Thank you for another great stay. I have 10+ stays at this Hotel. Their staff is amazing, from the valet to the restaurant. Shout out to Kim at the front desk. Kim is the staff's out-right shining star. I have stayed at Hilton properties around the world, she is the most courteous, pleasant and helpful front desk staff I have met. Kudos Kim, we'll done!

So far the experience has been great Jung Min was amazing helping at the front desk. We had issues with reservations in the app and was able to fix it quickly.
