I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shangri La and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail from the entire team were truly outstanding. The lobby was very spaces and the coffee show service was great. Every staff interaction was very friendly. The female section hot water pool was not very clean and it needs attention. (this was my wife's experience)

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 7 years old to 11 years old stay for MYR 98 per person per night when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for MYR 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important information
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Complimentary shuttle service from the main lobby to Bukit Bintang, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, and KLCC shopping areas, generally operating on a limited schedule from Friday to Tuesday. Advance booking is required. The schedule is subject to change, so confirming with the hotel concierge on the day of travel is recommended. A deposit may be required at the property.
