Everything, most especially the level of care and hospitality from staff. Warm, impeccable service with just the right amount of personal touch. Can't go wrong with Oberoi stays. Lovely spa staff, including yoga instructor Shivangi. Gorgeous grounds. Wonderful facilities. The most beautiful and thoughtfully furnished rooms. The BEDS are the best in all of India. Personalised breakfast of their own initiative. The staff truly take care of everything and go out of their way to make sure you're 100000% happy.
