Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Herceg-Novi

The property was fantastic it had everything required, from kitchen utensils, washing machine etc. The view was spectacular and the pool was great to cool off in.

Really well equipped apartment and we had everything we needed for the stay. We also loved the pool, which was basically private (you'd share with other 2 flats but noone else was using it when we were there so it was great). Overall, we were really happy with the place and would consider staying again!

The owner was very nice and understanding, it was very clean when we got there, there was good wi-fi and everything we could need (appliances).

Comfortable beds, clean and well appointed

Very nice and forthcoming hosts. They are always available and will gladly help with any questions you might have. The hike up from the beach, especially when it's very hot, can be a bit of a challenge when you're already tired from a long day and there could be a few more glasses, plates, etc. in the kitchen but other than that I would 100% recommend this apartment.

This property is beautiful, it has the most amazing views ever and the pictures simply do not do it justice. The living room was lovely and relaxing and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was ideal for a quick dip and there is a high quality patio set outside that again is very comfortable to relax in. There is your own sunbed area and steps into the sea across the road ( which is not a through road as only used by a handful of residents) The location was great if you have a car, away from the busy areas yet still within walking distance from a couple of nice restaurants and a small supermarket. The property was fantastically clean and the host was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would love to return.

You only had to take 10 steps to reach the sea - it's a great, relaxing experience to stay so close to the water! The apartment was well equipped.

Completely corresponds the images published. All 4 rooms have own separate WC and shower. There are all facilities needed in the house, including kitchenware, washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge, iron, flavoring spots, additional clean towels and more. The host is exceptionally kind and ready to help. The views are amazing! The pool is great, water is lovely and clean. The staff comes upon requirement to change laundry, tidy up the rooms or clean the pool. There is vineyard, figue trees, olive trees and lavender on the territory, place to park the car, wine cellar to have good organic wine of 2 sorts by 3 years of production. Again, the views are amazing! One can see sun since dawn till the sunset from the pool terrace. One can grill steaks looking at full-view of Igalo Bay, the cruise ships and yachts leaving Kotor-Boca Bay to Adriatic… 1000 words are not enough to express excitement.

The villa is really nice and comfortable, pool is clean and the view is great. All rooms have AC. The host was also nice and helpful. We definitely would go there again.

Great Location with view over the Bay Area. The Building itself is very nice, traditionally charming and you find cozy niches to sit and relax and the Pool is awesome. It’s only a short walk to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice hosts!

The property is immaculate and super modern. Everything you need is in the property. The owners are really helpful and very accommodating. We loved the location. The views from the balcony are dreamy. It is a little out of the town and so nice and quiet yet you can still walk into the town along the water front for dinner and drinks. We would definitely come back. We loved this property and location!

We loved the villa. It had plenty of space, both indoors and out. Although it was just the two of us with our baby, it's definitely large enough for 4 to 6 adults to share and not feel too confined.

Great place to stay with bigger family. Nice, clean rooms. Air conditioning in every room. 3 fully equipped bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen (do not bring dishes, pots, glasses... everything is there in a really big amount). Great, quite big swimming pool with additional shower. Ping-pong table in the basement. Great view from both balconies. The owner was speaking English and was very helpful (you can communicate with him via WhatsApp). To sum up: Staying there was like getting your whole house to a warmer place with better view and a swimming pool. We had everything we needed and we had great time staying there.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Maki, I cannot speak highly enough of the property and the incredible hosts. Marko and his family were so welcoming, we really couldn't have asked for more. They had arranged for us to have water, milk, wine and a beautiful platter of meats and cheeses when we arrived, as the shops were shut on Sundays. During the stay they brought us the best pancakes we've ever had and some incredible pita, a local dish. We were overwhelmed by how welcoming they were throughout our stay. The property itself is fantastic, the views are beautiful, the pool is great, and cleaned every morning by the owners. The villa has so much space and is immaculately clean, it's very well equipped, and feels like staying in a luxury hotel but with the benefit of having the whole place to yourself. There is also a gym, with running machine, weights and an incredible view! We have stayed in a number of villas, apartments and hotels over the years in Montenegro and this was absolutely our favourite and we will certainly be returning soon!

The best bit about the villa is its location. As it is high up in the hills, the view over the coast was absolutely spectacular. The villa is very modern and has everything you require which includes excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds and great showers. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a BBQ and electric grill. Marko and his Dad were very welcoming and were always happy to help if needed. We also loved hearing the local goats occasionally below the villa.

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa, and we would especially like to thank our wonderful host, Nebo. After we had a minor car accident, he went above and beyond to help us – assisting with the formalities at the police station and even picking us up from the hospital. Thanks to his incredible support, we didn’t feel the negative impact of this unpleasant incident and were able to fully enjoy the beauty of the place. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor from the garden and the pool. We have never stayed in such a well-equipped property before – the kitchen has every appliance you could possibly need for cooking, and there is even a piano in the house! The location is perfect as well, right next to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops, which made everything very convenient. Thank you, Nebo, for your amazing help and warm hospitality – we truly hope to return one day!

The villa was beyond our expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area and outdoor space was perfect for chilling and entertaining and there was ample space for 8 people. Everything you could need was provided. The owner answered all questions promptly and was very friendly. He was there to meet us and see us off. He gave recommendations for trips, bars and restaurants which were all great. The views were fantastic from the balconies and we were situated directly across from a beach and laid back beach bar. The bus stop was a 5 min walk and supermarket no more than 10 mins. In all, a wonderful villa, host and location. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Everything was great. Clean, you can find everything what you need. The beach is in another side of the street, pool was great for hot days, each room have an air conditioner. Host are friendly and helpful.

The layout and design of the property and use of pool

Best equipped house we ever rented. Kitchen was fully ful equipped with good tools. The owner was so helpful and nice he even fixed our flat tire as gift. Crazy nice. 👍

Such a cosy hostel, had a great stay. The main common room is perfect, comfy couches, seating area with the kitchen and outside patio is perfect. Only stayed one night (wish I stayed longer), you’ll have an even better time talking with the people, play some pool! Everyone is friendly! It’s a hostel and has all you need. Felt comfortable, solo female traveller. Don’t be shy, make friends.. play Pool!

We both stayed in the mix dorm and in the private room so my feedback is for both. Hostel Anton offers a nice vibes in the reception floor. Spacious, enough place to sit and chill almost at all times of the day. Enjoy playing darts, 9-ball pool and free coffee. We never felt stranger and workers (volunteers) and the manager were always there to help you out and giving good tips about Tivat and the towns nearby. Toilets and showers were fairly clean. I believe there were 4 dorm rooms in my floor, in total 16 people using 3 different bathrooms when full, was good enough for us. Toilet paper always in stock and in reception floor the medica kit is always reachable. There is also a well functioning kitchen, despite we didn't cook, I saw many cooking there. 1 deep freezer and two normal size fridge are at your disposal. To sum, if you're someone interested in meeting others and chill around the lobby during the day or late evening it's your place. Large and long tables offer you a spacious place to work with your PC and charging is never a problem.

Wow! Sunset at the rooftop is just amazing! During the evening all the guests were hanging out together at the lounge and it was great. Pool table is free and they have 3 cute cat over there. The staff is also very friendly and they have a equiped guests kitchen

The experience here was great. A few minutes walk from the beach, a large and comfortable common area with pool table and sofas. The terrace is a bonus with a great view of the beach and a beautiful sunset. The staffs are also very nice. I recommend.

There is very, very kind crew in the hotel and great atmosphere. Hotel is pretty close to the beach. There is restaurant, big terrace for guests, mini bar (empty ;-)) and laundry service. Good choice for that price.

The location of the hotel is very good, right on the seafront, with a spectacular view! The pool is very good water, at the beginning of September you could bathe without problems. The garden is beautiful, but not very well maintained. The resort is composed of the main hotel, which can have 4 star conditions, and several villas with apartments. We were accommodated in an apartment in a villa that had a bedroom, living room, bathroom, balcony. The conditions were 2 stars. Unroomed rooms, bathroom with shower, cleanliness is desirable and vegetation around the balcony unattended. Very many mosquitoes, lizards and spiders due to the unkempt vegetation. The food was good, the breakfast rich, but the staff was unfriendly. The hotel has its own cement beach equipped with loungers that you do not have to pay. The sea water is very good, clean, but you enter it like the pool on stairs specially arranged because it is deep, over 2 meters. There are areas near the gravel beach where the water gradually sinks and children can enter without concern. The area is very beautiful!

Great Location with private beach and pool. Free parking. Rooms were large with nice balcony over looking the bay. Great shower. Breakfast was only average. No snacks available at the pool bar. I would return.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, air conditioned on arrival, with large and beautiful bathroom, comfy beds. Large balcony with a sea view. The staff was exquisitely nice and helpful, making the stay that much more pleasant. Prepared tea and coffee bags so you can refresh. Breakfast was plenty and with so many options - the staff even went out of their way to prepare a special meal for my friend who fasted. Parking space available.

The hotel is in a quiet place, although a very busy road passes right in front of it. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were great especially the first shift man. the beach in front of the hotel is not suitable for swimming, but a little further there are beautiful beaches. The food was excellent. The view from the balcony was remarkable. All in all a wonderful place

The hotel is closed to the cities Perast and Kotor which are worth visiting if you ever come to Montenegro. The room was clean and tidy. It is possible to order delicious breakfast from the cafe downstairs.
