9.0"Gorgeous hotel with amazing location"
Gorgeous hotel. We were Upgraded to a suite. Our adult children each had a beautiful room. The corridors are so lovely. We received a free drink ticket at check in. There is a daily wine and cheese 5-6. They serve coffee and tea from 7-12 and there are unlimited ice cold water bottles out all day. Staff was excellent and the location is the best in old San Juan. I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in San Juan.

The location was ideal for a weekend in old San Juan. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The free coffee in the morning while sitting overlooking the cathedral was a great way to start the day. The complimentary wine and cheese every afternoon set the tone for an evening out on the town. The room itself was large, with an adequate bathroom and soft linens.
I wish there was more counter space in the bathroom.
