The staff were the magic oart of the trip,amazingly engaging young team at tge Sail in bar,tge waiters at Ariadje were terrific,the sommelier was qomderful. We qere greated by Anna Maria at the entrance of carpark. Everything was wonderful. I woukd strongly suggest the tip,we had a mountain view room qhich was fab as it was recently renovated. Ask for a renovated room. The mountain view rooms view qise are lovely as they get the evening aun ai are perfect for a sundowner

Walking distance to Elounda town for local restaurants and bars, and boat trips. We would definitely recommend and go back in the future. Maybe not ideal for those with limited mobility as large and spacious hotel on a number of levels with limited lift access.
