Windsor Palms Condos by SVV

Let me start off by saying that I was confused and thought I was booking the same location I have stayed at previously. This was not the place I thought it was. The condo was ok. It is in DESPERATE need of updating. What stood out to me was the rust on the side of the fridge, the extremely old, uncomfortable and noisy mattresses and the bedding that looks and feels like it was pulled out of grandmas linen closet.
