8.7It's right on the boardwalk and steps to the beach. The balcony sitting area had a great view with comfortable chairs. They weren't$300 a night room but they were super clean and totally cool AC during the 100+ temperature days. Staff responded to my requests quickly.
Only issue was the steps to get to it. But not an issue for us
