I am so please during my visit best western premier. Staffs are so friendly, polite, helpful and respectful. Facility is clean and beyond expectations. I especially thanks to Ms. Tran Nguyễn from restaurant service. She gave us a warm welcome, made us feeling like coming home. Seeing her smile every day is a blessing gift for all visitors and myself. I appreciate everything the hotel and its staffs have offered. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for VND 1,098,000 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The credit card used for payment must be presented during check-in for verification. Otherwise, the deposit provided will be refunded and total room charge will need to be settled by a different credit card or by cash upon check-in. Complimentary roundtrip airport transfer is provided daily as per fixed resort’s schedule. Please provide us the detailed flight information at least 24 hours prior to arrival date (before 2p.m local time) to ensure availability and we could arrange service in a timely manner. Resort reserves the right to refuse service in case our shuttle bus is fully booked. Lunch or dinner in Half-board rate is only included for adult. Surcharge for children from 6 yrs will be applied as hotel policy, pay separately upon arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
