Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. People no matter the age stay for MYR 159 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important information
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Collection Club Lounge is reserved for guests above the age of 12 only who has booked Collection Club Room, Urban Suite and Lifestyle Suite. Please note that the Hotel will assign the Signature Family Suite upon arrival and it subject to room availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
