I have been vacationing at Cozumel Palace for 35+ years! Each and every time my expectations are exceeded. EVERYTHING about the palace is perfect. We just celebrated my daughter’s wedding there. It was magical! The staff is unmatched by anywhere else I’ve been in my 60 years of travel. Ana, Isiah,Abraham, Joel, Martta, Fiji, just to name a few! Every year we come here it only gets better! The attentiveness and care from the staff is unmatched. Poolside, Omar and Gabriel were fantastic. They took the time to get to know you, and by the end of the week it’s all smiles and hugs. Service was top notch, all of the restaurant staff was amazing including Carmita and Oswaldo! They made our experience even better than I thought possible. All in all it was an amazing trip.
