9.5"Worth every star"
I had a wonderful stay for 5 nights in this beautiful hotel. The staff, breakfast, rooms and convenience were genuinely 5 stars and I can’t find any negative thing to say about this place. Special thanks to Karima who helped with everything needed and was always professional and available whenever needed. Beatrice from the concierge was also very friendly and helped recommend a good place to watch the World Cup. Overall a really good experience, thank you Waldorf.

the staff was so sweet and accommodating. they would clean the room well and help us even call a car to drop us and pick us up
when pressing the button to clean the room sometimes the room would not be cleaned till we were back so we had to inform the reception
