I stayed at the hotel from June 12-14, 2026. On my arrival I learned that the city had turned off water to the hotel for street repairs but was assured by staff it would be turned back on soon. Well that stretched onto late into the night which was quite challenging. Front desk manager Kevin Estrada was a godsend. He handled the situation and all the complaints from guests including me with understanding, professionalism and a smile. Because of him I wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again. He is a true asset to Hilton and the Hampton Inn in particular.
Read more ↓Location was perfect, near lovely coconut grove and only 2:25 dollars on the train to downtown including the bus to south beach. Hotel was really nice, comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was good, but the plastic cutlery and paper plates not so good, but I understand why they use them.
