8.6"Good overall, but there’s a HUGE “but”…"
Great location. Lots of food options nearby but the food at the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. Extremely overpriced for what you get. We had the 2-bedroom family suite and it was a great amount of space for our family. My biggest complaint, and I cannot overstate this, THE MUSIC AT THE POOL IS HORRIBLE. Literally everywhere else on the island plays great music, whether it’s restaurants, stores you’re walking past, boat charters, other hotels we walked through, public shopping areas, etc etc etc. Whoever chooses the music at the serenity pool needs to be fired. It’s infuriating.

Great place to go with the family. Nice pool and direct access to the beach. Staff is friendly, special shoutout to Dalton, a bellman who goes above and beyond to make sure our family has a great time! Highly recommend!
