the harbour and a 10 minute walk away from Gouvia Main Street where one can find all the normal amenities and restaurants. The art Debono dining room offers indoor and outdoor seating and provides an extensive range of food to suit all tastes. The cuisine is well prepared, fresh and replenished frequently. Should you not feel the need for a full buffet experience, the pool bar offers a good selection of lighter meal options and is available during the core of the day. The swimming pool is peaceful and in-line with the rest of the hotel, it is extremely clean( maintained lovingly on a daily basis). For those wanting a little bit of exercise, there is table tennis and also tennis courts We could not find fault with this hotel, so much so, we returned for a second visit in the same year. Julia Debono and her team ensure one wants for nothing and their warm friendly approach makes one feel valued and appreciated. We thank them all and look forward to another stay here next year.

The rooms were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed having a swim up room for our last family vacation before our daughter stayed in Greece for school for three months. Parts of the hotel felt a little out of date compared to the rooms. And the bees were definitely very brazen at all of the meals. I know you cannot control nature, but there are ecological methods for keeping them out of dining rooms.

We arrived on the 12th July for 11 nights, 4 days after the hotel opened. Unfortunately we soon discovered that the hotel wasn’t quite finished. One of the bars, one of the 4 restaurants, adult pool, spa and top floor were all still work in progress. Not what we had paid for nor were expecting. To their credit the management team were very understanding and apologetic- however we have to conclude that the hotel was just not ready for guests. That said, the parts that are complete are lovely. The food in the fish restaurant was excellent and the spa team (from their temporary accommodation) did a great job. All of the staff were fantastic especially the Topos restaurant team and the two ladies at the main pool. All of the hotel was very clean and staff always wore masks. The hotel is on a gorgeous sandy beach and there are a couple of nice bars within a 5 minute walk. We had a swim up pool room which was lovely and made the holiday. All in all, I would say this hotel will achieve its promised luxury - but not for a little while. Would I return? Yes, but only once it was completely finished. For that reason I would give an overall 4/5.

The Glyfada Hotel building is modern and well laid out with good facilities (air con. lifts etc) and leading onto the lovely Glyfada Beach, Because of the design of the reception area, it is stiflingly hot in hot weather and when vehicles are arriving outside so noisy that you cannot hear the reception staff speaking. The cleanliness of the poolside grassy areas lets the hotel down as does the Adult Pool area ( tired and in need of modernisation ) and the gym and yoga facilities (both inadequate).

Our stay at Domes of Corfu was truly exceptional. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. We were fortunate to have a corner room with an amazing view, which made our stay even more special. The food options on the property were all fantastic, offering a variety of delicious choices. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, clearly passionate about their work. While the resort is popular with families with small children, we appreciated the quiet, adult-only pool by the spa and fitness center, providing a peaceful retreat. Overall, Domes of Corfu offers a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury, making it an ideal destination.

We had a lovely stay at the domes of Corfu. It was our first trip post pandemic, and first holiday ever with our baby (15 months) so we had lots to plan but this was the perfect venue for a calm and relaxed stay for exhausted new parents. Food was great and everything was taken care of. My favourite thing about the hotel was the lovely staff. Everyone was super friendly and kind and helpful in a non-intrusive kind of way. We were made to feel very welcome. The pools are gorgeous and the beach is beautiful, sandy and safe for toddlers… would definitely return!

Beautiful resort. Property not as sprawling as it appears from photos. Nice decor in main building, elegant with bit of old world glamour. The room was clean, light and bright with lots of mirrors, bed was comfortable and there was a nice balcony with amazing views. Some furniture was a bit dated and the walls are a bit thin. What distinguishes this hotel are the views, the property was built to maximise views. Views from room, outdoor bars and dining areas and the pools and beaches are lovely and memorable. Beaches are sandy and gorgeous with comfortable sun loungers. I understand the outdoor pool was heated at around 23 degrees, but it felt colder than this. Pool was not well utilised as weather was quite cold in early May. It would be nice if the heated outdoor pool actually felt warm. The indoor pool is not warm. The gym is nice. The hotel has a shuttle to corfu town from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, booking is required. It’s a 25 minute drive to the town. The shuttle stops in the heart of the town by the old fortress which is near a taxi stand and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The shuttle is great because the hotel is a bit isolated, main road is about 20 minute walk along a lonely steep road. Food was ok, staff at breakfast were great. The hotel is somewhat quiet. In the evening there seemed to be a lot more excitement and entertainment at nearby Eva Palace.

The hotels stunning location on the end of a peninsular has surrounding views of the sea and two swimming pools with a poolside bar, there was also two small beaches. Plenty of sunbeds were available & beach towels. There was various water sports available and a boat to take you around to the other associated hotels on the peninsula. Entertainment was on each night and as well as the buffet there was 4 other restaurants to choose from. Would go again

Absolutely stunning property, phenomenal rooms, the most hospitable staff, incredible restaurants on property. This property clearly has proper leadership, because every aspect of it was so well thought out. Breakfast buffet was spectacular with many fresh local offerings. There’s a difference between survive and hospitality, and this resort knows how to take hospitality to the next level. Our room was absolutely stunning, with fantastic amenities, and since we were on our honeymoon, a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival. We felt so welcomed and happy at this resort. We’re already planning a vacation for next year to return! We also took a private sunset tour from this resort that was entirely arranged for us upon request, and the fabulous concierge hosts took pride in making our stay special. Also, their spa is beyond phenomenal, with saunas, steak room and impeccable pool facility, as well as amazing treatments. We can’t wait to come back next year. I think we found one of our favorite places to stay at!

The staff were excellent. So very friendly and professional in a very COVID impacted situation. The hotel itself is goreous. The rooms all have amazing views, all the restaurants have excellent food and the pool is top class. It probably has the best location on Corfu and staffed by such friendly people. Very much enjoyed the stay here. Will visit again in the future.

This is an amazing resort! The hotel was fully booked but the resort did not feel like it was packed at all. There was plenty of space for the beach, pool, restaurants, and water sports. You never had to fight for a spot anywhere regardless the time of the day. The restaurants were excellent and the staff were very helpful.

The accommodation was very clean. Rooms cleaned daily and towels and beds changed every other day. We were always able to get a sunbed around the pool, and did have to get up at silly o'clock either. There are 3 pools and one main one had a lovely shared swim up room. The staff are very helpful and friendly and speak very good English.

Great stay, ideal location and a short drive in Corfu town. We stayed in 2 apartments with swim up pools, both had a private sun lounger area and a separate seating area with rattan furniture and small table. The apartment have a small kitchenette with all the facilities and a fridge, great for young families. Just a small walk to Gouvia beach which has numerous restaurants, shops and a nice beach.

Loved the room we had that had direct access to the main pool. The room was lovely and had everything needed. The pool was nice and plenty of sun beds. Nice elevated position of the hotel gave good views from the pool and pool bar. Breakfast was good. Better than expected for the price.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The food was exceptional and we had the best experience. In was our anniversary and they were very accommodating and gave us a free upgrade to a swim up pool room. We loved every minute of it and want to go back

The property is very clean. We stayed in the swim up room and everything from the staff, cleanliness, facilities, entertainment, location, food and locals were 10/10. We felt welcomed and the team were so hospitable.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded to a swim up room which we would definitely book next time. Cool decor throughout and beautiful plants. 2 large pools one quiet one with chilled music and lots of different seating areas. Service of food was quick and some good options. Not sure how often the menu changes though as we only did two nights prior to moving on to Paxos. Great selection of cocktails included in the all inclusive.

We had a room with a private pool. Bad things first - room 502 - the pumping /mechanics of the pools are around rooms 501, 502 and 503, therefore from early morning to midnight if you are in your room or bathroom it sounds like a very loud extractor fan is going off constantly. Also these rooms are on the path to the quiet pool and grill bar, so there is foot traffic going past the end of your so called private pool area (bit like being in a goldfish bowl as everyone stops to look at the pool and some even take pictures irrespective of you lying on your lounger or swimming in your pool). There are other swim up rooms that are accessed from the hotel and are only overlooked by the top swimming pool and are away from the noisy pool pumps/mechanics. Good things - There are 2 big pools, 1 with a DJ and 1 that is more relaxing. Breakfast is served to 11am and is buffet style. Lunch is 12.30 to 7pm dinner to 10.30 and you order via an app, all the meals are small portions but you can order as many as you want from each section, so a main dish with a pasta dish and a salad or international dish or a pizza or everything. The food is all fresh not sat under warmers. The food was really good, the staff in the main restaurant are lovely and friendly. There are 2 a la carte outdoor restaurants and the food and staff are lovely. The spa is lovely, Vicky is really helpful and friendly and Havileta and Hava give excellent massages. We would definitely go to a cooks club again

Great break with a load of work colleagues. Vibe at the pool spot on, food in the restaurant was great pool was above average but did what it needed to, great the menu regularly changed. Would definitely visit again and another cooks.

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at the hotel. There were sparkling wine and a chocolate cake waiting for us in our bungalow, and roses at my sister's request. The hotel had also upgraded our room from a superior bungalow to a junior suite bungalow. All the surprises were truly wonderful! The hotel welcomed us very warmly, we felt like royalty. The whole place was like paradise, because the hotel area was so green and beautiful. The pool area was the most beautiful and comfortable pool area we have ever been to. The hotel's own beach was a lovely sandy beach, from where it was very easy to go swimming. It was also wonderful that there was food served both on the beach and at the pool area, so we ate at both bars once. The food and drinks were very tasty in every bar and restaurant in the hotel, and the views from the lobby bar were the most magnificent. The breakfast had everything you could wish for. A truly wonderful and comfortable luxury hotel. We definitely want to go back there again!

fantastic breakfast the beach was pleasant the pool area was great. they need more lounges around the pool as on some days we could not sit there due to space and the gym was not maintained in terms of water and tiles.

We did not go 'all-inclusive'. Had a bottle of Bubbly to greet us in the room, and no special occasion! Breakfast was fair-mid for a 5* hotel, the cooked dishes were a bit unappealing and short on non-meat options, could have been better although they did have plant-based milks. Our room (not in main building) was really lovely with a large deck overlooking the bay, very comfortable beds, extra pillows at our request. 1 free bottle of water per/day and coffee. Entertainment every evening by the pool. Generous and friendly staff. We ate most other meals at 2 nearby restaurants a short walk away. Pool service with nice drinks and sometimes free fruit and water. Overall, a lovely stay!!

Lovely place with our own private pool, comfy bed and very clean with a couple of good restaurants and a mini supermarket just a 2 minute walk away. Bus stop right outside to Corfu town or Benitses if you don’t have a car. Staff very helpful and on hand if needed.

We booked the deluxe studio apartment with private pool and it was great, everything super clean and well designed.

Amazing private pool with the 1 bed room. It was spacious and fit a group of 6 of us in. The beds were comfortable and the 5 person apartment was spacious. Opposite the bus stop into Corfu town (about half an hour bus) which was really handy. Nice restaurants just next door as well.

We went for 5 nights and stayed in the room with a swim up pool, the views were unreal, the location was perfect with a bus stop right outside , the whole place was so clean, the staff were so nice and helpful, they came and cleaned our room everyday with fresh towels, we had the best time and would definitely stay here again! Also they sorted our transfers for us and it was easy and amazing, thankyou so much!

We arrived to find that our room category, Deluxe with a sea view balcony, isn't available! They claimed that the airconditioning isn't functioning! After lots of panic, stress & negotiation, we had a deal to be downgraded to a garden view room, actually it was a garbage view room, the window looks above the garbage at the back of the hotel, uncomfy room& bed, worst noisy night ever! We couldn't sleep. Then the 3 remaining days we were upgraded to a villa with a private pool & that was really very nice room.

This was a beautiful hotel, with great views, nice and helpful staff and a wonderful pool. The rooms were nice, I unfortunately did not get a room with the great view, but had a side view of the ocean. There is a beach but it's ok, I would recommend going to the many other beaches on the island. The room was clean, had a nice balcony, a safe and a bathroom with both a tub and shower. Probably can be upgraded a bit to modernize it with a flat screen tv (although who watches tv), better mattress and decor, but this is European style - very plain. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety of food to choose from and was from 7-11am which is great! For those who do not like to do much or leave the hotel at night, they provided entertainment at the hotel (Greek night, music, etc.). The pool was very big, had water aerobics, lots of chairs and a pool bar. Only problem for me with this hotel was that we didn't rent a car, so going to/from Corfu town got expensive ~ 20-25 euros each way, + / - going to other beaches throughout the island, etc. They only had one shuttle to Corfu town at 10am and one back at 2pm. I highly recommend renting a car if you choose to see the rest of the island, which is beautiful. I also recommend taking the day trip to Paxos which the hotel can help you with. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel and worth staying. I would definitely recommend someone to stay at this hotel.

We booked a stay while it was "adult only" which was very good (no screaming kids round the pool!!!) and the staff were friendly and efficient, particularly in reception and the pool bar. We only ate breakfast at the hotel as the restaurants didnt look that interesting and they were relatively expensive. There are two restaurants/bars very close to the hotel (go out of reception turn right and walk up the hill; at a fork in the road one place is a few hundred metres on the right and the other (Pelagros) is further up the hill with amazing views!!). Both the external bars had excellent food, were much cheaper, great views, friendly staff, good ambience and amazing value. The Eva's sister hotel (Imperial Palace) is close by and has a few very nice restaurants which are classier than the Eva Palace but hideously expensive. Pool bar for lunch and drinks was very good and we never had a problem finding sunbeds. Hotel has a shuttle down to Corfu town every morning at 10am and back at 2pm for 10 euros pp return. frankly 4 hours in town was more than enough. I'd definitely stay there again or find somewhere maybe different on the west coast of the island. NOTE: Airport is small and is a dreadful bear garden at departures!!! Get there early....good luck!! People with hand luggage only fared much better than those with endless bags to check in.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and so special. The staff are so friendly, and worked their socks off, especially the ladies and gents in the bars and restaurants. There is a great selection of dishes in the main restaurant, and we also treated ourselves to a fabulous a la carte option for our anniversary - what a fabulous meal we had in 'Steak and Sushi'. And the main star of the show, has to be the setting! The view is amazing, and the beach and pool are beautiful. We were so tired after our journey, that we did n't leave the resort for the first 3 days, as it was just so lovely. There are lots of steps down to the pool and beach area, so maybe not best if you have mobility issues, but then you could always stay nextdoor in their sister hotel, which is a short walk away, with what appear to be far fewer steps. All in all, great hotel, great location, great service, and within easy reach of Corfu Town. I do hope we get the chance to visit again. ❤

We celebrated my husband's special birthday in this hotel. The superior double room on the 5th floor was clean and spacious with amazing views! We ordered room service and had dinner there a few nights because there was no restaurant which can beat this view from our balcony. The staff were polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We noted that there were lots of guests who stayed every year, which shows how much they love the hotel! The breakfast was amazing, with great selections of fruits, salad, yogurt, bread and cooked breakfast items. The hotel pool was wonderful too with great views. We didn't use the private beach much because there are so many nice beaches around Corfu! Evening entertainment by the pool bar was a great addition. We'd love to go back to this hotel again. We did notice that there were some rooms on the lower floors with quite small balconies, which would be too small for our liking, so make sure you get a room on a higher floor to get the best views and a more comfortable balcony!

The bungalow’s pool is truly amazing!! Incredible views on the bay. But the bungalow itself is a bit basic though the bathroom is lovely and the main bed very comfy. The bungalow sliding door to the wonderful pool is super stiff. Also the air conditioning is in the living space of bungalow so doesn’t reach much of the bedroom space…though we didn’t feel hot but not cool either. Lunch by the main pool was delicious but the buffet dinner at night was pretty rubbish except for the salads! There is a sushi and fine dine restaurant and this is what I’ll try if I return. For a couple of days this hotel bungalow is an ideal spot for its scenery and almost private pool! Staff friendly but a couple of waitress weren’t. Right next to airport so if you like plane spotting : you will be spot on to hear and see them landing and take -off. Good standards of Cleanliness. Hope this helps!

Just arrived back home from a week in Corfu holiday palace. Hotel is lovely and in a lovely setting over looking mouse island. Hotel was very clean, room was very clean and had no faults. Staff were very friendly especially at breakfast time. However, two things really let the place down and to me stops this hotel from being a 5 star. Firstly, the amount of guests that got up ridiculously early (6am) just to reserve a sun bed by the pool was disgusting. When going down by the pool at a reasonable time (9am) all sun beds were taken. Therefore we decided to go down the beach that is private to our hotel. Once there, again beach was amazing and clean but we had to pay 9 euros for two sun beds and an umbrella. I feel this was appalling considering you can't even sit by the pool due to them all being taken and the hotel claims the beach is part of the hotel so why charge us more? and I for one do not want to be part of the "let's get up at 6am to reserve a sun bed game". An easy solution to this mess is to have a member of staff stopping these barbaric guests from reserving sun beds to allow all guests to have an equal chance once the pool is open. Also do not claim to have a beach and then charge guests for sun beds considering we have all paid a lot of money to stay. I am not one to write reviews and am always generally happy after my stays but I feel this really let my stay down.

This hotel was a lovely surprise. Stunning views, recommend a sea view room for sunrise over mainland mountains, good pool and interesting local environment for walks. Other reviews made me expect a tired old hotel, but bar areas and the sushi bar were lovely. Parts of the lobby are dated but interesting 80's style, quite nice that not everywhere has had a uniform modern makeover. The spa area was out of action, but not really needed with pool and sea swimming. They were offering discounted massages and facials. Sunbed rule that towels left for longer than half an hour are removed, so plenty of beds available. Very good buffet breakfast, wide selection including fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. One annoying minus was hard beds. The helpful staff did manage to find some slightly more comfortable mattress toppers to improve the second night. Would recommend and stay again.

Superb 5 star hotel. Each and every staff member was very welcoming, especially Nacer who was very smiley, friendly, knowledgable, multilingual and nothing was too much for him, making our stay hassle free, which complemented the hotel! Covid-19 measures were adhered by all staff along with daily house keeping too, to a high standard making us feel safe and clean during our week stay. There was also guest relations which provided us with fabulous recommendations of where to visit and eat. The hotel provided a beautiful pool and beach which was easily accessible and well maintained with a short walk to restaurants and a corner shop. Breakfast was included and accommodated for all dietary requirements and was a fantastic breakfast! The bus was easy to catch just outside the hotel and took around 20minutes to Corfu old town (we got tickets from the lovely local corner shop for €1), you could also walk from the airport which took us around 40 minutes. There was underground parking available which was great as we had a hire car and felt safe to park. I couldn’t recommended this hotel anymore! Everything and more you need from a hotel.

Many facilities and restaurants to choose from; the outdoor swimming pool over looks the stunning view of the beach and sea. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a relaxful, fun and unforgettable holiday. The only disappointment I would have to say is the room cleanliness. We had a bungalow which wasn’t clearly stated when I chose the double room. The bathroom was nice and clean throughout our stay, however, we weren’t given clean mugs for tea/coffee and the bin wasn’t changed on our third night. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

villa in a wonderful location. a very beautiful panorama from the terrace to the entire coast of Barbati. the outdoor area is very good, pool, sunbeds, clean and spacious, but many hornets near the pool. you should solve this problem somehow, because even though we were careful, we were stung. the interior of the villa could be more modern, the bathroom needs at least a little more shelves for bathroom accessories. We were in this villa for the second time, so it's really great. location 💯, but the interior should be updated. welcome gifts, at least water, would be nice :) There are many restaurants in Barbati. the most liked "Cofe Lovers" for breakfast, and a small bakery a little further. the best beach bar "Cielo Beach Concept. good sunbeds, excellent service, delicious food and good prices

Wonderful place, conveniently located both if you are planning on hiking or simply just resting on the beach. Stunning views from the balcony with a swimming pool, definitely unforgettable! Smooth check-in, spotlessly clean villa. I definitely recommend staying there if you wish to visit northern part of the island. 😊

Everything, fast communication with host, location close to shops resturants, beach. Pool, sea view, attention to detail in every corner. Good parking space, modern appliances. Aircon in everyroom, bathroom for each bedroom. You will not find a better place 'in every aspect' around this area

The property is of an exceptional quality with service to match. We had the suite with private pool. The rooms had everything you needed and more. The outside area was fantastic, high quality loungers, tables and excellent shade and sunny areas which suited my family well. The service was fantastic and everything we needed was catered for and I really couldn’t ask for more. So much so that we’ve requested to book again for next uesr

Lovely apartment with a small pool which was lovely for my 4 year old. Nice complex with a shared small pool. Beach 5 minute walk and small supermarket 10 minutes with a larger one 20 minutes or so (with a 4 year old). Staff very friendly and helpful at check in which was late at night. We wished we’d stayed longer and will return!

Host was great, flexible and available (didn't meet them, but very responsive of what's app). Loved the main pool (the individual one wasn't heated). Was like a 1-bedroom apartment. Supper comfortable bed. Table to eat was outside (beautiful views). Kitchen had what we needed. Went end of October, so was very quiet. Loved the beach around the corner...fun to snorkel with the fish. There is a resort about 5 minutes walk, where we went for cocktails.
