I stayed at the hotel after a flight cancellation, along with many other passengers from other cancelled flights due to weather. Leslie and Narda were working the incredibly busy front desk. They handled an unexpectedly busy night with smiles, kindness and patience. Narda went out of her way to find me all of the necessities since I was staying without my checked luggage. The hotel was clean and quiet and was the perfect spot to catch a few hours of sleep before heading back to the airport.

My First time experiencing a Hilton Double Tree Hotel it started out rough however I would like to give a heartfelt thanks to Manager Isamarie she exemplifies what excellent and exceptional customer service is very good listener acted on the problem immediately and for that I’m grateful and appreciative she’s the prime example of how you deal with a guest at your hotel very pleasant and professional I give you a 100 stars review Thank You Chatel Cuffy & Sylvia Ross💕
