Most modern and close to main attractions hotel we could find. The pool was more like a kiddie pool - shallow and no more than 12 people would be comfortable. The restaurant was out of most menu items when we went for dinner (only went bc it was raining). It makes me think that they don’t keep it stocked bc they aren’t busy. But the staff were great and really helpful! Overall, we’d stay again for the clean, modern rooms and proximity to the downtown area.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was not too sure about it, so I only booked one night! After staying there, we de used to extend our time here. It is very convenient! The rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming, and beds are super comfortable. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar! Andar, our bartender was great! The front office suggested we go try Las tias restaurant for lunch! We did, and we were super satisfied! Strongly recommend this place!

It was a great experience, the staff went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. Came in to a beautiful room and a tray of fresh fruit was waiting for us. Along with two large bottles of water. The restaurant at the hotel was the best and freshest food. They have a farm to fork approach for all their food! Will definitely stay again!

This was the most amazing stay I've had in a long time. Raul was amazing and so helpful the entire time I was there. I ended up staying for eleven days because I enjoyed it so much. When I mentioned that I would like a place to do jigsaw puzzles during my stay, Raul set up a table and a lamp in my cabin. Being that the cabins are a little out of town it was so nice for him to take me into town several times. Staying there was very calming and peaceful. His staff including Alma and Luis were wonderful. The grounds with its many flowers and water fountain has rabbits that run through and will eat from you hand. There are plenty of activities for people of all ages. This is such a wonderful place that certainly earned its excellent reviews. Thank you so much, Raul and staff.And I hope to see you again next year.

Very nice place. Everything is good, except two things I didn't like; there's no elevator, so if you're carrying heavy luggage, you have to use the stairs and perhaps making several trips upstairs. The other one is a dirty pool. It was a hot day and wanted to go cor a swim, but after seeing the pool, I decided no to. The water filter was not running, or maybe it didn't have one. Other than those couple of things, everything is good.

Nice hotel with quite good location. Quite far from center, but road connection is ok. Nice rooms, quiet pool and good breakfast . Fair prices. Internet is not very fast, but it is free. Free parking just next to the hotel.

It is a good hotel with a great location, closer to a big shoe outlet (MULZA), next to a good quality steak buffet (La Vaka), the hotel is nice and well maintened, the pool is small and colder, but it has a nice garden with games and slides for kids. The included breakfast is good if you only want fruit, cereal, cookies, coffee and juice, and if you want some eggs or ham, it has an additional cost, so finally is a good hotel in a friendly neighborhood.

Beautiful hotel suite with two bathrooms which is great for a family. Plenty of room to spread out. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area is a great place to spend time whether you want to ge in the pool or enjoy time in the shade in a comfortable chair. Security staff were also friendly and helpful. The restaurant is nice and they have local Mexican wine to drink. We love this hotel!

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. The pool area is great. All the staff is incredible friendly. The rooms are spacious and has a little fridge bar station inside the room. The breakfast buffet at Diego restaurant is delicious and Manuel , the Manager was all the time during our stay at the top level. Super Recommended this hotel.

The only thing that would’ve made my stay better was if the hotel was closer to the nicer area of Celaya with the park and restaurants within walking distance.

We enjoyed the whole experience. The Buffet breakfast was delicious. The pool was amazing. And the hospitality was top notch.

A Very clean and confortable establishment with spaciuos rooms. Incredibly quiet rooms with modern amenities, including free wifi. Nice open , private pool área. Large dining area within atrium space.. Located two blocks from Plaza Mayor, a large, modern shopping mall and nearby to some nice eateries. One block away is a new casino. A few complaints: although the individual rooms are climate controlled (great working a/c!), the atrium ceiling makes some of the common areas rather warm. Additionally, rooms do not have a minibar with a fridge and there is no store on site for last minute items you may have forgotten to pack. Overall , 4 of 5 stars.

This is a wonderful hotel in Leon! The staff welcomed us so well and spoke impeccable English too. They were so helpful and could not do enough to make us comfortable. The room was amazing. It was large, very clean and well equipped. The coffee machine was great and the hand made chocolates were a welcome addition too. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as was the walk in shower! There were plenty of towels, bath robes and slippers. I would want to come back again! There breakfast was brilliant and the pool area and gym looked great too.

Rooms were nice and tidy when we arrived, pool was clean and not freezing cold, finally the best part was the breakfast buffet. Food was really REALLY good, we were a large group of 11 and everyone was very satisfied with our stay. Will book again next time I am in town.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying at the Crowne Plaza, and it surely won't be my last. The rooms are comparable to US hotels. The pool is nice, well kept and indoors. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We needed a shuttle from the airport last minute at midnight because the car rental we set up fell through. It took a couple tries to get in touch with a live person, but they picked us up no problem. The next day around 10am however thr shuttle service back to the airport was not available according to a reception girl so we got her to call us a taxi. She seemed inexperienced and she didn't voluntarily offer any assistance so we had to push her a bit. We saw the shuttle drive in and waved him over and asked us if he would take us and was very willing to do it and quickly obliged. Over all though the Hotel was clean and comfortable and nice, they offerd a good local style continental breakfast And i would habe tried out their indoor pool if I had a longer stay there

I unfortunately stayed one night for a few hours didn't get to try the breakfast nor the pool or check the other amenities outside the room. The room was very clean stayed in a king size bed very comfortable clean im very satisfied and will be staying more!! The shuttle is free from the hotel to the airport! Once you check in male sure you tell them you will like to schedule one! I checked and later onabout this i was lucky I got a spot! Although i was solo i will be bringing my family's next time!

Drove in the night before my flight back home. Rooms are very big and clean. Bed was very comfortable. I think the pool should stay open longer as it closes at 8p. The shuttle service is very fast and prompt. I will be staying here on my next visit to GTO.

This hotel is close to the airport around 3 minutes driving also 15 minutes walking , the hotel is very good with pool and continental breakfast i really enjoyed.

I was disappointed that the pool was not working not heated . And later a cleaning lady let me know usually the front desk notifies you you can go to next door hotels pool and receptionist did not offer that when I asked about the pool :/ I felt everything was great exept one particular receptionist. I asked about shuttle to airport and one ommade it seemed I could only use it at scheduled hours and later one made me seem like if i needed it at a particular time to let them know. So the same receptionist about the pool and shuttle that was so uncaring made me feel like she did not have great customer service

I like the swimming pool and fitness center. The swimming pool length is sufficient for a good swim and workout. This is the best swimming pool I have ever stayed at the hotels in Mexico. I will return to stay at this hotel next time if I visit Silao again.

I had to travel to Guanajuato for business and stayed at this hotel for the eveningThe staff was very helpful and very cordial. I stayed with my girlfriend and was given a room on the 11 th floor. We were very tired and the best was very comfortable but the music from the bar upstairs was a little too loud to sleep until midnight. Breakfast in the morning was buffet and very delicious. The pool had a great view and was indoor only the air conditioning was on and when getting out of the pool it was very very cold. Would defiantly stay here again.

This is an excellent option if you are traveling to Leon. It is a brand new property and the service is excellent. We stayed for 5 nights and we could not be more satisfied with the service. They offered a free complete breakfast not the generic continental breakfast that other places offer. Pool and gym are very nice and complete. The only bummer was that they do not have a license to sell alcohol yet, but per an attendant, they're working on getting it, which is obviously true because they have a big bar next to the restaurants and a big screen for sports, only need the drinks now! Overall this was a wise choice for me and my wife. Location is really good, you just need to uber about 5 minutes to get to downtown, or you could always try the bus, which is a straight shot on the same blvd. and get there in 20 min tops. Very nice stay!

This Hotel is conveniently located on an important Blvd, close to the fair grounds, shopping malls, the most important exit of the City and it has a nice restaurant for breakfast, which is clean and healthy. Perhaps I would like them to change the breakfast menu everyday. For now, it's the same every day. But the attention is great, and friendly. Clean rooms and quiet, with sn impressive view of the city, especially at night. I like to come here everytime I visit Leon. Lots of patking as well. Swimming pool, gym, laundry service to your room. There are 3 elevators and private access with prox cards.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico. The hotel staff was so cordial, especially Fabian who went above and beyond to recommend some local attractions. His form of hospitality made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the warm swimming pool. Me and ny partner enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we went to the pool, and there we stood a long time. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfy. Definitely i would stay there again, accomodation was great!

Recently stayed at the Metria hotel for 7 nights and rented 3 separate rooms. We were in Leon visiting family and for my daughter’s baptism. The hotel was excellent. The service was amazing. The front desk, doormen, housekeepers were the best. We stayed in room 512 and the housekeeper kept our room spotless everyday. The pool is kept very clean and heated. The spa was amazing. Rosie gives the best massages!!! We will definitely be back. The only workers that weren’t very nice were the hostesses at the restaurant they acted quite snobby with my sisters. Everyone else working in the restaurant were very kind. We will definitely be back to stay in the future. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It is a great place to stay and you will not regret it.

Clean, new hotel, nice bed, decent size room, safe walking around. Decent restaurant, there’s sushi beside the building and a vips restaurant across the street. Also big grocery store with ATM inside. Like the whirlpool hot tub beside the pool and the gym. One of the reasons I decided to stay here was the Netflix but didn’t work in the smart tv not even with the app phone. Shower hose didn’t work, asked twice to get it fix.

We enjoyed our stay, shower was nice and big. Location was very convenient to the state fair that was on while we were there. The restaurant had good variety and was good. The pool was the only thing that looked like it needed to be cleaned. The women cleaning our room and every one working there were very attentive and very friendly. We would stay here again. Great service from all staff in general, nice hotel with a pool and whirlpool hot tub, there’s a restaurant across the street and a big grocery store. Also you can take the Bus to the airport outside the store (chedraui) they had free live music on Saturday and Thursday. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel

Would definitely stay again! The only issue we had was we were asked to leave the pool area for bringing outside food. Only in house food is allowed, I just wish we were told ahead of time. Other than that service and the hotel were excellent. They even have infant cribs!

There's been many yrs now that we choose HS Hotsson from other hotels the service and attention that we get at Hotsson is definitely the number 1 reason we keep coming back (we have stayed at many other hotels) we really enjoy the amenities specially the pool and gym. The Hotsson team always go above and beyond to accommodate our every need. There's only one thing that I can recommend to the team is that if you know beforehand that you will be busy prepare for with enough staff so guest don't suffer the consequences of an understaff hotel.

The Hotsson hotel is located near the Leon Celaya road, with easy access to the city center and a few local restaurants. The decor is modern, new and tasteful with great conference rooms, gym, pool and bar. Rooms are very comfortable, great sleep quality, very clean and upscale. The Quilty of food served un the bar and restaurants needs a little improvement, even though simple meals are good.

Excellent: service, pool, gym, drinks, bar, coffee., Showers, beds, tv Good: location, ambiance, parking, cost, There's a Oxxo next door and some of the best tacos in town just a block away. Great place! Modern, comfortable

I loved everything, front desk was amazing very helpful and curteous. The food at hotel was exceptional. I enjoyed many varieties such as french toast, fruit platter, FRESH squeezed orange juice. Great Hamburgers, fries, they had everything. Very clean and my room was cleaned daily with fresh clean sheets! Our cleaner was very sweet and everyone at the hotel is very friendly. Everyone says good morning and makes you feel very welcome❤️

The location is perfect. Easy walk to everything. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious. I asked for extra pillows and they arrived in a minute. When I had trouble connecting to WiFi someone came to my room in a few minutes and reset the router. If you are going to the airport from the hotel, I recommend having them call you a taxi -- when we left we tried to get an Uber, but the Uber never arrived and we were going to be late, so the gentleman at the hotel desk called us a taxi that arrived in a few minutes and charged us a prearranged flat rate. Some info that you should know: the room we stayed in(200A) was small, so not a great place to hang out. Our room faced the inner courtyard so fortunately there was no street noise, but all interior sounds carried straight up to us -- some loud talkers at night can be annoying. There is no air conditioning -- not a problem in February, and there is a fan in the room, but might be a problem in summer.

This is a very pretty place to stay. Hotel is, kind of old historic house "carved" right on the hill, near to a car tunnel. Unfortunately, his origins made it look as not handicap, nor older people friendly, too many stairs to climb, with twists, and turns, up and down, to reach your room, as in a maze, but, as I said before, it's a pretty place. Has three big open spaces, including a 1st floor sunny restaurant (climbed 40 steps, from street level), a 3rd floor open terrace, and, 5th floor roof top (all places reacheable thru stairs, or, thru small elevator located near restaurant). Hotel has great location, about 5 min walking distance, to Parque de la Union, heart of touristic Guanajuato area. Recommended for romantic, or family with teens, safe area to walk during day or night. You'll not regret visit this hotel, ample comfy room, great hot water pressure, with toiletries, iron board, coffee pot, fan, heater, micro, and a fridge, we stayed on a Junior room, with 2 beds. Obviously, our first choice for next GTO trip.

Very well-situated in the center of Guadalajara, but a little off the main drag so that the location is not exposed to too much noise. It is a good idea to explore the hotel, which is a sprawling hillside building with a maze-like layout of stairs and passageways, leading to several rooftop terraces. We were very satisfied with our clean and ample room with a balcony facing out toward the city center. We didn't try the breakfast but there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Best of all, the hotel staff were graciously able to correct our booking error with the wrong dates at no charge to us. We had been panicking the night before check-in after I realized the mistake with the last-minute booking (I had booked the current night instead of the following day). They also helped us arrange taxis for our transportation. Thanks to the staff here for a great stay in Guanajuato!

I stayed in last week of October. I'm mainly writing this review for Fernando who was our main server every morning during breakfast. On a wedding day, I needed to find a suit really quick and asked where I could buy one. He without hesitation grabbed his own brand new blazer he had acquired and removed the tags and told me to borrow it and return it next day. I was impressed by his hospitality and his professionalism and dedication to his job. Not many people will go over and beyond their regular duties to make sure guest are taken care of. Hotel location was nice and close enough to the main plaza but far enough to avoid to much noise that can be produced by the musicians and tourist in the plaza. It was a clean kept hotel. The terrace has a wonderful view. I would like to return back here one day. Gracias Fernando!

We loved this hotel. It's a beautiful building with great interior design. It's a bit like a maze so it's easy to get a little lost, but we didn't mind because it was so lovely to walk around in. On one floor there is a giant tree that grows in the hotel, and out through the roof. So cool! And we loved brining a drink up to the rooftop terrace which had lovely views. Our room was also great. Comfortable beds and it was large. We upgraded to a suite so it had two separate bedrooms and a sitting room, which was lovely. Since the town is small you can walk everywhere and the hotel had was situated perfectly for that. Everything was close. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again should I return to Guanajuato.

We chose this Hotel because we needed something close to the airport and being it at the Outlet meant we could do some shopping without the need to drive. Location: The hotel is located at the Shoe Outlet and right next to it is the clothing outlet so really you have tons of options to shop around. As a Plus there is a Starbucks just outside for all of us coffee addicts. Hotel: The Hotel has a very nice modern look, you can see it is brand new and the price is amazing. It is really a business hotel so not much to do here except have breakfast and go out. Room: This is what really impressed me. I didn't expect it to be so nice considering the price paid. Room looks amazing and they even include a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker, hey its the little things that make a big difference. Would definitely stay here everytime I return to the city

Clean and new, nicely decorated and furnished. They need to provide a list of tv channels as I had a hard time finding a channel I liked. Service is good. Breakfast, included, could be improved slightly to include cut fruit and yogurt for instance. The location is perfect for shopping at outlets which are walking distance. Also to a main highway which is great if you are driving. Parking is included and is quite handy. I had a problem with a noisy neighbour but it was promptly resolved by the courteous staff. Overall, a lovely and comfortable place to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located at Mulza. I had all the stores literally around the corner. The staff was really nice and one of them helped me to get a little tour around the city. They were super friendly. After visiting the stores, going to a concert and arriving late to my room, I was able to order food at the little restaurant inside the hotel, I was planning to sit and wait, but the lady offered to take it to my room. I’m really happy with my experience and I’m definitely coming back.

The location of this hotel is a shoe lovers paradise. It is located within a shoe outlet centre with about 50 beautiful shoe shops and within short walking distance of a clothes outlet centre. The customer service was excellent, the rooms are clean and well appointed. My only complaint is the pillows, they are mini pillows instead of full size pillows. The mini pillows are uncomfortable and I had to request extra pillows to make 1 semi-comfortable pillow. Otherwise, an excellent hotel with plenty of parking.

Everything was great, the only issue was that we went to shopping and come back to our room wasn't clean no fresh towels no toilet paper refill, we also request an airport shuttle but wasn't available for the time we request but they can get a taxi cab for the same price as the hotel shuttle (250 pesos) but when we arrive to the airport the taxi cab driver charge us 400 pesos

Excellent facility, the pool is just what you need to have a good time, the gym has enough privacy and the seats near of the lobby to read or just to have a drink let you relax to continue enjoying. For my is excellent the location because is enough near to the highway to drive to the airport or Silao event to drive to Leon and visit the commercial zone.

Place was nice to stay at and felt secure since you only have access to whatever floor your room is on. We didn’t like that our linen was dirty in two rooms and our fridge didn’t work. The staff did change our linen and brought new fridge. The other thing we didn’t like was that we were told we can book a shuttle and it had to be done the day before. Shocker the staff said that’s not a service they provide. They gave an excuse that the shuttle only operates from 3am to 11pm we had to be at the airport at 2am. They wouldn’t order a cab for us and told us to use Uber. In the end after enough of the parties traveling to the airport complained they ordered a shuttle. The pool was nice but not heated like advertised. The food was great highly recommend the steak tacos (beware of the peppers they’re hot) and the hot wings. Alcoholic drinks are super watered down we honestly thought there was no alcohol in the drinks. Other than that the place is nice and we felt safe. Also only like a 5 minute ride to and from the airport.

The room we had was big with kitchen, living room with 50" tv and king size bed with 50" tv. Air conditioner. The restaurant food was great and the room service was great! The staff at the check in could be little more professional. I drop off my laundry (front desk) Wednesday afternoon didn't get it back until Thursday night at 10pm. They didn't tell me why it took so long. I think they forgot about the laundry and one of the staff saw it the next day on the floor and sent it out to get it washed..

The staff was extremely nice and gave us terrific service. We had an incident where we burned popcorn in the microwave, the alarm went off, there was smoke everywhere and the staff rapidly took care of it. We even had an employee bring us popcorn without us asking because we burnt ours. That was a very nice gesture and thought.

Big hotel . Like it’s own town . Has classic car collection,church,basketball,tennis and soccer field. Also gym, swimming pool and bar with pool table. Also restaurant is very resonably priced and has great service . Pepe in particular is very attentive to customers needs . Definitely will recommended this hotel.

I stayed at the Ecce Inn as our company was hosting a seminar there and our whole experience was excellent - beautiful rooms, very responsive and friendly staff and the amazing work of Rosa in the background who delivered on every request we had, in order to make our event amazing, which it was! I had found the Ecce Inn during a web search and reached out to them in regards to hosting a corporate event. I am so glad I found this facility as it has the perfect blend of being away from it all, whilst being only 10 minutes from Leon Airport. Event catering and service for the breakfast and lunch was outstanding and the location has very good wifi service, AV ( no screen but the projection on wall was good) There is also a well equipped gym, outdoor pool and nice bar ( excellent bartender) and onsite restaurant with good food! Pepe was amazing, always friendly and spoke excellent English and also a great bartender who really knows how to make a cocktail! There is construction going on right now in the access road to the hotel but still not a problem to access. I hope to return soon for a vacation, San Miguel is only 1 hour 20 minutes away and Guanajuato about 40 so it is a good landing spot for a few days to chill and enjoy the sun!

En route to San Miguel and Guanajuato, I was only able to spend one night here. Wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely return. It is only minutes from airport and 15 minutes from beautiful Guanajuato. Huge, comfortable room, great restaurant (Chef Javier is awesome! ), delicious food, pretty grounds, pool, all amenities, and great service. Mónica, Carmen, and the whole staff are so friendly and helpful. Have visited many countries, but Mexico is the loveliest and, yes! safe. I travel to this wonderful country a few times a year. Just steps away from the bus station and shopping in leather district. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable and offered amenities such as free coffee and water. Indoor swimming pool was nice and warm. Staff were always friendly and helpful. McDonnalds was right next door as well as other food venues. Best nights sleep.

Staff were friendly, room was great, the bar in the lobby was great. No complaints - maybe would've complained if I wanted to use the pool, as it was out of service.

Great pillows considering Mexico, great location in front of Shoe city, small pool, but good gym. Room very comfy, great intense shower! Can't beat the price!

We loooooved this hotel, it's brand new. We compared it to a few nice hotels we have stayed in in the US. Super friendly staff, most are learning English which was great for me as my hubby and in-laws are fluent in Spanish as their first language but I'm still learning. There is a free breakfast with your stay, soft robes to wear, clean gym and media room. We will definitely come back next time we come visit my in-laws family. Thank you Soleil Hotel!

I loved the place and location, excellent facility. I recommend selecting Soleil as your first option to stay at Leon, is near to the downtown, and easy to access the main streets at Leon. You will have lunch on the last floor and you choose between a seat indoors or outdoors... for me this experience was the best that I experienced because is very quiet, the personnel is very gentile and ready to support you. Double recommendation!

I had a very enjoyable time at this hotel. I found it in an ideal location, very close to the city center and all the attractions. The staff was very accommodating. The food was good, and the hotel amenities were high-quality. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff. Room was gorgeous. 4th floor Dining was very nice with breakfast buffet at a good prices . Also had outside dining seating with overlook of the city 24 hour room service . Very clean. Had a gym available. Close to shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend. Very pleased

Amenities were great - gym & pool, although the latter was very small. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great as it offered non-Mexican options such as omelettes, fruit and pastries

The room had a cute setup and was very clean. I like the convenience of having the restaurant very close to the lobby and elevators. The roof garden with a pool and great view was a plus. The staff was kind and helpful.
