"I'd go back tomorrow !!!"

Fatima & her staff ( her 2 sisters) went above & beyond what you'd expect for staying in a hotel. I made a mistake by booking for 2026 & was worried upon my arrival. She organized everything, got us a room for the night , gave us some shawls for going to the hot air balloons at 4.00am

Nothing - everything was perfect . I'd go back in a heartbeat

"An unforgettable stay, pure magic from start to finish."

Everything about this place is magical. The building blends beautifully into the surroundings, and the room felt like something from a fairytale. The staff were warm and attentive, the food was excellent, and Fathima is truly wonderful. I cannot wait to return.
